- 6:54[SPEAKER_02]: I guess you're going to cut out the Monday edition of the paper.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_02]: If you've read that, blame it on Trump, I guess, tariff.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_02]: There's not more other.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_02]: But it's sad.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I'm
- 7:07[SPEAKER_02]: I love print journalism, and I was, you know, we ended with friend of mine over at Pigley, Wigley yesterday, was sitting in his car with his bass at home, reading the paper, and I said, oh, that paper is kind of thin there.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: I said, oh, no, this is New York Times.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: I got to hear some people get the out of town papers at times, opposed to whatever.

- 7:59[SPEAKER_02]: It raised thirty thousand dollars for the local Democratic Committee.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: They were very proud of that.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_02]: There was a story John Moore nailed down from Cory DeCilis who is the county Democratic Zarr, if you will.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's the thing nobody wanted to cover.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: It was a big secret.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know why.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_02]: Last night, the fundraiser up at the Struinoini's Island in the St.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: Lawrence.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_02]: About seventy five to a hundred people were there to raise money for judge James McCloskey always read about him in the news.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_02]: And among a lot of people there know no council members former Mayor Butler but no mayor.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_02]: The city manager was there.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_02]: And who else three county legislators oh Scott Ray was there too.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_02]: Former florist and assemblyman.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_02]: Um, other than that, I don't know.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know too much about it.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_02]: But we'd like to tell you about these political events, whether it be tissues or whether it be his honors.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_02]: Um, you know, just because it doesn't get reported elsewhere.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, let's see, rage against the regime, Saturday on public square.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: Well, left will be there.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: And, uh, I don't know.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_02]: Don't they need a, can't we make them get a permit?
- 9:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'm surprised that hasn't come up.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_02]: and a code of conduct for them.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: I don't care.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I think it's great that we have people demonstrating.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_02]: Just don't step out into traffic.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_02]: Don't get hurt.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, people who like back off on their diesel trucks just to create a cloud of smoke and make people cough.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_02]: That's that's childish.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_02]: Don't do that stuff.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't know what to say.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_02]: I rage against the regime.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: I guess the regime is the Trump administration.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't have any rage against him, but if you want to do that fine.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, let's see what else is there.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I guess yesterday on the show, Mayor Smith said the cannabis local law would be on the agenda Monday.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_02]: I guess it's not now.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_02]: The really jerk-in-congress, Ms.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_02]: Vajero, I was she wanted it in the agenda.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: What happens is it's a local law, so we get introduced in second.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_02]: If she could introduce it, only could second it, and then they set a public hearing date, but the mayor said she won't be there for the second, oh man, the mayor won't be there for the second meeting, and I guess that means Vajero has to.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: Can they pass a special rule that she doesn't get to fill in as mayor even though she's pro-tam?
- 10:29[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_02]: I bet you they might.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_02]: What else is going on?
- 10:39[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, there is a resolution in the agenda Monday.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_02]: Kind of a weird one.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_02]: Authorizing limited waiver of attorney client privilege and testimony to former Harris Beach attorneys in the ethics probe.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: That would be ballard.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_02]: but it's very limited limited to certain night dates and and other things and I think you want to well it relates to a certain transaction which I really don't want to get into but uh... i'm more interested in the genesis of the ethics complaint it's i never heard of such a thing is an ethics complaint used as a means of getting someone off the council you didn't like and that you voting him off the island never heard of that and all the years i've been covering the meetings and attending
- 11:26[SPEAKER_02]: And so I was wondering who thought that up and who advanced that notion.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_02]: But we're not going to be able to find out that from this.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_02]: So they will vote for this on Monday because they think it's disclosure, but it really isn't.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's cover up, which is generally what's going on here.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_02]: And this ethics thing, if they hold it, I don't know whether the plan is to just drag it out and then only's gone in January.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_02]: And that's that.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_02]: And then they can move on.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: And he just, he just goes to one thing or the other.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to write this.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to file an ethics complaint.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to do that.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I read his Facebook.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_02]: And then he doesn't do it.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't do it.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: He said he was going to write a lot of the attorney general to counter the one the city wrote last week.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_02]: And he hasn't done it.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I, I, I've been a critic of his on certain issues, his votes and so on, but on the other hand, I think,
- 12:23[SPEAKER_02]: You know, in the nonsense going on around it, this thing Monday this waiver of attorney client privilege, somebody had to dream up that you needed this and advise the council, coaching, coaching hours, somebody had to draft the ordinance and all of that.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_02]: So this thing probably cost a grand or two.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let's see.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_02]: They've got a turning Matthew Jubel never heard him to speak with city attorneys with the law firm of Harris.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I don't know.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_02]: There's all sorts of stuff in there.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: What they really want to get is not this Matthew Jubel who I never
- 13:07[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, this has something to do with, let's see, Watertown City Council brought ethics charges against OleNee.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_02]: Council subsequently engaged attorney Matthew Jubel to represent the city in its prosecution.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, OK, that's the guy from, not sure where he's from.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_02]: And in order to enable Attorney Jew belt to perform such work as he must, he must speak with the city's former attorneys.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's the gig here.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, regarding matters relating to the charges.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: And if he deems necessary, call such attorneys as witnesses.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: Will they be, if they're called as witnesses, what do they do?
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: They refuse to testify.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_02]: kind of like all the former Biden administration officials did, I don't know.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they're not going to get to that.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_02]: They're not going to get to that.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, when these, if they do call people from Harris Beach and Mr. Ballard and so on, I assume it's Ballard, the big Kahuna and all this, I don't mean that in any way that you would take it wrong.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_02]: Don't think I have to pay an hourly rate for him to justify to.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_02]: This could be something.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: This could be something.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_02]: This could be something.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the doc wants him to do it.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, I guess when you're well to do it, you can do that.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_02]: If you're struggling to pay your city property taxes, most of us are, you haven't quite got that option.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_02]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty is the phone.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_02]: Ever, Kamala Harris went on the coal bear show last night on Chuck Channel seven.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_02]: She says the system is broken.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_02]: Why?
- 15:00[SPEAKER_02]: Because she lost?
- 15:02[SPEAKER_02]: Did I say that after Butler beat me in twenty-fifty?
- 15:05[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't say the system's broken.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_02]: Here's a never another Trump bashing story.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody at Fabco, they fabricate, I guess, trusses or something for buildings.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_02]: Ice took some of their employees.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_02]: They told Channel seven, it's not fair.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: We least have some employees, and we were assured they were legit.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let me tell you, you got an obligation to do more than just somebody told you it's okay.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_02]: It'd be like me if you come in and say, yeah, I'm twenty one.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_02]: What prove it?
- 15:40[SPEAKER_02]: Show me something.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's leasing employees.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: That's what these farmers do.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: It's plausible denied ability as all it is.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: You don't know where these people.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't really, you know, don't bother me because there's nobody in water town.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: Well, whatever jobs they have is nobody around it would take the job.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_02]: So let them have those employees if they're illegal aliens.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not against having illegal aliens around it.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: I hear the truth.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_02]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty of the phone number.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: If you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today and we've gotten into some topics, some of which probably they don't want us talking about.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_02]: But we feel an obligation to do it because, you know, there's some topics that I was in and it was business.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_02]: I know that when you've got to do a forty-second vote set on something, you're not going to get real deep.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_02]: So I get how it works.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_02]: I get how it works.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_02]: And we don't, if we're going to have no Monday paper, that means, that means we really won't get to know who the one that's super volatile Tuesday.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty of the phone number.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_02]: Man, what do we go on?
- 17:06[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what she's up to.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'll tell you, that's one of the things they want to protest at the rage against the regime this Saturday is the fact that
- 17:23[SPEAKER_02]: They want to see everything there is to see about Epstein.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_02]: They're kind of like weirdos, aren't they?
- 17:27[SPEAKER_02]: And maybe they get off on that.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't know.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_02]: What is it?
- 17:30[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to find out.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_02]: People did the dirty with people.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_02]: Island.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_02]: Happens all the time.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_02]: Happens all the time.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_02]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_02]: The phone number.

- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, listen, I got the John gave me the phone number, that Cory DeCilis.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna try to get a hold of him.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_02]: See, if we can't get him on the hotline as the leading Democrat in the area, I'm not against Democrats, for any means you used to be one.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: And I think it'll be interesting.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_02]: We'd love to hear more about his fundery.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'd like to know more about who was there other than Mayor MacDougal.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I mean, he's, uh, he provides my big insight into the Democratic Party, um, because he knows everything, the mayor of governor or knows everything in local politics, especially Democratic Party politics.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_02]: So there you go.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_02]: We love to hear from him, but we're going to get a try to get a hold of Mr. Dicellus there and, uh, see, uh, if he can come on to show us some time.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_02]: We'd like to happen.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_02]: We like Democrats too, and, uh, all of that.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: Sounds good.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: Well, anyway, this, uh, we're talking about Maxwell there.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_02]: Elaine or Gisling, whatever.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_02]: I guess she's been transferred from a prison in Florida to a more comfortable minimum security facility in Texas.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_02]: He's in camp, Brian, in Southeast Texas.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder what that's like.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_02]: should be able to purchase beauty and leisure items from the commissary, including make-up and that kind of thing.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_02]: Should look good again.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_02]: Well, she looks good now.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_02]: She's attractive woman.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_02]: What can I say?
- 22:28[SPEAKER_02]: And that must be for her being willing to talk to the Justice Department.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_02]: And she says she looks forward to testifying before Congress openly and honestly.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_02]: But she do it in exchange for a pardon.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't blame her for bargaining hard?
- 22:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is your personal liberty, only yet one life.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_02]: You want that liberty.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_02]: But do we want her testifying before coming?
- 22:59[SPEAKER_02]: I think it'd be great.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_02]: I think it'd be must see TV.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: They'd preempt on all the networks.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_02]: It'd be stripped across the holes.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_02]: The whole thing.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: Not just cable nets and everything.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_02]: It'd be a media frenzy.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_02]: Trust me.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_02]: Be great.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_02]: That's since fawn hall would we have had so much fun.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_02]: Or the army and McCarthy hearings were those of you a little bit older.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_02]: And in between there was water gate and Pentagon papers here.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_02]: Lots of big hearings over the years for those who remember, but wouldn't have Maxwell.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_02]: Woman on that be great.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'd love to hear what her story is.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_02]: She wants immunity because she can't risk further criminal exposure.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_02]: I don't blame her there.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_02]: You know, she's, there's all these people running around petro petro and all that stuff.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_02]: They're usually the ones who are.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_02]: And claiming they want to resurrect all this and charge people and everything.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think she wants to be charged with anymore.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_02]: So, and we don't really know a lot about the whole thing anyway.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_02]: Are you going to take to the streets and public square on Saturday to fight for
- 24:11[SPEAKER_02]: more disclosure on Epstein.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_02]: That's what they're doing.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_02]: The rage against the regime.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_02]: They also say that the regime is messing around with trans rights.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: Anybody know what trans rights are?
- 24:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think we have a lot of trans.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_02]: And I never really understood all the nomenclature.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_02]: They're trans, gender, trans, this, you know, pre-op post-op, everything else.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's hard to
- 24:41[SPEAKER_02]: Hard to really.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_02]: Transvestite that's different you know.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_02]: Seven five five twelve forty is our phone number if it'd like to be on the air today America's favorite noon time talk show.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be a beautiful weekend I want you to enjoy it out there definitely no doubt about it.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_02]: Temperatures in the seventies sunny and all of that stuff.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_02]: We're getting some text.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_02]: I like text.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'll be quick and.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_02]: Oh.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_02]: all of that apparently the uh... the time strike facts as the uh... legal cost on the ethics thing he filed it that would be it might be an interesting story for the weekend paper i don't know uh... you don't know whether everything's in there but uh... it has to do with its immunity or whatever it is from privilege i guess i guess the city attorney's not gonna be at monday's meeting but there's somebody else from their coming
- 26:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_02]: So in that person probably won't know what's going on.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know what that'll do.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_02]: Something I wanted to talk about a little more because I think it involves the children.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_02]: And we all care about the children, don't we?
- 26:32[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the cell phone and electronic device band.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_02]: that's going into effect at water town city schools.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_02]: As well as other school districts in the area now, I don't want anybody say, oh, that's a state mandate, I think.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_02]: And I've said so.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm no local fan, but I think local was right on this one.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_02]: Teachers, I talk to teachers.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have many teacher friends, but I do have some.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not a couple, I could ask that guy running for council.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_02]: But they say, you know, these things are a distraction in the classroom.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think they are.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: You know, back when I was in school, you just looked out the window and looked over at puffs or something and said, he's in like a cone.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_02]: But nowadays they're sitting there texting and watching porn hob or whatever they're doing in the class all day.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_02]: So they come out with all these regulations and each district has their own set by Magin are very similar.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_02]: And the Watertown City School District once came out this week.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_02]: Now what's the problem they're going to have and it's going to be rough on teachers is that most people don't know about this.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: Now I follow events in Albany and the debate and back and forth and all of that.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_02]: But most people don't.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_02]: This is we live in a news desert up here and plus people aren't that interested anyway.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_02]: come the first day of school people are going to get there and there's teachers are going to say give me yourself I always say what I got my rights and then I'm going to be calling mommy and daddy and there's going to be all sorts of things going on screaming and yelling across how many school districts we have in this county seven hundred of them across the state it's going to be brutal but the superintendents and the principles and the teachers have to stand firm don't just blame it on a state mandate
- 28:26[SPEAKER_02]: And this is the policy.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think setting these guidelines and boundaries, if you will, for students, somebody checks in, why can't the taxpayers find out what was spent on the other's complaint?
- 28:40[SPEAKER_02]: Because it's none of your damn business.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, there's phone thing and other devices.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_02]: Now you're going to have a person.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_02]: I have to be able to talk to my child at any time, any time in today.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_02]: Well, when I went to school,
- 28:57[SPEAKER_02]: If your parents needed you for something, they call the office and they'd come get you.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, is that ever happened in my many years in school?
- 29:04[SPEAKER_02]: I know it does with some people.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_02]: You know, when we have to depend on, you know, they'll say, what if there's a school shooter?
- 29:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they have protocols in place for handling that.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_02]: And the last thing you want is everybody calling somebody because they think, no.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_02]: This is one case.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm critical.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like to see in cat litter boxes and school bathrooms or any of that stuff.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_02]: But in this case, I'm with big education.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_02]: But they're going to ask you to, yeah, they're going to ask if they can have what they do to, let me get the policy up here if I can find it.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, wouldn't you know, problems wouldn't you know it just the time I
- 29:51[SPEAKER_02]: You want to look at something and you haven't trouble getting that up on the computer well, I think I can get it on my phone.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_02]: I had it in here somewhere.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_02]: I was in the photos, yeah.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_02]: There it is.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_02]: Approved communication methods, district issued device like a tablet or something, or the main office phone.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_02]: They'll be progressive discipline, you know, they're not going to
- 30:20[SPEAKER_02]: Thorian, jail first, but it could result in device confiscation, parent contact loss of device privileges, and restorative conferences.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what that is.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_02]: How about kicking you out of school?
- 30:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: District not liable for lost damage to stolen phones.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_02]: Policies will be published annually, translations of policy are available.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_02]: Exception requests, though, there'll be a bunch of those.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, get used to it.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_02]: Now for grades pre-K, I imagine kids in pre-K have phones.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_02]: I guess so.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_02]: Devices placed in teacher managed lockable containers upon arrival.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_02]: Seventh through twelve, devices are stored in the sign lockers before the first period.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_02]: To me, this teaches boundaries, it teaches that you can't do just whatever you want.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_02]: But those kids are going to get this with their kind of know what this policy is.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of parents aren't.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, if we had a more litigious population up here, which we don't, boy, the lawyer is a bit.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be wicked.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be wicked.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_02]: Coming to the schools this fall.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think about it?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think it's a good idea?
- 31:38[SPEAKER_02]: Some of you have children.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_02]: All of you have been in school.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_02]: I take it.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_02]: All of you have a lot of you have had children.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_02]: Is it a good idea?
- 31:48[SPEAKER_02]: Is it enforceable?
- 31:51[SPEAKER_02]: A pre-case student having a cell phone?
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: I guess so.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_02]: But they're gonna take it away from her and put it, they have these little bags.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_02]: Schools of sorts are getting, yeah, they're taking, keep them in.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, and somebody will claim they lost their phone or somebody there.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_02]: Just shut up if you want that.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_02]: Here's a call coming in, but after noon you're on the air.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, just this whole cell phone then in the schools.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_09]: I think, yeah, you don't want the kids distracted, but you have to understand, like, you can learn everything you need to learn on your phone.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_09]: Why do you need to go to school?
- 32:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's true, yeah.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, we need to avoid teachers, I don't know.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, they're all like outdated.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's an interesting point, but if you got rid of schools, you'd have seven hundred superintendents with no job, you can't have that.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't think it's needed, especially with what they're teaching.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_09]: And I don't really think that they're kind of come out and say the distraction from the students.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe that's not what's really going on here.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_09]: What if all these cell phone videos that these students have been posted online of their teachers teaching all this?
- 33:10[SPEAKER_09]: narrative science stuff that they've been teaching.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_09]: You know what I mean, the gender issue and all that stuff.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_09]: That's that's probably been causing more problem for the schools.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_09]: You know, these students showing what these teachers are at how they actually are.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you know, you got a point there that maybe they don't want the internal workings of a school revealed.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_02]: Look at when that girl got beat up.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_09]: That was one thing I was thinking about that incident.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that was outdoors.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_02]: They probably probably wouldn't have had their phone if they were outdoors anyway.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_09]: But.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_09]: Is it a complete bansly?
- 33:46[SPEAKER_09]: Like, are they going to have in their book bags?
- 33:48[SPEAKER_09]: Or are they going to have them in like, rockers down at the office?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_02]: Well, if you were listening to the show in grades K through six, they'll have to turn them in and they'll be kept in containers that the teachers have.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_02]: And then grade seven to twelve after put them in the lockers.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_02]: They're regular hall lockers and leave them there.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I don't really see how that's going to be enforced.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be difficult.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_02]: There's no doubt about it.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_02]: And I'll tell you if
- 34:19[SPEAKER_09]: They made the kids' marks for some gun rights things and they made science years ago and they all like walk around the school.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's inappropriate.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_09]: Well, what if the kids all got together and protested and this time really speaking truth to power?
- 34:36[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I think what
- 34:39[SPEAKER_02]: Look at you got to write you know wait a minute you're running a school you got to write to impose rules you can this is not the students don't run the school presumably the administration does it you got to have some kind of rules well the school is a broken system the education system is not it's an indoctrination camp I remember my older brother was telling me in high school a principal told me should cut his sideburn shorter I don't know is that out of line
- 35:09[SPEAKER_09]: Why not?
- 35:09[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, there's that old song signed signs of a really science.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_09]: Talking about long hair and his head.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_02]: Long hair and hippies need not apply all of that.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_09]: But I think the cell phone band will cause more amber alerts.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_09]: I think there will be a direct correlation in missing kids would not, you know, with a cell phone band.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_09]: I think that's what would happen.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_02]: But what if I'm?
- 35:39[SPEAKER_02]: One of our listeners says let's flip the scenario and put body cams on teachers so parents can see how their little darlings behave all day.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that'd be good.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't think they were because the liability of what's really going on in that classroom, the parents would be, let's say they would have problem probably what the teachers do when we're so what the kids are doing.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe, but I still think.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_02]: that it's a good exercise and setting boundaries because there's no rules in the world anymore.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_02]: And it's everything goes and ice got to my rights is what people always say.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_02]: And that's wrong.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, you know, we had a big debate when I was in high school, whether girls could wear cool lots or not.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's what we should be debating, not all this stuff about, you know, litter boxes and restrooms or any of that.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_09]: It's just, it'll be interesting to see if this goes the court.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, somebody, yeah, it won't up here because people up here don't have the inclination or money to go to court, but it will in some cities, yeah, there's no doubt about it.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I want to, if it went in one city, I want to, it's because it's district by
- 36:52[SPEAKER_02]: Because no, all of districts will be imposing as, but people in water town are not likely to sue somebody.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: They just don't.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's not in the culture up here as much and they haven't got the money to do it anyway.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_02]: So that'll be for like the wealthy districts, uh, Long Island, Westchester.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_02]: That's where you'll see that play out.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_09]: So what's the punishment for breaking this rule for the students?
- 37:17[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they have progressive financial.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I don't know.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_02]: They can take your phone away.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_02]: They can call your parents.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_09]: They can, you know, maybe they can kick it.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_09]: Well, listen, parents.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: I was reading on Facebook this morning.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_02]: One parent posted on the board of ed website.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: My three kids are coming to school with their phones and they are keeping them.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_02]: You know, they said it defiantly like they're going to tell this, uh, Schmiegel guy what to do with it.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_09]: They really should.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, the school is out of line.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_09]: Now, I understand argument that kids are on their phone when they should be learning some stuff.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_09]: But the problem is, the stuff that they're teaching the kids all BS.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_09]: You know, and I mean, I don't blame the kids not wanting to be in school all day when really what do they learn them?
- 38:02[SPEAKER_09]: Because one thing I've learned in the real world is they've always told you, whatever you learn in the school, forget about it, this is how it's done.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_02]: Right, well, I don't know.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_02]: I learned a lot of things in school.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_02]: I, you know, and I was kind of a wallflower when I was in school.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't one of the hip kids.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_02]: So, but I still learned a lot.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_09]: Do they teach you how to run a business?
- 38:27[SPEAKER_02]: No, they just, I think it's not their job.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_09]: They want me to, you know, and express the why it was a XYZ.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_09]: You know what I mean now try to figure out with a well some of that stuff is important now you know a lot of other other life skills fortunately I grew up in a family where there was a business and you learned a lot of it there I mean not everybody has that opportunity but well school is changed because you guys are talking about how they don't have drivers add in school anymore there was when I was in school but I guess it's one of the things they don't do that was we shot classes and much maybe they still do both these and all that
- 39:03[SPEAKER_09]: But for the most part, it's not really needed.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_09]: They're just a doctorate, because the raising your kids, nine months out of the year, and they're pumping their heads full of stuff.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_09]: Think about how when they change the common core math, remember how you used it?
- 39:20[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, yeah, that was one.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_09]: You would just carry the one, but now you've got to do something else.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_09]: That was to create a disconnect between the generations.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_09]: It's all really, really was done.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I heard that phrase common core in years.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know I I don't know what they teach in schools and I Know they does that's why these cell phones should be allowed so these kids could record the craziness at these schools are putting out Well, maybe you got a point there.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know I hadn't thought of that viewpoint, but
- 39:56[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody just texted in.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_02]: Bye now.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody texted him.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: Get that conspiracy not off the air.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: Disgusting.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_02]: Show right now.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_02]: Why is it disgusting?
- 40:05[SPEAKER_02]: You call in and say why it's disgusting.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I think he raises points.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_02]: How valid I don't know.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_02]: You tell me why is the show disgusting.
- 40:17[UNKNOWN]: Hmm.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_02]: Seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows and We'll talk about whatever you want to talk about within the bounds of good taste.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: Let's take tight.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, is that a call?
- 40:30[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yes, it is.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: Good afternoon, you're on here.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_04]: Hello.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_04]: Hello.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_04]: How are you today?
- 40:37[SPEAKER_02]: Good.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_02]: What's up?
- 40:39[SPEAKER_04]: uh... that previous conversation you had about uh... school being in doctor nation when is your last caller he's right on the money uh... that's why trump is defunded department of education uh... yeah you can look all this stuff uh... i think there's some big changes coming with schools obviously the hospitals are all going to be changing uh... colleges will be tough to get anybody to go after the reset which
- 41:08[SPEAKER_04]: I guess I'm a conspiracy not to because I know about the reset.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody wants to.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody wants to look it up, but we're going to get all new money.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to be called United States Notes.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_04]: United States Corporation has been bankrupt quite some time.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_04]: And that's the dismantling of the system that's happening and that's us that's where the reset comes from.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_04]: So be prepared to get some new money here shortly and
- 41:37[SPEAKER_04]: you'll figure it out after that.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, they're going to be new money.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_02]: I won't be paper money.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_02]: It'll all be electronic money, right?
- 41:42[SPEAKER_04]: No, no.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_04]: It's polymer like Canadian money.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_04]: It's polymer money.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_02]: Really?
- 41:47[SPEAKER_04]: And it's back by gold again.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we've got the gold.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_04]: There's no deficit.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_04]: It's all a bunch of malarkey and you'll figure it out when it happens.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_02]: So what would you say to kids going to school?
- 42:01[SPEAKER_02]: Should they defy the ban on cell phones?
- 42:04[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I think everybody's got it right to do what they want.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's a constitutional right, not a legality made up by some corporation.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_04]: That's going to change too.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_04]: We've been under mayor time, law, whole lives, and so as you're the media family and your grandfather.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_04]: Well, we're going to.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_04]: Before him.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_02]: When Montgomery gets in there, we'll be under Sharia law, won't we?
- 42:27[SPEAKER_04]: No, you don't have to worry about him.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_04]: That's all rhetoric.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_04]: That's never going to happen.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_02]: You don't think so.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_04]: all the people won't stand for communists, absolutely not.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_02]: He's ahead in the polls.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_04]: All right, you know, these scooters, everybody's bitching about.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, don't say that.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_04]: Anyways, the reason why they're not being busted is we've gone from maritime law to constitutional law and everybody has the right to travel.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_04]: It's not driving anymore.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_04]: It's traveling.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_04]: You don't need a driver's license.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_04]: Only for commerce.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_04]: You do not need a driver's license.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_04]: that's why all the courts are in non-compliance now because some poor guy got caught driving without a license and he goes to court and they're still perpetrating the crime against people with that because all these judges and lawyers are going to have to be retained for constitutional law and in the constitution clearly states you have the right to travel freely
- 43:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and a license is something like that.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_02]: Now, some people, you know, people accuse you of having a tinfoil hat, whatever that means.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_04]: Every day, every day.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_04]: But I wear it proudly because I've done my research.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_04]: People that want to complain and cry about it.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, you're not making sense.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_04]: None of them have looked at any of this stuff up.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_04]: Look up executive order, one, three, eight, one, eight.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_04]: Just look it up.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_04]: That's where you can seize the assets of anybody that's been arrested for crimes against humanity.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_04]: They seize all their assets.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_02]: One, two, one.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_02]: Very good.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_02]: I got a run.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_02]: I got to do make some money here.

- 47:50[SPEAKER_02]: Um, well, executive order, one three eight one eight was signed by President Trump in December of twenty seventeen called the blocking the property of persons involved in serious human rights abuse or corruption.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_02]: It targets individuals and entities involved in human rights abuse or corruption effectively freezing their assets and restricting their entry into the US.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_02]: Well, these things are dangerous.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_02]: I agree.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you get these crackpot agencies EOC and the state division of human rights or something and they could just take everything they have away from you because they've deemed that you're an abuser of human rights.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever that is, we don't even know what it is in many cases.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, a lot of these tinfoil hat people, as they're called, are on to something.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_02]: Not all the time.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes they, you know, go too far.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_02]: I get that.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a moderate person.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_02]: This is my thoughts.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody texted in conspiracy nuts on the show.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_02]: Shame, twelve, forty.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, stop.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_02]: Another person writes in tinfoil hats must be selling good and watered down.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, maybe.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody wrote in, he does raise some valid points.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_02]: I agree.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_02]: School is a waste of time.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: And somebody said, kids these days can't fill out a check or tell time.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_02]: You know, those are interesting things.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, we take that for granted.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I was looking at a picture of Smoky Bear yesterday.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_02]: I was talking to somebody and I'll hold it up.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_02]: But you think a kid these days knows who this is.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: Probably they don't.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_02]: What a twelve-year-old know who Smoky Bear is.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_02]: We all did.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_02]: But I doubt they do now.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_02]: They certainly don't teach that in the schools.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_02]: Some of a genius here, it's a New York state law that banned cell phones.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I know what it is.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_02]: And all the seven hundred school districts had to come up with their own compliance.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_02]: The sad thing is, is that the districts didn't do this on their own.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_02]: To help out their teachers and the students, they had to have a state law, rammed down their throat.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_02]: But they did, and the districts did.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_02]: So the challenge of our local media
- 50:07[SPEAKER_02]: are a steam journalist.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_02]: Our gatekeepers of information is how do you report on this story when you got probably three dozen school districts in the immediate area?
- 50:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's incredible.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_02]: They might have little nuance to differences.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_02]: Like in Sackets, the illegal aliens can keep their cell phones in school, according to the superintendent.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_02]: That said, we'll be back with more in a moment.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_06]: Get into it.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_06]: And you'll be amazed what you get out of it.

- 54:24[SPEAKER_02]: And then schedule the public hearing for the first meeting in September to accommodate her honor.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder about that.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder about that.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what they're up to.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_02]: But they're not going to do anything to help out with your or certainly only at this point in time.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_02]: They're like persona no grouch out there at the council meeting.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_02]: They're just just putting up with them until the end of the year.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_02]: But I thought that, you know, it's a worthwhile thing to repeal that local assembly because you're not going to have weed shops on every corner.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_02]: This was going to be a weed shop on Ontario Drive.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: No, they probably wouldn't be any because of the cost of getting into that business.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_02]: You've got to be a millionaire.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_02]: That one on, you know, the one on outer Bradley was bankrupt by local millionaires.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_02]: That's not like, you know, a couple of hotheads or something.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_02]: We got together and decided to sell weed.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_02]: That's not how it works.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_02]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, haven't even mentioned yesterday's fake news.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_10]: I thought the mayor was supposed to be on the butterfly show.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_02]: He had something come up in his family.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_10]: He did.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_10]: I thought she was a female.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I don't know.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_02]: There was some issue.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what it was.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_02]: That's up to him.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_02]: That's not of our business.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_10]: And a current mayor is supposed to be on the show.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, I don't know what her problem was.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'd love to have her actually.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he can't get her on the radio and either can I, so it's.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, I haven't listened to him all week.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_02]: I heard you two had a fight yesterday on the air.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_02]: Is it?
- 55:56[SPEAKER_02]: Did you two have a fight?
- 55:57[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, because he's, he's a doucheck.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_10]: You know, I mean, I'm a disabled man.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_02]: Well, don't, don't call people names.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_10]: Well, if you act like a doucheck, then you don't call people names.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_10]: Well, well, you know, if he's going to attack me, he's being a disabled man, I can
- 56:13[SPEAKER_10]: pretty much say that a lot about him.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_10]: But yeah, no, he's trying to say he never turned on the tour of a thousand dollars.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you did.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, you know, it's all the meetings every quarter.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_10]: I'm like, I think it's going to lie anyway.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_10]: But, you know, I mean, like, he's actually didn't use favor because he's telling me through the city, through the city, through the city, through the city, through the city, through the city, through the city, through the city.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_02]: Stop.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_02]: Stop.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to hear it.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_10]: Well, you happen.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, you are like a broken record.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_10]: You forced the temper.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_10]: Letters are going to go out for a class.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_10]: Action.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_02]: That's fine.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to say to you the same thing.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_02]: I do to only what when you write the letter.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_02]: Copy me on.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_10]: No, no, no, because it's not just me.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_10]: I don't.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_10]: You know, we have taxpayers in the city.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_10]: I don't want to cost the taxpayers money.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_02]: You are all had no cattle.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_10]: I don't want to cost the taxpayers and money out of another stupid lawsuit.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_10]: How many stupid lawsuits that the city couldn't win have they're taken on?
- 57:17[SPEAKER_10]: This will be another one.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_10]: They can't win this.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_10]: There's no way.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_10]: The lawyers are drooling over it.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_10]: They're the ones.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let me tell you, when it comes to City Hall, the lawyers are drooling all right, because they see a fancy there.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_10]: to have a case against the city.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_10]: I got six calls of action and they gave me a seven point.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_10]: And the main one.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_10]: All right, we'll take the services.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_02]: Scott, we'll take you.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_10]: And it's the people.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_10]: Nobody can get mad at me pursuing this.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_10]: X mayor is telling me to sue us.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, here's the deal.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the deal.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_02]: You've made your point many times.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_02]: If you do something, tell everybody about it and send me, send me a copy of the papers.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_10]: Otherwise, I don't want to hear about it anymore, because it's all, I didn't bring it up.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_02]: I heard you and Smith out of fight yesterday, ever.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_10]: Well, then you brought it up.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody texted in to me.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_10]: I didn't bring it up.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_02]: You did.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_02]: I had to do it.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_02]: They want to know my illegally selling marijuana.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm legally selling it.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: And another person texted in, no one wants a dark part.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_10]: I think there's some people who do a lot of people on the talk park and it's been proven over and over and so I mean you can pretend whatever to sell your house yet they can't get around and it's he is a guy I've ever met he can't he's he can't hear he doesn't know the difference in black dot park in the city dot park.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: I mean so I want to know if it's older house yet so we can get ready.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_10]: Nobody's gonna take an offer.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_10]: All right well he did like it.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_10]: I'll just put the pennies together and you know
- 58:55[SPEAKER_10]: But as they, I don't care, I come back next summer again.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_10]: I don't matter to me.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_10]: I got enough money.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_10]: I don't need to sell my house, whatever.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you know, don't brag about how much money you have.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I just say, and you guys think it's critical.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_10]: I sell my house.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_10]: I don't sell my house.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_02]: No, we don't care about selling your house.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_10]: We just want you to sell the house.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_10]: I can rent a place through the summer.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_10]: I want here every year if I sell the house.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_02]: I know, but I have my place.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_02]: We want you to sell the house and hope you'll leave.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_10]: Well, you know, we get the dark bark down.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_10]: There's another step closer because I really
- 59:28[SPEAKER_10]: I need to leave because of the weather.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_02]: Well, listen, I got a run.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_02]: I got a run.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm out of time.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_02]: You've trucked too much.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's Skaggates.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_02]: The case you didn't know.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, my God.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_02]: Gonna be a beautiful weekend in joy at sunny and in the seventies.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: You can't beat this guy to weather.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I want to remind you that you're listening to the hotline on a community broadcast to station.
- 59:50[SPEAKER_02]: AM, twelve, forty.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_02]: WAT and we are in.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_02]: Where are we?
- 59:54[SPEAKER_02]: water town.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're in water town, New York.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_02]: The time is one o'clock, of course.
