- 0:48Speaker 2: let's get an update on Kyle. You don't know how
- 0:51Speaker 2: long would you adopt that puppy from love Pop.
- 0:53Speaker 3: We got Poppy from love Pop the week after Easter
- 0:57Speaker 3: and it was a glorious week. However, I have not
- 1:00Speaker 3: slept in the same bed as my husband since then.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Still April April July, we're going on three of month
- 1:08Speaker 2: sleeping in bed.
- 1:10Speaker 3: And it's said because we're trying to keep our older
- 1:13Speaker 3: dog Daisy happy, and she still doesn't really like Poppy,
- 1:17Speaker 3: and so we've just kept them separate until last night.
- 1:20Speaker 3: I thought, this is it, you guys, it's happening. Scott
- 1:24Speaker 3: is agreeing for Poppy and I to come into the bed.
- 1:27Speaker 3: I'm also saying, I think this could be a great time.
- 1:30Speaker 3: So we lay down and Poppy is restless.
- 1:36Speaker 1: She's just restless.
- 1:37Speaker 3: She is not used to sleep on the bed, so
- 1:39Speaker 3: it's almost like she keeps trying to jump off because
- 1:41Speaker 3: she's probably like trying to go to the other room
- 1:43Speaker 3: where we are used to sleeping, and I'm like no,
- 1:46Speaker 3: so I have to pick her up and put her
- 1:47Speaker 3: back on the bed. And here we are, like the
- 1:49Speaker 3: lights are out and it's late, like it's a late night.
- 1:50Speaker 3: We did not get a whole lot of sleep last night.
- 1:53Speaker 3: We weren't going to anyways, because we went to bed
- 1:55Speaker 3: so late. And it was like she finally went over
- 1:59Speaker 3: to the spot she's gotten used to sleeping in bed
- 2:01Speaker 3: with me, and that's in between the pillows, but that's
- 2:04Speaker 3: Daisy's spot, and Daisy's sitting there and she walks up
- 2:06Speaker 3: in Daisy's and I'm like, oh my gosh. Daisy finally moves.
- 2:12Speaker 3: She goes into that spot and Scott goes She's like
- 2:15Speaker 3: grooming yourself in my pillow, and.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, I think I gotta go.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Oh fifteen minutes of this and I'm like, it's like
- 2:23Speaker 3: whatever the sleep version of Hengry is. I am like,
- 2:26Speaker 3: I'm I'm like okay, I like, I'm thinking about how
- 2:29Speaker 3: I'm I feel today with no sleep and going this
- 2:32Speaker 3: isn't worth it, Like at this point, it's not worth it,
- 2:33Speaker 3: and now I don't know if we'll ever sleep in.
- 2:35Speaker 2: The same bed. Just grab Poppy like a football and
- 2:37Speaker 2: just we're at it.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I was like, let's go, come my pillow on my blanket.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Once you get in the other room, does Poppy settle
- 2:44Speaker 1: down immediately?
- 2:45Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I know.
- 2:46Speaker 4: I I every time you talk about Poppy and Daisy,
- 2:49Speaker 4: I just can't help but think about me and my
- 2:52Speaker 4: sister's relationship because I'm like, I'm the little sister. I'm
- 2:55Speaker 4: the Poppy in this relationship. Daisy needs to get over it.
- 2:59Speaker 4: She is here, she is here, She's gonna stay. She
- 3:02Speaker 4: needs to get over the drawing and just accept her
- 3:05Speaker 4: little sister. And y'all need to stop enabling her and
- 3:09Speaker 4: allowing her to run the bed.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Seriously, I think you're right, which is and I've been
- 3:16Speaker 3: saying that for a very long time, and now I
- 3:18Speaker 3: wonder if we've enabled her so long that now even
- 3:21Speaker 3: Poppies like I don't want to sleep.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Yes, right, this is like true sister beef right here,
- 3:29Speaker 4: it is.
- 3:30Speaker 1: It's just like that all the time.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Like Poppy always wants to play with Daisy, and she's like, hey,
- 3:33Speaker 3: what's up, Hey, you want to be friends? And Daisy's like,
- 3:35Speaker 3: get out my fixed right now.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Eventually it'll work out. Yeah, I mean as far as
- 3:43Speaker 2: the dogs get along. I don't about you guys sleep
- 3:44Speaker 2: the same bed again. Yeah, we gotta we gotta push
- 3:47Speaker 2: for this. We gotta will the puppies together. Well in
- 3:50Speaker 2: the relationship world, what about you, Rich, what's going on
- 3:52Speaker 2: with your relationship?
- 3:53Speaker 1: Well, so we've been trying to eat a lot more
- 3:56Speaker 1: at home at my house and using less of the
- 3:58Speaker 1: door dash. So what happens is my YouTube ends up
- 4:02Speaker 1: populating with all these sort of like easy to make
- 4:05Speaker 1: meals in whenever Stacey throws together one of those easy
- 4:08Speaker 1: to make meals, they're always delicious, they're always spectacular in fact.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And so I found something I'd like to share with
- 4:15Speaker 1: you guys that I found that I brought to the table,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and it was snacks that are nutritiously dense but low
- 4:22Speaker 1: en calories and delicious. Oh I love that, Yes, so
- 4:24Speaker 1: do I. So I watched this video Kyle, and it's
- 4:28Speaker 1: get you some non fat, flavor free Greek yogurt and
- 4:34Speaker 1: then by some sugar free jello pudding banana pudding, and
- 4:39Speaker 1: you mix them together and then you put a couple
- 4:41Speaker 1: of bananas in them, and you've got super healthy, like
- 4:44Speaker 1: twenty five grams of protein delicious pudding that has no
- 4:49Speaker 1: sugar in it. Does that sound amazing to you?
- 4:54Speaker 2: Sounds amazing?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Does not taste good. It was gross. I was watching
- 5:02Speaker 1: the video and the lady on there is like, y'all
- 5:04Speaker 1: are gonna love this. This is so tasty. She's a
- 5:08Speaker 1: Southern woman and she was in good shape, and she's like,
- 5:10Speaker 1: put a little bananas around. There are some strawberries. It
- 5:13Speaker 1: tastes amazing. It tastes like concrete looks It was so bad.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And then I'm trying to get Stacey to buy into it.
- 5:21Speaker 1: She's like, do you want me to just throw this
- 5:22Speaker 1: out for you right now.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I would modify that recipe. I think I can make
- 5:26Speaker 2: that gush vanilla putting right, I mean vanilla yogurt. I
- 5:29Speaker 2: would put vanilla protein powder and then chop up some bananas. Well,
- 5:33Speaker 2: maybe that's good vanilla protein powder. I drink. I eat
- 5:35Speaker 2: it every day. It's my first meal today. Vanilla yogurt,
- 5:38Speaker 2: I mean playing or vanilla yoga mixed with vanilla protein powder.
- 5:42Speaker 2: It's my favorite. Put bananas if you want bananas, I
- 5:43Speaker 2: always put blueberries, and blueberries are really really good.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Blueberries are goodberries.
- 5:48Speaker 2: I had this new thing I've been doing right now.
- 5:50Speaker 2: I've done it like three or four times. It's really strange.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I think I feel that it's strange. And for me
- 5:55Speaker 2: to think it's strange is I put a you know,
- 5:58Speaker 2: like sparkling water in a can. You get a anywhere
- 6:00Speaker 2: like Kirkland or whatever, like those brands. Give me a
- 6:02Speaker 2: brand Ka so you get that. Put that in the fridge.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Was ice cold. And then when I when I'm thirsty,
- 6:08Speaker 2: I take it and I drink it really fast and
- 6:10Speaker 2: it hurts my throat.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Wait, why are you doing that?
- 6:14Speaker 2: Though I don't know I like it, it hurts you
- 6:16Speaker 2: drink it so fast, all the bubbles come down your
- 6:19Speaker 2: throat and it hurts. And then I'm like and I'm like, damn,
- 6:22Speaker 2: it hurts, but it feels good.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Shot shotgun.
- 6:29Speaker 2: That hurt, but she feels good.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Like spicy, Like how a McDonald's sprite is spicy.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Yeah I guess so, yeah, I guess so, except you
- 6:37Speaker 2: know it's it's this, I don't.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I just really be the ice cold and the bubbles.
- 6:40Speaker 2: I really like it, but it hurts.
- 6:43Speaker 4: No, shotgunning like a seltzer water is hard to do.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I'm doing.
- 6:46Speaker 4: You're doing.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That's what I'm doing, But why, I don't know. It's
- 6:51Speaker 2: and then but then it's like, man, I want more
- 6:54Speaker 2: water and I don't want to shotgun.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Another can drink it like a normal person.
- 6:59Speaker 1: That's once a luxury. You can't go do that all.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Do you feel like it's like a hydration hack or something.
- 7:04Speaker 2: No, I don't feel a heck. I just like the
- 7:05Speaker 2: way it feels. I think I might have rushed one
- 7:09Speaker 2: one day. One day when I got out of the sauna,
- 7:10Speaker 2: I was like so thirsty and I chugg going really quick,
- 7:13Speaker 2: and then I was like, oh, that feels really good,
- 7:15Speaker 2: and I've so now I've done it when I wasn't
- 7:16Speaker 2: really thirsty and I just shot gunning, and I like
- 7:19Speaker 2: it a lot.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Small ways John Jay likes to hurt him like, I'm.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Still on the couch. I turn on TV and I
- 7:23Speaker 2: just go pop one open. Then I go like I'm
- 7:25Speaker 2: watching me, and I go hold on pause it, and
- 7:26Speaker 2: I go wamn. I'm like, yeah, that feels good.
- 7:34Speaker 1: It's just me a little food.
- 7:35Speaker 2: If you got any kind of weird food combinations or
- 7:37Speaker 2: food that hurts, sure you know it hurts. Call us
