Traffic Light Coming to Chaotic Intersection | San Antonio News
Drivers at the chaotic Toepperwein and Lookout Road intersection are finally getting relief — a traffic light could be installed as early as early 2027, after months of fender benders, near-misses, and even a railroad crossing arm ripped from the ground. While current stop signs on one side and none on the other have led to confusing, collision-prone driving, TXDOT and the city are working together (with Union Pacific Railroad involved) to fix it.
