Speaker 1: Hey, I do Part two.
• 0:21
Speaker 2: It's your hosts, Golden Bachelott's Joan Bassos, and I am
• 0:24
Speaker 2: joined by my fellow Bachelor Chapter two Gal from Bachelor
• 0:29
Speaker 2: National alum, Cindy Colors. Today we are going to break
• 0:32
Speaker 2: down all the latest news and celebrity divorces, new couplings,
• 0:37
Speaker 2: and Chapter two drama. Cindy, I am so excited to
• 0:40
Speaker 2: be covering this with you because I think we're girls
• 0:43
Speaker 2: from the eighties and so many of these stories are
• 0:46
Speaker 2: from like our generation of people, So like, let's dive
• 0:48
  Speaker 2: into it.
• 0:49
Speaker 1: Absolutely. These are all people that we know we've grown
• 0:52
Speaker 1: up with, and you know they're here to prove that
• 0:54
Speaker 1: there's no roadmap for any of us in Chapter two,
• 0:57
Speaker 1: whether on reality TV or in real life.
• 0:59
Speaker 2: So the first story I think, I love, Do you
• 1:02
Speaker 2: want to do? I kick off Denise Richards. I know
• 1:04
Speaker 2: that we both probably loved her when we were growing up.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: I love her. She's so beautiful, so lovely, and you
• 1:08
Speaker 1: know this is where chapter two gets real. Okay, So
• 1:11
Speaker 1: the headline this week is Denise Richards scores a legal
• 1:14
Speaker 1: victory in battle with ex Aaron Piper's over spousal support.
• 1:19
Speaker 1: So Denise Richards has scored another victory in her legal
• 1:21
Speaker 1: battle with Aaron with ex Aaron Pipers amid their ongoing divorce,
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Denise fifty five now and attorney Mark Grosse appeared in
• 1:31
Speaker 1: the Los Angeles County Court on Monday, April twenty seventh
• 1:34
Speaker 1: in a hearing where they discussed her request to have
• 1:37
Speaker 1: sensitive documents related to her finances sealed. According to court
• 1:42
Speaker 1: documents obtained by s Weekly, Aaron fifty three and his
• 1:46
Speaker 1: attorney were not present. What is she hiding? Like?
• 1:49
Speaker 2: We like, I mean, like her life has been an
• 1:52
Speaker 2: open book and everybody knows that she got ten million
• 1:54
Speaker 2: from Charlie Sheen, So she's not hiding that. Like, what's
• 1:57
Speaker 2: she hiding? What doesn't he?
• 1:59
Speaker 1: What did she want here? I just don't know that. Well,
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: I think they're not sealed from him. I think they're
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: sealed from us.
• 2:06
Speaker 2: From us, So what is it that she's posing once.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: Well, let's let me finish reading what this article says,
• 2:12
Speaker 1: because I think it'll be more apparent why she needs
• 2:15
Speaker 1: to maybe hide some of these finances. So the judge,
• 2:19
Speaker 1: Judge Joshua dee Wiser, granted the reality TV star's request,
• 2:23
Speaker 1: which was initially submitted by Denise, and her legal team
• 2:26
Speaker 1: by in February. February twelfth, actually inside the courthouse, Denise
• 2:30
Speaker 1: was asked by the California Post when her lengthy divorce
• 2:33
Speaker 1: with Aaron wood Or could come to an end. It's
• 2:37
Speaker 1: hard to tell, is what the lawyer responded. Right, So
• 2:41
Speaker 1: Denise isn't really saying she's keeping a lot of things private.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: Are you thinking that there's something that she's wanting to hide?
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 2:50
Speaker 2: It feels like there's spend a lot of time in court.
• 2:52
Speaker 2: If you read the rest of this article, it sounds
• 2:53
Speaker 2: like they've been in and out. You know, there's possibly
• 2:57
Speaker 2: spen some violence, There has been other things have gone on,
• 3:00
Speaker 2: you know, And I think about kind of when all
• 3:02
Speaker 2: this started, which was while she was filming Real Housewives
• 3:06
Speaker 2: of Beverly Hills and he was on the show with her,
• 3:08
Speaker 2: and you know, there was a whole scandal that she
• 3:11
Speaker 2: was having a physical relationship with Brandy Glanville, and so
• 3:17
  Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, you know, I feel like there's a
• 3:19
Speaker 2: lot tangled in this that we don't know. And the
• 3:23
Speaker 2: fact that he had this possibly violent past, you know,
• 3:28
Speaker 2: clearly is concerning, but he's in huge denial about it.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: So he's in denial, he says, you know, for the
• 3:35
Speaker 1: for the restraining orders against him. He said, it's not true.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: They're conjured. Up. I have real I have the real evidence.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: But Aaron was arrested in October of twenty twenty five
• 3:44
Speaker 1: and charged with two felony counts two not one, two
• 3:47
Speaker 1: felony counts related to injuring a spouse and two more
• 3:51
Speaker 1: felony account of felony counts related to dissuading a witness
• 3:56
Speaker 1: by force or threats.
• 3:58
Speaker 2: So weird, what is that?
• 3:59
Speaker 1: He was subsequent released on bail, but the following month,
• 4:02
Speaker 1: Denise was granted a permanent restraining order against him. So
• 4:05
Speaker 1: there has to be some allegations, you know. Unfortunately, I've
• 4:09
Speaker 1: had to look into some restraining orders in my past,
• 4:12
Speaker 1: and at least in the state of Texas, you have
• 4:15
Speaker 1: to have an abundance of information and abundance of threat
• 4:19
Speaker 1: in order to obtain a restraining order. So there must
• 4:22
Speaker 1: be something here, you know.
• 4:24
Speaker 2: I was thinking the same thing. So I did a
• 4:26
Speaker 2: little more research, and I found an article that talked
• 4:29
Speaker 2: about Richards when she was on the stand talking about
• 4:32
Speaker 2: like why she needed a restraining order, and she said
• 4:35
Speaker 2: that she learned of these several concussions that she had.
• 4:39
Speaker 2: So like, she's claiming that she had several concussions, you know,
• 4:44
Speaker 2: caused by him. And she says that that he who
• 4:47
Speaker 2: he's a guy. He owns a wellness retreat, so he
• 4:50
Speaker 2: does he teeds people for things like this, and he
• 4:55
Speaker 2: had her go into a machine that he had that
• 4:59
Speaker 2: helps diagnose concussions, and it claims that he diagnosed these concussions,
• 5:05
Speaker 2: which seems very weird that he would do that knowing that,
• 5:08
Speaker 2: you know, possibly he's the one that caused them. Why
• 5:10
Speaker 2: would he then offer that to her? Seems very odd
• 5:15
Speaker 2: to me, Like, all this seems weird.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: All of it seems weird. All of it seems like
• 5:19
Speaker 1: a lot of drama. I think we're all happy that
• 5:21
Speaker 1: they're unwinding it. But even now after the arrests and
• 5:25
Speaker 1: after the permanent restraining order, there's still the finances to
• 5:28
Speaker 1: deal with. So in December, Aaron requested spousal support from Denise,
• 5:33
Speaker 1: claiming that he was in debt. Us Slater confirmed in
• 5:37
Speaker 1: February that Denise was ordered to pay her ex five
• 5:39
Speaker 1: thousand each month in temporary spousal support, which five thousand
• 5:45
Speaker 1: a month for Denise is nothing.
• 5:48
Speaker 2: Nothing, Yeah, I mean I got to guess that his
• 5:50
Speaker 2: wellness retreat isn't doing so well. I think it was
• 5:52
Speaker 2: made a little more popular when they were on Real
• 5:55
Speaker 2: Housewives of Verry Hills. But I think now that that is,
• 5:58
Speaker 2: you know that he's not on it anymore, don't. I
• 6:00
Speaker 2: think she's off of it now too. I'm pretty sure
• 6:02
Speaker 2: she's not on it anymore. That maybe his income is
• 6:04
Speaker 2: a little less. He's not getting the money from that.
• 6:06
Speaker 2: Plus he's not getting the money probably as much from
• 6:08
Speaker 2: his wellness retreat, especially like who's going to go to
• 6:10
Speaker 2: a wellness retreat after you've heard the guys silent?
• 6:13
Speaker 1: I mean, you know whether this is.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: True or not. It's out there in the universe now,
• 6:17
Speaker 2: and so maybe it's not a place that you're going
• 6:18
Speaker 2: to go for wellness.
• 6:20
Speaker 1: And he's not the only retreat, Like we'll fight someplace else.
• 6:23
Speaker 1: But what's interesting is earlier this month, Denise, this is
• 6:26
Speaker 1: where she scored the real win in her legal battle.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: A judge roll that any debt collection company cannot seize
• 6:33
Speaker 1: any wages or other assets made by Denise in order
• 6:37
Speaker 1: to pay Aaron's debt.
• 6:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's before he was married or during when
• 6:41
Speaker 2: they're married. But it makes me thinks that that he
• 6:44
Speaker 2: but they somehow did not merge their finances because I
• 6:48
Speaker 2: feel like when you're married, normally your spouse's debt is
• 6:51
Speaker 2: your debt also, and somehow she won that battle and
• 6:55
Speaker 2: they did not say that she would have to like
• 6:57
Speaker 2: cover his debt. So I feel like like this was
• 7:00
Speaker 2: maybe on shaky crown in the first place, because it
• 7:02
Speaker 2: sounds like they didn't have their their finances, you know, entwined.
• 7:06
Speaker 1: That much, right, right, I agree. I just feel.
• 7:09
Speaker 2: Thankful that their kids kind of are coming out of
• 7:11
Speaker 2: this hole I think. I mean, I think that she
• 7:14
Speaker 2: has qwo kids with Charlie Sheen. It sounds like they're
• 7:15
Speaker 2: all a little on the older side and they're not
• 7:17
Speaker 2: like still part of the household where there's violence is happening,
• 7:20
Speaker 2: but may have been at one time. So I just
• 7:22
Speaker 2: feel like, you know, always I think about the kids
• 7:24
Speaker 2: in these circumstances and that hopefully that they're coming out
• 7:27
Speaker 2: whole and they don't have any like lasting issues from this.
• 7:30
Speaker 1: And you know, it stands out to me, really is
• 7:33
Speaker 1: with all of her presence in the world and all
• 7:37
Speaker 1: of her public presence, how much restraint it takes for
• 7:41
Speaker 1: her to older time to let her legal teams speak
• 7:45
Speaker 1: for her and for her to just let the legal
• 7:47
Speaker 1: system work. So I have to say, you know, I
• 7:50
Speaker 1: appreciate that she's protecting her peace, and I realize how
• 7:53
Speaker 1: much restraint it must take to do that. Yeah.
• 7:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, she'll get her day in court. But
• 7:58
Speaker 2: you know, I know that they don't have kids to gather,
• 8:00
Speaker 2: so I guess the three kids that they have, it
• 8:03
Speaker 2: sounds like he adopted one of them at one point.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: He calls himself a stepfather, and I think the other
• 8:09
Speaker 2: two from Charlie Sheen he has really no no tie to.
• 8:12
Speaker 2: But I got to guess they were living in the
• 8:13
Speaker 2: house sometimes when they were together, so hopefully they never
• 8:15
Speaker 2: saw any of these violent things happening. And I agree
• 8:18
Speaker 2: with you, you know, let her legal teams speak for her,
• 8:20
Speaker 2: because you know, she probably has a lot of motions
• 8:22
Speaker 2: tied up into this, and it's better. I think you're right,
• 8:24
Speaker 2: better doing the way she's doing it. Happy though, we
• 8:28
  Speaker 2: have a happy.
• 8:29
Speaker 1: This one really makes me think of you. This one
• 8:31
Speaker 1: really makes me think of you, So go ahead, why
• 8:33
Speaker 1: don't you leave this one out?
• 8:34
Speaker 2: I would love to Lorenzo Lamas calls girlfriend Heather Locklear
• 8:39
Speaker 2: the most amazing woman after first public appearance together. How
• 8:43
Speaker 2: great is that? Like icons are now together, It's so adorable.
• 8:50
Speaker 2: He's gushing over his relationship with her. It sounds like
• 8:52
Speaker 2: he is head over heels and In an interview with
• 8:55
Speaker 2: Fox News Digital published on Wednesday, April one, has just
• 8:58
Speaker 2: a couple of days ago. Actually I'm my dad birthday
• 9:01
Speaker 2: renegade Alum sixty eight he's sixty eight years old, opened
• 9:05
Speaker 2: up about finding love with the actress sixty four, more
• 9:08
Speaker 2: than forty years after they first met, posting together on
• 9:11
Speaker 2: the cover of Playgirl magazine. Now you and I both
• 9:14
Speaker 2: went looked it up?
• 9:16
Speaker 1: We did, we did, Lorenza lamis.
• 9:19
  Speaker 2: Are they cute?
• 9:19
Speaker 1: Tall, They're so handsome, so handsome in a shed.
• 9:23
Speaker 2: Her skinny like little waist like twenty inch waist, absolutely.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: Bikini, and he's a aspeito standing behind her. It's a darling,
• 9:31
  Speaker 1: darling photo.
• 9:32
Speaker 2: So wouldn't you love for them to do one of
• 9:34
Speaker 2: those us then and us now, like in the same
• 9:38
Speaker 2: exact outfits, because they're both in great shape still. They
• 9:40
Speaker 2: both look so so so good, like them then and
• 9:43
Speaker 2: them now, with the same outfits on like in the
• 9:45
Speaker 2: exact same pose. I bet that would be I'm in
• 9:48
Speaker 2: for it, Nick. Someone needs to tell them they have
• 9:50
Speaker 2: to do that and put it.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: Out because well, you just did, Joe, you just did.
• 9:55
Speaker 2: Somebody's listening. I think it would be such a good
• 9:58
Speaker 2: Could you imagine reconnecting with someone after forty years, I
• 10:03
Speaker 2: mean they've had a lot of history in those forty years.
• 10:06
Speaker 1: Well, Lorenzo actually says, the short answer is no. He
• 10:09
Speaker 1: told the outlet when he was asked if it whatever
• 10:12
Speaker 1: would happen, he said, I mean, I've been through a
• 10:14
Speaker 1: lot of trial and error and she's the most amazing
• 10:17
Speaker 1: woman that I think I've ever met. And he has
• 10:19
Speaker 1: been through it. He's been in and out of quite
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: a few relationship.
• 10:24
Speaker 2: Well, you know, and there's a part of me that goes, well,
• 10:26
Speaker 2: there's a little bit of a red flag here that
• 10:28
Speaker 2: maybe she ought to like maybe paying attention to it. Now,
• 10:32
Speaker 2: she's had her own share of husbands and kids and
• 10:36
Speaker 2: I mean everybody she's pretty famous for with you know,
• 10:39
Speaker 2: Richie's Ambora, and then she had Tommy Lee.
• 10:42
  Speaker 1: Tommy Lee, she's.
• 10:43
Speaker 2: Had kids with I think just with with Richie's Ambora, right.
• 10:47
Speaker 2: I think she only has kids with him, but she
• 10:50
Speaker 2: was engaged to Chris Heiser. I don't know who Chris
• 10:52
Speaker 2: Heiser is, but I know that she's engaged, but they
• 10:54
Speaker 2: split up. But when you look at Lorenzo, I think
• 10:58
Speaker 2: I counted his relationships. I think most of them were marriages.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: One was just a relationship. I think we have seven,
• 11:05
Speaker 2: so I think they both liked to couple a lot.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: So okay, here, there's two ways to see it. We
• 11:10
Speaker 1: could either wave the red flag on this one, or
• 11:12
Speaker 1: we could say after seven relationships that you would still
• 11:16
Speaker 1: be open to finding the love of your life. You know.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: I think that's how I'm going to choose to see it.
• 11:23
  Speaker 2: I think that he's saying that it's been a lot
• 11:25
Speaker 2: of trial and error, is what he says. And after
• 11:28
Speaker 2: a lot of trial and error, I found the right person.
• 11:30
Speaker 2: And I hope that's right, because I think we love
• 11:32
Speaker 2: this couple and it makes us all happy and we
• 11:34
Speaker 2: want to see it work out. And I hope that
• 11:37
Speaker 2: all those previous relationships that he's been through. He probably
• 11:42
Speaker 2: has no money left, though I hope nobody got speusal
• 11:45
Speaker 2: support because he's going to be really poor at this point.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: If that happened. Well, maybe he could make some money
• 11:49
Speaker 1: on a new photo, a new Playgirl cover.
• 11:52
Speaker 2: Oh my god, how cute with that? Is Playgirls in
• 11:55
  Speaker 2: a business? I don't think it's even in business anymore.
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: I don't know, and I don't know, I don't know.
• 11:58
Speaker 1: I have to say this, this resurgence of love is fantastic,
• 12:02
Speaker 1: and to have it, you know, it's timing is everything.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: And who knows what would have happened if they had
• 12:08
Speaker 1: met and continued a relationship after they took that photo.
• 12:12
Speaker 2: Okay, so there would be a lot of I feel like,
• 12:16
Speaker 2: like relationships that would have never happened. I mean, but
• 12:19
Speaker 2: and she's so famous for her like the bad boys
• 12:22
Speaker 2: that she loved to couple up with, and he's just
• 12:25
  Speaker 2: like not a bad boy. He's a lover. Clearly, he's
• 12:28
Speaker 2: been married. He's a huge, serious relationship seven times so
• 12:32
Speaker 2: over the years. So we're I think we're both so
• 12:34
Speaker 2: happy for them, and we're ready, we're putting out into
• 12:37
Speaker 2: the universe. We want to see that picture again.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: Absolutely, I'm in. I'm in for it for sure. So well,
• 12:42
Speaker 1: this next one I think is right up my alley.
• 12:44
Speaker 1: So if you wouldn't mind, I would like to take
• 12:46
Speaker 1: a leave on this. I love it because General Hospitals.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: Cameron Matheson so hot. He has tall blue eyes. I
• 12:53
Speaker 1: love him. He's adorable and he's been dating and I
• 12:56
Speaker 1: love his perspective. You just shared a quick glimpse of
• 12:59
Speaker 1: his dating life after divorce from Vanessa Matheson and after
• 13:03
Speaker 1: three years of being single, he says, I have been dating.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: He's now fifty six, and he shared this exclusively with
• 13:10
Speaker 1: US Weekly while attending Jenny Gar's iHeart podcast I Choose Me,
• 13:14
Speaker 1: which is fabulous. It'd a live summit on Saturday. And
• 13:18
Speaker 1: the whole app world is new to him. He said,
• 13:21
Speaker 1: it's the whole new world. It's a whole like the
• 13:23
Speaker 1: vocabulary is different, the timing is different. If you had
• 13:26
Speaker 1: been married for twenty three years or twenty two years.
• 13:28
Speaker 1: In his gaze and then hop out into the apps, yeah,
• 13:31
Speaker 1: your head is whirling. And I thought that his honesty
• 13:34
Speaker 1: in this was so precious.
• 13:36
Speaker 2: It's so cute. Can you imagine though, if you're on
• 13:38
Speaker 2: the app that he's on and he pops up, why
• 13:40
Speaker 2: didn't you just die?
• 13:42
Speaker 1: If you like, excuse me? Is this?
• 13:45
  Speaker 2: I know?
• 13:45
Speaker 1: It's so funny. He made a lot of white ride
• 13:48
  Speaker 1: on that one.
• 13:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he made a lot of women really well.
• 13:51
Speaker 1: And I love that. He says later in the article
• 13:54
Speaker 1: in his interview, is trying to distract myself from a
• 13:57
Speaker 1: broken heart. I met a lot of amazing people particular
• 14:00
Speaker 1: that became like a more committed sort of situation. But
• 14:03
Speaker 1: at the same time, I hadn't been ready for anything
• 14:06
Speaker 1: more serious. And this level of self awareness, I think
• 14:10
Speaker 1: is so refreshing and so rare.
• 14:12
Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I mean he had a broken heart, she
• 14:15
Speaker 2: broke up with him. He did break up with her,
• 14:18
Speaker 2: and so he was healing. He dipped his toe kind
• 14:21
Speaker 2: of in the dating world. And you know, and I
• 14:23
Speaker 2: think you and I've both been like on the app
• 14:25
Speaker 2: or on an app. I was on an app.
• 14:27
Speaker 1: On a TV show to look for and then there's.
• 14:30
Speaker 2: That national TV and I for one of us. Yeah, well,
• 14:36
Speaker 2: it could still work. Thatcher works in funny ways. Your
• 14:40
Speaker 2: journey isn't over yet. But I do feel like, you know,
• 14:44
Speaker 2: he dipped his toe in the app world. I feel
• 14:48
Speaker 2: like he has opportunities to meet people out in the
• 14:50
Speaker 2: real world. I mean, he's out there. He has probably
• 14:52
Speaker 2: a pretty rich and exciting life, and he doesn't I
• 14:55
Speaker 2: don't think it has to go on the apps. And
• 14:57
Speaker 2: I think that he's going to meet somebody really amazing,
• 15:00
Speaker 2: and you know, I wish him the best, and I
• 15:03
Speaker 2: hope he's healing, you know, most of all, he can
• 15:06
Speaker 2: heal and then move on to a new relationship, because
• 15:08
Speaker 2: I feel like he sounds like a really you know,
• 15:10
Speaker 2: sweet person. I mean, he talks about that he's diving
• 15:13
Speaker 2: into it with kindness and respect for each other, and
• 15:16
Speaker 2: like what a good guy.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: And the way he talks about his ex wife and
• 15:20
Speaker 1: the focus that he puts on his kids and created
• 15:22
Speaker 1: a new family. While it's not the family that he
• 15:25
Speaker 1: wanted perhaps or that he thought he would be, you know,
• 15:29
Speaker 1: involved in, he's still so supportive of the family that
• 15:33
Speaker 1: he created. And I just loved this for him. It's
• 15:36
Speaker 1: kind of, I mean a little bit my story that
• 15:38
Speaker 1: you know, I didn't really want my divorce. It's not
• 15:40
Speaker 1: the family that I wanted. And yet you know, here
• 15:42
Speaker 1: we are, chapter two and let's just you know, move
• 15:45
Speaker 1: into it, make the best of it, and try to
• 15:48
  Speaker 1: be super positive.
• 15:49
  Speaker 2: And I think it'd be great. I think he's such
• 15:51
Speaker 2: a positive message. Anybody wants to check that out. It's
• 15:54
Speaker 2: on the Choose Me podcast Jenny Garth's, and he actually
• 15:59
Speaker 2: even speaks to one of our Bachelor alums. He speaks
• 16:01
Speaker 2: with Ben Hinkott, so check that out. I think it's
• 16:03
Speaker 2: worth checking out. He seems like a really, really a
• 16:06
Speaker 2: dorble man. We've known him because he's super handsome, and
• 16:08
Speaker 2: now he's also a really good guy, so check him out.
• 16:11
Speaker 1: Yeah, I would have him in my tribe for sure.
• 16:14
Speaker 1: What a what a great person to have around. Maybe
• 16:16
Speaker 1: I'll go try to find him when I go to
• 16:18
Speaker 1: La next and see my daughter. Go find him, girl.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: We got to figure that one him. He's not ready
• 16:24
Speaker 1: for anything serious, so we'll just be friends for a while.
• 16:27
Speaker 1: But he would be you know, he's just you know,
• 16:28
Speaker 1: he's just sounds like a great guy. And it made
• 16:31
Speaker 1: a great place in this chapter two for him.
• 16:33
Speaker 2: So yeah, and it sounds like the way he's acting
• 16:35
Speaker 2: with his kids. There's also really you know, I keep
• 16:38
Speaker 2: going back to the kids. You know, there's so many
• 16:40
Speaker 2: of these Hollywood relationships don't work out and you think
• 16:42
Speaker 2: the kids are their real victims. Sounds like they have
• 16:44
Speaker 2: a really like good parenting style and for these kids.
• 16:49
Speaker 2: So I love that after hearing all the terrible bad
• 16:51
Speaker 2: ones that we hear for, you know, so often. That
• 16:54
Speaker 2: makes me happy that they have figured it out and
• 16:56
Speaker 2: doing a good job.
• 17:07
Speaker 1: Well, speaking of kids, we've got to talk about the
• 17:09
Speaker 1: Kardashians because Chloe and Chris kind of made some news
• 17:13
Speaker 1: this week, and Chris Jenner reveals why, you know, whether
• 17:16
Speaker 1: she would marry her boyfriend Corey Gamble someday. And you
• 17:21
Speaker 1: know this kind is right up here, Allie, Joan, I
• 17:23
Speaker 1: should let you take the lead on this, so you
• 17:25
Speaker 1: get a lot of questions.
• 17:27
Speaker 2: You get that all the time, and I love her answer.
• 17:30
Speaker 2: It hits really close to home. First of all, they
• 17:31
Speaker 2: met in Abiza like ten years ago, and you know,
• 17:35
Speaker 2: I always wondered what he did. Always see Hi kind
• 17:37
Speaker 2: of in the background in the on the kid our
• 17:39
Speaker 2: Kardashian shows, and I really like had no idea, Like
• 17:42
Speaker 2: he just appeared one day. I felt like I didn't
• 17:44
Speaker 2: really know how it happened. It turns out he was
• 17:47
Speaker 2: a talent manager and he was he actually worked with
• 17:51
Speaker 2: Justin Bieber, so he's a big guy and he is
• 17:53
Speaker 2: not hurting, okay. I kind of felt like he was
• 17:55
Speaker 2: maybe writing on Chris Jender's coatails a little bit he is.
• 17:59
Speaker 2: His net worth is supposedly fifteen million dollars, so I
• 18:01
Speaker 2: feel like he's doing okay on his own. Who doesn't
• 18:04
Speaker 2: need her. She certainly doesn't need him, but they are
• 18:07
Speaker 2: a happy couple. And I feel like, at this stage
• 18:11
Speaker 2: of our lives, and I'm just going to give you
• 18:13
Speaker 2: my opinion, there is no reason to get married unless unless,
• 18:17
Speaker 2: like that's an important thing to you, And it doesn't
• 18:19
Speaker 2: sound like it is to her. She's not counting it out,
• 18:23
Speaker 2: she's not saying I'm not doing it, but she's also saying,
• 18:25
Speaker 2: you know, do I need to? She was on the
• 18:28
Speaker 2: podcast with her daughter, and you know, when they asked
• 18:30
Speaker 2: about future wedding bells, she was just like, you know,
• 18:33
Speaker 2: no or you never know. She wasn't given a positive answer,
• 18:36
Speaker 2: she wasn't given a negative answer. She and then Chloe says,
• 18:39
Speaker 2: you know, you don't need to get married to get mom, Like,
• 18:41
Speaker 2: what's the reason we're not, you know, starting a family again.
• 18:44
Speaker 1: So it was such a cute moment. I think that,
• 18:46
Speaker 1: you know, having Chloe step in and say, you know, mom,
• 18:49
Speaker 1: this is not what you need and it's not what
• 18:52
Speaker 1: any of the girls need, but if it's what you
• 18:54
Speaker 1: want and Chris just was charming about it. She's like,
• 18:57
Speaker 1: you never know, I'm full of surprises. Yeah.
• 19:00
Speaker 2: Yeah, And she didn't want to didn't really answer for him,
• 19:02
Speaker 2: like she they said, you know, do you think he
• 19:04
Speaker 2: wants to get rid? And she's like, I don't know,
• 19:05
Speaker 2: you got it, you have to ask him. That pretty
• 19:07
Speaker 2: amazing marriages in her life. She had Robert Kardashian first,
• 19:10
Speaker 2: and then she you know, she had Caitlyn Jenner, so
• 19:13
Speaker 2: I mean, and she has a lot of kids, and
• 19:15
Speaker 2: she has a really rich life. And just having a partner,
• 19:18
Speaker 2: like you don't have to marry a partner to have
• 19:20
Speaker 2: a partner that's with you forever, you know, I think
• 19:23
Speaker 2: I have that, and maybe we'll get married, maybe we won't,
• 19:25
Speaker 2: but I don't feel like he's going to leave if
• 19:26
Speaker 2: I don't marry him. And I'm not leaving him if
• 19:28
Speaker 2: I don't marry him, so I'm sure. And also like
• 19:31
Speaker 2: when you're this well known and maybe this wealthy, like
• 19:35
Speaker 2: it might be hard figuring out the legal stuff. So
• 19:38
Speaker 2: just by having her and having a person in your life,
• 19:41
Speaker 2: you don't have to marry them.
• 19:43
Speaker 1: Well, it was in their interview that I thought was
• 19:45
Speaker 1: really cute. Every time I go on Facebook. I see
• 19:47
Speaker 1: a picture of you and Chalk and it's all AI
• 19:51
Speaker 1: and either you're married, or you're breaking up or you've Yeah,
• 19:56
Speaker 1: it's just so funny to see the AI photos of
• 19:58
Speaker 1: you and Chloe and her mom. And Chloe and Chris
• 20:02
Speaker 1: talk about the AI photos. And Chris saw and AI
• 20:05
Speaker 1: photo of the girls at a working at a restaurant.
• 20:08
Speaker 1: She called him and goes, when was this? And the
• 20:10
Speaker 1: mom that was AI. She's like, oh, okay, what are
• 20:14
Speaker 1: trying to remember it?
• 20:15
Speaker 2: It's always AI and and you know, the social media
• 20:20
Speaker 2: comes out with a story just because they want people
• 20:23
Speaker 2: to look at the social media. And I mean, I've
• 20:25
Speaker 2: been dead, I've been married, I've been we've broken up.
• 20:28
Speaker 2: You know, there's been so many things, and we're just
• 20:30
Speaker 2: a teeny little person in this universe. They are so
• 20:32
Speaker 2: much bigger, so their stories are always bigger. There's more
• 20:35
Speaker 2: of them, happens all the time. So I guess if
• 20:36
Speaker 2: they got married it would stop those stories. But I
• 20:39
Speaker 2: feel like they are kind of beyond that now. I mean,
• 20:41
Speaker 2: Chris did say that they don't really bother her anymore,
• 20:45
Speaker 2: and she says, you know, at one time they did,
• 20:47
Speaker 2: but now she's kind of over it, and I kind
• 20:48
Speaker 2: of feel the same way.
• 20:49
Speaker 1: Yeah, you feel the same way. It doesn't bother you
• 20:51
Speaker 1: when you hear the rumors that you guys are broken
• 20:53
Speaker 1: up or that I was dead.
• 20:55
Speaker 2: The one I said I was dead really did kind of.
• 20:57
  Speaker 1: That's a hard one.
• 20:58
Speaker 2: I was like, it had like a picture of me,
• 21:00
Speaker 2: and it had like my beginning date and my end date.
• 21:03
Speaker 2: Like I was like, oh, that's kind of like hits
• 21:05
Speaker 2: a little close to home.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: That beats mine. I had one that my son died, oh,
• 21:09
  Speaker 1: which works terrible, But I don't have a son. I
• 21:12
  Speaker 1: don't have a son, So I didn't take it personally,
• 21:14
Speaker 1: but if you know, it would it would have been
• 21:17
Speaker 1: very hard to hear I was dead or my kids
• 21:19
  Speaker 1: weren't dead.
• 21:20
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that was It was a little weird. So
• 21:22
Speaker 2: I think, you know, the breakup rumors, I almost feel
• 21:25
Speaker 2: like everybody when you hear those, you almost double check them.
• 21:28
Speaker 2: Now they're so common. Everybody's broken up or together or whatever.
• 21:32
Speaker 1: Well this rumor, this rumor is about them getting married.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: So I'm gonna have to keep checking on you and
• 21:36
Speaker 1: chalk to see if the rumors are real.
• 21:39
Speaker 2: Just call me a girl.
• 21:40
Speaker 1: You don't have Okay.
• 21:44
Speaker 2: I feel like the next story though, we watched this
• 21:47
Speaker 2: whole thing play out on TV, so we know it's
• 21:49
Speaker 2: real and this is a Valley star Michelle and I
• 21:52
Speaker 2: don't know exactly how to say her name, SINAI just
• 21:56
Speaker 2: three seven. I think we all know who she is.
• 21:57
Speaker 2: If you watch The Valley, you know exactly who she.
• 21:59
Speaker 1: Is, because she was.
• 22:00
Speaker 2: She's been a big storyline throughout the last three seasons.
• 22:03
Speaker 2: She's thirty seven. And the story, though, is a good
• 22:06
Speaker 2: one that she and doctor Dre sixty one are holding
• 22:10
Speaker 2: hands in public, and that there are rumors now that
• 22:13
Speaker 2: they are dating. Now this comes all on the heels
• 22:16
Speaker 2: of her kind of whole story playing out on the
• 22:19
Speaker 2: Valley with her now I think he's now ex husband Jesse,
• 22:24
Speaker 2: but everybody loves Okay, So she's kind of been out
• 22:27
Speaker 2: there in the news more than once. You see her
• 22:30
Speaker 2: coupling up with people here and there. There's been rumors
• 22:32
Speaker 2: that she had an affair while she was.
• 22:34
  Speaker 1: On the Valley.
• 22:35
Speaker 2: He also had an affair. Supposedly, she gets around.
• 22:37
  Speaker 1: I love that.
• 22:38
Speaker 2: I'm just a little surprised about doctor Dre. What do
• 22:41
  Speaker 2: you think?
• 22:41
Speaker 1: Well, and maybe she's auditioning for age of attraction. You
• 22:47
Speaker 1: don't know, but I will tell you this. Nobody goes
• 22:49
Speaker 1: to Nobu with someone of the opposite gender and holds
• 22:53
Speaker 1: hand hands with them as you leave and expects that
• 22:56
Speaker 1: to be silent. So I think there's a little story
• 23:00
Speaker 1: of the pot here somehow. But you know, you know
• 23:03
Speaker 1: you're going to be caught by the paparazzi at Nobu, absolutely.
• 23:06
Speaker 2: I mean they're right in the middle of la and
• 23:08
  Speaker 2: they're both very well known. I mean, she's been a
• 23:11
Speaker 2: big storyline on the valley and he is obviously just
• 23:13
Speaker 2: a star in his own right. I think that it's
• 23:17
Speaker 2: their age difference is a little shocking for me. I
• 23:20
Speaker 2: think that I wonder if both of them this is
• 23:26
Speaker 2: a relationship of convenience, because they want to be out
• 23:29
Speaker 2: in the public, they want the paparazzi maybe taking their pictures.
• 23:32
Speaker 2: I mean, I kind of feel like they would feel
• 23:36
Speaker 2: like they would come out in a different way.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: I think that's well. It is kind of a classic
• 23:40
Speaker 1: Chapter two move though, kind of unexpected pairings. When you
• 23:45
Speaker 1: tried something and it didn't work, so why not go
• 23:49
Speaker 1: kind of far away from what you tried and see
• 23:51
Speaker 1: if that's really what was meant to be so good
• 23:54
  Speaker 1: for them.
• 23:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, well, so I don't know how they met. I
• 23:57
Speaker 2: don't know if I had to do with her real
• 23:59
Speaker 2: estate career. Okay, so she's outside of her reality TV,
• 24:03
Speaker 2: which is pretty popular on She's a luxury real estate
• 24:06
Speaker 2: agent who specializes in multimillion dollar properties in La So
• 24:10
Speaker 2: rubbing elbows with the rich and famous is nothing new
• 24:13
Speaker 2: for her. And as for doctor Dre, his romantic history
• 24:17
Speaker 2: includes his headline making marriage and divorce from Nicole Young.
• 24:21
Speaker 2: They tied the knot in May nineteen ninety six before
• 24:24
Speaker 2: splitting in twenty twenty. Young received a one hundred million
• 24:28
Speaker 2: dollars settlement. Again, her romantic life has been a storyline
• 24:33
Speaker 2: on The Valley, but she's also, you know, kind of
• 24:36
Speaker 2: been around. She's dated Aaron Nosler, though they parted ways
• 24:40
Speaker 2: in the summer of twenty twenty five. Meanwhile, let's see
• 24:43
Speaker 2: Meanwhile Lalie has been in a relationship with his girlfriend
• 24:47
Speaker 2: Lacey Nicole and Orange County socialite who made a brave
• 24:50
Speaker 2: debut in the Valley. And I did watch that one,
• 24:53
Speaker 2: and I really actually liked it. So Jesse's dating a
• 24:55
Speaker 2: girl and he's kind of trying to push her a
• 24:57
Speaker 2: little bit onto Michelle because they have kids, and he's
• 25:02
Speaker 2: pretty serious with her, and he really wants Michelle and
• 25:05
Speaker 2: her to be good friends. And they end up on
• 25:07
Speaker 2: a show together at a party, and Jesse is kind
• 25:11
Speaker 2: of pushing his now pretty serious girlfriend on to Michelle.
• 25:15
Speaker 2: So I feel like Michelle needs to like part ways
• 25:17
Speaker 2: with that whole thing and let Jesse do his thing
• 25:20
Speaker 2: and they have, you know, a kid together, But I
• 25:22
Speaker 2: don't think that she needs to be part of his
• 25:24
Speaker 2: other relationship. And she's good do or anything.
• 25:26
Speaker 1: So good for you, good for you, go and doctor
• 25:29
Speaker 1: Dre and go to NOBU with doctor Dre. Absolutely it's
• 25:32
  Speaker 1: a good option.
• 25:33
Speaker 2: But you know, I do think we have to look
• 25:35
Speaker 2: at Like her most recent quote, and it said earlier
• 25:37
Speaker 2: this month, she told BravoTV dot com that she was
• 25:41
Speaker 2: on the market. I am not dating anybody, but I'm
• 25:44
Speaker 2: open to it whatever whenever that time comes. So kind
• 25:49
Speaker 2: of gives you a hint that maybe that was hype,
• 25:52
Speaker 2: I don't know, or maybe it was a quickie, like,
• 25:54
Speaker 2: you know, let's go out on a date. See how
• 25:56
Speaker 2: it works. We're gonna walk out, we're gonna be holding hands. Oops,
• 25:59
Speaker 2: they caught us, And now it's a story, but it
• 26:01
  Speaker 2: doesn't sound.
• 26:02
Speaker 1: She's share but she ends her quote which she's single
• 26:05
Speaker 1: and ready to mingle, and so you would think that
• 26:07
Speaker 1: if she's single, ready to mingle, that she wouldn't be
• 26:09
Speaker 1: in a relationship. So I don't know which way to
• 26:12
Speaker 1: take it. We better stay tuned on this one.
• 26:14
Speaker 2: I know, I think we should. I think that GMZ
• 26:17
Speaker 2: should be sticking out near doctor Drey's house in now
• 26:20
Speaker 2: her house and getting the real scoop for us because
• 26:22
Speaker 2: they're the ones who break it.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: Sounds perfect, okay, Well, our final headline is where Keith
• 26:38
Speaker 1: Urban stands with his and Nicole Kidman's daughter's post divorce.
• 26:42
Speaker 1: And this one breaks my heart and I know it
• 26:44
Speaker 1: does for you too.
• 26:45
Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, I mean I remember the day that
• 26:48
Speaker 2: they announced that they were splitting up. Do you remember
• 26:50
Speaker 2: that day. It's like one of those things that sticks
• 26:52
Speaker 2: in my mind because they were one of the few
• 26:55
Speaker 2: iconic Hollywood couples that had made it, Like I had
• 26:59
Speaker 2: no doubt that their marriage was great, Like there was
• 27:01
Speaker 2: never a doubt in my mind that they were not
• 27:04
Speaker 2: going to be together forever. And I'm trying to figure
• 27:07
Speaker 2: out how this unraveled, and I don't think we know
• 27:10
Speaker 2: very much, but it's pretty shocking that he doesn't have
• 27:15
Speaker 2: a relationship with his daughters right now. And that is
• 27:18
Speaker 2: like the weirdest part of this for me, because I
• 27:20
Speaker 2: felt like she would take care even if they divorced,
• 27:24
Speaker 2: she would take care of him, he would take care
• 27:25
Speaker 2: of her. They always seem to be so kind to
• 27:28
Speaker 2: each other, so this seems right to me.
• 27:31
Speaker 1: And they have two daughters. They share two daughters, Sunday
• 27:34
Speaker 1: Rose who's seventeen, and Faith Margaret at fifteen. Those are
• 27:37
Speaker 1: tough ages anyway, and evidently Nichole's she was awarded primary
• 27:45
Speaker 1: custody of the girls when the divorce happened, and he
• 27:48
Speaker 1: has granted every other weekend with the girls.
• 27:52
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not super surprised that she was awarded that
• 27:55
  Speaker 2: because I think he travels a time. I mean, he's
• 27:57
Speaker 2: in concert, so I feel like he travels well.
• 28:00
Speaker 1: And honestly, at that age, like we used to say
• 28:03
Speaker 1: that once you get your driver's license, that determines custody, So.
• 28:07
Speaker 2: I so agree. I mean, seventeen and fifteen, they're old.
• 28:09
Speaker 2: You know what's the kind of most distressing. First of all,
• 28:12
Speaker 2: I mean, he says he's very distraught over the situation.
• 28:15
Speaker 2: He loves these girls, but they are so angry at him,
• 28:17
Speaker 2: and they're blaming him, the insider said, and it said,
• 28:20
Speaker 2: I don't even think this is Nicole painting a narrative.
• 28:24
Speaker 2: This is the girls coming to the conclusion on their own.
• 28:27
Speaker 1: That's hard, you know, and dads are so important in
• 28:29
Speaker 1: the lives of girls their that relationship is you know,
• 28:33
Speaker 1: relationship with parents in general, but in particular, father with
• 28:35
Speaker 1: a daughter is such an important relationship. Let's hope they
• 28:38
Speaker 1: can patch it up. But you know, honestly, on the
• 28:40
Speaker 1: other side, the girls are allowed to have the feelings
• 28:42
  Speaker 1: that they have.
• 28:43
Speaker 2: Yeah, I really worry that. I feel like the father
• 28:49
Speaker 2: relationship is really important no matter what. And I worry
• 28:53
Speaker 2: that they are fairly immature. They're fifteen and seventeen. They
• 28:57
Speaker 2: don't have adult brain yet, and they are making a
• 29:01
Speaker 2: decision that could be almost irreversible like this, like once
• 29:06
Speaker 2: you stop speaking. Every day that you don't speak makes
• 29:09
Speaker 2: the gap even wider, and it makes it harder to
• 29:12
Speaker 2: then bridge the gap to speaking again or to having
• 29:14
Speaker 2: a relationship again. And I feel like these parents need
• 29:18
Speaker 2: to help these girls out figure this out in a
• 29:21
Speaker 2: better way, because I think one day, they're going to
• 29:23
Speaker 2: be bitter. There could be remorseful. I feel like this
• 29:28
Speaker 2: is this could cause real emotional damage to them by
• 29:34
Speaker 2: making this decision. I feel like they're being fifteen and
• 29:36
Speaker 2: seventeen year old girls that are pissed off, and they
• 29:39
Speaker 2: need to have a healthier view of this for their future.
• 29:43
Speaker 2: And I think maybe they need some therapy.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: Maybe Keith needs to go talk to Cameron and kind
• 29:49
Speaker 1: of compare notes and see how Cameron has decided to
• 29:54
Speaker 1: keep the family together, and maybe Keith can learn a
• 29:58
Speaker 1: little bit of something from him.
• 30:00
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just just really distressing the kids. The kids
• 30:04
Speaker 2: part of all of these stories. When there's kids involved,
• 30:07
Speaker 2: I feel really distressed for them. So I hope they
• 30:09
Speaker 2: figured this out. I think that we all love both
• 30:12
Speaker 2: Keith and Nicole and you know, I hope that this
• 30:17
Speaker 2: they get this figured out. Yeah, before the kids, you know,
• 30:19
Speaker 2: get more damage. There's more damage on the.
• 30:21
Speaker 1: Kids right right. I don't think Keith is going anywhere, though,
• 30:24
Speaker 1: I think he would welcome a text or a call
• 30:27
Speaker 1: from them at any time. So there's still there's still hope.
• 30:30
Speaker 2: The one word answers they were giving them, boy, I
• 30:33
Speaker 2: can imagine like card that is on him. Yeah, makes
• 30:35
Speaker 2: you wonder what happened there.
• 30:36
Speaker 1: I don't think we know the whole story, and you know,
• 30:38
Speaker 1: they're mad, and they they know more than we do,
• 30:41
Speaker 1: and so they're mad about something and they just want
• 30:43
Speaker 1: they'll work through it, So we'll do it. They have
• 30:46
Speaker 1: two very loving, supportive parents, and you.
• 30:48
Speaker 2: Know what, I think they're probably blaming them because I
• 30:50
Speaker 2: think I read in this article that Nicole did not
• 30:53
Speaker 2: want the divorce, it he suggested it, and that she
• 30:56
Speaker 2: when they first separated, she hoped that they would reconcile.
• 31:00
Speaker 2: So I think this continued down a bad road, and
• 31:04
Speaker 2: I think I bet the daughters are blaming him.
• 31:07
Speaker 1: Well, if there's one takeaway for chapter two, it's we
• 31:12
Speaker 1: don't get things perfect, but let's just hope we all
• 31:14
Speaker 1: find what's right for us in the end. But certainly
• 31:17
Speaker 1: this chap or two can be fairly messy.
• 31:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know the celebs, they do it all
• 31:23
Speaker 2: in public, so makes it harder, makes it hard on
• 31:25
Speaker 2: the family, It makes it hard on the kids. I
• 31:27
Speaker 2: particularly feel for the realities stars that do this on
• 31:31
Speaker 2: TV because you watch it unwined week by week. Fortunately,
• 31:35
Speaker 2: some of these are a little more private, like the
• 31:37
Speaker 2: Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman one seems to be a
• 31:40
Speaker 2: lot more private, but this seems like it's out and
• 31:42
Speaker 2: open now with the kids. So I'm sorry for those
• 31:44
  Speaker 2: for the girls.
• 31:45
Speaker 1: I agreed, completely agreed, and I'm just really happy that
• 31:48
Speaker 1: none of my dates have been on TMS has caught
• 31:51
Speaker 1: me holding hands coming out of NOBU. I know, you
• 31:54
Speaker 1: know that that privacy, You know that privacy is important,
• 31:57
Speaker 1: and even for people who choose the public lawe sometimes
• 32:01
Speaker 1: when it gets messy, it's it would be nice to
• 32:03
Speaker 1: have a little bit more privacy.
• 32:04
Speaker 2: And it was even casual relationships. I mean, we were
• 32:06
Speaker 2: looking at doctor Dre, you know, and Michelle and I
• 32:10
Speaker 2: could have just been one date, or they could have
• 32:12
Speaker 2: walked out grabbed each other's hands as they were walking
• 32:14
Speaker 2: to the car, just in fun, and it became a
• 32:16
Speaker 2: big story. So you never really know. Yeah, even innocent
• 32:19
Speaker 2: handholding can end up being I mean, I remember I
• 32:22
Speaker 2: was sitting in a pool a couple of weeks ago
• 32:24
Speaker 2: with Carry Futman, who was my stylist from the you
• 32:27
Speaker 2: know Bachelor, you know Carry thatman.
• 32:29
Speaker 1: I love Carrie. He's gay, and I was.
• 32:32
Speaker 2: Like sitting on a lounge with him, like we were
• 32:34
Speaker 2: like cuddling. I mean, he's just like one of my
• 32:36
Speaker 2: dearest friends. But like people could have thought something about this,
• 32:39
Speaker 2: but there was nothing to think.
• 32:40
Speaker 1: Yeah, that would have caused some real issues on Facebook.
• 32:43
Speaker 1: We didn't even have to ai that seriously.
• 32:47
Speaker 2: There, I was like cuddling with Carrie Fatman on a
• 32:50
Speaker 2: lounge chair and easy. But you know, I guess you
• 32:56
Speaker 2: have to be really careful. It's funny one I talked
• 32:58
Speaker 2: to Chalk sometimes, you know, people come up. Women come
• 33:01
Speaker 2: up to him all the time and ask to take pictures.
• 33:03
Speaker 2: You know, this bachelor world is a little bit of
• 33:05
Speaker 2: a women dominator world. I rarely get men saying can
• 33:08
Speaker 2: I take a picture with you? It's always women. But
• 33:09
Speaker 2: he has the same thing. It's women want to take
• 33:11
Speaker 2: picture with him. And he said, I always worry that
• 33:13
Speaker 2: people someone's going to take one of those pictures and say, oh,
• 33:16
Speaker 2: Chalk was at a scene at a bar in Wichita,
• 33:18
Speaker 2: Kansas with another woman. And you know, so anything can happen.
• 33:22
Speaker 2: I mean, people can look at a picture and you know,
• 33:26
Speaker 2: make up a story about it. That's that's totally not true.
• 33:29
Speaker 1: Has it changed what type of picture you will take?
• 33:32
Speaker 1: He has? Will he stopped putting his arm around. You know,
• 33:35
Speaker 1: there's that soccer player who won't be photographed touching another woman. Yeah,
• 33:40
Speaker 1: I really respect that, but you know that's kind of
• 33:42
Speaker 1: extreme for you know, our world.
• 33:44
Speaker 2: Thanks start. I mean, the fact that even pops into
• 33:46
Speaker 2: his brain that he needs to be careful about that
• 33:48
Speaker 2: is a little screwed up, right. I mean, you know,
• 33:50
Speaker 2: he's out in this world. It's you know, bachelor world
• 33:53
Speaker 2: is a lot of women, and he's recognized, especially in
• 33:55
Speaker 2: his hometown, and people ask for pictures and he has
• 33:58
Speaker 2: to be really careful or he he's sitting at a
• 34:00
Speaker 2: bar and a woman sits next to him. A lot
• 34:03
Speaker 2: of times he won't stay. He will like move down,
• 34:06
Speaker 2: or he'll like somehow make sure that he has a
• 34:09
Speaker 2: man closed room or whatever, because you know, anything could
• 34:11
Speaker 2: be construed from that. I have a really, really, really
• 34:14
Speaker 2: good male friend here in Maryland, like one of my
• 34:17
Speaker 2: he's actually my plastic surgeon. He's one of my dearest
• 34:19
Speaker 2: friends in the world. I've known for like thirty years,
• 34:22
Speaker 2: and he and I go out to dinner, I mean
• 34:24
Speaker 2: like once a month just to catch up. I know
• 34:25
Speaker 2: his kids, he knows my family. He celebrates holidays with
• 34:28
Speaker 2: my family. We are just really really really dear friends.
• 34:32
Speaker 2: But I wonder every once in a while if somebody
• 34:33
Speaker 2: took a picture of us, it would look odd. So
• 34:36
Speaker 2: maybe that's the whole case with Michelle and doctor Dre.
• 34:39
Speaker 2: You know, just it was an innocent meeting that ended up,
• 34:42
Speaker 2: you know, it was really nothing, but people made a
• 34:44
Speaker 2: headline out of it.
• 34:46
Speaker 1: Back in the day, I was in my twenties and
• 34:47
Speaker 1: I worked for a very conservative company, General Electric, and
• 34:51
Speaker 1: Jack Weltch at the time was our CEO, and he
• 34:54
Speaker 1: made a point like, if whatever you're doing can be
• 34:58
Speaker 1: put on the front page of the Walls Journal and
• 35:01
Speaker 1: judged in a certain way, maybe you should consider not
• 35:03
Speaker 1: doing it. And from that moment on I really reconsidered.
• 35:07
Speaker 1: You know, I've been in sales my whole life. How
• 35:09
Speaker 1: do you handle when you're out to dinner out entertaining
• 35:13
Speaker 1: a customer? And so I made a choice back then
• 35:16
Speaker 1: to never be one on one with me and another man.
• 35:19
Speaker 1: Didn't matter who it was, could have been my friend,
• 35:21
Speaker 1: could have been a customer, I still invited a third person.
• 35:24
Speaker 1: And after my divorce, I've rethought that I think it's
• 35:29
Speaker 1: not such a bad idea because it could give your
• 35:32
Speaker 1: guests the wrong opinion. It could be a wrong impression
• 35:36
Speaker 1: for other people watching you. But yeah, I don't know.
• 35:38
Speaker 1: If doctor Dre wanted to hold my hand leaving NOBU,
• 35:41
  Speaker 1: I don't think I would refuse him.
• 35:43
  Speaker 2: Think I would either, I don't know. I mean holding
• 35:46
Speaker 2: in is maybe a little more contact than what you
• 35:49
Speaker 2: would have dinner. Yeah, but I mean the age different
• 35:52
Speaker 2: is so big. I mean, I wonder if she's thinking, oh, no,
• 35:54
Speaker 2: one's going to think we're together. You know, he's like
• 35:56
Speaker 2: my father, he's like my father's age. But you know
• 35:59
Speaker 2: people do because that's no you know, that happens. And
• 36:02
Speaker 2: now in Hollywood a lot there is old and young couplings.
• 36:06
Speaker 1: All the time, all the time. You know.
• 36:08
Speaker 2: I love that. Well, that was a lot to break down, though.
• 36:10
Speaker 2: Slubs are going through a lot in their chapter two,
• 36:14
Speaker 2: just like everyone else, just like us. Are you in
• 36:17
Speaker 2: chapter two and finding out it's a lot harder than

Speaker 1: an easy chapter to navigate and if you have questions,
