- 0:04Testecleese: The.
- 0:07Testecleese: And now's the time when things are shifting.
- 0:10Testecleese: We're going to be a new world order out there unbelievable last summer who are fake news.
- 0:20Testecleese: I am not suicidal.
- 0:24Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly I can circle back. I'll circle back with you.
- 0:29Testecleese: Do not come, do not come.
- 0:34Testecleese: I'm gonna come
- 0:36Testecleese: hello and welcome to episode 282 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:42Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:43Testecleese: And we're just 2 guys drinking some beers talking about what's going on.
- 0:46Testecleese: You know, it's funny. Listen to that Intro music again that I still haven't updated. I got good laugh because I'm pretty sure I saw every single name of anyone who had an audio clip. I saw the news in the name of the news this week.
- 1:00Brian McFadden: Jen Psaki just took over some of Rachel Maddow's stuff right.
- 1:05Testecleese: And like they change up the schedule at Msnbc.
- 1:09Testecleese: I just saw Jesse Smollett in the news again. I don't remember why, but I remember laughing because it was stupid.
- 1:15Testecleese: Obviously, trump Biden. I I just thought it was funny all those.
- 1:19Brian McFadden: Well, Biden came out of hiding this week, you know.
- 1:22Testecleese: Exactly. Everybody has everyone popped up in the news this week that's in that tire intro.
- 1:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:29Testecleese: Oh, all right.
- 1:31Testecleese: Let's let's get right into our follow up here. Dude
- 1:35Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 1:37Testecleese: Might actually be a serial killer on the loose in New England.
- 1:40Brian McFadden: You heard it here first.st
- 1:43Testecleese: Yeah, we've been following this in. 6 bodies were covered right.
- 1:47Brian McFadden: Yeah, that was up to 10, I think.
- 1:50Testecleese: Yeah, it went up to 8. Now it's up to 10 bodies been found in.
- 1:54Brian McFadden: Now it's popping up in my newsfeed now since we started talking about it.
- 1:59Testecleese: Yes, you're like Oh, my God! There it is again!
- 2:01Testecleese: But yeah, they're finding them. They say New England, it's not the entire area. It's like
- 2:06Testecleese: parts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut. Basically. Anyway, within an hour drive where I used to live in Massachusetts.
- 2:13Brian McFadden: No problem.
- 2:15Testecleese: So I was like, Oh, geez! Got out of bear just in time.
- 2:17Brian McFadden: Yes, you did.
- 2:19Testecleese: I keep saying that about Massachusetts, though, don't I.
- 2:21Brian McFadden: You do. I told you that before you moved there.
- 2:24Testecleese: I know that's a mistake, and you're gonna regret that.
- 2:29Brian McFadden: You had to do what you had to do, though you know it's all about family.
- 2:33Testecleese: Exactly. That's what matters more than anything. And he moved out of mass, too.
- 2:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 2:37Testecleese: So
- 2:38Testecleese: okay, let's we brought up David Hogg. We've been following this story. I don't know how much everyone is following the David Hogg thing, but there's plenty out there if you pay attention to it.
- 2:48Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 2:49Testecleese: The Dnc. Is about to review the election
- 2:53Testecleese: based on racism and discrimination in the the election that he got to be vice chair. They're saying that he stole the election from women of color.
- 3:02Brian McFadden: Oh, Lord! Whatever.
- 3:04Testecleese: I love watching this.
- 3:05Brian McFadden: Just click on the link.
- 3:08Brian McFadden: He's asking for the Id.
- 3:12Testecleese: What?
- 3:12Brian McFadden: I sent him the exact same link I sent you, and he's asking for.
- 3:20Brian McFadden: Let me try.
- 3:21Testecleese: How to get in basically.
- 3:22Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:25Testecleese: Well, Guapo's back.
- 3:28Testecleese: Oh, you can't hear us, I don't think. And
- 3:31Testecleese: all right. Well, so yeah, I'm curious to see where this David Hogg thing goes. We've been paying a lot of attention to him. And then, like he's saying how he's gonna put all this money into a primary against other Democrats.
- 3:43Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:45Testecleese: Like. It's all parties like. No, you can't. No, you're supposed to be neutral when it comes to the primary process here. That's not how this works. I'm like I love it.
- 3:52Testecleese: and it looks like it's gonna be a mess, because you got the oldies like Carville.
- 4:00Testecleese: And like Pelosi telling them, no. But then you have this young, this new young group popping up, trying to stir shit up. Basically, you know.
- 4:10Testecleese: Well, we we all know the Democrats right now need some kind of overhaul
- 4:15Testecleese: that something has to change. I mean, right now, Aoc and Bernie Sanders are the front runners, for, like their entire party, and they're not going to win a national election.
- 4:26Testecleese: Who? The Democrats going to run for? President.
- 4:32Brian McFadden: Don't worry.
- 4:33Testecleese: They're not going to not run anybody. But yeah, exactly. There, some throwaway, like Aoc or something, so they can just call us racist and sexist again, you know.
- 4:45Testecleese: So the trump administration got together with the family of Ashley Babbitt. She was the only person who actually died in January 6, th
- 4:52Testecleese: with the riots at the Capitol.
- 4:56Testecleese: He got together with them, and finally came to a settlement
- 5:00Testecleese: for a wrongful death, because the Biden Administration just basically ignored it the whole time.
- 5:06Testecleese: I mean, it did happen under Trump's admin. But
- 5:11Testecleese: for how long was still his administration? After that couple hours.
- 5:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:17Testecleese: So I mean, there's nothing he could have done about it.
- 5:20Testecleese: And once again I'm gonna toot my horn because I saw this collapse
- 5:27Testecleese: or correction, perhaps, if you want to call it coming up with
- 5:34Testecleese: the market. Now you know what I don't even want to play the
- 5:37Testecleese: there's a there's 5 warning signs. The market is headed for a correction. There's a video that I don't care to play.
- 5:44Testecleese: I swear to God I just clicked to accept him in.
- 5:47Testecleese: Oh, no, there he is! Oh, El Matadoro has finally arrived.
- 5:51Zoom user: The one and only brother.
- 5:52El Guapo: Okay.
- 5:54Zoom user: How you doing.
- 5:55Brian McFadden: He's been talking about the show for years.
- 5:59Zoom user: It's a real American beer right here. Bro.
- 6:00Brian McFadden: He. He's celebrating Cinco de Mayo.
- 6:03Zoom user: Right.
- 6:03Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 6:07Testecleese: Hey, hey! What do you think about living right in the middle of where this serial killer is popping up.
- 6:12Zoom user: Amen.
- 6:13Zoom user: I mean, I'm not curious. Every the only white people go chasing serial killers, so I think I'll be fine.
- 6:19Testecleese: No man. Only white people are serial killers think it's like kill minorities.
- 6:24Zoom user: You're right, man. We we we try to stay out of that, you know. So.
- 6:29Testecleese: I know. I'm just saying, man.
- 6:30Zoom user: Where's really at.
- 6:32Brian McFadden: He's right there.
- 6:33El Guapo: Yep.
- 6:34Zoom user: El Guapo, nice man.
- 6:36El Guapo: Thanks, thanks.
- 6:37Zoom user: I'm what they call latino premium. All right.
- 6:40Zoom user: The Puerto Rican.
- 6:42El Guapo: Now it's Puerto Ricans, man. We don't.
- 6:44Zoom user: You know, we don't need the green card. Brother. Yeah.
- 6:47Testecleese: Yeah, okay.
- 6:48Brian McFadden: Oh, my God! Dude! Oh, my God! He's not wrong!
- 6:54Testecleese: That's right. We got. We got a whole section dedicated to immigration tonight, too. So this will be. This will be fun. Can't wait to be like fuck, you bitch. I'm already here.
- 7:04Zoom user: Game, right.
- 7:05Testecleese: I'm I'm a citizen.
- 7:07Zoom user: Yeah. Right. Shit. Man.
- 7:10Testecleese: So how's the cannabis market treating you guys up there, is it? Still, just as Bowman.
- 7:15Zoom user: No, it's doing pretty good, man.
- 7:17Zoom user: doing pretty good. I'm still at the the same spot, you know.
- 7:20Brian McFadden: Still enjoying his military, his
- 7:22Zoom user: Damn right.
- 7:23Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 7:23Zoom user: Doing it right here, brother.
- 7:24Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha!
- 7:25Testecleese: Oh, I love that employee! Discount! That was an insane discount.
- 7:28Brian McFadden: Dude.
- 7:30Testecleese: And then sometimes it'd be like, Hey, they'd be like, Hey, this stuff's gonna get to the like. Sell by date. So we'll sell it to you for a buck, I was like, yes, I will.
- 7:38Zoom user: Yeah, but it's expiring like in a day. So you could buy like 200 free rolls for like a dollar.
- 7:42Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. He's like, I'll take them all.
- 7:45Zoom user: And they all taste like shit after.
- 7:47Brian McFadden: Of course they do. What do you expect for a dollar.
- 7:51Zoom user: I agree.
- 7:52Brian McFadden: What did you.
- 7:53Testecleese: That's when you grind it up. You put it in your.
- 7:56Zoom user: Drive like 20 min.
- 7:57Brian McFadden: Yeah, there you go, that's all.
- 7:59Zoom user: Yeah, I'm actually at a I'm at a friend's house. I wanted to come onto your show, you know.
- 8:04Zoom user: but I won't be able to stay long. But I'm definitely gonna be interested in in joining you guys more often.
- 8:09Testecleese: Okay, cool.
- 8:10Testecleese: Yeah, man, come on all the time. I'd love to hear the point of view, especially as living in Massachusetts, I'd love to hear what you think about some of these policies they keep passing. We still have a weekly thing we do about at least something that's happened in Massachusetts that seems stupid.
- 8:23Brian McFadden: Seems like it. Yeah, it's not intentional, but Massachusetts keeps popping up in our news feed.
- 8:28Zoom user: Yeah, I listen to you guys every every week. Man.
- 8:31Brian McFadden: Sweet.
- 8:32Zoom user: I'm I'm telling you my favorite one of my favorite pocket. Don't worry. I'll send you. I'll send you $5 later. I got you guys.
- 8:37Testecleese: No, no.
- 8:39Zoom user: I owe you more than that. That's what they know.
- 8:41Testecleese: Tomorrow.
- 8:41Brian McFadden: Promise to pay for a year's worth of storage.
- 8:44Testecleese: Hey!
- 8:44Brian McFadden: He's back.
- 8:45Brian McFadden: You guys are there you go.
- 8:46Zoom user: You guys deserve every penny.
- 8:47Zoom user: You guys can make some more of this because you guys tell the truth.
- 8:51Zoom user: And and you're fucking Hella, entertaining man.
- 8:55Brian McFadden: That's what that's what I think it boils down to is we're just.
- 8:58Zoom user: I love it.
- 8:59Brian McFadden: Because we get shit, fade.
- 9:01Testecleese: Sure.
- 9:01Zoom user: Yeah, and you and I, every time I get in. My mother's a super anti-trump.
- 9:09Zoom user: You know, and every time she gets in the car the 1st thing podcast I put on
- 9:18Zoom user: are you kidding me.
- 9:19Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:21Zoom user: I lie to them I'd be like.
- 9:22Brian McFadden: It.
- 9:23Testecleese: There's a Liberal there. She doesn't believe it. The.
- 9:27Brian McFadden: Liberals, not that Liberal anymore.
- 9:30Zoom user: I'm like they got what Democrat Republican they got everybody she's like. No, they're all.
- 9:34Zoom user: They are Republicans.
- 9:35Brian McFadden: There we go. Jeffrey's gonna rebuttal that.
- 9:40Zoom user: No, that's definitely I don't care.
- 9:41Testecleese: Anyone. Anyone who's not in this tight knit. No. Anyone who's not in this tight knit group of far left basically is considered right wing like they'll put anarchists and fascists in the same category. And it's like they're they're
- 9:54Testecleese: antithetical to each other.
- 9:56Zoom user: Yeah.
- 9:57Testecleese: You know what I mean, and just like I'm a libertarian in general. Typically, you can do whatever the fuck you want as long as you're not hurting other people. That's the way I see the world.
- 10:05Zoom user: Yeah.
- 10:06Testecleese: But the problem is, the Overton windows moved so far left that anyone people who had the same opinion 20 years ago would have voted for Bill Clinton, or 30 years ago, would have voted Bill Clinton.
- 10:14Zoom user: Sure.
- 10:15Testecleese: But now they're voting for Trump.
- 10:17Zoom user: Honestly at the end of the day. It's it's what they say is the same coin that
- 10:23Zoom user: doubles different sides, same same.
- 10:27Testecleese: Same coin. Yeah.
- 10:28Zoom user: Yeah, or like bush was like Bush was saying.
- 10:31Testecleese: Fool me once! Shame on me!
- 10:33Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 10:36El Guapo: Again.
- 10:38Testecleese: Shame on just a second.
- 10:41Testecleese: Can't be fooled twice.
- 10:44Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 10:44Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 10:45Zoom user: I need to get ahead. So next time I'll join you guys properly, I'm gonna have a nice headset like you guys. And
- 10:51Testecleese: You know, I want to do this more often, man, because I like, I like listening to you guys stuff.
- 10:56Zoom user: I got. I got myself a nice microphone, too.
- 10:59Zoom user: Oh, nice dude.
- 11:00Brian McFadden: Yeah, well, I mean.
- 11:01Testecleese: Oh!
- 11:02Brian McFadden: It we? It took Ray just till the last year to finally get a headset. So
- 11:06Brian McFadden: I mean, that's good, hey, dude! He's been slumming for most.
- 11:10El Guapo: Yeah.
- 11:10Brian McFadden: Oh, just but all that nice stuff, though he doesn't even know how to do the intro. Still, though
- 11:17Brian McFadden: I've been trying to get that out. That thing updated since Trump became President.
- 11:21Testecleese: I know.
- 11:22Brian McFadden: But his life got in the way he's had a whole bunch of shit happening this year.
- 11:27Testecleese: Yeah. The wife just had her kidney removed, for can.
- 11:30Brian McFadden: Oh, man!
- 11:31Testecleese: Yeah, so.
- 11:31Zoom user: Doing okay.
- 11:32Testecleese: That's she's doing great. They got it all out, they say, and then I just had it.
- 11:35Brian McFadden: 3, 4.
- 11:36Testecleese: My yard and light my yard on fire.
- 11:39Zoom user: Holy Shit.
- 11:40Brian McFadden: Call the Fire Department.
- 11:41Testecleese: I did, and well, that's in local and not just local, but it attaches to the intro. So I got a transition coming ready for that.
- 11:49Brian McFadden: Alright, go, go.
- 11:51Zoom user: Who has to pay for that removal. You gotta pay that shit for that shit.
- 11:55Testecleese: Well, the tree itself.
- 11:56Brian McFadden: They burned to the ground.
- 11:58Zoom user: I'm cutting it with my chainsaw, making firewood.
- 12:02Zoom user: Honestly. There you go.
- 12:03Brian McFadden: You heat partially by wood, right?
- 12:06Testecleese: That's that's a wood stove. I could eat my house with.
- 12:08Zoom user: Oh, shit alright!
- 12:09Brian McFadden: Need the basement with it. I don't know about the whole house.
- 12:12Zoom user: Hey!
- 12:12Testecleese: The piping goes through the house.
- 12:14Testecleese: Okay, and I fireplace upstairs.
- 12:16Zoom user: I love your house, brother. Good job over there. Man.
- 12:19Testecleese: But anyway, back on topic here.
- 12:21Zoom user: Alright man, but I'll catch you guys next time I'm gonna keep on listening.
- 12:24Testecleese: Oh, you're already out.
- 12:25Testecleese: Thank you, man. I'm at my friend's house, and we're we're watching a Ufc. You know.
- 12:30Testecleese: Well, I used to watch those all the time. Then record the show.
- 12:33Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:34Zoom user: My man being a white brother, you know, so.
- 12:37Testecleese: Enjoy the flight.
- 12:38El Guapo: Hey? Hey? I'll catch you guys next time. Alright!
- 12:40Testecleese: All right. Later.
- 12:41Zoom user: Take care, and wabow.
- 12:44El Guapo: Pizza.
- 12:45Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 12:46El Guapo: No mamas.
- 12:48Testecleese: Oh, all right.
- 12:50Testecleese: Oh, I'm glad he managed to swing by, at least for a minute.
- 12:52Testecleese: That's pretty cool. We've been talking shit mad shit about them for years.
- 12:56Brian McFadden: I know, and if you listen to the whole time, that's even better, isn't it?
- 12:58Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 13:00Testecleese: I wish you had a douchebag button like Adam Curry.
- 13:03Brian McFadden: I'm sure we could find one.
- 13:05Testecleese: Yeah, I'm sure I would just take theirs.
- 13:07Brian McFadden: I was actually.
- 13:08Testecleese: I was actually gonna say to him, like time, treasure and talent is how we build a show.
- 13:13Testecleese: All right. So let's make fun of the New York Times.
- 13:17Testecleese: They they published an article after a study to say that Christians
- 13:23Testecleese: wear a lot of cross necklaces.
- 13:26Brian McFadden: Right.
- 13:29Testecleese: Yes, they've been doing this for over a thousand years.
- 13:35Testecleese: The shit all right. You guys ever watch Oak Island.
- 13:39Brian McFadden: No.
- 13:41Testecleese: I don't either. The wife is a big fan. They're up in Canada looking for some treasurer.
- 13:45Brian McFadden: They're bigfoot, aren't they?
- 13:47Testecleese: No, they're looking for a treasure supposedly left by the Templar Knights or something.
- 13:52Testecleese: but they're finding like iron crosses when they dig, and they're like, Oh, yeah, this is like, from like 1,500 or something, you know, you go.
- 14:00Testecleese: Obviously, like everyone knows Christians who wear crosses. I just think it's hilarious that
- 14:05Testecleese: the New York Times had to do like a study on it. You know.
- 14:10Testecleese: you guys apparently didn't think that as funny as I did. I laughed my ass off to actually read this article
- 14:16Testecleese: big deal at the airport in Chicago, O'hare. They had a passenger pass through with measles.
- 14:24El Guapo: Oh!
- 14:24Brian McFadden: That's not good.
- 14:25Testecleese: No, it's not good.
- 14:26Brian McFadden: O'hare is a very busy airport that every a lot of people travel through going everywhere so.
- 14:32Testecleese: It's 1 of the biggest on the planet, isn't it?
- 14:34Brian McFadden: It's like a major hub for getting across the country.
- 14:37Brian McFadden: Yep, sure.
- 14:38El Guapo: Yeah.
- 14:39Testecleese: But they still do. The Mmr. Shot right mumps, measles, and rubella.
- 14:47El Guapo: I don't know.
- 14:48Brian McFadden: Yeah, I think, so, yeah, definitely.
- 14:50Testecleese: I got an Mmr. Shot when I was a kid. I'm pretty sure my kid got kids got Mmr. Shots. How is measles becoming so popular.
- 14:58El Guapo: Oh, there's a immigration! I'm better so.
- 15:01Brian McFadden: Making a comeback.
- 15:03El Guapo: Yep, making a comeback, I guess so.
- 15:07Brian McFadden: To cover anything else as a follow up.
- 15:10El Guapo: When I came into the States you had to verify all my shots. What shots I'm missing.
- 15:15Testecleese: Yeah.
- 15:15Brian McFadden: Well, you joined the navy, too, so.
- 15:17El Guapo: No, no, this is as a kid like when it came into the States.
- 15:20El Guapo: They're like, I carry my thing with shots so like what shots I got like, okay, he got this shot that shot. Oh, okay, he need this one.
- 15:29El Guapo: That's it.
- 15:30Testecleese: Did you guys hear about this major power outage in
- 15:33El Guapo: The Spain.
- 15:34Testecleese: You.
- 15:35Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 15:37El Guapo: In Portugal. Yeah.
- 15:40Testecleese: Yeah, I've been reading.
- 15:41Brian McFadden: I've heard more about it on the no agenda show, and they're saying that Spain is like
- 15:49Brian McFadden: 90% reliant on green energy, and they get.
- 15:53Testecleese: Yeah 100%.
- 15:55Brian McFadden: And and yeah, they claim to be 100%. But they get a huge chunk of their
- 16:00Brian McFadden: reliable energy from France when the green energy doesn't work, and the pipeline from France shut down unexpectedly. So they were.
- 16:09Testecleese: Yes, and they're saying it was probably something that happened that made the reactor shut down as like a safety feature.
- 16:15El Guapo: Hmm.
- 16:16Testecleese: And they still haven't figured out what set it up yet. Now there's been a lot of theories out there. I've heard some crazy theories everything from
- 16:23Testecleese: obviously a cyber attack to space weather and the magnetosphere of the earth which found interesting. Because I it's funny. This is the 1st time I've listened to the no agenda show in years, and it was this newest episode.
- 16:35Brian McFadden: Okay. Good.
- 16:36Testecleese: Oh, I was out in the yard all day with a chainsaw, and I had my headphones on that. Do, Bluetooth?
- 16:41Testecleese: Am I hearing.
- 16:42Brian McFadden: Yeah, sure.
- 16:42Testecleese: So I was like, I'm out of stuff to listen to. I was like, all right. No agenda show off.
- 16:45Testecleese: There you go.
- 16:47Brian McFadden: They're good for a couple of hours.
- 16:50Testecleese: The the funny thing is, they mocked the theory I like about the space weather, but they didn't. They were just talking about atmospheric vibrations, and like laughed at it.
- 16:59Testecleese: The theory behind it is the sun shot something out of it, like some kind of mass. Corona.
- 17:05Brian McFadden: Flare.
- 17:07El Guapo: Yeah.
- 17:07Testecleese: Similar. Yes,
- 17:10Testecleese: And the Earth's magnetosphere didn't stop it, and it overpowered
- 17:16Testecleese: the Hertz basically like the energy in the power lines which would try shit. I thought it was interesting, because
- 17:22Testecleese: the sciences I've been reading up on lately concerning the Poles flipping predict exactly this would happen so.
- 17:32El Guapo: Oh!
- 17:32Testecleese: If that's what's happening or not, or it could be. Some guy got came to work drunk and pushed the wrong button, too. Right?
- 17:37El Guapo: It could be. It's too much demand, not enough supply tip was that.
- 17:43Testecleese: That was. That's 1 of the big ones going around is that Spain is just not putting out like it was. It wasn't windy, and it was cloudy, so they had no energy.
- 17:50Brian McFadden: Coming in on their own.
- 17:52El Guapo: Yeah, there we go, weather, fucking. Event.
- 17:55Brian McFadden: Why you keep.
- 17:56El Guapo: No weather.
- 17:56Brian McFadden: On solar power and wind power for all your generation. You know.
- 18:02El Guapo: Hmm.
- 18:03Testecleese: No, but it is great for charging batteries.
- 18:06El Guapo: Oh!
- 18:07Brian McFadden: I don't know. It's patriot, something. I keep seeing the commercials they have this big.
- 18:11Brian McFadden: It's all over Facebook.
- 18:13Testecleese: Oh, yeah, they got the big honking cube battery, and it's got solar panels. And
- 18:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 18:18Testecleese: Hey? It's nice to have a giant battery should shit hit the fan right.
- 18:22Brian McFadden: No.
- 18:24Testecleese: All right. So another power outage happened. There was this crazy storm that came out of nowhere that hit the northeast and midwest like the Ohio Valley area.
- 18:35Testecleese: Took a tree out in my yard.
- 18:38Testecleese: took out my power lines, caused the giant Charlie fire. My entire front yard was on fire. I had a tree on fire. The shrub on the side of my driveway is on fire, my neighbor's yard. I say, neighbor's yard, the guy who lived closest to me. His yard was on fire because the power line touched that, too.
- 18:55Testecleese: I'm still cutting this tree up to get it out of the way which
- 18:59Testecleese: we're talking about taking the biggest piece of the tree and making a bench of it and leaving it in the yard to wait for the school bus.
- 19:06Brian McFadden: Nice, very cool.
- 19:07Testecleese: Yeah, that's very rustic and homey.
- 19:10Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 19:11Testecleese: But there's something like 300,000 people without power. For a while after that it was crazy.
- 19:16Brian McFadden: You got an old home generator there, don't you.
- 19:19Testecleese: Yes, and we shut off almost everything and ran on that we went through about 20% of our tank over 3 days.
- 19:27Brian McFadden: That's not. That's not bad at all.
- 19:29Testecleese: No, but we pay about 800 bucks to fill that tank. So that was.
- 19:33Brian McFadden: Right? Right? I understand that. But I mean, yeah.
- 19:36Testecleese: Yeah. Well, no. It did exactly what it was supposed to do.
- 19:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 19:41Testecleese: All right.
- 19:42Brian McFadden: And it gives you a better idea, you know, if really needed it. How long can you go without refilling the tank? You know, concept.
- 19:51Testecleese: I even said I was like, Okay, next time we're gonna shut this thing off
- 19:55Testecleese: for many hours at a time and turn it on long enough to like, do the refrigerators, the fridges, and the freezer.
- 20:01Brian McFadden: Turn it off at night when you're asleep. You know, baby.
- 20:03Testecleese: Exactly, and just turn it on to like for key key things you need to do.
- 20:10Testecleese: it's good to have a Mini emergency, because that shows you how to get ready for the next one. That might be worse.
- 20:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 20:18Testecleese: Yeah, and I busted up my grill and just cooked outside instead of using the energy from the generator to use my grill on my stove or my oven, you know.
- 20:27Testecleese: Alright.
- 20:28Testecleese: West Virginia has passed a law.
- 20:32Testecleese: They're calling it Lauren's law, and it's going to increase penalties for
- 20:37Testecleese: drug traffickers, basically like Fentanyl and other like deadly substances.
- 20:41Brian McFadden: I don't think that's a requirement. I think the laws are already in place, but nobody's enforcing them.
- 20:48Testecleese: Well, they say it's going to be a heavier penalty on top of. So if you do get prosecuted, it's going to be
- 20:53Testecleese: a longer time in the can, you know.
- 20:57El Guapo: Hmm.
- 20:58Testecleese: You're right, it might not be necessary. Maybe you just need to actually go and crack down.
- 21:01Brian McFadden: Right.
- 21:02Testecleese: I. And I do see a lot of when I do look look up local news, I find a lot of
- 21:08Testecleese: drug crimes.
- 21:10Brian McFadden: Well, it wasn't the
- 21:12Brian McFadden: the opioid crisis like really got its head in West Virginia. Isn't that where it was like.
- 21:20Testecleese: Used to be meth, and now it's Fentanyl and Percocets.
- 21:24Brian McFadden: Before that it was the
- 21:30Brian McFadden: no, and before that well, moonshine, and then oxycodone.
- 21:36Testecleese: Yeah. Oxycodones. Well, yeah. Percocet's a brand name.
- 21:40Testecleese: all right. Also out here. West Virginia. This is woman running for the Charlestown West Virginia City Council.
- 21:50Testecleese: Lauren she she'll of course it's taking forever to load up
- 21:56Testecleese: and jeez, and of course I opened up the wrong article. I opened up the Megan's law.
- 22:01Testecleese: Anyway, she's running for office here in West Virginia and Facebook took down her campaign account.
- 22:09Testecleese: claiming that she was impersonating herself.
- 22:13Testecleese: So she sent them a picture of her driver's license. They said, This isn't good enough to prove that you are who you say you are, and they shut down her campaign page for a city council position.
- 22:26Testecleese: But this is makes me wonder, is this happening in other small areas where.
- 22:30Brian McFadden: Guaranteed.
- 22:31Testecleese: Notice.
- 22:31Brian McFadden: There. There is no real humans behind Facebook, you know, when you got these disputes that come in, you know.
- 22:40Testecleese: I'm just wondering, are they doing this to other people running for office in small small
- 22:43Testecleese: areas, in terms of like even Charlestown? It's like a.
- 22:47Testecleese: It's a big city.
- 22:49Testecleese: But it's like the city council. Yeah, like, that's a position that nobody nobody knows who their city councilmen are. Do they.
- 22:55Brian McFadden: No.
- 22:57Testecleese: I mean, unless you know per.
- 22:58Brian McFadden: I know a couple of them.
- 23:00Testecleese: You probably know him personally, too. Right?
- 23:01Brian McFadden: No! Just by name.
- 23:03Testecleese: Oh, okay, I was that you probably made. I don't know. You probably don't go there and interact with them. But.
- 23:08Brian McFadden: I know. There you go. You're more plugged in than the average.
- 23:11Brian McFadden: Yeah, the whole show is all about politics and even local politics. I, you know, tend to follow more than the the average bear.
- 23:19Testecleese: Yeah. And that's what gets so frustrating as you tell the local something. And like, Yeah, what difference make? It absolutely matters. Charlestown is a very deep red city, but their city council is blue because the Republicans don't vote on local elections.
- 23:33Brian McFadden: No.
- 23:34Testecleese: And that's why they wonder why all this policy gets passed in their home state.
- 23:39Testecleese: especially when they win an overwhelming election. They go ahead and elect a whole bunch of Republican Senators and governors and Congressmen, because it was all in the same ticket, right.
- 23:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 23:48Testecleese: But then they don't vote again for another 4 years.
- 23:50Brian McFadden: Right.
- 23:51Testecleese: That's a problem that's that's 1 of my biggest peeves with the Republicans is
- 23:56Testecleese: Once they have it the way they think they want it. They think that's good enough to leave it.
- 24:00Testecleese: You know what I mean they got, and they got no spines.
- 24:06Testecleese: I mean Trump's doing something, but in general, the Republican party doesn't do much, you know. There's a slowdown Democrats.
- 24:16Brian McFadden: That's the old Republican party.
- 24:18Testecleese: Yeah, until trump showed up alright. One more thing that happened here in West Virginia.
- 24:24Testecleese: a department of transportation truck from West Virginia burst into giant fireball in a crazy picture of her burning.
- 24:31Testecleese: You don't see that happen often.
- 24:34Testecleese: Just thought I'd bring it up because, you know, local news, and it was kind of crazy.
- 24:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:39Testecleese: What's going on in Virginia.
- 24:41Brian McFadden: Well, we have Richmond schools have decided to terminate 5 veteran bus drivers for obstructing operation. Basically, they called out sick
- 24:52Brian McFadden: for after school activities.
- 24:54Brian McFadden: and apparently the school system wasn't paying them overtime when they hauled kids around after school.
- 25:02Testecleese: Well. They called in sick, and then went to go protest in front of like.
- 25:06Brian McFadden: At the school. No, they went well. They went to the School board meeting and protested out front of that.
- 25:11Brian McFadden: They said this wasn't the 1st time they did this, and there were other people there, but these 5 people were singled out.
- 25:18Testecleese: Well, okay.
- 25:19Brian McFadden: One of them had worked for the Richmond school systems for, like 29 years.
- 25:23Testecleese: Oh, that's 1 way to not to pay a pension. Huh?
- 25:27Testecleese: She's I read the headline, I was like, Oh, my God! Like vets that got out of the service, and I read the articles like oh, they meant like long standing.
- 25:34Brian McFadden: Fibers.
- 25:34Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 25:36Testecleese: And they know exactly what you said. They've been doing this for years and years. This sound like a good way to oh, we could fire you. Now we don't have to pay you any kind of retirement benefits, you know.
- 25:44Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:46Testecleese: I mean, I don't necessarily not necessarily saying that's what they did. But if there were others doing this, and only Target picked out 5. That kind of seems like what it might have been.
- 25:55Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 25:57Testecleese: All right.
- 25:59Brian McFadden: Alright he is! He! Back.
- 26:02Testecleese: Oh, that's right. Oh, no! We'll skip this one and come back to it, because he said.
- 26:05Testecleese: say, about this.
- 26:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, you had a he had rant for this.
- 26:08Testecleese: Yes, and I want to hear it, and I bet it's similar to what I would say.
- 26:12Testecleese: But let's skip it on over to the next one there some dude in Virginia beach
- 26:18Testecleese: killed killed the woman, I guess, or at least he's accused, and he's been on the run.
- 26:22Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's but he he was evaded police for overnight, you know. So.
- 26:29Testecleese: All right. He's still at large. From what I understand.
- 26:32Brian McFadden: Let's see here, yeah, he's still large.
- 26:37Testecleese: Yeah, man, you guys never have good news down there, do you.
- 26:41Brian McFadden: We do. We just don't share it.
- 26:44Testecleese: You should share some of the good news. Sometimes you make it sound so depressing down there in Virginia dude.
- 26:49Testecleese: you know. It's funny. I feel funny saying down there in Virginia. Well, I'm in a I'm further north than Virginia out here in West Virginia.
- 26:57Brian McFadden: Right.
- 26:58Testecleese: And just it has like
- 26:59Testecleese: it's an East west thing. But I'm still further north, just like in Boston. I was further north than Toronto. It was kind of weird.
- 27:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:07Testecleese: All right. So what's up with these Ms 13 gang members here?
- 27:13Brian McFadden: Yeah. Apparently they were out in a state prison in in Virginia, on Wise County.
- 27:21Brian McFadden: This is an area of Virginia that takes me 7 h driving to get to.
- 27:27Testecleese: Oh, yeah, it's a long drive.
- 27:30Brian McFadden: Most people don't realize Virginia is that big. But you know.
- 27:34Testecleese: It's enormous.
- 27:36Brian McFadden: And the the officer there was like 5 of them that went to the hospital.
- 27:42Brian McFadden: 3 of them were like they were stabbed. It was. It was obviously a coordinated riot type deal.
- 27:51Testecleese: Planned out in advance. Yeah. Well, just to. If everyone to make a shank for the you know what I mean.
- 27:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:56Testecleese: Cause. If you don't just walk around with a weapon on you all times, you just begging to get in trouble right?
- 28:02Testecleese: Alright. Do you want to? Hold this for Guapo to show up, or do you just want to go ahead and talk about it?
- 28:07Brian McFadden: No, let's hold it.
- 28:08Testecleese: Alright. Well, then, we can give him a hard time. But he had to go wipe his kids, butt, or whatever.
- 28:15Brian McFadden: Normal, and we start an hour later. So the kids be closer to bed. You know.
- 28:22Testecleese: Alright. So Canada's complaining about the migrant crisis. They're having.
- 28:27Brian McFadden: Right well, you know, and it's not just them complaining because we've seen it, you know. You can look at the statistics that sure we shut down the southern border. But now people are just
- 28:39Brian McFadden: figuring out a way to get to Canada and try to come across the northern.
- 28:42Testecleese: Oh, no! This is this is people going into Canada at Niagara Falls requesting asylum.
- 28:50Brian McFadden: They can have them.
- 28:52Testecleese: Well, Canada doesn't want to deal with them either, and these are the folks that are like self-deporting, so they don't get thrown out by the trump Administration.
- 28:59Testecleese: and Canada's like we don't want a whole bunch of gangbangers up here. It's like you're up there telling us we need to let them in and keep them. But you don't want them anywhere near you.
- 29:07Testecleese: More, Nimbyism, right.
- 29:09Brian McFadden: Yep, not in my backyard.
- 29:10Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. It's just oh, it's so frustrating. And
- 29:16Testecleese: do we care enough about Canada's government and politics? Should we at least acknowledge that they just picked a new Prime Minister.
- 29:24Brian McFadden: They didn't pick a new Prime Minister. They.
- 29:26Testecleese: I thought they did.
- 29:26Brian McFadden: The Prime Minister gets to keep his job, even though he lost his seat in the in the Legislature.
- 29:33Testecleese: So what's Kearney doing?
- 29:36Testecleese: I thought Guy replaced Carney.
- 29:39Testecleese: Oh, I thought I thought Carney took the position. I thought Kearney was okay. Kearney was temporarily holding it.
- 29:45Testecleese: I don't know. All sorts of weird stuff happened. I don't know how that government works.
- 29:49Testecleese: I just know that an election just happened that apparently was important.
- 29:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 29:56Testecleese: They they got a strange system. It's it's like the rest of those Uk countries, though you know.
- 30:02Testecleese: Alright, God DA has gone and raided a Colorado Spring club like an underground club.
- 30:11Testecleese: and arrested over a hundred immigrants. And I actually saw another article that I didn't bother sharing.
- 30:16Brian McFadden: And but also there was
- 30:20Brian McFadden: active duty, military people that were providing
- 30:24Brian McFadden: working a part-time job, doing security in that place.
- 30:28Testecleese: That's the same guy.
- 30:30Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:31Testecleese: Oh, oh, yeah, okay. I got that down conflicts, too.
- 30:35Testecleese: under a different. It's a different article with the same thing.
- 30:38Brian McFadden: And and I'm trying to figure out what the hell pink cocaine is.
- 30:42Testecleese: You know, they keep changing the name of this crap so often, I mean, for all we know, it could be some kind of weird mdma.
- 30:48Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:49Testecleese: I mean.
- 30:49Brian McFadden: That that just shows me that I am out of the system.
- 30:54Brian McFadden: I will never be back in that kind of system again. I'll just be old and outdated.
- 31:00Testecleese: You know, you know what cocaine is exotic enough for me. I don't need weird.
- 31:05Brian McFadden: We.
- 31:06Testecleese: Drugs
- 31:08Testecleese: and not that I do a bunch of cocaine. I'm saying, if I'm gonna get down on some crazy drugs, that's where I'll do that.
- 31:14Brian McFadden: You want to go, Pink Man. Pink's the way to go.
- 31:19Brian McFadden: That's the shit.
- 31:22Testecleese: Oh!
- 31:22Brian McFadden: But yeah. And apparently this guy's commanding officer told him that he couldn't take this job, and it'd be a conflict of interest. Don't do it don't do. It
- 31:31Brian McFadden: will get in trouble because of this.
- 31:34Brian McFadden: They've got in charge with distributing, you know. Cocaine.
- 31:38Testecleese: Well, yeah, that's the civilian charge. Right?
- 31:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 31:42Testecleese: Now, how long is he gonna be? Awol?
- 31:46Testecleese: He's going to get nailed so he's going to serve his sentence, his jail time, or whatever he's going to get right. Then the officer turn around and say you were Awol for 5 years when you sat in prison. Let's go have a court martial and put you back in prison.
- 31:59Testecleese: I don't know if people understand. That's how it works. They can do that if they want to.
- 32:03Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 32:04Testecleese: They might say, not worth our time, not worth our effort. Just dishonorable discharge on the spot.
- 32:10Testecleese: But if he's just alright, if you said, he's an officer, or just like a.
- 32:14Brian McFadden: He's enlisted.
- 32:16Testecleese: Alright, they might just kick him out.
- 32:19Testecleese: You know it's weird as it sounds. It's it's not worth the effort. And the money, you know.
- 32:25Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 32:26Testecleese: Excuse me.
- 32:30Testecleese: What's going on in this class action suit crap! I heard with the Supreme Court.
- 32:34Testecleese: I'm sorry. I judge
- 32:36Testecleese: alien enemies act. The Supreme Court said he could use the alien enemies act, and he didn't even need doesn't even need to technically right.
- 32:43Brian McFadden: Yeah, and
- 32:49Testecleese: This judge is that white people sue him.
- 32:51Brian McFadden: This is a yeah. This district judge has come out and said that he he can turn this into a class action suit.
- 32:58Testecleese: But if the Supreme Court said, It's okay to use the Alien Enemies act. The only problem they had was this.
- 33:02Brian McFadden: So.
- 33:02Testecleese: Garcia Guy didn't get an Nis interview before he was deported.
- 33:09Testecleese: I mean, we could literally send a guy to El Salvador right now to do that interview
- 33:14Testecleese: and tell them what's what's going on, and why
- 33:16Testecleese: they keep talking due process like that means he gets a fucking jury trial.
- 33:21Brian McFadden: No, that's not what it means at all.
- 33:23Testecleese: Immigration's a different court altogether.
- 33:27Testecleese: And okay, if we're gonna say that the due process well, then, you get a fucking, speedy trial, you don't get a notice to appear in court in 5 years after you cross the border right.
- 33:36Brian McFadden: And I learned today on the no agenda show, which I'm sure you learned too, or maybe no, it was on the Clay and buck. Show those 2 today that
- 33:45Brian McFadden: that the Department of Homeland Security can actually and
- 33:49Brian McFadden: and ice can issue their own warrants.
- 33:53Brian McFadden: Yes, there are administrative warrants for arrests and deportation.
- 33:58Brian McFadden: you know, and the Federal court system has to
- 34:02Brian McFadden: acknowledge him. And they're not. That's what this one judge is getting charged with.
- 34:08Testecleese: Yeah, and see, that's that's what I meant by immigration is different than criminal
- 34:13Testecleese: court. They're they're not the same animal. They're they're done differently. They have different, I mean, you'll see different judges.
- 34:20Brian McFadden: And you got these judges that don't think that the immigration warrants are worth the paper they're printed on so.
- 34:27Testecleese: You still got it from a Federal judge.
- 34:30Testecleese: You know it just wasn't a a criminal court judge. It was an immigration court judge.
- 34:36Testecleese: and that's exactly the thing. And then, yeah, well,
- 34:41Testecleese: I'm gonna skip that. I'm gonna come back to that in a second. I'm not going to quite skip it. But exactly the one judge who helped that dude out like actually helped him flee.
- 34:50Testecleese: You see, this other judge who was like, I'm gonna shut down my court now until
- 34:56Testecleese: you know, until we stop the President. I'm like you can't do that.
- 34:59Brian McFadden: Right.
- 35:00Testecleese: But you you should just resign your position. You don't get to decide. I'm just not going to enforce the law
- 35:07Testecleese: that that you're and that's the funny thing is, the judge isn't even supposed to enforce the law. They're just supposed to make sure that the case being brought up is done fairly right.
- 35:16Brian McFadden: Right.
- 35:18Testecleese: Alright. Now I shared this one because I wanted to see your reaction.
- 35:23Testecleese: A judge has dismissed charges against the man accused of murder
- 35:30Testecleese: and of being an Ms. 13 gang leader.
- 35:34Testecleese: Why do you think that happened.
- 35:36Brian McFadden: Was it a State judge?
- 35:39Testecleese: It was the Criminal court, so it might have been Federal. It's probably State.
- 35:43Brian McFadden: No district court judge that doesn't surprise me. District court judges are trying to like prove that the judicial system is more powerful
- 35:54Brian McFadden: than the other 2 branches of service.
- 35:57Testecleese: Well, I'll tell you why this happened which I immediately was like. This is why, and then it turns out it was why.
- 36:03Testecleese: by dismissing the criminal charges. This person is not going to have a trial and boom, they're going to be deported instead.
- 36:13Brian McFadden: Hopefully.
- 36:13Testecleese: That's what that's what they've already. They've already started the process of deportation like like, well, we could put them in our prison system, or we could waste our resources and just have a trial and find him guilty and then deport them. Why don't we just deport them and say, fuck it.
- 36:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 36:27Testecleese: And I, I got a feeling we're gonna see a lot more of this
- 36:31Testecleese: as judges realize what's actually going to happen and what's happening here.
- 36:35Testecleese: They'll just dismiss, dismiss the charges they a they get to wash their hands and say, it's not my fault right.
- 36:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 36:43Testecleese: And the Federal Government gets what they want.
- 36:46Testecleese: So like it's it's 1 way of the judge saying it ain't my fault, and not piss anyone off, or at least appear to attempt not piss anyone off.
- 36:55Testecleese: And I saw this.
- 36:59Testecleese: Think it's a Florida bill or no. Maybe it's Federal.
- 37:02Testecleese: Yeah. It's a Federal bill that they're trying to push through. They're not getting a lot of Republican support, but it's it's about how judges often quit or like resign or retire to avoid misconduct investigations that's usually like in terms of like sexual harassment and stuff.
- 37:16Testecleese: The the Dems are trying to push something, saying, I don't care. We're still gonna come after these charts.
- 37:22Brian McFadden: The Dems or the Republicans.
- 37:23Testecleese: The Dems want to do this, that.
- 37:27Brian McFadden: Toronto.
- 37:29Testecleese: Well.
- 37:30Brian McFadden: A lot more of the corrupt judges come from the dem side of the house, and the Republican side of the house.
- 37:35Testecleese: Well, they're definitely pursuing charges. That one judge who retired or resigned his position and then was found to have illegal
- 37:43Testecleese: migrant gang member in his house.
- 37:45Testecleese: He also quit his position. They're still bringing charges against him.
- 37:50Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 37:51Testecleese: But yeah, I don't know exactly what they're trying to do with this. I mean, I know what they're trying to do, but I don't know how they're gonna do it
- 37:56Testecleese: like it's not like you're not allowed to investigate someone after they've quit their job right.
- 38:00Brian McFadden: No.
- 38:02Testecleese: So I don't know what exactly they could do to make it
- 38:05Testecleese: more likely they will be investigated, and, you know, prosecuted.
- 38:11Testecleese: Just Jasmine Crockett. Did you hear her.
- 38:15Brian McFadden: Or.
- 38:16Testecleese: Complaining about.
- 38:17Brian McFadden: Jesus.
- 38:18Testecleese: These.
- 38:18Brian McFadden: Next generation of Aoc right here, you know.
- 38:22Testecleese: Yeah, she said. How is this fair for us to send all these people back to their countries? It's like, what are they gonna do with all these people, especially all these criminals that are getting sent back. It's like, How what are we.
- 38:32Brian McFadden: And then she said, How would you feel if people, countries, other countries started sending all their people to us? It's been happening for quite a while.
- 38:42Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 38:44Brian McFadden: Nobody remembers Cuba.
- 38:46Testecleese: She is so toned up.
- 38:47Brian McFadden: The the prisons, and shipped them all over on a boat on boats.
- 38:52Testecleese: Yeah. Venezuela emptied their prisons and they didn't ship them over. They just said, Get out of our country, don't ever come back. The United States will take you.
- 39:00Testecleese: and then Venezuela won't even take them back if we try to send them back. That's why we'll send them to El Salvador.
- 39:07Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 39:08Testecleese: Yeah. And now the Democrats are trying to bring back the Abrego Garcia.
- 39:13Testecleese: Sure, I thought they were brought bright enough to finally let it go.
- 39:16Brian McFadden: No, they're not that bright.
- 39:19Testecleese: But yeah, they want some kind of transparency vote concerning who votes? What way about
- 39:25Testecleese: bringing them back into the country.
- 39:28Testecleese: which I keep hearing people say trump was ordered to bring it back in the countries.
- 39:31Brian McFadden: He doesn't have that. He doesn't have that ability.
- 39:34Testecleese: Well, he wasn't. In order to bring him back. He was ordered to facilitate the return. That just means, hey? If this dude wants to send him back. We'll send the plane down to pick him up right.
- 39:43Brian McFadden: If it's up to El Salvador, if they want to deport them back to the United States to be deported right back to them.
- 39:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 39:52Brian McFadden: I don't care how how many kids he's got in Maryland being the Maryland man and all. You know.
- 39:59Brian McFadden: there's all kinds of shit that's come out, you know, where.
- 40:02Testecleese: And stuff.
- 40:02Brian McFadden: He was, you know, his wife put in for a protective order on him.
- 40:09Brian McFadden: and he's also got that video circulating about. Well, that. And he also got a video circulating where he got pulled over in Tennessee with some weird configuration. His car, so more people could fit in it. Nobody.
- 40:24Testecleese: Yeah.
- 40:24Brian McFadden: Driver's licenses, or Sue.
- 40:26Testecleese: You were trafficking.
- 40:28Brian McFadden: You know.
- 40:29Brian McFadden: Yeah. And it's like, dude. You guys picked up the wrong hill to die on. You know you did.
- 40:33Testecleese: And now but I've seen in the news they they're getting pissed at this 2 year old
- 40:38Testecleese: and 7 year old that got deported, and there.
- 40:40Brian McFadden: They didn't get deported.
- 40:42Testecleese: Exactly. They did not get to board him.
- 40:43Brian McFadden: They left it up to the parents to decide, and the parents decide to take their kids with them.
- 40:48Testecleese: Well, they only let the mother choose. They did not give the father a say, because apparently the father begged to keep the kids.
- 40:53Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 40:54Testecleese: So, but.
- 40:56Brian McFadden: That'd be the mother's right to choose. Huh?
- 40:59Testecleese: Apparently. But here's the thing is.
- 41:02Testecleese: don't you remember them a little while ago, complaining about family family separation, and you deporting someone and leaving their kids behind in the States. How, how can you argue both sides of this? Are we just supposed to let you stay here.
- 41:11Brian McFadden: Because they just make it up as they go.
- 41:14Testecleese: Like this is this is literally what trump, not trump. Obama was trying to stop was Anchor baby. So exactly this couldn't happen right.
- 41:20Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 41:21Testecleese: And that's the thing is, these folks have the memory of a goldfish.
- 41:25Brian McFadden: They do?
- 41:26Testecleese: And I mean, did they pay attention the 1st time around just forgot it? Or were they not paying attention until trump showed up.
- 41:32Brian McFadden: They're I mean, there's that attention of a goldfish, you know. They will forget it, you know.
- 41:40Brian McFadden: 5 min from now.
- 41:41Testecleese: Yeah, they'll argue. Well, they'll say one thing, then say the exact opposite. 20 min later, it's like, Well, which one do you want?
- 41:48Testecleese: And now it's just like it's the choice of the mother. So it's like she chose to take her kids with her. You know.
- 41:56Testecleese: Did you see all the pictures of all the people arrested illegals that were arrested, put on the White House lawn.
- 42:01Brian McFadden: No.
- 42:03Testecleese: Oh, it's hilarious! There's hundreds of them.
- 42:05Testecleese: and new tons of news organizations went there, and they they're blurring out the faces
- 42:10Testecleese: and like, well, we don't know if any of this stuff's legit like, well, how about you? Go spend a couple of minutes, and actually, Google, because their names and everything are listed right there.
- 42:19Testecleese: They're like, why don't you go look this up before you just blur it out and make it look like it's evil, you know.
- 42:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 42:26Testecleese: Alright! What's going on in the world, Brian?
- 42:28Brian McFadden: Well, the Mexico's president says she declined Trump's offer for a Us. Military crackdown on cartels.
- 42:38Testecleese: Yeah. Hmm!
- 42:40Testecleese: We were talking about how these Mexican politicians kept dying.
- 42:45Testecleese: and seems like they were killed by the cartels. And this is the one who said, No, no, no.
- 42:49Brian McFadden: Because she doesn't want to die.
- 42:51Testecleese: Yeah, she said, our country is not for sale.
- 42:53Brian McFadden: Oh, really, it's already been sold.
- 42:56Testecleese: Yeah, it's it's dumped in some.
- 42:59Testecleese: You could get it back by stopping the cartels.
- 43:04Testecleese: I don't know why you wouldn't. And what are we asking Mexico
- 43:08Testecleese: for to do this like we're not saying, Give us.
- 43:10Brian McFadden: No, it's not like Ukraine, where we're asking for their precious metals.
- 43:15Testecleese: Yeah, ex exactly. Ukraine were actually like, Hey, give us something for this right?
- 43:19Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 43:20Brian McFadden: we wasted billions of dollars on this shit, and we see the future. You know, if if we've got a interest in Ukraine, we will defend you longer, you know.
- 43:33Testecleese: Exactly. If we have something there to protect, maybe we'll be involved in a little bit of help. Little more help?
- 43:38Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. But speaking of United States military dude.
- 43:44Brian McFadden: Go, navy.
- 43:46Testecleese: Now I will say at least, it was during an unexpected high speed turn. Yeah. And you know what that can do to a ship right like a high speed, turn!
- 43:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 43:56Testecleese: But was it an 18? An fa. 18
- 44:00Testecleese: that we dropped in the ocean.
- 44:03Brian McFadden: 6, and the tractor the tractor that was towing it. 60 million dollars, fighter, fighter! Jet, yep.
- 44:11Testecleese: Luckily everyone got out of the way, but like they lost control, and it went right out the hangar bay.
- 44:16Brian McFadden: Yep, and into the water.
- 44:18Testecleese: Oh, my God! Dude!
- 44:23Brian McFadden: And you don't just replace a 60 million dollars fighter jet anytime soon.
- 44:29Testecleese: We probably. I'm sure we have more parked somewhere, but
- 44:33Testecleese: you take it out of the storage away.
- 44:34Brian McFadden: Well, this ship's on deployment. So it's not like
- 44:37Brian McFadden: they're getting a new fighter. Jet. So there's a pilot that has no plane to fly anymore.
- 44:43Testecleese: Yeah. Oh, his job's gonna suck, and you know it.
- 44:46Testecleese: These could be filing paperwork for everyone.
- 44:49Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 44:51Testecleese: Because there's no way they're like, well, they're not gonna say like, do nothing. They're they're gonna find something for this guy.
- 44:55Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's getting paid, you know, definitely.
- 44:58Testecleese: Oh, man! But yeah, I was just like, Oh, my God, we just.
- 45:03Brian McFadden: Be the substitute pilot, you know, when somebody goes home sick, you know he'll be the one flying.
- 45:07Testecleese: I got the sniffles.
- 45:10Brian McFadden: I'll take your plane.
- 45:12Testecleese: 60 million dollars modern technology fighter. Jet bloop right in the ocean.
- 45:21Testecleese: Alright. So what the fuck is going on at the Dca air base.
- 45:30Brian McFadden: This is. This is Reagan National Airport again in the Pentagon, and apparently this another Black Hawk.
- 45:37Brian McFadden: even though they've changed the rules and they can't fly anywhere near Reagan. When it left the Pentagon it did not go in the direction it was supposed to go it towards Reagan.
- 45:49Testecleese: 2 aircraft couldn't land because of this right.
- 45:51Brian McFadden: Well, luckily, air traffic Control spotted it this time instead of how they did it last time.
- 45:58Brian McFadden: and they were able to, you know. Get these 2 planes to, you know. Do a fly by and come back around again.
- 46:05Brian McFadden: Nobody died in this one.
- 46:07Testecleese: Correct. Did you see? Duffy?
- 46:13Testecleese: Blast
- 46:15Brian McFadden: Headscarf.
- 46:16Testecleese: Od.
- 46:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 46:18Testecleese: Oh, my God! Dude! Here we go.
- 46:21Testecleese: Quote unacceptable. Our helicopter restrictions are. Dca. Around DC. Are crystal clear. In addition to investigations at Ntsb. And Faa News.
- 46:32Testecleese: I'll be talking to the Department of Defense to ask why the hell our rules were disregarded. Duffy put on a post on Friday. Quote. No more helicopter rides with vps or unnecessary training in congested DC. Airspace full of civilians. Take a taxi or Uber. Besides, most vips have black car service
- 46:50Testecleese: dude. How often do you see members of the Cabinet calling each other out publicly like that?
- 46:55Brian McFadden: Not very often.
- 46:56Testecleese: I can't think the last time I can't think of ever I've seen that.
- 47:00Brian McFadden: No.
- 47:01Testecleese: And especially after what already happened.
- 47:04Testecleese: Like, we won't jeez. And yeah, people died last time.
- 47:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, a lot of people died like 67 plus crew.
- 47:16Testecleese: This is, yeah. And the funny thing is, I came across that take a taxi or Uber quote like 5 times like, what is it. And it's from the transportation secretary. I was like, Oh.
- 47:24Testecleese: okay, he's talking about like, you know, just
- 47:28Testecleese: try to drive less, basically, you know.
- 47:30Testecleese: And then, after the 4.th
- 47:32Brian McFadden: Oh, people are using the Blackhawks as means of getting around faster, and he's saying, Screw, you're getting there faster. Take an Uber.
- 47:41Testecleese: Yeah. What are you doing? Using a frigging, a black hawk helicopter as a taxi service?
- 47:48Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 47:49Testecleese: Like that. That's ridiculous! And what are you doing? What are you doing here at all? What do you need to be at the air the
- 47:57Testecleese: civilian airport. For if you really want to do this like, couldn't you? They build like just a helipad close enough to the airport.
- 48:05Testecleese: I'm just there's gotta be something better than doing what they're doing, because it's it's fucking everything up.
- 48:11Testecleese: People are dying, and they're not learning a lesson.
- 48:14Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 48:16Testecleese: And actually, it's interesting. I just listened to an interview from him the other day.
- 48:20Testecleese: Tim Pool, when he went, did the White House thing when he was like the the new media guy, he said. He sat down for the entire day and did interviews. He's got like Sebastian Gorka. He did spoke to
- 48:33Testecleese: Christy Nome. He spoke to sean Duffy here.
- 48:38Brian McFadden: Lots of lots of stuff to to cover over the weeks coming.
- 48:42Testecleese: Yeah, he's been dropping. Yeah, exactly. He's been dropping a
- 48:46Testecleese: He's been dropping an interview every day. We were talking about how, when Tim Pool went to the White House he did interviews with a whole bunch of big big names.
- 48:57Testecleese: And he's been releasing them slowly.
- 49:00El Guapo: Oh, shit.
- 49:01Testecleese: Oh, it's dude! I really like the Sebastian Gorka one, the anti-terrorism Guy.
- 49:06El Guapo: Yeah, I know about him because of I don't know if you follow Mr. Reagan.
- 49:11Testecleese: I know the name, but I can't remember the last time I watched any of that.
- 49:15El Guapo: Well, he does, he does his own show, and one of his
- 49:21El Guapo: what's the word I'm looking for?
- 49:23El Guapo: His friend, close friend kind of, but he'd look up to him.
- 49:28El Guapo: is Sebastian Gorka. So I know about Sebastian Gorka, because he talked to him a couple times and stuff.
- 49:34El Guapo: you know.
- 49:34Testecleese: Hmm.
- 49:35El Guapo: Like. I know some of those people, because they always are like in the same realm. You know.
- 49:41Testecleese: Oh, Gork, I've I've been watching him do interviews for years.
- 49:44El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 49:46El Guapo: Mentor. That's what we're looking for. That's 1 of his mentor.
- 49:49Testecleese: There you go!
- 49:51Testecleese: Well. Apparently the United States and Ukraine have finally signed an agreement concerning
- 49:56Testecleese: the mineral rights and some kind of investment fund.
- 50:00El Guapo: Yeah, I mean, if people don't know what it means, like, we're gonna have a bunch of people from the United States moving over there to mine this like minerals and stuff tax free and stuff like that because it'll be really hassle to pay.
- 50:14El Guapo: So it's gonna be a lot of money going back into the States, you know.
- 50:17Testecleese: And these precious metals.
- 50:19El Guapo: Yes, also, too, and a discount.
- 50:21Testecleese: I mean, maybe we could start making a computer chips instead of buying them from Taiwan right.
- 50:26El Guapo: I gotta. We just discover a bunch of metals over here by Oklahoma, Texas, and stuff like that.
- 50:31Testecleese: Oh, yeah, this plane.
- 50:32Brian McFadden: We don't have. Any way, we don't have the refining capabilities. It's apparently very dirty process to do.
- 50:40Testecleese: To refine, to get up and running, refining. Yes.
- 50:43Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 50:43El Guapo: So doing this somewhere else would be like.
- 50:46Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 50:46El Guapo: Much better.
- 50:48Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, it's not gonna pollute America. Let me know.
- 50:51El Guapo: I mean, that's the thing is gonna be like a factory American company does. If I had to follow EPA codes, that's the question.
- 50:58Testecleese: Not not in Ukraine. That's for Ukraine law.
- 51:01El Guapo: Hmm.
- 51:02Testecleese: So whatever the law in Ukraine is concerning environment, protection.
- 51:06Brian McFadden: Martial law, right now so.
- 51:08Testecleese: Yeah. Well, yeah, I ain't going over there to mine right now. Period right.
- 51:12El Guapo: Going back to the post.
- 51:14Brian McFadden: Some blaze.
- 51:16El Guapo: But this is gonna save you currently, because there's a lot of.
- 51:19Brian McFadden: With that.
- 51:22Testecleese: All right. Yeah, yeah. I got a good. I got a good way to still tie that into a segment segue. But while we're still talking about conflict here
- 51:32Testecleese: Poland. I read this article twice to make sure I understood it, because it said Poland launches a military operation after provocations by Russian warplanes over Baltic. I was like, no, no, no, Poland is NATO. We cannot be getting in a direct conflict. NATO and Russia horrible things will happen.
- 51:48Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 51:49Testecleese: They're not engaging.
- 51:50Testecleese: They are simply putting up more air patrols over their own airspace.
- 51:56Brian McFadden: Well.
- 51:57Testecleese: But they are preparing.
- 51:59Testecleese: They're putting up their defensive posture. Basically, you know what I mean.
- 52:04Testecleese: I don't know why everyone's certain Poland's going to be invaded, but probably because it's the most invaded place on the planet in the history of the world.
- 52:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:12Testecleese: Alright, but all right. Well, Aoc Brian, you shared this.
- 52:19Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 52:21Testecleese: Her team.
- 52:22Brian McFadden: We had a big town Hall meeting.
- 52:25Testecleese: This one is indoor.
- 52:26Testecleese: Newark, right?
- 52:27Brian McFadden: Well, you would think so, since
- 52:31Testecleese: Well, she's been traveling the country with Bernie doing that other thing.
- 52:34Brian McFadden: Let's see here.
- 52:35Testecleese: I'm pretty sure this was in New York, and was one of her constituents.
- 52:41El Guapo: Basically through a temper tantrum, though. Right? Did you? Did you listen?
- 52:45El Guapo: Yeah.
- 52:45Brian McFadden: They don't work. I don't know.
- 52:48Brian McFadden: I don't.
- 52:49Testecleese: Walker. You're a Walker minnow.
- 52:50El Guapo: So this is what happened when you create a monster, you know, and you they're paying for it. Now.
- 52:56El Guapo: you know. Let your emotions be out there, you know. Don't control you fucking thoughts, I mean, don't control your emotions, you know. And instead of like, Look, I don't agree with you. What you're doing. This is why, why, why, why, you know, instead of being all dramatic about it.
- 53:11Testecleese: Yeah, they're calling a war criminal a liar and accused of genocide. And it's like, you know, she has no authority at all. What's going on in the Middle East, right.
- 53:19El Guapo: They don't understand. This oralc is the one that's like, Oh, when I get elected, gonna start sending bills and stuff like no, you don't sign bills. You both for the bill, you know, and she says things like that. And people don't understand the process of things they're gonna meet. Just they're gonna take you in charge. It's your fault. You do nothing. So you radicalize these people. And now you have to fucking pay for it. You know.
- 53:44Testecleese: And this is where I was going to move that story to was at the top of stupid crimes. So Guapo, tell me about the the mail theft thing.
- 53:55Testecleese: Oh, this lady! Oh, dude!
- 53:57Testecleese: Ready.
- 53:58El Guapo: Yes, I'm upset about it. Okay, Dude. She did the crime. They caught her good, but the fucking punishment did not fucking fit, and I don't know why they're giving lenience to her. It's because
- 54:10El Guapo: I don't know. I don't know. They say you're gonna do repay these things. It's almost 200, like 2 almost 200 grand oh, plus.
- 54:18Testecleese: Yeah. Steal my Christmas card money. Yeah.
- 54:20Testecleese: Okay, money and stuff like that.
- 54:21El Guapo: Yes, and.
- 54:22Testecleese: We all talked about at Christmas time, too, didn't we?
- 54:26Brian McFadden: No.
- 54:26Testecleese: He talks about the money disappearing from cards.
- 54:29El Guapo: Like. You know how.
- 54:30Brian McFadden: That's why they recommend. Don't send the actual cash and cards.
- 54:33El Guapo: You can send like a true electronically now. Well, you got this, Grandma.
- 54:39Brian McFadden: Well, there's some people.
- 54:40El Guapo: Yeah, still can't do that, you know. They go further.
- 54:43Testecleese: That and no.
- 54:44Brian McFadden: They're not technologically literate enough to do it. So.
- 54:47Testecleese: Not even that. But what about your five-year-old niece, you? Gonna how are you gonna send.
- 54:52Brian McFadden: Trash, Hopper.
- 54:54Testecleese: Yeah, she doesn't have a bank account. She wants a $5 bill, you know.
- 54:59El Guapo: But anyways, my rent is like, Oh, she's gonna pay for it, like, okay, she's gonna go to prison. She gonna after 2 years of prison. She's gonna come out. She's gonna hide this on her record. Who's gonna hire her like you got fucking sticky hands?
- 55:14El Guapo: Who's gonna hire.
- 55:15Brian McFadden: It's.
- 55:16El Guapo: You know.
- 55:17Testecleese: And not just that. You also violated all sorts of laws just opening someone else's mail right?
- 55:22El Guapo: Yeah. Federal laws, yeah, big deal. You don't mess with a mailman. You're asking for trouble, but anyways, but she was a mailman.
- 55:31El Guapo: But anyways, it's just like, oh, what this freaking punishment did not fucking fit dude!
- 55:37El Guapo: She's not gonna pay this shit back. Why would we? Just, instead of like putting her in prison stuff like that. Let her pick up fucking trash in the highway on the roads.
- 55:48El Guapo: Until she paid this debt off, you know, like I see people get which is kind of crazy.
- 55:52Testecleese: Actually, I grew up. Gobble. I I like that way you put that is the Virginia
- 56:00Testecleese: branch, or whatever region.
- 56:03El Guapo: we'd still be Federal funds. But it would be the usps would pay back all of these people that have claims or whatever right.
- 56:09Brian McFadden: They got some kind of liability insurance because they're Federal government. So.
- 56:13Testecleese: Exactly. And then exactly what Guapo said was, she does community service, and so she's raised that much money to pay back the people that paid off her theft.
- 56:22Testecleese: I like that. Pick up trash or yeah, white graffiti.
- 56:26El Guapo: I see people do picking up trash on the highway, and then that fuck the fucking volunteers. You know. I can tell the fucking volunteers because they're not white or black. What else is left?
- 56:37El Guapo: They're doing this.
- 56:38Brian McFadden: I just picked up trash here in Hampton last weekend.
- 56:41El Guapo: Yeah. Dude this 58, where I go up and down. I see Hispanic people picking up trash, and they get paid for this, and they would.
- 56:48Testecleese: Interfere.
- 56:49Brian McFadden: What, Andrew, they may be illegals.
- 56:53El Guapo: Yeah. Well, this is like a city something like that. But anyways, when they finish picking up trash, you know how I know they're not criminals. They're on the phone waiting for get picked up after finish picking up the trash.
- 57:02Testecleese: Well, it's you say that we have a volunteer service here. You can volunteer, and then the county will come. Pick you up and drop you off, and that's how they pick up.
- 57:10El Guapo: Closed.
- 57:11Testecleese: We're also in the mountains.
- 57:12El Guapo: You want to adapt a little certain part of the road to put your name on the blocker like, Hey, this is this family, or whatever. Pick up the trash, and they pick up the trash, you know.
- 57:22El Guapo: and at the same time.
- 57:25El Guapo: but saying like they're getting paid for, it is this person's shoe like, okay, how much we paying our people picking up? Trust 12 bucks an hour. Good. You're only gonna get paid 6 bucks an hour
- 57:36El Guapo: because you.
- 57:37Testecleese: Give them minimum wage whatever. Whatever local minimum wage is.
- 57:40El Guapo: No, no, no, that shit they have how you like being somebody's stealing your shit, you know.
- 57:47Testecleese: Hmm.
- 57:48El Guapo: And you pay it off like that, you know.
- 57:52Testecleese: Yeah, cleaning graffiti, upper buildings? Or, yeah.
- 57:55El Guapo: Yeah, something like that. And when you finish, like, you know what you do, your time. You agree to crime. You're fucking excellent worker. You could be a supervisor for a while if you want, until you get your feet on your back and we're gonna recommend you.
- 58:07Testecleese: Yeah. Then then we'll even give you a job working for the the government doing this.
- 58:11El Guapo: No, no, no, no more, no more government job. You're gonna be on your own. But we're gonna.
- 58:15Testecleese: No, yeah, you got in trouble, for while working for the government. Good point, I was thinking, doing this particular job of cleaning up this the roads or clean beauty, city beautification. You know what I mean.
- 58:25El Guapo: You give me a lot of recommendation, and somebody else can take a chance and trust in her, you know.
- 58:36El Guapo: But.
- 58:37Brian McFadden: What's up with us.
- 58:39El Guapo: Go ahead!
- 58:40Brian McFadden: Finish.
- 58:41El Guapo: No, just tired of this fucking crime, not fitting the fucking 2 years dude. And you're gonna repay this.
- 58:47El Guapo: What? How the fuck she gonna pay this thing, though I just didn't see it
- 58:51El Guapo: like I mean, I don't know what to kind of judge. You just follow the books instead of coming out with something original like, you know, you know what. Let me call this company, hey? Let me see, you're gonna go work for them. Get paid half until you repay this. Shit back.
- 59:05Testecleese: Alright. Well, let's move on to more stupid crimes.
- 59:09Brian McFadden: The Illinois man has been convicted of killing a Palestine boy. He gets 53 years.
- 59:16El Guapo: Oh, yeah, yeah. Fuck it.
- 59:18Testecleese: He killed a 6 year old Palestinian boy
- 59:22Testecleese: right after the real right after the attack in Israel.
- 59:28El Guapo: Wow! About the.
- 59:29Testecleese: Israeli attack. So he's just now.
- 59:32El Guapo: Or what.
- 59:33Testecleese: That's do it.
- 59:34Testecleese: I don't know.
- 59:35El Guapo: Oh, it probably it's still.
- 59:38Testecleese: But okay, to kill the boy.
- 59:41Testecleese: Building.
- 59:42Brian McFadden: Boy had nothing to do with the whole war. Yeah.
- 59:47Testecleese: And I just ate 53.
- 59:49Testecleese: Yeah, the guy would probably be.
- 59:50Testecleese: He'll probably be dead when he gets out.
- 59:52El Guapo: Oh, Justin!
- 59:53Brian McFadden: Hope, so.
- 59:55El Guapo: Schubach Dude that even sounds fucking American. Joseph Schubach, with his Z. 8 CZ.
- 1:00:03El Guapo: Uba, almost like Cuba, with a Z in the middle of it, 73 years old.
- 1:00:11Brian McFadden: 73. Yeah, he's definitely not gonna be alive.
- 1:00:13El Guapo: Yeah, it's a death sentence. Good for him.
- 1:00:15El Guapo: Oh, he's white.
- 1:00:19El Guapo: Yeah, he's white as hell, too.
- 1:00:21Brian McFadden: Like what the fuck man. So I think.
- 1:00:23Ron Pascoe: Talked about this on the last show, where.
- 1:00:25Testecleese: Hold on. I want to acknowledge I want to acknowledge the repeat offenders here.
- 1:00:28El Guapo: Oh, shit.
- 1:00:29Ron Pascoe: Like. I'm always.
- 1:00:30El Guapo: Hey? Everybody's.
- 1:00:32Brian McFadden: Around summertime.
- 1:00:34Ron Pascoe: Hey? Enjoying the summer, boys? It's autumn here.
- 1:00:37Brian McFadden: Yeah, we have switched to summer hours, so I can spend more time on the boat in the sun.
- 1:00:42Brian McFadden: Get more shit face.
- 1:00:46Brian McFadden: I have not passed out.
- 1:00:49Testecleese: It's been months.
- 1:00:50Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:00:52Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:00:53Testecleese: But now that you're back on the boat for an extra hour.
- 1:00:55Brian McFadden: We'll see.
- 1:00:59Testecleese: But yeah, you think we talked about the Christie Nome bag.
- 1:01:03Brian McFadden: I thought we did. Maybe we didn't. But her. She had a bag stolen at a restaurant in DC.
- 1:01:10Brian McFadden: It had her passport in her government id her badges, all that shit in there.
- 1:01:17Brian McFadden: and surprise surprise. They found somebody using her credit card that same night at a bar locally.
- 1:01:25Testecleese: Listed, right.
- 1:01:26Brian McFadden: They were arrested, and they were illegal immigrants.
- 1:01:30Testecleese: Well, and they say there's $3,000 cash in this purse, and all I can think was, who cares around $3,000.
- 1:01:36Brian McFadden: Not in my damn purse.
- 1:01:38Testecleese: You know you and I would be arrested
- 1:01:41Testecleese: who walk around that kind of cash without telling someone, without a good reason why you had that much cash in your pocket.
- 1:01:46El Guapo: Well, if you're the Secretary of Homeland Security, who you got Buddy Bars all right.
- 1:01:50Testecleese: Oh, you're paying off no.
- 1:01:52Brian McFadden: What happened to her bodyguard. Her bodyguards failed. Then, if her purse got stolen.
- 1:01:57El Guapo: No, the way it was, I guess that she put her purse on the ground, which is not supposed to put a person on the ground.
- 1:02:03Brian McFadden: No no worries.
- 1:02:04El Guapo: And they kick it back to them, and that's why she she couldn't feel that nobody stole it.
- 1:02:10El Guapo: you know.
- 1:02:11Ron Pascoe: Someone in a high profile position.
- 1:02:14Ron Pascoe: someone in a high profile position. You got all your it and all that in there you don't go, leaving that shit laying around.
- 1:02:21El Guapo: Well, this idiot didn't know who the hell she was first.st
- 1:02:24Brian McFadden: No, they didn't know. But it doesn't matter.
- 1:02:27El Guapo: If you'll hold that, why should carry this much cash? Hold on! What's the name? Let me Google her up. Nope, I'm not touching this shit. Let me get the cash I'm out of here, you know.
- 1:02:35Testecleese: That's like stealing the shit box car in front of the the drug dealers house when the doors were open, that the windows open the keys were in it. It's like, yeah. You know why no one steals this car is because they know the drug dealers own this car and you're gonna get killed just like in the fast. And the furious right? Yeah.
- 1:02:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:02:55Testecleese: Exactly.
- 1:02:56Ron Pascoe: Suppose if you're going down the border, you're going to have to have a lot of cash to get some good shit down there.
- 1:02:59Testecleese: Well, that's what gets me. I actually have 3,000 bucks. I'm not kidding you. If I got pulled over, and at 3 K. On me. The cops would take it from me, and not as I was doing. They're going to say you're probably doing something illegal with this much money. We're going to find out what's going on. Are you buying illegal weapons or drugs? No, they're absolutely allowed to do that.
- 1:03:16El Guapo: Well.
- 1:03:17Ron Pascoe: Pull the hair.
- 1:03:18El Guapo: She's the fuck is homeland security. So no, nowhere.
- 1:03:22Testecleese: So what are you doing with $3,000 cash, though? What are you doing with that much cash.
- 1:03:26El Guapo: I guess that's the way she rolls, she.
- 1:03:28Testecleese: And roll around like Donald trump, throwing $100 bills at people.
- 1:03:31El Guapo: Probably.
- 1:03:34Brian McFadden: It does seem. It's that's a lot of money.
- 1:03:37Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:03:39Brian McFadden: If I get a couple of 100 in my pocket, I'm freaking out about.
- 1:03:42El Guapo: Right me and you both me and you both.
- 1:03:45Brian McFadden: Really.
- 1:03:45El Guapo: This a 50 in there? I don't know. I need to put this somewhere else.
- 1:03:49Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:03:49El Guapo: It just bothered.
- 1:03:50Ron Pascoe: Bought out in Britain. A guy had a thousand pounds on him.
- 1:03:54Ron Pascoe: Pulled him over, suspected him, or told him that he was under suspicion. He said, you've seen an actual crime. I said, No, but we've got you under suspicion. They confiscated his 1,000 pounds.
- 1:04:04Ron Pascoe: Try to bed tough, alright.
- 1:04:08Testecleese: Prove that you're that it's legitimate and clean money, and you're not buying drugs.
- 1:04:12Testecleese: Get it from selling drugs.
- 1:04:14Ron Pascoe: Especially if you haven't got a job you're carrying around a thousand dollars.
- 1:04:17El Guapo: You're innocent to proven guilty, sir.
- 1:04:19Brian McFadden: Not in, not in the Uk.
- 1:04:21Testecleese: No, in the United States. They will just. They will seize your money because there's no reason to carry that much cash around unless you. Oh, this what? You're buying something illegal right.
- 1:04:31El Guapo: No.
- 1:04:31Testecleese: Or or you're trying to not pay taxes when you buy something legally.
- 1:04:36Testecleese: because there's no record transaction of the gold you bought at the fucking pawn shop attached to you.
- 1:04:43El Guapo: I mean whatever I mean.
- 1:04:45Testecleese: I do that.
- 1:04:46El Guapo: Like dude you in DC. Everything's fuck expensive. You don't know how much like you know.
- 1:04:51Testecleese: So swipe your card.
- 1:04:54El Guapo: I don't know. I just I don't. I mean I could see where it's a big deal about it, but at the same time she who, she
- 1:05:01El Guapo: who she was, scaring the cats like, whatever you know, I don't.
- 1:05:03Testecleese: No, I'm just saying you swipe your card, because then, at least, if you get robbed like that, you can show.
- 1:05:07El Guapo: Oh, what if! What if she lied? What if she lies? She's like man! I could get $3,000 for free, hey? They took my $3,000.
- 1:05:15Testecleese: Got her feeling. She doesn't care about 3 K.
- 1:05:18El Guapo: I know.
- 1:05:18Ron Pascoe: I'm going down the border tomorrow to get some money out of the bank.
- 1:05:23Brian McFadden: Hmm! So you see.
- 1:05:24Brian McFadden: Adam Schiff, is he just recounted his luggage getting stolen, and the clerk tell him that Dems are blank a-holes.
- 1:05:34El Guapo: Oh!
- 1:05:35Testecleese: Yeah, he was talking about how several years ago he left his badge in his car at the airport in California. I want to say Los Angeles in San Francisco.
- 1:05:45El Guapo: San Francisco. I don't know, but whatever.
- 1:05:48Brian McFadden: They don't matter.
- 1:05:49El Guapo: Hey? Sir.
- 1:05:50El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:05:52Testecleese: Phone! Oh.
- 1:05:54Ron Pascoe: I'll be looking at the blackness in charge of nuclear waste.
- 1:05:57Testecleese: Yeah, I know right, jeez, but he's telling this story, and he went in
- 1:06:04Testecleese: to go buy like toiletries or whatever. But do you need a bag for all this stuff. And he's like, Yeah, I guess this is, gonna be my luggage. For the next 5 days it all got stolen.
- 1:06:13Testecleese: and the the clerk at that, like the airport store, the gift shop was like, Yeah, Democrats are kind of assholes
- 1:06:21Testecleese: your shit. And he said it made him really think, and no brought it up
- 1:06:26Testecleese: again. He's like it's making me think again. It's like, I see what's going on in the party. It's stupid. I was like, shit. You are the problem in the party.
- 1:06:31Brian McFadden: Right is yeah, he? No, no, he doesn't see shit, because he's
- 1:06:34Brian McFadden: now he's a Senator in the Senate.
- 1:06:37El Guapo: And they're still doing the same fucking things.
- 1:06:40Testecleese: Well, actually, he hasn't filed articles impeachment yet. And we got some Indian guy from
- 1:06:44Testecleese: go to. Yeah, I know. But some someone in Michigan is trying to do it right now.
- 1:06:48Brian McFadden: I thought it was like, it's gonna be the 3rd time for that.
- 1:06:51El Guapo: Thank you.
- 1:06:51Brian McFadden: I shared.
- 1:06:52El Guapo: I thought it was a fucking skit from Saturday night. Live? I thought it was Jimmy Fallon
- 1:06:58El Guapo: fella with a wig on.
- 1:07:00El Guapo: Yeah, I thought it was like doing Brown face impersonation this time.
- 1:07:04Testecleese: Oh, yeah.
- 1:07:05Ron Pascoe: That's an alert.
- 1:07:05Testecleese: Like Indian accent, too, isn't it?
- 1:07:07El Guapo: Do really fucking. Take.
- 1:07:09Ron Pascoe: I mean lesbian, like Lesbian.
- 1:07:14El Guapo: I guess it doesn't pay to be a Filipino in the world these days. Why is that.
- 1:07:19Testecleese: Canada dude. Oh, my God! Dude went nuts with this car and attacked at this Filipino festival in Vancouver, Canada.
- 1:07:28El Guapo: And.
- 1:07:28Testecleese: He killed 11 people with his car.
- 1:07:32Testecleese: 11 people.
- 1:07:34El Guapo: Is this death sentence in Canada, or is it just gonna hang like.
- 1:07:36Brian McFadden: No, oh, no, there ain't no death sentence in Canada.
- 1:07:40El Guapo: Alright! There we go, so they're gonna pay for it for life.
- 1:07:44Testecleese: Oh, my God, dude! But I just can't.
- 1:07:47Testecleese: 11 people with your car like, and some of them were children.
- 1:07:53El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:07:54Testecleese: But how- how.
- 1:07:55El Guapo: What time has this happened to man?
- 1:07:57Testecleese: I it was I don't know. During some festival. I don't know. It could have.
- 1:08:00El Guapo: I know.
- 1:08:00Testecleese: It could have been a parade at night. I don't know.
- 1:08:02El Guapo: I'm sorry I'm not keeping my kids late at night, like I don't know why you want to bring the kids in the middle of the night, even even festivals, though I would like to go some stuff. But I like I don't want to drag my kids, you know.
- 1:08:15El Guapo: Oh, shoot! Hold on!
- 1:08:17Testecleese: Well, that's why I'm excited. This new wood shopping that I say new, this woodchopping festival coming up.
- 1:08:23Testecleese: But shit.
- 1:08:25Testecleese: I don't want to be the target of someone's fury because they're pissed off about something stupid. You know what I mean.
- 1:08:32Testecleese: I'm gonna go, anyway, because actually don't happen here in West Virginia. And if it does though, the
- 1:08:38Testecleese: the villain doesn't tend to survive each situation.
- 1:08:42Brian McFadden: Wonder? Why.
- 1:08:43Testecleese: Well, everyone's packing, heat.
- 1:08:45Brian McFadden: Every.
- 1:08:46Testecleese: Everyone has a weapon on them. I'm not kidding you. That's that's why you don't typically see like robbings and muggings out here, and more than anything you see, either murder or drug offenses.
- 1:08:57Testecleese: You know, people aren't fist fighting each other and robbing each other because, you know, you're gonna get shot.
- 1:09:02Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:09:05Testecleese: I'm just saying you don't see a lot of violent crime, and when it does it's almost always a murder, because as soon as it pops off. It escalates instantly, you know.
- 1:09:13El Guapo: Yeah, it's probably somebody, you know, too, they're related to. So how they know each other.
- 1:09:18Testecleese: Yeah, I guess if it's someone you don't know. You say dude, it ain't worth it. I'm just walking away from you right.
- 1:09:23El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:09:23Testecleese: But but it's always when you can't walk away. Your brother-in-law's in town, or your cousins in town, or whatever you know what I mean, and you argue, and you argue, or the guy down the road who just hates your politics. And you know he's in your yard calling you names kind of thing. That's that's how it usually happens.
- 1:09:41Testecleese: at least around here.
- 1:09:43Brian McFadden: We also have 4 minors dead after a vehicle rams into a after school camp in Illinois.
- 1:09:50El Guapo: Oh! The hell!
- 1:09:52Testecleese: Yeah, what's up with people running people over like, why is this like.
- 1:09:55El Guapo: Because there's no gun.
- 1:09:58Testecleese: Yeah. Oh, Vancouver and Illinois. Good. Call on both of those.
- 1:10:01El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:10:03Testecleese: But yeah, I'm pretty sure this camp was. It wasn't just an after school camp. It was like a Christian school.
- 1:10:09Testecleese: and like children exactly, were killed. And this is just.
- 1:10:15Ron Pascoe: Yeah. Man.
- 1:10:17Testecleese: What's the matter with people? These are all stupid crimes that don't need to.
- 1:10:20Testecleese: He's up.
- 1:10:20Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:10:21El Guapo: Well, people are crazy, dude.
- 1:10:23El Guapo: We need to bring back the looney house. Make Looney House great again.
- 1:10:27Testecleese: Yeah. And I don't remember this West Virginia. Sorry. South Carolina. One
- 1:10:35Testecleese: Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe this is the one that was this
- 1:10:38Testecleese: South Carolina, of course, and now I'm getting commercials popping up South Carolina man intentionally. Ran over 3 people at Sullivan's Island on Thursday afternoon.
- 1:10:47Testecleese: 3 mowed down 3 victims on a playground.
- 1:10:55El Guapo: Dang!
- 1:10:56Testecleese: Yeah, he's getting hit with attempted murder. One account of 1st degree aggravated assault
- 1:11:02Testecleese: for for allegedly running over parent and their 2 children. Oh, okay, this is this. At the Sunrise Presbyterian Church.
- 1:11:13Testecleese: come on, man, like you're you're attacking like school playgrounds and playgrounds attached to churches. What's the matter with you like? Why, why are you attacking children?
- 1:11:22Brian McFadden: There's no reason to attack the children.
- 1:11:25Testecleese: That kid didn't do shit to you.
- 1:11:27Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:11:28Testecleese: And
- 1:11:29Testecleese: I mean, I don't know. Maybe they just love abortion so much they gotta kill them after they're born too.
- 1:11:35El Guapo: Fucking death sentence dude, but that sense is great. Again.
- 1:11:39Testecleese: South Carolina, I think, does, but I'm not sure.
- 1:11:43El Guapo: The firing squad make it fucking. We need to bridge the fire squad.
- 1:11:46Testecleese: Both. Caroline does that.
- 1:11:47El Guapo: Public hanging dude. You know what public hanging.
- 1:11:50Ron Pascoe: 100% mate. I agree with you, a hundred percent.
- 1:11:54Testecleese: Especially the kids do.
- 1:11:56El Guapo: Dude like Oh, my God! Like I love my kids, too, and just thinking about something happened today, just fucking kills me, though.
- 1:12:06Testecleese: Robbie Starbuck. I don't remember why I know his name. He was involved in something
- 1:12:12Testecleese: like breaking news for something. I don't remember exactly what it was, but he
- 1:12:19Testecleese: was defamed by Meta's AI thing.
- 1:12:24El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:12:24Testecleese: And
- 1:12:25Testecleese: yeah, they they called him. They said he was a holocaust denier. I can't find it in here now.
- 1:12:31El Guapo: Well.
- 1:12:36El Guapo: Guy, what the hell is he talking about? What did he say? They probably like.
- 1:12:38Testecleese: Hold on the AI. The AI just came out and said that he was. He was at the Capitol. The J. 6 riot. They said, he's a holocaust denier, and he supported controversial Nationalist figure, Nick Fuentes. This is just the AI. Putting this information out.
- 1:12:53El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:12:54Testecleese: And he contacted Meta and was like, Hey,
- 1:12:59Testecleese: Let's do something about this.
- 1:13:03Testecleese: And they didn't. For 9 months they changed nothing. They were still doing this.
- 1:13:07El Guapo: I fucking? Shoot that man.
- 1:13:08Testecleese: Well, hold on, so he brings. He brings up a case to sue them right.
- 1:13:15Testecleese: The fucking CEO of Meta, or one of these guys that involved the legal department or something, came out and apologized to him. After the lawsuit was opened like dude. You just admitted guilt.
- 1:13:28El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:13:29Testecleese: That you and you could that you had all this time to fix it. And oh, dude, you never hear someone apologizing with an active
- 1:13:37Testecleese: legal case right.
- 1:13:38Brian McFadden: Hello!
- 1:13:41El Guapo: Subtle.
- 1:13:42Testecleese: Yeah, let's now they got to settle for a ton.
- 1:13:46El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 1:13:49Testecleese: Did you.
- 1:13:49Brian McFadden: What do you think about this picture of Trump as the Pope.
- 1:13:53El Guapo: Oh, my God! People dripping about this shit.
- 1:13:56Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:13:57El Guapo: Think it's pretty.
- 1:13:57Testecleese: Messed up, and I can't believe Trump put that out himself.
- 1:14:00El Guapo: I just do, he just trolling these fucking Liberals, and they're just going to trigger them.
- 1:14:05Testecleese: Well, the thing is, why are the Liberals upset? They're not Catholic.
- 1:14:08El Guapo: Dude. They just get upset for everything trump does dude.
- 1:14:11Testecleese: Like I'm a little do convenience
- 1:14:13Testecleese: really cool. But I'm not gonna.
- 1:14:16El Guapo: The meme is like trapped like air liberal is going to suffocate themselves.
- 1:14:22Testecleese: Yeah. And again, the Liberals aren't Catholic. So what do they care like.
- 1:14:25El Guapo: I know, but they just.
- 1:14:26Testecleese: Who? Vic? Who would?
- 1:14:28El Guapo: I'm picturing yourself as Jesus, but the fact that it's trump. Now, all of a sudden they're offended. Right? Yeah.
- 1:14:33Brian McFadden: Is, that.
- 1:14:34Testecleese: Remember that whole, the whole crazy shit at the Olympics in France. And you pointed out that the symbolism in the history and people like, Oh, you guys are just so so offended. Trump comes out dressed up like the fucking Pope. The Catholics like, it's really not cool, but it's kind of funny?
- 1:14:48Testecleese: Yeah, because it it triggers this nuts.
- 1:14:51El Guapo: Yeah, it's just to show just to show you like, whatever terms say. And it doesn't mean it. They just triggered a like 3rd fucking term
- 1:14:59El Guapo: like they get triggered about it like you let the emotions control you do instead of like, okay, he's just trolling.
- 1:15:06Testecleese: I can't wait for Trump to seriously say something like I'm in favor of breathing, and just watch all these folks just pass out from holding their breath. You know.
- 1:15:13El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:15:16Ron Pascoe: Yeah, I saw a post the other day that trump dressed up as a judge, they said. Trump. Was it? Trump resigns as President he get a higher position.
- 1:15:24Testecleese: Yeah, yeah. More powerful position as a a judge, district judge.
- 1:15:29Ron Pascoe: -
- 1:15:29El Guapo: Hey? So what do you think about this this black? It's a priest or something. He's like one of the front runners for the Pope, or something like that. He's like hardcore.
- 1:15:40Ron Pascoe: I don't know.
- 1:15:42Testecleese: A hardcore. What.
- 1:15:43El Guapo: A hardcore Catholic.
- 1:15:47Testecleese: Depends on what you mean by hardcore Catholic, and
- 1:15:50Testecleese: they're like the opposite of fucking Francis.
- 1:15:53Testecleese: Oh, so he's not gonna be
- 1:15:56Testecleese: blessings for homosexual couples. Kind of thing.
- 1:15:58El Guapo: My dad dude. He's like hardcore dude.
- 1:16:01Testecleese: Honestly, I never pay attention to the cardinals. It's just not worth.
- 1:16:05El Guapo: I think he's an American, too. So.
- 1:16:07Testecleese: Oh, he's the American. Okay, yeah. From what I saw, there's like a 3% chance of the American being chosen.
- 1:16:12Brian McFadden: No!
- 1:16:12Brian McFadden: Oh, really not going to happen.
- 1:16:14Testecleese: It's not gonna happen.
- 1:16:15Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:16:18Brian McFadden: Where are we?
- 1:16:20Testecleese: We are about to talk about our.
- 1:16:22El Guapo: Cnn. Was shocked to find that black folks that voted for trump would vote for him again if the election was held right now.
- 1:16:30Ron Pascoe: It's cool. Ed.
- 1:16:32El Guapo: Yeah, I could have told you that
- 1:16:34El Guapo: that got the same shit. But dude like
- 1:16:38El Guapo: I can't believe they believe the old fucking Kool-aid dude
- 1:16:42El Guapo: because I knew they were like, oh, people are regretting the boat like.
- 1:16:46Brian McFadden: Well, my question is, is it
- 1:16:49Brian McFadden: is this a 1 time thing, or will they
- 1:16:54Brian McFadden: keep their minds open for the next Presidential candidate?
- 1:16:59El Guapo: Who's this? The.
- 1:17:00Brian McFadden: Who knows? I don't know. It's 3 years from now, you know. We got a long time to figure it all out, but the black voters that voted for Trump.
- 1:17:09Brian McFadden: Well, they keep an open mind and be willing to vote for no Republican that's not trump.
- 1:17:14El Guapo: Okay, what? Okay? I don't know. If you saw the video I sent you, and
- 1:17:20El Guapo: like one lady she was talking about like I don't care who it is a Democrat or Republican long as they go with my value.
- 1:17:28El Guapo: but at the same time she's the one that she found Candace Owens.
- 1:17:34El Guapo: and when it came to his upper high.
- 1:17:36Testecleese: Change your worldview.
- 1:17:38El Guapo: Yes, change their worldview. But I don't think
- 1:17:41El Guapo: she she's the kind of person that I think she would do her research from now on.
- 1:17:46El Guapo: So that's 1.
- 1:17:48Brian McFadden: We want more. We want more voters that are willing.
- 1:17:50El Guapo: Yes.
- 1:17:50Brian McFadden: We'll do some.
- 1:17:51El Guapo: I don't remember the other 2 people that we're talking about. I think one is just hardcore trump report trump voter, no matter what, and I don't know the other lady.
- 1:18:01Brian McFadden: Well, my concern about that is is, if they're only voting for trump.
- 1:18:06Brian McFadden: What happens in 3 years from now.
- 1:18:09Testecleese: Actually trump Trump's not on the ticket.
- 1:18:12El Guapo: Trump like trump, the second. The 1st time he he got elected. He didn't need a black boat.
- 1:18:18El Guapo: He just did his.
- 1:18:19Brian McFadden: Live, vote, always helps.
- 1:18:22El Guapo: Didn't help the last time, either.
- 1:18:25Testecleese: Did you see this video that's popping up and going viral again of the.
- 1:18:28El Guapo: Yeah, that's what we're talking about. Like.
- 1:18:30Testecleese: One who went back to Africa.
- 1:18:32El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 1:18:33Brian McFadden: No, that's.
- 1:18:34El Guapo: A whole video.
- 1:18:35Brian McFadden: I'd rather be in America with Trump as President than Africa, because.
- 1:18:39Testecleese: The exactly.
- 1:18:40Testecleese: It will be.
- 1:18:40Brian McFadden: When you're in America and Africa, everybody thinks you're rich, and they always got their hands out for money.
- 1:18:46El Guapo: Oh, you get because you who you are, they're gonna try to fucking step. You.
- 1:18:51Brian McFadden: If you can afford to move to Africa, you got a little bit of cash.
- 1:18:55Testecleese: Well, that's the thing is like she had a business as a dentist, and I was like, so you went to Africa. I was like. Do you remember the feed an African child for a dollar a day? Kind of thing that we used to like? Remember that shit.
- 1:19:05Brian McFadden: I don't think you'd rather probably does not have a job in Africa working on T.
- 1:19:11Testecleese: No, no, and she's funny. She's a big girl, and she's complaining. I can't even get snacks. I'm like you eating something.
- 1:19:17Ron Pascoe: That's.
- 1:19:19Testecleese: But like she's in hot water, she has to like cook water on the stove. And I'm like, Yeah, yeah, you went to Africa.
- 1:19:25Brian McFadden: What do you expect?
- 1:19:27Ron Pascoe: Go go and kill a man. They snake and have something to eat for lunch.
- 1:19:30Testecleese: Yeah, well, that's the thing, though, is that she she's realizing now is
- 1:19:35Testecleese: As a black woman, American. She has more in common than white men. Americans then congrats.
- 1:19:42El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:19:43Brian McFadden: It's always greener.
- 1:19:43El Guapo: I think she's from the city. If she was a country person, probably she probably would have handled better.
- 1:19:50Testecleese: If she lived out in the country she wouldn't have left because she'd be like, I have it nice out here. I can make my own food.
- 1:19:56Ron Pascoe: Interesting.
- 1:19:56Testecleese: Father. Leaving. Yeah.
- 1:19:57El Guapo: Yeah, I know just a silly girl that doesn't know how to fucking handle things honestly, because you could.
- 1:20:03Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:20:05El Guapo: Here, like, yeah, there's animals everywhere. You just.
- 1:20:09Ron Pascoe: And this, this is where the Democrats lost guys this.
- 1:20:12Ron Pascoe: They go on about trump doing this and trump doing that. And why are people so happy about it.
- 1:20:19Ron Pascoe: Because this is what he ran on, he told him. Exactly. This is what I'm going to do. And the Democrats
- 1:20:24Ron Pascoe: well, nobody.
- 1:20:25Ron Pascoe: I'm doing that.
- 1:20:25Brian McFadden: To have, and now he's got Democrat.
- 1:20:27Ron Pascoe: Led me in. The pupil.
- 1:20:29Brian McFadden: The shock, and all campaign worked for the longest period of time.
- 1:20:33Testecleese: Yeah, they couldn't keep up with what to be upset about.
- 1:20:36Brian McFadden: But it's okay.
- 1:20:38Testecleese: Well, yeah, to bring it back. I keep want to say, Diego Garcia, Kilmar, Abrego Garcia, Abrego.
- 1:20:46Brian McFadden: Yeah, we're not the nation, right?
- 1:20:48Testecleese: Yeah. And now you're gonna hear Diego Garcia every time, too, aren't you.
- 1:20:53Brian McFadden: No, I'm gonna hear everybody. Yeah.
- 1:20:56Ron Pascoe: Well, Congress now apparently passing some stuff to help trump out with these District Court judges.
- 1:21:02Brian McFadden: Not yet. It's only been passed in the House representatives has not made it.
- 1:21:07Ron Pascoe: They'll get it through.
- 1:21:09Brian McFadden: No, they won't.
- 1:21:10Ron Pascoe: Well, they will. They've got time.
- 1:21:12Brian McFadden: Oh, well.
- 1:21:12Ron Pascoe: You got some.
- 1:21:13Testecleese: Let's get you for the Senate.
- 1:21:16Ron Pascoe: They're doing it strategically. They'll get it there.
- 1:21:19Testecleese: We don't see how it works out.
- 1:21:20Brian McFadden: Got more faith in the American politics system than in Australia than I do in America.
- 1:21:26Ron Pascoe: We just had our election last night.
- 1:21:30Brian McFadden: Living hot lie in the herd.
- 1:21:31Ron Pascoe: Now democratic. You must call them Democrats. How do you go back in?
- 1:21:36Ron Pascoe: But I know what's going on.
- 1:21:39Brian McFadden: Or back for you. Everybody's going on lockdown again.
- 1:21:44Ron Pascoe: Hmm.
- 1:21:44Brian McFadden: Australia, love their lockdowns.
- 1:21:47Ron Pascoe: Yeah, we don't make the people. It's the government. Our government here is still supporting the Who. WHO. Mate. We hate them. The who is absolutely disgusting.
- 1:21:56Brian McFadden: Who's going away, since since we're not paying for him anymore.
- 1:22:00Testecleese: Because the United States ain't paying for it's gonna triple up real fast.
- 1:22:03Brian McFadden: No way.
- 1:22:05Ron Pascoe: Hmm!
- 1:22:06Ron Pascoe: They'll handle.
- 1:22:07Brian McFadden: Back in 4 years when trump's not president anymore, and we get a dem in office that is willing to fund throw money away for no reason at all. At the United Nations.
- 1:22:19Ron Pascoe: But here he's all right. Let' been offered.
- 1:22:21Ron Pascoe: I think I think no one.
- 1:22:22Brian McFadden: Here's my prediction, I think if
- 1:22:25Brian McFadden: a Republican gets elected for as President after trump again.
- 1:22:30Testecleese: Maybe Vance.
- 1:22:32Brian McFadden: Maybe I'm not saying that, but maybe that the United Nations will have to look for other countries to set up shopping.
- 1:22:41Ron Pascoe: Yep.
- 1:22:41Brian McFadden: That they will be kicked out of New York City prime real estate in New York City that I guarantee the city would love to have back on a tax basis
- 1:22:51Brian McFadden: to, you know, make some money on.
- 1:22:56Testecleese: Yeah, I'm just the biggest concern I have about retracting
- 1:23:04Testecleese: the world police is, I guess, the best way to put it. And it's funny because.
- 1:23:08Brian McFadden: You mean the blue helmets that rape and pillage wherever they go?
- 1:23:12El Guapo: No, not the UN. Guys, the Americans being the war police.
- 1:23:15Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 1:23:16Testecleese: And, like the entire world, has hated us for it for the longest time. And now that trump doesn't want to be the world police. Everyone hates us for it.
- 1:23:24Testecleese: Alright!
- 1:23:25El Guapo: Hated. Be hating Dude. Let him do hate.
- 1:23:27Testecleese: Well, if we're deciding not to get involved in every conflict on the planet, how long are some of these NATO countries? Gonna let us keep military bases in their country. Now, I know, technically speaking, Japan and Germany don't have a choice right.
- 1:23:41Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:23:42Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:23:42Testecleese: According to paperwork they've signed under their current government.
- 1:23:45El Guapo: But.
- 1:23:47Testecleese: From World War, 2.
- 1:23:50Brian McFadden: Well, how many bass do we eat around the world anymore?
- 1:23:54Brian McFadden: We got aircraft carriers we got?
- 1:23:57Brian McFadden: Yeah, fighter jets that can be there
- 1:23:59Brian McFadden: within hours, you know, we really need the strategical, the strategic presence all around the world like forever and ever and ever.
- 1:24:10Testecleese: Well, it's nice to be able to have a carrier in the Med. It's nice to be able to have one somewhere in the Atlantic near the English Channel.
- 1:24:19Testecleese: It's nice to have a a force in the open Pacific.
- 1:24:22Testecleese: Yeah. Well, those are maybe point.
- 1:24:24Testecleese: Those are carriers and ships.
- 1:24:26Testecleese: Yes, but they have to dock and have a home port.
- 1:24:31Testecleese: and it's convenient to have something close instead of having to steam 600 miles before you even launch an aircraft that then have to travel
- 1:24:40Testecleese: at near the speed of sound for another
- 1:24:42Testecleese: 100 miles to deploy its pay.
- 1:24:44Brian McFadden: Well, the b. 1 bombers can be there before the carriers can. So I'm just saying that I.
- 1:24:50Testecleese: In Iran.
- 1:24:51Brian McFadden: I think we're thinking these bases around the world that may disappear. Oh, no! What will we do? We will survive.
- 1:25:00Testecleese: Like, I said, we still gonna have Germany and Japan. Unless something crazy happens because they don't get a choice in this.
- 1:25:06Testecleese: That was boom unconditional surrender. We get to do this.
- 1:25:10Testecleese: But Diego Garcia is not American.
- 1:25:15Brian McFadden: No, I've been there. It's definitely not American.
- 1:25:19Testecleese: Mean. It's.
- 1:25:19Brian McFadden: I bought a pith helmet there.
- 1:25:21Testecleese: It's UK.
- 1:25:22El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:25:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:25:24Testecleese: Great Britain owns, but they let us run an airfield and a navy base out of there.
- 1:25:29El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:25:30Brian McFadden: Right and bring in aircraft carriers.
- 1:25:33Testecleese: And what if? Yeah, what if they say, no, you can't do that anymore.
- 1:25:37Brian McFadden: I don't see the Uk ever saying.
- 1:25:39El Guapo: Do?
- 1:25:40El Guapo: What the hell the Uk gonna do now? They could have fucking protect their own island right now from invasion.
- 1:25:46Testecleese: Yeah, we're not doing a very good job protecting our giant landmass or invasion either, are we.
- 1:25:51El Guapo: Well, we did. We didn't, but now we do.
- 1:25:55Testecleese: Oh, in that question, hey? In the question. By
- 1:25:59El Guapo: Trump taking over that property by by the voter and stuff like that.
- 1:26:04El Guapo: Remember, we were talking about like oh, why, trump! Have a military personnel over there, and.
- 1:26:09Testecleese: Oh, yeah, over the most commonly crossed areas.
- 1:26:12El Guapo: He turned it into a military base.
- 1:26:15Testecleese: Yeah, yeah. It was Federal.
- 1:26:16Brian McFadden: That's the only way I need to do it.
- 1:26:18Testecleese: All right.
- 1:26:19Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:26:20Testecleese: It's
- 1:26:21Testecleese: Federal land, so he's allowed to put the military there. If for any reason, may as well put a base there.
- 1:26:26El Guapo: Yeah. So he turned into a base. So when they cross into that area, you cross a military property. What happened when you cross a military property.
- 1:26:34Testecleese: Even if you're a citizen, you're getting arrested.
- 1:26:36El Guapo: Yes, so now you don't.
- 1:26:37Testecleese: My God!
- 1:26:38Testecleese: The state.
- 1:26:39El Guapo: So he could go through Federal charges and stuff.
- 1:26:44Brian McFadden: Dope.
- 1:26:45El Guapo: Yeah, that's.
- 1:26:46Testecleese: Pass the state altogether.
- 1:26:47El Guapo: Yes, that's why he did that.
- 1:26:50Testecleese: Yeah. And I say, put any of this quote Federal. And like national parks and forests, that's all. Federally, you can put army there legally. You don't need.
- 1:27:01El Guapo: But.
- 1:27:01Testecleese: Necessarily.
- 1:27:02Brian McFadden: But yeah, he bypassed the Pasiku bataros and stuff. So that's why he did that.
- 1:27:07Testecleese: All right. So what's going on with your favorite Michigander, Michigan? What do you guys call yourselves?
- 1:27:14Brian McFadden: Michigander.
- 1:27:15Testecleese: Mr. Gander, what's going on with your
- 1:27:17El Guapo: The grass.
- 1:27:18Testecleese: Governor. She's still governor right.
- 1:27:20Brian McFadden: Yes, she is. She's being terminated out after this time around.
- 1:27:24Testecleese: She'd be. Oh, okay, so she cannot run again.
- 1:27:27Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:27:27Testecleese: Oh, so maybe that's why she's actually doing this stuff with trump.
- 1:27:32Brian McFadden: Still don't like it, because she showed up at this this National Guard base in Michigan, where Trump announced that he was going to keep funding it and bring in fighter jets to the base.
- 1:27:47Brian McFadden: and you think she'd be happy about that? But he put her on the spot and tried to get her to speak, and she did have to speak, and she did not like that.
- 1:27:57Testecleese: But she wasn't prepared to say something when they're we're bringing.
- 1:28:00Brian McFadden: No, she didn't expect the Republican President to ask the Democrat Governor to speak.
- 1:28:05Testecleese: See this. This is a huge problem man like.
- 1:28:10Testecleese: Obviously he expected you to say something in your state, and when you're a governor, right.
- 1:28:16El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:28:16Brian McFadden: If you're going to show up with him at an event, whether campaign or not, you know just an event in your State which most governors should show up, you know.
- 1:28:28Testecleese: Oh, the President's there! Yes.
- 1:28:29Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:28:30Testecleese: Especially, you're agreeing on something.
- 1:28:33El Guapo: You know why he's doing that.
- 1:28:35Testecleese: Well.
- 1:28:36Brian McFadden: Pro winner.
- 1:28:38El Guapo: Because he's going to eliminate her chances of running for because the hardcore leftists are not going to buff for her now like oh! He sided with trump and shit like that.
- 1:28:46Testecleese: Yep, no way. They're gonna vote for her for Congresswoman or.
- 1:28:49El Guapo: Rest of the day.
- 1:28:50Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:28:51El Guapo: So that's why he's doing this shit. He's like he's like dude like this Liberals like they get.
- 1:28:57Brian McFadden: Play, sweety, chess.
- 1:28:59Testecleese: Well, these, these, some of these tariffs, some of them are going to help Detroit, Michigan, a lot.
- 1:29:07Testecleese: I genuinely see them.
- 1:29:09El Guapo: Updating. Oh, Jeez, she's.
- 1:29:12Testecleese: Yeah, Guapo is over there unplugging and plugging in his headphones again.
- 1:29:17Testecleese: You know that humming sound it makes. But no, it's going to help the auto industries. I guarantee you they're going to upgrade and reopen these auto factories, especially American companies like well, I say, Ford Ford, or is already doing the American thing, make fun of all you want. They've made every effort to stay independent and American. They refuse to bail out. They're not building overseas except to sell overseas.
- 1:29:41Testecleese: I mean, Toyota is already building a factory in the United States. Another factor in the United States to build cars out here, because it's cheaper to sell them to the people and not have to ship it across the ocean and pay a giant tax. You know.
- 1:29:54Ron Pascoe: Yep, and Kurt has already committed a couple of 1 billion dollars.
- 1:30:01Ron Pascoe: You see, you've got more companies coming back.
- 1:30:04Testecleese: Yeah, that Siemens is coming back. Nike is moving their production, which they I,
- 1:30:10Testecleese: they should bring it back to the United States. But the problem is with the charges Nike and Adidas are charging for their sneakers.
- 1:30:17Testecleese: They can still charge the same amount
- 1:30:19Testecleese: by paying an American citizen to build their footwear. But they would take like a 50% reduction how much they're making for each pair of shoes.
- 1:30:27Testecleese: because let's be real. It does not cost you 130 bucks to make a pair of fucking hair. Jordans, right.
- 1:30:32Ron Pascoe: No.
- 1:30:34Testecleese: Even paying American citizens. It doesn't cost that much.
- 1:30:38El Guapo: Boots resolved, only cost me like 30 or 40 bucks.
- 1:30:44Testecleese: I mean, I'll buy a pair of boots like Doc Martin. I love my Doc Martins right.
- 1:30:48Brian McFadden: I used to a pair of Doc Martins.
- 1:30:51Testecleese: I think the last pair I bought
- 1:30:53Testecleese: I actually had a real steel toe in it, and it was the 1st one they made with the steel toe, and apparently there's like 2 or 3 pairs they make now.
- 1:31:00Testecleese: I think I paid like a hundred 50 bucks for these boots.
- 1:31:03Brian McFadden: They aren't cheap.
- 1:31:04Testecleese: No, and I'm like this. There's no way it cost this much money to make these boots. And
- 1:31:09Testecleese: the problem is, they're such nice boots. You don't want to wear them to work.
- 1:31:12Brian McFadden: You're paying for the name.
- 1:31:14Testecleese: Well, you destroy the boot.
- 1:31:15El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:31:16Testecleese: A couple of years.
- 1:31:17Brian McFadden: I only wore him in the mosh pits.
- 1:31:19Testecleese: Oh, alright! See, it's funny because
- 1:31:21El Guapo: Brian, the Mosfets.
- 1:31:24Brian McFadden: You know you can't picture that.
- 1:31:25Ron Pascoe: No.
- 1:31:28Testecleese: I've been in the pit with Brian and.
- 1:31:30El Guapo: You are.
- 1:31:30Testecleese: True, show.
- 1:31:32El Guapo: Move my Filipino, for he's a little bit shorter than me, or I can see him bouncing back and forth like, Oh, my God! Gotta carry his buddy from here.
- 1:31:40Brian McFadden: I was much younger when I was going in the mosh pit.
- 1:31:43El Guapo: Oh, my God!
- 1:31:44Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 1:31:44El Guapo: We drove all the way to DC. For this like, oh, my God! Gonna carry his body out of here! Dude.
- 1:31:50Testecleese: It's funny, actually, I was just the other day talking about you and I going to that motley grew show Brian.
- 1:31:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:31:57Testecleese: Dr. Field came on the radio and we were. We were rocking out while driving.
- 1:32:03Testecleese: and I was like, I went and saw these guys. She's like no shit what. And I was like, I went with Brian.
- 1:32:08Testecleese: He's like, Hey, man, I got an extra ticket, and I was like, I don't think I can cover the cost. And he's like, someone already bought it or you bought.
- 1:32:13Testecleese: I got it off of med ticks. Probably.
- 1:32:16Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah. Someone someone was gonna go but can't and.
- 1:32:19Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, I still, I just don't wanna go alone. I was like no hell. No.
- 1:32:22Testecleese: I was like. I'll go see fucking motley crue and dude. I remember Tommy Lee like strapped him into his drum kit, and like flipped him upside.
- 1:32:28Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I remember.
- 1:32:31Testecleese: The whole time.
- 1:32:32Brian McFadden: Wasn't Alice Cooper that there that night, too.
- 1:32:34Testecleese: Yeah, he was the opening ad.
- 1:32:35Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I remember that. Now.
- 1:32:38Testecleese: Oh, it's a great show, dude.
- 1:32:40Brian McFadden: It was.
- 1:32:42Ron Pascoe: It's coming back now, isn't mate.
- 1:32:47Testecleese: All right, all right, all right. Back on back on topic. Let's try to at least get through the topic. Maybe hit the leftovers
- 1:32:53Testecleese: not much leftovers. I did a pretty good job like.
- 1:32:56Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:32:57Testecleese: Trim the show a lot, and I managed to find a way to organize.
- 1:33:00Brian McFadden: And we talked about why Trump wasn't at the White House correspondent dinner last week.
- 1:33:04Testecleese: When it happened. But now again we're from the future, Brian.
- 1:33:08Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:33:10Testecleese: And they're basically saying.
- 1:33:11Brian McFadden: I mean, I think going back, I think Bush
- 1:33:15Brian McFadden: George W. Bush was the last Republican to show up at the correspondence dinner.
- 1:33:20Testecleese: Yeah. Well, trump went at least once, I swear, and he was make. He made most of the crazy jokes, I thought, but maybe not.
- 1:33:28Brian McFadden: Maybe maybe.
- 1:33:30Testecleese: Might, he might have done it like oh.
- 1:33:32Brian McFadden: He might have done it once, and that was it, you know, because he realized that they didn't appreciate him being there. It was all. They're all anti-trump, even even if you look at like that. Used to be all the major networks bought tables at this thing, and that's not happening anymore. There weren't. Fox news didn't have a table at this thing.
- 1:33:54Brian McFadden: you know.
- 1:33:55Testecleese: It's not worth covering.
- 1:33:56Brian McFadden: No, and it's not worth the money they want you to pay for the table.
- 1:34:01Ron Pascoe: Maybe go ahead.
- 1:34:03Ron Pascoe: It's the one.
- 1:34:04Brian McFadden: Well, this is. This isn't just media in general. This is the White House correspondent, you know, and they think they're above everybody else in the world when it.
- 1:34:15Testecleese: Then.
- 1:34:15Brian McFadden: On, his.
- 1:34:16Testecleese: They're the ones that are so upset about this new media thing that the White House is doing.
- 1:34:21Testecleese: And the funny thing is, Brian, you probably haven't seen any of this new media thing they do every
- 1:34:26Testecleese: all the time, like every week. I think they do one own right, Quappo.
- 1:34:31Brian McFadden: Well, I know. One thing they're doing is they've moved the press conferences from the afternoon to the morning. All the press conferences in the White House are happening at like 8 30 in the morning. So that means the prima donna media people that are covering them
- 1:34:48Brian McFadden: have to be dressed with makeup on and in through security in the White House by 8 30 in the morning.
- 1:34:58Brian McFadden: and they also by doing it in the morning like this.
- 1:35:02Brian McFadden: They? The White House controls the narrative of much the
- 1:35:07Brian McFadden: media tried. So it's not the like the mainstream media putting out their spins on the morning shows, and then the White House, trying to like spin against.
- 1:35:17Testecleese: On to that. Yeah.
- 1:35:18Brian McFadden: They are now in control of it, and then the media has to respond to what the White House is coming out, saying. So.
- 1:35:27Testecleese: That's what got me about the Associated Press, too. They were making a big deal with not being allowed in the Oval office.
- 1:35:33Testecleese: and it's like this is, this is, is office in his home.
- 1:35:39Brian McFadden: Right he can choose who goes into there.
- 1:35:42Testecleese: Yeah, you don't get to just go into the oval office because you have a press pass right.
- 1:35:48Brian McFadden: No, that gets you into the White House, but not.
- 1:35:51Testecleese: Maybe
- 1:35:52Testecleese: okay, because the press pass is typically handed out by the White House, but just saying you're a journalist doesn't get you into the I mean, I can show up and say I'm a journalist. Is that mean? I get to go into the fucking oval office, and
- 1:36:03Testecleese: you know the President.
- 1:36:05Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:36:07Testecleese: Alright, so
- 1:36:09Testecleese: I guess Columbus Day is going to come back instead of what what do they call it now? Indigenous peoples? Day.
- 1:36:14Brian McFadden: Yeah. Trump's vowing to bring back Columbus Day and get rid of indigenous people day.
- 1:36:21Testecleese: I got nothing against honoring the indigenous peoples. I really don't. But why.
- 1:36:25Brian McFadden: Get rid, will Trump try to get rid of Juneteenth.
- 1:36:28Testecleese: Well, you know what Juneteenth's not a thing.
- 1:36:32Brian McFadden: It's a Federal holiday.
- 1:36:34Testecleese: Oh, that's bullshit oh, Biden, no, Obama did that, didn't he?
- 1:36:40Testecleese: I don't remember.
- 1:36:40Brian McFadden: Biden. It was Biden.
- 1:36:42Testecleese: Was it? Was it? Biden?
- 1:36:44Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I think it's a Federal holiday is a mess. It's
- 1:36:49Testecleese: I guarantee you. Most people. They couldn't tell you what Juneteenth was.
- 1:36:54Testecleese: what it is, and why why, we even call it a thing.
- 1:36:58Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, it's very, very convoluted, to begin with, because it's not like the the day that the slaves were actually free. It's the day that some general made it from the east coast to Texas to tell the slaves out there that they were free.
- 1:37:14Testecleese: Yeah, when they said, That's the day the last slave found out. It's like, Yeah, you know what? I bet it probably took 6 years.
- 1:37:20Testecleese: Some dude turned out that technically his slave was free, and there's nothing you can do about it. He's like I'm going to keep my mouth shut.
- 1:37:25Brian McFadden: The only.
- 1:37:26Testecleese: You know what I mean?
- 1:37:28Testecleese: And exactly, it's convoluted. Why don't we just celebrate the day it was passed, instead of
- 1:37:36Testecleese: instead of just trying to say, No, you're wrong. It's this. Instead, you know, and like again, indigenous peoples day, you could pick another day. Let's replace. Let's replace Juneteenth with indigenous people's day. How's that.
- 1:37:47Brian McFadden: Oh, I'd be! I'd love it if trump did the.
- 1:37:50Testecleese: I would, too. Let's let's honor the indigenous peoples at the same time. We can still have Columbus Day.
- 1:37:57Testecleese: you know, and then everyone's upset with Juneteenth. We're just gonna celebrate that on the actual date it was signed by Abraham Lincoln right.
- 1:38:04Brian McFadden: Right? Yeah.
- 1:38:06Brian McFadden: So you see where Mike Waltz is not no longer the National Security Advisor.
- 1:38:12Testecleese: Yes, and this frustrated me.
- 1:38:14Brian McFadden: This through the the press for the loop.
- 1:38:18Testecleese: Like he got fired. How many more was he gonna fire? I was like he didn't get fired. He's getting a promotion.
- 1:38:23Brian McFadden: Yeah. Now he's gonna be the ambassador to the UN.
- 1:38:29Testecleese: Like, Oh, oh, is he gonna fire? This is he gonna fire head size net. Next I was like,
- 1:38:34Brian McFadden: I've never been.
- 1:38:35Testecleese: Job for him.
- 1:38:37Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, he's out. He's been fired. Yeah, no. He got you got a promotion to shit. One of the most powerful positions on the planet, right?
- 1:38:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:38:46El Guapo: He didn't like.
- 1:38:46Brian McFadden: But there was a delay between his his quote, unquote firing to his hiring.
- 1:38:53Testecleese: And that's what happens when the media jumps on it, and like fucking sharks in the water when they smell blood. You know.
- 1:39:01El Guapo: I think we got fired. You know what.
- 1:39:03Testecleese: Oh, so anyway, apparently
- 1:39:06El Guapo: Do you guys see him.
- 1:39:07Testecleese: Apparently Biden kept like censorship documents, and like paperwork.
- 1:39:13Brian McFadden: I'm like perfect.
- 1:39:14Brian McFadden: He's Jaeger Hoover, Jr.
- 1:39:17Testecleese: That's what it sounds like on these trump folks, and one of them is like in the cabinet, I guess.
- 1:39:23Testecleese: and Guapo's having trouble with his headphones again.
- 1:39:25El Guapo: No, I just checked. You guys can hear me.
- 1:39:27Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:39:28El Guapo: Okay. Alright!
- 1:39:30Testecleese: I just heard you unplug and plug back in.
- 1:39:32El Guapo: No, no, but you hear me by the part about like I think he got fired.
- 1:39:36El Guapo: You just.
- 1:39:37Testecleese: He got he got. He's been nominated for the UN Ambassador.
- 1:39:41El Guapo: Yeah, it's just like, you know, what? What should I do but like he got fired for that precision.
- 1:39:46El Guapo: They're like, you know what? Let me retire you over here, that's all. It.
- 1:39:51Testecleese: UN ambassador is a big deal job.
- 1:39:54El Guapo: Yeah, but where he went to enjoy Ambassador Puerto Rico.
- 1:39:58Testecleese: No, he's the Ambassador from the United States to the United Nations.
- 1:40:02El Guapo: Oh, I think he got fire.
- 1:40:06El Guapo: Hello!
- 1:40:06Testecleese: Why would you give them a job that pays more and has more responsibility.
- 1:40:09El Guapo: Probably because you don't have to be to stop secret sensory to the.
- 1:40:14Testecleese: I don't know. I'm saying he got a promotion, not he didn't get fired. He got a promotion.
- 1:40:19El Guapo: Well, he didn't get fired, but he got like he got moved. Let's put it that way.
- 1:40:25Testecleese: Oh, repeat offender has left.
- 1:40:28El Guapo: Yeah, I guess you got other things to worry about.
- 1:40:30El Guapo: Oh, shit alright! Where are we.
- 1:40:34Testecleese: Yeah. Now, Pbs and Npr are saying it's illegal for trump to stop paying them. Oh, he's a bad guy.
- 1:40:42Brian McFadden: Well, if it's congressionally mandated funding, sure. But what? That's not what the Executive Order says. It says that
- 1:40:51Brian McFadden: they should. You know that the the organization that funds them should be looking for ways
- 1:41:00Brian McFadden: not to take the money. Basically.
- 1:41:03Testecleese: Hmm.
- 1:41:05Brian McFadden: Nothing he said was unlawful.
- 1:41:08Testecleese: These would get me. I'm going to go to Harvard because they've been in the news a lot in general lately, especially this week, but I tried to not bring it up.
- 1:41:16Testecleese: But oh.
- 1:41:19Testecleese: you know that they have 800 billion dollars. I'm sorry. 800 million dollars, or maybe it is.
- 1:41:26Brian McFadden: In an endowment.
- 1:41:27Testecleese: And endowments.
- 1:41:29Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, it's 800 billion, almost a trillion dollars, I think.
- 1:41:33Testecleese: And here's the thing is, these endowments are tax exempt.
- 1:41:37Brian McFadden: What are they doing with this money?
- 1:41:39Brian McFadden: Well, in the school is tax exempt, too, because it's a public institution.
- 1:41:44Testecleese: No, it's not a public institution. That's a private school.
- 1:41:47Brian McFadden: Yeah, but they got a tax exempt status. And that's what trump's threatening to take away from when they're freaking, freaking out about it.
- 1:41:53Testecleese: And they should not have taxes, and they are a private facility that charges through the nose rates, and they have near a trillion dollars.
- 1:42:03Testecleese: Let's for real.
- 1:42:05Testecleese: How about you? Just give up free education to the students you can cover, because you're apparently bringing enough in endowments to pay for tuition at the school. Just pay your staff that way. Become the most popular school on the planet, because you have been historically known as one of the best. And now it's free. If you can get in.
- 1:42:24Testecleese: because once you get out, you make so much money that you're gonna help pay everyone else's tuition
- 1:42:30Testecleese: like this is just insane. How much money they have sitting in a bank account that hasn't been taxed.
- 1:42:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:42:39Testecleese: All right.
- 1:42:41El Guapo: I thought they were having. They were having an issue because
- 1:42:44Testecleese: Because they hate the Jews.
- 1:42:46El Guapo: No, no, no, no, no, because they've been accepting like students with low math scores they had to introduce, like algebra stuff like that to
- 1:42:55El Guapo: to the classes this year, like what.
- 1:42:58Testecleese: At Harvard.
- 1:42:59El Guapo: Yes, because.
- 1:43:01Testecleese: That's embarrassing.
- 1:43:02El Guapo: Yes, they were like, oh, we don't need like they were like giving a extra
- 1:43:09El Guapo: extra classes because you have. People have done separate with no like hardcore math.
- 1:43:14Testecleese: Can't do, can't do. Basic algebra.
- 1:43:16El Guapo: No can do a calculus, too, or something like that. And they're like, Oh, yeah, we need to fucking. Do this shit. I thought I saw it like, I need to share with you guys.
- 1:43:26El Guapo: not everybody needs to study calculus nobody.
- 1:43:29El Guapo: If you, if you're gonna go to harbors to do this math stuff like, why do you need extra basic math for that? You know.
- 1:43:38Testecleese: Well, I mean, just for example, you say calculus 2. Granted. Yes, I took calc 2 in high school.
- 1:43:44Testecleese: That's good, that that's very uncommon to have that much math education in high school
- 1:43:52Testecleese: like typically you don't get the calculus until you get to college. And like I took pre-calc
- 1:43:57Testecleese: my sophomore year calculus in Junior Year, calc. 2 senior year.
- 1:44:04Testecleese: Most people don't get to even pre-calculus in high school.
- 1:44:10Testecleese: I mean, do you know how to do you know how to take a a number equation and turn it into a wave sign.
- 1:44:18El Guapo: No.
- 1:44:18Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:44:19Testecleese: Yeah, no. And most people don't. They have no need to know that, you know.
- 1:44:23Brian McFadden: You're not. I don't care.
- 1:44:26Testecleese: Yeah, that that's what calculus does, though
- 1:44:32Testecleese: it does more than that. I finished another beer.
- 1:44:36Brian McFadden: I have.
- 1:44:37Testecleese: I know. You know what. We only got 3 topics and leftovers, and we we haven't hit 2 h yet, so we're doing better on time, anyway.
- 1:44:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:44:47Testecleese: So let's go ahead and hit all 3 leftovers, and you know, difficult was to figure out how to organize these things so it would sound like it flowed. I had to come up with a category called stupid crimes.
- 1:45:01Testecleese: But what what happened in
- 1:45:04Testecleese: with the falcons, Guy, like a bunch of people got fined or a couple of people got fined. I guess.
- 1:45:08Brian McFadden: Yeah, this was the Shadar Sanders prank call that was done by the head coach's 21 year old. Son.
- 1:45:18Testecleese: No check this out. The 21 year old Son found the information, found this guy's phone number in his father's phone.
- 1:45:25Brian McFadden: No, not an ipad on an ipad.
- 1:45:29Testecleese: But gave the information to his buddy, who made the prank call.
- 1:45:34Brian McFadden: Yes. Well, the.
- 1:45:36Testecleese: The falcons and the defensive coordinator have both been fined a lot of money for this prank call.
- 1:45:43Testecleese: Yeah. And you know it's not for the prank call it's for the doxing is what they're saying.
- 1:45:47Brian McFadden: Yeah, of course.
- 1:45:48Testecleese: Like you gave out his personal information. That's just absolutely unacceptable. You need better security stuff going on.
- 1:45:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:45:54Testecleese: And you know what Nfl is a private organization that can hand out fines as they see fit.
- 1:46:01Testecleese: I'm okay with this.
- 1:46:04Testecleese: Normally, I would be frustrated about
- 1:46:08Testecleese: a giant fine, because these were like hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 1:46:12Testecleese: Normally, I'd be upset if this is like the Government doing it, but the Nfl. Can do as they see fit. They pay these assholes a ton of money.
- 1:46:19Testecleese: and you know what I say. Ago.
- 1:46:22Testecleese: Guy, with a helmet defending the country should get paid more than a guy with a helmet defending a football. Yeah, you know what?
- 1:46:27Testecleese: No, no, awesome.
- 1:46:28Testecleese: You know what. Don't watch football. Don't buy their merch if you don't want them to get paid right, and don't offer to donate money to the Dod. If you think the enlisted should get paid more.
- 1:46:39Testecleese: So the falcons of the the Nfl can find these guys. I don't care.
- 1:46:43El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:46:45Testecleese: But oof someone learned a lesson out of this, I think.
- 1:46:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:46:54Testecleese: The ups is going to close dozens of facilities
- 1:46:58Testecleese: and cut like 20,000 jobs this year.
- 1:47:03Brian McFadden: This is a union facility.
- 1:47:07Testecleese: It's more than I thought. It was several facilities.
- 1:47:09Brian McFadden: Yeah. But I know ups is unionized in general.
- 1:47:14Testecleese: Oh!
- 1:47:15Brian McFadden: The whole company is unionized.
- 1:47:17Testecleese: Yeah, they're trying to cut costs. Because they're concerned about less.
- 1:47:21Brian McFadden: They lost bye?
- 1:47:23Brian McFadden: Didn't they lose Amazon shipments, or something like that?
- 1:47:28Testecleese: Ups wasn't getting it. Oh, no, you make.
- 1:47:30Brian McFadden: No, that was the postal service that was getting them.
- 1:47:34Testecleese: Well, I get some from the post postage usps, and I get some from ups.
- 1:47:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:47:40Testecleese: Like Walmart and Lowe's, and a handful of others still use Fedex.
- 1:47:49Testecleese: But did you see what's going on with Msnbc.
- 1:47:53Brian McFadden: Not really. I don't really watch Msnbc. I really don't care.
- 1:47:57Testecleese: Nor do I in general, but they are.
- 1:48:00Brian McFadden: I know on. There is Rachel Maddow. She's only on once every 3 months now, so.
- 1:48:05Testecleese: Jen, psaki.
- 1:48:07Brian McFadden: Oh, well, her, too. Okay.
- 1:48:09Testecleese: They're moving her to prime time to fill in Rachel Maddow spot
- 1:48:14Brian McFadden: Original is not going to be on once a month.
- 1:48:16Testecleese: Rachel Maddow's doing Monday once.
- 1:48:19Testecleese: What game?
- 1:48:20Testecleese: Yeah, once a week. And now.
- 1:48:22Brian McFadden: All the other days of the week.
- 1:48:25Testecleese: Through Friday, and they're doing a whole bunch of stuff like this trying to revamp with Msa.
- 1:48:29Brian McFadden: Well, I guarantee that Jen Psaki's not getting paid while Rachel Maddow gets paid for one night.
- 1:48:35Testecleese: Here's the thing is
- 1:48:37Testecleese: sake, was the one who just recently came out and said, yes, we're obviously biased, and it's like you. You just came out and told people that you can't really trust what we're saying, because we already have our minds made up.
- 1:48:50Testecleese: But whatever I don't know what to tell you.
- 1:48:55Testecleese: red head with giant boobs could be making a ton of money doing something.
- 1:49:00Testecleese: but she's instead just wasting her time
- 1:49:04Testecleese: talking shit about trump, you know.
- 1:49:07Ron Pascoe: Yep, she should have started her with.
- 1:49:13Testecleese: You know what? Just get out of politics altogether, after which
- 1:49:18Testecleese: she was the the 1st press secretary, for by.
- 1:49:21Brian McFadden: And right.
- 1:49:21Ron Pascoe: Pardon. Yeah.
- 1:49:22Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:49:23Testecleese: She should have got out and got right into acting and just left politics behind altogether.
- 1:49:30Ron Pascoe: I'm watching you circle back, mate. There's no coming back from that.
- 1:49:34Testecleese: Oh, so many circle backs. That's why I mentioned in the the intro that, like all all the people in our opening theme right now was in the news this week.
- 1:49:48Testecleese: She's all right. Msnbc's got to do something
- 1:49:53Testecleese: their their numbers are plummeting, and you know a lot of people don't want to admit that, but they're they're in the gutter. They're they lose viewers every month.
- 1:50:03Testecleese: Go ahead.
- 1:50:04Testecleese: and then they're gonna put sake to fill in the a prime time slot like, why don't they do something like what at least Cnn did with
- 1:50:14Testecleese: shit. Who Scott Jennings.
- 1:50:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:50:18Testecleese: And then they also have the guy who does the polls all the time and shows you the numbers. And it's like, you guys are all wrong, they would still vote trump, right?
- 1:50:28El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:50:29Brian McFadden: I don't know. I think that's our show, Brian. What do you think?
- 1:50:32Brian McFadden: I think I'm gonna cut that shit.
- 1:50:34Testecleese: All right. Let's pinch this sucker off.
- 1:50:37El Guapo: Date.
