- 1:05Speaker 3: Brian Myers.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Well, I am also here, producer of the show, Smart

- 1:12Speaker 2: this show is brought to you by our good friends,
- 1:14Speaker 2: Ringside Collectibles. Use code MAJOR to save 10%.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Oh, you got that, Joe Hendry, you SOB.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Unfortunately, I have Joe Hendry here from Ringside Collectibles coming
- 1:25Speaker 3: up later in the show.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I am so behind.
- 1:27Speaker 2: A new Joe Hendry.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, it's the WWE Joe Hendry.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Full review coming up.
- 1:33Speaker 1: I still need the Royal Rumble.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Isn't that crazy? Well, we'll talk about it. Royal Rumble
- 1:39Speaker 3: came out last week. WrestleMania this week. It's pretty wild.
- 1:42Speaker 3: It's just pumping.

- 1:58Speaker 1: on air, you will get a prize.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Here's the review this week. Boom, from I'm Ted Blanchard,
- 2:04Speaker 2: Ted the Sock, at Mage. Major review. The Major Wrestling
- 2:10Speaker 2: Figure Podcast, to paraphrase that fan interviewed at WrestleMania IX.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Nine.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Jesus Palace number one.
- 2:18Speaker 3: That's nine.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Major WF pod number one.
- 2:21Speaker 1: You botched that, Reed.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Jesus. Thanks, Mark. Wow. All right.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Well, the giveaway courtesy of Ringside Collectibles. Find the pin
- 2:30Speaker 1: post on X, repost to be eligible. Well, there's the
- 2:33Speaker 1: winner right there.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Shannon Leslie.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And they won that Defining Moments ECW Cactus Jack, the
- 2:39Speaker 1: prize this week. Let me just make sure this is accurate.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Something to show off about that figure later in the show,
- 2:45Speaker 3: by the way.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Chelsea Green Ultimate 31 is the giveaway this week.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:51Speaker 1: So thank you, Ringside Collectibles, for that. Some follow-up, Brian.
- 2:56Speaker 1: What's going on with TNA?
- 2:58Speaker 3: Roscoe, you won't believe this.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Oh, what's that?
- 3:00Speaker 3: But the system was not on TNA this week. What?
- 3:04Speaker 3: In fact, it was the 35th anniversary celebration of the
- 3:08Speaker 3: Hardy Boys. So for some reason, Santino gave them full
- 3:11Speaker 3: reign of the show. And I guess because we've been
- 3:13Speaker 3: a thorn in their side for several years, they decided
- 3:17Speaker 3: to stick it to us right back and didn't book us. Wow.
- 3:21Speaker 3: So we tried to talk to Santino to change his
- 3:26Speaker 3: decision there, but to no avail. So no system this week.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Thanks to Matt and Jeff. The Goats, the Hardy Boys.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Wait, what do you mean, no? You're right here.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Well, we weren't on the episode. We didn't have a match.
- 3:40Speaker 3: The Hardys didn't want us to be a part of it.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Oh.
- 3:42Speaker 2: What is going on here?
- 3:44Speaker 3: This is a pre-tape where we try to change that
- 3:47Speaker 3: decision and go around them by asking Santino, but Santino's off.
- 3:51Speaker 1: You're representing on the show. Unfortunately, Eddie and Bear got
- 3:54Speaker 1: into a little verbal disagreement here, so stay tuned.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Really?
- 3:58Speaker 1: What hat is Bear wearing? Is that a 1998 Stone
- 4:00Speaker 1: Cold Steve Austin cowboy hat? What is that? What?
- 4:03Speaker 2: What are they arguing about? What's the problem?
- 4:05Speaker 1: Is it ascension?
- 4:07Speaker 3: Eddie shook Ricky Sosa's hand after the match at the pay-per-view,
- 4:11Speaker 3: and Bear brought it up to his face.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Bear Bronson loves shaking people's hands.
- 4:15Speaker 1: After the match.
- 4:16Speaker 3: He is a hand shaker, so maybe he's jealous that
- 4:18Speaker 3: he didn't shake the hand. I don't know. Stay tuned.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Hey, tell us about Ken Conn. I heard it was....
- 4:25Speaker 3: Rest in peace.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Are we going to get into full burial mode here?
- 4:29Speaker 1: Tell us about this guy.
- 4:30Speaker 3: It's not a burial, guys. I don't know what to say.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Was this the one at the Broadway Mall? Broadway Mall.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Unreal venue. Like, great space. Super cool, actually.
- 4:39Speaker 3: It was an abandoned Victoria's Secret. It's like tons of room.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Tons of parking. You know, it's a shopping mall. The
- 4:46Speaker 3: Broadway Mall is one of those strangest places I brought
- 4:48Speaker 3: my best buddy, Madison. She worked the table for me. Like, freaking...
- 4:55Speaker 3: There's a haunted house in there. There's a flea market
- 4:57Speaker 3: in there that sells collectibles and cards. There's a bunch
- 5:00Speaker 3: of empty stores. There's a Target attached to it. I
- 5:02Speaker 3: think it's the only thing keeping it afloat. This is
- 5:04Speaker 3: my childhood mall. There was a KB Toys in this
- 5:08Speaker 3: mall that I literally bought all my cherished professional wrestling.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I met the New Age Outlaws there.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Action figures. What?
- 5:14Speaker 1: I met the New Age Outlaws.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. It's a heralded thing in Long Island. I
- 5:19Speaker 3: don't know if the venue is to blame. To be fair, again,
- 5:23Speaker 3: Sticking it to the system, the Hardy Boys had a
- 5:27Speaker 3: sign in the night before in the same place, which
- 5:30Speaker 3: might have not helped. But, I mean, how are we
- 5:33Speaker 3: to know? In the Victoria's Secret? What?
- 5:37Speaker 1: In the Victoria's Secret?
- 5:38Speaker 3: Across the hall in the flea marketplace. Wow, okay. Literally
- 5:41Speaker 3: across the hallway.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Well, I mean, it's up to the promoter to know
- 5:44Speaker 2: those kind of things.
- 5:45Speaker 3: I think, and I haven't even asked him this yet,
- 5:47Speaker 3: I feel like Ken doesn't know anything about Facebook ads
- 5:50Speaker 3: or things like that. You think? God forbid hangs a
- 5:53Speaker 3: physical poster somewhere. I think things like that would have
- 5:55Speaker 3: helped besides just a couple Instagram posts.
- 5:58Speaker 2: He didn't hang posters?
- 5:59Speaker 3: No, there's no way. There's no way. But he's never,
- 6:04Speaker 3: to be fair, he's never done it for any KenCon.
- 6:05Speaker 3: This is KenCon 4 and KenCon 1 through 3 were
- 6:08Speaker 3: pretty successful.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Man. Well.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Apparently he's a man.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I mean, all things said, I mean, like, I was,
- 6:17Speaker 3: I had a great time. Sandman and I had a
- 6:19Speaker 3: blast together, man, all day.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You vendored Sandman?
- 6:21Speaker 3: I've entertained him. Did you have to pay for him? What?
- 6:25Speaker 1: Did you have to pay for him?
- 6:26Speaker 3: We talked about this last week, yeah. I know.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Did you take a bath because of this?
- 6:29Speaker 3: No, because I've been making those ECW cards, so I'll
- 6:32Speaker 3: be fine with those at the end of the day. Right.
- 6:36Speaker 3: And I got several of his elites signed and other
- 6:38Speaker 3: things that I'll sell and whatnot for months and months
- 6:40Speaker 3: and months. But that said, Sandman was just awesome. We
- 6:44Speaker 3: had a great time together, actually. He was in great mood,
- 6:46Speaker 3: great spirit. I had a blast hanging out with him,
- 6:49Speaker 3: talking sports, talking wrestling. It was pretty cool. I mean,
- 6:53Speaker 3: it was like, for me, it was not a wash
- 6:57Speaker 3: of a day because of all the stuff that I
- 6:58Speaker 3: got done for whatnot.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Sure.
- 6:59Speaker 3: From all the guests and stuff.
- 7:02Speaker 1: You probably cleaned up, got Lita.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Attendance was low, especially when you consider RVD and Lita
- 7:08Speaker 3: were there, attendance was scary low.
- 7:10Speaker 1: How low are we talking?
- 7:13Speaker 3: I don't know if he wants me to say, but
- 7:14Speaker 3: there was less than.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You can say.
- 7:17Speaker 2: What does it matter?
- 7:18Speaker 3: Less than 50 people paid for.
- 7:20Speaker 1: That's, bro, if I was at any convention and less
- 7:24Speaker 1: than 50 people came to my table, I would consider
- 7:26Speaker 1: it a waste of a day.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Oh, I'd be so thrilled.
- 7:30Speaker 3: But Ken does, you also got to think, Ken had
- 7:32Speaker 3: RVD for a virtual. He does mail-in orders on everybody.
- 7:37Speaker 3: He makes you sign stuff, the extras, you know. So, yeah.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Wow.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Rocker when Dan flew in for the bath.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
- 7:48Speaker 2: So Dan flew in for the bath.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I mean, I had a great time. Like I said,
- 7:53Speaker 3: the space was like gorgeous. It was spacious.
- 7:55Speaker 1: A great, like Ken bath should be the next.
- 7:59Speaker 3: I think it's just, I don't can clean the goddamn office.
- 8:05Speaker 3: And then when you have people like he's done it before,
- 8:08Speaker 3: I don't know how he's done it, but he's had
- 8:09Speaker 3: like demolition. He said, okay, come, And if you want
- 8:12Speaker 3: to meet Demolition, you know, for two hours, you could
- 8:14Speaker 3: do that.
- 8:14Speaker 1: To his house?
- 8:15Speaker 3: To that. First off, Ken doesn't live in that office.
- 8:17Speaker 3: If he did.
- 8:17Speaker 1: You know what I mean, though. To that house?
- 8:19Speaker 3: Yeah, he's done it before.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And where do they wait? Like, outside?
- 8:23Speaker 3: I know. But now, if it's like, sort of nice,
- 8:27Speaker 3: you know.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I mean, that'd be just like a Wrestling Universe signing.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:33Speaker 1: The Queens one.
- 8:34Speaker 2: It was so small.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:36Speaker 2: You wait in the line.
- 8:37Speaker 3: I mean, well, we had.
- 8:38Speaker 1: The most space he's ever had in a goddamn shopping mall,
- 8:41Speaker 1: nobody came.
- 8:41Speaker 3: So what has he got to lose? You know? But potentially,
- 8:47Speaker 3: I don't think there's another Ken Khan on the docket.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Was he like, oh, man, I'm screwed? Or was he
- 8:53Speaker 2: kind of like, meh?
- 8:54Speaker 3: I think when he crunched the numbers, he didn't get
- 8:57Speaker 3: as crushed as he could have, all things considered. But,
- 9:02Speaker 3: you know, considering the RVD and Lita are not cheap.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Now, to people, I don't want to get Into the
- 9:07Speaker 1: weeds here, but did people buy tables and then vendor out?
- 9:11Speaker 3: Because it seems like the vendors might get killed. Zombie
- 9:14Speaker 3: bought a table and sold his stuff. He texted me
- 9:16Speaker 3: after that he was on Suicide Watch. J & J
- 9:22Speaker 3: was sold. I mean, it was a great time. I mean,
- 9:25Speaker 3: I got to see a lot of people. But yeah,
- 9:29Speaker 3: for whatever reason. I don't know if it was too
- 9:31Speaker 3: much in the same location with the Hardys coming to town,
- 9:35Speaker 3: which is an expensive meet and greet. I don't know.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I don't live in the area, but I saw nothing
- 9:40Speaker 1: about this anywhere on social media.
- 9:42Speaker 3: I only saw it from Brian. My gut is leaning
- 9:46Speaker 3: towards he's got to do Facebook ads and get with
- 9:50Speaker 3: the times.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Bro, hanging a poster is a given. What are you
- 9:55Speaker 2: talking about? This local promotion right of course he's got
- 9:59Speaker 2: he's got to hang that flyer everywhere in that area
- 10:03Speaker 2: at the mall at the flea market what are we
- 10:05Speaker 2: talking about.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It has to be in the mall oh i'll come
- 10:10Speaker 1: back i did there is a guy that has wrestling
- 10:12Speaker 1: figures in that little flea market thing and there was
- 10:14Speaker 1: a little a little sign i saw when i walked
- 10:16Speaker 1: through with madison all right but You live and you learn.
- 10:21Speaker 2: If he wants to promote these as big events, he's
- 10:22Speaker 2: got to hang things up.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Powers of Pain were there. Very nice things to say
- 10:26Speaker 3: about Big Rubber Guys and you, Matt.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I love Powers of Pain. I know C-Rat, people talk
- 10:31Speaker 1: about later.
- 10:32Speaker 3: C-Rat's a legend. Yes, he was there.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Absolute legend.
- 10:34Speaker 3: I guess Bucky bought him dinner after, so he made out.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Who's Bucky? Do I know Bucky?
- 10:39Speaker 3: Yeah, Brian Sokol. That's his nickname.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I didn't know he called him Bucky.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Yeah, everyone calls him that.
- 10:44Speaker 1: I've never called him Bucky.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Ken says that all the time.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Um, I did not wrestle cause I'm injured, but I
- 10:51Speaker 1: did go to California for Halloween horror nights. I had
- 10:55Speaker 1: to check out the other coast, coast to coast. I
- 10:58Speaker 1: will say great time. And, uh, I took a picture
- 11:01Speaker 1: with the Arthur clown from terrifier. We need some, some horror,
- 11:04Speaker 1: big rubber guys. That's all I'm going to say. These
- 11:06Speaker 1: are toy attic. Oh man, look at that. Add that
- 11:10Speaker 1: to my, my, my horror shelf or my Christmas shelf.
- 11:13Speaker 1: So I just want a little cheap little plug that
- 11:15Speaker 1: I want to get some, uh, Horror Big Rubber Guys. Oh,
- 11:19Speaker 1: you're on the list. I'm on the naughty list.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Oh, man.
- 11:23Speaker 1: So yeah, so flew home today here. Now we got
- 11:27Speaker 1: some more major pod stuff to talk about. What about this?
- 11:30Speaker 1: Danny DeManto sharing that Jeff Cannonball, who passed away recently,
- 11:35Speaker 1: is getting his own action figure. What's this about? Do
- 11:37Speaker 1: you know anything about this, Mark?
- 11:40Speaker 2: I'm assuming that this is.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I just thought it was part of Chernoff's thing. I
- 11:46Speaker 2: don't know what this is about.
- 11:48Speaker 3: It doesn't look like Chernoff's artist.
- 11:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I'm not sure who is making this or how many
- 11:54Speaker 2: there are, but I think it's great. It's pretty cool.
- 11:59Speaker 3: We'll have to follow up. Is this in his name? Oh, yeah.
- 12:09Speaker 2: It must be, yeah. This is named Guerrero.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Wow.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Do you see it?
- 12:13Speaker 3: Fig Heel.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Proposed to his, I guess now, fiance, using a fig
- 12:18Speaker 1: heel big shots, a custom fig heel big shots.
- 12:20Speaker 3: I did not see this at all, no.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I thought it was pretty ridiculous, and I loved it.
- 12:24Speaker 5: I loved everything about it.
- 12:24Speaker 2: He made that wrestle with my girlfriend part 22. Are
- 12:28Speaker 2: you ready?
- 12:29Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. It's been a while.
- 12:30Speaker 2: This might be the last one.
- 12:32Speaker 1: What?
- 12:33Speaker 2: She has no idea. Are you ready? Yeah. I open them. What?
- 12:44Speaker 1: Babe, are you serious?
- 12:45Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Do you like it?
- 12:47Speaker 4: Are you fucking kidding?
- 12:48Speaker 2: What's in his hand?
- 12:49Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 12:53Speaker 5: Babe. Are you serious?
- 12:58Speaker 2: Francesca, will you marry me? Yes.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 13:03Speaker 2: It got personal. I was not expecting.
- 13:05Speaker 6: Oh, my God.
- 13:06Speaker 7: Is that thing real?
- 13:09Speaker 2: Can we talk about the Big Shot, though? Our friends
- 13:13Speaker 2: at Big Shots wanted to be a part of our post.
- 13:16Speaker 3: I thought that was John Cena.
- 13:17Speaker 2: They knew how badly you wanted to fig-keel Big Shots.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I did so bad.
- 13:21Speaker 2: And you've commented on their posts for years and my videos,
- 13:26Speaker 2: and you've said it in our videos, and they made
- 13:31Speaker 2: it happen for you.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I love it.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That's an official big shot.
- 13:35Speaker 7: This is so good.
- 13:36Speaker 5: Do you love it?
- 13:38Speaker 7: I love it.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Do you like that more or the ring?
- 13:42Speaker 3: Don't make me answer that.
- 13:45Speaker 8: So that's why it is the last episode of Name
- 13:48Speaker 8: That Wrestler with my girlfriend.
- 13:50Speaker 6: It is now Name That Wrestler with my fiance.
- 13:53Speaker 2: She said yes. Yes, a million times yes.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Well, congratulations. That's next level. I love that.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Holy smokes. Congrats. I mean, their stuff is all over
- 14:04Speaker 3: my algorithm. She reviews energy drinks, and they pop up
- 14:07Speaker 3: on my algorithm even, too. Oh, wow. So good for them, guys. Congrats.
- 14:11Speaker 3: That's great. I saw Vickio's going to be at WrestleCade,
- 14:13Speaker 3: so I'll catch up with him there.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Do you know if she enjoys the ghost, the root
- 14:17Speaker 2: beer ghost?
- 14:17Speaker 1: Yo, I don't even like root beer, and I like
- 14:19Speaker 1: that root beer ghost.
- 14:20Speaker 2: It's the best.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Oh, my God. Holy smokes.
- 14:22Speaker 2: You don't like root beer?
- 14:23Speaker 3: I don't. When am I going to have a root beer?
- 14:25Speaker 3: I don't know. Crazy.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Anyway, this is news to me, but I dig this.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Mattel launching Mattel Rewards, a loyalty program through Mattel Creations. Oh,
- 14:38Speaker 1: this is my deal.
- 14:38Speaker 3: I was sucking up to him with that segment last week.
- 14:41Speaker 1: You're not supposed to say that.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Got him, man. Oh, man.
- 14:47Speaker 1: So I know nothing about this stuff. I'm literally learning
- 14:50Speaker 1: about this right now as you major marks are.
- 14:53Speaker 3: This is the first I've seen of this.
- 14:55Speaker 1: This is cool. I... Don't know really much to tell you.
- 15:01Speaker 1: If it's just like rewards based on if you buy
- 15:02Speaker 1: things or if you have to pay for things.
- 15:04Speaker 3: It's all on Mattel Creations. Looks like on Mattel Creations.
- 15:09Speaker 3: There's Insider, Fans, Rewards at Checkout.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I like it. So head on over to Mattel Creations
- 15:17Speaker 1: if you want to learn more about their reward program.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Did you see?
- 15:22Speaker 3: This is interesting.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Instagram user Ultimate Figure Collector says, He was at the
- 15:26Speaker 1: Toys R Us and the American Dream Mall, and they
- 15:29Speaker 1: had Monday Night War figures there.
- 15:31Speaker 3: I saw this.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I was interested in how that went down. Also, the
- 15:35Speaker 1: play set rules. The play set's great. That Wreck-It-Raw arena.
- 15:39Speaker 1: I think they might have to change that WWE artwork
- 15:43Speaker 1: at the top. Whoa, I didn't even notice that, actually.
- 15:45Speaker 1: It was just a little outdated. Just a little outdated.
- 15:48Speaker 1: But on display, they had the Monday Night Wars, which
- 15:51Speaker 1: I thought was interesting, but I don't see them for
- 15:53Speaker 1: sale anywhere. which is even more interesting. They're just there,
- 15:56Speaker 1: like a little tease.
- 15:58Speaker 3: I mean, that's the thing from Walmart. This is all
- 16:01Speaker 3: just weird as hell.
- 16:02Speaker 1: It's very weird. But a decent little selection of stuff.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Better than nothing. I took my kids to Toys R
- 16:09Speaker 3: Us out here in Long Island, and they didn't have anything.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Not one figure.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Hey, if Toys R Us make a comeback, we need
- 16:15Speaker 1: some more figs.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Also, the one Nyla Rose, did someone put that there?
- 16:21Speaker 3: Or that's actually for sale?
- 16:23Speaker 1: Oh, I didn't even notice that.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Look at the middle. Is this AI? I see it now.
- 16:28Speaker 1: I see it now.
- 16:31Speaker 3: What the heck?
- 16:32Speaker 1: Well, that Cena and Truth battle pack is relatively.
- 16:35Speaker 3: New, right? New-ish, yeah.
- 16:37Speaker 1: New-ish, okay. All right. Wrestling with Creativity. He's done it again,
- 16:43Speaker 1: showcasing the December 2012 issue of WWE Magazine. We got
- 16:47Speaker 1: that at Video D.
- 16:50Speaker 8: Believe it when I realize that the WWE magazine that
- 16:56Speaker 8: had a Mattel 2012 collection action figure poster inside was
- 17:04Speaker 8: also the only time that Zack Ryder got shown on
- 17:08Speaker 8: the cover of a WWE magazine proper.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And what else?
- 17:15Speaker 8: Forever Broski article on the inside. And one more thing
- 17:20Speaker 8: at the end, three-way Zack Ryder can get his groove back,
- 17:26Speaker 8: partner back up with Curt Hawkins.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Oh, wow. We know how things went.
- 17:31Speaker 2: We got the podcast now. We got them running their
- 17:34Speaker 2: own toy company.
- 17:35Speaker 8: All of it was prophetic here in the December 2012
- 17:39Speaker 8: WWE magazine.
- 17:43Speaker 3: Woo, woo, woo.
- 17:46Speaker 2: You know it.
- 17:48Speaker 1: I didn't even realize. I mean, I'm sure at the
- 17:49Speaker 1: time I realized I was on that cover. I have
- 17:51Speaker 1: no recollection of that. Guys, if you're listening, when he
- 17:55Speaker 1: says I'm on the cover, I'm barely on the cover.
- 17:57Speaker 1: It's like the size of a nickel.
- 17:59Speaker 3: I was like, that counts, but it doesn't?
- 18:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I would not frame that in my house. If
- 18:06Speaker 1: someone comes in and you have to explain it to them,
- 18:07Speaker 1: that's probably not a good sign. Yeah, that's pretty cool, though.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I love this guy's videos.
- 18:10Speaker 3: It is cool. I have no recollection of that article
- 18:13Speaker 3: or anything about San Francisco Back Together.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Me neither. So last week when I was at Comic-Con,
- 18:18Speaker 1: WWE followed me one day. They finally put out the
- 18:21Speaker 1: vlog on their YouTube channel. So check it out. It's
- 18:24Speaker 1: entitled Chelsea's Going to Kill Me. Matt Cardona's big day
- 18:27Speaker 1: out at New York Comic-Con.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Does Michael Kahnick make a cameo in this?
- 18:30Speaker 1: He does not. Chris Wayne does. Dresses as Penta.
- 18:34Speaker 2: He makes a cameo.
- 18:35Speaker 1: So check that out on the WWE YouTube channel. This
- 18:38Speaker 1: was great. Did you see Hilary Swank? Do we have
- 18:41Speaker 1: this video?
- 18:42Speaker 3: Bro, this is hard to watch, but awesome.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I loved it. Let's just roll the footage.
- 18:48Speaker 2: I'm going to sign one. You look adorable.
- 18:52Speaker 9: I got it.
- 18:52Speaker 7: Cause I got to go do personal.
- 18:54Speaker 2: What would you like? Who do you want it to? Last, last, last.
- 18:57Speaker 2: What is your message?
- 18:58Speaker 1: Yeah. What? To who?
- 18:59Speaker 7: Oh, I already wrote two.
- 19:03Speaker 2: What is your message to any woman that thinks it
- 19:05Speaker 2: might be too late? Do you have a name?
- 19:07Speaker 5: Do you know her name?
- 19:09Speaker 2: I don't know her name.
- 19:10Speaker 9: I'm so sorry.
- 19:11Speaker 2: I already wrote two.
- 19:12Speaker 1: So can you give me your name?
- 19:15Speaker 5: Um.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Miss Swank, what do you want to say to the women.
- 19:22Speaker 5: Who think of my name too late?
- 19:23Speaker 8: Will you tell me your name?
- 19:24Speaker 4: What's your name?
- 19:26Speaker 2: Just tell her the name.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Eleni. That's my niece's name.
- 19:34Speaker 2: What's your name? Yes, what is your name?
- 19:38Speaker 1: Um.
- 19:39Speaker 9: Wally.
- 19:39Speaker 10: Wally.
- 19:40Speaker 7: Wally.
- 19:43Speaker 1: What is going on here?
- 19:51Speaker 3: Like, good for her, but man, she's too nice.
- 19:54Speaker 1: She's been way too nice.
- 19:56Speaker 3: I would have been like, what the fuck is wrong
- 19:58Speaker 3: with you people?
- 20:01Speaker 1: Unreal.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Awesome that she stuck to her guns. But man, she
- 20:05Speaker 3: was too kind to those people. Or she just has.
- 20:11Speaker 3: But she must do this all the time. Oh, she's
- 20:13Speaker 3: a pro, of course. Yeah, so I was going to say,
- 20:15Speaker 3: does she have no understanding of collections? But of course
- 20:17Speaker 3: she does if she's doing this. Of course she does.
- 20:20Speaker 3: She's been around the block. She knows the deal. Yeah,
- 20:21Speaker 3: what a pro. Damn.
- 20:23Speaker 1: And good on her. The two, oh, I liked it. Oh,
- 20:25Speaker 1: I already wrote it.
- 20:26Speaker 3: That's great.
- 20:26Speaker 1: But now we know people can just take that off.
- 20:28Speaker 1: But still, I'm all for it.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Right. And then the, man, it's.
- 20:36Speaker 1: The reaction of not saying anything is popping me like
- 20:38Speaker 1: they couldn't be silly. Like you don't know your name?
- 20:41Speaker 1: Like what?
- 20:42Speaker 3: Oh, man.
- 20:42Speaker 1: What's going on here? Very topical. Next up.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Oh, did you see this?
- 20:50Speaker 1: I had to sign some Topps cards. And I was
- 20:53Speaker 1: going through. I saw numbered 69. And I got PTSD
- 20:57Speaker 1: when I see that number. So I had to write
- 21:00Speaker 1: Mojo sucks. So if anybody.
- 21:03Speaker 3: His WWE career lives on.
- 21:04Speaker 1: That's right. If anybody gets this card, the 69 card says,
- 21:09Speaker 1: Mojo sucks. So I just sent those back to Tops.
- 21:14Speaker 1: So I guess they'll be in a.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Did Mojo respond to that tweet?
- 21:18Speaker 1: Oh, no. He thought it was funny. He thought it
- 21:20Speaker 1: was funny. Yeah, Mojo sucks.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Brian knows he sucks at this point.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Mojo sucks then, now, forever. Speaking of cards, do you
- 21:29Speaker 1: see this? The Eddie Guerrero WCW 98 Tops card says,
- 21:33Speaker 1: Sold for $ 9, 107. That's so cool. We're going to talk
- 21:39Speaker 1: about these cards later on in the show, but man,
- 21:41Speaker 1: that's an expensive boy.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I have the Macho Man one.
- 21:47Speaker 3: First of all, that went for a lot. That's a
- 21:51Speaker 3: lot more than I feel like some of these cards
- 21:53Speaker 3: have been going for.
- 21:53Speaker 1: And this isn't even PSA.
- 21:55Speaker 3: It's Beckett. Right. That's like a dream card of mine
- 21:59Speaker 3: right there. That's amazing.
- 22:01Speaker 1: That's a nice one. I have the Macho Man, and
- 22:03Speaker 1: that has gone.
- 22:05Speaker 3: Up in value. I have the Kurt Hennig. Ooh.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Do you have a Mikey Wibrek?
- 22:10Speaker 3: I do, but I didn't grade it. Oh. Which I
- 22:14Speaker 3: probably should.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Yeah, they graded mine.
- 22:15Speaker 3: You got to do it.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Next up, we always talk about this when Chris Van
- 22:22Speaker 1: Vliet interviews with people. He did Maria Kanellis and Caitlyn.
- 22:26Speaker 1: So Maria Kanellis does not have as many figures. I
- 22:29Speaker 1: didn't realize she got no Mattel love.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Oh, damn.
- 22:34Speaker 3: Yeah, because she kind of leaves WWE at the beginning
- 22:38Speaker 3: of Mattel, right?
- 22:39Speaker 2: Yeah, but when she comes back.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Oh, that's right.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Then you think they would do like a power love run. Yeah,
- 22:45Speaker 3: I know.
- 22:45Speaker 1: So Mike Kanellis got a figure.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Brian, that's a chase. That's the same figure. That's a chase.
- 22:51Speaker 1: And the Marias, I believe there's one in a two-pack
- 22:53Speaker 1: with Beth Phoenix, a Jax. The others, maybe with Santino.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Santino, yeah. So.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Pretty cool. And then the Caitlyn figures, there was only two.
- 23:04Speaker 3: I believe. That I didn't know. But I didn't realize
- 23:06Speaker 3: they were different. I thought it was a repacked one and, like,
- 23:08Speaker 3: a best of. And then when we put this graphic,
- 23:11Speaker 3: I realized the belt was different and her, like, vest
- 23:13Speaker 3: top was a little different. Yeah, it's slightly different.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Yeah. But pretty cool. I wonder who Chris VanVleet's going
- 23:19Speaker 1: to interview next. Mark, you should do a little Chris VanVleet.
- 23:22Speaker 1: I've done it.
- 23:23Speaker 2: I would love to.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Brian's done it.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I would love to.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Yeah, why not? Now, Brian, what about these power towns
- 23:31Speaker 1: showing up?
- 23:32Speaker 3: Do you know anything about this? No power towns have
- 23:34Speaker 3: shown up, Broski.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Well, we got some images of some pre-production of some
- 23:41Speaker 1: TNA and of some... I mean.
- 23:44Speaker 3: This is just shady factory stuff that's bound to happen.
- 23:50Speaker 3: I was selling power town stuff on my whatnot tonight.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Anytime I even talk about it, it just kind of
- 23:54Speaker 3: makes me sad. That's clearly Medusa right there, that top. Like,
- 23:58Speaker 3: we've never seen that. That looks like Moose's lower body. Right.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Josh Alexander.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Josh Alexander, yeah. Damn.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Is that Kamala?
- 24:11Speaker 3: Oh, Kamala. That's it. It's not Drunkyard Dog. Yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 1: What could have been, huh?
- 24:15Speaker 3: It's rough, man.
- 24:16Speaker 1: And maybe one day they will be. I just have
- 24:19Speaker 1: serious doubts. You text to Steve, he just leaves me
- 24:22Speaker 1: on read. When's the last time Steve wrote back to you?
- 24:26Speaker 3: Let's see.
- 24:26Speaker 1: It's a live check.
- 24:27Speaker 3: I wonder if he might have saw our viral clip
- 24:31Speaker 3: where I explained that I just text him for fun.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Oh, my God. That was so funny.
- 24:35Speaker 3: I almost clicked Steve Friedman, but that's not the Steve
- 24:41Speaker 3: I'm looking for.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Government names on the podcast.
- 24:45Speaker 3: I mean, what? How hard is that to figure out?
- 24:51Speaker 3: rosenthal okay uh i text him the instagram link to
- 24:58Speaker 3: these images yeah on wednesday no response then i wrote
- 25:05Speaker 3: friday just checking in he also leaves me on red
- 25:08Speaker 3: so i see that he sees these i don't know
- 25:09Speaker 3: if he even knows that's a feature on his phone
- 25:12Speaker 3: and then the last time october 6th i wrote hey
- 25:17Speaker 3: any progress no response there And then the last time
- 25:21Speaker 3: he actually wrote back was September 23rd.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Oh, what'd he say?
- 25:26Speaker 3: I don't even want to say it because it's too
- 25:28Speaker 3: incriminating without any real information. To be honest, it's just
- 25:33Speaker 3: going to cause more hatred for Powertown. Oh, boy. Hopefully
- 25:37Speaker 3: he's doing something behind the scenes. It doesn't feel like it. Yeah,
- 25:40Speaker 3: it doesn't feel like it. Everyone's always like, oh, why
- 25:44Speaker 3: don't you guys swoop in? Because whoever takes this on
- 25:49Speaker 3: Has this giant tab of three sets that need to
- 25:51Speaker 3: come out. Right.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Like the debt there is unbelievable.
- 25:54Speaker 3: It's like, so if that money disappeared for whatever reason
- 25:58Speaker 3: that no one knows or understands, like what do you,
- 26:02Speaker 3: who's just going to be like, yeah, I would love
- 26:03Speaker 3: to just fulfill those three sets worth of orders and
- 26:06Speaker 3: then start in the unreal negative. You know, I don't
- 26:10Speaker 3: know how that's solved. And then even if it's like
- 26:13Speaker 3: the other route where you're like, oh, if things are made,
- 26:18Speaker 3: like we think the Remco's are made and someone could
- 26:20Speaker 3: swoop in and cut a deal with the factory and
- 26:22Speaker 3: get them, then you're just like this evil.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Toy owner that has these sets that are really deserving
- 26:30Speaker 1: of the people that pre-order them and then you're selling them.
- 26:32Speaker 3: That's a whole other mess. It's a lose-lose situation. Big time.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Very unfortunate. I said on my one, I think there's
- 26:44Speaker 3: going to be a Dark Side of the Ring power
- 26:45Speaker 3: down at this point.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I would love that.
- 26:48Speaker 3: Because we could, I mean, just even the stories of
- 26:51Speaker 3: how it started with those Gagne interviews and we were
- 26:54Speaker 3: fucking quoting them and laughing our asses off. And then
- 26:57Speaker 3: the figures come out and they break, but they're fucking awesome.
- 27:00Speaker 3: And then they deliver series one. It's incredible. They deliver
- 27:02Speaker 3: our Tupac. That's literally my favorite figure ever in my career. Like,
- 27:07Speaker 3: it's crazy.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm looking at a Tupac right now. That's a
- 27:11Speaker 1: work of art right there.
- 27:12Speaker 3: It's fucking unbelievable. So, like I said, it really just
- 27:16Speaker 3: breaks my heart any time we bring this company up.
- 27:19Speaker 1: What could have been? Sea Rat, he's in the chat.
- 27:23Speaker 1: He got Powers of Pain, Big River Guy signed at KenCon,
- 27:28Speaker 1: but he was the first to get the Warlord signed.
- 27:32Speaker 1: I thought that was incredible. It also made me mad
- 27:34Speaker 1: that I don't even have this goddamn Warlord yet.
- 27:36Speaker 3: I don't have it either.
- 27:38Speaker 1: But love the Powers of Pain. Love Warlord, love Barbarian.
- 27:41Speaker 1: We have the upcoming Barbarian right now. You can pre-order
- 27:44Speaker 1: the early 90s look on clickmajor.com. Look at that, the Warlord,
- 27:49Speaker 1: first one.
- 27:50Speaker 3: It's really sweet.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Oh, my God. It's a very toyetic figure. I can't
- 27:54Speaker 1: wait to check it out. Might be a figure of
- 27:58Speaker 1: the year for me. Whoa. Looks damn good. Speaking of
- 28:05Speaker 1: big rubber guys, we're dropping a little teaser today. On
- 28:10Speaker 1: October 31st, there will be a pre-order for a new
- 28:13Speaker 1: Big Rubber Guy. First time in any line. No company.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Probably Halloween themed if we're dropping on Halloween, right?
- 28:24Speaker 1: It's possible, but no company has ever made this figure.
- 28:31Speaker 3: Mark of the Tidy Whities.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Mark of the Tidy Whities.
- 28:35Speaker 3: Wow.
- 28:35Speaker 2: In my workout gear?
- 28:36Speaker 3: Yes. Wow.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Hotel workout gear. Hotel room workout Sterling. It could be.
- 28:41Speaker 3: With the earring.
- 28:42Speaker 1: But Mark's already been in a line. This particular character
- 28:45Speaker 1: has not been in any toy line. And I expect
- 28:51Speaker 1: that the pre-order will sell out because it is coming
- 28:54Speaker 1: in stock sometime in November. So we're just doing a
- 28:58Speaker 1: little pre-order to get the orders out and ready to go.
- 29:00Speaker 1: But yeah, get ready. Who do you guys think it is? 1031,
- 29:05Speaker 1: first time in any line. CollectMajor.com. Chad Moore is saying
- 29:11Speaker 1: it's the Yetai.
- 29:12Speaker 3: The Yetai.
- 29:13Speaker 1: It is not. That would be a good one, though.
- 29:16Speaker 1: That would be a good one. And it would fit.
- 29:17Speaker 3: It would be way too big. It wouldn't fit in
- 29:18Speaker 3: the package.
- 29:19Speaker 1: It wouldn't fit in the package. All right. You guys
- 29:22Speaker 1: ready for some news?
- 29:23Speaker 3: I would love some news.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Oh, let's go to the news brought to you by GarageBand.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Majoristic Figure Podcast has a new tag team party. Garage Beer.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Scratch that figure-age and scratch that beer-age with Garage Beer.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Every tag team needs a name. And here it is,
- 29:42Speaker 1: Major Garage Beer. Garage Beer is light, refreshing, and made
- 29:46Speaker 1: with the highest quality. You can choose between the light
- 29:49Speaker 1: beer or my favorite, the lime beer.
- 29:52Speaker 2: And with only 95 calories, it's the smart beer to drink.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I'm Brian Myers, the most professionally I'm.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Smart Mark Sterling, and I love beer-flavored beer.
- 30:02Speaker 1: And I'm always ready, Matt Cardona. And the Major Garage
- 30:07Speaker 1: is always open.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Last time we partnered with Garage Beer, things got a
- 30:17Speaker 2: little out of hand. But this time, we're doing things
- 30:23Speaker 2: more professionally. Classic!
- 30:28Speaker 5: Run!
- 30:31Speaker 1: More class! Guys, guys, why can't we enjoy both? More polished!
- 30:35Speaker 2: Good idea! It's a crisp, refreshing partnership. Built on integrity
- 30:47Speaker 2: and teamwork! And focus.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Man, at Halloween Horror Nights, I was drinking a lot,
- 31:03Speaker 1: but I was just missing that garage beer. They didn't
- 31:05Speaker 1: have garage beer at Halloween Horror Nights.
- 31:07Speaker 3: I had to have some garage beer yesterday just to
- 31:09Speaker 3: soak up my sorrows with my Jets because they just
- 31:11Speaker 3: can't seem to figure things out.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Can't get it done, huh?
- 31:14Speaker 3: But the Knicks start tomorrow night, baby. Oh, let's go.
- 31:17Speaker 3: Big game against LeBron. I know you've been excited all week.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I'm ready, baby. I'm ready.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Mark, we play the Celtics on Friday.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 31:25Speaker 1: You have a little gentleman's bet if you'd like. I
- 31:28Speaker 1: can't wait. But use the hashtag MajorGarageBeer every single week.
- 31:33Speaker 1: If we choose your picture or video, you will get
- 31:35Speaker 1: a prize. This was a fun one, Mark.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Looks like David C. Anderson, but it's not, doesn't it?
- 31:42Speaker 3: It's not?
- 31:43Speaker 1: It does.
- 31:45Speaker 2: James, James Wu 10, got married to my hot wife
- 31:49Speaker 2: this past weekend. We celebrated with some wrestling entrances and
- 31:52Speaker 2: major garage beer. That is amazing.
- 31:55Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 31:56Speaker 2: They got tall boy garage beers there. They're all wearing belts.
- 32:00Speaker 2: He's got like an entrance gear.
- 32:01Speaker 3: This episode loves love with Fig Heel. We love love here.
- 32:05Speaker 3: We love love.
- 32:06Speaker 2: That is awesome.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Hell yeah. All right. So we got some news. Uh,
- 32:12Speaker 1: KWK showing off a lot of figures, Aja Kong and Alex,
- 32:17Speaker 1: the pug Porto. These look pretty cool. I think I
- 32:20Speaker 1: want to get an Aja Kong. I'm not quite sure
- 32:22Speaker 1: about Alex, the pug. He does fit the timeline, but
- 32:24Speaker 1: it's too deep of a cut.
- 32:27Speaker 3: He's so, he's so deep of a cut.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I can't even like close my eyes and picture what
- 32:31Speaker 1: he looks like. Well, we're about to show him. Uh, uh,
- 32:36Speaker 1: I don't know which Aja I need. I got to
- 32:38Speaker 1: figure out which one goes with a Medusa match or
- 32:41Speaker 1: a Elijah Blaze match.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Sure, they both do.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Alex Pug, limited to 150, limited to 100. I just
- 32:48Speaker 1: remember him having the Steiner Brothers music.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember thinking like, oh, I hope they give
- 32:52Speaker 3: this guy a shot, but it wasn't the case at all,
- 32:56Speaker 3: you know?
- 32:57Speaker 1: Yeah. So, KWK makes some deep cuts, limited edition. Pretty good.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Check him out. Also, guys, they finally are here. 11
- 33:07Speaker 1: of the 17 of the MyFandom collectibles have arrived. They
- 33:12Speaker 1: are real.
- 33:14Speaker 3: So I can report that these were seen over the
- 33:16Speaker 3: weekend at ACW and other places and stuff. I got
- 33:22Speaker 3: a shipping notification on, I don't know if it's Moff
- 33:24Speaker 3: or Kevin or both. So I will have one hopefully
- 33:29Speaker 3: in hand next week to talk about on the show.
- 33:31Speaker 1: I also heard Receivable packaging, but there's no tab, so
- 33:35Speaker 1: the card kind of.
- 33:37Speaker 3: Doesn't stay covered.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Slides it out?
- 33:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Oh, you got to fix that.
- 33:40Speaker 3: That's all I got so far. But yeah, real product
- 33:43Speaker 3: in hand. That's all we asked for. Yeah, I'm happy
- 33:46Speaker 3: with these guys. Leo saw them, so they were pretty nice.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Yeah, he bought the Now and Crowbar there.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Dude, I think this is incredible. If you're a merch
- 33:56Speaker 1: table or a convention, you have this at your table.
- 33:58Speaker 1: It's fucking awesome.
- 33:59Speaker 3: I think the opportunity for an independent wrestler to have
- 34:02Speaker 3: an act like this is pretty exceptional, yes.
- 34:05Speaker 1: And even like Crowbar, think about this. This is the
- 34:07Speaker 1: first time in a line. He's never had a figure before.
- 34:10Speaker 3: For all these years.
- 34:13Speaker 5: Right?
- 34:13Speaker 1: He doesn't have a figure. No.
- 34:14Speaker 3: Or Lashler. Or Dan Moff, who's been wrestling since I
- 34:17Speaker 3: was fucking in middle school.
- 34:20Speaker 2: The Crowbar from this distance looks great. And also what
- 34:23Speaker 2: I do appreciate is that they can stand up.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Right. We had the same issue with our big rubber guys.
- 34:31Speaker 3: You have to add that little tab at the bottom.
- 34:34Speaker 3: So it makes a big difference.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Correct me if I'm wrong. Is this the only retro
- 34:38Speaker 1: that stands up?
- 34:42Speaker 3: No. Galoobs have that, actually, I think. No. Yeah. I'm
- 34:47Speaker 3: looking at it right now on the wall.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Really?
- 34:49Speaker 3: All Galoob's have that.
- 34:50Speaker 1: No, Hasbro's definitely don't, and Zombie, Heels and Faces, definitely don't.
- 34:55Speaker 3: Right. And Mitch's figures definitely don't.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I appreciate it, because these are made to sell on
- 34:59Speaker 2: a gimmick table.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Right, so that only serves a more purpose. I'm all
- 35:04Speaker 1: for this, and this is great. I'm very happy for them.
- 35:06Speaker 1: They also showed off Kevin Fertig. We saw that Mordecai
- 35:11Speaker 1: last week, and now Kevin Fertig. I don't know if
- 35:13Speaker 1: that's jacked enough for now. We've seen the updated photos
- 35:16Speaker 1: of Kevin. So I'm all for these figures. If the
- 35:23Speaker 1: boys and girls in the business can make a little
- 35:25Speaker 1: extra money and get some figures, I'm all for it.
- 35:28Speaker 3: I think it's a very cool opportunity.
- 35:30Speaker 1: What about the Asylum Wrestling Store? Some 3D printed dioramas
- 35:34Speaker 1: and accessories. They have these foam fingers.
- 35:36Speaker 3: This just clicks into like a metal hand. Yeah. That's pretty.
- 35:41Speaker 1: Like, it's cool. I dig it. But like, Razor Ramon
- 35:44Speaker 1: was never walking around with his foam razor. Yeah.
- 35:47Speaker 3: It's like. Yeah, I guess it just depends on what
- 35:51Speaker 3: you want to do with this.
- 35:52Speaker 2: No, this is perfect for our friend who we just
- 35:56Speaker 2: did the video for, who's got a display with the
- 35:59Speaker 2: action figures.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Oh, I mean, that would be such an expensive project.
- 36:04Speaker 3: But if he bought the fans from a wrestling superstore
- 36:08Speaker 3: or whatever, what do you think? And then did some
- 36:10Speaker 3: of these. It could be epic.
- 36:13Speaker 2: I told him with the way he had it set up,
- 36:15Speaker 2: he just needed to buy some wrestling t-shirts, put them
- 36:17Speaker 2: on the guys. You have a couple with that.
- 36:19Speaker 5: Right.
- 36:20Speaker 2: You transform that crowd.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Well, these look good. There's also wrestling ice cream bars,
- 36:27Speaker 1: which are really, really cool. This is fun. Little figure
- 36:31Speaker 1: photography set up stuff. Also, a WWF interview backdrop.
- 36:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that.
- 36:37Speaker 3: That's cool. That's a needed thing.
- 36:39Speaker 1: That's very cool. As well as the Primetime Wrestling Studio.
- 36:41Speaker 3: Which I thought was pretty sweet. I had the idea.
- 36:43Speaker 3: I was going to.
- 36:45Speaker 1: It didn't work out, but there were certain guests we
- 36:47Speaker 1: were going to get for a live show, and I
- 36:48Speaker 1: was going to get this made as a backdrop just
- 36:51Speaker 1: for the photo op. Oh, yeah. Looks awesome.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Maybe we still will one day.
- 36:56Speaker 1: This Primetime looks pretty sick.
- 36:59Speaker 3: That's great.
- 36:59Speaker 1: He has some wrestling buddies there. I mean, guys, come on.
- 37:02Speaker 1: This is all illegal, but we're not going to report him.
- 37:07Speaker 3: He's not making... Yeah. They'll probably print the order. Yeah.
- 37:11Speaker 1: It's cool. He's not exactly sitting in the Playboy Mansion
- 37:14Speaker 1: off the profits of these things yet. Right, right, right.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Next up, Hastell Toys. I don't know how he did it,
- 37:22Speaker 1: but he did it. He got, I'm going to say
- 37:25Speaker 1: Ricky the Dragon Steamboat, Dee Freedom's notes say Richard Blood Sr. Allegedly.
- 37:34Speaker 3: I mean, we don't know that we have to, we
- 37:36Speaker 3: don't know.
- 37:38Speaker 1: What the legal I don't know what's going on here
- 37:41Speaker 1: guys first of all if Mitch did this and did
- 37:44Speaker 1: this the right way then a tip of the cap
- 37:47Speaker 1: because we've been trying to get Ricky to sign with
- 37:50Speaker 1: us for years he wanted nothing to do with it so.
- 37:54Speaker 3: No it wasn't that he had other issues that we
- 37:56Speaker 3: can't say right.
- 38:00Speaker 1: If Mitch was able to get the job done congratulations
- 38:04Speaker 1: looks cool This is the look I'd want to do
- 38:07Speaker 1: for a big rubber guy.
- 38:09Speaker 3: Right.
- 38:10Speaker 1: So, we'll see. But that's a hell of a signing
- 38:15Speaker 1: for Mitch.
- 38:15Speaker 3: It's a big signing, yep.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Big, big signing. Epic Toys showing off their Lanny Poffo.
- 38:22Speaker 1: This is sick. I really like it.
- 38:25Speaker 3: I need to see this.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Oh my God, I need that.
- 38:27Speaker 3: That's cool.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Really, really cool. I would certainly get one of these.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Makes me think, man, maybe we should repaint our Mighty Poffo.
- 38:36Speaker 3: Genius in black. Yeah.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Or even a genius in blue, you know, this blue one.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Leave a comment. Well, do you have a blue robe? Yeah,
- 38:43Speaker 3: I guess. Yeah. Black is actually the one I kind
- 38:47Speaker 3: of remember the most, I feel like.
- 38:48Speaker 2: I need like six of these. I'm going to make
- 38:51Speaker 2: a Smart Mark Sterling Creative Pro Wrestling Champion.
- 38:54Speaker 3: That's what you're doing. I know you love Poffo like that.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Got it.
- 39:00Speaker 2: No, it's great. I use the same robe style.
- 39:04Speaker 1: We got some 2K Mattel news. You can now play
- 39:08Speaker 1: in the video game as the WWE Street Fighter characters,
- 39:11Speaker 1: which I thought was interesting.
- 39:13Speaker 3: So, yeah.
- 39:14Speaker 1: The final boss, Rock. Rey Mysterio as Ryu. Dom as Ken.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Bianca Belair as Cammy. And Ultimate Warrior as Blanca.
- 39:22Speaker 3: That's really cool, actually. At least that makes sense to me.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Yeah. So, check that out. also fanatics just dropped some
- 39:32Speaker 1: uh street fighter wwe stuff look at that little like
- 39:37Speaker 1: roman versus uh cody guile versus akuma has anyone seen
- 39:44Speaker 1: this movie is anyone planning on seeing this movie.
- 39:46Speaker 2: I'm going to see it. I haven't seen it yet.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I want to see it this week. I haven't seen it.
- 39:49Speaker 3: The captain, but, I mean, we could say the negative
- 39:51Speaker 3: captain because he doesn't really like anything. So not so good. Well,
- 39:57Speaker 3: let's see. And his little sidekick in Orlando said not
- 40:00Speaker 3: so good, too.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Really?
- 40:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I'm going to check it out. Everything seems so fun.
- 40:06Speaker 1: Here's another shirt with Akuma and Guile. Looks pretty badass
- 40:10Speaker 1: to me. Isn't it Akuma or am I crazy? I'm right.
- 40:14Speaker 3: You're wrong.
- 40:15Speaker 1: It's Akuma?
- 40:16Speaker 3: Akuma, right.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Akuma Makata? I'm wrong.
- 40:21Speaker 3: Sorry, pal. Okay.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Also, a Pinta replica money in the bank briefcase. That's
- 40:27Speaker 1: just Britain money right there.
- 40:29Speaker 3: Yeah. Does it have the pyro?
- 40:31Speaker 1: I don't know if it has the pyro. Screen accurate, then.
- 40:34Speaker 1: I wonder if someone out there is going to add
- 40:35Speaker 1: some pyro to that.
- 40:36Speaker 3: I mean, this dude just sells stuff. It's crazy. Oh, yeah.
- 40:40Speaker 1: And then the Dan Housen Halloween human monies.
- 40:44Speaker 8: Wow.
- 40:44Speaker 1: You know you're over when you have variant money.
- 40:48Speaker 3: That comes in like a little purse? Pumpkin purse?
- 40:51Speaker 1: A little pumpkin purse right there.
- 40:53Speaker 3: This is unbelievable.
- 40:56Speaker 1: We talked about it last week. Ghost Right dropped those
- 40:59Speaker 1: SummerSlam blind boxes. So there's Bret Hart versus Bulldog. Undertaker
- 41:05Speaker 1: versus Undertaker. Triple H versus Shawn Michaels. The Rock versus Brock.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Rey Mysterio versus Kane. CM Punk versus... John Cena, Charlotte
- 41:13Speaker 1: Flair versus Becky Lynch, and Ellie Knight versus Logan Paul.
- 41:15Speaker 1: So these are all blind boxes. There's variants of each type.
- 41:19Speaker 1: I love that.
- 41:20Speaker 3: It has the theme. That's cool.
- 41:21Speaker 1: I love the theme. I love the exclusivity. You know
- 41:23Speaker 1: I'm a sucker for chases and stuff like that. So
- 41:27Speaker 1: these are really, really sick. Imagine getting something that's super
- 41:31Speaker 1: rare just in a blind box. That's why it's so fun.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Major needs a little blind box.
- 41:37Speaker 3: One of one.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Damn.
- 41:40Speaker 1: This I almost bought. I stopped myself. I got to
- 41:42Speaker 1: check it out, and I said, I can't do it,
- 41:44Speaker 1: but it was tempting. It's the Big Shots Doink the Clown.
- 41:46Speaker 3: It's freaking cool. Only 100 is wild, too.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Oh, with the hair. I was like, oh, I love
- 41:52Speaker 1: that hair.
- 41:53Speaker 2: That's pretty amazing.
- 41:54Speaker 1: I was so tempted to do it. I did not
- 41:56Speaker 1: do it, but really cool. Big Shots is making some
- 42:00Speaker 1: incredible stuff with these buddies, like the characters they've made.
- 42:05Speaker 1: I love buddies, but it'd be impossible to get everyone
- 42:08Speaker 1: they make. It would just be.
- 42:09Speaker 3: We're at the space, right? You have to be selective
- 42:11Speaker 3: just because of the space.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I got the Razor Ramon, the Chelsea Green, the
- 42:16Speaker 1: Matt Cardona, but I could not get the Doink. But
- 42:19Speaker 1: I was very, very tempted.
- 42:21Speaker 2: Guys, something horrible happened to me this weekend. Saturday night,
- 42:28Speaker 2: my daughter had a little party at the house. Really?
- 42:31Speaker 2: Six 11-year-old girls, and I was getting roasted for my
- 42:37Speaker 2: big shots. They were making fun of me so hard
- 42:41Speaker 2: for having a Ric Flair big shot. They had no
- 42:44Speaker 2: idea who they were. They wanted to know why I
- 42:46Speaker 2: had stuffed animals of guys without shirts.
- 42:49Speaker 1: What?
- 42:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I was getting roasted.
- 42:51Speaker 3: They're all valid questions.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 42:56Speaker 3: But they're not like in your living room. Were they
- 42:58Speaker 3: down in your room?
- 42:59Speaker 2: They were all watching a movie after the activity they
- 43:02Speaker 2: did in My room is the movie room.
- 43:06Speaker 3: Oh, so you are exposed. Got you. Yep.
- 43:09Speaker 1: This is news to me. Mattel, Superstar's Greatest Hits. Dude,
- 43:13Speaker 1: you might have to come in because I don't know
- 43:16Speaker 1: what's going on here.
- 43:16Speaker 3: I haven't seen this.
- 43:18Speaker 1: So it's Hogan, The Chase Variant, Vader, Bulldog, Jake the Snake. Dude,
- 43:23Speaker 1: can you pop in because I have no knowledge of this.
- 43:25Speaker 1: I can't really speak on it.
- 43:28Speaker 3: He's looking for his theme song. I see him.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Yep.
- 43:47Speaker 3: Where are these available.
- 43:48Speaker 10: Uh currently only available at least at this time online
- 43:53Speaker 10: through wrestling shop uk wrestling shop.com uk retailer Interesting.
- 43:58Speaker 1: Wow.
- 43:59Speaker 3: So it's just a set?
- 43:59Speaker 1: A little exclusive set?
- 44:01Speaker 10: I don't know if it's exclusive to just them, but yeah,
- 44:03Speaker 10: I mean, maybe Smith's Toys may be carrying these. I
- 44:07Speaker 10: think these are only in the UK through Wrestling Shop,
- 44:13Speaker 10: but Realm Art is the exclusive United States retailer for
- 44:17Speaker 10: WWE Superstars, so I don't know if they may only
- 44:20Speaker 10: be exclusive to Wrestling Shop.
- 44:22Speaker 1: I'm not sure.
- 44:22Speaker 3: Is there a way to identify that? They're not the
- 44:25Speaker 3: regular ones?
- 44:26Speaker 2: Yeah, the packaging is different.
- 44:28Speaker 10: And the item numbers are different as well. So these aren't...
- 44:32Speaker 10: The deco sheets are technically carry-forwards, but not carry-forwards of
- 44:35Speaker 10: the exact same item. They do have a different item number,
- 44:37Speaker 10: a different assortment number, I.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Believe, as well.
- 44:40Speaker 10: So it looks like it's just the chase variants of
- 44:43Speaker 10: the Series 6 Hogan and the chase variant of the
- 44:45Speaker 10: Series 13 Jake the Snake Roberts.
- 44:48Speaker 2: I don't think it's actually.
- 44:49Speaker 1: That's an interesting choice.
- 44:50Speaker 10: Yeah, so I think there's no chase variants... In it,
- 44:53Speaker 10: it's just they selected the chase variants as the characters
- 44:56Speaker 10: to be included here.
- 44:56Speaker 3: Got it.
- 44:57Speaker 1: It's a weird....
- 45:00Speaker 10: I believe this is probably the last wave, I would assume,
- 45:03Speaker 10: at least for WWE Superstars for the time being.
- 45:06Speaker 1: Huh. I love these figures. I hate to see them go, but.
- 45:11Speaker 3: They do have just like a special attention to detail
- 45:13Speaker 3: that will be missed, yes.
- 45:14Speaker 2: It's on pause.
- 45:15Speaker 10: Who's to say these can't come back? Because we have
- 45:17Speaker 10: seen WWE Superstars through that two-pack with Cody, as well
- 45:21Speaker 10: as The Rock. Those were exclusive to Mattel Creations.
- 45:23Speaker 2: So who's to say that they can't appear through that format?
- 45:26Speaker 1: Right.
- 45:27Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Sweet.
- 45:28Speaker 1: Well, we got some ringside news. Shop ringside collectibles Halloween

- 49:45Speaker 2: Boom, right there. Superplex Stadium at Superplex Stad. Right where
- 49:51Speaker 2: the Collect Major Mr. Met belongs to be the National Baseball.
- 49:55Speaker 3: Hall of Fame. Wow, that's really cool. Thank you for
- 49:57Speaker 3: doing that.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Have you ever been, Brian?
- 49:59Speaker 5: Uh, yeah.
- 50:00Speaker 3: When I was a kid, my dad took me. I
- 50:01Speaker 3: would love to go again. I think I went in
- 50:04Speaker 3: like 1999. Wow. So I would love to go again.
- 50:08Speaker 2: I think I went like maybe in 2004.
- 50:10Speaker 3: I wanted to go desperately when Mike Piazza went in
- 50:13Speaker 3: the hall. That was like my plan, but it happened
- 50:15Speaker 3: to be the same exact day that my, like one
- 50:17Speaker 3: of my best friends got married. So literally in the
- 50:20Speaker 3: wedding party type wedding. So it wasn't happening.
- 50:23Speaker 2: I was very underwhelmed by the hall, but I really
- 50:26Speaker 2: enjoyed the town.
- 50:28Speaker 3: It's just like, I don't know. If you love baseball,
- 50:31Speaker 3: it will make you feel great, I think.
- 50:34Speaker 2: I thought the Hall of Fame needed some updating. But
- 50:39Speaker 2: the town was awesome. They had so many awesome stores
- 50:41Speaker 2: and baseball-themed things. It was just a nice area as well.
- 50:48Speaker 3: All right.
- 50:48Speaker 1: So I had a slow week. Brian, are you going
- 50:50Speaker 1: to talk about this WrestleMania set? WrestleMania set. Like I said,
- 50:53Speaker 1: unbelievable because we got Royal Rumble a week ago. Yeah.
- 50:57Speaker 3: And here we are. Wrestlemania elites in stock CM Punk
- 51:01Speaker 3: from Mania in Orlando when Broski and I were in
- 51:04Speaker 3: the main event collect them all build Armando Alejandro Estrada
- 51:10Speaker 3: so there's Punk from this Money in the Bank winning
- 51:14Speaker 3: performance this one I didn't even realize was going this
- 51:17Speaker 3: is Big Kev managing Shawn at WrestleMania 10 yes I
- 51:20Speaker 3: need this so I said this is going to be
- 51:22Speaker 3: a sentimental get for Broski I can tell yeah I
- 51:24Speaker 3: need it because I'm like when I saw it I'm
- 51:26Speaker 3: like when did he wear this outfit but You barely
- 51:29Speaker 3: know because he's standing on the outside in the ladder match.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Yep, I need that 100%. Especially if you have that
- 51:34Speaker 1: Amazon box set.
- 51:35Speaker 3: Oh, yep. That's what I'm going to do. That's going
- 51:38Speaker 3: to accompany that real great. Yep. Then we have this.
- 51:40Speaker 3: This is a heavy. This is a thudder here. Yamanga
- 51:43Speaker 3: from the Battle of the Billionaires, WrestleMania 23. And that's
- 51:46Speaker 3: exactly what the Armando depicts as well to accompany him
- 51:50Speaker 3: for that.
- 51:51Speaker 1: Would you call me crazy if I kept that over
- 51:53Speaker 1: the Ultimate? Why?
- 51:56Speaker 3: Because it's more deeper? Than what the ultimate represents? You're
- 52:00Speaker 3: trying to be more, less when you're in the roster, right?
- 52:04Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 52:05Speaker 3: Yeah, so I think that's true. Even though we debut like, what,
- 52:07Speaker 3: a week later?
- 52:08Speaker 1: Still, we didn't debut yet.
- 52:09Speaker 3: Right. So there's Umaga. And then I had to open them.
- 52:13Speaker 3: Check them out. Look at it. Wave your hands from
- 52:18Speaker 3: side to side.
- 52:19Speaker 1: It looks great. Hey, listen, congrats to Joe Hendry.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Joe Hendry's first Mattel. I got to give rings of
- 52:24Speaker 3: their due. I think there's a little better likeness.
- 52:27Speaker 5: Okay.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Okay.
- 52:28Speaker 3: The likeness on this is not blowing me away. I
- 52:33Speaker 3: will give a credit. If you can see this, it's
- 52:34Speaker 3: coming across on camera. See his wave hands?
- 52:38Speaker 1: Yep.
- 52:38Speaker 3: They're not the normal Mattel open hands. You think they're
- 52:41Speaker 3: new hands? Because he does, and I've seen Joe do
- 52:44Speaker 3: this so many times. He does kind of do like
- 52:47Speaker 3: a weird, I don't know if he's just awkward or
- 52:48Speaker 3: he does it on purpose. His hands have like this
- 52:51Speaker 3: cup and they like, I think they made new hands
- 52:53Speaker 3: to do that.
- 52:54Speaker 1: They might have. Those aren't like the Randy Orton hands.
- 52:56Speaker 3: They're not the normal just like. Mattel hand. Okay. So
- 53:01Speaker 3: definitely a little attention to detail. He comes with a
- 53:02Speaker 3: really nice soft goods shirt from that Mania match. Wow.
- 53:08Speaker 3: In stock and shipping, WrestleMania elites and ringside collectibles. Use
- 53:12Speaker 3: discount code MAJOR. Save 10%.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Are you keeping anything from this set for yourself?
- 53:17Speaker 3: I don't think I am because Armando and Umaga is too, like,
- 53:21Speaker 3: in our time period. I can't do it. Really?
- 53:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:25Speaker 3: Diesel's too obscure. I've carried Joe Henry enough in my
- 53:28Speaker 3: life that I don't need to carry this around. I
- 53:30Speaker 3: don't know.
- 53:33Speaker 1: So what is your cutoff? I mean, mine's 2007. What's yours?
- 53:37Speaker 3: I want to do it from when I first matched
- 53:39Speaker 3: in 2004, but I've made an exception. I do 2005
- 53:41Speaker 3: because there's too many things in 2005 that I mark
- 53:44Speaker 3: out for too hard. I couldn't get rid of Sean
- 53:48Speaker 3: when he takes on Hogan and things like that. You
- 53:50Speaker 3: know what I mean? Or Eddie and Ray fighting over Dom. Shit,
- 53:53Speaker 3: I couldn't, you know.
- 53:55Speaker 1: So when does Armando debut?
- 53:58Speaker 3: Early 2006, I believe. Okay.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Makes sense. I got some more Topps cards. I'm adding
- 54:07Speaker 1: to my I hate this Topps card collection. But I
- 54:11Speaker 1: have to get it.
- 54:12Speaker 3: I love that this is against your will. You're just
- 54:14Speaker 3: doing this.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Bro, there's so many of them. This is a, I believe,
- 54:17Speaker 1: 125 out of 175. I got this. I got some
- 54:20Speaker 1: more on the way. And then I picked this one up.
- 54:22Speaker 1: This is a WrestleMania Vegas, out of $ 399, I believe,
- 54:30Speaker 1: graded PSA. So that's pretty cool.
- 54:34Speaker 3: That's cool. So you didn't get that graded. You bought
- 54:36Speaker 3: that graded?
- 54:37Speaker 1: I bought it graded.
- 54:37Speaker 3: Wow.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Bought it graded. I don't get every Matt Cardona or
- 54:42Speaker 1: Zack Ryder card that's great because some of the cards
- 54:44Speaker 1: I just don't like. But if I like the card
- 54:46Speaker 1: and it's great and it's on eBay, I'll snag it. Honestly,
- 54:49Speaker 1: grading is so expensive that it's kind of... It is
- 54:52Speaker 1: what it is at this point. Just buy a graded,
- 54:54Speaker 1: you know? Oh, I just buy a graded.
- 54:55Speaker 3: Yeah. I just buy a graded.
- 54:57Speaker 1: Yeah. Mark, you still collect? Yep.
- 55:00Speaker 2: I got the Mitch stuff this week.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 55:04Speaker 3: So got the- Great brawler debate.
- 55:08Speaker 2: I'm more than happy with this brawler over the zombie. Sorry, zombie.
- 55:12Speaker 2: I'm going to keep this brawler.
- 55:13Speaker 3: Mitch, you won. I just wish the stupid hat didn't
- 55:14Speaker 3: come off. Oh, yes.
- 55:16Speaker 2: The hat is not as great. However, the hat on
- 55:19Speaker 2: Abe here is phenomenal.
- 55:20Speaker 3: It clicks in, yeah.
- 55:22Speaker 2: It's perfect.
- 55:22Speaker 3: If it has the click, I can't complain too much. When, like, dude, that, like,
- 55:26Speaker 3: Kim Chi hat was wild.
- 55:27Speaker 1: Yes.
- 55:28Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 55:29Speaker 2: This is great because I feel like it works.
- 55:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:34Speaker 2: As well.
- 55:35Speaker 3: Yeah. That's my cutoff for those two. That's 96, so
- 55:38Speaker 3: I counted that.
- 55:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that.
- 55:40Speaker 3: There's also just not a lot of God-fearing Jake representation
- 55:44Speaker 3: in collections, right?
- 55:47Speaker 6: Right.
- 55:48Speaker 2: Exactly, yeah. And then I haven't opened this one yet because...
- 55:51Speaker 2: I just actually really love the packaging.
- 55:53Speaker 3: Yeah, it's cool.
- 55:55Speaker 2: I love Arn, and I was thinking maybe this is
- 55:58Speaker 2: one that I would get signed.
- 55:59Speaker 3: Wrestlecade weekend.
- 56:02Speaker 1: That's one I'm skipping. But I will get the Abe
- 56:07Speaker 1: Knuckleball and the Jake.
- 56:10Speaker 2: Also, Brian, you were a million percent right. I changed
- 56:15Speaker 2: the head. Oh, there we go.
- 56:18Speaker 3: The likeness is better.
- 56:20Speaker 2: For some reason, I was thinking I can't put the
- 56:22Speaker 2: glasses on this head, but you can. You just have
- 56:25Speaker 2: to work it in a little bit. But this is
- 56:28Speaker 2: so much better, and it made the figure a million
- 56:29Speaker 2: times better.
- 56:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 56:31Speaker 2: So you were right.
- 56:33Speaker 3: Pretty usual. Courtesy of my friends at KNS WrestleFest, a.k.a.
- 56:39Speaker 3: the producers of RIP Ken Con. And I'll give Golden
- 56:43Speaker 3: Ring Collectibles and Bucky a little layup. shout out on
- 56:46Speaker 3: this too for the pc i got my ringside collectibles
- 56:51Speaker 3: cactus jack ecw defining moments inscribed and autographed and it
- 56:58Speaker 3: says forgive me uncle eric cactus jack ec dub wow
- 57:04Speaker 3: in a defender so unique piece that i was like
- 57:07Speaker 3: man i have to and then that's even what ravishing
- 57:10Speaker 3: robert wrote in the copy so i mulled over different
- 57:13Speaker 3: things to say and put on there but I think
- 57:15Speaker 3: that was the best way to go about it.
- 57:16Speaker 1: So I'm thrilled they had that to the collection. This
- 57:20Speaker 1: is not wrestling figure related, but I got this, the
- 57:23Speaker 1: new Mondo Janine Real Ghostbusters. I just love their packaging.
- 57:27Speaker 1: It looks like a trap. You open it up, she's
- 57:29Speaker 1: inside there. She comes with two legs, but you could
- 57:33Speaker 1: make it like she's sitting on the desk, like sitting
- 57:35Speaker 1: over the desk. I just think the desk is going
- 57:38Speaker 1: to take up too much real estate for what I have.
- 57:41Speaker 1: So I'm just going to have her.
- 57:42Speaker 3: Standing, I think.
- 57:43Speaker 1: But these Mondo Real Ghostbusters are incredible.
- 57:46Speaker 3: Even I have seen them at, like, Comic-Cons and Toy Fair,
- 57:49Speaker 3: so I'm like, wow, those are really nice figures.
- 57:51Speaker 1: And the best part about it is, like, their joints
- 57:53Speaker 1: move like fucking butter.
- 57:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 57:55Speaker 1: Like, you don't have to use a fucking blow dryer.
- 57:58Speaker 1: You don't have to worry about the elbows snapping off
- 58:00Speaker 1: or anything like that. It just, everything is so smooth
- 58:02Speaker 1: and nice.
- 58:02Speaker 3: I can report that about this Joe Henry. It does
- 58:04Speaker 3: not have the Mattel Kung Fu Kick action.
- 58:08Speaker 1: Oh, that's good. Yeah. Anything else, Mark? I'm done for
- 58:15Speaker 1: the week. I really wasn't home all week. One last thing.
- 58:19Speaker 1: I got it back from CAS graded. Choke on that.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Slap nuts. TNA. Total non-stop action. Autographed. JSA certified. Jeff Jarrett. Now,
- 58:31Speaker 1: we think Brian might have sold this and I bought
- 58:33Speaker 1: it on eBay from someone who bought it from Brian.
- 58:35Speaker 3: I literally think it is.
- 58:38Speaker 1: King of the mountain, Jeff Jarrett. This will be With
- 58:42Speaker 1: my miscellaneous figures.
- 58:43Speaker 3: Mine looks very similar. If you can see on the
- 58:45Speaker 3: wall there.
- 58:46Speaker 1: So I have this. This will be on display proudly
- 58:50Speaker 1: in my collection. Little King of the Mountain.
- 58:52Speaker 3: How about?
- 58:53Speaker 1: Jeff Jarrett.
- 58:54Speaker 3: Guess who was trolling my Whatnot stream in the comments,
- 58:57Speaker 3: in the chat?
- 58:57Speaker 1: Double J?
- 58:58Speaker 3: Double J, new to Whatnot.
- 59:00Speaker 9: Wow.
- 59:01Speaker 3: Yeah, so get ready for that. Very, very cool.
- 59:04Speaker 1: All right, it's time for some uh major mark purchase
- 59:08Speaker 1: of the week let's do it let's go.
- 59:29Speaker 2: Purchases of the week. Let's check in here. I'm a
- 59:33Speaker 2: sucker for Zach here. He got some more for the
- 59:37Speaker 2: Seinfeld wall. Zach Chara, two in one week.
- 59:40Speaker 1: Sure, why not?
- 59:41Speaker 2: Last week, got the chance to visit New York Comic
- 59:43Speaker 2: Con for the first time and met actor Richard McGonigal,
- 59:47Speaker 2: and was able to have him sign a photo of
- 59:49Speaker 2: him as the coffee shop CEO, giving Kramer free coffee.
- 59:53Speaker 2: Then that weekend, went to Zombie Hideout in Springfield. Oh,
- 59:56Speaker 2: that's right by me. for the chance to meet actress
- 59:59Speaker 2: Rina Sofer and add her to the collection, as well
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: as her role as George's girlfriend, who thinks he's a tourist.
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: Man, like, this is always so fun, but I'm always thinking, like,
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: how does he find these signings and track these people down?
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: It's so unique.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: It's funny, though. Seinfeld, all those, so many of those actors, like, obviously...
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: They don't really do signings as the Seinfeld characters, but
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: they've gone on to do so many different things.
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. It's always like random book signings
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: and stuff, it seems to be.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: Right, right. Okay, here we got Rob Talevi. Talevi picked
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: up a unique grail piece from Fanatics. It's been on
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: my bucket list to put together a shadow box autograph
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: set for Mick Foley for quite a while. I met
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Mick at the Kowloon. Years back, but only got a
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: photo as I wasn't into collecting then. Being one of
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: my regrets, I started thinking about taking some items I
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: had compiled since then and see if I can get
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: them autographed, i.e. Mr. Socko and BRG Cactus card backing.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: This week I jumped on Fanatics and saw an autographed
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: Mankind mask for $ 100. Wow. I knew right then and
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: there this was a missing piece. After a quick trip
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: to Michael's and grabbing a shadow box, I was finally
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: able to make this a reality. The only issue is
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: it's too tight to fit a BRG or Funko inside.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: Looks sweet.
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: I mean, it looks good the way it is. I mean,
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: just leave it like that.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree. A big haul here.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: Whoa.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: Chris Sullivan. This week I was taken to Dudleyville in
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: a major way on Whatnot. Signed guy Dudley, a.k.a.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Lou E.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: Dangerously, has joined the Whatnot machine.
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: Yeah, selling cards, rare old ECW stuff.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: I picked up a number of great things, starting off
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: with Ticket Stubs, ECW January 12, 2001, which was the
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: second-to-last ECW event. WCW Clash of Champions January 1995, autographed
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: by Jimmy Hart. Main event, Hulk Hogan and Macho Man vs. Bruce,
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: Barbara Beefcake and Kevin Sullivan. WCW Halloween Havoc 1997, autographed
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: by Vincent NWO and Ming. Piper vs. Hogan Steel Cage.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: And WCW Monday Nitro June 1997, signed by Ray Jr.,
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: and someone else.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: That was the debut of Kurt Henning and Raven. Also
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: picked up a few ECW event programs, Omni Press Cards
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: of Shane Douglas and Zabu, and Las Vegas Magazine promoting ECW.
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: Signed guy has thrown signed photos. Oh. So he's doing
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: it right.
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: Can't be that, dude.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: This made me think, too, also, we should get our
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: good friend Judge Jeff Jones. I bet you he's got
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: two or three whatnot streams of stuff. Oh, boy.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: For sure.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: Yeah, good old Spotlight.
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: These strapping young gentlemen.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: Xavier A. Gonzaga. I got a postal peanut job. Got
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: my signed Steiner Bros. WWF Spotlight magazine whenever they came
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: back around to the New York, New Jersey area.
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: Where's the autograph on that?
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't see an autograph.
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: He's going to get it signed.
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: Whenever they come back.
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: Got it.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: There's something unique here. Dr. Lucha. These are some rare
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: 1994 AAA coloring books.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: What?
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: On the left is Fuerzo Guerrera and Blue Panther. On
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: the right is Cien Caras and Octagon. And in the
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: middle is Mascara Sagrada and a really young Rey Mysterio Jr.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: From what I can tell, this seems to be Ray
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: Mysterio's first ever cover and predates any magazine cover I
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: can find of him. Information on these is scarce, but
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: if anyone knows more, I would be happy to hear.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: That's really cool, and I bet he's right.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: That's awesome. Yeah. Damn, that's so cool.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: And, hey, Billy Peck.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: This is cool, too.
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: Billy Peck, on Wednesday, October 14th, it was Winnie the
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Pooh's 100th birthday. So my family and I made the
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: trip to Disneyland to celebrate. While there, We got Pooh
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: to sign his 100th birthday Funko. It also happens to
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: be the Halloween season, so we got to go to
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: Oogie Boogie Bash and take the Halloween festivities. My son
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: Logan is a huge fan of Mickey, and in preparation
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: for the trip, we watched Disney Park movies, and he
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: loved the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, so we got
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: this Mickey dressed as a pirate Halloween Funko to get signed.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: I love that.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: He says, thanks for letting me slack in my major
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: pod duties.
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: I have my Disney trip coming up in Some of those, man,
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: like Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan and Little Mermaid,
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: I have to just put on my big boy pants
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: and be like. What do you mean? On those rides.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: Like my kids love them, but like.
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: You don't appreciate those attractions?
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: Froze game.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: Yeah, but I mean, you're appreciating the enjoyment that you're.
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: Three miles per hour.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: Bro, it's not a thrill ride. It's not a coaster, dude.
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: Staring at freaking ceramic statues lit up.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: I use those as a little nap.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: You might as well go to Universal. Mark's proving me
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: right here. You might as well go to Universal and
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: do the Grinch Christmas with the way you're acting.
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: I just said, I pretend to be like, oh, wow.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: Now, Brian, you go on It's a Small World.
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: That's the ultimate. It's a Small World sucks. Even my
- 1:05:21Speaker 3: kids are like, that ride sucks.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: It's kind of not out.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: It's annoying. How do you sleep during that?
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: Like this.
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: Living in the Land, I could see you could sleep
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: on it, or the People Mover.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: Living in the Land, bro, I slept on that ride
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: with Broski.
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: Why did you guys even go on it?
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: I was hammered. I don't know why. Broski dragged us on.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: It's a great direction.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: All right, last week we did the display. Everyone was confused. Well,
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: there was no display this week. It was the Gremlins display.
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: It wasn't a gigantic display.
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: But sometimes, you know, with these, we just kind of
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: show a little portion of a collection.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: You ever heard, size does matter, bitch.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: Well, here's another small one, but it's unique. We have
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: never talked about these figures before.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: I love this show. This is Anthony D'Andrea, my family
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: guy display made up of the figures from Mezco. I
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: have never seen these in my life.
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't realize there was that many.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Yeah, me neither. And when you put them all together
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: in this little display, it looks awesome. But they pretty
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: much have all the big players and even the fighting
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: the chicken, which is like, you know.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: I watched the show like in college on DVD. I
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: don't think I've watched it like two decades. I haven't either.
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: I just kind of catch it once in a while, yeah.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: I watched it sometimes.
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: I liked it.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: That's it.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: That was the display, guys. It was the Family Guy display.
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: Let's clear that up for everybody that was upset.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: All right. Let's go to the Q & A brought
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: to you by Blue Chew.

- 1:08:35Speaker 5: It's that time again of the show to scratch that itch.
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: Ask the boys what you want to know.
- 1:08:42Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: You better make sure that your question is good. Like,
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: what's your Mount Rushmore of figures from your childhood? Jump
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: on X and use the tag. Ask a major pod.
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: It'll get you hard. If they read your question on air,
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: you'll get a prize. Now that's super rare. You better
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: be smart, professional, and complete. Then maybe the boys will
- 1:09:07Speaker 5: pick you for the Q & A this week.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: It's blue chew season. It's always blue chew season, baby.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: You just pop a little blue chew. Your wife comes in,
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: your girlfriend, big heel now with his fiance.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Ooh.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: That's what you didn't see in the video, is that
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: one hand had the ring, the other hand had the
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: blue chip.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: Right, that's the other Instagram account.
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: This is behind the other Instagram account. Material here.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: But use the hashtag AskMajorPod. If we read your question,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: we will send you a prize, and then hopefully if
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Mark ever sends me the question that he picks, I
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: will mail you the prize. Mark's a little behind.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll do this. All right, Brian's question here. Mike LaPuma.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: God damn, he wins all the time.
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: Well, I was good over here. I was glad he
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: asked about this, because it is getting close to the holidays.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: Well, we're going to blow his mind. Can you guys
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: tell us any details or information on this year's toy
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: drive yet?
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: It's canceled.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Broski is the Grinch, huh? Well, we had a meeting,
- 1:10:12Speaker 3: and we will have full details later. next week right
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: here on the Made Dressing for Your Podcast. So that
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: announcement is incoming next week. We're excited. We're thinking we
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: wouldn't miss a year. We love doing every year. It's
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: a lot of work. It's always a lot of fun.
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: And we'll figure out a way to celebrate it and
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: have a big.
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: Well, as of right now, we're planning on doing some
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: sort of live show.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: Yes, live podcast. Like a live recording. Like we've done
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: in the past. So yeah, there's that.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: All right, my question, Dwayne Critchfield. Most of my collection
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: of action figures, sixth scale figures and a few statues
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: are boxed up due to a lack of space and
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: wanting to move before I try to set up the space.
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: Can you give anyone some advice on planning display areas
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: or common pitfalls to avoid?
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: I'm the last person to ask, bro.
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: Ask Mark.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: He knows. I'm 10 months deep into this toy room. It's...
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: It's a lot of, especially if you have tight real
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: estate and a lot of stuff, it's hard. It's hard
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: to make cuts to see what fits, what doesn't fit.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but I think what you did was perfect in
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: the sense that you bought the displays, basically.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: I mean, you built them.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: But a normal human being would buy the displays you need.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: You would see the space, then you would go to
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Ikea or whatever the heck you're going to buy them at,
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: and you would pick out the displays you think are cool.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: for whatever reason, you know, and then you start putting
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: your collection in there. But if you have these big
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: statues and stuff, you can't just get Detolfs or, or,
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: you know, things that are like Detolfs. You need to
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: get like a trophy case or something.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: Right. Cause a Detolf, like one of those figures, we
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: take up a whole shelf.
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: Like it made me get two in there, two or three.
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: I think if you have like a modest collection, not
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: a lot of space, a Detolf's a nice touch. But
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: if you have like a lot of space, it's like
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: a waste. that makes any sense i would say this
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: as far as advice like i i always like try
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: to envision everything i even like i've drawn like mapped
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: it out you know i mean kind of draw the
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: the lay land measure because you don't want to measure
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: stuff you don't want to be hanging shit on the
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: walls and fucking up the paint and moving around like
- 1:12:30Speaker 3: you know so you know what you're getting into before
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: you do it or fuck things up or make things
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: permanent um and I also say hanging things is a
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: great way to, I think it looks great and it
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: saves space. So another thing to keep in mind.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: Also me and Brian, um, believe this, not so much Matt,
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: but he kind of changed his mind a little bit,
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: but I feel like your toy room should have some
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: sort of purpose other than being a museum. So like,
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: you know, it's, it's our family room basically, you know,
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: it's where we watch TV. So I have a nice
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: couch in there. Um, Now it's Broski's kind of like
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: podcast office, so he's at least in there for his podcast.
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: He's spending time in the room where he never spent
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: time in the room last time.
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: Right. Unless you were fixing something. Right, right, right.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: So that's a benefit. Brian's family room basically is one
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: of them.
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: I love this room.
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: I don't really watch TV without my wife, so there's
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: no reason for me to have a TV or anything
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: like that in here.
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: Sure.
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: But now I think it's great. Now it makes total
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: sense because your toy room is where you do your
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: toy work.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: Right, right.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: Wait, are you still having an office or no?
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: No, this is going to be it.
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: Okay, so then that's perfect.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: This is it. I'm hopeful that it will be all
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: done by New Year's Eve. I keep moving the goalposts,
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: but hopefully by New Year's Eve it'll be done. We're
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: almost there.
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: We're at the very tedious stage.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: Matt's question here, Roy Loosier, if a trading card set
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: from a, set is found decades later, such as the
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: 1999 WCW autograph trading cards.
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: Great question.
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: Do you personally consider these as a part of the
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: official set?
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: Great question.
- 1:14:15Speaker 3: And we know a lot of talents that were given
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: those cards and didn't submit them in regards to this
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: particular set.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I say yes and no.
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: Because it wasn't ever in a pack.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: It was never in a pack. but they exist. It's
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: not like, for instance, like my Rhythm and Blues Greg
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: the Hammer Valentine. I have a prototype hand-painted. It wasn't
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: like this mass-produced run. These other cards were mass-produced. They
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: were made just like all the others, but the talent
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: never gave them back.
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: I think you got to look at it like kind
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: of you just said, like not part of the real set,
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: but if you're a diehard, you want to get them.
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: So it's like you can collect a series... you know,
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: have it A to Z complete. But if you're diehard,
- 1:14:58Speaker 3: you want the prototypes. You want the pre-production stuff. You
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: want the, I think that's the way you got to
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: look at it.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Like, if you were, that 1999, or is it, is
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: it 98, 99?
- 1:15:07Speaker 3: What is it? 99 is the stuff you said.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Like, if you were a completist on that, and then
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: you had the opportunity to buy the Mikey Whipwreck.
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: First of all, have you seen the shot? How many cards? Oh,
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: it's nuts. It's so cool. There's so many cards. There's
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: some random ass dudes.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: Like, if you had the opportunity to buy, like, the
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: Mikey Whipwreck or the Sandman one, like, you just wouldn't
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: do it? because it didn't come out. That's what I'm saying,
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: because you're a diehard. But if you're not a diehard,
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: then no, you wouldn't have that itch. But I think
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: you're a diehard if you have the whole fucking set.
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: So I think you've got to get them.
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: It's just, it's your rule. It's not like anything else.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Yes, there's no right or wrong.
- 1:15:42Speaker 3: There's no right or wrong.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: That's the way I would break it down if you
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: needed to be.
- 1:15:48Speaker 3: Itemized like that.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: Yeah, those cards are just so... Oh, man, I love
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: those cards.
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: Yeah, they are very nostalgic.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: But I can't think of another... And it's kind of, like,
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: sad and staggering how many of those guys are dead.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: Which makes them, obviously, a lot more lucrative.
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: But I can't think of another, like, card situation where
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: that exists, where there's other cards that... Can you?
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: Um.
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: I mean, we know of, like, WWE talent that didn't
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: hand in their cards.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, but does anyone.
- 1:16:18Speaker 3: They're just not as sought after. Right, right.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: I know Morrison has boxes and boxes because he got
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: released before he... Morrison. Boxes and boxes.
- 1:16:28Speaker 3: Yeah, situations like that happens, but no offense, nobody cares.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 1:16:31Speaker 3: It's not like people are looking for these Callisto cards.
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: I'm just saying.
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: All right. Well, let's hear some good housekeeping. Guys, YouTube.com
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: slash at MajorDevPod. What is the count on that vlog
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: that you guys did?
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: It is.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Is it at 600,000 yet? That's crazy.
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: Bro, 707,000. What? Oh, my.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: It could get to a mil.
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: Dude, the K & S cleanup is cooking.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: 71,000.
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: And it's crazy because.
- 1:17:20Speaker 3: Roski, your vlog is already at 10K.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: Oh, shit.
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: I just realized. How cool is this, like, In the
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: sense that like 71,000 would have been like, holy shit, guys.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: But now it's like it pales in comparison to 701,000.
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: Which is crazy. Well, listen, I always say- A lot
- 1:17:38Speaker 3: of people at KenCon talk to me about that vlog,
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: by the way.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: It was a legendary vlog. The KNS vlog, me watching,
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: I was like, what the fuck? Why does he have
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: fish tanks in there?
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: Dude. When he talks about it, it's like, what do
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: you mean? Of course I have fish tanks.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: There was no fish in them. For years.
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: Disgusting old water. No, it doesn't do justice because we
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: all got legit sick when I opened the fridge.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: Dude.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: I said, Brian, can you open it up so we
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: can see in the camera? And he goes, no. And
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: he just tapes it up.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: It was so, I'm getting sick thinking about it. It
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: was just like, it was rough.
- 1:18:18Speaker 3: Real rough.
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Well, we put up today, I did a vlog of
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: Four Corners. A new toy store in Orlando. And they
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: told me they're looking to build like three or four more.
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: I'm like, three or four more fucking stores in Orlando.
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: I'm down. But check that one out. You could see
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: the potential. They're expanding. There's another room that they're going
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: to build.
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: It's crazy. I feel like when we started this pod,
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: there was no Orlando vintage toy stores. And now there's
- 1:18:43Speaker 3: like tons.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: There's a bunch now.
- 1:18:44Speaker 3: That's really cool.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: And then I filmed one with Chelsea in California. But
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: she was so. not into it, but that might make
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: it entertaining. I'm not sure. So that'll be next week.
