- 0:25Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:30Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I'm Daniel Mallley along with Trey Trendholme. Today.
- 0:35Speaker 1: It is Tuesday, December third, twenty twenty four. I don't
- 0:41Speaker 1: know why it didn't strike me as heavily yesterday as
- 0:44Speaker 1: it is today. But it's December, and honest to god,
- 0:49Speaker 1: it feels like we just did December, not that long ago.
- 0:52Speaker 1: But yeah, it really does.
- 0:53Speaker 3: It's uh and I just seems to happen as I
- 0:59Speaker 3: get older, more and more of well, this year just
- 1:01Speaker 3: flew by.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I'm glad you said the word fly, Trey. I'd like
- 1:08Speaker 1: to start today inside the Treehouse.
- 1:11Speaker 2: With a question. I'm full of questions here all right.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Do you when you fly, do you like to fly
- 1:18Speaker 1: cozy or do you prefer to fly more fancy?
- 1:28Speaker 4: I say I.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Lean towards more comfortable. I'm not gonna go on a
- 1:39Speaker 3: plane and like.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Fuzzy slippers, but but definitely more on the comfortable side.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not quite pajamas on the plane yet, but
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'm certainly not the fifties and sixties, you know, where
- 1:55Speaker 1: men war suits and hats everywhere. But I'm also glad
- 2:00Speaker 1: that you not only brought up fly, but you also
- 2:03Speaker 1: brought up fuzzy slippers. Because I'm going to tell you
- 2:06Speaker 1: about a man, a thirty one year old man from California,
- 2:12Speaker 1: and he got stopped by TSA in.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Los Angeles at LAX.
- 2:17Speaker 1: He was on his way to Australia, but they needed
- 2:20Speaker 1: to stop him and search his stuff a little bit
- 2:24Speaker 1: because he had some bizarre items. This thirty one year
- 2:27Speaker 1: old man at LAX checked a pink suitcase and a
- 2:31Speaker 1: gray suitcase, which were screened by TSA officers, and they
- 2:35Speaker 1: flagged more than a dozen pieces of light colored clothing.
- 2:40Speaker 1: One of the items was a cal pajama onesie. And
- 2:47Speaker 1: my first thought is why are you not wearing that? Yeah,
- 2:51Speaker 1: because that sounds like if you're gonna fly coke, if
- 2:53Speaker 1: you're gonna fly cozy, then by god, a cal pajama
- 2:56Speaker 1: onesie sounds like the way to go, or maybe maybe
- 3:00Speaker 1: be a pig one.
- 3:00Speaker 2: That'd be kind of funny, especially.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Because if you going to Australia that that is a
- 3:05Speaker 4: long flight.
- 3:07Speaker 1: That's one of those where I could see if you're
- 3:09Speaker 1: doing transcontinental air travel, then I could certainly see going
- 3:15Speaker 1: going the pajama route during the flight, mainly because I
- 3:19Speaker 1: can't afford to fly Emirates, and I think on Emirates
- 3:22Speaker 1: and some of the other really high fallutint airlines they'll
- 3:25Speaker 1: actually give you pajamas, but not on the not on
- 3:30Speaker 1: the plane that I'd be flying on. Yeah, so TSA
- 3:34Speaker 1: stopped him. And one of those items was a cal
- 3:36Speaker 1: pajamas onesie, along with others, and on this cal pajamas
- 3:41Speaker 1: onesie was white residue and the cal pajama onesie was dried, stiff,
- 3:49Speaker 1: covered in a white residue. Thank god for the TSA officers.
- 3:54Speaker 1: It turned out to be methamphetamine, not something else, okay,
- 3:59Speaker 1: because that would be one big special sock, especially when
- 4:04Speaker 1: you find out that the total weight of the clothing
- 4:08Speaker 1: was seventy one and a half pounds.
- 4:12Speaker 4: Damn.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Yeah, So the total weight of the clothing seventy one
- 4:18Speaker 1: and a half pounds, that's because the clothing was caked
- 4:22Speaker 1: in meth. Officials extracted more than two pounds of methamphetamine
- 4:27Speaker 1: from the clothing. The man has sent has been charged
- 4:30Speaker 1: with possession and intent to distribute, and he now faces
- 4:33Speaker 1: ten years to life in prison.
- 4:38Speaker 4: For a meth onesie.
- 4:40Speaker 1: For a meth onesie, you always have to hand it
- 4:44Speaker 1: to drug people because.
- 4:46Speaker 4: And they get creative mm hm.
- 4:49Speaker 1: And look, I mean, we've already had a we've already
- 4:52Speaker 1: had a banner year inside the Treehouse for crazy news stories,
- 4:57Speaker 1: but never in my wildest dreams what I've thought to
- 5:00Speaker 1: put on our annual news headline bingo card meth pajamas
- 5:06Speaker 1: and and we're here now.
- 5:08Speaker 2: And I'm glad for it.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And I would like to take this opportunity to thank
- 5:12Speaker 1: the people, to thank the stupid criminals of the world
- 5:16Speaker 1: for doing the stupid things that make this tree house
- 5:19Speaker 1: go round and round, because I look, I love I
- 5:23Speaker 1: love taking tooth, I love juxtaposition. I love taking two
- 5:26Speaker 1: things that don't belong together and slap them together, right
- 5:29Speaker 1: like metham vetamine and pajamas don't.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Seem like they'd go together, but entered this dude and
- 5:34Speaker 2: they did. Thank you.
- 5:36Speaker 3: I appreciate it and it's fitting. It's I mean, was
- 5:40Speaker 3: he Australian or was he American?
- 5:43Speaker 1: I don't know, because Australian glory does not specify.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Australia is really just it's a giant Florida mm hmm,
- 5:52Speaker 3: a bunch of things that'll kill you and some weird people.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Yep.
- 5:58Speaker 1: According to another link that I just clicked on, it
- 6:01Speaker 1: says a California man.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Okay, his name is.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Raj Matharu, thirty one years old of north Ridge, California.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Oh, maybe that's where our rage is.
- 6:18Speaker 5: Now.
- 6:18Speaker 2: It all makes sense.
- 6:23Speaker 6: You're in the.

- 9:03Speaker 1: I'm Dan, along with Trey and Jerry called well today
- 9:07Speaker 1: on Tuesday, December third, twenty twenty four. Guys, yesterday with
- 9:13Speaker 1: Cyber Monday. Friday was Black Friday, and I'm curious do
- 9:19Speaker 1: you have a preference. I'm not doing an elaborate treehouse
- 9:22Speaker 1: versus here, like it's one of our little game that
- 9:25Speaker 1: we'll play, just a general question.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Are you Black Friday or Cyber Monday? Trey Ceber Monday?
- 9:33Speaker 1: All right, Jerry your Cyber Monday Trey? Are you a
- 9:35Speaker 1: Black Friday guy or a Cyber Monday guy?
- 9:38Speaker 3: By Black Friday. Do you mean that I would actually
- 9:40Speaker 3: step foot in a retail store.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Like you would have to gear up like Arnold Schwarzenegger
- 9:46Speaker 1: does on the beach in the movie Commando when he
- 9:49Speaker 1: has to go save his daughter Lisa Milano from the
- 9:52Speaker 1: bad Australian man and blow up dudes with grenades and
- 9:57Speaker 1: rocket launchers and guns and more gun and a really.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Big freaking knife. And he kills that one Australian.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Dude with just a really large pipe, which is pretty impressive,
- 10:07Speaker 1: an actual pipe. That's not a euphemism, but you know
- 10:11Speaker 1: the scene I'm talking about. So he gears up. It's
- 10:13Speaker 1: actually it's actually a pretty funny gift that's taken on
- 10:16Speaker 1: a life of its own over the years. He gets
- 10:18Speaker 1: his vest on, his tactical vest, his knife and his grenades,
- 10:21Speaker 1: and he's and he starts putting the Camo makeup on
- 10:25Speaker 1: his arms and his face.
- 10:26Speaker 2: And a yeah, I'm ready to go rescue my daughter.
- 10:29Speaker 1: That's how I imagine if you're gonna go out on
- 10:30Speaker 1: Black Friday, that's what you gotta do. Okay, all right,
- 10:38Speaker 1: just made his point for him, right, I.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Was just gonna go with dah And you've known me
- 10:43Speaker 3: long enough. No, you know, I hate people, So no,
- 10:46Speaker 3: I'm not Black Friday. I've no, I would rather be
- 10:50Speaker 3: just flogged and beaten.
- 10:53Speaker 5: Uh.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Well, that's what Black Friday is, and that's why I asked,
- 10:55Speaker 1: because I know I wanted to see if maybe there
- 10:58Speaker 1: was an exception in there, because, like you said, I
- 11:00Speaker 1: know that you typically hate people, so this might actually
- 11:03Speaker 1: be a reason for you to do Black Friday is
- 11:07Speaker 1: so then you can get away with stuff because you
- 11:09Speaker 1: hate people, and maybe you want to take the new
- 11:11Speaker 1: Toaster away from somebody.
- 11:12Speaker 4: I mean, if they were, you know, giving away jaguars
- 11:14Speaker 4: and hand jobs. Sure, okay, Other than that, No, no,
- 11:18Speaker 4: not at all.
- 11:20Speaker 6: Uh I.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Someone I know I was like I saw on social media.
- 11:25Speaker 3: It was like you, I'm at Targa try to get out,
- 11:27Speaker 3: and I'm at Target, been in line for an hour
- 11:30Speaker 3: just to check out. No hell no, I mean and really,
- 11:34Speaker 3: especially now you know those same deals, you're probably gonna
- 11:39Speaker 3: get them on Cyber Monday. So going into the actual
- 11:43Speaker 3: physical retail store is just because you're a glutton for punishment, a.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Glutton for punishment, or perhaps maybe like there's got to
- 11:51Speaker 1: be the people that get a rush out of it.
- 11:53Speaker 1: They have to it's got to be. It's got to
- 11:54Speaker 1: be a dopamine hit kind of thing.
- 11:57Speaker 2: When you want to pick up a sweater and throw
- 11:59Speaker 2: a couple of elbows, that's right. Yeah.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And like when that new kitchen appliance that's half off
- 12:06Speaker 1: is not only a kitchen appliance, but you know actually
- 12:09Speaker 1: makes a pretty good weapon as well, then you know
- 12:14Speaker 1: that's a high quality item. If I may use the
- 12:17Speaker 1: sage words of cousin Eddie in Christmas vacation, that's a
- 12:23Speaker 1: high quality atom.
- 12:25Speaker 2: How much you set you back?
- 12:26Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 12:27Speaker 1: According to a new poll done by bankrate dot com,
- 12:31Speaker 1: fifty nine percent of Americans plan to shop on Cyber Monday,
- 12:36Speaker 1: compared to just fifty three percent who shopped on Black Friday. So,
- 12:41Speaker 1: according to one pole, people are more into Cyber Monday
- 12:44Speaker 1: than they are Black Friday.
- 12:46Speaker 2: But wait, there's.
- 12:47Speaker 1: More, because when there's one piece of research saying one thing,
- 12:52Speaker 1: there's probably one saying the opposite. According to a different
- 12:56Speaker 1: survey done by the National Retail Federation, they day Black
- 13:00Speaker 1: Friday is still keen, and it's not even close. They
- 13:04Speaker 1: say one hundred and eighty three million people planned to
- 13:06Speaker 1: shop between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday, and then those people,
- 13:11Speaker 1: seventy two percent were shopping on Black Friday, while just
- 13:14Speaker 1: thirty nine percent planned to shop on Cyber Monday. So
- 13:20Speaker 1: that's why I asked the question, are you Black Monday
- 13:22Speaker 1: or Cyber Monday? Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
- 13:24Speaker 4: I know, I've.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I have not got to get you some cough drops.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Man.
- 13:33Speaker 3: I have not seen the numbers yet, but I know
- 13:36Speaker 3: from what I read, retailers were actually surprised at the
- 13:40Speaker 3: number of people that were in came into stores on
- 13:43Speaker 3: Black Friday.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Yeah, they even said Black Friday could be muscling its
- 13:47Speaker 1: way back. In see Arnold Schwarzenegger Commando reference. The News
- 13:51Speaker 1: is onto this theory of mine. They're saying Black Friday
- 13:54Speaker 1: is muscling its way back. When it comes to online sales,
- 13:58Speaker 1: Americans are expected to spend thirty team point two billion
- 14:01Speaker 1: dollars on Cyber Monday, which is up six percent, which
- 14:04Speaker 1: is up six percent from twenty twenty three. But Black
- 14:06Speaker 1: Friday is making gains at ten point eight billion dollars,
- 14:11Speaker 1: which is up ten percent from last year.
- 14:13Speaker 2: So maybe Black Friday is making a comeback.
- 14:18Speaker 9: You know, it seems to be more of a group activity.
- 14:19Speaker 9: I've noticed also, it's like you don't know where one person.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Yeah, you go with friends and family, right right, it's a.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Day after Thanksgiving.
- 14:27Speaker 9: You know, you still got you got the friends and
- 14:29Speaker 9: family that you like are still there, and it's like,
- 14:31Speaker 9: let's all, let's all go and tag team this.
- 14:34Speaker 1: That makes sense. The families that fight together, you know,
- 14:38Speaker 1: shop together. And you said family, that's pretty good. It's
- 14:41Speaker 1: sort of like you go out and you're the van
- 14:42Speaker 1: Erks of Target. Speaking of Target and Black Friday, a
- 14:47Speaker 1: man was stab Friday morning outside of a Target in Dallas.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Sorry, it's not funny. Yeah, time is like Black Friday
- 15:00Speaker 2: strikes again. That's target. No, no crushing deaths reported.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Yeah, that's something what you don't see any you are
- 15:07Speaker 3: you have not seen it. It seems like a long
- 15:09Speaker 3: while are the trampling, you know, absolute group meles of fights.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Everyone does seem to have calmed down a bit.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I think I agree because I even did a YouTube
- 15:23Speaker 1: search trying to find you know, Black Friday chaos, and
- 15:26Speaker 1: a majority.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Of the videos were years old.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and in the process of my research, I found
- 15:33Speaker 1: something that I think is probably pretty accurate. I think
- 15:35Speaker 1: it was a meme, but I still think it holds
- 15:37Speaker 1: true and that is, everybody's already got all the TVs,
- 15:41Speaker 1: so they just want cheaper groceries, right, right, dear retail,
- 15:47Speaker 1: we all already have fifty and sixty and seventy inch TVs. Uh,
- 15:53Speaker 1: please make bacon cheap again?
- 15:57Speaker 2: Right? And I get that that makes sense.
- 16:02Speaker 9: Who do you think is going to be the first
- 16:04Speaker 9: one to actually like loam onto that super Target super
- 16:06Speaker 9: walmarts to like include groceries and Black Friday.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I don't know, honestly, I don't. That's a great question
- 16:16Speaker 2: because I don't know if any of them are.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I don't know if they ever have, Like if all
- 16:21Speaker 1: the Black Friday emails I have received over the past week,
- 16:24Speaker 1: and it's a lot, I have not seen one saying,
- 16:27Speaker 1: you know, eggs or two dollars for a dozen, Right,
- 16:32Speaker 1: it's all it's all the standard stuff.
- 16:33Speaker 2: It's it's the stuff. It's the stuff we don't need.
- 16:36Speaker 1: It's the appliances, it's the televisions, it's shoes, it's all
- 16:39Speaker 1: this stuff that I've already got.
- 16:41Speaker 2: But it's like, nah, I'm curious how much.
- 16:43Speaker 4: How much for primary? Yeah?
- 16:45Speaker 3: Well that's it's a Black Friday is a retail thing,
- 16:49Speaker 3: not a grocer thing. And on perishables again, you'll grocers
- 16:55Speaker 3: don't make that much money.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just saying, and I think Jerry's Jerry is
- 16:58Speaker 1: saying the same thing.
- 16:59Speaker 2: There's a opportunity here for the grocers. Yes, that's.
- 17:05Speaker 9: You want to bring people in, do the last Leader
- 17:07Speaker 9: model m bring them in with the with the with
- 17:10Speaker 9: the groceries. And while you're there, you know, pick up
- 17:15Speaker 9: the TV, pick up the DVD player or whatever.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Those youngsters watch movies on today.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I mean, I for one would love to see Black
- 17:25Speaker 1: Friday chaos at a Kroger or a Tom Thumb or
- 17:28Speaker 1: oh my, oh my god at EGb, just someone getting
- 17:31Speaker 1: their ass beat with a whole thing of of HGB tortillas.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Oh, I will watch that for days.
- 17:41Speaker 4: I mean you would, you would see chaos that would
- 17:44Speaker 4: be h.
- 17:45Speaker 2: G B Black Friday.
- 17:46Speaker 1: That's gonna be everyone's gonna be putting on the cameo
- 17:49Speaker 1: makeup like Swarzenegger, and we're all gonna go in with
- 17:51Speaker 1: rocket launchers and get that hal openion bacon.
- 17:54Speaker 2: That's great, slamming each other with steaks and.
- 18:00Speaker 9: Chaos at the Bolt Goods aisle and.
- 18:04Speaker 2: An elbow and gradmafer some trail mix.
- 18:11Speaker 10: You're listening to the Treehouse visitors online at Treehouse on
- 18:15Speaker 10: Air dot com.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Let's get Jaqueline from Brooks Plumbing into the Treehouse now
- 18:25Speaker 1: for any and all of your plumbing once and needs.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Give her and all of them.
- 18:28Speaker 1: They're a call two one, fourth, three, six, eight thirty
- 18:31Speaker 1: eight thirty eight the website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com.
- 18:34Speaker 1: When I had my house in Dallas, Jacqueline, you came
- 18:36Speaker 1: out a few times to help us with some issues,
- 18:39Speaker 1: and your response time was phenomenal. And it wasn't just
- 18:43Speaker 1: because it was me. It was because that's the kind
- 18:45Speaker 1: of company you run. You go out of your way
- 18:47Speaker 1: trying to help every client and try to get there
- 18:50Speaker 1: as soon as you can.
- 18:51Speaker 11: Well, I mean, the reality of it is is that
- 18:53Speaker 11: plumbing is unfortunately a need and not so much a want. Yes,
- 18:57Speaker 11: you can want to remodel the bathroom and that not pressing,
- 19:01Speaker 11: but typically when it comes to service or leak investigations,
- 19:04Speaker 11: et cetera, et cetera. If you've got to stoppage on
- 19:07Speaker 11: the mainline and you don't know and you keep putting
- 19:11Speaker 11: liquid or you know, waste into the drains, if it
- 19:16Speaker 11: has nowhere to go, it will come back in the house,

- 20:32Speaker 2: You personal friend of mine, uh this is the treehouse.
- 20:36Speaker 1: I'm Dan, along with Trey and Jerry called well today
- 20:40Speaker 1: and I remember as a kid.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Flying the friendly skies. Wasn't that?
- 20:46Speaker 1: Was that American Airlines is slogan for.
- 20:48Speaker 2: A while American I believe, so.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Well, are you ready to fly the electric skies? Cause
- 20:58Speaker 1: there's obviously a big push with electric vehicles when it
- 21:02Speaker 1: comes to driving around on Earth. But in the sky,
- 21:08Speaker 1: what happens below eventually happens above. And we have a
- 21:12Speaker 1: company from Sweden is now ready for the world's largest
- 21:16Speaker 1: all electric airplane and it's ready to take flight in
- 21:20Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. Swedish startup Heart Aerospace plans to launch
- 21:27Speaker 1: the Heart X one, the largest all electric aircraft, on
- 21:31Speaker 1: its first test flight in early twenty twenty five.
- 21:35Speaker 4: I'm going to be.
- 21:36Speaker 1: One of those people that's going to take a back
- 21:39Speaker 1: seat punintended on this because my history with companies with
- 21:44Speaker 1: the name Heart in it isn't the most trusted. So
- 21:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna wait to see how this pans out first.
- 21:50Speaker 1: I wish him luck, I truly do. But this demonstrator
- 21:53Speaker 1: is built to the same size as the company's upcoming
- 21:57Speaker 1: thirty seat ES thirty commercial plane and will validate it's
- 22:01Speaker 1: electric propulsion technology. So we've got electric cars. Electric planes
- 22:07Speaker 1: are now coming, and the question is whether or not
- 22:11Speaker 1: we feel like getting on them, Do we trust them?
- 22:14Speaker 1: Is it something that we feel is going to be safe?
- 22:18Speaker 3: And electric helicopters are coming too. There was an article
- 22:22Speaker 3: about a company that is launching an electric helicopter that
- 22:26Speaker 3: has an amazing range of like twelve hundred miles, and
- 22:29Speaker 3: they've already fulfilled or they've already taken in like eight
- 22:32Speaker 3: billion dollars in orders.
- 22:35Speaker 9: The thought of an electric aircraft scares the hell out
- 22:37Speaker 9: of me. I'm not one hundred percent sure why. I
- 22:40Speaker 9: just I don't think it's a proven enough tech yet.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I just.
- 22:48Speaker 1: I get that we're we're all used to, you know,
- 22:50Speaker 1: the good old fashioned, you know, jet fuel powered planes
- 22:54Speaker 1: flying around right, gasoline all the good.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Because that's what we're used to.
- 22:57Speaker 1: It's been that way for decades, and that's not even
- 22:59Speaker 1: one hundred percent safe. It's really really close, but it's
- 23:03Speaker 1: not there yet. Accidents still happen. So I don't know
- 23:07Speaker 1: if this would be a more trusted thing, being electric
- 23:12Speaker 1: versus gas powered or less. I'm not sure which way
- 23:15Speaker 1: I fall on this, but I'm with you. I don't
- 23:17Speaker 1: want to be first in line, right.
- 23:19Speaker 3: I feel a lot more comfortable if they kind of
- 23:22Speaker 3: did the hybrid thing first.
- 23:24Speaker 4: Yea, let's get our toes in that.
- 23:26Speaker 2: But with you, let's make sure we have a gasoline backup.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Yeah, we've got an internal combustion backup the old faithful.
- 23:33Speaker 1: So long as the air outsite is, you got to
- 23:35Speaker 1: get the first made out front to crank it. The
- 23:40Speaker 1: X one will take off from Plattsburgh International Airport in
- 23:44Speaker 1: New York, chosen for its low air traffic and support
- 23:47Speaker 1: for aviation innovation. While Heart has not confirmed if the
- 23:51Speaker 1: X one will match the E S thirty's zero emissions
- 23:54Speaker 1: range of one hundred and twenty four miles. The E
- 23:57Speaker 1: S thirty itself is designed for short regional flights connecting
- 23:59Speaker 1: small airports in underserved areas. Heart Aerospace, founded in twenty nineteen,
- 24:04Speaker 1: is raised one hundred and forty five million dollars to
- 24:07Speaker 1: reshape regional air travel and aims to combine sustainability with
- 24:11Speaker 1: innovation in the aviation sector.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Did you say one hundred and twenty four miles, Yes,
- 24:18Speaker 3: that wouldn't even get you to Austin.
- 24:20Speaker 2: That's a puddle. Jump.
- 24:22Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah's that's like you know, Tyler to Dallas to Waco.
- 24:27Speaker 4: I mean there are places that you'd have to stop
- 24:29Speaker 4: and refuel.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Fairplaces in New York can get on the roof and
- 24:33Speaker 2: see one hundred and twenty four miles.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:35Speaker 1: The refueling thing I think is key because I remember
- 24:39Speaker 1: because like all sorts of military aircraft can refuel mid flight, right,
- 24:44Speaker 1: and commercial jets would have the capability if they have
- 24:46Speaker 1: the proper attachments, because air Force one can refuel mid flight.
- 24:53Speaker 1: But that's all jet fuel, right, because they got the
- 24:55Speaker 1: plug that comes out of the refueling plane, and then
- 24:57Speaker 1: they get the nozzle from the receiving plane to that, and
- 25:00Speaker 1: then they got to connect.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Right, it's got its own set of wings.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Yeah, that's gonna be really hard with a three prong
- 25:07Speaker 1: plug forty feet in the air.
- 25:11Speaker 2: I have sometimes I can't do that on the ground.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Yeah, imagine just imagine the three prong outlet floating, just
- 25:20Speaker 1: dangling in front of the captain's face like, oh God,
- 25:23Speaker 1: I better get this bitch grubbed.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Oh wait, poor choice.
- 25:26Speaker 12: The words you're listening to the Treehouse Visit us online

- 26:00Speaker 1: You can talk back to us right here inside the treehouse.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Here's something on the show that you want to jump
- 26:05Speaker 1: in on and contribute to, then, by God, do it.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Go to Treehouse on air dot com and click on
- 26:11Speaker 1: the microphone in the lower right hand corner and you
- 26:14Speaker 1: can leave us a message and we'll get it right
- 26:16Speaker 1: here inside the treehouse. Just go to Treehouse on air
- 26:19Speaker 1: dot com hit the little talkback microphone in the lower
- 26:21Speaker 1: right hand corner. We are back inside the treehouse now, Dan,
- 26:26Speaker 1: that's me along with Trey and Jerry Caldwell, and we
- 26:30Speaker 1: were just talking about the world's largest all electric airplane
- 26:34Speaker 1: based out of Sweden that's going to do a test
- 26:36Speaker 1: flight in twenty twenty five in New York and Trey,
- 26:39Speaker 1: I'm with you. I was surprised in the story when
- 26:41Speaker 1: it said that its range was only one hundred and
- 26:43Speaker 1: twenty four miles.
- 26:45Speaker 4: Yeah, that's I mean. When I read the story about
- 26:46Speaker 4: the electric helicopter and it had a range of twelve
- 26:48Speaker 4: hundred miles, I was like, Okay, damn, that's impressive. I
- 26:51Speaker 4: understand why.
- 26:52Speaker 3: I don't even know if regular helicopters go that far,
- 26:54Speaker 3: so I understand why they've taken it. Eight billion dollars
- 26:56Speaker 3: in orders, but one hundred and twenty four miles, I mean,
- 27:00Speaker 3: and refueling isn't as simple as just you know, hooking
- 27:04Speaker 3: up the gas truck to it. You can only charge
- 27:07Speaker 3: batteries so fast. How long is it on the ground
- 27:10Speaker 3: in between flights? I mean, is it like my vacuum
- 27:13Speaker 3: cleaner that I get twenty five minutes of runtime and
- 27:15Speaker 3: it takes three hours to charge.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Yeah, that doesn't sound like a very good business model.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Yeah, and you're you're absolutely right about you know, gotta
- 27:24Speaker 3: be careful with that plug because although what happens though,
- 27:27Speaker 3: if you wrong hole, that's.
- 27:29Speaker 2: A yeah, wrong hole.
- 27:32Speaker 1: It can get you in trouble in electricity and in
- 27:34Speaker 1: love making.
- 27:37Speaker 2: And the other thing too that I.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Worry about is I think about like you said, like
- 27:40Speaker 1: you've got the electric vacuum, I've got an electric vacuum.
- 27:43Speaker 1: I don't know if I trust the same technology that
- 27:46Speaker 1: runs in my electric vacuum to run a plane, because
- 27:49Speaker 1: my UFI vacuum still get stuck under the same spot
- 27:53Speaker 1: in the couch. I don't want a plane getting stuck
- 27:55Speaker 1: places mid flight.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Well, yeah, so you know you've also everyone's done this
- 28:03Speaker 3: where you thought you plugged it in right, but you
- 28:05Speaker 3: didn't and so it didn't get a full charge.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd like to be in a I'd like to
- 28:11Speaker 1: be in on that board meeting when they say, okay, sir,
- 28:13Speaker 1: we got one hundred and twenty four miles on range.
- 28:16Speaker 1: We're still figuring out the charge time on that. And
- 28:19Speaker 1: then the next question from someone on the board of
- 28:21Speaker 1: directors is Okay, that's all promising, but can it float.
- 28:28Speaker 2: The hard questions that are going to have to be asked.
- 28:32Speaker 1: So, yeah, that's why I'm not going to be I
- 28:34Speaker 1: would not be first in line, I would not be
- 28:36Speaker 1: fifth in line. I probably wouldn't even be in the
- 28:38Speaker 1: first hundred flights of an electric flight that's only going
- 28:41Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty four miles.
- 28:43Speaker 2: No, thank you.
- 28:44Speaker 4: I'm gonna guess that they have the technology.
- 28:46Speaker 3: It's a battery instead of charging, it's a battery swap type, right, You've.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Just got a bank of batteries. They're constantly charging them.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Yeah, because airlines business is based on turnaround, and if
- 28:59Speaker 3: your turnaround is three hour charge, yeah, you're not gonna
- 29:01Speaker 3: make any money.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Great, we're gonna they're gonna be running a plane off
- 29:05Speaker 1: the same thing I used to charge my laptop. We
- 29:11Speaker 1: agree that everything is different.
- 29:13Speaker 2: In Australia, right, Oh yeah, but Trey, I think you
- 29:17Speaker 2: mentioned earlier. Australia is just one.
- 29:19Speaker 1: It's like it's like Florida, but its own continent. Everything's
- 29:23Speaker 1: a little weird there. Everything's a little different.
- 29:25Speaker 4: There's a lot of things that can kill you.
- 29:27Speaker 1: There's a lot of things that yeah, and there's also
- 29:31Speaker 1: some interesting things when it comes to the language barrier,
- 29:34Speaker 1: which I mean they're speaking English, were speaking English, so
- 29:37Speaker 1: we can understand most of what they say, but how
- 29:39Speaker 1: they say things can throw you off a little bit.
- 29:42Speaker 1: And uh, everything is different in Australia, especially their morning
- 29:46Speaker 1: TV shows. And I'm going to give you a really,
- 29:48Speaker 1: really excellent example of that. This is from Australia Today,
- 29:54Speaker 1: and they were going to talk to a yard expert,
- 29:59Speaker 1: a lawn maintenance expert, because that one of the anchors
- 30:04Speaker 1: you got, the male anchor, the female anker, and the
- 30:05Speaker 1: female anchor has issues with some dead grass in her yard,
- 30:09Speaker 1: so they get the experts on to give her tips
- 30:12Speaker 1: about it.
- 30:14Speaker 2: So are you ready for Are you ready? For Australian
- 30:17Speaker 2: grass talk. Absolutely, I'm glad you said that, because I
- 30:21Speaker 2: bet you're not.
- 30:24Speaker 13: My coach is dying.
- 30:29Speaker 1: I did not hit play on the wrong file. That's
- 30:31Speaker 1: the correct one. Wow, I'll hit that for you again.
- 30:35Speaker 1: This is from Australia today and the female anchor is
- 30:38Speaker 1: having issues with a specific type of grass in her yard.
- 30:42Speaker 13: Is dying and it's like what I do.
- 30:49Speaker 1: And her male anchor is already gone, just just at
- 30:52Speaker 1: her saying my coach is dying.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Do you need some context?
- 30:57Speaker 4: I play it again, play it one more time.
- 31:00Speaker 13: Happily, my coach is dying.
- 31:05Speaker 4: I really thought going into this it was gonna be
- 31:08Speaker 4: a bush joke.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Like.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Right, no, she went hard in.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, there's no uh, there's no work in the
- 31:19Speaker 1: tip on this one.
- 31:20Speaker 13: It's all in my coach is dying, and it's and
- 31:25Speaker 13: what like what and I don't have.
- 31:30Speaker 4: If it's dying.
- 31:31Speaker 5: Well the dog, well that's that's probably why it's reasonable. Yeah,
- 31:40Speaker 5: burns trying to keep the dog off it, and uh yeah,
- 31:45Speaker 5: you'll probably see results.
- 31:50Speaker 2: That male acre is.
- 31:51Speaker 1: I'm surprised he's still on that couch. He's hiding his
- 31:54Speaker 1: face with the papers with the scripts and everything he
- 31:56Speaker 1: is gone. He has a white dude and the female
- 31:59Speaker 1: cow in her is wearing a red outfit, and his
- 32:01Speaker 1: face is redder than her outfit. Yeah, one of the
- 32:06Speaker 1: dogs just going.
- 32:07Speaker 2: All over it.
- 32:10Speaker 13: Did I pick the wrong lawn? Considering I have a dog?
- 32:15Speaker 6: No is good.
- 32:17Speaker 5: I'm considering if it's going to be running on it.
- 32:19Speaker 5: Coach has got really good wear and tear tolerance, recover quickly.
- 32:24Speaker 5: No law can really withstand dog pee. That's just part
- 32:29Speaker 5: of it, part of having a dog, all right.
- 32:31Speaker 13: So the dog's got to go to save the coach.
- 32:39Speaker 1: This is where I need to uh play something else
- 32:43Speaker 1: for you that's very essential here so we don't get fired.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Or canceled.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Uh.
- 32:51Speaker 2: And and that is.
- 32:54Speaker 1: She's not saying the wrong thing, she's just saying it
- 32:57Speaker 1: in Australian. Okay, I'm gonna give you a quick lesson
- 33:01Speaker 1: here that I had to learn earlier today, so you
- 33:03Speaker 1: are now going to learn it as well.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 33:08Speaker 1: This is someone who is a I guess a dialect
- 33:11Speaker 1: coach or expert, explaining.
- 33:16Speaker 2: This much better than I can.
- 33:21Speaker 14: This plant is called couch. Grass couch has au couch
- 33:27Speaker 14: like the couch we sit on in Australia, they pronounced
- 33:30Speaker 14: this couch grass instead of how they use ooh, couch
- 33:36Speaker 14: couch grass.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Now we've all learned something, right, So in the States
- 33:44Speaker 1: we call it couch grass. In Australia it's a completely
- 33:49Speaker 1: different name. And even though they all know it because
- 33:53Speaker 1: they all live in Australia, that doesn't mean that they're
- 33:57Speaker 1: above laughing at something like we would laugh that. And
- 34:01Speaker 1: we are here in the treehouse.
- 34:03Speaker 13: My coach is dying and.
- 34:05Speaker 5: It's and what like what and I don't have what
- 34:11Speaker 5: have you been doing to it? If it's dying, the
- 34:15Speaker 5: dog all over it, why it's reasonable, Yeah, nitrogen burns
- 34:24Speaker 5: trying to keep the dog off it, and yeah, you'll
- 34:27Speaker 5: probably see results.
- 34:30Speaker 13: I don't understand what's going on with.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Like, yes you do.
- 34:39Speaker 13: No coach is good.
- 34:41Speaker 5: I'm considering if it's going to be running on it.
- 34:43Speaker 5: Coach has got really good wear and tear tolerance, recover quickly.
- 34:48Speaker 5: But no one can really withstand dog pee. That's just
- 34:52Speaker 5: part of it, part of having a dog, all.
- 34:55Speaker 13: Right, So the dog's got to go to save the coach. Stuff.
- 35:03Speaker 13: Thank you guys.
- 35:05Speaker 5: We'll check you out on YouTube because the videos are
- 35:08Speaker 5: just terrific.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Possibly the best segment ever.
- 35:10Speaker 1: I wouldn't understand more great stuff if we're still on
- 35:15Speaker 1: a head.
- 35:18Speaker 9: I mean, I love how you can hear the the
- 35:28Speaker 9: productions staff laughing in the background.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, Australia needs it needs to be their
- 35:34Speaker 3: new slogan, Australia we have more fun with swords.

- 36:42Speaker 1: You are listening to the Treehouse, I'm Dan Long with
- 36:45Speaker 1: Trey and Jerry called well, I think that the Australia
- 36:51Speaker 1: Today Show. I think the host did that on purpose.
- 36:56Speaker 1: I'm almost certain of it, because they know she knows
- 37:01Speaker 1: what she's saying, right, she knows it and she can
- 37:06Speaker 1: make it to where there's no double on tundra if
- 37:10Speaker 1: she just includes the word grass. But she doesn't. She
- 37:14Speaker 1: omits the word grass. So therefore I think she's doing
- 37:18Speaker 1: this on purpose. And the fact that everyone was really
- 37:21Speaker 1: quiet when she said this, I think adds to my suspicion. Okay,
- 37:27Speaker 1: so let's listen to one more time.
- 37:29Speaker 13: My coach is dying, unless this.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Is a trick by her co anchor and she's being
- 37:41Speaker 1: ron Burgundie just to see if she'll read whatever's on
- 37:44Speaker 1: that prompter, which is also possible. But again, all she
- 37:50Speaker 1: had to say is my couch grass, because as we
- 37:54Speaker 1: learned from the dialect expert, in America, we say couch grass.
- 37:58Speaker 1: In Australia they say hit the fun way. So I'd
- 38:04Speaker 1: like to thank Australia for their contribution to the show.
- 38:07Speaker 4: Today.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Today is Tuesday, December third, twenty twenty four. Birthdays today.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Let's celebrate the day with birthdays. Jake Austen turns thirty today.
- 38:26Speaker 1: He plays Max Russo on The Wizards of Waverley Place.
- 38:30Speaker 1: I will admit I do not know what that is.
- 38:31Speaker 1: I've never watched it, but it's his birthday, and happy
- 38:33Speaker 1: birthday to him. Amanda Seifried is thirty nine, is thirty nine.
- 38:36Speaker 1: I know who she is. She's from Mama Mia. I
- 38:38Speaker 1: don't know her from that. Although I've not seen that movie.
- 38:41Speaker 2: I know what it is, but.
- 38:42Speaker 4: I've not seen it. What you haven't seen Mama Mia,
- 38:47Speaker 4: I have not.
- 38:49Speaker 3: You'll see some horrible action movie from the eighties, but
- 38:54Speaker 3: I don't seen Mama Mia.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Commando is a brilliant film. Yeah, okay, it's really not it.
- 39:02Speaker 1: I actually I remember going back and rewatching Commando and
- 39:06Speaker 1: realizing two things. One, it looks like it made for
- 39:09Speaker 1: TV movie, even for nineteen eighty five, right. The second
- 39:14Speaker 1: thing is that movie is completely ruined if he has
- 39:17Speaker 1: if if there's if cell phone technology exists, because that
- 39:22Speaker 1: first guy that he's hunting down is Sully, and he
- 39:26Speaker 1: tracks him down, and he's the one that he has
- 39:29Speaker 1: to chase through the mall, and Sully sees him right
- 39:31Speaker 1: and he's trying to find a phone. So we can
- 39:33Speaker 1: call the bad guys and say he's on to me.
- 39:35Speaker 1: What does he end up doing? Ends up hanging the
- 39:37Speaker 1: guy off a cliff by his ankle. If that guy
- 39:40Speaker 1: had a cell phone, movie's over in ten minutes.
- 39:44Speaker 4: So let me get this straight.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Oh no, Often you can't remember what you did five
- 39:48Speaker 3: minutes ago, but you remember the name of the the
- 39:51Speaker 3: initial villain of a crappy nineteen eighties Storchenegger movie.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Yes, okay, I don't get to choose my memories.
- 40:05Speaker 2: My memories seem to choose me.
- 40:08Speaker 4: I feel like I saw me the other day.
- 40:10Speaker 3: It was like, uh, we need a movie about arm
- 40:17Speaker 3: wrestling truck drivers nineteen eighties.
- 40:20Speaker 4: Tell me more.
- 40:22Speaker 1: Enter over the Top and Sylvester Stallone, who does a
- 40:27Speaker 1: completely illogical arm wrestling maneuver where he unclasps his fingers
- 40:33Speaker 1: and goes over the top, ah over the top of
- 40:37Speaker 1: his opponent's thumb, as if somehow that does something that
- 40:42Speaker 1: gives him some distinct advantage that no one else in
- 40:44Speaker 1: the history of arm wrestling has ever figured out.
- 40:47Speaker 2: But he does it, or would allow him to do.
- 40:49Speaker 9: Don't you think that would suddenly turn into a thumb
- 40:51Speaker 9: wrestling match if you try it that?
- 40:53Speaker 1: Oh you know what, I'd watched Sylvester Stallone Peanuckle movie.
- 41:03Speaker 1: I bet it would be better than Schwartzenegger's jingle all
- 41:06Speaker 1: the way other birthdays. Today, let's see Jenna doing Tatum
- 41:14Speaker 1: is forty four. Not sure if she still has the
- 41:15Speaker 1: Tatum on the last part of her name, but she's
- 41:18Speaker 1: an actress and a dancer. She's forty four. She's formerly
- 41:21Speaker 1: married to Channing Tatum. She's also Loosing Lane on Supergirl
- 41:24Speaker 1: and Superman and Lois. She's also Nathan Fillian's girlfriend Bailey
- 41:28Speaker 1: on The Rookie. Anna Chlumsky is forty four, best known
- 41:34Speaker 1: today as Amy Bruckheimer on the show Veep, but when
- 41:38Speaker 1: she was much, much younger, we all remember her in
- 41:40Speaker 1: the My Girl movies. That's the one that did one
- 41:44Speaker 1: thing that the nineties that few nineties movies dared, and
- 41:48Speaker 1: that was kill Macauley Culkin. Tiffany Hattish comedian, forty five.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Sean Parker is forty five. He's an actor. I'm sorry,
- 41:58Speaker 1: he's not an actor. He is the He's the guy
- 42:01Speaker 1: that founded Napster and then he jumped in on Facebook
- 42:04Speaker 1: as well. Justin Timberlake is the one that played him
- 42:06Speaker 1: in the social network. He's also heavily invested in Spotify,
- 42:10Speaker 1: which you can that's where you can find this show
- 42:12Speaker 1: as well. If you'd like to venture into the world
- 42:14Speaker 1: of Spotify, we're on there as well.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Just search for the Treos podcast. Other birthdays.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Today we are looking at uh Brendan Fraser. Yeah, he
- 42:27Speaker 1: is fifty six today, probably best known as Rick O'Connell
- 42:30Speaker 1: in the Mummy movies, which were lots of lots of fun.
- 42:32Speaker 1: He's also now Robotman on DC's Doom Control, which is
- 42:35Speaker 1: supposedly really good.
- 42:36Speaker 2: I've not seen it, but I've heard good things.
- 42:38Speaker 4: It's fantastic.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:39Speaker 1: He was also in George of the Jungle and I
- 42:44Speaker 1: believe his first film was in poly Shores in Sino Man.
- 42:50Speaker 1: No school Ties, well, school Ties, Oh, school Ties was
- 42:55Speaker 1: his first movie.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure that was. I mean that was before
- 42:58Speaker 4: in Sino Man.
- 43:00Speaker 2: He may be right.
- 43:02Speaker 1: I forgot about school Ties. That's a good one. That's
- 43:04Speaker 1: a great, great film. It was weird how the nineties did,
- 43:08Speaker 1: like like the late eighties and the early nineties had
- 43:11Speaker 1: like a heart on for like prep like boy prep
- 43:14Speaker 1: school movies. Mm hmmm, because you had dead Poets Society
- 43:21Speaker 1: school Ties that you mentioned.
- 43:23Speaker 2: There.
- 43:23Speaker 1: There's another one, and I'm brain fighting on the name
- 43:25Speaker 1: of it, but it's a one where Sean asked, and
- 43:27Speaker 1: it's to take down a drug kingpin who has taken
- 43:31Speaker 1: over their prep School, co starring Lou Gass Junior and
- 43:36Speaker 1: Wesley Crusher from Star Trek The Next Generation.
- 43:39Speaker 2: Will Wheaton the things you remember, I don't get to
- 43:45Speaker 2: choose them trade.
- 43:48Speaker 1: I really need people to believe me, would say that.
- 43:51Speaker 4: Especially your wife.

- 44:43Speaker 1: First of which is the movie I was talking about
- 44:45Speaker 1: that starred Sean Aston lugassa junior in a boy prep
- 44:48Speaker 1: school thing where they have to fight terrorists that invaded
- 44:50Speaker 1: their school that also co starred wil Wheaton. Toy Soldiers
- 44:54Speaker 1: came out in nineteen ninety one, and I was pretty
- 44:58Speaker 1: close on the synopsis from Wikipedia. Toy Soldiers is a
- 45:03Speaker 1: nineteen ninety one American action thriller film that's pretty uh subjective,
- 45:09Speaker 1: directed by Daniel Petrie Junior, with a screenplay by Petrie
- 45:12Speaker 1: and David Kep. It star Sean Aston, Will Wheedon, Lu
- 45:15Speaker 1: Gosser Junior Andrew Divoff He's the bad Guy, Mason Adams
- 45:18Speaker 1: and Denham Elliott. A plot revolves around an all male
- 45:24Speaker 1: boarding school overtaken by terrorists. While the authorities remain helpless,
- 45:27Speaker 1: a group of rebellious and mischievous students decide to put
- 45:30Speaker 1: their resourcefulness to good use. I've seen all sorts of
- 45:37Speaker 1: weird films in my day, and it's not a brag.
- 45:42Speaker 1: It's just a fact, and I'm just sharing what little
- 45:46Speaker 1: I know of things with you.
- 45:49Speaker 2: In here. So that's the movie. If you're ever curious.
- 45:55Speaker 2: I doubt this. I doubt that movie's streaming anywhere.
- 45:58Speaker 1: I think in order to see that movie you may
- 46:00Speaker 1: have to dig it out of a VHS been somewhere
- 46:03Speaker 1: in Goodwill.
- 46:04Speaker 2: That's my guess. Toy soldiers, Toy soldiers.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Hey, look, I was, I was, I was. I was
- 46:12Speaker 1: eleven years old when I saw that movie. I thought
- 46:14Speaker 1: it was fun.
- 46:16Speaker 2: One last. What's that.
- 46:20Speaker 4: You can actually, I mean you have to pay for it,
- 46:22Speaker 4: but you can, uh, you can find it on some
- 46:24Speaker 4: streaming services. How much three ninety nine.
- 46:28Speaker 1: Oh both uh uh no, in the way four dollars
- 46:33Speaker 1: for that movie.
- 46:36Speaker 4: I mean it seems to have an indelible impression on you.
- 46:41Speaker 2: Where where Where? For four dollars.
- 46:46Speaker 4: Prime Apple TV YouTube.
- 46:49Speaker 1: God bless you, Jeff Bezos. I swear to God. The
- 46:53Speaker 1: reason why he has the largest sailing yacht in the world.
- 46:56Speaker 1: One of those masks on the sailing yacht is for
- 46:59Speaker 1: me and renting movies that I can't find from my
- 47:04Speaker 1: childhood anywhere except for Prime. So tonight I'm probably gonna
- 47:08Speaker 1: spend four dollars and I'm going to rewatch Toy Soldiers.
- 47:10Speaker 4: And Yeah, there's one movie that has not been available
- 47:16Speaker 4: for streaming and it's finally getting sorted out that will
- 47:20Speaker 4: be coming. They're actually going to re release it next
- 47:22Speaker 4: year in theaters.
- 47:24Speaker 2: Is Dogma Nice? That's a that's a great movie. It
- 47:29Speaker 2: is way too long.
- 47:31Speaker 4: Well, so what happened to it was.
- 47:35Speaker 3: The Harvey Weinstein bought the rights to it, and so
- 47:37Speaker 3: then when all he got in so much trouble, no
- 47:39Speaker 3: one wanted to pay him for anything, so it was just.
- 47:42Speaker 4: Sitting there.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Nothing, And then finally a company bought it and reached
- 47:47Speaker 3: out to Kevin Smith. I'm you're going to re release
- 47:50Speaker 3: it and I guess do a press tour and then
- 47:52Speaker 3: hopefully be streaming somewhere good.
- 47:55Speaker 1: That's what I'll watch. I'll have that better be more
- 47:58Speaker 1: than Toy Soldiers A.
- 48:00Speaker 4: Rent that was. I mean, that was such a great cast.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Well not only that, but I mean you have the
- 48:06Speaker 1: whole movie great cast, phenomenal without a doubt. I mean
- 48:08Speaker 1: you got Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, George Carlin, God, George
- 48:12Speaker 1: Carlin's Salama, haik Alan, Rickman, Chris Rock God, Morris set
- 48:21Speaker 1: Is God. And when and when she talked to uh
- 48:24Speaker 1: and when she talked to people and they heard her voice,
- 48:27Speaker 1: what happened? Their heads exploded, which had to be real
- 48:30Speaker 1: terrifying for.
- 48:31Speaker 2: Dave Coolier or maybe he maybe he thought, now people
- 48:40Speaker 2: understand what I had to go through. If you don't
- 48:46Speaker 2: understand that, reference google it. You'll be happy.
