- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: One of the people that we don't talk about too
- 0:07Speaker 1: often as far as the Jeffrey Epstein case goes, is
- 0:10Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark Epstein. Now there has been some
- 0:15Speaker 1: questions about their business ties together and about what ties
- 0:20Speaker 1: they had as far as any sort of illegal enterprise.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Now nothing has been proven one way or the other.
- 0:27Speaker 1: And in fact, the Feds haven't even really engaged in
- 0:31Speaker 1: the sort of financial investigation that they should have, especially
- 0:35Speaker 1: considering all of the information that has been available throughout
- 0:39Speaker 1: this whole entire thing. Now, we have had a lot
- 0:42Speaker 1: of lip service, a lot of platitudes from the federal
- 0:45Speaker 1: government and from investigators telling us that co conspirators are
- 0:49Speaker 1: going to be brought down, that they're still investigating people,
- 0:53Speaker 1: and that there's going to be movement.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Well, here we.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Are, and now all we see so far is Gleane
- 0:59Speaker 1: Maxwell being prosecuted, but nothing else. No Sarah Kelln Vickers,
- 1:06Speaker 1: no talk about going after Andrew hard, no talk about
- 1:10Speaker 1: any of the men who have been accused of abusing Virginia.
- 1:15Speaker 1: So is what exactly is the federal government doing about
- 1:20Speaker 1: these co conspirators. Well, today we're going to talk about
- 1:24Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark and their business ties. And to
- 1:30Speaker 1: do that we have an article from The Intelligencer headlined
- 1:35Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's curious ties to his brother's real estate business.
- 1:40Speaker 1: This article was authored by James D.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Walsh.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's apparent suicide over the weekend likely means that
- 1:49Speaker 1: his criminal case will not proceed, but in a statement
- 1:53Speaker 1: on Saturday, Attorney General William Barr issued a sharp warning
- 1:57Speaker 1: any co conspirators should not rest these There has been
- 2:01Speaker 1: plenty of speculation as to whom may be held responsible
- 2:04Speaker 1: for helping or enabling Epstein from his alleged madam you mean,
- 2:08Speaker 1: co conspirator and general all around scuzbag Glain Maxwell to
- 2:12Speaker 1: the attorneys who handled his business dealings for decades. While
- 2:16Speaker 1: he has not been accused of involvement in the sex
- 2:19Speaker 1: offenders' crimes, new details about Jeffrey Epstein's younger brother, Mark
- 2:24Speaker 1: Epstein have raised questions about their business ties and how
- 2:28Speaker 1: close the pair really were. Now, Mark Epstein, let's be
- 2:33Speaker 1: very clear here, has not been accused of abusing any
- 2:36Speaker 1: women or anything like that. What we're talking about here
- 2:39Speaker 1: is his business ties with Jeffrey Epstein. He had the
- 2:42Speaker 1: building over on East sixty six, and we know that's
- 2:46Speaker 1: where a lot of the traffic girls were kept. But
- 2:50Speaker 1: if there's any money left over from the estate, which
- 2:53Speaker 1: there shouldn't be, guess who gets it all. That's right,
- 2:56Speaker 1: mister Mark Epstein. Jeffrey and Mark grew up together in
- 3:03Speaker 1: the Seagate community in Brooklyn. Mark, who is a year
- 3:06Speaker 1: and a half younger than his brother, went on to
- 3:08Speaker 1: start a silk screening business, and having semi retired at
- 3:12Speaker 1: age thirty nine, he dabbled in real estate and philanthropy.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Semi retired at age thirty nine.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Yo. Talk about a dream, come Drue.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I'm forty two right now, and to think about retiring
- 3:26Speaker 1: and doing whatever I want for however long I want,
- 3:29Speaker 1: for the rest of my life is just an amazing thought. Unfortunately,
- 3:34Speaker 1: I do what I have to do eighty percent of
- 3:36Speaker 1: the time, and I only get to do what I
- 3:37Speaker 1: want to do about twenty percent of the time. And
- 3:40Speaker 1: you have all of these rich, disgustingly rich people out
- 3:44Speaker 1: there that can do whatever they want with their time,
- 3:46Speaker 1: and they choose to spend it abusing people. It is
- 3:51Speaker 1: just unbelievable to me that there's people like that out there.
- 3:55Speaker 1: But guess what, folks, there's a whole host of them.
- 3:58Speaker 1: And the problem certainly didn't start stop at Jeffrey Epstein.
- 4:04Speaker 1: In two thousand and nine, Mark was named chair of
- 4:07Speaker 1: the Cooper Union board that ended with his resignation in
- 4:10Speaker 1: twenty fifteen after the school's controversial decision to begin charging
- 4:15Speaker 1: students tuition for the first time in the college's one
- 4:18Speaker 1: hundred and fifty year history. So, so far, so good, right,
- 4:22Speaker 1: nothing that looks so bad. Guy that wants to be
- 4:25Speaker 1: part of the community. Okay, the Epstein's brothers relationship in
- 4:30Speaker 1: adulthood is opaque?
- 4:32Speaker 2: Now is that by design?
- 4:35Speaker 1: We know that Jeffrey Epstein was working in the shadows,
- 4:37Speaker 1: we know that he was an asset, We know that
- 4:40Speaker 1: he knows spycraft, and we know he knows how to
- 4:42Speaker 1: cover his tracks. So was this by design? In filings,
- 4:49Speaker 1: the US Attorney for the Southern District had said Jeffrey
- 4:52Speaker 1: had no known immediate family and no meaningful family ties.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Yet in two thousand and nine deposition, Mark said that
- 5:00Speaker 1: he knew Donald Trump flew on Jeffrey's plane numerous times,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and that he'd personally seen Trump on his brother's plane once.
- 5:08Speaker 1: They were good friends. Mark recently told The Washington Post,
- 5:11Speaker 1: I know Trump is trying to distance himself, but they were.
- 5:14Speaker 1: After Jeffrey pleaded not guilty last month the sex trafficking
- 5:17Speaker 1: of minors, Mark offered his Florida home to guarantee his
- 5:21Speaker 1: brother's bond. Now, look, there is no doubt that Trump
- 5:25Speaker 1: and Epstein were breaking bread all the way up until
- 5:29Speaker 1: they had their falling out. And people will go back
- 5:31Speaker 1: and forth about what that falling out was over a
- 5:33Speaker 1: real estate deal gone bad girls being trafficked at mar
- 5:36Speaker 1: A Lago. But what happened for sure is that there
- 5:39Speaker 1: was a falling out. But up until that point, anyone
- 5:43Speaker 1: who's out here trying to act like Trump wasn't boys
- 5:45Speaker 1: with this dude is crazy. Donald Trump has been a
- 5:48Speaker 1: notorious womanizer for years. He was running these pageants. You
- 5:53Speaker 1: all know how I feel about people men who were
- 5:55Speaker 1: running any kind of beauty pageant.
- 5:58Speaker 2: What's your real motivation? Bro?
- 6:00Speaker 1: What are you doing, old ass, gross dude, fatty shit,
- 6:03Speaker 1: sitting around oogling over all these young girls. Come on, man,
- 6:06Speaker 1: get it together. I see right through that shit. So
- 6:09Speaker 1: Trump Epstein Les Wexner, any of these dirtbags who were
- 6:14Speaker 1: running these stupid ass pageants and stuff. I mean, you're
- 6:18Speaker 1: not making money on that shit, right, that's not a
- 6:21Speaker 1: big money making operation that so you can google over
- 6:23Speaker 1: these girls. And for Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner, well
- 6:28Speaker 1: it was for something else, right to recruit these girls.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Last month, Mark told Cranes New York that he had
- 6:37Speaker 1: no business connection to his brother, but document show that
- 6:41Speaker 1: Mark's real estate business, OSA Properties is linked to Jeffrey
- 6:45Speaker 1: Epstein in Company, the company through which Jeffrey managed retail
- 6:49Speaker 1: billionaire Leslie Wexner's assets. So the ties were there, right,
- 6:54Speaker 1: But the SDNY once again, well they came out and said, well,
- 6:58Speaker 1: he has no familial ties, no, no close family. What
- 7:01Speaker 1: are you talking about. He has a brother, doesn't he
- 7:05Speaker 1: an employee at OSA Properties. Jonathan Barrett, who was also
- 7:09Speaker 1: an asset manager for Jay Epstein in Company, told Cranes
- 7:14Speaker 1: that the connection between the two companies was a mistake,
- 7:17Speaker 1: reminiscent of the recording error that linked private equity tycoon
- 7:21Speaker 1: Leon Black's foundation to Jeffrey years after he was convicted
- 7:25Speaker 1: of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida. Well, we
- 7:29Speaker 1: know that wasn't a mistake. Okay, none of this was
- 7:31Speaker 1: a mistake. You really think people that have this kind
- 7:35Speaker 1: of money, that are in these kinds of positions of power,
- 7:38Speaker 1: make those kinds of mistakes.
- 7:40Speaker 2: They do not.
- 7:41Speaker 1: This is all by design, and they were all rolling
- 7:43Speaker 1: with each other because they felt like Epstein was being protected.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I am a thousand percent convinced of that at this point.
- 7:51Speaker 1: There is no other reason why these people would be
- 7:53Speaker 1: safeguarding their money with Epstein unless Epstein could provide assurances
- 7:57Speaker 1: that he had other people safeguarding it for them. At
- 8:06Speaker 1: the center of the curious connection between Mark's real estate
- 8:09Speaker 1: company and his brother is a condominium at three to
- 8:12Speaker 1: zero one East sixty sixth Street, a fifteen minute walk
- 8:15Speaker 1: from Jeffrey's mansion on East seventieth Street. Mark owns the
- 8:19Speaker 1: majority of the units in the Bland sixteen story, two
- 8:22Speaker 1: hundred unit building, which he purchased from Wexner in the
- 8:26Speaker 1: early nineteen nineties. Another tie to Les Wexner, you mean
- 8:30Speaker 1: to tell me, as an investigator for the DOJ, you
- 8:33Speaker 1: don't look at all of this and say, oh my god,
- 8:35Speaker 1: this is a dream come true. They dropped this rico
- 8:38Speaker 1: into my lap. I'm gonna prosecute all of these people,
- 8:41Speaker 1: and then I'm gonna run for president on that shit,
- 8:44Speaker 1: because you know, all of these prosecutors want other jobs, right,
- 8:48Speaker 1: so go make your bones. Remember in the old days,
- 8:50Speaker 1: that's how it worked. I know Rudy Giuliani isn't the
- 8:54Speaker 1: most favored guy in the world these days, and understandably so.
- 8:58Speaker 1: But remember it was Rudolph Giuliani who went after the
- 9:02Speaker 1: mafia in such a fashion that pretty much brought them down,
- 9:05Speaker 1: and then he rode that into his political office.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So, if you're a hard charging prosecutor and you go
- 9:12Speaker 1: after real scumbags, you can propel yourself from that into
- 9:16Speaker 1: the stratosphere of politics. And nobody has decided to do it.
- 9:22Speaker 1: That should tell you, folks, just how dangerous this situation
- 9:25Speaker 1: is for people, how volatile it is. Marcus said his
- 9:34Speaker 1: brother does not own a share of the building, but
- 9:36Speaker 1: for years Jeffrey allegedly housed friends, employees, and associates, and
- 9:41Speaker 1: apartments in the buildings, including models connected to mc squared,
- 9:45Speaker 1: the modeling agency in which he invested. The Daily Beasts
- 9:49Speaker 1: recently reported that Mark also began dabbling in the modeling
- 9:52Speaker 1: industry around the same time Jeffrey invested in mc squared.
- 9:57Speaker 1: In twenty ten, a former mc squared employee said in
- 10:00Speaker 1: a sworn statement that the mc squared models were in
- 10:04Speaker 1: fact victims of Epstein's underage sex trafficking ring Bingo Bango.
- 10:09Speaker 1: That's exactly what it was. These girls were being brought
- 10:12Speaker 1: over from you know, war tornations, developing countries, and they
- 10:17Speaker 1: were being abused, promised jobs' models, then brought here and
- 10:21Speaker 1: traffic to Jeffrey Epstein and John Luke Brunell's friends. That's
- 10:27Speaker 1: a gigantic story right there. Where's the hard charging gray Lady?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Where is the Washington Post? Jeffrey ran several apartments there
- 10:41Speaker 1: where he keeps his girls, alleged models for the mc
- 10:44Speaker 1: squared agency that he owns. Florida attorney Brad Edwards, who
- 10:48Speaker 1: represented a number of Epstein's alleged survivors, told Page six
- 10:52Speaker 1: in two thousand and nine, but Mark acts like he
- 10:55Speaker 1: doesn't even know his brother. Of course he does. You
- 10:57Speaker 1: want to have that layer of you know, flex between
- 11:01Speaker 1: the two of you. Oh, I don't know what he's
- 11:02Speaker 1: up to. What are you talking about? Plausible deniability and
- 11:05Speaker 1: all right? In addition to the models, the Jeffrey Epstein
- 11:09Speaker 1: associates who also rented apartments or ran businesses out of
- 11:13Speaker 1: the building included an ex girlfriend of his pilot and
- 11:16Speaker 1: his EMC Squared business partner, Jean Luke Brunel. One of
- 11:20Speaker 1: Epstein's alleged survivors, has claimed she was forced to have
- 11:23Speaker 1: sex with Brunell. Two other potential Jeffrey Epstein co conspirators,
- 11:28Speaker 1: Nadio Marsenkova and Sarah Kellen, both operated businesses that were
- 11:32Speaker 1: registered at the building. Now listen, when it comes to Nadia,
- 11:36Speaker 1: I have a whole different feeling about what her situation
- 11:40Speaker 1: is than when I first started looking into this case.
- 11:43Speaker 1: And again that's because, folks, I just follow the evidence
- 11:46Speaker 1: here right, I am willing to go wherever the evidence
- 11:49Speaker 1: leads me. And personally, the evidence has led me to
- 11:52Speaker 1: believe that Nadia was not, in fact somebody who was malicious.
- 11:56Speaker 1: She was somebody who was abused, groomed and led alone
- 12:00Speaker 1: and let as stray herself. Now the rest of them,
- 12:03Speaker 1: they can all burn. Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehwood Barock,
- 12:09Speaker 1: who was photographed outside Jeffrey's townhouse in twenty sixteen, also
- 12:14Speaker 1: regularly spent time at the condo. I don't live in
- 12:17Speaker 1: that building, Mark told Cranes, I don't monitor who uses
- 12:20Speaker 1: those apartments. A typical slumlord.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Right.
- 12:24Speaker 1: If I owned the building, you better believe I'd be
- 12:26Speaker 1: checking in on it, checking in on my tenants, making
- 12:29Speaker 1: sure everybody was gully. But Nah, why would Mark Epstein
- 12:33Speaker 1: do anything like that? And when we read this through,
- 12:36Speaker 1: of course there's more tidbits. Right Hwood Barock twenty sixteen.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Still at this building? What is this guy doing with
- 12:43Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. I guess we're gonna have to revisit some
- 12:46Speaker 1: Ehud Barock episodes, huh, get a fresh new take on them.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I know we've talked about them before previously, but since
- 12:54Speaker 1: we're going through some of these older articles right now,
- 12:57Speaker 1: I think that we're gonna dive back in and take
- 12:59Speaker 1: a look at Ahud Barack over the next couple of days.
- 13:03Speaker 1: As far as this building over on E sixty six,
- 13:06Speaker 1: obviously bad shit was happening here. Obviously girls were being
- 13:09Speaker 1: trafficked from here. Now, I'm not saying Mark Epstein was
- 13:13Speaker 1: involved in any of that, but there's no doubt in
- 13:16Speaker 1: my mind that financially he certainly was tied to his brother,
- 13:19Speaker 1: and the question once again becomes, how is it that
- 13:22Speaker 1: there is no rico in a case like this? All right, folks,
- 13:27Speaker 1: that's gonna do it for this episode. If you'd like
- 13:29Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci
- 13:32Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bb Y c apu
- 13:37Speaker 1: Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me
- 13:41Speaker 1: on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. The
- 13:47Speaker 1: link that I discussed can be found in the description box.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Epstein is not buying the official
- 13:57Speaker 1: narrative that Jeffrey Epstein killed him, and now he's demanding
- 14:04Speaker 1: that an investigation into his brother's death be performed. You
- 14:09Speaker 1: would think that they would have already had an investigation
- 14:12Speaker 1: such as this inside of the prison system. But one
- 14:16Speaker 1: thing we have definitely established since Jeffrey Epstein's so called
- 14:20Speaker 1: suicide is that the prison system is an absolute and
- 14:26Speaker 1: utter dumpster fire. So why should anybody believe their narrative
- 14:31Speaker 1: about what happened in that jail cell on that night
- 14:35Speaker 1: or his previous so called attempt at suicide. Nobody believes
- 14:42Speaker 1: their narrative, and nobody should camera's not working, Guards sleeping,
- 14:49Speaker 1: guards changing information on their forms, a whole entire shit show.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I don't blame Jeffrey Epstein's brother for calling for an
- 15:03Speaker 1: investigation into his death. I believe that that's a family's right.
- 15:09Speaker 1: If somebody is to die within federal custody, well, I
- 15:13Speaker 1: think that at the very least, the family should get
- 15:15Speaker 1: some answers on how their loved one died, even if
- 15:18Speaker 1: their loved one is this sick bastard Jeffrey Epstein. But
- 15:26Speaker 1: in the infinite wisdom of the boobs who run the
- 15:30Speaker 1: Justice Department and the Department of Corrections, there hasn't been
- 15:34Speaker 1: a real investigation. Oh sure, we've gotten some promises from
- 15:39Speaker 1: Darth Barr, we've gotten some platitudes, and we've gotten some
- 15:43Speaker 1: long winded reasons why this happened.
- 15:47Speaker 2: But we have no proof.
- 15:48Speaker 1: We have no evidence of what happened in that cell.
- 15:54Speaker 1: And Jeffrey Epstein's brother, well, he's demanding some answers now.
- 15:59Speaker 1: This article is form the Daily Mail, and the headline
- 16:02Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother says pedophile financier was murdered and demands
- 16:07Speaker 1: an investigation into his death after coroner ruled it as suicide.
- 16:12Speaker 1: The author of this article is Marlene Lenang. Jeffrey Epstein's
- 16:18Speaker 1: brother is insisting that the pedophile financier was murdered and
- 16:22Speaker 1: is demanding an investigation into his death. After a coroner
- 16:25Speaker 1: ruled he died by suicide in jail while awaiting child
- 16:29Speaker 1: trafficking charges. And even when this happened, Jeffrey Epstein's brother,
- 16:34Speaker 1: who is another not decent person in my opinion, came
- 16:39Speaker 1: forward and said, we believe he was killed. We want
- 16:43Speaker 1: an investigation, and they went so far as to bring
- 16:45Speaker 1: in doctor Michael Boden to take a look at the autopsy,
- 16:49Speaker 1: and Boden came to the conclusion that, in his opinion,
- 16:53Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein died by homicide, not by self strangulation. And
- 17:02Speaker 1: we know that the official narrative runs counter to that.
- 17:06Speaker 1: So again it all comes down to this, who.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Do you believe more.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Mark Epstein says he does not believe his brother committed
- 17:15Speaker 1: suicide and his Metropolitan Correctional Center Center jail cell on
- 17:19Speaker 1: August tenth, citing how three bones in his neck were
- 17:22Speaker 1: broken in an unusual fashion and that is what really
- 17:27Speaker 1: concerned doctor Boden. Right, the neck bones, the hyoid bone
- 17:31Speaker 1: and how they were broken. And according to doctor Boden,
- 17:35Speaker 1: that is not something that you see when you kill
- 17:39Speaker 1: yourself the way Jeffrey Epstein supposedly did. That is something
- 17:42Speaker 1: that is much more common if you're violently strangled. I
- 17:49Speaker 1: believe my brother was murdered. I want to know what
- 17:51Speaker 1: kinds of investigation they did. I have no indication that
- 17:54Speaker 1: there was one. Mark Epstein said to the Sun, they
- 17:58Speaker 1: said the cause of death was pending. Five days later
- 18:01Speaker 1: they said it was a suicide. He added, And again,
- 18:03Speaker 1: not a big fan of Mark Epstein by any means.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I think he should be investigated for, at the very
- 18:09Speaker 1: least his financial ties to Jeffrey Epstein. But at the
- 18:13Speaker 1: same time, I don't believe the government should be denying
- 18:18Speaker 1: family members of deceased people who died in federal custody
- 18:22Speaker 1: and investigation into the circumstances leading up to that death,
- 18:26Speaker 1: especially considering Jeffrey Epstein as such a high profile inmate.
- 18:30Speaker 1: And it would behoove not only the family, but the
- 18:35Speaker 1: entire nation and the case to get the facts out
- 18:38Speaker 1: there for the public to see. But we've seen Darth
- 18:43Speaker 1: Barr and his folk be very resistant to this. In fact,
- 18:47Speaker 1: we see that. It got to a point where they
- 18:51Speaker 1: just want us to believe that because bar saw some
- 18:53Speaker 1: video footage that, well, we're supposed to believe whatever he
- 18:56Speaker 1: tells us. We're not supposed to search for any more answers,
- 18:59Speaker 1: and that's the end of it. Well, that doesn't cut it. Okay,
- 19:02Speaker 1: that might have cut it in the seventies or the
- 19:04Speaker 1: eighties or something, but nowadays that is not going to
- 19:07Speaker 1: cut it. With the Internet, social media and how connected
- 19:13Speaker 1: everybody is, you're not going to be able to pull
- 19:16Speaker 1: an end around on people anymore.
- 19:19Speaker 2: It's not people.
- 19:20Speaker 1: See before it was people standing around their water cooler
- 19:23Speaker 1: at work, chopping it up for their fifteen minute break
- 19:25Speaker 1: about the going ons of the world. Nobody had the time,
- 19:29Speaker 1: nobody had the resources to pull up a computer in
- 19:32Speaker 1: their house, pull up a webpage on a computer in
- 19:34Speaker 1: their house, and do research for themselves. So we were
- 19:38Speaker 1: stuck eating whatever narrative was shoved down our throat. But
- 19:41Speaker 1: those days are over and people are not buying the
- 19:44Speaker 1: bullshit anymore, especially now after they've locked us down in
- 19:50Speaker 1: our homes for so long. People have sat around and
- 19:53Speaker 1: they've taken the time to pull the curtain back and
- 19:56Speaker 1: take a look into the dark, disgusting room that all
- 19:59Speaker 1: of the these cockroaches in habit, and when even just
- 20:02Speaker 1: a little bit of light gets blasted into that room,
- 20:06Speaker 1: these cockroaches start scurrying. Jeffrey, the New York City Medical Examiner,
- 20:16Speaker 1: ruled Epstein's death as a suicide by hanging after he
- 20:19Speaker 1: was found with sheets wrapped around his neck. He died
- 20:22Speaker 1: two weeks after he was placed on suicide watch at
- 20:24Speaker 1: the jail. And again, it's all of this stuff that
- 20:28Speaker 1: leads up to his death. In just a vacuum, him
- 20:33Speaker 1: committing suicide, I would have been I would have believed
- 20:35Speaker 1: it a lot more if it wasn't all of this
- 20:37Speaker 1: other stuff leading up to it, the Tartaglione stuff, the
- 20:41Speaker 1: camera's not working, the guards falling asleep. How could you
- 20:44Speaker 1: expect anyone to buy this? This is the kind of
- 20:47Speaker 1: shit you would see on a movie on the Paramount
- 20:49Speaker 1: network at two in the morning. If I hadn't researched
- 20:55Speaker 1: this stuff and been following this from the very beginning,
- 20:58Speaker 1: and I had just woke up today and somebody put
- 21:01Speaker 1: me on the scent of this case, I wouldn't believe
- 21:03Speaker 1: any of this shit was possible. But here we are
- 21:09Speaker 1: smack dab in the middle of, in my estimation, the
- 21:13Speaker 1: largest cover up in generations, perhaps ever. Dubious of the results,
- 21:24Speaker 1: Epstein's brother hired pathologist Michael Boden to oversee the autopsy.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Boden says Epstein died of homicidal strangulation rather than suicidal hanging.
- 21:35Speaker 1: And it makes sense, right. Obviously, I am not a doctor.
- 21:40Speaker 1: I'm just your average run of the mill moron, if
- 21:43Speaker 1: to be honest. But when you start digging into it
- 21:46Speaker 1: and you start looking at the effects of homicidal strangulation
- 21:51Speaker 1: and then self inflicted strangulation, it's pretty easy to see
- 21:54Speaker 1: where doctor Boden comes up with the theory that Epstein
- 21:58Speaker 1: did not kill himself, because there's a lot of evidence
- 22:01Speaker 1: out there that goes to that point and proves what
- 22:06Speaker 1: doctor Boden is saying here. So I am much more
- 22:11Speaker 1: inclined to believe what doctor Boden has said in this autopsy,
- 22:15Speaker 1: considering all of the evidence we have around it, than
- 22:18Speaker 1: I am to believe what the federal government is telling me.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Attorney General Darth William Barr's investigators also concluded that Epstein
- 22:30Speaker 1: took his own life. Well, that's a big shock. But
- 22:32Speaker 1: Epstein's brother insists the probe missed key evidence. Yeah, of
- 22:36Speaker 1: course it did. And even if they didn't miss the evidence,
- 22:39Speaker 1: they have enough egg on their face. Darth Barr and
- 22:42Speaker 1: his band of goons. What are they gonna do? Admit
- 22:47Speaker 1: this huge f up at the MCC where they let
- 22:50Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein die on their watch. Hell no, much easier,
- 22:55Speaker 1: much better to put a bow on it and just
- 22:58Speaker 1: say he killed himself. But what they didn't expect was
- 23:03Speaker 1: for all of the questions to be asked and for
- 23:07Speaker 1: people not to believe the narrative. And that means people
- 23:10Speaker 1: on the right and people on the left. I know
- 23:14Speaker 1: Donald Trump's supporters, ardent Trump supporters who believe that Bill
- 23:20Speaker 1: Barr is playing loose with the truth, especially in this situation. Folks,
- 23:25Speaker 1: Bill Barr isn't a new guy in Washington, d C.
- 23:27Speaker 1: All right, He's been around forever. He is the swamp.
- 23:31Speaker 1: So I don't know how people can have any faith
- 23:33Speaker 1: in Bill Barr to do the right thing. I have
- 23:35Speaker 1: never liked the man since his first stint back in Washington, DC,
- 23:39Speaker 1: and I certainly do not like him now. I hired
- 23:44Speaker 1: a very well respected forensic pathologist doctor Michael Boden, who
- 23:47Speaker 1: was an expert on people being killed and the deaths
- 23:50Speaker 1: being written off as suicide, to make an independent evaluation,
- 23:53Speaker 1: Mark revealed there were three broken bones in my brother's neck.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Doctor Boden says, when you hang yourself and your feet
- 24:01Speaker 1: are dangling, you are likely to break bones, But he
- 24:04Speaker 1: says he has never seen three bones broke in the
- 24:07Speaker 1: kind of soft hanging that supposedly killed Jeffrey. He added,
- 24:10Speaker 1: and I agree with that. I definitely agree with that. Again,
- 24:14Speaker 1: I'm certainly not a doctor, average run of the mill
- 24:17Speaker 1: more on, But it makes sense that if you hang
- 24:21Speaker 1: yourself from say a beam, or you know, some sort
- 24:26Speaker 1: of thing, something that's suspended high up in the air,
- 24:29Speaker 1: you're much more likely to break those bones, right because
- 24:32Speaker 1: of gravity and the impact. But if you're leaning off
- 24:34Speaker 1: of a bunk bed and you're leaning forward to kill yourself,
- 24:38Speaker 1: how are those bones as likely to break? These are
- 24:42Speaker 1: all logical questions, all logical positions that you would think
- 24:46Speaker 1: that the legacy media would be digging into, but they're not.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Epstein's legal team voiced similar suspicion over his death, noting
- 24:56Speaker 1: he had a bell hearing coming up and had agreed
- 24:58Speaker 1: to be on house arrest to pay for armed guards
- 25:01Speaker 1: to assure he remained in custody. Well, that was never
- 25:04Speaker 1: going to occur. And remember also he talked with Doug Shown,
- 25:09Speaker 1: the lawyer from Atlanta, about coming on to help with
- 25:13Speaker 1: his case. And according to Doug Shown, Jeffrey Epstein was
- 25:17Speaker 1: not suicidal. We've covered that article previously in the catalog,
- 25:21Speaker 1: so if you want to go back and check that out,
- 25:23Speaker 1: you can find it. But the fact of the matter is,
- 25:25Speaker 1: nobody said that Jeffrey Epstein was suicidal, nobody at all.
- 25:29Speaker 1: In fact, it was quite the opposite. The disgraced financier's
- 25:33Speaker 1: death was a huge blow in the investigation into his
- 25:36Speaker 1: child trafficking charges, where he was accused of procuring underage
- 25:39Speaker 1: girls for his rich and powerful friends and himself. Epstein's
- 25:44Speaker 1: former girlfriend, co conspirator, fellow child abuser, all around scumbag
- 25:50Speaker 1: and confidant, Gilaine Maxwell fifty eight, was arrested on Thursday
- 25:53Speaker 1: in New Hampshire on six charges of sex trafficking and
- 25:57Speaker 1: perjury in connection to the alleged trafficking ring. She's previously
- 26:02Speaker 1: denied all wrongdoing and faces thirty five years in jail
- 26:05Speaker 1: if convicted. Mark Epstein has refused to comment on Maxwell's arrest. Oh,
- 26:10Speaker 1: I'm sure he did. I'm sure he has. I'm sure
- 26:12Speaker 1: his lawyers, buddy Alan Dershowitz or whoever else is advising him,
- 26:17Speaker 1: is telling him keep your fat trap shut. Say nothing
- 26:24Speaker 1: because if this takes the turn the way I think
- 26:28Speaker 1: it's going to take the turn, and we end up
- 26:30Speaker 1: smack dab in a Rico case, Mark Epstein will most
- 26:35Speaker 1: certainly be a target of interest for his financial ties
- 26:39Speaker 1: with his brother. A source close to Epstein says Maxwell's
- 26:45Speaker 1: life may also be at risk now that she's in custody.
- 26:48Speaker 1: She will be very guarded, but I won't be surprised
- 26:51Speaker 1: if she dies and it's announced that she's killed herself.
- 26:54Speaker 1: The anonymous source said, Oh, is that a veiled threat
- 26:57Speaker 1: perhaps of one of Jeffrey epso and close to Jeffrey Epstein,
- 27:01Speaker 1: who exactly is close to Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, the
- 27:05Speaker 1: Core four, Darren, Endyke Cohn and Brunel. That's probably the
- 27:12Speaker 1: extent of it, right, So who was it who came
- 27:14Speaker 1: out and said this? And what is the true meaning?
- 27:17Speaker 1: Because as I always say, with these people, it's not
- 27:19Speaker 1: what they say, it's what they mean, and we have
- 27:21Speaker 1: to read between the lines. Every single time a statement
- 27:24Speaker 1: is made by any of these people, we must read
- 27:27Speaker 1: between the lines because they are all engaged in all
- 27:32Speaker 1: sorts of manipulation of the narrative. The source also revealed
- 27:37Speaker 1: that Epstein had threatened before his arrest that he had
- 27:40Speaker 1: damning information on his rich and powerful friends, including President
- 27:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton. Well, we know
- 27:48Speaker 1: for a fact Epstein was engaged in a blackmail scheme. Okay,
- 27:51Speaker 1: I don't think that's even up for debate at this time.
- 27:54Speaker 1: And the people who are still debating that are people
- 27:56Speaker 1: who really don't understand the case, and they don't understand
- 27:59Speaker 1: the implications of this case. This is not just about
- 28:03Speaker 1: one man involved in sex trafficking to fulfill the disgusting
- 28:08Speaker 1: needs and desires that he had. This is an intercontinental
- 28:15Speaker 1: cover up involving multiple intelligence agencies, multiple powerful people involved
- 28:23Speaker 1: in politics and elsewhere, and academics, business moguls, and other
- 28:29Speaker 1: powerful people who continued to hang out with this man
- 28:36Speaker 1: even though he was arrested and convicted the first time around.
- 28:44Speaker 1: These are the people that are now trying to distance
- 28:47Speaker 1: themselves from Jeffrey Epstein. These are the people that we're
- 28:51Speaker 1: not going to let get away with it. If you'd
- 28:54Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
- 28:56Speaker 1: Kapuci at protonmel dot com. That's Bobb wise cp cci
- 29:01Speaker 1: at Protonmeil dot com. You can also find me on
- 29:05Speaker 1: Twitter at Bobby underscore cap u Cci. What's up everyone,
- 29:10Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So,
- 29:15Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark Epstein does not believe that the
- 29:19Speaker 1: note that was found allegedly by Nicholas Tartaglioni is real,
- 29:24Speaker 1: and neither do I. And if that letter was written
- 29:27Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein, my guess is that Nicholas Tartaglioni made
- 29:31Speaker 1: him write the letter. First, How long have I been
- 29:34Speaker 1: telling you my theory that Tartaglioni was sent to that
- 29:37Speaker 1: cell with a mission, and who gave him them orders?
- 29:41Speaker 1: I don't know. But if Epstein did kill himself, he
- 29:44Speaker 1: did so after Tartaglioni attacked him and passed on the
- 29:47Speaker 1: message that we could reach you whenever we want. And
- 29:50Speaker 1: isn't it convenient that there's no camera on the cell,
- 29:52Speaker 1: that the camera wasn't working that the video is gone.
- 29:55Speaker 1: And not only that, wouldn't a suicide note be very
- 29:57Speaker 1: helpful to the narrative that's being pitched by the gun boy.
- 30:01Speaker 1: That seems pretty convenient, just like everything else that seems
- 30:04Speaker 1: to break in the favor of the DOJ, the government,
- 30:09Speaker 1: and the cover up. Today's article is from Business Insider
- 30:13Speaker 1: and the headline Jeffrey Epstein's brother says he thinks newly
- 30:17Speaker 1: surfaced suicide note is a forgery. This article was authored
- 30:21Speaker 1: by Jacob Shamsy And when Jeffrey Epstein's brother saw the
- 30:26Speaker 1: purported suicide note left by the now dead financier, he
- 30:30Speaker 1: didn't believe it was real. Neither did I, and I
- 30:32Speaker 1: still don't. And if this letter, this note that Tartaglioni found,
- 30:37Speaker 1: was such a big deal, why was it hidden all
- 30:39Speaker 1: this time? Why didn't Tartaglioni produce it? Mark Epstein, who
- 30:44Speaker 1: has long maintained that his brother was murdered, told Business
- 30:47Speaker 1: Insider the note, which was unsealed by a judge this week,
- 30:51Speaker 1: is a forgery. It wouldn't be hard to get some
- 30:53Speaker 1: pro forger to forge a note. Mark Epstein told b I,
- 30:57Speaker 1: that's the easiest fucking thing in the world to do.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I'll take it a step further. You don't need a
- 31:02Speaker 1: pro forger when you're being threatened. I mean, is it
- 31:05Speaker 1: really too far of elite that Tartaglioni told Epstein, Look,
- 31:08Speaker 1: you better write that fucking note. If you don't write it,
- 31:11Speaker 1: it's gonna be even worse for you. And then considering
- 31:15Speaker 1: what we've learned about the MCC through the depositions and
- 31:18Speaker 1: all the information that we're learning about how lacks, if
- 31:22Speaker 1: you will, the security was around Jeffrey Epstein, how can
- 31:26Speaker 1: anyone look at this and say, you know what, I
- 31:29Speaker 1: don't think Tartaglioni had anything to do with it. Jeffrey
- 31:31Speaker 1: Epstein obviously just killed himself. That is just crazy, And
- 31:36Speaker 1: I think that's the conspiracy theory if you want the truth.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein left a note in a Manhattan JEL cell
- 31:43Speaker 1: after a suicide attempt. According to Nicholas Tartaglioni, his former
- 31:47Speaker 1: cell mate, who claims to have found it, the note
- 31:50Speaker 1: surfaced on Wednesday through a convoluted series of events. All
- 31:53Speaker 1: of a sudden, it just pops up. Huh, all of
- 31:56Speaker 1: a sudden, there's a note. They find it in the
- 32:00Speaker 1: Alien files and speaking in the Alien files, would anyone
- 32:05Speaker 1: be shocked to find out that Epstein was blessing them
- 32:07Speaker 1: to The note was not written immediately before Epstein's death
- 32:13Speaker 1: on August tenth, twenty nineteen, but during an earlier suicide
- 32:16Speaker 1: attempt in July. According to Tartaglioni, I mean, if you
- 32:20Speaker 1: want to call it a suicide attempt, cool, I'm not
- 32:23Speaker 1: going to call it that. I don't believe it was,
- 32:25Speaker 1: and I don't think that the evidence backs that up.
- 32:27Speaker 1: And again that's why we do the painstaking task of
- 32:30Speaker 1: going through those court documents. That way, these disinformation campaigns
- 32:34Speaker 1: and these journalists who have motivations can't dogwalk you, because
- 32:40Speaker 1: where do you think they're getting their information from. They
- 32:42Speaker 1: don't have some secret portal. They're reading the court documents
- 32:46Speaker 1: like anybody else. Tartaglioni, a former police officer who kidnapped
- 32:51Speaker 1: and killed four people before burying them on his Upstate,
- 32:54Speaker 1: New York property, said Epstein left the note in a
- 32:56Speaker 1: book when he transferred to a different cell following the
- 32:59Speaker 1: July twenty third suicide attempt while he was awaiting trial
- 33:03Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges. So Tartaglioni found it, huh not
- 33:07Speaker 1: the guards, Nobody tossed the cell, Nobody came in and
- 33:11Speaker 1: looked at it as a crime scene, started an investigation. Well,
- 33:14Speaker 1: of course not, because the whole entire plan was for
- 33:17Speaker 1: Tartaglioni to do what he did. That is my theory,
- 33:21Speaker 1: and I'm sorry, but I believe the evidence backs it up.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Tartaglioni's lawyer entered the note into his criminal case, where
- 33:27Speaker 1: it was sealed in a dispute over his legal representation.
- 33:31Speaker 1: US District Judge Kenneth Carris, who presided over the case,
- 33:34Speaker 1: unsealed it this week, nearly six years after Tartaglioni says
- 33:39Speaker 1: he found it. Oh yeah, let's believe a four time murderer.
- 33:45Speaker 1: What are we even doing here? And the fact that
- 33:48Speaker 1: people are out here running with his narrative tells me
- 33:51Speaker 1: everything I need to know about those people. Just another
- 33:55Speaker 1: part of the cover of folks. That's all it is.
- 33:57Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned. They investigated me for a month,
- 34:02Speaker 1: found nothing. The note reads, so fifteen year old charges resulted.
- 34:06Speaker 1: It's a treat to be able to choose one's times
- 34:08Speaker 1: to say goodbye. It continues, what you want me to
- 34:11Speaker 1: do bust out crying. Jeffrey Epstein has used variations of
- 34:15Speaker 1: the last line, what you want me to do bust
- 34:17Speaker 1: out crying in emails to Mark Epstein and friends that
- 34:20Speaker 1: were made public by the Justice Department. It appears to
- 34:23Speaker 1: be a reference to the nineteen thirty one comedy video
- 34:26Speaker 1: Little Daddy from the show Little Rascals. Okay, so, like
- 34:32Speaker 1: I said, Tartaglione could have easily made Epstein write that letter. Now,
- 34:38Speaker 1: look if that letter was found right away when this
- 34:40Speaker 1: all went down, and it was in the possession of
- 34:42Speaker 1: the DOJ, all of that okay, maybe a little bit different,
- 34:47Speaker 1: but none of it makes sense, None of it lines up,
- 34:49Speaker 1: and none of it passes the old sniff test as
- 34:52Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned. Mark Epstein told Business Insider he
- 34:56Speaker 1: does not recall those emails, but he would not be
- 34:58Speaker 1: surprised if his brother referenced the show. Oh, he compared
- 35:01Speaker 1: the show in the sixties to SpongeBob SquarePants in its ubiquity.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Who wouldn't watch The Little Rascals in the sixties when
- 35:09Speaker 1: we were kids, he said, I mean, everybody watched that.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Mark Epstein said, whoever forged the suicide note would have
- 35:16Speaker 1: adopted his brother's voice from the emails included in the
- 35:19Speaker 1: Epstein files to make it seem real. And that's certainly possible.
- 35:22Speaker 1: But I think the most likely outcome here, the most
- 35:25Speaker 1: likely scenario is the one that I've been speculating, And
- 35:30Speaker 1: I think that Nicholas Tartaglioni knows a whole lot more
- 35:33Speaker 1: than he has ever let on, and this note only
- 35:36Speaker 1: fuels that fire. It's public knowledge. He said, it's in
- 35:40Speaker 1: the emails, so they stole it from me to make
- 35:43Speaker 1: it sound like it was from him. According to Kris
- 35:46Speaker 1: unsealing order, the note was originally sealed in May of
- 35:48Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, well before Epstein's emails with the Little
- 35:52Speaker 1: Rascals reference became public earlier this year. A timeline included
- 35:58Speaker 1: in the Epstein files shows that it passed through the
- 36:00Speaker 1: hands of multiple people who tried to authenticate it in
- 36:03Speaker 1: twenty nineteen and twenty twenty. Tartaglioni also described the note
- 36:08Speaker 1: to in a podcast interview with the influencer Jessica Reid
- 36:11Speaker 1: Krause last year, also before the release of the Epstein files.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Oh well, isn't that cute? So I fell in love
- 36:19Speaker 1: with a murderer. How is Nicholas Tartaglione doing a podcast
- 36:24Speaker 1: from prison? Can somebody explain that to me? Four time
- 36:29Speaker 1: murderer out here doing podcasts? How about beneath the jail?
- 36:33Speaker 1: How about that? For somebody who kills four people, probably
- 36:36Speaker 1: a good place for him. The note itself is not
- 36:40Speaker 1: included in the Justice Department Epstein files, nor in its
- 36:43Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty eight page Justice Department Inspector General
- 36:46Speaker 1: report that followed four years of investigation into Epstein's death.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Fugayzy that note, fugazy, That's it. I'm calling it for
- 36:56Speaker 1: what it is. I don't believe it for a second. Sorry,
- 36:59Speaker 1: not for one single second. Epstein first reported suicide attempt
- 37:04Speaker 1: is itself a subject of dispute. He was found in
- 37:07Speaker 1: the cell with a homemade fashion noose around his neck,
- 37:10Speaker 1: according to an internal report from the Bureau of Prisons.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Tartaglioni's lawyers said it was a suicide attempt. Epstein first
- 37:17Speaker 1: told JEL officials that Tartaglioni tried to kill him, but
- 37:21Speaker 1: a week later said he was extremely tired the day
- 37:23Speaker 1: of the incident and did not remember it. Well, according
- 37:26Speaker 1: to a jail report. Yeah, being a snitch on top
- 37:29Speaker 1: of being a child molester in jail not the greatest look,
- 37:35Speaker 1: Not some big secret, not some big mystery. The Inspector
- 37:40Speaker 1: General's report ultimately characterized it as a first suicide attempt
- 37:44Speaker 1: that preceded a successful one three weeks later. Oh well, convenient,
- 37:49Speaker 1: isn't it? And considering the OIG interviews and how non
- 37:52Speaker 1: combative they were with the guards and the people working
- 37:55Speaker 1: when Epstein was killed, Well, I have my doubts. Now.
- 37:59Speaker 1: If people I want to run with whatever narrative the
- 38:01Speaker 1: government serves up, great, I don't care. I don't know
- 38:04Speaker 1: how many times I have to tell you I am
- 38:05Speaker 1: not here to convince anybody of anything. Here's the evidence,
- 38:09Speaker 1: Here's what I believe, and here's why I believe that
- 38:11Speaker 1: evidence backs it up. Mark Epstein said his brother recant
- 38:16Speaker 1: did his claim that TARTAGLIONI roughed him up because he
- 38:19Speaker 1: did not want to be seen as a snitch. Well,
- 38:21Speaker 1: what do you know? That shocking? Anybody that knows anything
- 38:25Speaker 1: about jail knows that the reason that he changed his
- 38:29Speaker 1: tune is because he was afraid of retaliation. Mark Epstein said,
- 38:33Speaker 1: it's one thing to be a pedophile in prison. It's
- 38:35Speaker 1: another thing to be a pedophile and a snitch in prison.
- 38:38Speaker 1: That's no fun for anybody. Well, that's true, and that's
- 38:42Speaker 1: exactly right, and I'm sure for Epstein it's set in
- 38:45Speaker 1: pretty quickly. Yo, they got me this time, they can
- 38:48Speaker 1: get me again. I better recant, I better tell the
- 38:51Speaker 1: jail that that never happened. Seems like a very very
- 38:54Speaker 1: likely scenario to me. Caris has indicated he would later
- 38:57Speaker 1: unseal additional court documents related to the no which could
- 39:00Speaker 1: shed additional light on its authenticity. Mark Epstein remained skeptical.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I don't know if Tartaglioni had this note. I doubt that.
- 39:09Speaker 1: I doubt he found this. He said there was no
- 39:11Speaker 1: attempt at suicide, so there was no suicide note. He
- 39:15Speaker 1: says that the most likely explanation of Jeffrey Epstein's death
- 39:19Speaker 1: is that another person near his cell, out of the
- 39:21Speaker 1: view of the cameras, killed him, and that the Justice
- 39:23Speaker 1: Department is perpetuating a cover up by not treating the
- 39:27Speaker 1: death as a murder investigation. And I agree with all
- 39:30Speaker 1: of that. I'm sorry, I agree with it. Mark Epstein
- 39:33Speaker 1: said that if his brother chose to kill himself. He
- 39:35Speaker 1: wouldn't write a note at all if he was going
- 39:37Speaker 1: to commit suicide. He doesn't have to explain it to anybody,
- 39:40Speaker 1: he said, And I think that's true too. I don't
- 39:44Speaker 1: think Jeffrey Epstein's the kind of guy that's going to
- 39:46Speaker 1: leave some little snarky ass note like the one that
- 39:49Speaker 1: was found in that gel cell. So I just don't
- 39:51Speaker 1: believe the whole narrative, and I don't believe that that
- 39:53Speaker 1: note is authentic, not in the way that it's being pitched.
- 39:57Speaker 1: So we'll see what Mark Epstein has to say moving forward,
- 40:00Speaker 1: and he's going to be releasing his own report on
- 40:02Speaker 1: the autopsy, and we'll see how it all ends up.
- 40:06Speaker 1: But I think it's going to be very very interesting
- 40:09Speaker 1: to see what he presents because, as far as I'm concerned,
- 40:12Speaker 1: until there's evidence proving otherwise, Epstein didn't kill himself. All
- 40:17Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
- 40:20Speaker 1: in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to
- 40:23Speaker 1: another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Ever since Jeffrey Epstein's death,
- 40:28Speaker 1: his brother Mark Epstein has been adamant that his brother
- 40:32Speaker 1: was murdered and did not commit suicide. And that's something
- 40:37Speaker 1: that Mark Epstein has said from the very beginning, and
- 40:41Speaker 1: that's also why he brought in doctor Michael Boden to
- 40:44Speaker 1: observe the autopsy and give his opinion as far as
- 40:48Speaker 1: what happened. Well, we know that Michael Boden had a
- 40:51Speaker 1: different opinion than the medical examiner in New York. And
- 40:55Speaker 1: according to Michael Boden, Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, and of course,
- 41:00Speaker 1: according to the official narrative, Epstein killed himself inside of
- 41:03Speaker 1: that jail cell. But the problem with this official narrative,
- 41:07Speaker 1: like most of their official narratives, the facts just don't
- 41:10Speaker 1: add up. And when you start putting the pieces together,
- 41:12Speaker 1: it becomes rather obvious that there's a lot missing here,
- 41:16Speaker 1: and a lot we still haven't been told. So of
- 41:19Speaker 1: course that leaves a lot of room for speculation, right
- 41:21Speaker 1: for people to come up with their own theories, and
- 41:24Speaker 1: people who have come up with a whole lot of them,
- 41:26Speaker 1: whether it was the Masade, the royal family, the Clintons,
- 41:30Speaker 1: or as Mark Epstein believes, that Donald Trump had something
- 41:34Speaker 1: to do with Jeffrey Epstein's death. And I'm not going
- 41:38Speaker 1: to sit here and tell you I know one way
- 41:39Speaker 1: or the other. I have no idea. I'm only privy
- 41:43Speaker 1: to the same evidence that you're getting. But looking at
- 41:46Speaker 1: everything that's available and looking at the circumstances, there is
- 41:50Speaker 1: no doubt in my mind that Jeffrey Epstein did not
- 41:53Speaker 1: kill himself, at least not willingly. This article was published
- 41:58Speaker 1: by The Independent and the headline Trump accused of roll
- 42:01Speaker 1: and Epstein's death an explosive email sent to FBI documents reveal.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Mark Epstein said Saturday that the FBI never contacted him
- 42:11Speaker 1: about his Trump claim. This article was authored by Eric Keller.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother, accused President Donald Trump of being involved
- 42:22Speaker 1: in the late convicted sex offender's death and a tip
- 42:24Speaker 1: sent to the FBI, according to a bombshell email revealed
- 42:28Speaker 1: in the Department of Justice release of Epstein files. Now, look,
- 42:33Speaker 1: we have to be very cautious about what we believe
- 42:36Speaker 1: and what we don't believe. Not every tip that's filed
- 42:39Speaker 1: is true, not every allegation is provable, and we have
- 42:43Speaker 1: to keep that in mind. Just because there was an
- 42:46Speaker 1: email sent doesn't make it the truth. But here's the
- 42:48Speaker 1: biggest problem. The DOJ and the FBI usually can say, look,
- 42:55Speaker 1: we know what we're doing. You can trust us, And
- 42:57Speaker 1: here's the track record showing that you can trust us us. Right,
- 43:01Speaker 1: they can't do that. Nobody trusts them. So when that
- 43:04Speaker 1: trust is gone, how can we have any confidence that
- 43:07Speaker 1: they're doing the right thing, that they're following every tip,
- 43:10Speaker 1: every lead, when history has shown us clearly that they
- 43:14Speaker 1: have no desire to follow this where it goes. And
- 43:18Speaker 1: that's the whole reason the scope of the investigation was
- 43:21Speaker 1: always so narrow. They didn't want to follow this to
- 43:23Speaker 1: the actual endpoint because they knew that the endpoint leads
- 43:28Speaker 1: directly to the people that pay the bills. On February
- 43:34Speaker 1: twenty second, twenty twenty three, Mark Epstein submitted an online
- 43:38Speaker 1: tip to the FBI's National Threat Operations Center alleging that
- 43:42Speaker 1: Epstein was murdered in his prison cell at the Metropolitan
- 43:45Speaker 1: Correctional Center in New York in twenty nineteen following his
- 43:49Speaker 1: conviction on child sex offenses, rather than dying by suicide. Well,
- 43:54Speaker 1: he wasn't convicted. He was indicted, first of all, and
- 43:58Speaker 1: second of all, there was a lot more going on
- 44:01Speaker 1: there than just child sex offenses. The Independent confirmed in
- 44:07Speaker 1: a phone call with Mark Epstein on Saturday that he
- 44:09Speaker 1: submitted the tip, which contained two spelling errors as seen
- 44:13Speaker 1: in the files. It was then forwarded by an unidentified
- 44:16Speaker 1: Threat Intake examiner at the FBI and TOC to a
- 44:20Speaker 1: special agent. And my biggest problem, like I just said,
- 44:24Speaker 1: is that the FBI and the DOJ is untrustworthy when
- 44:29Speaker 1: we're talking about this topic. They've proven time and time
- 44:32Speaker 1: again they have no desire to follow this the way
- 44:35Speaker 1: they should. So why should anyone think this would be
- 44:38Speaker 1: any different? Why should anyone think that the FBI was
- 44:41Speaker 1: pursuing this in a manner that is acceptable. The disgraced
- 44:48Speaker 1: financier's brother included his personal contact information and IP address
- 44:52Speaker 1: in the submission, both of which are redacted in the
- 44:55Speaker 1: publicly released file. Jeffrey Epstein was murdered and his jail
- 44:59Speaker 1: cell the tip bread. I have reason to believe he
- 45:01Speaker 1: was killed because he was about to name names. I
- 45:04Speaker 1: believe President Trump authorized his murder. Now, look, even if
- 45:08Speaker 1: you don't believe that that's true, seems like something you
- 45:11Speaker 1: would investigate, right, Anything, anything that has to do with
- 45:14Speaker 1: this man is something that needs to be investigated. You
- 45:17Speaker 1: can't have a high profile inmate like this die and
- 45:20Speaker 1: not have a real investigation, because make no mistake, there
- 45:24Speaker 1: was not a real investigation. And remember Epstein was never
- 45:27Speaker 1: even really purp walked. He was arrested getting off his
- 45:30Speaker 1: plane in Teeterborough and put directly into a car and
- 45:34Speaker 1: taken away. So it wasn't like Jeffrey Epstein was ever
- 45:37Speaker 1: given the business. Was never treated the way say Diddy was.
- 45:42Speaker 1: And look, I'm not here to defend Ditty, as you
- 45:44Speaker 1: all know, not exactly my favorite person. But balls and
- 45:48Speaker 1: strikes or balls and strikes, if you're going to treat
- 45:51Speaker 1: one person that way, that's the way everybody should be treated.
- 45:54Speaker 1: Why is Jeffrey Epstein getting the benefit of the doubt
- 45:57Speaker 1: and being granted the ability and the privilege to not
- 46:00Speaker 1: be embarrassed. The only thing that he should be getting
- 46:03Speaker 1: is thrown directly into a volcano. He shouldn't be getting
- 46:07Speaker 1: any kinds of benefits or special privileges. But every time
- 46:10Speaker 1: you turn around, that's exactly what Epstein was getting. In
- 46:14Speaker 1: the report's additional information section, he added feel free to
- 46:18Speaker 1: contact me, noting that his relationship or connection to Jeffrey
- 46:21Speaker 1: Epstein is obvious. Epstein's brother told The Independent that neither
- 46:26Speaker 1: the FBI nor any other law enforcement contacted him to
- 46:29Speaker 1: follow up or investigate his claim. He declined any further comment.
- 46:35Speaker 1: I'm sure that he has something cooking in the background,
- 46:38Speaker 1: and we know that he wants a new investigation into
- 46:40Speaker 1: his brother's death, and he says he has new information
- 46:43Speaker 1: and evidence that points to it being a homicide. So
- 46:47Speaker 1: I'm sure everybody wants to see that. A White House
- 46:49Speaker 1: spokesperson directed the Independent to this section of a January
- 46:54Speaker 1: third DOJ press release after the agency published over three
- 46:58Speaker 1: million additional pages where responsive to the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
- 47:04Speaker 1: This production may include fake or falsely submitted images, documents,
- 47:08Speaker 1: or videos, as everything that was sent to the FBI
- 47:11Speaker 1: by the public was included in the production that is
- 47:15Speaker 1: responsive to the Act. Oh, isn't that nice? They're very transparent.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Everything was included. The whole idea was to confuse you.
- 47:22Speaker 1: That's why it was dumped the way it was dumped,
- 47:24Speaker 1: with no order, with no kind of cataloging. The bad
- 47:30Speaker 1: news for them, though, is that there's plenty of people
- 47:32Speaker 1: out here that know exactly what we're looking for. So
- 47:35Speaker 1: you can try and confuse the masses, but you're not
- 47:38Speaker 1: going to be able to confuse everybody. Some of the
- 47:40Speaker 1: documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump that
- 47:45Speaker 1: were submitted to the FBI right before the twenty twenty election.
- 47:49Speaker 1: To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false, and
- 47:52Speaker 1: if they have a shred of credibility, they certainly would
- 47:55Speaker 1: have been weaponized against President Trump already. The release reads,
- 47:59Speaker 1: imagine the DJ releasing that, and imagine anyone thinking it's okay,
- 48:04Speaker 1: and all the people that do think it's okay. I
- 48:07Speaker 1: cannot wait until the next administration takes over and they
- 48:11Speaker 1: do the same thing and all of you are crying
- 48:13Speaker 1: holy hell about it, because I don't want to hear
- 48:15Speaker 1: a shit. You folks had a chance right now to
- 48:18Speaker 1: step up and do the right thing and hold people accountable,
- 48:21Speaker 1: but instead you'd rather dick ride and glade some dude
- 48:25Speaker 1: who doesn't give a shit about you. So later on
- 48:28Speaker 1: down the road when this happens again, and most surely will,
- 48:33Speaker 1: I don't want to hear anything. I don't want to
- 48:35Speaker 1: hear any crying. I don't want to hear about it
- 48:36Speaker 1: unfair it is. I don't want to hear about how
- 48:38Speaker 1: you're being targeted politically, whatever, because right now you have
- 48:43Speaker 1: a chance to step up and demand real change, and
- 48:47Speaker 1: a lot of people out there are refusing to do it.
- 48:50Speaker 1: So when that pendulum swings the other way and the
- 48:52Speaker 1: quote unquote other team takes control, well you think they're
- 48:56Speaker 1: not going to follow the same blueprint, they most certainly are.
- 49:02Speaker 1: The Independent has contacted the FBI for comment. Last month,
- 49:06Speaker 1: Mark Epstein, a real estate developer, doubled down on his
- 49:10Speaker 1: previous claim that he believes his brother did not die
- 49:13Speaker 1: by suicide. Jeffrey was murdered and more autopsy facts will
- 49:17Speaker 1: be coming out in February that prove it, he told
- 49:19Speaker 1: News Nation. Yo, I can't wait to see those facts.
- 49:23Speaker 1: I'd love to see the autopsy and what he has
- 49:25Speaker 1: that backs up his assertions, because, like everything else, when
- 49:29Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, I don't close the door
- 49:32Speaker 1: on shit until we have evidence. And that goes for everything.
- 49:39Speaker 1: There are only three ways to die in prison, he continued, suicide,
- 49:42Speaker 1: natural causes or murder, and jeff was murdered. I want
- 49:46Speaker 1: to know who killed him and on whose behalf. In
- 49:50Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, he told BBC Newsnight and NewsNation that
- 49:53Speaker 1: his brother had dirt on powerful people, including during the
- 49:58Speaker 1: twenty sixteen election when jeff Ffrey Epstein allegedly said revealing
- 50:02Speaker 1: what he knew about the candidates could have canceled the election. Well,
- 50:06Speaker 1: now people are starting to realize he wasn't bullshitting around
- 50:09Speaker 1: when he said that the kind of dirt this dude
- 50:12Speaker 1: had on people was insane, and it wasn't all compromuts
- 50:16Speaker 1: sexually created. A lot of it was financial. And a
- 50:20Speaker 1: lot of people continue to miss that part of the story.
- 50:23Speaker 1: And I understand why. It's not salacious. It's not the
- 50:26Speaker 1: kind of story that really rings the bells, but it's
- 50:29Speaker 1: the kind of story that ends in arrests. And for me,
- 50:33Speaker 1: this isn't about being silatious. This isn't about talking about
- 50:37Speaker 1: the most shocking parts of this. It's about getting to
- 50:40Speaker 1: a point where there's accountability. And for me, and I
- 50:44Speaker 1: only speak for me, that's always been the goal. And
- 50:47Speaker 1: of course, going after the most salacious parts of the story.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Is Jeffrey Epstein the West makes a Bone Collector? Is
- 50:55Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein an alien from Uranus? You know those kinds
- 50:58Speaker 1: of stories, They're the ones lead, there's no doubt about it.
- 51:02Speaker 1: But when you really get down to it, those are
- 51:05Speaker 1: all dead ends. They're not going to lead to accountability.
- 51:08Speaker 1: They're not going to lead to people ending up in bracelets.
- 51:11Speaker 1: You know what will the many financial crimes that all
- 51:16Speaker 1: these scumbags were engaged in. While Jeffrey Epstein never shared
- 51:21Speaker 1: details directly, his brother said he was certain his brother
- 51:25Speaker 1: also had dirt on Trump. Trump called Jeffrey Epstein a
- 51:29Speaker 1: terrific guy in two thousand and two interview with New
- 51:31Speaker 1: York Magazine, adding that the pair shared an affinity for
- 51:35Speaker 1: beautiful women. In twenty nineteen, after Epstein's arrest, Trump told reporters,
- 51:41Speaker 1: I had a fallen out with him a long time ago.
- 51:43Speaker 1: I haven't spoken to him for fifteen years. I was
- 51:46Speaker 1: not a fan of his, that I can tell you.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Mark Epstein also claimed that Trump's public statements about the
- 51:53Speaker 1: matter were untrue. You could see in the emails. Trump
- 51:57Speaker 1: could deny it all he wants, but it's pretty clear
- 51:59Speaker 1: everything Trump says is a lie, he told News Nation
- 52:03Speaker 1: in November. So, look, I think that Mark Epstein has
- 52:07Speaker 1: a solid case here, and I'm very interested to see
- 52:09Speaker 1: what kind of evidence he's going to bring to the
- 52:12Speaker 1: table to back up his assertions. So, like usual, we'll
- 52:16Speaker 1: keep an eye on things and when we have some
- 52:18Speaker 1: information one way or the other, we'll get it added
- 52:21Speaker 1: to the catalog. All of the information that goes with
- 52:24Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
