  Speaker 1: too stressed out, don't get overwhelmed, Just keep things simple.

  Speaker 1: the magic in the day during my walk when I

  Speaker 1: see the squirrels or the trees or the wind blowing.

  Speaker 1: So just keep it simple this week. Don't overwhelm me yourself,
