Growing up as a black man in America, I must say that what black culture has evolved to altogether is not something I care to be associated with. In a city like Memphis, TN there are and have been countless initiatives and movements to resolve the plight of juvenile crime, which has contributed to influencing a city that called for President Trump's SAFE TASK FORCE (National Guard, FBI, etc).
