- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:45Hi Adam here, and you're just about to listen to a hypnosis
- 0:50session all about love, intimacy and connection.
- 0:55It was created for a client that really wanted to enhance those
- 0:59feelings in their relationship to a whole new level.
- 1:04And it. Can certainly happen in any
- 1:06relationship that the. Law of.
- 1:09Familiarity can actually mean that even though you love the
- 1:13person that you're with, it doesn't create the same level of
- 1:17connection or passion that perhaps was there in the past.
- 1:21And this. Hypnosis session is designed to
- 1:24amplify and activate some of the most powerful and enjoyable
- 1:30emotions that exist. And what I would encourage you
- 1:34to do to get the most out of this session is to really think
- 1:38about some of the memories that when it was early in the
- 1:43relationship, really felt the most.
- 1:45Intense feelings. Of these kind of intimacy and
- 1:48passion and love and connection and those kind of things, and
- 1:52also how you would like things to be with your partner.
- 1:55What we're doing right now is priming.
- 1:58The hypnosis session will guide you to these places anyway.
- 2:02But be aware that the original recording of this was created
- 2:06for a specific individual, one of my clients, and therefore
- 2:10some of the suggestions would have been ideal and optimal for
- 2:14them, but not quite right for you.
- 2:16In which case, treat this like panning for gold, take the
- 2:20Nuggets that are useful for you and disregard anything that
- 2:23doesn't quite fit you and your situation and your relationship
- 2:27and your goals. That way you can optimize it for
- 2:30yourself and at the same time, if you like the idea of working
- 2:34with me directly, have a look in the description for a link where
- 2:38you can book a completely free consultation over Zoom.
- 2:42We'll have a chat and we might end up working together.
- 2:45For now, though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 2:48won't be. Disturbed.
- 2:49Relax. And enjoy the session.
- 3:21Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in that
- 3:30slow, long, relaxing breath. And as you exhale, feel a
- 3:39wonderful sense of release as it feels like tension or any stress
- 3:47and worries. It just feels like it's leaving
- 3:50your body every time you breathe out.
- 3:59Breathing in relaxation and exhaling tension.
- 4:06And maybe you're already noticing Your breathing starts
- 4:11to slow, tensions start to melt away.
- 4:18The feeling then the version of you with your most calm,
- 4:23tranquil and relaxed is becoming more and more present.
- 4:33And maybe you notice the temperature in the room, or the
- 4:39feeling of the air around you, or the gentle way that your body
- 4:45is supported, or perhaps the subtle rhythm of your breathing
- 4:55flowing naturally in and out. That's it.
- 5:04And maybe there's a sense that nothing needs to be different,
- 5:12that for this moment, everything is enough.
- 5:20And as you listen to the sound of my voice and the spaces
- 5:27between the words, you may find yourself drifting into that
- 5:36place where learning happens easily, naturally, in its own
- 5:46time, in its own way. Because right now, there's
- 5:59nowhere to go and nothing to do except to simply be here.
- 6:12And in this place of calm and stillness, a part of you can
- 6:19begin to notice something beautiful, something wonderful
- 6:25to be grateful for. And I want you to think back to
- 6:32the very first time of meeting someone not just important to
- 6:37you, but someone valuable, someone to be cherished.
- 6:50I want you to think back to that very first time when you noticed
- 6:55a smile the colour of their eyes.
- 7:01Some people believe that the eyes are the window to the soul.
- 7:06And I have a feeling you saw something in those eyes.
- 7:14You connected to something in that smile, so allow yourself to
- 7:21go back to that moment, feeling an almost instant and
- 7:29irresistible attraction and connection.
- 7:40I want you to connect with the presence of your partner.
- 7:49Connect to the feeling, that feeling of chemistry.
- 7:58You know the one, a presence that sometimes, when you're
- 8:06truly aware of it, awakens a deep gratitude inside you.
- 8:17And you may find, but even those tiny echoes of anxiety that
- 8:24sometimes arise are simply evidence, undeniable proof that
- 8:34you care deeply that you have something and someone precious.
- 8:45And many people don't but you. Do.
- 8:51And maybe, just maybe, those little sensations, those ripples
- 8:59in your body are not obstacles. To be.
- 9:04Feared, but invitations to come even closer, to be even more
- 9:15awake, because in the now there is no problem, only sensations,
- 9:28only life, only connection. And you might begin to realise
- 9:43any or every time you notice a flutter, a ripple, a spark of
- 9:50feeling that you can choose to breathe into it, to lean into
- 9:59the feeling, to welcome it as a reminder, a signpost to become
- 10:11fully present. And presence changes everything.
- 10:23The mind can invent so many stories, but the body knows the
- 10:30truth of the now. The truth of a handheld, a look
- 10:41shared, a hug, a caress, a kiss, a moment savoured.
- 10:55And you might already imagine yourself in those moments of
- 11:00intimacy. Think now of the feeling, the
- 11:08surface of your partner's skin, the temperature, the texture,
- 11:19sounds connected to breathing, noticing, simply noticing,
- 11:31without needing to label or judge, just being together.
- 11:44And in those moments, gratitude arises naturally, like a flower
- 11:53opening up to the sun, without force and without trying,
- 12:04because you understand now, any feeling, even a flicker of
- 12:12nervousness, is not the problem. It's a message.
- 12:20A message from your unconscious, an unopened letter from the
- 12:27heart saying this matters, this is real, this is valuable.
- 12:39And so you can. Smile inside knowing that you
- 12:44have someone in your life, someone worth feeling for,
- 12:51someone worth being present with.
- 12:56And every breath you take with them.
- 13:00Every moment you choose to be awake rather than lost in
- 13:06thought, becomes a silent celebration, a Thanksgiving to
- 13:17life itself. And isn't it so good to know
- 13:26that the more you bring your awareness to right now, the
- 13:32easier it becomes to feel gratitude, to feel love, to feel
- 13:40alive? You can't feel two different
- 13:48emotions at the same time. So with anxiety, even a small
- 13:56echo of it is just a stepping stone to gratitude.
- 14:03The gratitude displaces the anxiety and you enhance your
- 14:09senses. Your ears become more aware.
- 14:16You'll notice sounds you never noticed before.
- 14:21Your eyes will become more observant.
- 14:26You will see things you never saw before.
- 14:34Every nerve on your skin will awaken.
- 14:39You will feel things you never felt before.
- 14:47You will smell subtle new smells and when you kiss you will pick
- 14:59up on new tastes you never noticed before.
- 15:11I want you to imagine your sensory acuity is being dialled
- 15:17all the way up. Your ability to notice and
- 15:22experience and to be in the now will be enhanced because of the
- 15:32connection, the intimacy, and because your unconscious has
- 15:39reminded you. This matters.
- 15:47And I wonder if you can try to feel anxious when your senses
- 15:53are fully rooted in the present, with someone that you care for,
- 16:00connect to, and value. I have a feeling that that sense
- 16:10of pleasure, connection, and gratitude will be so intense
- 16:18there won't be any room for anxiety.
- 16:23There's no space for it, and the more you practice this presence,
- 16:30the more natural it feels to appreciate the small things.
- 16:36A glance, a word, a touch, a feeling of simply sharing this
- 16:45now, together. And you might be curious how
- 16:54each future moment of intimacy, emotional or physical, can
- 17:01become a doorway, a portal to presence, where you notice not
- 17:09the stories of your mind, but the aliveness, the being, the
- 17:18love that was always there. And you get to feel it now more
- 17:25than ever before. In the days and weeks ahead,
- 17:33don't be surprised if you notice yourself naturally feeling more
- 17:39gratitude for your partner. Perhaps in the little moments,
- 17:44and perhaps in the special ones, you might find yourself
- 17:52welcoming every feeling that arises, trusting it, listening
- 18:01to it, being fully, gloriously present.
- 18:10And you might discover that what once was anxiety becomes instead
- 18:19a deeper feeling of connection, of caring, of appreciation for
- 18:26the now that you are sharing. And all of this happens
- 18:34naturally, easily, because you already know the truth.
- 18:43It was already within you, waiting, ready.
- 18:52It was never a problem. It was the answer, a reminder to
- 19:01be in the now. In a few moments time.
- 19:11I will count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 19:15So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 19:20nose. Wiggle your fingers and wiggle
- 19:23your toes. Connect and calibrate into the
- 19:27here and the now. That's in starting to count. 123
- 19:34waking up. 456 more alert. 7-8 open your eyes, open your eyes.
- 19:41That's it. 910 wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
