- 0:10Speaker 1: Wance de trop I'm a check.
- 0:17Speaker 2: The aud. Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show. I'm
- 0:35Speaker 2: your host Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host
- 0:38Speaker 2: this week. Ooh, my favorite co host of all no
- 0:42Speaker 2: co host Olivia.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Will be back next week.
- 0:45Speaker 2: As for this week, I'm going it alone to wrap
- 0:48Speaker 2: up our deep dive into the very complicated history and
- 0:53Speaker 2: legacy of the classic conspiracy theory book Behold a Pale
- 0:57Speaker 2: Horse and its author, Milton William Cooper. If you somehow
- 1:02Speaker 2: find yourself listening to this episode despite not having heard
- 1:06Speaker 2: the last free episode of the show, go fix that
- 1:09Speaker 2: and listen to part one first. This is part two.
- 1:12Speaker 2: It is the natural order of things. For all you
- 1:15Speaker 2: princes and princesses who subscribe to bonus episodes, you can
- 1:20Speaker 2: go even further back to the bonus episode before our
- 1:24Speaker 2: last free episode, that was called Milton William Cooper Revisited
- 1:28Speaker 2: and in that episode you'll get a lot more history
- 1:31Speaker 2: and background on the man who wrote Behold a Pale Horse.
- 1:35Speaker 2: And hey, if you've already listened to all of that,
- 1:37Speaker 2: damn it, you are in the right place.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Let's get to it.
- 1:41Speaker 2: When we left off, we were talking about chapter nine
- 1:44Speaker 2: of Behold a Pale Horse, that chapter is called Anatomy
- 1:48Speaker 2: of an Alliance, And this is a really interesting chapter,
- 1:51Speaker 2: in large part because he is talking about things that
- 1:55Speaker 2: are real and really concerning, like Project m k Naomi
- 2:01Speaker 2: that is a government project obs given the name. The
- 2:05Speaker 2: short version of Bill Cooper's claims about MK Naomi is
- 2:09Speaker 2: that as part of this project, the US government developed
- 2:14Speaker 2: AIDS as a means of killing black people. And it's
- 2:18Speaker 2: suggested in Mark Jacobsen's Pale Horse Rider, which is a
- 2:22Speaker 2: profile of Bill Cooper, that this part of Behold a
- 2:25Speaker 2: Pale Horse especially resonated with black readers, And yeah, I
- 2:30Speaker 2: bet it did. As has been mentioned so many times
- 2:34Speaker 2: since COVID became a thing, it's really hard to fault
- 2:38Speaker 2: Black Americans for being skeptical of the government in relation
- 2:43Speaker 2: to anything medical experimentation related, especially, and the government has
- 2:49Speaker 2: no one to blame but themselves if people are still
- 2:53Speaker 2: skeptical about MK Naomi, because almost nothing about it has
- 2:58Speaker 2: been declassified or released or discussed in any significant way.
- 3:04Speaker 2: But it was a real thing. It was a sort
- 3:06Speaker 2: of successor to MK Ultra. But whereas that CIA project
- 3:12Speaker 2: dealt with mind control and hallucinogens and things of the like.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Mk NAOMI was focused on biological weapons.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yay. This is the point in the book.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Where it's easy to get caught up in a classic
- 3:27Speaker 2: debunker trap, which is deciding that something like mk naomi
- 3:32Speaker 2: should be disregarded entirely because the person telling you about
- 3:37Speaker 2: it got one detail wrong. In this case, I'm not
- 3:40Speaker 2: all that convinced that mk naomi directly resulted in AIDS
- 3:45Speaker 2: being unleashed on black people as a biological weapon, and
- 3:49Speaker 2: I don't think he makes a great case for it
- 3:51Speaker 2: in the book. But that doesn't mean mk naomi isn't
- 3:54Speaker 2: worth talking about. It doesn't even mean that I find
- 3:57Speaker 2: the claim unbelievable. I just don't think he proves it
- 4:00Speaker 2: in this chapter of this book. But regardless of that,
- 4:03Speaker 2: one aid's claim, for lack of a better term, mk
- 4:07Speaker 2: NAOMI was some fuck shit. It came about as a
- 4:10Speaker 2: result of Operation paper Clip, which just a reminder, no
- 4:14Speaker 2: matter how people want to sugarcoat it, that was the
- 4:17Speaker 2: United States directly collaborating with the Nazis after World War Two,
- 4:21Speaker 2: and it wasn't reform Nazis or reluctant Nazis or low
- 4:26Speaker 2: level Nazis or anything like that.
- 4:29Speaker 1: We just embraced the Nazis after World War Two.
- 4:33Speaker 2: MK Ultra and mk Naomi are both products of that collaboration.
- 4:38Speaker 2: That's not conspiracy theory talk. That is just how history unfolded.
- 4:43Speaker 2: And case in point, one of the main figures behind
- 4:46Speaker 2: mk Ultra and eventually mk Naomi was a guy named
- 4:49Speaker 2: Kurt Bloom. And who was he? Just the deputy health
- 4:53Speaker 2: leader of the Third Reich, And the answer is yes,
- 4:56Speaker 2: that does mean he oversaw human experiments for the na Specifically,
- 5:01Speaker 2: he conducted human experiments involving biological weapons on concentration camp prisoners,
- 5:08Speaker 2: including infecting them with the plague so as to test
- 5:11Speaker 2: out plague vaccines. He experimented on prisoners at Dacau with
- 5:16Speaker 2: lice to cause typhus epidemics. In nineteen forty three, he
- 5:20Speaker 2: proposed dropping mosquitoes from planes to infect people with malaria.
- 5:25Speaker 2: He also worked closely with Japan's Unit seven to three
- 5:28Speaker 2: to one, who we did a bonus episode about back
- 5:31Speaker 2: when we were covering the Jonestown book, and those dudes
- 5:35Speaker 2: were getting up to some human centipede shit and this
- 5:38Speaker 2: fella was collaborating with him, so naturally he was tried
- 5:42Speaker 2: for war crimes after World War Two, but he was acquitted,
- 5:47Speaker 2: and it is widely believed that his acquittal happened as
- 5:51Speaker 2: a result of US intervention. Either way, all those years
- 5:56Speaker 2: spent helping the Nazis figure out how to more effectively
- 6:00Speaker 2: exterminate large populations of undesirables earned him a new life
- 6:05Speaker 2: working for the United States government on a project that
- 6:08Speaker 2: Bill Cooper suggests was meant to help identify ways to
- 6:13Speaker 2: exterminate large populations of undesirables. So it's really not as
- 6:17Speaker 2: huge of a leap as it seems. And again, the
- 6:20Speaker 2: government has no one to blame but themselves. If people
- 6:23Speaker 2: draw that conclusion, don't work with the Nazis, if you
- 6:26Speaker 2: don't want people thinking you're doing Nazi stuff. It's really
- 6:30Speaker 2: that simple, And that actually brings up one of my
- 6:32Speaker 2: problems with this chapter and this book in general. He
- 6:36Speaker 2: kicks off this chapter swearing up and down that no
- 6:38Speaker 2: one group is responsible for any of this.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It's not the Jews, it's not the Communists.
- 6:45Speaker 2: How many people listening right now are like, Oh, no,
- 6:47Speaker 2: Adam's going to say it's the Jews. No, I'm not
- 6:51Speaker 2: because everything he's talking about in this chapter, and for
- 6:54Speaker 2: most of this book is just the post World War
- 6:58Speaker 2: two Nazi team up American government. He'll call it the
- 7:03Speaker 2: Illuminati or the Builderberg Group or the secret Government. But
- 7:07Speaker 2: then at the end of the day, every allegation boils
- 7:10Speaker 2: down to the CIA, the NSA, all of these different
- 7:13Speaker 2: departments that are just part of the regular ass American government.
- 7:19Speaker 2: And I think that's an important distinction, because Nazis we
- 7:23Speaker 2: hired based on their human experimentation prowess. Continuing to do
- 7:28Speaker 2: human experiments on our behalf once they got here is
- 7:32Speaker 2: a way more plausible scenario than blaming it on the
- 7:36Speaker 2: Builderberg Group and the aliens that Eisenhower played golf with
- 7:41Speaker 2: that one time. It's also a way more manageable enemy
- 7:44Speaker 2: than the entire world. And weirdly, another of Bill Cooper's
- 7:50Speaker 2: wilder claims starts to sound a little less wild when
- 7:54Speaker 2: you dig into MK Naomi just a little bit. It's
- 7:58Speaker 2: a claim that came up on the bonus episode that
- 8:02Speaker 2: focused more on the life of Bill Cooper than the
- 8:05Speaker 2: book itself. That claim is his assertion that JFK was
- 8:10Speaker 2: killed by his limo driver using a shellfish toxin pellet gun.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I know, I know, I personally still like the accidental
- 8:20Speaker 2: Secret Service agent shooting angle, and none of us are
- 8:24Speaker 2: ever gonna know for sure, especially since Trump and Biden
- 8:28Speaker 2: both decided to keep the last few JFK files classified
- 8:33Speaker 2: on national security grounds. Again, when two opposing administrations agree,
- 8:37Speaker 2: buckle up. Something bad is happening anyway. Shellfish toxin sounds
- 8:42Speaker 2: like the tenfoil hattist of all possible theories, but not really.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Turns out the CIA was way, way, way into shellfish toxin,
- 8:53Speaker 2: to the point that they kept a whole bunch of
- 8:56Speaker 2: it even after Nixon ordered our stockpiles of biological weapons
- 9:01Speaker 2: to be destroyed in nineteen seventy. I'll put a couple
- 9:04Speaker 2: links in the show notes about this. One of them
- 9:07Speaker 2: is a document from the US National Archives called Summary
- 9:11Speaker 2: Report of CIA Investigation of MK Naomi. And yeah, I
- 9:16Speaker 2: know it's the CIA investigating the CIA, but it's also
- 9:19Speaker 2: a pretty fascinating insight into how the CIA at least
- 9:23Speaker 2: worked back then. Specifically, it's known to be a very
- 9:27Speaker 2: compartmentalized place. People work on their projects and for the
- 9:31Speaker 2: most part don't really know what everyone else is working on.
- 9:36Speaker 2: And this report happened at a point in history when
- 9:39Speaker 2: the CIA was under really intense public scrutiny on account
- 9:44Speaker 2: of the Church Committee hearings, which are how we found
- 9:47Speaker 2: out about mk Ultra. Around that time, there was a
- 9:50Speaker 2: call within the CIA, apparently for employees with knowledge of
- 9:55Speaker 2: projects that might make the agency seem like morally bankrupt,
- 9:59Speaker 2: not to collaborators who conduct medical experiments on the public,
- 10:03Speaker 2: to come forward and tell what they knew. And someone
- 10:07Speaker 2: with knowledge of MKNAOMI alerted internal investigators to the existence
- 10:13Speaker 2: of this project, and in this report, those investigators note
- 10:17Speaker 2: that MKNAOMI was especially shrouded in secrecy. Only two or
- 10:23Speaker 2: three officers were cleared for access to MKNAOMI or Fort Dietrich,
- 10:29Speaker 2: which is the military base where this project happened. They
- 10:34Speaker 2: couldn't even find the name of the project at first,
- 10:37Speaker 2: and when they did, they still only found two files.
- 10:41Speaker 2: But what they did find in those files they clearly
- 10:44Speaker 2: found very alarming. They were able to identify the program
- 10:48Speaker 2: as having started in nineteen forty seven, and then the
- 10:53Speaker 2: CIA really gets interested in it around nineteen fifty two.
- 10:58Speaker 2: And here's the thing that doesn't not fit the timeline
- 11:02Speaker 2: as far as the mk NAOMI AIDS theory goes. When
- 11:06Speaker 2: you take into account that the first human cases of
- 11:08Speaker 2: AIDS start popping up in the late nineteen fifties. I'm
- 11:11Speaker 2: just saying now. I should point out here, though, that
- 11:15Speaker 2: while Bill Cooper's concern about mk NAOMI was that it
- 11:19Speaker 2: produced AIDS as a weapon to kill black people, the
- 11:22Speaker 2: concern in this memo seems to surround the suggestion that
- 11:26Speaker 2: mk NAOMI was, at least in part, an assassination program.
- 11:31Speaker 2: It was definitely a biological weapons program. There is no
- 11:34Speaker 2: doubt about that. It was meant to provide the CIA
- 11:38Speaker 2: with a stockpile of biological weapons that they could use
- 11:42Speaker 2: for CIA things. And in some cases, it was a
- 11:46Speaker 2: biological weapons program that was meant to kill lots and
- 11:49Speaker 2: lots of people. A CIA memo uncovered by the Church
- 11:53Speaker 2: Committee mentioned at least three covert methods for attacking and
- 11:57Speaker 2: poisoning crops and confirmed they had all been field tested.
- 12:01Speaker 1: So that's cool.
- 12:02Speaker 2: This was a long running program get started in the
- 12:05Speaker 2: late nineteen forties. Remember that, as I read this next quote,
- 12:08Speaker 2: by the late nineteen sixties, a stockpile of some fifteen
- 12:12Speaker 2: to twenty different biological weapons agents and toxins was maintained
- 12:17Speaker 2: on a regular basis by SOD for possible agency use.
- 12:22Speaker 2: The supply included such agents as food poisons, infectious viruses,
- 12:27Speaker 2: lethal botulinum toxin, paralytic shellfish toxin, snake venom, microsporium, gypsium
- 12:35Speaker 2: which produces severe skin disease, etc. And that's from the
- 12:38Speaker 2: CIA's own report about mk NAOMI and SOOD. There means
- 12:44Speaker 2: Special Operations Division, which is the name for the team
- 12:48Speaker 2: of scientists and researchers who worked with I don't know,
- 12:51Speaker 2: the fucking Nazis at Fort Dietrich. Also, did you hear it?
- 12:55Speaker 2: Shellfish toxin? Just like Bill Cooper claims that the same
- 12:59Speaker 2: people mk NAOMI used to kill JFK. And it gets
- 13:04Speaker 2: even weirder in that regard. Here's another quote from that report.
- 13:07Speaker 2: With the presidential order requiring the destruction of army biological
- 13:11Speaker 2: weapons and toxin stockpiles, the question was raised as to
- 13:15Speaker 2: the disposition of agency materials parentheses agency meaning CIA. Though
- 13:21Speaker 2: specific accounting for each agent on the list is not
- 13:24Speaker 2: on hand, the Department of Defense indicates that, with the
- 13:28Speaker 2: likely exception of the shellfish toxin, all of these materials
- 13:33Speaker 2: were in fact destroyed by SOD personnel. The shellfish toxin,
- 13:37Speaker 2: along with eight milligrams of cobra venom was found by
- 13:41Speaker 2: David Boston, currently chief of the Chemistry branch in Vault
- 13:45Speaker 2: B ten in the basement of South Building, which houses ots.
- 13:51Speaker 2: And that brings us to another fascinating document that I'll
- 13:54Speaker 2: link to in the show notes, which is a nineteen
- 13:57Speaker 2: seventy five Time magazine article about the Church Committee hearings
- 14:02Speaker 2: and specifically that mysterious batch of shellfish toxin that was
- 14:08Speaker 2: found after all of our bioweapons were supposed to have
- 14:11Speaker 2: been destroyed. The article talks about the revelation during the
- 14:15Speaker 2: Church Committee testimony that initially the CIA came up with
- 14:19Speaker 2: shellfish tocsin as an alternative to the cyanide pill that
- 14:23Speaker 2: military personnel would carry with them to take in the
- 14:26Speaker 2: event they were captured.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Turns out that.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Is a slow, agonizing death that involves about fifteen minutes
- 14:32Speaker 2: of asphyxiation. Shellfish toxin, on the other hand, is said
- 14:36Speaker 2: to cause a tingling sensation in the fingers and lips
- 14:40Speaker 2: and then death by way of painless paralysis about ten
- 14:45Speaker 2: seconds later. And listen, I know it's a bioweapon, but
- 14:49Speaker 2: that sounds pretty pleasant.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I gotta be honest. But then, since.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Russia was reported to have killed some Dissonance and enemies
- 14:58Speaker 2: by way of poisoned darts. Naomi also worked on turning
- 15:02Speaker 2: that shellfish tocsin into a weapon that could be fired
- 15:05Speaker 2: like ammunition. And during the Church Committee hearings, and again
- 15:09Speaker 2: this is according to Time magazine, then CIA director William
- 15:13Speaker 2: Colby showed Frank Church a pistol, and here's a quote
- 15:16Speaker 2: from the article. Resembling a Colt forty five equipped with
- 15:20Speaker 2: a fat telescopic sight, the gun fires a toxin tipped
- 15:24Speaker 2: dart almost silently and accurately up to two hundred and
- 15:29Speaker 2: fifty feet. Moreover, the dart is so tiny the width
- 15:33Speaker 2: of a human hair and a quarter of an inch
- 15:35Speaker 2: long as to be almost indetectable, and the poison leaves
- 15:39Speaker 2: no trace in a victim's body.
- 15:41Speaker 1: End quote.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Frank Church called it a murder instrument that's about as
- 15:46Speaker 2: efficient as.
- 15:47Speaker 1: You can get.
- 15:48Speaker 2: There's also this sentence in that Time article. The agency
- 15:51Speaker 2: has also developed two other dart launching pistols, as well
- 15:55Speaker 2: as a fountain pen that can fire deadly darts and
- 15:58Speaker 2: an automobile end head bolt that releases a toxic substance
- 16:03Speaker 2: when heated.
- 16:05Speaker 1: End quote. There's also mention of.
- 16:06Speaker 2: A light bulb that emits a toxic substance when turned
- 16:11Speaker 2: on and heated. All that said, I still have some
- 16:14Speaker 2: concerns about Bill Cooper's shellfish toxin assassination claim in that
- 16:19Speaker 2: the way he says the weapon would have been used
- 16:21Speaker 2: on Kennedy and the way the weapon is described as
- 16:24Speaker 2: working in the Church Committee testimony don't really match. Cooper
- 16:28Speaker 2: says it was a pellet dipped in shellfish toxin, and
- 16:32Speaker 2: that that was done as a backup measure in case
- 16:35Speaker 2: the impact from the pellet didn't kill him, in which.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Case you just shoot him.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Then, if you're counting on the pellet to kill him,
- 16:43Speaker 2: that kind of sounds like it's going to go in
- 16:45Speaker 2: his head and lodge in his brain, and in which
- 16:47Speaker 2: case just shoot him. Why dip it in shellfish toxin
- 16:50Speaker 2: and the shellfish toxin gun mentioned by William Colby in
- 16:54Speaker 2: the Church Committee hearings, It's not a pellet that lodges
- 16:57Speaker 2: in the brain. It's just a tiny little dart that
- 16:59Speaker 2: we're with a pinprick. So Cooper's right when he claims
- 17:03Speaker 2: the government had figured out a means of assassination by
- 17:07Speaker 2: way of shell fish tocsin apparently, I just don't buy
- 17:10Speaker 2: his claim that it's how Kennedy was killed. Same thing
- 17:13Speaker 2: with most of his thoughts on mk Naomi. Cooper's claim
- 17:17Speaker 2: in Behold a Pale Horse Again is that mk Naomi
- 17:21Speaker 2: was carried out on orders from our real government, the
- 17:24Speaker 2: Builderberg Group aka the Illuminati, and that it was done
- 17:28Speaker 2: in the name of population control. He then asserts that
- 17:31Speaker 2: everything from access to abortions to homosexuality was created by
- 17:37Speaker 2: the government to keep birth rates low, and when that failed,
- 17:40Speaker 2: AIDS was invented to increase death rates. Confusingly, he says
- 17:45Speaker 2: homosexuals were both encouraged to exist in the name of
- 17:49Speaker 2: keeping birth rates low, but also targeted for extermination via
- 17:53Speaker 2: AIDS on account of being undesirables. Makes perfect sense whatever
- 17:57Speaker 2: the case. The big problem with his theory here is
- 18:01Speaker 2: that it's been rendered completely pointless by history on account
- 18:05Speaker 2: of a bunch of wild predictions he makes that never
- 18:08Speaker 2: came true, like how he says the plan is for
- 18:10Speaker 2: lots of people to die between the time the book
- 18:13Speaker 2: was published, which was around nineteen ninety one, and the
- 18:17Speaker 2: year two thousand and that if that doesn't happen, the
- 18:20Speaker 2: human race is going to go extinct. Well, the global
- 18:22Speaker 2: population back then was around five billion, and now it's
- 18:25Speaker 2: around seven point seven billion, and we're not doing great,
- 18:30Speaker 2: But it does seem like we've got a few years
- 18:32Speaker 2: left in US as a species. We at least made
- 18:36Speaker 2: it past the year two thousand. I mean, in the
- 18:39Speaker 2: big scheme of things, were barely past the year two thousand.
- 18:42Speaker 2: But in the big scheme of things, what's the year
- 18:44Speaker 2: two thousand? Planet's old as shit. Here's a quote from
- 18:46Speaker 2: Behold a Pale Horse. Can you imagine what will happen
- 18:49Speaker 2: if Los Angeles has hit with a nine point zero quake,
- 18:52Speaker 2: New York City is destroyed by a terrorist planet atomic bomb,
- 18:56Speaker 2: World War three breaks out in the Middle East, the
- 18:59Speaker 2: banks in the stock markets collapse, extraterrestrials land on the
- 19:03Speaker 2: White House lawn, food disappears from the markets, some people disappear,
- 19:08Speaker 2: and the Messiah presents himself to the world, all in
- 19:12Speaker 2: a very short period of time. Can you imagine the
- 19:15Speaker 2: world power structure can and will, if necessary, make some
- 19:21Speaker 2: or all of those things happen to bring about the
- 19:24Speaker 2: new world order?
- 19:26Speaker 1: End quote.
- 19:27Speaker 2: We'll do it then, Like some very lesser versions of
- 19:31Speaker 2: those things have happened, like nine to eleven was a
- 19:34Speaker 2: big deal, but it certainly wasn't New York City being
- 19:37Speaker 2: completely destroyed. There was no nine point zero earthquake in
- 19:40Speaker 2: La someday, sure, but those two things haven't happened yet.
- 19:44Speaker 2: They didn't happen in close proximity. And again, all of
- 19:48Speaker 2: this was gonna happen in response to reports that said,
- 19:52Speaker 2: if we didn't take these steps by the year two thousand,
- 19:56Speaker 2: we're done. And he drives this chapter home in my
- 20:00Speaker 2: readers to straighten up and act right and quit having
- 20:03Speaker 2: so many kids and like die more. I guess, because
- 20:07Speaker 2: if we don't, the Illuminati will do it for us.
- 20:10Speaker 2: And he also keeps reiterating how important it is for
- 20:14Speaker 2: us to establish some colonies in space to keep humankind going,
- 20:17Speaker 2: but he keeps referring to it as star seed and
- 20:20Speaker 2: God that sounds gross.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Stop it. I'm sure that's a.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Technical science term that people use, but don't say something else.
- 20:28Speaker 2: He then directs readers to a couple of examples of
- 20:31Speaker 2: the kind of reports he's referring to, so you can,
- 20:34Speaker 2: you know, do your own research, and if you're going
- 20:37Speaker 2: to take this book on, it is kind of important
- 20:39Speaker 2: to do your own research. Here because the first thing
- 20:42Speaker 2: he mentions is the Hague Kissinger depopulation policy, which is
- 20:46Speaker 2: interesting because what searching for that mostly revealed to me
- 20:51Speaker 2: is that Bill Cooper kind of stole this entire chapter
- 20:54Speaker 2: from an article in the March tenth, nineteen eighty one
- 20:58Speaker 2: issue of Executive and Intelligence Review, which is a weekly
- 21:02Speaker 2: magazine founded by conspiracy theory pioneer Lyndon LaRouche. It's still
- 21:08Speaker 2: published to this day. I'll link to their website in
- 21:11Speaker 2: the show notes solely because it hardcore supports my theory
- 21:16Speaker 2: that right wing websites all look like they were designed
- 21:20Speaker 2: in nineteen ninety six, because they are the only sites
- 21:23Speaker 2: that function properly on shitty rural Wi Fi, which is
- 21:28Speaker 2: cap shitty solely for the purpose of making information a
- 21:32Speaker 2: little harder to access in those areas. No proof, wild
- 21:35Speaker 2: speculation on my part, but god, it's fun. It's a
- 21:38Speaker 2: fun thing to do anyway. The title of the article
- 21:42Speaker 2: is exactly what Bill Cooper says you should search for,
- 21:45Speaker 2: the Hague Kissinger Depopulation Policy, and it is essentially reprinted,
- 21:50Speaker 2: albeit with some slight rewording, in Behold a Pale Horse.
- 21:54Speaker 2: Another document is called the Global two thousand Report, to
- 21:57Speaker 2: the President. These two are directly related. The Global two
- 22:01Speaker 2: thousand Report to the President was a deeply flawed but
- 22:05Speaker 2: at the time very highly alarming study commissioned by the
- 22:09Speaker 2: Carter administration about what kind of calamities the world would
- 22:13Speaker 2: face by the year two thousand if we didn't do
- 22:16Speaker 2: something to get population growth under control in developing countries.
- 22:21Speaker 2: In response to this report, Henry Kissinger authored National Security
- 22:27Speaker 2: Study Memorandum two hundred, Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for
- 22:33Speaker 2: US security and overseas Interests. It very mercifully offers up
- 22:39Speaker 2: the less unwieldy alternate title the Kissinger Report in parentheses.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Now, let me state right up top.
- 22:46Speaker 2: I do not dispute that Henry Kissinger is a straight
- 22:50Speaker 2: up war criminal, and that this country's policies in developing
- 22:53Speaker 2: nations in general, but especially Latin America directly led to
- 22:58Speaker 2: the deaths of untold numbers of people, and especially if
- 23:02Speaker 2: we're talking Central America, created problems this country is still
- 23:07Speaker 2: dealing with to this day, and still dealing with in
- 23:11Speaker 2: the wrong way. But also, that's not the kind of
- 23:13Speaker 2: stuff you just put in a report to the President.
- 23:16Speaker 2: I think what you're seeing in both the LaRouche publication
- 23:19Speaker 2: article and the reprinting of it in Behold a Pale Horse.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Is something way more common and still unfortunately relevant today,
- 23:27Speaker 2: which is the demonization of birth control and abortion. Yes,
- 23:32Speaker 2: the Kissinger Report and the Global two thousand Report both
- 23:36Speaker 2: talk about the dangers of population growth and population control
- 23:41Speaker 2: as a necessity going forward. But in the case of
- 23:44Speaker 2: the Global two thousand Report, what it's really saying is
- 23:47Speaker 2: that we're just going to have to figure out how
- 23:49Speaker 2: to live with population growth, not that we need to
- 23:52Speaker 2: start slaughtering Central Americans to stop population growth. And again,
- 23:57Speaker 2: I'm definitely not saying that no one in the US
- 23:59Speaker 2: government ever advocated for the slaughter of Central Americans.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Of course they did.
- 24:04Speaker 2: They still do all the time, even if not in
- 24:07Speaker 2: those exact words. But that's not what the Kissinger Report
- 24:10Speaker 2: is about either. If you're wondering what kind of evil
- 24:13Speaker 2: it discusses, here's a quote from a section that I
- 24:16Speaker 2: admit doesn't have the least alarming title. It's called functional
- 24:20Speaker 2: assistance Programs to create conditions for fertility decline. I know
- 24:26Speaker 2: that sounds creepy, but here's a quote from that section.
- 24:28Speaker 2: The desire for large Families diminishes as income rises. Developed
- 24:33Speaker 2: countries and the more developed areas in less developed countries
- 24:37Speaker 2: have lower fertility than less developed areas. Similarly, family planning
- 24:43Speaker 2: programs produce more acceptors and have a greater impact on
- 24:46Speaker 2: fertility in developed areas than.
- 24:48Speaker 1: They do in less developed areas.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Thus, investments in development are important in lowering fertility rates.
- 24:56Speaker 1: End quote.
- 24:56Speaker 2: And Ooh, isn't that scary investments in developm I mean again,
- 25:01Speaker 2: don't get me wrong the United States government saying investments
- 25:05Speaker 2: in development can very much be scary. It's just in
- 25:08Speaker 2: this case not what Bill Cooper is making it out
- 25:11Speaker 2: to be. Here's another quote. Assistance programs have less chance
- 25:14Speaker 2: of success as long as the numbers to be fed, educated,
- 25:19Speaker 2: and employed are increasing rapidly.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Thus, to assist in achieving LDC.
- 25:25Speaker 2: That means less developed countries fertility reduction. Not only should
- 25:30Speaker 2: family planning be high up on the priority list for
- 25:33Speaker 2: US foreign assistance, but high priority in allocation of funds
- 25:38Speaker 2: should be given to programs in other sectors that contribute
- 25:41Speaker 2: in a cost effective manner in reduction in population growth.
- 25:46Speaker 1: End quote.
- 25:47Speaker 2: And I mean, I guess you could interpret that to
- 25:49Speaker 2: mean we need to murder Salvadorans if you wanted to.
- 25:53Speaker 2: But it's clearly not what the Kissinger Report is getting
- 25:57Speaker 2: at the first of those programs in other sectors that
- 26:00Speaker 2: they bring up is providing minimal levels of education comma,
- 26:05Speaker 2: especially for women. And again, fuck Henry Kissinger.
- 26:08Speaker 1: I get it.
- 26:09Speaker 2: He's as much of a problem on the world stage
- 26:11Speaker 2: as anyone else. And the things this country and it's
- 26:14Speaker 2: military did under his watch and under his suggestion horrible.
- 26:18Speaker 2: But that doesn't mean this report is proof positive of
- 26:21Speaker 2: an Illuminati plot to enslave the world and install a
- 26:25Speaker 2: one world government. It's not even sort of that. If anything,
- 26:28Speaker 2: this reads like a very strong endorsement for American businesses
- 26:33Speaker 2: to be allowed to set up shop in these countries,
- 26:36Speaker 2: like as the end of the day, that's what's gonna
- 26:39Speaker 2: help them develop. Like not really, but that's what we
- 26:42Speaker 2: will say will help them develop. You just need enough
- 26:45Speaker 2: Starbucks and that will stave off a civil war.
- 26:49Speaker 1: It's more that the reaction.
- 26:51Speaker 2: To this report is just more evidence that right wingers
- 26:54Speaker 2: hate abortion and birth control, as if we needed any
- 26:57Speaker 2: more evidence of that even by the point history when
- 27:00Speaker 2: this book came out, this section of Behold a Pale
- 27:03Speaker 2: Horse and the article that inspired it are the reason
- 27:06Speaker 2: why things like the Global Gag Rule exist. That's a
- 27:09Speaker 2: thing that was first put in place by the Reagan
- 27:11Speaker 2: administration in nineteen eighty four. It prevents foreign organizations receiving
- 27:16Speaker 2: US global health assistance from providing information, referrals, or services
- 27:21Speaker 2: for legal abortion or advocating for access to abortion services
- 27:26Speaker 2: in their country, even with their own money. And that
- 27:29Speaker 2: is a quote from the Planned Parenthood website in an
- 27:32Speaker 2: article about the Global Gag Rule.
- 27:34Speaker 1: A link to it.
- 27:35Speaker 2: It's a law that exists solely along party lines. When
- 27:38Speaker 2: a Republican as president, the Global Gag Rule is in effect.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Trump reinstated it and expanded it almost immediately upon taking office.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Biden rescinded it upon taking office. That's always how it works.
- 27:52Speaker 2: That's what this section of Behold a Pale Horse is about.
- 27:54Speaker 2: It is anti abortion propaganda and not much else.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Go figure.
- 28:00Speaker 2: So, as mentioned on the last episode, a whole lot
- 28:03Speaker 2: of this book is just Bill Cooper reprinting various reports
- 28:07Speaker 2: and documents and articles and transcripts of varying credibility that
- 28:13Speaker 2: he feels support his assertion that the Builderberg Group is
- 28:16Speaker 2: out to get you. Like how Chapter ten is just
- 28:19Speaker 2: an article written by a guy named Neil Knox that's
- 28:22Speaker 2: all about how Gorbachev sees guns in Lithuania and asking
- 28:26Speaker 2: what the difference is between that and some gun law
- 28:30Speaker 2: in New Jersey called the Graves Act, which was apparently
- 28:33Speaker 2: still being debated at the time but wasn't law yet.
- 28:36Speaker 2: And at the time I would have said, the difference
- 28:38Speaker 2: is that Lithuania has a population of a couple million,
- 28:42Speaker 2: where the United States is hundreds of millions, and we
- 28:45Speaker 2: all have guns, every single one of us, so that
- 28:48Speaker 2: operation probably wouldn't go as well here. Now, I'd say
- 28:52Speaker 2: the difference is there are still a shit ton of
- 28:55Speaker 2: guns in New Jersey and everywhere else in the United States,
- 28:59Speaker 2: even if you get in an extra trouble if your
- 29:01Speaker 2: gun is a sowd off shotgun in New Jersey. That's
- 29:05Speaker 2: the kind of stuff the Graves Act does. The chapter
- 29:07Speaker 2: ends with a note from Cooper about how obviously the
- 29:10Speaker 2: Second Amendment is the only reason the New World Order
- 29:14Speaker 2: hasn't happened yet. So Chapter nine was anti abortion propaganda.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Chapter ten is an NRA commercial for some reason. In
- 29:22Speaker 2: the middle of all this is chapter eleven, which is
- 29:25Speaker 2: just a conversation between Bill Cooper, and a guy named
- 29:28Speaker 2: Randy who agrees with Cooper's hunch that Nixon was actually
- 29:33Speaker 2: deposed in a coup as opposed to being forced to resign,
- 29:37Speaker 2: to which I say, what's the fucking difference, dude, who cares? Also,
- 29:41Speaker 2: this isn't really a transcript of his conversation. It's his
- 29:45Speaker 2: attempt to recreate the conversation which happened a long time ago,
- 29:50Speaker 2: based on his memory of said conversation, which is based
- 29:54Speaker 2: on Randy's memory of the thing he's talking about, which
- 29:57Speaker 2: happened even longer ago before that. It is a meaningless chapter.
- 30:02Speaker 2: It should have been cut. It serves no purpose. But
- 30:05Speaker 2: chapter twelve, now, that's where everything comes together, which is
- 30:10Speaker 2: appropriate because, despite this book claiming to have seventeen chapters
- 30:14Speaker 2: or eighteen depending on what copy you get.
- 30:17Speaker 1: More on that.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Later, chapter twelve is actually the last proper chapter of
- 30:21Speaker 2: the book. The rest is more articles and documents and
- 30:24Speaker 2: appendices that you can go read for yourself if you're interested.
- 30:28Speaker 2: But it's chapter twelve that serves as the culmination of
- 30:33Speaker 2: all of the information presented up to this point in
- 30:36Speaker 2: the book. Chapter is called The Secret Government, and it's
- 30:39Speaker 2: a reworked version of a research paper he first delivered
- 30:44Speaker 2: at a UFO conference in Las Vegas in nineteen eighty nine.
- 30:48Speaker 2: There are a few reasons be skeptical of the theory
- 30:51Speaker 2: Bill Cooper presents here. For one thing, as mentioned on
- 30:55Speaker 2: the Milton William Cooper Revisited episode and in the Pale
- 30:59Speaker 2: Horse Writer book by Mark Jacobson, one of the tenets
- 31:03Speaker 2: of Cooper's claim the Majestic twelve theory was called into
- 31:07Speaker 2: serious question the day before he delivered this speech at
- 31:13Speaker 2: that UFO conference, and it was called into question at
- 31:16Speaker 2: the exact same UFO conference. It was there that a
- 31:19Speaker 2: guy named William Moore, who co authored a seminal book
- 31:23Speaker 2: about the Roswell incident that will come up again in
- 31:27Speaker 2: a little bit. William Moore, he's one of the originators
- 31:30Speaker 2: of the MJ twelve theory, Majestic twelve. He got up
- 31:33Speaker 2: in front of a crowd of UFO enthusiasts and tearfully
- 31:37Speaker 2: admitted that he collaborated with notorious government misinformation creep Richard Dody,
- 31:43Speaker 2: who we talk about all the time on this podcast
- 31:46Speaker 2: is the subject of the.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Mirage Men documentary.
- 31:48Speaker 2: William Moore at this same UFO conference where Bill Cooper
- 31:53Speaker 2: first delivered the secret government report to a crowd of onlookers.
- 31:58Speaker 2: William Moore admitted at that conference that he and Richard
- 32:03Speaker 2: Dody collaborated to make up this story in an effort
- 32:07Speaker 2: to preemptively discredit a guy in New Mexico who built
- 32:11Speaker 2: an antenna on the roof of his house that was
- 32:14Speaker 2: capable of picking up things that he shouldn't be able
- 32:17Speaker 2: to hear. And Bill Cooper was super angry at first,
- 32:20Speaker 2: but then he immediately decided William Moore is a liar
- 32:24Speaker 2: and delivered his secret government speech the next day. Anyway,
- 32:27Speaker 2: the other reason to be skeptical comes in the form
- 32:30Speaker 2: of this quote from Cooper himself in Behold a Pale
- 32:33Speaker 2: Horse here Goes. Most of this knowledge comes directly from,
- 32:37Speaker 2: or is a result of my own research into the
- 32:40Speaker 2: top secret material that I saw and read between the
- 32:43Speaker 2: years nineteen seventy and nineteen seventy three as a member
- 32:48Speaker 2: of the intelligence briefing team of the Commander in.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Chief of the Pacific Fleet. Since some of this.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Information was derived from sources that I cannot divulge for
- 32:57Speaker 2: obvious reasons, and from published sources that I cannot vouch for,
- 33:02Speaker 2: this chapter must be termed a hypothesis end quote. But
- 33:05Speaker 2: if it puts your mind at ease, He does mention
- 33:07Speaker 2: that his hypothesis is the only one that makes the
- 33:11Speaker 2: world make sense, So take comfort in that, and I
- 33:15Speaker 2: will try to keep my rundown of this theory as
- 33:19Speaker 2: brief as possible. But this really is the crux of
- 33:23Speaker 2: Behold a Pale Horse. What he talks about in this
- 33:26Speaker 2: chapter is him round and third heading for home, tying
- 33:31Speaker 2: it all together just like they do in the movies.
- 33:34Speaker 2: It starts with Roswell and at least sixteen other incidents
- 33:40Speaker 2: like it that happened between January nineteen forty seven and
- 33:43Speaker 2: December nineteen fifty two. Along with those sixteen or so
- 33:47Speaker 2: crashed alien vehicles, we also found sixty five alien bodies
- 33:51Speaker 2: in one live alien And honestly, this is one of
- 33:55Speaker 2: my first problems with this theory.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Would we really be this.
- 33:58Speaker 2: Thirsty for technology that crashed this much over New Mexico?
- 34:02Speaker 2: No less Like I'm no authority, but I have spent
- 34:05Speaker 2: some time in New Mexico, and while the police are
- 34:07Speaker 2: certainly crazy, the weather is not. It's the desert, man.
- 34:11Speaker 2: How rad can this technology really be if it can't
- 34:14Speaker 2: stay afloat above New Mexico.
- 34:16Speaker 1: It is the hot air balloon capital of the world.
- 34:20Speaker 2: And it's that for a reason. It's because there's nothing
- 34:22Speaker 2: up there. There is nothing up there but hot air
- 34:25Speaker 2: balloons in UFOs, and we're this interested in the ones
- 34:28Speaker 2: that crash all the time. Okay, whatever, whatever, This part
- 34:32Speaker 2: of the story lots of people know and led UFO
- 34:35Speaker 2: crash subsequent government cover up.
- 34:38Speaker 1: That's the roswell story.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Cooper's contribution to this story is the allegation that human
- 34:44Speaker 2: body parts were found on some of the UFOs, which
- 34:47Speaker 2: seems like a huge thing for all the other people
- 34:51Speaker 2: who had claimed to have seen this wreckage or evidence
- 34:54Speaker 2: of this wreckage up to this point to have overlooked.
- 34:58Speaker 1: But let's keep going.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Group of America's top scientists quickly convened to look into
- 35:03Speaker 2: this matter, working under the name Project Sign, which evolved
- 35:07Speaker 2: into Project Grudge, which formed an offshoot disinformation project called
- 35:12Speaker 2: Blue Book. The CIA was formed specifically to deal with
- 35:16Speaker 2: the UFO threat. Again, this is all coming directly from
- 35:20Speaker 2: Behold a pale horse. If you dispute any of the facts,
- 35:23Speaker 2: you're gonna have to seance it up with Bill Cooper.
- 35:26Speaker 2: He then runs down a series of executive orders and
- 35:29Speaker 2: national security memos and things of the like that gave
- 35:32Speaker 2: our various intelligence agencies varying levels of authority to investigate
- 35:37Speaker 2: and deal with UFOs, and he mentions that these actions
- 35:41Speaker 2: put a buffer between the president and the actions of
- 35:44Speaker 2: the CIA, just in case he needed to disavow any
- 35:47Speaker 2: of their actions that might accidentally come to light in
- 35:50Speaker 2: the future.
- 35:51Speaker 1: And that's all true, But whether it was.
- 35:52Speaker 2: Done because of aliens or just because we knew the
- 35:56Speaker 2: CIA was going to wreck shit on the world stage
- 35:59Speaker 2: is the only real sticking point.
- 36:00Speaker 1: But that same thing.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Kind of comes up in The CIA and the Cult
- 36:04Speaker 2: of Intelligence, which is a way more credible book and
- 36:08Speaker 2: probably explains why it's so much harder to find. Eventually,
- 36:11Speaker 2: all of these memos and meetings lead to the creation
- 36:14Speaker 2: of the Majestic twelve group. He talks about a guy
- 36:17Speaker 2: named James Forestall, who will probably do a whole episode
- 36:21Speaker 2: about at some point. He's a pretty interesting figure in
- 36:24Speaker 2: the UFO story. According to Cooper's claim, Forestall was an
- 36:29Speaker 2: early alien abductee who also worked for the government closely
- 36:33Speaker 2: with the MJ twelve group, but he rejected all the
- 36:36Speaker 2: secrecy and wanted the public to know what was going on,
- 36:39Speaker 2: and he eventually killed himself after being admitted to a
- 36:42Speaker 2: mental hospital. Either that or the CIA killed him to
- 36:45Speaker 2: keep him from talking. If you've seen the documentary Wormwood,
- 36:49Speaker 2: you know that at that point in history, that could
- 36:52Speaker 2: totally go either direction, and probably today. Bill Cooper claims
- 36:56Speaker 2: Forestall's diaries were confiscated and kept hidden for years and
- 37:00Speaker 2: then finally published in a highly censored version. That is true,
- 37:04Speaker 2: but he also claims the CIA gave the real diaries
- 37:07Speaker 2: to a guy named Whitley Streiber, who published them as
- 37:11Speaker 2: a fiction book called Majestic, and that's also true. At
- 37:15Speaker 2: least the part where Whitley Streber wrote a book called
- 37:18Speaker 2: Majestic is true. If it's true that he was given
- 37:20Speaker 2: the actual forest All diaries and told to make them
- 37:23Speaker 2: fiction by the CIA, that is a pretty bulletproof way
- 37:27Speaker 2: to make sure no one believes the actual truth should
- 37:30Speaker 2: it ever surface. Just make it into a book or
- 37:33Speaker 2: a movie first. And it's worth noting that after the
- 37:35Speaker 2: initial hubbub, people didn't really start caring about the Roswell
- 37:39Speaker 2: incident again until someone published a book about it in
- 37:43Speaker 2: nineteen eighty. That someone being William Moore, the same guy
- 37:48Speaker 2: who admitted to making up the Majestic twelve story with
- 37:51Speaker 2: Richard Dody. That nineteen eighty book was followed up by
- 37:55Speaker 2: a really important Roswell book in nineteen ninety one called
- 37:58Speaker 2: UFO Crash at Roswell that included interviews with more than
- 38:02Speaker 2: one hundred alleged witnesses. In between those two points in
- 38:06Speaker 2: nineteen eighty nine is when Whitley Streiber publishes that fiction
- 38:10Speaker 2: book called Majestic that Bill Cooper and a lot of
- 38:14Speaker 2: other people suspect is actually the real forest All Diaries.
- 38:18Speaker 2: So the timing works out, but who knows. Man Whitley
- 38:22Speaker 2: Streiber is both a fiction writer and the guy who
- 38:24Speaker 2: wrote Communion, which he alleges is a nonfiction account of
- 38:29Speaker 2: his own experiences being abducted by aliens. Also fun side note,
- 38:34Speaker 2: the exact date Majestic was published September eleventh, nineteen eighty nine. Because,
- 38:39Speaker 2: of course, so back to those crashes in Bill Cooper's theory.
- 38:43Speaker 2: At one of them, an alien was found wandering around
- 38:46Speaker 2: the desert and taken into custody.
- 38:48Speaker 1: It was initially named EBE.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Extraterrestrial Biological Entity, and dang it if this little Rascal
- 38:56Speaker 2: didn't have a tendency to lie when asked questions, how
- 38:59Speaker 2: did they commune with it? No clue, he doesn't say,
- 39:02Speaker 2: I guess it just speaks all the languages. Whatever the case.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Eb starts to get sick in nineteen fifty one, and
- 39:09Speaker 2: no one knew why or what to do, because they
- 39:11Speaker 2: didn't have any background on its medical history. Obviously, and
- 39:15Speaker 2: this little lion son of a bitch certainly isn't going
- 39:17Speaker 2: to tell anyone anything other than that he processed food
- 39:21Speaker 2: kind of the same way plants do. So doctors and
- 39:25Speaker 2: botanists both worked to save Ebe, and they failed. He
- 39:29Speaker 2: died June second, nineteen fifty two.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Oh.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Also, the movie Et is secretly a thinly veiled retelling
- 39:36Speaker 2: of Eve's story. The government kept trying to save eb
- 39:40Speaker 2: right up to the last minute, and even kept sending
- 39:42Speaker 2: distress calls into the void after he died, hoping to
- 39:46Speaker 2: gain favor with this clearly technologically superior race of beings
- 39:51Speaker 2: that can't keep a fucking aircraft afloat over the notoriously
- 39:55Speaker 2: friendly skies of New Mexico or figure out how to
- 39:59Speaker 2: breathe oxygen. Sure so, around this time, Harry Truman set
- 40:03Speaker 2: up the NSSA, which is somehow only like number three
- 40:06Speaker 2: or four on the list of truly shitty things Harry
- 40:09Speaker 2: Truman did to the world while he was president. Sound
- 40:12Speaker 2: off in the comments about what you think was first anyway,
- 40:15Speaker 2: Cooper says, the NSSA maintains contact with our secret bases
- 40:19Speaker 2: on the Moon, and their main job is alien communications,
- 40:23Speaker 2: but also reading your text messages obviously, so this is
- 40:27Speaker 2: where that unholy alliance of all the secret societies of
- 40:31Speaker 2: the world happens. Truman was keeping Russia informed about the
- 40:34Speaker 2: aliens in case they proved a threat to the human
- 40:38Speaker 2: race with their inoperable spacecraft and absent lungs.
- 40:42Speaker 1: They worked on a.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Plan to defend the world if need be, and that's
- 40:46Speaker 2: when the Builderberg group formed. Like a voltron that runs
- 40:51Speaker 2: on trauma harvested from children. So cut to Eisenhower getting elected.
- 40:55Speaker 2: It was an alleged memo from Truman to Eisenhower informing
- 40:59Speaker 2: him of the existence of the Majestic twelve group that
- 41:02Speaker 2: kicked off that entire theory. In case you missed it
- 41:05Speaker 2: on the Bill Cooper Bonus episode, that memo was found
- 41:09Speaker 2: on a roll of film randomly mailed to a Hollywood
- 41:12Speaker 2: filmmaker that seems legit. So during Eisenhower's first year in office,
- 41:16Speaker 2: there's ten more crash discs, twenty six more dead aliens,
- 41:21Speaker 2: and four live aliens that are recovered. So now we're
- 41:24Speaker 2: absolutely salivating at the thought of getting our hands on
- 41:28Speaker 2: these rickety death traps that I'm starting to suspect we're
- 41:32Speaker 2: never flying in the first place. It seems like they
- 41:35Speaker 2: just fell off whatever planet they're from and landed on Earth.
- 41:38Speaker 2: I bet the lie eb told the government was that
- 41:41Speaker 2: his craft was really just a car, and I bet
- 41:43Speaker 2: he wasn't lying. Also, Cooper says Majestic twelve was Eisenhower's idea,
- 41:48Speaker 2: which I promise is just his attempt to deflect those
- 41:51Speaker 2: claims from that nineteen eighty nine UFO conference that the
- 41:55Speaker 2: Majestic twelve story was made up. So shortly into Eisenhower's presidency,
- 42:01Speaker 2: a bunch of large objects were detected traveling toward Earth
- 42:04Speaker 2: and uh oh, turns out they were spaceships that showed
- 42:08Speaker 2: up and just kind of hovered around the equator for
- 42:10Speaker 2: a bit. And of course, the United States, being the
- 42:13Speaker 2: United States, we take this as a sign that they
- 42:16Speaker 2: want to talk to us, because you know how close
- 42:18Speaker 2: we are to the equator. So Eisenhower sets up a
- 42:21Speaker 2: meeting and we talk things out by way of binary code.
- 42:24Speaker 2: He finally lets us in on that mystery, and they
- 42:26Speaker 2: left us a hostage as a show of good faith
- 42:29Speaker 2: that they'd return later to sign a formal treaty. If
- 42:32Speaker 2: this sounds like the plot of Close Encounters of the
- 42:34Speaker 2: Third kind, that's because it is. They did return and
- 42:37Speaker 2: sign that treaty, and that hostage became our first alien ambassador,
- 42:41Speaker 2: His Omnipotent Highness Krill.
- 42:45Speaker 1: Fuck.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Yeah, Bill Cooper names our first alien ambassador in this theory,
- 42:50Speaker 2: and yes, his name is His Omnipotent Highness Krill. They
- 42:55Speaker 2: just call him Krill in the book for short, and
- 42:58Speaker 2: it seems like Krill was fine with that.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Also, Krill very chill.
- 43:02Speaker 2: And according to Cooper, four witnesses were allowed access to
- 43:06Speaker 2: all this information and they were allowed to meet Krill,
- 43:10Speaker 2: and this was done sort of as a focus group
- 43:13Speaker 2: to determine if the public should know about this, and
- 43:16Speaker 2: based on the reaction of these four people, it was
- 43:18Speaker 2: decided the public should definitely not know about this. But
- 43:22Speaker 2: all of this was filmed, and all those films still
- 43:24Speaker 2: exists today. With today, meaning like nineteen ninety one when this.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Book was published.
- 43:30Speaker 2: So this treaty we signed stipulated that we would stay
- 43:34Speaker 2: out of the alien's way and let them abduct the
- 43:37Speaker 2: occasional person or farm animal to experiment with.
- 43:41Speaker 1: But no killing.
- 43:42Speaker 2: Okay, they had to give the people back In exchange,
- 43:46Speaker 2: they would provide us with technology that would finally show
- 43:50Speaker 2: us how to fall out of the sky and crash
- 43:52Speaker 2: in the fucking desert. So we agreed to build some
- 43:55Speaker 2: joint underground bases so they could probe buttholes with some privacy,
- 44:00Speaker 2: and we could practice crashing their craft.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Into the ground.
- 44:04Speaker 2: We did a lot of that at a place that
- 44:05Speaker 2: came to be known as Area fifty one.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Ever heard of it. Well, if you go there, you
- 44:10Speaker 1: need a cue.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Security clearance to get in, and I think you know
- 44:13Speaker 2: what that means. Means the president doesn't have security clearance
- 44:16Speaker 2: to visit the base. Again, tweet at Bill Cooper if
- 44:19Speaker 2: any of this doesn't add up. So eventually we had
- 44:22Speaker 2: dozens of these bases all around the country, like seventy
- 44:25Speaker 2: five or so, and the money for all this is
- 44:28Speaker 2: funneled through the White House, which is weird because it's
- 44:30Speaker 2: a project of the secret government that our real government
- 44:33Speaker 2: doesn't know about. But whatever the case, By nineteen fifty five,
- 44:37Speaker 2: it became obvious that the Aliens were not abiding by
- 44:40Speaker 2: the details of the treaty. Instead of abducting people, giving
- 44:44Speaker 2: them the proverbial poke, and then returning them safely to
- 44:48Speaker 2: bed like they promised, humans and animals alike were turning
- 44:52Speaker 2: up dead and mutilated all over the damn place. Also,
- 44:57Speaker 2: we learned the Aliens, we're using humans in animals for
- 45:00Speaker 2: the source of glandular secretions, enzymes, hormonal secretions, blood plasma,
- 45:06Speaker 2: and genetic experiments. They explained they needed to do this
- 45:09Speaker 2: to maintain their own survival. Apparently aliens run on adrenachrome.
- 45:13Speaker 2: The problem is, we'd realized by this point that the
- 45:16Speaker 2: Aliens had superior war technology, even if it couldn't fly
- 45:20Speaker 2: that good, and so we just kind of had to
- 45:23Speaker 2: go along with whatever they wanted to do until we
- 45:26Speaker 2: could develop a weapon of some sort that might introduce
- 45:30Speaker 2: some parody to the situation.
- 45:32Speaker 1: And we didn't.
- 45:33Speaker 2: We developed some weapons, one called Joshua, one called Excalibur,
- 45:38Speaker 2: but apparently neither one helped. And also this was the
- 45:41Speaker 2: point where the Aliens informed us that uh, oh, they
- 45:45Speaker 2: actually created us, and they've been manipulating us through religion
- 45:48Speaker 2: and Satanism, in witchcraft and magic and the occult.
- 45:52Speaker 1: And also they used time travel to prove.
- 45:54Speaker 2: To us that the events depicted in the Book of
- 45:57Speaker 2: Revelation will come to pass for real if we don't
- 46:00Speaker 2: do what they tell us to do.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I would just like to pause.
- 46:04Speaker 2: And remind everyone that I am relaying another man's theory
- 46:10Speaker 2: about our secret government to you, because I feel like
- 46:13Speaker 2: a crazy person just saying all of this and this
- 46:18Speaker 2: next part, which is that they also showed us a
- 46:20Speaker 2: hologram that depicted the actual crucifixion of Christ. The government
- 46:24Speaker 2: filmed it, the secret government or the real government.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Yes.
- 46:29Speaker 2: From there, he gets into how in nineteen fifty seven,
- 46:32Speaker 2: we found out the world was going to self destruct
- 46:34Speaker 2: with or without the help of God or aliens by
- 46:37Speaker 2: the year two thousand if we didn't do something about
- 46:40Speaker 2: all the pollution humans were creating on Earth, and a
- 46:44Speaker 2: team of scientists came up with three options. One blast
- 46:47Speaker 2: a hole in the stratosphere and let all the pollution
- 46:49Speaker 2: escape into space. Not sure why we never tried that one,
- 46:52Speaker 2: but apparently we didn't. Second alternative involved building underground cities,
- 46:56Speaker 2: and we obviously did that. There's one at the Denver Airport.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Third alternative was to exploit alien technology that struggles to
- 47:04Speaker 2: stay afloat on Earth to build colonies on the Moon,
- 47:08Speaker 2: which for some reason he calls Adam in this book,
- 47:11Speaker 2: and Mars, which he calls Eve in this book. And
- 47:14Speaker 2: we did that too. Bill Cooper says he has the pictures,
- 47:16Speaker 2: but that was going to take a while to put
- 47:18Speaker 2: into action. Remember this is late nineteen fifties when this
- 47:21Speaker 2: is all happening. So the elites enacted all those population
- 47:25Speaker 2: control measures to kill people and stop them from having babies,
- 47:30Speaker 2: and seems like that didn't work because global population increased
- 47:34Speaker 2: by about three billion between when that decision was made
- 47:38Speaker 2: and when this book was published. It's my own contribution.
- 47:42Speaker 2: Bill Cooper doesn't bring it up anyway. To finance all this,
- 47:45Speaker 2: the CIA and George hw Bush teamed up to start
- 47:48Speaker 2: selling drugs. Not the fund the contras, mind you, but
- 47:51Speaker 2: the fun population control efforts on behalf of the Builderberg group.
- 47:55Speaker 2: He does mention that at some point JFK learned about
- 47:59Speaker 2: all this and demand did the CIA stop selling drugs
- 48:02Speaker 2: and working with aliens, and that he was going to
- 48:04Speaker 2: tell people about the existence of the aliens. So that's
- 48:07Speaker 2: when the CIA had to kill Kennedy with a shellfish
- 48:11Speaker 2: tocsin pellet gun. Watch the driver and not Kennedy when
- 48:15Speaker 2: you view the film. He says that in all caps
- 48:18Speaker 2: in the book twice. He then delivers this line with
- 48:21Speaker 2: all of the certainty and confidence in the entire world.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Here goes all of.
- 48:26Speaker 2: The witnesses who were close enough to the car to
- 48:28Speaker 2: see William Grier shoot Kennedy, where themselves all murdered within
- 48:32Speaker 2: two years of the event.
- 48:34Speaker 1: End quote.
- 48:35Speaker 2: It's like, come on, man, the woman sitting in the
- 48:37Speaker 2: car next to JFK lived until nineteen ninety four, says wife,
- 48:42Speaker 2: you outlived her. She was alive when you wrote this
- 48:44Speaker 2: silly book. He says he spent sixteen years looking for
- 48:48Speaker 2: a version of the Supruder film that actually showed JFK
- 48:51Speaker 2: getting shellfish tocsin gunned by his limo driver, but wasn't
- 48:55Speaker 2: able to until a guy named John Lear, who used
- 48:58Speaker 2: to fly for the CIA, showed up and gave him one.
- 49:01Speaker 2: And he said he got it from another CIA acquaintance,
- 49:04Speaker 2: and man, nothing suspicious about that bill. Also, this is
- 49:09Speaker 2: the point where somehow this chapter that is supposed to
- 49:12Speaker 2: be giving us all the low down about our secret
- 49:15Speaker 2: government overlords, devolves into like five or six pages about
- 49:19Speaker 2: a dispute over who owned the copyright to that version
- 49:23Speaker 2: of the Subpruder film and thus had the right to
- 49:26Speaker 2: sell it at their lectures on the UFO circuit. This
- 49:30Speaker 2: information is vital to understanding why the world works the
- 49:35Speaker 2: way it does. Apparently, my favorite part of this extended
- 49:38Speaker 2: rant section of his secret Government theory is how, despite
- 49:42Speaker 2: this chapter relaying a hypothesis based on his crystal clear
- 49:47Speaker 2: memories of a treasure trove of documents he'd read twenty
- 49:51Speaker 2: years earlier in the Navy, he somehow manages to conveniently
- 49:55Speaker 2: forget things like the name of the producer from Insided. Addition,
- 50:00Speaker 2: who lost their job after trying to get that version
- 50:04Speaker 2: of the Supruder film that Bill Cooper did or did
- 50:07Speaker 2: not own aired on the show.
- 50:09Speaker 1: Nor can he remember the name of.
- 50:10Speaker 2: A newsletter that criticized his use of the video. All
- 50:14Speaker 2: of this would have happened within the last five years
- 50:16Speaker 2: or so prior to him writing that book that, again
- 50:20Speaker 2: is based on memories of documents he claims to have
- 50:22Speaker 2: seen in the seventies. From there, he talks more about
- 50:26Speaker 2: how the moon has bases and plants and seasons and cities,
- 50:30Speaker 2: and people can walk around there with just an oxygen
- 50:33Speaker 2: tank like you can in the ocean. And he says
- 50:35Speaker 2: once again that he has pictures of all of this.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Why he chose not to put those pictures in the
- 50:42Speaker 2: book anyone's guess. But at this point he just starts
- 50:45Speaker 2: piling on details about all the nefarious things the secret
- 50:49Speaker 2: government is doing in the name of selling drugs to
- 50:53Speaker 2: fund their dirty operations. And yeah, man, the CIA sells drugs,
- 50:57Speaker 2: no disputing that. But speaking of drugs, he said as
- 51:00Speaker 2: the CIA was using a combination of prozac and hypnosis
- 51:04Speaker 2: to cause school shootings so as to compel Americans to
- 51:07Speaker 2: give up their guns, which again are the only thing
- 51:10Speaker 2: protecting us from the New World Order. He predicts that
- 51:13Speaker 2: the wave of crime that would happen over the course
- 51:16Speaker 2: of the nineties would force the citizenry to demand that
- 51:21Speaker 2: all guns be confiscated, and that once that happens, the
- 51:24Speaker 2: CIA will round up a bunch of Illuminati slaves, put
- 51:27Speaker 2: them in concentration camps, and then use them for slave
- 51:30Speaker 2: labor to colonize the moon that he says has already
- 51:33Speaker 2: been colonized because he has pictures. And then the rest
- 51:38Speaker 2: of the chapter is just him accusing various people who've
- 51:42Speaker 2: criticized him over the years of being government agents.
- 51:46Speaker 1: Who are part of the plot.
- 51:47Speaker 2: He says that thing where someone came forward and said
- 51:50Speaker 2: they made up the Majestic twelve story was actually a
- 51:53Speaker 2: contingency plan launched by the government in the event someone
- 51:58Speaker 2: like Cooper ever, got too close to the truth about
- 52:01Speaker 2: Majestic twelve, which reminder his version of the truth in
- 52:05Speaker 2: everyone else's version of the truth is exactly the same,
- 52:08Speaker 2: except his is that they found human bodies on the
- 52:11Speaker 2: craft also, and then the real kicker comes right at
- 52:15Speaker 2: the end of the chapter. Please recall again a whole
- 52:18Speaker 2: out of this theory that he presents in this chapter
- 52:21Speaker 2: comes from his recollection of a bunch of documents that
- 52:24Speaker 2: he claims he saw in his commanding officer's office while
- 52:27Speaker 2: he was in the Navy in the early seventies. Well,
- 52:30Speaker 2: at the end of this chapter, he takes a break
- 52:32Speaker 2: from shit talking fellow UFO investigators to praise some who
- 52:36Speaker 2: he views as allies, and one of them is a
- 52:38Speaker 2: journalist named Linda Moulton Howe, who especially impressed him by
- 52:42Speaker 2: confiding that she'd seen the exact same documents he saw
- 52:47Speaker 2: back when he was in the navy. And how did
- 52:49Speaker 2: she see him? She was shown them by Richard Dody,
- 52:52Speaker 2: the guy from the Mirage Men documentary, the guy whose
- 52:56Speaker 2: sole job with the government was to spread fake information
- 53:00Speaker 2: to UFO investigator types to discredit them. So not exactly
- 53:05Speaker 2: the best endorsement for the validity of Bill Cooper's theory.
- 53:09Speaker 1: I guess.
- 53:10Speaker 2: So there's only one more chapter I want to talk
- 53:12Speaker 2: about in Behold a Pale Horse. I know I said
- 53:15Speaker 2: chapter twelve is technically the end of the book in
- 53:17Speaker 2: terms of things Bill Cooper actually wrote, and that is true.
- 53:20Speaker 2: But there's a weird quirk about this book that I've
- 53:23Speaker 2: just barely touched on so far. Earlier, I very briefly
- 53:27Speaker 2: mentioned that the number of chapters in this book varies
- 53:30Speaker 2: depending on what copy you have. Since initially reading it
- 53:34Speaker 2: back in the mid nineties, I'd read some complaints online,
- 53:37Speaker 2: especially in Amazon reviews and things of the like, about
- 53:40Speaker 2: how more recent versions of Behold a Pale Horse are
- 53:43Speaker 2: missing a chapter, and I'd always heard that it was
- 53:46Speaker 2: a chapter about how the military was going to use
- 53:48Speaker 2: drugs to stage school shootings, and no, as I just mentioned,
- 53:52Speaker 2: that's still in the book, and it's not an entire chapter.
- 53:55Speaker 2: And I didn't think much of it until a few
- 53:58Speaker 2: months into the first wave of COVID lockdowns. At the
- 54:02Speaker 2: apartment complex I was living in at the time, people
- 54:05Speaker 2: would do that thing where if you had some shit
- 54:07Speaker 2: you wanted to get rid of that wasn't worth selling,
- 54:09Speaker 2: but not exactly junk, they'd put it in like the
- 54:13Speaker 2: communal laundry room for whoever.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Wanted to take it.
- 54:16Speaker 2: And people did this a whole lot, with books especially,
- 54:18Speaker 2: and so imagine my surprise when I go to do
- 54:21Speaker 2: laundry one day and someone had left a for real
- 54:25Speaker 2: print copy of Behold a Pale Horse for someone to
- 54:29Speaker 2: get red pilled by. When I saw it, my first
- 54:32Speaker 2: thought was that the only responsible thing to do would
- 54:34Speaker 2: be for me to take it, as opposed to letting
- 54:36Speaker 2: some impressionable young buck have at it during COVID. But
- 54:40Speaker 2: then my second thought was, oh, I wonder if that's
- 54:42Speaker 2: the real one, with all the chapters, the.
- 54:44Speaker 1: One that wasn't watered down by the man.
- 54:47Speaker 2: So when I got home, I bought a kindle copy
- 54:50Speaker 2: of Behold a Pale Horse and compared the table of contents,
- 54:53Speaker 2: and sure enough, mine had an extra chapter. And I
- 54:56Speaker 2: started comparing the two table contents, and that's when I noticed.
- 55:00Speaker 1: So what that missing chapter is.
- 55:02Speaker 2: It's an entire, word for word reprinting of the Protocols
- 55:06Speaker 2: of the Elders of Zion. Ew if you're unfamiliar, that
- 55:10Speaker 2: is one of the most notoriously anti semitic texts of
- 55:14Speaker 2: all time. It's all about how Jews control the entire
- 55:17Speaker 2: world and are behind all of the bad things that
- 55:20Speaker 2: happen all the time.
- 55:22Speaker 1: Always.
- 55:22Speaker 2: It's often mentioned that auto manufacturing legend Henry Ford was
- 55:27Speaker 2: an early proponent of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
- 55:31Speaker 2: What's mentioned less is that a few short years after
- 55:33Speaker 2: he embraced those teachings, he backed away from that opinion
- 55:37Speaker 2: and apologized vehemently. Even Joseph Gerbels, one of the Nazist
- 55:42Speaker 2: of all Nazis, rejected the Protocols of the Elders of
- 55:46Speaker 2: Zion as a worthless forgery. But Bill Cooper says the
- 55:51Speaker 2: text was just written that way to deceive you. It's
- 55:54Speaker 2: not anti semitic. When you read it, you just have
- 55:57Speaker 2: to replace the word Jews with a loomine and then
- 56:01Speaker 2: it all makes sense.
- 56:02Speaker 1: And here's the thing.
- 56:03Speaker 2: No, No Protocols of the Elders of Zion is some
- 56:06Speaker 2: anti Semitic fiction nonsense, and including it in this book
- 56:11Speaker 2: was stupid and highly suspicious, just like the book itself.
- 56:16Speaker 2: And you know what, I think that brings us to
- 56:18Speaker 2: the end of our exploration into the depths of Behold
- 56:22Speaker 2: a Pale Horse. If you've read it and you disagree
- 56:25Speaker 2: with my assessment of the book, by all means, tweet
- 56:28Speaker 2: at me at Adam Todd Brown, or sound off in
- 56:31Speaker 2: the comments on Patreon or something. I'll tell you right
- 56:34Speaker 2: now that I probably disagree with you, and I most
- 56:37Speaker 2: likely won't even respond, but hey, sound off anyway. On
- 56:40Speaker 2: our next free episode, we're diving into the complicated and
- 56:45Speaker 2: tragic story of journalist Gary Webb, who, in a I
- 56:49Speaker 2: would argue more credible manner, first told the world about
- 56:53Speaker 2: actual connections between the CIA and cocaine trafficking and got
- 56:58Speaker 2: annihilate by his fellow mainstream media types for it. So
- 57:05Speaker 2: be on the lookout for that. Until then, I don't
- 57:08Speaker 2: have anything to plug. If you want to hear that
- 57:10Speaker 2: bonus episode that I keep mentioning. Subscribe on Patreon or supercast,
- 57:16Speaker 2: or write in your Spotify app, and you know, I
- 57:20Speaker 2: think that's it. Let's get out of here. Adam say goodbye,
- 57:23Speaker 2: goodbye everybody, We love you.
