- 1:01Speaker 1: thing since the Montgomery Inn. Grippo's collaboration one of my
- 1:07Speaker 1: favorite treats at Cincinnati's legendary Montgomery In restaurant are the
- 1:11Speaker 1: thick cut Saratoga chips enjoyed by many customers with a
- 1:15Speaker 1: side of the Inn's tangy barbecue sauce. Well, now you
- 1:19Speaker 1: don't have to go to the restaurant to get them,
- 1:22Speaker 1: as The Montgomery Inn has partnered with Grippo's Potato Chip
- 1:25Speaker 1: Company to sell Saratoga chips at Kroger. They come in
- 1:29Speaker 1: two flavors, plane and barbecue. The Montgomery In and Grippo's
- 1:35Speaker 1: quite possibly the greatest collaboration since Lennon and McCartney. Now
- 1:41Speaker 1: let's get to football and the radio replays from Sunday's game.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Normally I bring you a comprehensive recap with highlights from
- 1:50Speaker 1: both teams, but this is a Bengals podcast, and I
- 1:53Speaker 1: suspect you're in no mood to hear Lamar Jackson run
- 1:56Speaker 1: around for ten seconds before making a big play, So
- 2:00Speaker 1: this week we're sticking with Bengals highlights, at least until
- 2:04Speaker 1: the very end of the game. Burrow and the Shotgun.
- 2:09Speaker 1: With Moss off his right hip, Joe is ready catches
- 2:12Speaker 1: his shoulder high snaff throws by.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Higgins, touchdown Bengals up the middle. Of the field and
- 2:20Speaker 2: into the end zone. He bows toward the fans behind
- 2:23Speaker 2: the goalposts, and the Bengals are a pat away from
- 2:27Speaker 2: tying the score.
- 2:28Speaker 3: And now Joe Burrow read that perfectly. He threw a
- 2:32Speaker 3: dart to t Higgins. T Higgins probably looked about eight
- 2:36Speaker 3: feet tall.
- 2:37Speaker 1: On first and ten from their own two, the Ravens.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Line up in an occamation. It's a safety. They tackle
- 2:44Speaker 2: Derrick Henry. Sam Hubbard tackles the King in the end zone.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Two points for the Bengals. Had a safety.
- 2:53Speaker 1: The Bengals with one time out remaining, trailing by five points.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Burrow ready for the shotgun snap. Moss lines up to
- 2:59Speaker 1: his right. It's a fake to Moss. Burrow with time
- 3:03Speaker 1: fires deep down the chase. He's done.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Touchdown Bengals nine seconds left in the half, but a
- 3:11Speaker 2: penalty flag at the forty seven yard linh Man, I
- 3:16Speaker 2: think it's on Baltimore.
- 3:18Speaker 4: That's good.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Roughing the passers the fowl brook the Festal.
- 3:22Speaker 5: He took them a ninety.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Two nice last week, a touchdown with one second left
- 3:28Speaker 2: in the half. Today, a touchdown with nine seconds left
- 3:32Speaker 2: in the half.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Burrowing the shotgun with Zach Moss to his right. Eric
- 3:36Speaker 1: All is also in the game. Higgins motions to the right,
- 3:38Speaker 1: Burrow is ready, catches the shotgun snap he throws into.
- 3:41Speaker 2: The undel god for the touchdown. An emphatic spike by
- 3:47Speaker 2: t Higgins his second touchdown catch this afternoon, and the
- 3:52Speaker 2: Bengals kept the double double a touchdown at the end
- 3:56Speaker 2: of the first half and a touchdown.
- 3:58Speaker 1: To begin the second half. Kara snaps it back, Burrow
- 4:01Speaker 1: looks bro caught.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Heads a touchdow sound.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Chase Brown with the catch, knocks over the pylon. Four
- 4:10Speaker 2: touchdown passes for Joe Burrow and the Fangals lead by
- 4:15Speaker 2: nine with a pat coming up.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Joe's thrown four touchdown passes the tighest career high throws
- 4:21Speaker 1: a short pass to Chase Nice blocking.
- 4:23Speaker 2: On the the fifty at the foot race jam out
- 4:27Speaker 2: of the thirty. The twenty to ten, the five touchdo
- 4:34Speaker 2: seventy yards Burrow to Chase. Joe mar does it again
- 4:41Speaker 2: and Cincinnati's lead could be back to ten, pending the pat.
- 4:46Speaker 4: I'll tell you know.
- 4:48Speaker 6: Sometimes you have to.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Make more of the plane than design of the plane.
- 4:52Speaker 3: And it was designed to be a little screened wide
- 4:56Speaker 3: receiver screen you see what you can get out of it.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Good blocking by there's two tight ends all in Kisiki.
- 5:02Speaker 3: He splits the two defenders and once he gets going
- 5:05Speaker 3: north and south.
- 5:06Speaker 5: He is gone.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Lamar drop the snap, get the balls on the ground,
- 5:11Speaker 2: still on the ground, get picked up by Jermaine running
- 5:14Speaker 2: to the fortieth the thirty eight I the Bengals have
- 5:16Speaker 2: the football, half the thirty eight of Baltimore have. Lamar
- 5:21Speaker 2: Jackson dropped the snap, couldn't pick it up cleanly, and
- 5:24Speaker 2: the Bengals have a chance to win the game.
- 5:28Speaker 3: How about it?
- 5:29Speaker 1: Thirty eight all the score. McPherson is ready. Rico looking
- 5:33Speaker 1: back at the kicker. Now he twists his head, catches
- 5:37Speaker 1: the snap, puts the ball down. The kick is up.
- 5:40Speaker 1: It is no good missed it left and the Ravens
- 5:45Speaker 1: will get the ball at the forty four yard live
- 5:47Speaker 1: justin Tucker for the win. This would be the twentieth
- 5:50Speaker 1: game winner of his NFL career. And it's as easy
- 5:53Speaker 1: as they come. Twenty four yards away. He swings the
- 5:57Speaker 1: right leg and the Baltimore raven rally from ten down
- 6:02Speaker 1: in the fourth quarter and beat the Bengals in overtime
- 6:05Speaker 1: forty one two thirty eight. Right now, you almost certainly
- 6:10Speaker 1: know what happened on the Bengals game winning field goal
- 6:12Speaker 1: try in overtime. Holder Ryan Rico caught the long snap
- 6:16Speaker 1: but wasn't able to place the ball down smoothly. That
- 6:19Speaker 1: threw off the timing and Evan McPherson's fifty three yard
- 6:22Speaker 1: attempt went wide left. Here's Rico's description of what went wrong.
- 6:28Speaker 7: Watching the film back, it looks like I just don't
- 6:32Speaker 7: get a super clean grip on it as I'm trying
- 6:34Speaker 7: to bring it down. I think I'm trying to bring
- 6:36Speaker 7: it down a little too quick, and then as it
- 6:40Speaker 7: kind of the tail starts to wig out a little bit,
- 6:44Speaker 7: I try and get it back up and just don't
- 6:45Speaker 7: get my right hand back out of the way fast enough.
- 6:48Speaker 7: Evan did a great job, he stuck with it. He
- 6:51Speaker 7: trusts us a lot, and I think that's one of
- 6:53Speaker 7: those things where I feel like I let him down,
- 6:55Speaker 7: let the team down a little bit, And yeah, definitely
- 7:00Speaker 7: tough to look back on, but it's one player. I
- 7:05Speaker 7: hate that that's it feels like that costs us the game.
- 7:08Speaker 7: Then for me personally, I definitely feel like that too.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Your heart had to be racing, Ryan could you feel
- 7:14Speaker 1: it where the butterflies fluttering.
- 7:16Speaker 7: That's one of those things where usually when I'm on
- 7:19Speaker 7: the field, I feel really calm, and that circumstance wasn't
- 7:22Speaker 7: any different. I really do feel like almost the adrenaline
- 7:27Speaker 7: maybe too much, just trying to get it down too quick.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Then there's the Bengals offensive approach before the field goal.
- 7:36Speaker 1: With a first down at the Baltimore thirty eight, they
- 7:38Speaker 1: handed the ball to Chase Brown three straight times on
- 7:42Speaker 1: second and third down. They had six offensive linemen, two
- 7:46Speaker 1: tight ends, and only one wide receiver on the field,
- 7:49Speaker 1: a pretty clear indication that a run was almost certainly coming.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Here are Zach Taylor and Joe Burrow and electing not
- 7:56Speaker 1: to pass in that situation.
- 8:00Speaker 6: We feel like we're in field goal range and you
- 8:02Speaker 6: know there are there, there is. We've thrown the ball
- 8:06Speaker 6: in that situation before we called past. Joe actually did
- 8:10Speaker 6: a great job getting us out of it back into
- 8:12Speaker 6: a run because the look was not there to throw it,
- 8:14Speaker 6: and so there was there was good management by him.
- 8:18Speaker 6: Still got a couple of yards out of it, and
- 8:19Speaker 6: then we're in a position to win the field goal,
- 8:20Speaker 6: and and we thought we'd win it with that.
- 8:22Speaker 8: You know, I'm not going to second guess that we were.
- 8:24Speaker 8: We were in field goal range. You know, we go
- 8:27Speaker 8: into every week on game day understanding field goal range
- 8:32Speaker 8: on each side of the field, and yeah, you want
- 8:36Speaker 8: to get some yards to make it easier on them.
- 8:38Speaker 8: But also that defense is really good and makes negative
- 8:43Speaker 8: plays happen all the time. So if you know, you
- 8:46Speaker 8: drop back and and get sacked or sacked fumble, they
- 8:50Speaker 8: have a really good rush.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Uh.
- 8:53Speaker 8: You know, I'm not going to second guess that one.
- 8:55Speaker 8: We had a shot to win it and we didn't
- 8:56Speaker 8: take advantage of it.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Justin Tucker entered the game one for seven from fifty
- 9:02Speaker 1: plus yards since the start of last year and nailed
- 9:05Speaker 1: a fifty six yard at a force overtime money. Mack
- 9:08Speaker 1: had made seventy seven percent from fifty plus for his
- 9:12Speaker 1: career and missed from fifty three. Unfortunately, that's the way
- 9:17Speaker 1: this season has gone so far. I talked to McPherson
- 9:21Speaker 1: after the game.
- 9:23Speaker 9: I hate for it to in the way it did.
- 9:25Speaker 9: I wish I could come through and kind of hesitate
- 9:28Speaker 9: there and so put a good hint on it. It
- 9:31Speaker 9: actually ended up going pretty far. But it's just an
- 9:34Speaker 9: unfortunate event, won't have it again from these guys. I
- 9:38Speaker 9: know that we worked so hard, too hard for that
- 9:40Speaker 9: to happen, and I just hate that I couldn't come
- 9:43Speaker 9: through for the team in that situation, because I mean,
- 9:46Speaker 9: they played a really tough game back and forth, and
- 9:49Speaker 9: it just it's a terrible feeling that when you when
- 9:51Speaker 9: you can't come through like that at the end.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Now we feel lousy for Ryan, having's unfortunate for him
- 9:56Speaker 1: this early in his career.
- 9:58Speaker 9: Yeah, No, you know, I'm really proud of Ryan. He
- 10:01Speaker 9: has done a really good job at holding and I
- 10:05Speaker 9: have full trust in him. And whether he drops it
- 10:09Speaker 9: or if it's perfect, I think that I should make
- 10:13Speaker 9: every kick and so none of that should be put
- 10:15Speaker 9: on Ryan or Cal or anything. I think, if anything,
- 10:18Speaker 9: I didn't put the ball through the upright, So I
- 10:19Speaker 9: think it all got to follow me.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Any thought on the offensive strategy there at the end,
- 10:25Speaker 1: more or less saying okay, fifty four fifty three fine.
- 10:28Speaker 9: Yeah, you know, we had a pretty good win going
- 10:31Speaker 9: that way. It was kind of cross, but it was
- 10:32Speaker 9: more so towards our tunnel, and so we had a
- 10:35Speaker 9: good feeling of from long distance going that way, So
- 10:37Speaker 9: you don't want to risk putting the ball up in
- 10:39Speaker 9: the air, getting an interception or what. So usually the
- 10:42Speaker 9: game plan for game win and field goal is run
- 10:44Speaker 9: the ball, get as close as you can, but ultimately
- 10:48Speaker 9: just hang on to the ball. So when can get
- 10:49Speaker 9: the field goal attempt?
- 10:50Speaker 1: Can you describe just how difficult this one is the
- 10:54Speaker 1: process considering how well it went for most of the way.
- 10:56Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, I know, it's super difficult, just because everything
- 10:59Speaker 9: was going so and we were playing so good, and
- 11:02Speaker 9: I just hate the wait into it because we all,
- 11:04Speaker 9: I feel like, had a good feeling about it. We
- 11:05Speaker 9: were all playing really good football and I felt like
- 11:08Speaker 9: I was kicking well today. I had a good feeling
- 11:10Speaker 9: about the field goal. But it's just how it goes sometimes.
- 11:14Speaker 9: But you got to learn to take it, move on
- 11:16Speaker 9: and not sit on it and not let it affect
- 11:18Speaker 9: next week.
- 11:19Speaker 1: The Bengals Booth Podcast is brought to you by pay Core,

- 11:25Speaker 1: Alta Fiber future proof fiber Internet design to elevate your home,

- 11:32Speaker 1: Health the best care for the best fans. Kettering Health
- 11:35Speaker 1: is the official healthcare provider of the Bengals. Now let's
- 11:39Speaker 1: hear from team captain Ted Kerris sed, you're always good
- 11:43Speaker 1: at having a perspective in situations like this. I mean,
- 11:46Speaker 1: what's the locker room mood right now?
- 11:49Speaker 10: I think the table to tape on us is where
- 11:51Speaker 10: the would be kings. We're four possessions away from having
- 11:54Speaker 10: a great record. Ball hasn't bounced our way, such as
- 11:57Speaker 10: the nature of the business in this league, so we're
- 11:59Speaker 10: sitting at one and four having to dig our way
- 12:02Speaker 10: out of football.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Hell, Joe had said during the week, we need to
- 12:07Speaker 1: be pretty darn perfect or close to perfect, and you were,
- 12:10Speaker 1: but one costly turnover, a couple of third and short failures,
- 12:14Speaker 1: and that's the difference.
- 12:15Speaker 10: Yeah, in an AFC North battle like this, you know
- 12:19Speaker 10: those are costly. You know we didn't finish the game,
- 12:23Speaker 10: and we haven't finished in our four losses. We've been
- 12:25Speaker 10: right there. We're the almost so we need to start
- 12:29Speaker 10: being the definitelyes.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Three games with thirty plus. Do you take any solace
- 12:33Speaker 1: and how the offense is performing right now?
- 12:36Speaker 4: Not really.
- 12:37Speaker 10: I mean, sure, we'll look at the film and there'll
- 12:40Speaker 10: be some positives, but we're not winning so we got
- 12:43Speaker 10: to dig our way out of this.
- 12:44Speaker 4: I know you're not gonna play cooler.
- 12:46Speaker 6: You guys get the ball back, plus territory and overtime
- 12:49Speaker 6: after the fubble, Can you take me through the idea
- 12:52Speaker 6: of running it three times?
- 12:53Speaker 11: When your quarterback is as hot as he is?
- 12:55Speaker 1: What's the strategy do you think offensively in that spot.
- 12:58Speaker 10: I'm not gonna dive in to the strategy of that.
- 13:02Speaker 10: What I think is we need to execute a little
- 13:03Speaker 10: bit better. Maybe get us you know, six or seven
- 13:06Speaker 10: yards and let our you know, all star kicker make
- 13:10Speaker 10: a kick. And the ball didn't bounce our way this time.
- 13:15Speaker 10: So you know, I'm not gonna.
- 13:16Speaker 7: Sit here and second guess anything.
- 13:18Speaker 1: At one and four, a lot of guys are going
- 13:20Speaker 1: to lean on the leaders of this room. How important
- 13:22Speaker 1: is it for guys like you at this time?
- 13:25Speaker 10: That's very important to mean I think that, you know,
- 13:27Speaker 10: I think a lot of times leadership can be overblown.
- 13:30Speaker 10: It's about showing up to work every day and bringing
- 13:32Speaker 10: your best, and I think that's that's the best way
- 13:34Speaker 10: to lead. You know, you can be you know, mister
- 13:37Speaker 10: raw Rah, when it comes down to it, you got
- 13:39Speaker 10: to show up on Wednesday ready to go, ready to work,
- 13:41Speaker 10: ready to do what it takes to turn our almost
- 13:44Speaker 10: into wins.
- 13:46Speaker 1: So the Bengals are one and four and all four
- 13:49Speaker 1: losses have been by six points or less. They're up
- 13:52Speaker 1: to fourth in the league in points scored, but they're
- 13:55Speaker 1: next to last end points allowed. Here again, our Zach
- 13:59Speaker 1: Taylor and Joe Burrow.
- 14:01Speaker 6: Sick to my stomach for our guys in there. They fought,
- 14:04Speaker 6: proud of them, but we got to find a way
- 14:06Speaker 6: to win. We can't keep coming up one play short.
- 14:08Speaker 6: And that's really what the game came down to. So
- 14:12Speaker 6: a lot that I admired about how our team fought.
- 14:14Speaker 6: That was a good, good game against a great team.
- 14:17Speaker 6: And uh, and we're gonna find a way to rebound
- 14:19Speaker 6: from this and move forward because I believe in the
- 14:21Speaker 6: guys in that room. I know we're in a tough situation,
- 14:24Speaker 6: but I believe we've got the guys to bring us
- 14:25Speaker 6: out of it.
- 14:26Speaker 8: We're not a championship level team right now.
- 14:28Speaker 4: We're not.
- 14:31Speaker 8: You know, I like to think that. You know, we'll
- 14:34Speaker 8: come back and improve throughout the season to get to
- 14:37Speaker 8: that point, but right now we are not, and we
- 14:39Speaker 8: have to get better.
- 14:39Speaker 6: It's week five of the season. So it's disappointing that
- 14:43Speaker 6: we just lost a great football team in a big
- 14:44Speaker 6: game for us, But you're not going to see a
- 14:47Speaker 6: lot of guys sitting in here just feeling sorry for ourselves. Like,
- 14:50Speaker 6: we still believe in each other and we have a
- 14:53Speaker 6: tremendous opportunity to show what we're about going forward, and
- 14:56Speaker 6: so people can write us off if they really want to.
- 14:59Speaker 6: I'm dumb enough to do that, And so I believe
- 15:02Speaker 6: in these guys, and I know what we showed out
- 15:03Speaker 6: there today, and I showed that there's brighter days ahead
- 15:06Speaker 6: in twenty twenty four in the season, and I'm excited
- 15:08Speaker 6: to watch these guys rebound and do that.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Next a Sunday night road game against the two and
- 15:14Speaker 1: three New York Giants, who went on the road and
- 15:17Speaker 1: beat Seattle on Sunday twenty nine to twenty. The Giants
- 15:20Speaker 1: rushed for one hundred and seventy five yards in that game.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Now time for the radio guys recap we lap. I'm
- 15:28Speaker 1: kind of at a loss for words. Thirty eight points,
- 15:31Speaker 1: ten point leads on multiple occasions in the second half,
- 15:35Speaker 1: and they didn't get out of here with a win.
- 15:37Speaker 1: This one's tough to stomach. For the Bengals and for
- 15:39Speaker 1: their followers.
- 15:41Speaker 11: There's no question. I mean, both quarterbacks should talk about
- 15:45Speaker 11: lighting it up. I mean, they were both ridiculous. Jackson
- 15:49Speaker 11: as a quarterback rating at just under one twenty four
- 15:52Speaker 11: touchdown passes three hundred and forty eight yards passing Joe
- 15:56Speaker 11: Burrow three hundred and ninety two yards passing five touchdown
- 15:58Speaker 11: passes an interception, one thirty seven rating. If he doesn't
- 16:01Speaker 11: throw that pick, he's damn near perfect. But I mean
- 16:06Speaker 11: chasing Higgins nineteen catches two hundred and seventy six yards
- 16:13Speaker 11: between the two of them, four touchdowns. You're kidding me,
- 16:16Speaker 11: how you know, how do you lose that? How do
- 16:18Speaker 11: you lose that football game? The Bengals going five drives
- 16:22Speaker 11: of seventy yards or more for touchdowns, one of them
- 16:24Speaker 11: is one play drive, and they lose the football game. Defensively,
- 16:29Speaker 11: it was just such a struggle they You know, they
- 16:32Speaker 11: did a good job on Henry for most of the
- 16:34Speaker 11: football game. He got away late in the football game.
- 16:37Speaker 11: Obviously that's set up the game winning field goal. But
- 16:40Speaker 11: I mean he ends up with ninety two yards rushing.
- 16:44Speaker 11: That's so deceptive with that fifty one yard lug at
- 16:47Speaker 11: the end of the football game. But the red zone,
- 16:50Speaker 11: they get down there five times, they score five times.
- 16:53Speaker 11: You know, after Henry has the run, that red zone
- 16:56Speaker 11: possession doesn't even count when accounted. They were five for five.
- 16:59Speaker 11: The Bengals were three for three. That they just didn't
- 17:01Speaker 11: get there as much as the Ravens did. I mean
- 17:03Speaker 11: the epitome of a track beat. And in the AFC
- 17:06Speaker 11: North that prides itself on good defenses, I mean both
- 17:10Speaker 11: defenses got sliced and diced.
- 17:12Speaker 1: So Joe Burrow said during the course of the week,
- 17:14Speaker 1: I need to be darn near perfect, and for much
- 17:17Speaker 1: of the day he was. But with about three minutes
- 17:20Speaker 1: to go, it's first and ten at the Baltimore twenty eight.
- 17:22Speaker 1: You're up by three. Or Lando Brown Junior called for
- 17:25Speaker 1: a five yard penalty. Joe throws a pick. On the
- 17:28Speaker 1: next play. You get the ball back with plenty of
- 17:31Speaker 1: time left and three timeouts remaining, tie score, drive down
- 17:35Speaker 1: and kick a field goal. Take a sack on the
- 17:37Speaker 1: first play, get nothing. You recover a fumble in overtime
- 17:40Speaker 1: with a chance to win the game, and can't advance
- 17:43Speaker 1: the ball. So plenty of opportunities. As as much as
- 17:46Speaker 1: the defense struggled, there were plenty of opportunities for the
- 17:49Speaker 1: offense to put it away.
- 17:50Speaker 11: There were And really, the only play I think that
- 17:53Speaker 11: Joe would like to have back is the one he
- 17:54Speaker 11: under threw to Tee. I mean, Tea's numbers would have
- 17:57Speaker 11: been ridiculous if they complete that ball, if he puts
- 17:59Speaker 11: it out in front instead of a little bit short,
- 18:01Speaker 11: you know, he's still running. I mean that that bad
- 18:03Speaker 11: boy brings Tea well over a hundred yards receiving in
- 18:07Speaker 11: the football game. I mean that would have been his
- 18:09Speaker 11: tenth catch, and he probably would have had, you know,
- 18:12Speaker 11: like a buck twenty or more. So it's crazy how
- 18:17Speaker 11: well the offense took advantage of things that are really
- 18:21Speaker 11: good defensive football team. The Baltimore Ravens are a solid
- 18:24Speaker 11: defensive football team. The Bengals, you know, they spread them
- 18:27Speaker 11: out and kind of took them apart a little bit.
- 18:29Speaker 11: They had their way in the middle of the football
- 18:30Speaker 11: field until Humphrey. Humphrey saw the route a few times
- 18:35Speaker 11: during the course of the game, that slant route, and
- 18:37Speaker 11: he jumped it and got in front of Jamar and
- 18:39Speaker 11: made a great play on it. There's no, no doubt.
- 18:43Speaker 11: But you know that turnover was big. But then to
- 18:46Speaker 11: get it back, Prat gets it back the fumble and
- 18:49Speaker 11: you know he advanced and puts the Bengals in field
- 18:52Speaker 11: goal range. And Ryan Rico, the rookie holder, doesn't handle
- 18:56Speaker 11: the snap cleanly and the lacers are on the on
- 19:00Speaker 11: the ground basically at the balls on its on its side.
- 19:03Speaker 11: He gets it up, but not great and it's within
- 19:07Speaker 11: like a millisecond of of the the approach of Moneymack,
- 19:11Speaker 11: and those are tough to make, particularly from that distance.
- 19:14Speaker 1: No doubt about it. So reinforcements were back on the
- 19:17Speaker 1: defensive line. We don't have snap counts yet. Miles Murphy
- 19:20Speaker 1: played a lot, McKinley Jackson played a little, I think
- 19:24Speaker 1: against a mortal quarterback, a normal human being of a quarterback.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Miles Murphy might have had a great game. He was
- 19:31Speaker 1: in the backfield quite a bit, but couldn't get Lamard
- 19:34Speaker 1: to the ground.
- 19:34Speaker 11: Yeah, I think that's a that's a tough one to
- 19:37Speaker 11: come back and think about your football geometry, the angles
- 19:40Speaker 11: that you take because he's not mortal. I mean, that
- 19:44Speaker 11: guy is it. It's like, I don't know what it's
- 19:47Speaker 11: trying to like tackle. It's it's trying to tackle a
- 19:50Speaker 11: you know, an unbelievable, make you miss running back in
- 19:54Speaker 11: the pocket. I mean, he'll make unbelievable runs of the
- 19:57Speaker 11: football to climb the pocket, and then he'll climb it,
- 20:00Speaker 11: he'll retreat, he'll go to you know, get out of pocket,
- 20:02Speaker 11: to the side, all in the same play. And it's like, man,
- 20:05Speaker 11: this guy is just his short space quickness is incredible,
- 20:09Speaker 11: and he just seems to have tremendous vision, I mean,
- 20:13Speaker 11: like eyes on the side of his head, in the
- 20:14Speaker 11: back of his head for when to change direction, when
- 20:17Speaker 11: to climb the pocket, when to retreat, when to do
- 20:18Speaker 11: everything he does. He is spectacular and then a lot
- 20:22Speaker 11: of times he's unusual and that you'll hit him. I
- 20:25Speaker 11: remember Sam hit him pretty good one time and he
- 20:27Speaker 11: retreated and less than the contact, you know, he he's
- 20:30Speaker 11: so quick. He just backpedaled like three steps and Sam's
- 20:33Speaker 11: contact ended up being a lot less and he kind
- 20:37Speaker 11: of slid down him and he escaped that. So he
- 20:40Speaker 11: is a tough guy to hit and wrap up. He
- 20:42Speaker 11: is so slippery and so dynamic.
- 20:45Speaker 1: The Bengals might be the first team ever to have
- 20:48Speaker 1: their point total go up in their first five games
- 20:50Speaker 1: of the year from ten to twenty five to thirty three,
- 20:53Speaker 1: thirty four, now thirty eight, and to have two thirty
- 20:56Speaker 1: point games at home that you didn't manage to win.
- 21:00Speaker 1: This defense got to find answers soon for the Bengals
- 21:04Speaker 1: to stay alive.
- 21:05Speaker 11: Yeah, that's almost that's almost incomprehensible really when you think
- 21:09Speaker 11: about it. You know, since the opener they've been averaging
- 21:14Speaker 11: thirty points seven points a game. In the next three well,
- 21:17Speaker 11: they did better than that this this game, thirty eight.
- 21:20Speaker 11: So yeah, they're not having trouble putting points on the board,
- 21:25Speaker 11: that's for sure. But you know, when your defense is struggling,
- 21:29Speaker 11: like we talked about, they had opportunities to make plays
- 21:31Speaker 11: to close it out and they just you know, couldn't
- 21:33Speaker 11: quite get it done. It was definitely a track meet,
- 21:37Speaker 11: and Baltimore Ravens ended up holding the baton at the
- 21:41Speaker 11: end of the race.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Any qualms with how they approached their possession in ot
- 21:48Speaker 1: after the fumble recovery, a lot of questions in the
- 21:50Speaker 1: locker room about, you know, extra offensive linemen running settling
- 21:56Speaker 1: for a really long field goal. Try what'd you think?
- 21:59Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm I mean Joe was asked about that and
- 22:02Speaker 11: he said, I'm not going to second guess that. You know,
- 22:05Speaker 11: I asked Zach about it, and you know he wasn't
- 22:09Speaker 11: going to second guess his decision. You know, in the end,
- 22:13Speaker 11: if Rico had handled the ball cleanly, might not be
- 22:17Speaker 11: a point of contention, but it didn't. He didn't, So
- 22:21Speaker 11: now it's a point of contention.
- 22:22Speaker 4: You know.
- 22:23Speaker 11: It's like last week, if Zach goes down on that
- 22:27Speaker 11: third down pass and and gets tackled or fourth down pass,
- 22:31Speaker 11: I should say, and gets tackled. I mean, now it's like, oh,
- 22:35Speaker 11: you're going to get crucified. But it worked out this
- 22:38Speaker 11: one holder didn't handle the snap. I mean, the way
- 22:42Speaker 11: he hit that, even though it was mishandled, it's still
- 22:47Speaker 11: He's got such a good leg and he can make
- 22:49Speaker 11: good adjustments. He just couldn't adjust well enough at the
- 22:52Speaker 11: last second. It was such a split second before you know,
- 22:54Speaker 11: he's expecting to see the thing upright, like it in
- 22:57Speaker 11: a little bit of how he likes to tilt or whatever,
- 23:00Speaker 11: and it was nothing like that. So for him to
- 23:02Speaker 11: not go in panic mode, you know, says a lot
- 23:04Speaker 11: about him. But just could not quite make the necessary adjustments.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Four losses by less than twenty points. The margin is
- 23:12Speaker 1: razor thin, and unfortunately, and the close ones, they've come
- 23:16Speaker 1: up on the losing side all four times.
- 23:18Speaker 11: It's remarkable, really, I mean, you think it's gonna it
- 23:21Speaker 11: would start to even out, you know, And unfortunately all
- 23:26Speaker 11: of the losses are in the AFC, and one of
- 23:30Speaker 11: them now is in the division. So you're one in
- 23:32Speaker 11: four and your only victory is in you know, with
- 23:35Speaker 11: an NSC South team, So those, uh, those kind of
- 23:39Speaker 11: things start to start to mount up on you a
- 23:41Speaker 11: little bit too. But man, just got to figure out
- 23:45Speaker 11: ways to finish football games, because that's that's the difference
- 23:49Speaker 11: in having really good years in years where there's a
- 23:52Speaker 11: lot of what ifs. You know, oh, man, should have,
- 23:55Speaker 11: could have, would a what if? That's where they are
- 23:58Speaker 11: right now. If you win these close football games, it's
- 24:01Speaker 11: like draw a deep breath and move on to the
- 24:04Speaker 11: next one, and you know, your life sool rosy and
- 24:07Speaker 11: a bowl of cherries. Right now it's like eating dog
- 24:12Speaker 11: poo and and I mean you can't stomach anything. I
- 24:18Speaker 11: mean it's like there's nothing that tastes good right now.
- 24:21Speaker 11: So gotta get some wins. Got to string some wins together.
- 24:24Speaker 11: Got to go to New York, got to go to Cleveland,
- 24:26Speaker 11: two straight road games, you know, NFC opponent. Maybe they
- 24:29Speaker 11: get their second NFC win. They got to beat Cleveland
- 24:32Speaker 11: in Cleveland for their first division win. Those are the
- 24:35Speaker 11: you know, and I don't even want to think about Cleveland.
- 24:37Speaker 11: Go to New York and get another win, get back
- 24:39Speaker 11: on track. But offensively, Dan, they're playing damn good football.
- 24:42Speaker 11: They really are. I mean, it's it's really unfortunate.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Yes it is. The Bengals are now averaging twenty eight
- 24:52Speaker 1: points a game that would tie the team record set
- 24:55Speaker 1: in nineteen eighty eight when the Bengals went to Super
- 24:58Speaker 1: Bowl twenty three. There's an invitation to join us for
- 25:01Speaker 1: the Bengals Game Plan Show on Wednesday night. We'll be
- 25:04Speaker 1: in the studio this week and you can listen on
- 25:06Speaker 1: ESPN fifteen thirty or search for ESPN fifteen thirty on
- 25:10Speaker 1: the free iHeartMedia app. Finally, it's time for this week's
- 25:14Speaker 1: fun Fact segment, where you get to know the person
- 25:18Speaker 1: under the pads. Time for some fun facts with offensive
- 25:22Speaker 1: lineman A Marius Mims from Cochrane, Georgia, small town about
- 25:25Speaker 1: two hours south of Atlanta. What's a kid do for fun?
- 25:29Speaker 1: Growing up in Cochrane?
- 25:32Speaker 5: You got about two us because Cochran is very small.
- 25:34Speaker 5: You can either go outside and play basketball. You got
- 25:37Speaker 5: if you look at how friends like I did. You
- 25:39Speaker 5: can go some kind of hog hunt and I did hunt,
- 25:41Speaker 5: like oh, that's what I always did.
- 25:42Speaker 1: You're not the first member of your family to play
- 25:45Speaker 1: pro football in the state of Ohio. Your dad played
- 25:48Speaker 1: in the Arena League for teams in Columbus and Cleveland.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Was football a huge deal in your household growing up?
- 25:55Speaker 4: One hundred percent?
- 25:56Speaker 5: Like I said, Man, I remember watching I remember sending
- 25:59Speaker 5: it front of TV at a engage, watching football my
- 26:01Speaker 5: dad all the time, and I just knew, like that's
- 26:03Speaker 5: what I wanted to do. But at that time, I
- 26:05Speaker 5: was playing the office side of the ball, and I
- 26:06Speaker 5: thought I was gonna be a defensive star. But you know,
- 26:09Speaker 5: years later, man, you know who knew time would change
- 26:11Speaker 5: and you know my position changed. So but I still
- 26:14Speaker 5: love the game no matter what, both sides of the ball.
- 26:16Speaker 5: I just love watching it. It's just a fun game
- 26:17Speaker 5: to me.
- 26:18Speaker 1: You started out as a middle linebacker when you were young.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Give me a scouting report on Marius mems in the
- 26:23Speaker 1: middle of the defense.
- 26:24Speaker 4: It was great.
- 26:26Speaker 5: Those were the times I just remember as a kid,
- 26:28Speaker 5: I sat in front of the TV thinking I was like
- 26:29Speaker 5: Ray Lewis, and I used to imitate everything he used
- 26:31Speaker 5: to do, even in rec league. I make a tackle, man,
- 26:34Speaker 5: I'm I'm pumped, I'm excited. Man, I'm acting just like him.
- 26:38Speaker 1: You're obviously a large man and you were a big kid.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Were the parents of the other kids afraid of you
- 26:44Speaker 1: in youth sports?
- 26:45Speaker 4: Yes, so I got a story. So I was.
- 26:48Speaker 5: I used to keep a copy of my birth certificate
- 26:50Speaker 5: at the recreational department and, like, to be honest with you,
- 26:54Speaker 5: I'm one of the youngest kids in my class. So
- 26:57Speaker 5: they would still like tell their like they would still
- 26:59Speaker 5: tell there apartment like he cannot play in the same
- 27:02Speaker 5: division as my son, even though they were older than me.
- 27:04Speaker 5: I was just always talled and everybody. So I have
- 27:06Speaker 5: to play like two age groups above my age group.
- 27:08Speaker 5: So I used to play with I graduated in same princes.
- 27:11Speaker 5: I graduated in twenty one. I played in the direct
- 27:13Speaker 5: league with the people who graduated two years you know
- 27:16Speaker 5: before me.
- 27:16Speaker 1: So and your birth certificate was on display at the
- 27:19Speaker 1: rec center just In Klay's parents complained, had we had
- 27:23Speaker 1: it there? Were you amused by that or did it
- 27:26Speaker 1: make you self conscious?
- 27:27Speaker 7: No?
- 27:27Speaker 5: I didn't mind it. I mean, I just want to
- 27:29Speaker 5: play football. It didn't really matter what age girl I
- 27:31Speaker 5: played on. I just I was just glad to play.
- 27:34Speaker 1: We're doing fun facts for the Marius memes. Every kid
- 27:37Speaker 1: has a growth spurt. When did you get your big
- 27:40Speaker 1: growth spurt?
- 27:41Speaker 5: I want to say after my freshman year when I
- 27:42Speaker 5: had my knee injury. I wanted to say I was
- 27:44Speaker 5: around six to one my freshman year and then I
- 27:46Speaker 5: don't know what happened. I just remember like four or
- 27:48Speaker 5: five months later, I came back off like six to six.
- 27:51Speaker 5: I don't know how I happened, but I guess my
- 27:54Speaker 5: my high school head coach, Vin Last always said that
- 27:58Speaker 5: he sprinkle some magic dustin my knee whenever they opened
- 28:01Speaker 5: me up and did my surgery.
- 28:02Speaker 4: So I'm just gonna go with that.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Were you breaking your parents' budget on clothes and shoes.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Clothed shoes, food, everything, So I'm just thankful for them
- 28:11Speaker 5: to just be able to clothe me and feed me
- 28:13Speaker 5: because I was going at a rapid pace at that
- 28:15Speaker 5: time and I know I was not.
- 28:16Speaker 4: I know I was not a cheap child.
- 28:18Speaker 1: So you're a highly tuted recruit. What school recruited you
- 28:22Speaker 1: the hardest?
- 28:24Speaker 4: Georgia?
- 28:24Speaker 5: I was, like I said, I end up staying in
- 28:27Speaker 5: the home state. But yeah, man, Georgia recruited me a lot,
- 28:29Speaker 5: because I remember at the time coach Sam Pittman recruited
- 28:31Speaker 5: me hard. Then he took the job of Arkansas, and
- 28:34Speaker 5: then I remember the next day coach coach on Matt
- 28:36Speaker 5: Luke got the job. He was at my high school
- 28:38Speaker 5: at eight o'clock that morning, so.
- 28:41Speaker 1: They weren't going to let that one slip through the cracks.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Did you enjoy the attention or was it a pain
- 28:45Speaker 1: in the neck?
- 28:46Speaker 4: I enjoyed it.
- 28:47Speaker 5: I enjoyed, you know, going to meet, going to visit
- 28:49Speaker 5: new schools and all that good stuff and everything that
- 28:51Speaker 5: came with it. But towards the end it started get aggravating.
- 28:54Speaker 5: I just started like cutting their list down as soon
- 28:56Speaker 5: as possible, just because I was like, there's some schools
- 28:58Speaker 5: I know I didn't want to go to, and it's
- 28:59Speaker 5: just like I'm not a big like I don't like
- 29:01Speaker 5: the attention on me like that a lot. So I
- 29:04Speaker 5: just enjoyed it for a little bit, and then I
- 29:05Speaker 5: was like, all right, it's time, it's time to pick
- 29:07Speaker 5: a school.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Well, your choice worked out well. You picked Georgia. You
- 29:11Speaker 1: won national championships your freshmen and sophomore years. The team
- 29:15Speaker 1: was obviously loaded, so you didn't start right off the bat.
- 29:18Speaker 1: You played, but you didn't start. And then at the
- 29:20Speaker 1: end of your sophomore year, Warren McClendon, who's now in
- 29:23Speaker 1: the NFL with the Rams, got injured, and you started
- 29:25Speaker 1: the national semifinal game against Ohio State and the national
- 29:29Speaker 1: championship game against TCU. What did starting those games and
- 29:33Speaker 1: doing well do for your confidence?
- 29:36Speaker 5: It did a lot, honestly, even though I wasn't technically
- 29:39Speaker 5: an own paper starter before those games, always preparing myself
- 29:42Speaker 5: as if I was so really, like I said, whenever
- 29:45Speaker 5: he went down, it like it wasn't a surprise like
- 29:48Speaker 5: for me to like, Okay, you gotta do just different,
- 29:50Speaker 5: you gotta do that different. Like I was already prepared,
- 29:52Speaker 5: you know what I'm saying, Because like we did like
- 29:54Speaker 5: a three man rotation between me, Broger and one and
- 29:56Speaker 5: just about preparing. And that's what's helped me now, just
- 29:59Speaker 5: like just go into a system like that where you know,
- 30:01Speaker 5: I'm saying about it like I'm around a bunch of
- 30:03Speaker 5: good guys and we're all expected to play at a
- 30:04Speaker 5: high level. So the fall off there was no fall
- 30:07Speaker 5: off at all. Like I said, we rotated eight guys.
- 30:09Speaker 5: I want to say, my sophomore year throughout the OH line.
- 30:12Speaker 1: An abundance of riches at Georgia to say the least.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Last year and your final year there, you had an
- 30:17Speaker 1: ankle injury and missed about half the season. It seems
- 30:21Speaker 1: to have created a narrative that you are injury prone.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Does it drive you nuts?
- 30:28Speaker 5: I don't. I don't, like I said, just feel the fire.
- 30:31Speaker 5: I don't really like care what people like I have
- 30:33Speaker 5: to say about a my like if I'm injury prone
- 30:35Speaker 5: or not, if I don't have that much experience. Like
- 30:38Speaker 5: I said, a team took a chance on me and
- 30:40Speaker 5: they saw something in me, then, like I guess the
- 30:42Speaker 5: other teams didn't see them. So I'm gonna use that
- 30:44Speaker 5: as you know, I'm just glad to be here and
- 30:47Speaker 5: I'm just appreciative that the Bengals took a chance on me.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Describe your draft experience.
- 30:52Speaker 4: It was great.
- 30:52Speaker 5: I just remember sending the couch and mym my agent.
- 30:55Speaker 5: He gave me a rundown of like, you know, possibly
- 30:57Speaker 5: where I could end up and like like a range.
- 31:00Speaker 5: It was like it was like a fourteenth to twenty
- 31:01Speaker 5: two ranch that he thought. And it's crazy how I
- 31:04Speaker 5: falled right in between that, like like right in the
- 31:06Speaker 5: dead center of that. It was really fun, just like
- 31:09Speaker 5: like just seeing like like all the other guys before
- 31:12Speaker 5: me get their name called and be like, dang, like
- 31:14Speaker 5: if I get my name called him night, that'll be great.
- 31:16Speaker 5: And then I just remember the phone ranging and pay
- 31:18Speaker 5: Corsladium popped up.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Man, okay, all right, a few wild card topics. Now
- 31:23Speaker 1: for a Marius Mems. Who is your all time favorite
- 31:27Speaker 1: athlete in any sport? And why?
- 31:31Speaker 5: Oh man, I'm a Lebron fan. Like I said, I
- 31:34Speaker 5: didn't grow up in the Jordan. My dad was like,
- 31:36Speaker 5: my dad would kill me because he's a Jordan guy.
- 31:38Speaker 5: But I didn't grow up in that era. Honestly I didn't.
- 31:41Speaker 5: I never got to watch him. But I've been watching
- 31:43Speaker 5: Lebron since I you know, since since I can watch basketball.
- 31:46Speaker 5: And I don't know, man, I just like his game,
- 31:48Speaker 5: his competitive like competitiveness and you know, I just like
- 31:52Speaker 5: I said, until he retired, Probably when he retired, I'm
- 31:54Speaker 5: gonna stop watching basketball. But until then, I'm gonna keep
- 31:56Speaker 5: enjoying watching the Lakers play. As long as he's on
- 31:58Speaker 5: that team.
- 31:59Speaker 1: I don't know if he's ever going to retire.
- 32:01Speaker 4: That's great with me.
- 32:04Speaker 1: You told us earlier that growing up in Cochrane you
- 32:07Speaker 1: were a hunter. You told me earlier this year hogs, duck,
- 32:12Speaker 1: and deer were the three things you enjoyed hunting the most.
- 32:15Speaker 1: So let's narrow it down. What is your favorite type
- 32:19Speaker 1: in terms of weapon location, Time of day and.
- 32:24Speaker 5: Pray AAR fifteen thermal scope, probably about twelve twelve am,
- 32:31Speaker 5: one am at night, just going out in the woods.
- 32:34Speaker 5: I want to say coct Like I said, where I'm from,
- 32:37Speaker 5: there's a lot of like like forest and there's a
- 32:39Speaker 5: lot of like you know, like I guess trees in
- 32:42Speaker 5: country area.
- 32:43Speaker 4: So I said, it's not hard. We'll ride.
- 32:45Speaker 5: We'll ride around, whether that's on ATV's or we're in
- 32:48Speaker 5: the f one fifty, and we'll scan the fields and
- 32:51Speaker 5: all that good stuff. We'll find a good parking spot. Well,
- 32:54Speaker 5: we'll we'll grab all we'll grab our weapons and all
- 32:56Speaker 5: that good stuff. Man, we just you know, we go well,
- 32:59Speaker 5: we just.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Have all right.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Are you a neat freak?
- 33:03Speaker 4: Yes?
- 33:04Speaker 5: I like I like clean, Like I like to be clean.
- 33:06Speaker 5: I like for everything around and be clean, my area
- 33:08Speaker 5: to be clean just because I feel like I feel
- 33:10Speaker 5: like if everything's around me clean, I just feel like
- 33:12Speaker 5: a sense of peace in my mind because like something
- 33:14Speaker 5: right there, she's gonna bother me. And like I said,
- 33:18Speaker 5: with my shoes, like I collect shoes like I love shoes.
- 33:20Speaker 5: So like when I had a whole room in college
- 33:23Speaker 5: just like you know, just dedicated for my shoes because
- 33:25Speaker 5: I lave by myself. So I just like like just
- 33:27Speaker 5: like come like lining up across the floor. They kind
- 33:29Speaker 5: of got aggravate, and I was like, oh my god,
- 33:31Speaker 5: Like it's clean, but it can be cleaner. So I
- 33:34Speaker 5: went and got like a thousand shelves and I just
- 33:35Speaker 5: lined them up, and I'm like, okay, we feel I
- 33:37Speaker 5: feel good now, I feel good.
- 33:39Speaker 4: All right.
- 33:39Speaker 1: You have two national championship rings from Georgia. Did you
- 33:42Speaker 1: save anything else from those two national crowns?
- 33:46Speaker 5: Yes, I say, like I said, I got all my
- 33:47Speaker 5: jerseys that I ever played in in college. For my
- 33:50Speaker 5: helmet my my practice pants. I still got my cleats
- 33:55Speaker 5: I wore every game because I well, turf shoes, turf
- 33:59Speaker 5: shoes inclist. I played them both, And man, I just
- 34:02Speaker 5: saved a lifetime full of like a lifetime full of memories.
- 34:05Speaker 4: I had a great three years.
- 34:06Speaker 5: Man, one thing I'm gonna save most more than those
- 34:08Speaker 5: Nation champs was like the memories I had with my teammates. So,
- 34:11Speaker 5: like I said, it's great, Like I'm glad you asked
- 34:14Speaker 5: that question, because, like I said, I talked to those
- 34:15Speaker 5: guys really, like every day we have a group chat
- 34:17Speaker 5: and we're all in there back from when I was
- 34:19Speaker 5: a freshman all the up from now, and we just
- 34:21Speaker 5: check in on each other all the time. So whenever
- 34:23Speaker 5: we have a game, anybody has a game, we all
- 34:24Speaker 5: learned good luck, y'all, good luck and all that good stuff.
- 34:27Speaker 5: And it's good that, you know, we still got that
- 34:29Speaker 5: like their brotherhood bond going and we're still talking to
- 34:31Speaker 5: each other to this day.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Do you have an especially good story about somebody just
- 34:37Speaker 1: being wowed by your size?
- 34:40Speaker 4: T Higgins?
- 34:41Speaker 5: But I got him the hold on one day when
- 34:43Speaker 5: I got here, he just looked at me and was like,
- 34:46Speaker 5: very you're good. I'm like, yeah, he was like, bro,
- 34:47Speaker 5: I ain't never nobody else side. I was like, I
- 34:49Speaker 5: guess they caught him off guard a little bit because
- 34:51Speaker 5: I mean, it was one of my first times like
- 34:53Speaker 5: actually being around them. But I just remember that story
- 34:55Speaker 5: because it was like it kind of went big on
- 34:56Speaker 5: the internet for a little bit. But that was funny
- 34:59Speaker 5: to me because he's not a but yeah, it kind
- 35:03Speaker 5: of wild on.
- 35:03Speaker 4: I guess I love it all right.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Final fun fact for Mariusmims. This one's kind of deep.
- 35:09Speaker 1: If you could meet anybody in history living or deceased, anybody,
- 35:16Speaker 1: who would that person be.
- 35:18Speaker 5: I'm gonna give you three Lebron for one, uh two
- 35:23Speaker 5: Michael Jordan and three I'm gonna go football. Like I said,

- 35:29Speaker 5: and I will Yeah he followed, be.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Three Lebron James, Michael Jordan, and Ray Lewis. That's a
- 35:35Speaker 1: pretty good trio. And you better invite your dad since
- 35:37Speaker 1: he's a Michael Jordan.
- 35:39Speaker 4: I'll definitely invite my dad with that one.
- 35:41Speaker 1: You're off the hot seat. I appreciate your time. That's
