- Scott Brandt: Overlooked the power of the subconscious mind and what that does for us as an individual and how that directs things for us Welcome back to get together. We are stronger leadership straight No chasers and the funny thing is our guest tonight is dr. Joey Drolshagen It's a small world because my previous podcast dr. Joey was a guest ⁓ this was three years ago So it's a small world but ⁓ dr. Joey when you ⁓ George Dovolis: Ha ha. Scott Brandt: look at it because I was looking at your one sheet, 28 plus years being in corporate America, schooling on top of that to get your doctor title. Really what was it that drove the dive into looking into the subconscious, really driving that for your coaching piece, for your business, really having that as a focus to help people overcome what gets them stuck. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Yeah, I was just bored. No, I'm just kidding. to be here with you guys. Just the earlier chat we had stuff that's gonna be good. But no, what happened is I was broken. And I couldn't figure out why I grew up in a struggling family in Detroit, Michigan. And I watched my mom and dad work themselves, you know, and beat themselves up trying to work as much as they could and all that. And I grew up George Dovolis: Ha Thank you. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: with that programming, I grew up with that conditioning, I grew up with those examples happening. And it wasn't just my mom and dad, it was our family as well. And there was constant struggle throughout it. And so when I got 22 years old, I had an opportunity to take over a company, I didn't have to put any cash into it, because they were going to take whatever a percentage of revenues and whatever it ended up being over a six year period. And I own the company and they were going to help me, you know, keep it going and everything else. It was already operational. And it was like the hugest breakthrough of my life at 22 years old. And within three days, I told the gentleman, I can't accept this. And I didn't even know why. I just knew something was wrong. And a couple weeks within a couple weeks, I realized I rejected that because I didn't feel like I earned it because I didn't work hard enough for it. The opportunity. And that's when I said, man, something's wrong with me. And I've gone through counseling, I've gone through a lot of different coaching programs, I've gone through things trying to figure out what's broken in me and fix it. And throughout two decade period, I got into sales. do a ground floor, I would travel 3000 to 5000 miles a week trying to develop territories and barely making a mark. And I'm seeing other guys with smaller territories taking Fridays off and, you know, coming in late on Mondays and stuff and just killing it with the sales they were getting. And everything that happened to me in that timeframe, was all told me there was something broken within me. And so as I started going forward, I got to a point of almost quitting corporate America like sales altogether. Because I couldn't figure it out. I was tired of being nervous all the time and anxious I was going to lose my job. And as I did that, I came across a book by Joseph Murphy, love the name Joseph. And he talks about the subconscious mind. It was the first I really had into it. and the power of the subconscious mind. And so as I read through that and really just dove into it, I started understanding a little bit more about the subconscious. So then that led to the next step, next step, next step. And 10 steps later, I was finding somebody that could help me identify what's the programming in my subconscious. Because I understood the structure now. What's the programming causing that limitation? Because the important thing about the subconscious mind is not only is it the voice we hear in our head that says, what do you think you are? How are going to do that? Things like that whenever we try something, but it's also it triggers brainwaves to the actions we take or don't take. So somebody coming from struggle like I did and getting an opportunity like that business, subconscious is not going to trigger the brainwaves to take the actions to lead towards ⁓ that in our life. Does that make sense? George Dovolis: Yes. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: And so once I got on to that and started learning it, I started seeing within two years of identifying that I started seeing a change from barely getting by in sales to landing $18 million, $22 million. And the highest was a $25 million year over year contract in sales. And then as I got elevated up to a manager and then a vice president of sales leading a team, I took it wasn't the SMT method, I had no plans to develop this method. And I was just trying to fix my life. But as I was leading sales teams, I would use the same tools that I had learned on them. And I would start noticing a bigger percentage of the middle of the pack people would elevate to top producers. Scott Brandt: Mmm. a wild thing because when you think about that, ⁓ leaders for whatever reason that shy away from trying to teach their They're scared that somebody's gonna leave them. They're scared that somebody's gonna take their ideas. And it's because had highlighted by teaching your team what you had learned, you were seeing them elevate. Which at the when you start looking at that, that's a ripple effect That has a lot larger impact in the business the people around you when when we look at that Why people struggle with trying to share their secret sauce? And they have that fear. ⁓ somebody's gonna steal this or i'm gonna lose this person and I took all this time To pour into them and now if they leave George Dovolis: Hmm. Scott Brandt: I'm having that gap and now I'm gonna struggle. It's a weird thing, but why is that? What do you see on that when you work with individuals? Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: That's a great question, Scott. And it's a great topic to bring up. Here's why. people want to get more on their employees, but they want to hold every dollar they can. And what they're doing is being, you know, ⁓ George Dovolis: ⁓ Yes. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: dollar foolish really in how they're doing it. I've helped multiple corporations with sales teams, elevate a greater percentage of their sales team to top producers and end up with a higher percentage of top producers on their sales team than the corporations that ever experienced. And some of them are over 100 years old. But what I have to do with that is I have to talk to them and say, you have to start a commission process, you have to reward good behavior. So when you're doing that, and you fill that into your margins and everything else, when you're doing that, now a person elevating, they have those, they have that extra, you know, celebration thing, or whatever it is with with finances and things like that, they get accolades throughout the corporation, they get, you know, and doing that. an employee that made it to top producer is not going to want to lead that corporation. In fact, what will happen is as life moves on, of those people will fill that slot and keep that going within the organization, that growth and such happening. But people want to pinch dollars, they want to get, you know, I've worked for a long time and I was never an advocate of this, you hire a sales rep, and they go out and get, you know, a $5 million project. And then your next issue is to get rid of that George Dovolis: Now. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: person. So you don't have to pay him the commissions. That's not me. I don't operate business that way. And a lot of the companies that I help go from close to bankruptcy or in bankruptcy and turn that company around. Those are the people that have to be replaced. And that's really hard to do if it's a CEO or owner of corporation. That's their problem point in it. George Dovolis: Hmm. That's true. you over 30 years studying subconscious minds. What did you discover that most business owners completely misunderstood about the growth? Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Yeah, that a couple things there, George. First, it's always an inside problem. It's never a problem in our situation, circumstances, conditions, state of the economy. And people will say, oh, that's BS, you know, and I'll sell them. Okay. Do you know, do you know a single company that made their greatest rise during a down economy? Well, yeah, I know Frank, he you know, he did. Okay. How many organizations do you know that struggled there and boom times? Oh, there's there's four or five I can think of. Okay. So that right there proves that the economy, state of the economy, competition, you know, inventory, things like that. they never stop a company from growing. It's the mentality. So here's what happens with the subconscious with that subconscious programming leads to the perceptions how we see the world, how we see ourself in the world. somebody that's coming from programming about competition is bad, about you know, giving extra dollars is bad and things like that. George Dovolis: That's all. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: they see themselves as having to hoard what they get in there, which we all know what that leads to, And so, and in that, our perceptions are what determine our results. So one of the key things is what I talked about, you know, the other one is effort. As soon as a business starts doing a little bit of this, Everybody wants to go on massive efforts, you know, and we were taught that for so long in life, you know, if you're not willing to take massive actions, exhaustive efforts, trade off your life, then you're never going to be successful. We were that was told that was taught by very high level coaches that was taught. And it's been excuse my language bullshit. Because my clients not only do they achieve George Dovolis: Yes. Mm-hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: you know, one of them from 7.5 million to $22 million revenue in a year and now has maintained that for seven years. But they did that in a way that opened up more freedom of time as they went through that. Because what they did is they got into alignment, and they stopped living between their two ears with strategies and effort, trying to make that pathway successful. Scott Brandt: funny because we've talked about this like if you don't shift ⁓ mindset if you don't shift that internal perspective Like people try to find the new strategy find the next shiny thing but That's not gonna do anything for you because if you're still the same person new strategies new ideas Aren't going to do anything and it's it's very interesting how a lot of business owners leaders ⁓ Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Yeah. George Dovolis: Hmm. Scott Brandt: look outside themselves and say, okay, I need this next thing or they're like constantly jumping from course to course, not implementing, not taking the action. so it's a cycle ⁓ they just keep staying stuck in and they wonder ⁓ nothing's working. And it's just that internal piece, but it's a scary thing because sometimes you can't see it. And so it's like, I can't see this physically. So how do I know? ⁓ It's shifting. How do I know that it's changing and it's gonna be in better position for me? George Dovolis: Hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Absolutely. And you know what, let's play Mythbusters for a little bit. We could be those characters. Another myth. If you want something, find someone who has what you want and do what they did to get it. Less than and a half to 2 % of the time does that ever work? Because one of the things you know, here's another myth. We have your roadmap to success. They don't know my first frickin name, but they got a roadmap that's going to fix my life. George Dovolis: Hmm. Yeah. ⁓ Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: So in because I've done so many coaching programs and I've learned a lot in them, but I never walked away with any permanency in the results I got out of it. And so it was really important to me. I wasn't, I used to beat myself up when I come out of a program and not get changes. And then what I started realizing is I'm not that pattern that they developed that everybody walks through and everybody does A, B and C to supposedly get to D. And only one and a half to two percent of the people that do that are those people. So it was really important to me when I developed the SMT method that it's based on the uniqueness of the individuals I'm working on. So when we're developing a dynamic vision, which takes a place of goals and all that, and there's reasons for that. But when we're developing that, that's unique to that individual. When we're tapping into programming, you know, I have four siblings. When we talk about the stories we were all present for growing up, there's five different versions of that story, because we all have unique programming within us. So when you start working from that level, that's how I help people achieve change very rapidly, and grow in their business. So all these myths that we were taught, and we had, like I said, some big, you know, time people teaching it. It doesn't true. now if you really focus, I won't drop names, but if you really focus, those people now are doubling back and saying it's all about alignment. It's all about getting things into alignment. And it's not about the massive, you know, you can say, and they're even saying you can save, you know, have more freedom of time while you grow your business and such. And, you know, and so it's like they're coming around to that, which is really good. It kind of ticks me off a little bit because I spent my, you know, investments when it wasn't. But it brought me to where I'm at today. George Dovolis: Hmm. Yeah, well. Scott Brandt: man, so as you're listening, if you're getting nuggets from this episode, hit the like button. If you're looking for these types of videos, hit the subscribe button. And as you're listening to this, if you are getting stuck, are you listening to everybody else? ⁓ are you tapping into your uniqueness, like Dr. had highlighted? And ⁓ I because you'll have people that are like, this is what I did. You need to do it this way." And I'm like, somebody's telling you you have to do it this way, I'm like, you need to turn and run as quickly as you can because we're all different. Like you said, the uniqueness piece. George Dovolis: us. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Yeah. And I get the unique, I get the experience of talking to some of the people who do what I do. And so I'll talk them through that and I'll walk through their success stories. And you guys, I don't know how many times throughout their success stories, when things came out of the blue, or things happened that they could not have controlled or manufactured or things like And every one of us in that stride for success. going to have those things happen. What's cool about what I do is once you get dialed in, once you shift the programming, once you get the alignment between the dynamic vision, the conscious mind, subconscious mind, now you start developing different strategies. You start coming up with different actions. You start coming up with new ideas. Your perception shift of how you see yourself in the world. And as we do that, now all of a sudden doorways start opening more regular. It's almost like you can open, you can achieve more of those. by design. George Dovolis: Man, let me just say this. When you talk about reprogramming, does it actually look for someone on a daily basis to really start to reprogram what you're thinking about? Your thoughts, process, actions, everything that it takes to reprogram. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: me give you one example of what happens. Okay, we come out of the gate developing a dynamic vision. ⁓ The way I define a dynamic vision is it has a lot of clarity. I can't tell you how many businesses I meet with and say, What do you want? And they go, I want a $5 million business, okay, or $50 million business. Okay. Why tell me the details around that and they can't. They just haven't. It's almost like we're just plopping at a number. And most of those people ⁓ George Dovolis: Mmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: adjusting to living off of my you know, minute scraps of what's really possible for them because of that. So we get a lot of detail in the vision. As we build the vision, I talked about 7.5 million to 22 million. When I met that person, the 7.5 was a 13 year high in business. And we talked about all they want to do is get to $10 million. part of what I do is I believe bigger for every person I work with. So I helped stretch that to 12.5. At first, they were like, No, there's no way that's going to happen. No, and then we talk some more, talk some more, and we talk about the way it could be possible, and all of a they start building into that. So we set that vision at 12.5. In order for a vision to be dynamic, the question of how you're gonna do so, the only correct answer is I have no freaking idea. That's a dynamic vision. And so right in that we start identifying that limited programming. And we start making shifts in that in opening that up. Now I can tell you there's probably 50 to 70 ways I do that because it depends on my client. It depends on how deeply ingrained they are. It depends on how long they've been living it and things like that. But then we shift that programming, we start opening up the door as we go forward. And really what we're doing is we're bridging the gap from where they are to where they're going to be in that vision. And here's another George Dovolis: Mm-hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: secret that a lot of people foo foo away but we cannot go out and get to that 50 million dollar business. we have to come from within, we have to come from within being that person at that $50 million. And that's ultimately what the shifting, the organizing, the structuring and all that. And then as we go further, we develop systems of accelerating habits that are unique to that individual. The hundreds of clients I've served over the past decade, not two of them have the same habits because they're unique to that individual. So that again, takes us away from that do A, B and C and get D. George Dovolis: Yeah. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: It's an I don't know people's pathway. But what I seem to be gifted with is the ability to help people sort through that and figure that out and get you know, a lot of clarity on that. And then shifting things to bring that about in their life. George Dovolis: That's deep. Scott Brandt: It's a very interesting piece because within like the coaching industry there are coaches that are like dead set on Not like expanding and it's this is how it has to be done But George and I have talked about there's so many variables So like the only thing we can control is the inputs the outputs are gonna do whatever they're gonna do but there's so many variables that it's very hard because George Dovolis: No. Scott Brandt: we don't know which one's gonna be there, which one's gonna do what it needs to. And so like you had expressed there is when you work with individuals, like habits are different from each person. Each person is different, it's an individual thing. so when meeting with people, when you're interacting, when you're leading with people, we're humans, we're different and you can't box people in, but so many people are like, I'm gonna put you here and. George Dovolis: Yeah. ⁓ Scott Brandt: coming from the military, like, and you also see it too with leaders not taking the time to get to know people really know this person, this person, they're different people. It's like, let's all throw them in a box. That way I don't have to do a lot of strenuous lifting myself and all here. And it's, it's a wild thing when you see it ⁓ and ⁓ One of the things that a lot of coaches are highlighting right now, a lot of people have fears or it's hard to work with a coach because the trust recession has hit because people have invested but haven't gotten what they needed. And so it's a very interesting thing because of what you've highlighted, completely different, but we have a lot of people that are coaches that are doing more damage than good for a lot of people. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Typically, what I find is types of coaches are building an empire for themselves. It's not about truly serving at the match. People ask me, why don't you do groups, man? You could have a lot more people in your group and make a lot more money. And I say, because I've done that when I started this. And the people that do group only don't get near as much as the people I work with one on one. And so I don't want to do that. I don't want to half ass somebody and getting them results. I want to get them as far as I possibly can. ⁓ Scott Brandt: Hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Because that's what lights me up in doing that. And you know, like you were saying there, Scott, you know, I people come to me and say, I just need new systems. And that'll fix everything. I talked to so and so and I just need a better strategy. And that'll fix everything. And none of those are true. What I will say is every client I work with, they reestablish their strategy. They may adjust their systems, we definitely add more systems as they start growing. But George Dovolis: you Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: It's that's not the driver that gets them there. That's the result of the growth that causes it to do that. That's a big, huge difference. Scott Brandt: Hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Why are you guys laughing? Scott Brandt: George and I talk about different things. ⁓ George has had a journey for himself. He's had a lot of growth and walked with him and whatnot. But it's funny because like we'll see it here, but it's just like when you crazy things, like we've talked the first episode, the long episode that we talked about was the need of clarity and how ⁓ don't understand acts as your filter system. George Dovolis: Yes. Scott Brandt: But like you had highlighted, like it's like, want $5 million or I want $10 million, but like there's not like an end game. There's not a clarity piece of what does that look like? Because it's a lot of effort and it's scary because what if I get this wrong? Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Yeah, and I've even had clients that have gone from couple hundred thousand dollars to three million dollars, three point five million dollars, things like that. And their goal is to get to $10 million. And they get to like three, three point five, something like that. And a couple of them and they go, you know what? I don't need any more than this. This is freaking incredible. I love this life. I want to live here for a while. And they do and they're very, happy and they've gone beyond what they thought they would and stuff. And so it's that whole thing. You know, when you look at a model of a program, the A, B and C equals D, a locked model. And most people going into those programs, they have to contort who they are to fit that model to do the A, B, and C. And so if you come in at this way, Scott, you're doing this. George, if you come into it this way, you're contorting who you really are to fit that. And that's what was the importance with me of the uniqueness of the SMT is that it's a model, but it's fluid to meet the individual where they're coming in from. George Dovolis: Mmm, yeah. Interesting. You know, some entrepreneurs, constantly sabotage their own success right when things are about to start working. And why is that? I mean, we talked about things like that. I mean, you just talked about, we want to make 10 million and they should know, man, I made 3.2 million. I love what's going on. But a lot of times people will sabotage their own business for whatever reason, what's in their mind. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Great question, George. And there's reasons for it. ⁓ I told you about probably of the biggest business opportunities I had at 22 years old, and why I did what I did. ⁓ You know, I deal with lot of people who want success so badly, but they're afraid of it when it starts opening up, because they've had such a desire for it for so long. When it starts showing up, it hits a fear. George Dovolis: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: it they're outside their comfort zone. Now it's actually happening. It's one thing to want it and lead towards it and fail and lead towards it and lead towards it. But now all of sudden you lead towards it and it starts opening up, man. That's like, oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. And I've gone through that myself. And so what we have to do in that point is go back to the conditioning. What's the conditioning that's happening? How do we shift that and open up the doorway and develop systems of, you know, within the systems of accelerating habits that we tweak and adjust. So now they're doing the things that George Dovolis: Yeah Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: lead to that even though they're afraid success will always carry fear with it the reason being is because we've not never done it before you know somebody goes out buys a brand new car the first time they do it they're nervous they like am I gonna be able to afford that and then three years later four years later they go buy another new car now it's all of a sudden it's like second nature George Dovolis: Hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: somebody starting their business and growing their business to the size that they truly desire it to be not where they're willing to settle with it is going to go through fears of that. And you're absolutely right with how you said that things start opening up and all of a sudden we're like, Whoa, Whoa, wait a minute. I've had, I've had business owners and then I've had a business owner who went from, uh, I don't know, he was doing like maybe $2,500. George Dovolis: No. ⁓ Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: a month in revenue. He now just broke a record last week, highest month in the history of the company was over $70,000 a week revenue. for the entire, know, continuous throughout the entire month and stuff. So when you look at that, and he was one of the guys that we started building it and we talked about it and everything else. And he had all these things of why he wanted it and all these disappointments of how it didn't work. And so we started working within the model, we developed a vision, we started bridging that gap, identifying and shifting programming and things like that. And then as he started growing that business, when it got to, I don't know, maybe three quarters of a million dollars. He got really, really scared. He goes, I don't I don't want to do this. And I go, what do you mean you don't want to do this? I was just talking to a friend of mine, he's got like an $8 million business. And he said he'd never do it again. It exhausted him for the rest of his life. He'll never work again now. And he took him away from his family and this and that and everything else. Today, I will ask him that when I talk to him, and I'll say, Hey, do you want to back this business down? Because you're at a higher level than your than your friend was. And he'll just laugh. He'll go, you're a smartass. But George Dovolis: I love it. Yeah. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: But had we not have addressed that with him, now that was his unique programming, had we not have addressed that, he'd still be backing it off rather than putting the momentum into it and allowing it to grow. I'll tell you a really quick story I met a gentleman. And when I met him, this is probably about seven, eight years ago, seven, six, seven, I met him, I talking to him for five minutes, I was like, man, his life is really just mediocre. Everything he talked about, he married and he was a passive husband. had two kids that were giving them money. ⁓ His he was barely getting by. He he was always worried about getting fired and everything. And so we working together. The second week we worked together as we developing the vision, it came up when he was in the fifth grade, he started a brand new school, new nobody. So the first day he had to do assessment testing first day of school, the bell rings. Everybody goes to the classroom, he goes to the principal's office. Principal pulls up his results. He goes, Wow, you're an eighth grade reading college mathematics is his, is, you know, all his grades will really have his testing results were really high. He goes, I'm really proud to have you in our school, take this go down to classroom, so and so give it to your teacher. So now in the fifth grade, he has to go and interrupt the class because the door is closed. And everybody's in there and he knows nobody. So he opens up the door, he walks up hands it to the teacher. And she starts berating this child in front of the classroom going, look at so and so he's in the eighth grade reading college math and went through the whole entire thing and said, I guess he should be teaching this class and everybody laughed at him and stuff. And she sent him to his desk. He spent that entire school year being picked on, bullied and ridiculed because of how smart he was. in that little boy's fifth grade, you know, age, what is that? he made a promise to himself, he would never show that to anybody ever again. You guys, ⁓ when I this gentleman, he was years old, and he was still living by that programming and that promise he made in the fifth grade. So as we noted that as we started shifting things for or three, I think it had to be three weeks after that he would call me, ⁓ know, couple times a week outside of our schedule call. And he'd go, you know, man, you won't believe this. ⁓ my God, ⁓ elevating me at work. And they're putting me at like a assistant manager position and, ⁓ this and that. And he's telling me about how like his kids, he's starting to spend time with them because he wants to not because he feels he has to. And, ⁓ I remember he called me one time on a Thursday night. And said, I had talked to you and I go okay he goes I was sitting on the couch in the front room tonight my wife walked in and she said okay here's what we're doing this weekend and she kind of laid out the plan like always and he goes without fully thinking it through he goes I don't want to do that and he said she just looked and stared at me he said it put the fear of God in me he goes I started sweating just by her looking at me and I know what that feels like I've been in that situation so George Dovolis: No. Ha ha. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: So then he explains to her, I was hoping we could do this Saturday as a family and stuff, know, and she's still glaring at him and she said, that was so hot. Within the six, eight months we worked together, this gentleman went from where I described. to a lead position in the company, whenever they hired somebody new, they would work with him for three months so he could get them up to par and producing and all of that and everything else. His relationship with his kids have grown tenfold in that. His relationship with his wife, he now is a man of the family doing what the scriptures say a man should do in a family ⁓ than just being passive and seeing those changes in there. George Dovolis: Yeah. Yes. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: When I work with a client, we grow their business, but it goes way beyond money. It's how it impacts their health and their well being, vocation, relationships, know, their time and money freedom. And I love that I get to be a part of this in people's lives. It's just amazing. Scott Brandt: ⁓ one that really when you have that ability to connect with people really help them shift ⁓ as we're social creatures ⁓ and the need ⁓ of those relationships, having the tribe, having the people that you can lean into and ⁓ proper in the tribe that sees more in you than what you see in yourself but also it's that back and forth. with was shared here, it's ⁓ huge. It's stuff that people really need to dive into. And so I know Dr. Joey, you a couple of books that you've written. So I know you were showcasing those. So there is that avenue. George Dovolis: Yeah. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: These are two that were released last year. One of them is reprogramming your subconscious mind, the SMT method to rapid results. And then the other one is Break the attachment patterns, ⁓ keeping your business small. And this is smaller book, but it gets right to the guts of how to start turning things around. And those could be found on Amazon. I'm sure we'll have them in the notes in the podcast. Scott Brandt: Yeah, well, yeah, we'll put them in the show notes because we have the affiliate piece with Amazon, so we'll have it going directly there. then if people really wanted to connect with you where would that be for them connect with find you those different links? Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: multiple any, any, I'm sorry, Scott, yeah, any social medias, things like that, my website, which I'm sure we'll have in there, again, it's under my name. So it's kind of long to throw out there. But we'll have those in the notes. And then the one thing I do, and it's solely to serve and help people start making shifts, is I set up a calendar where it's a 15 minute conversation. There's no sales pitch. It's all about serving and helping somebody who's struggling. George Dovolis: Hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: to make some rapid changes that we can talk about right on the phone and they can start seeing results happening, know, the results changing and anybody can go to coachwithjoey.com and schedule that call with me. Scott Brandt: Awesome. Yeah, we'll have that in the show notes too. So like we said, if you're looking for these types of videos, hit the subscribe button. And right now, if you're listening to this and you're like, need to figure out a way to really get unstuck, what is that? I will take up Dr. Joey on that 15-minute call, talk to him, and have that. Because like I said, this is the second time of having Dr. Joey on as a guest. George Dovolis: Thanks. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Thank you. George Dovolis: Mmm. Scott Brandt: and Small World, but I'm grateful for him to come on, share those nuggets because this is much needed, really, to not have you be put in a box, but really that individual, like your uniqueness, like Dr. Joey shared. So if you are stuck, take him up on that offer that he has and start working that way because if you don't take the action, you're gonna stay stuck. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Yeah. George Dovolis: And we can't thank you enough. Dr. Joey, it was what Scott sent us, what Scott said about you, what he talked to you three years ago, what you brought today, what a huge honor. And I guarantee listeners are perking up, and especially business owners. And it's just so cool. And the one last thing I have to say. your legacy, what would you like to leave it when that time comes? What do want people to think when they, when, you know, just your legacy and all the things that you have done. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: Beautiful question. I love talking about this because my part of my legacy is I'm building up to launch Institute to certify other coaches in the SMT method so that it will expand now further than I can go and even after I'm gone from here. And I just want people to understand that there is real out here to turn a business around. Scott Brandt: Hmm. Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: and it will positively impact your life as well. George Dovolis: mean, that's massive. That's all I got to say. mean, I to ask you that because how you talk, it is incredible. And Scott, I'm sorry to ruin the end, but I'm telling you, I wanted to ask that because what you have done, what you created to help people out, that's leaving a legacy. Sir, I can't thank you enough. Scott Brandt: Where? Dr. Joseph Drolshagen: This is really enjoyable you guys. I appreciate you having me on. Scott Brandt: So other than that, appreciate you guys coming on the journey with us. Allow it to be part of your journey and we'll catch you on the next episode.
