A registered nurse found herself being admitted as a patient after allegedly showing up to work drunk and crashing into multiple cars in the hospital parking lot. Police arrested Candice Vanwaardenburg, 52, after a witness reported her driving erratically and striking vehicles, according to the La Porte County Police. Vanwaardenburg was wheeled into the hospital where she was admitted as a patient instead of clocking in for her 12-hour shift.
