A deadly Jersey City shooting from June 28 has culminated in the arrest of 36-year-old Raheem Rhett, who’s now facing murder and attempted murder charges after leaving one man dead and another injured. Rhett was captured yesterday by U.S. Marshals in North Carolina — the result of a multi-agency manhunt that began after police responded to shots fired early Sunday morning.
