• 1:27
  be
• 1:27
  talking
• 1:27
  today
• 1:28
  in
• 1:28
  our
• 1:29

• 1:29
  update
• 1:30
  about
• 1:30
  a
• 1:30
  bunch
• 1:31
  of
• 1:31
  different
• 1:31
  subjects
• 1:32
  here.
• 1:33
  First
• 1:33
  off,
• 1:33
  I
• 1:34
  wanted
• 1:34
  to
• 1:34
  talk
• 1:35
  a
• 1:35
  little
• 1:35
  bit
• 1:36
  about
• 1:37
  some
• 1:37
  of
• 1:37
  the
• 1:37
  stuff
• 1:37
  that
• 1:37
  we're
• 1:38
  seeing
• 1:38
  out
• 1:38
  there,
• 1:39
  state
• 1:40
  to
• 1:40
  state
• 1:40
  here
• 1:41
  in
• 1:41
  the
• 1:41
  United
• 1:41
  States.
• 1:42
  If
• 1:42
  you're
• 1:42
  listening
• 1:43
  outside
• 1:44
  the
• 1:44
  US
• 1:44
  this
• 1:44
  won't
• 1:45
  make
• 1:45
  as
• 1:45
  much
• 1:46
  of
• 1:46
  a
• 1:46
  difference,
• 1:46
  but
• 1:47
  I
• 1:47
  want
• 1:47
  homeowners,
• 1:49
  contractors
• 1:49
  out
• 1:49
  there
• 1:50
  to
• 1:50
  start
• 1:50
  paying
• 1:50
  attention
• 1:51
  to
• 1:52
  really
• 1:52
  to
• 1:52
  what
• 1:52
  you're
• 1:53
  seeing
• 1:53
  in
• 1:54
  state
• 1:54
  by
• 1:55
  state
• 1:55
  codes.
• 1:56
  For
• 1:57
  instance,
• 1:58
  this
• 1:58
  year
• 1:59
  in
• 1:59
  Oregon,
• 2:00
  they
• 2:00
  just
• 2:01
  passed
• 2:01
  here
• 2:02
  she's
• 2:02
  Just
• 2:03
  a
• 2:03
  few
• 2:03
  weeks
• 2:03
  ago,
• 2:04
  the
• 2:04
  Oregon
• 2:05
  Building
• 2:05
  Code
• 2:05
  Division,
• 2:05
  Residential
• 2:06
  Manufactured
• 2:07
  Structures
• 2:07
  Board
• 2:08
  voted
• 2:08
  to
• 2:08
  approve
• 2:09
  a
• 2:09
  package
• 2:09
  of
• 2:09
  updates
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  the
• 2:10
  state
• 2:10
  residential
• 2:11
  energy
• 2:11
  code,
• 2:12
  including
• 2:13
  a
• 2:13
  requirement
• 2:14
  that
• 2:15
  all
• 2:15
  new
• 2:15
  homes
• 2:16
  be
• 2:16
  built
• 2:16
  with
• 2:17
  energy
• 2:17
  efficient
• 2:18
  heat
• 2:18
  pumps
• 2:20
  instead
• 2:20
  of
• 2:20
  ducted
• 2:21
  air
• 2:21
  conditioning.
• 2:22
  So
• 2:22
  for
• 2:23
  instance,
• 2:23
  in
• 2:23
  Oregon,
• 2:24
  yep,
• 2:24
  the
• 2:25
  war
• 2:25
  on
• 2:25
  gas
• 2:26
  continues.
• 2:27
  They
• 2:28
  have
• 2:28
  now
• 2:28
  made
• 2:28
  it.
• 2:28
  So
• 2:28
  if
• 2:29
  you're
• 2:29
  building
• 2:29
  a
• 2:29
  new
• 2:29
  building,
• 2:30
  you
• 2:31
  are
• 2:31
  going
• 2:31
  to
• 2:31
  have
• 2:32
  to
• 2:32
  use
• 2:33
  heat
• 2:33
  pump
• 2:34
  technology
• 2:35
  and
• 2:35
  that
• 2:36
  gas
• 2:36
  furnace
• 2:37
  that
• 2:37
  you
• 2:37
  wanted
• 2:38
  so
• 2:38
  badly
• 2:38
  is
• 2:39
  not
• 2:39
  going
• 2:39
  to
• 2:39
  be
• 2:40
  available.
• 2:41
  So
• 2:41
  that
• 2:41
  is
• 2:42
  some
• 2:42
  of
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  new
• 2:42
  stuff
• 2:43
  that
• 2:43
  we're
• 2:43
  starting
• 2:43
  to
• 2:43
  see
• 2:44
  here
• 2:44
  state
• 2:44
  by
• 2:44
  state.
• 2:45
  And
• 2:46
  I
• 2:46
  think
• 2:46
  that's
• 2:47
  interesting.
• 2:47
  I
• 2:47
  mean,
• 2:47
  I
• 2:48
  do
• 2:48
  get
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  there's
• 2:48
  some
• 2:49
  energy
• 2:49
  savings
• 2:50
  there,
• 2:50
  but
• 2:50
  I
• 2:51
  also
• 2:51
  think
• 2:51
  if
• 2:51
  you
• 2:52
  want
• 2:52
  to
• 2:52
  pay
• 2:52
  more
• 2:53
  or
• 2:54
  quite
• 2:54
  frankly,
• 2:54
  if
• 2:55
  you
• 2:55
  want
• 2:55
  to
• 2:55
  use
• 2:55
  gas,
• 2:55
  it
• 2:56
  shouldn't
• 2:56
  be
• 2:56
  an
• 2:56
  issue.
• 2:57
  So
• 2:57
  I've
• 2:58
  kind
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  got
• 2:58
  a
• 2:58
  problem
• 2:58
  with
• 2:59
  choice
• 2:59
  there.
• 2:59
  If
• 2:59
  I'm
• 3:00
  building
• 3:00
  my
• 3:00
  own
• 3:00
  home,
• 3:01
  don't
• 3:01
  tell
• 3:02
  me
• 3:02
  what
• 3:02
  I
• 3:02
  can
• 3:02
  put
• 3:02
  in
• 3:02
  there
• 3:02
  and
• 3:03
  what
• 3:03
  I
• 3:03
  can't.
• 3:03
  Even
• 3:04
  though
• 3:04
  I
• 3:04
  do
• 3:04
  like
• 3:05
  energy
• 3:05
  efficiency,
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  don't
• 3:06
  like
• 3:06
  it
• 3:06
  where
• 3:07
  they
• 3:07
  say,
• 3:07
  nope,
• 3:07
  you
• 3:08
  can't
• 3:08
  do
• 3:08
  it
• 3:08
  anymore.
• 3:09
  And
• 3:09
  this
• 3:10
  is
• 3:10
  one
• 3:10
  of
• 3:10
  those.
• 3:10
  So
• 3:11
  really
• 3:12
  pay
• 3:12
  attention
• 3:12
  out
• 3:12
  there
• 3:13
  to
• 3:13
  what
• 3:13
  you're
• 3:13
  seeing.
• 3:14
  What's
• 3:14
  happening
• 3:14
  in
• 3:15
  your
• 3:15
  state.
• 3:15
  There's
• 3:15
  a
• 3:16
  lot
• 3:16
  of
• 3:16
  different
• 3:16
  electrical
• 3:17
  codes
• 3:17
  that
• 3:18
  have
• 3:18
  changed.
• 3:18
  If
• 3:19
  you
• 3:19
  look
• 3:19
  at
• 3:19
  electrical
• 3:20
  code
• 3:20
  here
• 3:20
  in
• 3:20
  2026,
• 3:22
  we're
• 3:22
  seeing
• 3:22
  a
• 3:22
  lot
• 3:23
  of
• 3:23
  things
• 3:24
  changing
• 3:24
  out
• 3:24
  there.
• 3:25
  You
• 3:25
  know,
• 3:26
  for
• 3:26
  instance,
• 3:26
  just
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  few
• 3:27
  years
• 3:27
  ago
• 3:27
  here
• 3:28
  we
• 3:28
  started
• 3:28
  to
• 3:29
  see
• 3:29
  this
• 3:29
  coming
• 3:29
  up
• 3:29
  and
• 3:30
  it's
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  case
• 3:31
  in
• 3:31
  many
• 3:32
  states
• 3:32
  out
• 3:32
  there.
• 3:32
  You
• 3:32
  Just
• 3:32
  have
• 3:33
  to
• 3:33
  put
• 3:33
  that
• 3:33
  outlet
• 3:34
  on
• 3:34
  the
• 3:34
  side
• 3:34
  of
• 3:34
  the
• 3:35
  island.
• 3:36
  Now
• 3:36
  that's
• 3:36
  against
• 3:37
  building
• 3:37
  code.
• 3:38
  So
• 3:38
  if
• 3:39
  you're
• 3:39
  building
• 3:39
  that
• 3:40
  new
• 3:40
  kitchen,
• 3:40
  you're
• 3:40
  not
• 3:41
  going
• 3:41
  to
• 3:41
  put
• 3:41
  an
• 3:41
  outlet
• 3:42
  on
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  side
• 3:42
  of
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  island
• 3:43
  before
• 3:43
  they
• 3:43
  did
• 3:44
  it
• 3:44
  so
• 3:44
  you
• 3:44
  wouldn't
• 3:44
  have
• 3:44
  a
• 3:45
  long
• 3:45
  extension
• 3:45
  cord
• 3:46
  that
• 3:46
  went
• 3:46
  across
• 3:46
  a
• 3:46
  walkway.
• 3:47
  Now
• 3:48
  they've
• 3:48
  changed
• 3:48
  it
• 3:48
  because
• 3:49
  they
• 3:49
  had
• 3:49
  kids
• 3:50
  or
• 3:50
  anybody
• 3:50
  else
• 3:50
  catching
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  cord
• 3:51
  and
• 3:52
  pulling
• 3:52
  appliances
• 3:53
  down.
• 3:54
  So
• 3:54
  that's
• 3:54
  one
• 3:54
  of
• 3:54
  those
• 3:55
  things
• 3:55
  that
• 3:55
  you
• 3:55
  really
• 3:55
  have
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  be
• 3:56
  careful
• 3:56
  with
• 3:57
  out
• 3:57
  there.
• 3:58
  So
• 3:59
  again
• 3:59
  we're
• 4:00
  seeing
• 4:00
  some
• 4:00
  of
• 4:00
  those
• 4:00
  big
• 4:00
  things
• 4:01
  happen.
• 4:01
  We're
• 4:01
  seeing
• 4:01
  real
• 4:01
  estate
• 4:02
  stuff
• 4:02
  change
• 4:02
  state
• 4:03
  to
• 4:03
  state.
• 4:04
  We're
• 4:04
  seeing
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  lot
• 4:05
  of
• 4:05
  different
• 4:05
  things
• 4:05
  out
• 4:06
  there.
• 4:06
  So
• 4:07
  it's
• 4:07
  kind
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  interesting
• 4:08
  to
• 4:08
  see
• 4:08
  what
• 4:08
  happens
• 4:09
  in
• 4:09
  our
• 4:09
  states.
• 4:10
  But
• 4:10
  pay
• 4:11
  attention
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  your
• 4:12
  area.
• 4:13
  California
• 4:13
  had
• 4:14
  some
• 4:14
  big
• 4:14
  ones,
• 4:15
  Texas
• 4:15
  had
• 4:15
  some
• 4:16
  big
• 4:16
  ones.
• 4:17
  So
• 4:17
  stay
• 4:18
  alert
• 4:18
  out
• 4:18
  there.
• 4:19
  These
• 4:19
  are
• 4:19
  things
• 4:19
  that
• 4:19
  could
• 4:19
  cost
• 4:20
  you
• 4:20
  money
• 4:21
  and
• 4:21
  they're
• 4:21
  just
• 4:21
  happening
• 4:22
  quietly
• 4:23
  in
• 4:23
  the
• 4:23
  news.
• 4:24
  So
• 4:24
  mention
• 4:25
  to
• 4:25
  that
• 4:26
  next
• 4:26
  up
• 4:26
  here
• 4:27
  I
• 4:27
  have
• 4:28
  the
• 4:28
  funniest
• 4:29
  recall
• 4:30
  that
• 4:30
  I've
• 4:30
  seen
• 4:30
  in
• 4:31
  a
• 4:31
  long
• 4:31
  time.
• 4:32
  I
• 4:32
  can't
• 4:32
  even
• 4:33
  say
• 4:33
  their
• 4:33
  name.
• 4:33
  Shenzhen
• 4:34
  aji
• 4:35
  whatever
• 4:36
  network
• 4:37
  technology
• 4:38
  are
• 4:38
  recalling.
• 4:39
  Yes,
• 4:40
  these
• 4:40
  fools
• 4:41
  actually
• 4:41
  made
• 4:41
  this
• 4:42
  male
• 4:43
  to
• 4:43
  male
• 4:43
  extension
• 4:44
  cords
• 4:45
  due
• 4:45
  to
• 4:46
  risk

  yes
• 4:57
  someone
• 4:57
  actually
• 4:58
  decided
• 4:59
  it
• 4:59
  was
• 4:59
  smart.
• 5:00
  They
• 5:00
  probably
• 5:00
  weren't
• 5:01
  from
• 5:01
  the
• 5:01
  US
• 5:02
  to
• 5:03
  build
• 5:03

  basically
• 5:07
  gives

  you

  a

  way
• 5:08
  to
• 5:08

• 5:12
  These

  are
• 5:13
  so
• 5:14
  dangerous
• 5:15
  and
• 5:16
  it's
• 5:16
  one
• 5:16
  of
• 5:16
  those
• 5:17
  things
• 5:17
  that
• 5:17
  if

  is

  can
• 5:26
  have
• 5:26
  electrocution,
• 5:27
  fire
• 5:28
  and
• 5:28
  death.
• 5:29
  Very
• 5:29
  simple.
• 5:30
  So
• 5:31
  yes,
• 5:32
  these
• 5:32
  people
• 5:33
  they
• 5:33
  said
• 5:34
  they
• 5:34

  200
• 5:35
  of
• 5:35
  them
• 5:35
  they

  some
• 5:44
  kind
• 5:45
  of
• 5:45
  common
• 5:45
  sense
• 5:46
  should
• 5:46
  have
• 5:46
  went
• 5:47
  hey,
• 5:48
  someone's
• 5:48
  got
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  die
• 5:48
  doing
• 5:49
  that.
• 5:50
  Not
• 5:50
  really
• 5:51
  smart.
• 5:51
  Not
• 5:52
  really
• 5:52
  smart
• 5:52
  at
• 5:52
  all.
• 5:53
  And
• 5:54
  another

  1.7

  steam
• 6:11

• 6:14
  So
• 6:14
  stop
• 6:14
  using
• 6:15
  these
• 6:15
  immediately
• 6:16
  and
• 6:16

  Bissell

  to
• 6:17
  receive

• 6:19
  So
• 6:19
  they'll

• 6:22
  that

  going
• 6:22
  to
• 6:22
  come
• 6:23
  off

  there.
• 6:23
  So
• 6:23
  you
• 6:24

• 6:24
  this
• 6:24
  information
• 6:25

  and
• 6:29
  that's

  the
• 6:30
  most
• 6:30
  of
• 6:30
  it
• 6:30
  right
• 6:31
  there.
• 6:31
  There's
• 6:32
  a
• 6:32
  few
• 6:32
  things
• 6:32
  out
• 6:33
  there,
• 6:33
  a
• 6:33
  lot
• 6:33
  of
• 6:33
  kids
• 6:33
  stuff
• 6:34
  as
• 6:34
  a
• 6:34
  usual,
• 6:35
  so
• 6:35
  many
• 6:35
  power
• 6:35
  banks,
• 6:36
  that
• 6:36
  kind
• 6:36
  of
• 6:36
  stuff,
• 6:36
  but
• 6:36
  there's
• 6:37
  not
• 6:37
  a
• 6:37
  ton
• 6:37
  of
• 6:37
  it
• 6:37
  out
• 6:38
  there.
• 6:38
  That
• 6:38
  is
• 6:39
  relative
• 6:39
  to
• 6:39
  what
• 6:40
  we're
• 6:40
  doing
• 6:40
  here.
• 6:41
  That's
• 6:41
  really
• 6:42
  the
• 6:42
  important
• 6:42
  ones
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  are
• 6:43
  there
• 6:44
  for
• 6:44
  most
• 6:44
  people
• 6:45
  in
• 6:45
  the
• 6:45

• 6:45
  improvement
• 6:46
  space.
• 6:47
  Oh,
• 6:47
  there
• 6:47
  is
• 6:47
  one
• 6:48
  more.
• 6:48
  Sorry.
• 6:48
  There's
• 6:49
  why
• 6:49
  BICS
• 6:49
  recalls
• 6:50
  robotic
• 6:50
  pool
• 6:50
  vacuums.
• 6:51
  Due
• 6:51
  to
• 6:51
  burn
• 6:51
  and
• 6:51
  fire
• 6:52
  hazards,
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  lithium
• 6:53
  ion
• 6:54
  battery
• 6:54
  in
• 6:54
  the
• 6:55

• 7:00
  So
• 7:00
  that's
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  last
• 7:01
  one
• 7:01
  there.
• 7:02
  All
• 7:02
  right,
• 7:02
  Well,
• 7:03
  I
• 7:03
  wanted
• 7:03
  to
• 7:03
  give
• 7:03
  you
• 7:03
  guys
• 7:03
  a
• 7:03
  quick
• 7:04
  update,
• 7:04
  something
• 7:04
  we
• 7:04
  haven't
• 7:05
  talked
• 7:05
  a
• 7:05
  little
• 7:05
  bit
• 7:05
  about
• 7:06
  here,
• 7:06
  maybe
• 7:06
  a
• 7:07
  little
• 7:07
  things
• 7:07
  in
• 7:07
  the
• 7:07
  show,
• 7:08
  but
• 7:08
  we've
• 7:08
  been
• 7:08
  talking
• 7:09
  a
• 7:09
  little
• 7:09
  bit
• 7:09
  of
• 7:09
  behind
• 7:09
  the
• 7:10
  scenes.
• 7:10
  And
• 7:11
  for
• 7:11
  all
• 7:11
  you
• 7:11
  people
• 7:11
  listening
• 7:12
  to
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  podcast,
• 7:13
  I
• 7:13
  wanted
• 7:13
  to
• 7:13
  give
• 7:14
  you
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  quick
• 7:14
  little
• 7:14
  update
• 7:15
  of
• 7:15
  what
• 7:15
  we've
• 7:16
  been
• 7:16
  up
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  here
• 7:17
  on
• 7:17
  around
• 7:18
  the
• 7:18
  House.
• 7:18
  You've
• 7:19
  heard
• 7:19
  Johnny
• 7:19
  and
• 7:19
  I
• 7:19
  talking
• 7:20
  about
• 7:20
  our
• 7:21
  Instabid
• 7:21
  Pro,
• 7:22
  but
• 7:22
  really
• 7:22
  what
• 7:23
  I'm
• 7:23
  working
• 7:23
  on
• 7:23
  right
• 7:24
  now,
• 7:24
  I'm
• 7:25
  building
• 7:25
  out
• 7:25
  our
• 7:25
  brand
• 7:26
  new
• 7:26
  studio
• 7:27
  space.
• 7:27
  Yes,
• 7:28
  we
• 7:28
  have
• 7:28
  found
• 7:29
  a
• 7:30
  building.
• 7:30
  We
• 7:31
  have
• 7:31
  some
• 7:31
  friends
• 7:31
  that
• 7:32
  have
• 7:32
  hooked
• 7:32
  us
• 7:32
  up
• 7:33
  with
• 7:33
  an
• 7:33
  amazing
• 7:34
  space
• 7:34
  that
• 7:34
  we're
• 7:35
  starting
• 7:35
  to
• 7:35
  do
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  build
• 7:35
  out
• 7:35
  at.
• 7:36
  And
• 7:36
  so
• 7:36
  we're
• 7:37
  going
• 7:37
  to
• 7:37
  have
• 7:37
  a
• 7:37
  whole
• 7:38
  brand
• 7:38
  new
• 7:38
  video
• 7:38
  space
• 7:38
  for
• 7:39
  shooting
• 7:39
  videos,
• 7:40
  for
• 7:40
  doing
• 7:40
  in
• 7:41
  person
• 7:41
  interviews
• 7:42
  here
• 7:42
  for
• 7:42
  the
• 7:42
  show
• 7:43
  and
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  be
• 7:44
  able
• 7:44
  to
• 7:44
  do
• 7:45
  all
• 7:45
  of
• 7:45
  our
• 7:46
  video,
• 7:47
  basically
• 7:47
  all
• 7:48
  of
• 7:48
  our
• 7:48
  podcast
• 7:48
  and
• 7:49
  radio
• 7:49
  stuff
• 7:50
  so
• 7:50
  you
• 7:50
  can
• 7:50
  watch
• 7:51
  it
• 7:51
  on
• 7:51
  video.
• 7:53
  So
• 7:53
  this
• 7:53
  is
• 7:53
  going
• 7:54
  to
• 7:54
  be
• 7:54
  way
• 7:55
  fun.
• 7:55
  We've
• 7:56
  got
• 7:56
  a
• 7:56
  brand
• 7:56
  new
• 7:56
  build
• 7:57
  out.
• 7:57
  We've
• 7:57
  already
• 7:58
  got
• 7:58
  some
• 7:58
  great
• 7:58
  partners
• 7:59
  in
• 7:59
  this.
• 7:59
  You
• 8:00
  know,
• 8:00
  we've
• 8:00
  got
• 8:00
  companies
• 8:01
  like
• 8:01
  Parkrose
• 8:02
  Hardware
• 8:02
  that
• 8:03
  I
• 8:03
  work
• 8:03
  with
• 8:03
  a
• 8:03
  lot
• 8:03
  here
• 8:04
  locally
• 8:04
  in
• 8:05
  the
• 8:05
  Portland
• 8:05
  metro
• 8:05
  area.
• 8:06
  They're
• 8:06
  a
• 8:06
  local
• 8:07
  home
• 8:07
  improvement
• 8:07
  chain
• 8:08
  which
• 8:08
  I
• 8:08
  love.
• 8:09
  Sheesh.
• 8:10
  I
• 8:10
  have
• 8:10
  so
• 8:11
  many
• 8:11
  great
• 8:11
  friends
• 8:11
  that
• 8:11
  are
• 8:12
  helping
• 8:12
  us
• 8:12
  out.
• 8:12
  Floor
• 8:12
  and
• 8:12
  Decor
• 8:13
  has
• 8:13
  got
• 8:13
  some
• 8:13

• 8:14
  for
• 8:14
  us
• 8:14
  going
• 8:14
  in
• 8:14
  here
• 8:15
  on
• 8:15
  the
• 8:16
  walls
• 8:16
  which
• 8:16
  is
• 8:16
  going
• 8:17
  to
• 8:17
  be
• 8:17
  a
• 8:17
  lot
• 8:17
  of
• 8:17
  fun.
• 8:18
  And
• 8:18
  of
• 8:18
  course
• 8:19
  all
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  lumber's
• 8:19

• 8:22
  I

• 8:23
  They
• 8:24

• 8:24
  so
• 8:24
  cool.
• 8:25
  All
• 8:25
  I
• 8:26
  have
• 8:26
  to
• 8:26
  do
• 8:26
  is
• 8:26
  work
• 8:26
  with
• 8:26
  them
• 8:27
  and
• 8:27
  it
• 8:27
  just
• 8:27
  puts
• 8:28
  a
• 8:28
  big
• 8:28
  smile
• 8:28
  on
• 8:28
  my
• 8:28
  face.
• 8:29
  They
• 8:29
  are

• 8:30
  to

• 8:36
  area.
• 8:36
  But
• 8:36
  got
• 8:37
  all
• 8:37
  these
• 8:37
  companies
• 8:37
  here
• 8:37
  helping
• 8:38
  us
• 8:38
  out.
• 8:39
  So
• 8:39
  we're
• 8:39
  going
• 8:39
  to
• 8:39
  build
• 8:40
  super
• 8:40
  nice
• 8:41
  studio.
• 8:42
  I've
• 8:42
  even
• 8:42
  got
• 8:42
  a
• 8:43
  two
• 8:43
  post
• 8:43
  lift
• 8:43
  going
• 8:43
  in.
• 8:44
  So
• 8:44
  we're
• 8:44
  going
• 8:44
  to
• 8:44
  do
• 8:44
  a
• 8:44
  little
• 8:44
  bit
• 8:44
  of
• 8:45
  automotive
• 8:45
  maintenance
• 8:45
  in
• 8:45
  there
• 8:46
  too
• 8:46
  as
• 8:46
  a
• 8:47
  side
• 8:47
  work.
• 8:47
  Not
• 8:48
  so
• 8:48
  much
• 8:48
  in
• 8:48
  the
• 8:48
  podcast,
• 8:49
  but
• 8:49
  you'll
• 8:49
  see
• 8:49
  some
• 8:50
  videos
• 8:50
  there
• 8:50
  too
• 8:50
  of
• 8:51
  doing
• 8:51
  some
• 8:51
  stuff
• 8:52
  and
• 8:52
  doing
• 8:52
  some
• 8:53
  fun
• 8:53
  projects
• 8:54
  that'll
• 8:54
  kind
• 8:55
  of
• 8:55
  relate
• 8:55
  to
• 8:55
  what
• 8:55
  you're
• 8:56
  doing
• 8:56
  out
• 8:56
  there
• 8:56
  as
• 8:56
  homeowners,
• 8:57
  as
• 8:57
  contractors
• 8:58
  and
• 8:58
  everything
• 8:58
  else.
• 8:59
  So
• 8:59
  I'm
• 8:59
  super
• 8:59
  excited
• 9:00
  about
• 9:00
  that.
• 9:01
  So
• 9:01
  you'll
• 9:01
  see
• 9:01
  some
• 9:02
  videos
• 9:02
  coming
• 9:02
  out
• 9:02
  that
• 9:03
  about
• 9:03
  that
• 9:03
  pretty
• 9:03
  soon.
• 9:04
  And
• 9:04
  of
• 9:04
  course,
• 9:04
  still
• 9:05
  working
• 9:05
  with
• 9:05
  Cam
• 9:05
  Anderson,
• 9:06
  We've
• 9:06
  had
• 9:06
  some
• 9:07
  twists
• 9:07
  on
• 9:08
  his
• 9:08
  story.
• 9:09
  I
• 9:09
  think
• 9:09
  we'll
• 9:10
  have
• 9:10
  him
• 9:10
  coming
• 9:10
  up
• 9:10
  here
• 9:11
  soon
• 9:12
  and
• 9:12
  I'll
• 9:12
  get
• 9:12
  him
• 9:12
  on
• 9:13
  the
• 9:13
  show
• 9:13
  and
• 9:13
  we'll
• 9:13
  talk
• 9:13
  a
• 9:14
  little
• 9:14
  bit
• 9:14
  about
• 9:14
  some
• 9:14
  of
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  twists
• 9:15
  and
• 9:15
  turns
• 9:15
  of
• 9:15
  his
• 9:15
  project.
• 9:16
  Like
• 9:16
  everybody's
• 9:17
  remodeling
• 9:18
  project.
• 9:18
  Priorities
• 9:19
  change,
• 9:19
  things
• 9:20
  change.
• 9:21
  And
• 9:21
  this
• 9:21
  one's
• 9:22
  going
• 9:22
  to
• 9:22
  be
• 9:22
  a
• 9:22
  fun
• 9:22
  one.
• 9:22
  I
• 9:23
  can't
• 9:23
  wait
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  really
• 9:23
  get
• 9:24
  started
• 9:24
  on
• 9:24
  that.
• 9:25
  We've
• 9:25
  been
• 9:25
  doing
• 9:25
  so
• 9:25
  much
• 9:26
  work
• 9:26
  on
• 9:26
  the
• 9:26
  back
• 9:27
  end
• 9:27
  of
• 9:27
  that
• 9:27
  project.
• 9:28
  It's
• 9:29
  going
• 9:29
  to
• 9:29
  be
• 9:29
  fun
• 9:29
  when
• 9:29
  we
• 9:29
  get
• 9:30
  that
• 9:30
  one
• 9:30
  off
• 9:30
  the
• 9:30
  ground.
• 9:31
  So
• 9:31
  maybe
• 9:31
  I'll
• 9:32
  get
• 9:32
  him
• 9:32
  on
• 9:32
  the
• 9:32
  show
• 9:32
  here
• 9:33
  soon.
• 9:33
  We've
• 9:33
  got
• 9:33
  some
• 9:34
  great
• 9:34
  people
• 9:34
  coming
• 9:34
  up
• 9:34
  in
• 9:35
  the
• 9:35
  next
• 9:35
  coming
• 9:35
  weeks.
• 9:36
  You
• 9:36
  got
• 9:36
  to
• 9:36
  tune
• 9:36
  in.
• 9:37
  This
• 9:37
  is
• 9:38
  going
• 9:38
  to
• 9:38
  be
• 9:38
  a
• 9:38
  funny
• 9:38
  episode.
• 9:39
  We
• 9:39
  got
• 9:39
  dude
• 9:40
  dad
• 9:40
  coming
• 9:40
  on
• 9:40
  here
• 9:40
  in
• 9:40
  the
• 9:41
  next
• 9:41
  few
• 9:41
  weeks.
• 9:41
  We've
• 9:42
  got
• 9:42
  that
• 9:42
  one
• 9:43
  scheduled.
• 9:44
  So
• 9:44
  we're
• 9:44
  going
• 9:44
  to
• 9:44
  have
• 9:45
  a
• 9:45
  great
• 9:45
  time
• 9:46
  on
• 9:46
  the
• 9:46
  show.
• 9:47
  All
• 9:47
  right,
• 9:47
  everybody,
• 9:48
  I
• 9:48
  got
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  get
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  work
• 9:49
  here.
• 9:49
  It's
• 9:49
  tax
• 9:49
  day
• 9:50
  for
• 9:50
  everybody
• 9:50
  out
• 9:50
  there.
• 9:51
  So
• 9:51
  make
• 9:51
  sure
• 9:51
  you
• 9:51
  get
• 9:52
  those
• 9:52
  returns
• 9:53
  filed
• 9:53
  or
• 9:53
  extensions
• 9:54
  filed
• 9:55
  for
• 9:55
  all
• 9:55
  of
• 9:55
  you
• 9:55
  that
• 9:55
  are
• 9:56
  going
• 9:56
  not
• 9:56
  going
• 9:56
  to
• 9:56
  happen
• 9:57
  today.
• 9:57
  Get
• 9:58
  that
• 9:58
  all
• 9:58
  knocked
• 9:59
  out
• 9:59
  so
• 9:59
  the
• 10:00
  government
• 10:00
  can
• 10:00
  get
• 10:00
  your
• 10:01
  money.
• 10:01
  Or
• 10:02
  maybe
• 10:02
  you
• 10:02
  can
• 10:02
  get
• 10:03
  some
• 10:03
  of
• 10:03
  your
• 10:03
  own
• 10:04
  money
• 10:04
  back
• 10:04
  from
• 10:04
  the
• 10:05
  government
• 10:06
  for
• 10:06
  all
• 10:06
  you
• 10:06
  out
• 10:06
  there
• 10:07
  that
• 10:07
  are
• 10:07
  getting
• 10:07
  that
• 10:08
  return.
• 10:08
  And
• 10:09
  then
• 10:09
  you
• 10:09
  could
• 10:09
  put
• 10:09
  it
• 10:09
  in
• 10:09
  the
• 10:09
  bank
• 10:10
  or
• 10:10
  just
• 10:10
  use
• 10:11
  it
• 10:11
  to
• 10:11
  pay
• 10:11
  for
• 10:11
  the
• 10:12
  gas
• 10:12
  bill
• 10:12
  for
• 10:12
  when
• 10:12
  you
• 10:13
  go
• 10:13
  fill
• 10:13
  your
• 10:13
  car
• 10:13
  up
• 10:13
  right
• 10:14
  now
• 10:14
  with
• 10:14
  these
• 10:14
  crazy
• 10:15
  high
• 10:15
  gas
• 10:16
  prices.
• 10:16
  All
• 10:17
  right,
• 10:17
  everybody,
• 10:17
  have
• 10:17
  a
• 10:17
  great
• 10:18
  rest
• 10:18
  of
• 10:18
  the
• 10:18
  week.
• 10:19
  We
• 10:19
  got
• 10:19
  a
• 10:19
  great
• 10:19

• 10:19
  coming
• 10:19
  up
• 10:19

• 10:20

• 10:20
