- 0:45Speaker 2: Y're talking about crown. Royal's talking about your crown for
- 0:48Speaker 2: your here. But if you grab that to b everybody
- 0:51Speaker 2: don't got no crown. But you know the ones that
- 0:52Speaker 2: do gray New Year.
- 0:56Speaker 1: New yeir.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Aj? What you do?
- 1:00Speaker 1: Girl? I did stay up until twelve, okay, so I
- 1:06Speaker 1: could catch the New Year, and I might have fell asleep,
- 1:09Speaker 1: like twelve twenty two.
- 1:11Speaker 2: You asleep?
- 1:12Speaker 1: Hell yeah, listen after I sent you that carpet cleaning video, bitch,
- 1:15Speaker 1: I was out of there.
- 1:16Speaker 2: You know. I love a good dirty rug ass video. Like,
- 1:20Speaker 2: nothing makes me happier than watch a dirty rug get clean.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I don't know why, girl, I should be happy in
- 1:25Speaker 2: a chokehold, don't. Yes, It's like, how did that video?
- 1:28Speaker 2: For so long? I watched the whole thing? How did
- 1:30Speaker 2: it get that dirty? Like that's what I want to know,
- 1:34Speaker 2: Like do they just there's no way that was in
- 1:36Speaker 2: no one's house. They're putting it in mud and just
- 1:39Speaker 2: letting its shit there for days or sing.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Oh they pulling out a hoarder's house.
- 1:43Speaker 2: No, even the horror House ain't got that.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I did see one video where they pulled some shit
- 1:49Speaker 1: out of like a big ass poll of trash. They
- 1:52Speaker 1: pulled a rug from a big ass poly trash and
- 1:54Speaker 1: then clean it. And now you think people be sending
- 1:56Speaker 1: them rugs to clean.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Also, I love that shit me sending me there? So
- 2:01Speaker 2: you know what I like? You know how to get
- 2:03Speaker 2: me off? Girl? What did I do for the New Year?
- 2:05Speaker 2: All right? So me, my mom and my sister, we
- 2:08Speaker 2: watched church, We watched the Brook online and we brought
- 2:15Speaker 2: that into twelve o'clock and then we ate grapes under
- 2:18Speaker 2: the table.
- 2:20Speaker 1: What's that ritual?
- 2:23Speaker 2: So shit that was going viral and talk about eating
- 2:26Speaker 2: twelfth grapes under the twelve table at twelve o'clock, so
- 2:29Speaker 2: you could like manifest your husband or whatever you wanted,
- 2:33Speaker 2: and we just ate one and then thought of what
- 2:36Speaker 2: we wanted for each with each grape, twelve different things,
- 2:40Speaker 2: and tell you about them. Big ass grapes I'm talking about.
- 2:42Speaker 2: God damn new brace was big as I'm like, I
- 2:45Speaker 2: was full as hell trying to eat the grapes. And
- 2:50Speaker 2: after that, we went outside and we popped a little
- 2:53Speaker 2: bit of fireworks and we bought a I bought a
- 2:56Speaker 2: big ass box and then we only popped like eight
- 2:58Speaker 2: of them and came in the I was like, Okay,
- 3:01Speaker 2: that was cute, girl.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I was never said with a nigga snoring next that
- 3:06Speaker 1: nigga went to sleep like nine o'clock.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Oh he slept the New Year. And yes, I didn't drink. Listen.
- 3:13Speaker 2: That's how I know I'm getting more mature because I
- 3:16Speaker 2: was used.
- 3:16Speaker 1: To like to bitch there one say, oh y'all go ahead.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Glass getting more mature.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Because I didn't drink, not one single liquor. Well, I
- 3:25Speaker 2: had been sick, so I could not drink anyway. But uh,
- 3:30Speaker 2: a part of me wanted me like a little cocktail
- 3:32Speaker 2: champagne or something. But instead I just had my grapes
- 3:36Speaker 2: and went to bed church I like, I will participate
- 3:39Speaker 2: in the church service, and typically I'll go to one,
- 3:42Speaker 2: but go to church then the club. That's been my life,
- 3:46Speaker 2: you know. But now I just saw church online, ate
- 3:49Speaker 2: some grapes and pop some fireworks and went to bed
- 3:51Speaker 2: like a real auntie.
- 3:54Speaker 1: You know, every January one, I do feel new.
- 3:58Speaker 2: You don't feel new.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I got a new start, like I got a new
- 4:02Speaker 1: twelve months to do some shit, Like I really be
- 4:05Speaker 1: feeling like that every January one.
- 4:08Speaker 2: You know what, I know, I feel new, but I
- 4:11Speaker 2: don't feel as new. It's spring. For whatever reason. Around March,
- 4:16Speaker 2: that's when I start feeling my newness. Well that's about Easter,
- 4:21Speaker 2: you know. That's not about the the flowers blooming, all
- 4:26Speaker 2: the dead things going on, like the earth makes me
- 4:29Speaker 2: feel new for whatever reason something my new year really
- 4:32Speaker 2: don't start. That's when I start working out. It's March.
- 4:36Speaker 2: It's not January one for me.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It's wait till March.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Tomorrow. The back of my arms says, start now.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Today today, And I feel motivated too, Like so I
- 4:51Speaker 1: know for sure I don't do enough protein in my diet.
- 4:53Speaker 1: So now listen, y'all. For this whole month, all I'm
- 4:56Speaker 1: eating is like protein and potato, like salmon and potato,
- 5:02Speaker 1: shrimp and potato, or maybe I might add agree in
- 5:07Speaker 1: like asparagus or something like that, or Brussels sprouts. But
- 5:10Speaker 1: I notice, like when I keep like a very simple diet,
- 5:13Speaker 1: i'd been losing the most weight. Yeah, that's how I'm
- 5:15Speaker 1: about to eat the same shit every day for this month.
- 5:18Speaker 2: See what happened, Amen, let's go, let's go.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Go, get y'all some potatoes while they don't sell.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I had the neurovirus and I haven't gotten on the scale,
- 5:28Speaker 2: but I do feel a bit slimmer from not eating
- 5:31Speaker 2: for like three days, almost three days. Like the first
- 5:35Speaker 2: day I didn't eat anything, and then the second day
- 5:38Speaker 2: I just had some ramen noodle broth, no noodles, just
- 5:42Speaker 2: the broth off of it. And then the next day
- 5:46Speaker 2: I had the same thing with rice, and then I
- 5:48Speaker 2: had like apple sauce packets and that was it. And
- 5:51Speaker 2: I feel great now. I feel like my second chin.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Yeah, so well that should kick your doy off in
- 6:00Speaker 1: the new year, right, y's the last year we died
- 6:03Speaker 1: in Okay?
- 6:03Speaker 2: We changing our life. Yeah, we're not even dyeting. We're changing.
- 6:07Speaker 2: It's a lifestyle change. Living in, living in? What living
- 6:11Speaker 2: it like? We about to fuck it living in? Listen,
- 6:18Speaker 2: get in the sins man. So Mariah Carey has a
- 6:21Speaker 2: new man. Okay, we're that nigga been smiling so big,
- 6:26Speaker 2: that nigga is happy forty twenty five Anderson.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Pat y'all, Mariah carreyet. Well, we assume right. People are
- 6:34Speaker 1: assuming because they saw them out to dinner twice now
- 6:37Speaker 1: and holding hands this last time. Papa Rozzi caught them.
- 6:41Speaker 2: And that nigga showing all his teeth like Nelly with
- 6:44Speaker 2: a shanty.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Just trying to get that Christmas up out of her.
- 6:47Speaker 2: He looks happy, He looks so happy. They stayed together forever.
- 6:53Speaker 1: No, I think she a lot, man. I think Ry
- 6:57Speaker 1: Carrey probably a whole fucking lot.
- 6:59Speaker 2: But it makes you that just enough for him.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Some men like that, like someone like extra women. I
- 7:06Speaker 1: like Mariah Carey.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Me too, so I'm hopeful for them. Did you see
- 7:11Speaker 2: what Drea had to say about me, me and Anderson?
- 7:15Speaker 1: She basically said that people be having selective outrage because
- 7:21Speaker 1: there's a seventeen year gap. Mariah Carey is fifty five
- 7:25Speaker 1: and the impact is thirty eight. Still grown ass fucking man.
- 7:28Speaker 2: How you gonna compare them with old ass people to
- 7:29Speaker 2: you and that young man, Like, it's not the same.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I mean, the age gap is the same, but the
- 7:34Speaker 2: maturity level is not. And that is the difference.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And maybe she's not mature, because how do you not
- 7:40Speaker 1: know that? Like now, like, why you not these people
- 7:43Speaker 1: about to be on your ass all over again, bitch,
- 7:44Speaker 1: because you just cannot compare the two. We already know
- 7:47Speaker 1: that men mature way later than women already, right right here,
- 7:52Speaker 1: you are, damn there forty yourself and this little boy
- 7:57Speaker 1: just now being able to buy alcohol, right you trying
- 8:01Speaker 1: to compare the two grown ass people who've been married
- 8:03Speaker 1: before we're children and all that, having a whole life.
- 8:05Speaker 2: No, it's not the same. It's not the same. Sorry,
- 8:09Speaker 2: but it's not the same. It's not.
- 8:11Speaker 1: You tried it.
- 8:13Speaker 2: You definitely tried it. You can come back in twenty
- 8:15Speaker 2: years and and say that.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But right now, you just can't if y'all go together
- 8:20Speaker 1: in twenty because he might be a whole nother person
- 8:22Speaker 1: by the time he gets to be thirty eight, right
- 8:25Speaker 1: you know, and you're gonna be real owned by the
- 8:28Speaker 1: time well not well yeah, hell.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Yeah, you're about sixty so.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Her tweet was, uh, that's uh, that's that seventeen year gap.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Smile go Meani with y'all selective assids. That's what her
- 8:43Speaker 1: tweet was.
- 8:46Speaker 2: She really think that's the same. That's crazy seventeen year gaps. Girl.
- 8:50Speaker 2: It is a double standard. Get over it. They exist.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Double standards exist because we're a robox blook bucks ibnut.
- 9:00Speaker 2: I don't even know where that is. Oh did you see?
- 9:06Speaker 2: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are finally divorced after an
- 9:11Speaker 2: eight year divorce. It took them eight years, and I
- 9:15Speaker 2: guess it was separated for eight years. Duran, yep, shame
- 9:20Speaker 2: got the right. Yes, one of the daughters changed her
- 9:24Speaker 2: name to Jolie her last name. The daughter changed her
- 9:28Speaker 2: name from Pitt to Joey damn. So what you did, nigga?
- 9:33Speaker 1: J Brad Pitt looking weird nowadays?
- 9:35Speaker 3: Too?
- 9:35Speaker 2: Remember I fine, he was, you know, the older white man.
- 9:40Speaker 1: She's still pretty, Angelina Joli.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Yeah, she still looks good. But you know, they don't
- 9:46Speaker 2: always age the same.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Yeah, we you know, white people age pretty quick anyway,
- 9:52Speaker 1: but I still different. Women still be looking younger than
- 9:55Speaker 1: the men. No hair at twenty five?
- 10:01Speaker 2: Yeah, sometimes as he.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Looked weird though. He looks like he morphing into some
- 10:05Speaker 1: other ship.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I'm happy that they finally got that complete
- 10:10Speaker 2: because damn, eight years, it's a long time to be
- 10:12Speaker 2: splitting up with somebody. Shit.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Black people really don't get divorced like they may they
- 10:16Speaker 1: might be black. Maybe it's finalized because they're ready to
- 10:19Speaker 1: marry other people, because that's what my mom and daddy did.
- 10:23Speaker 2: My mama.
- 10:24Speaker 1: My mama fally filed for divorce for my daddy like
- 10:27Speaker 1: a month before she married my stepdaddy.
- 10:31Speaker 2: That's what my daddy did. My mom and my dad
- 10:33Speaker 2: was still married like twenty years after they had been apart,
- 10:37Speaker 2: and an excuse to not marrying nobody else. I'm already
- 10:41Speaker 2: I'm still married. Shame.
- 10:48Speaker 1: So the Internet is going crazy because Eve with her family,
- 10:52Speaker 1: mister Maximilian, she has a son with him for Christmas.
- 10:58Speaker 1: There's a photo out there now. They posted their family
- 11:01Speaker 1: photo and it's his family right because even as a
- 11:03Speaker 1: black woman. So they're at a table and some big
- 11:07Speaker 1: mansion probably out the country somewhere, and Eve is.
- 11:11Speaker 2: At one side of the table.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Her husband is at the other side of the table,
- 11:14Speaker 1: which I think traditionally, like that's how she's supposed to be.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Now she was sitting on a bean bag. I don't know,
- 11:19Speaker 1: but that part how y'all run out of chairs in
- 11:21Speaker 1: a mansion? But whatever?
- 11:23Speaker 2: And why she gets the bean bag?
- 11:24Speaker 1: Oh, maybe it's for posture, I don't know. But that's
- 11:27Speaker 1: the only part. What that I noticed that was like, weird,
- 11:30Speaker 1: she's married?
- 11:32Speaker 2: Was weird?
- 11:36Speaker 1: What's row with y'all? What what's wrong with it?
- 11:39Speaker 2: It did all right, it didn't look weird per se,
- 11:42Speaker 2: but get out. It did look a bit uncomfortable because
- 11:47Speaker 2: it was just, you know, it was more black face
- 11:52Speaker 2: in that white room, and it just looked uncomfortable. But
- 11:56Speaker 2: that's her family essentially, So I mean it is because we.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Ever seen any other family of Eves that she have siblings?
- 12:04Speaker 1: Where's her mama, where's her daddy? Like this week when
- 12:07Speaker 1: she got with this man, this is when we started
- 12:09Speaker 1: seeing family.
- 12:09Speaker 2: So maybe this is her family.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Yes, you know, and people from New York they just
- 12:14Speaker 1: be is she from New York and Philly?
- 12:16Speaker 2: Philly? The New England.
- 12:18Speaker 1: People from New England they be really strained from their
- 12:20Speaker 1: families a lot of times, like they be having living
- 12:23Speaker 1: parents that they don't fuck with like they did that
- 12:26Speaker 1: we talked to him. Yes, I know a few bitches
- 12:29Speaker 1: from New York that do not speak to their parents
- 12:33Speaker 1: and haven't spoken to their parents in years.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Damn they. I don't think they see family like we
- 12:38Speaker 2: do in the South. I don't know New York. Y'all
- 12:40Speaker 2: shout out to us and let us know. Is that
- 12:42Speaker 2: a thing up there, New England? Because even if you
- 12:47Speaker 2: need help, blake, bitch, we need We love you, girls,
- 12:53Speaker 2: We love you. Were terrible like people are so mean.
- 12:56Speaker 2: People are so mean, you know, like they were saying
- 12:58Speaker 2: hateful things. But she looks very wealthy, you know, she
- 13:04Speaker 2: looks wealthy. So and I hope she's happy, you know,
- 13:08Speaker 2: but would she be happier? This is my question? I mean,
- 13:13Speaker 2: I mean, first of all, who gives a fuck? Right
- 13:15Speaker 2: is her life to live? And if she's happy, she's happy.
- 13:18Speaker 2: But would she be happy if she had that same
- 13:20Speaker 2: thing going on but with a completely black table. Would
- 13:24Speaker 2: it change the level of happiness or does that even matter?
- 13:30Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean, it's preference, you know. For me,
- 13:33Speaker 1: that's what I like to see. Like, you know, I'm
- 13:35Speaker 1: not like one of those people who think success is
- 13:38Speaker 1: living in a neighborhood full of white people for me,
- 13:41Speaker 1: like I aspire to live in an affluent black neighborhood,
- 13:45Speaker 1: right Okay, but that may not be her thing, and
- 13:48Speaker 1: I do feel like we might be getting a little
- 13:50Speaker 1: bit more away from like race, I hope anyway in
- 13:54Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, Like, I'm not saying don't see race
- 13:58Speaker 1: and don't see color. I'm not saying in that, but
- 14:02Speaker 1: love is love, is it not? That's her family.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I'm about to start dating outside my race.
- 14:11Speaker 1: You're about to divest out the black community.
- 14:13Speaker 2: I'm not going to divest, but I'm just going to
- 14:18Speaker 2: not or Yeah, I'm gonna not turn down white man
- 14:23Speaker 2: so much.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I mean they just be looking happy. I've only seen
- 14:31Speaker 1: one like crazy ass like this girl who would post
- 14:34Speaker 1: like her relationship with her white baby daddy and he's
- 14:37Speaker 1: putting her and her baby out of an apartment when
- 14:40Speaker 1: the shit got real bad. But you just put up
- 14:44Speaker 1: at an old ass white man.
- 14:45Speaker 2: If I started dating a white guy, do that mean
- 14:47Speaker 2: I gotta stop flat out in my leave out and
- 14:49Speaker 2: blending it together with the what's it about it?
- 14:55Speaker 1: You could be yourself for real, for real with others.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I think that's what black men probably like to like,
- 15:01Speaker 1: they don't have to show up a certain way right
- 15:06Speaker 1: to appease this particular community.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Like I don't know something about a nappy weave with on.
- 15:11Speaker 2: A black girl with a white guy is go together
- 15:14Speaker 2: like that.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Social mediatren as funny as fuck. It's the thing systems
- 15:20Speaker 1: like that though, those those are a certain type of
- 15:23Speaker 1: like I think white men are just now starting to
- 15:25Speaker 1: get fly girls, right, but we know the aesthetic of
- 15:28Speaker 1: the black women that normally date white men, and they
- 15:32Speaker 1: act different, you know what I'm saying, Like they already act.
- 15:36Speaker 1: They're already different. They from the major in a way that, yeah,
- 15:42Speaker 1: they were born that way.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I love y'all still my sisters, and I love y'all.
- 15:48Speaker 1: You had any predictions for twenty twenty five.
- 15:51Speaker 2: I yes, I do. As a matter of fact, I
- 15:56Speaker 2: predict a stimulus hit. I predict the stimulus check.
- 16:01Speaker 1: They do have one fourteen that's supposed to be coming
- 16:04Speaker 1: out for people who didn't take advantage of it before.
- 16:07Speaker 1: But it's like.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Dying this.
- 16:12Speaker 1: You got to create your own stimulus this.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Year, Okay. And then I also predict they get it.
- 16:22Speaker 2: I got one. Oh, I'm pretty sure I got a stemmy.
- 16:29Speaker 2: I want stimmy. Swear us all every year.
- 16:32Speaker 1: We should get a stemmy every January.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and then I predict that I'm gonna get a
- 16:40Speaker 2: man this year because I ate the motherfucking grapes and
- 16:44Speaker 2: beat you better work, y'all. Motherfuckers stay trying to manifest people.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Like what I always try to focus on is like
- 16:54Speaker 1: mental clarity, because with that comes all the other things.
- 16:58Speaker 1: They just be trying to do witchcraft just to get
- 17:00Speaker 1: a man all the time, y'all, skipping the money, y'all
- 17:03Speaker 1: skipping mental health, like you.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Know all, I should know that we want that too, But.
- 17:08Speaker 1: But the main focus is on this opposite sex.
- 17:12Speaker 2: No, that ain't the main focus. That's just what I
- 17:15Speaker 2: predict for this year because you read the great shut
- 17:19Speaker 2: up laying up with your digg other night talking about
- 17:21Speaker 2: your clarity. Hey, big your clod, that gonta be.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Trying to work on my mental clarity everree day.
- 17:29Speaker 2: But don't talk to me because I want a bigger
- 17:32Speaker 2: my man too. Oh yeah, my man, my man. My
- 17:37Speaker 2: man was sleep by Dada Glyde. He was sleep by
- 17:40Speaker 2: that girl.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Fuck you girls, you always want what they don't got, boy,
- 17:45Speaker 1: until you get.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Ship. What's your so?
- 17:53Speaker 1: Okay, now I said this since August, right, Baltimore Ravens
- 17:58Speaker 1: are going to the super Bowl. I don't given a
- 18:00Speaker 1: fuck what y'all talk about. I feel like they are.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I feel real strongly about it. Lamar Jackson has been
- 18:07Speaker 1: doing a phenomenal job. They moved up from plus one
- 18:10Speaker 1: thousand on a go betting websites to plus seven hundred.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Now, okay, so they are moving up.
- 18:15Speaker 1: I feel like now they may. I can't make the
- 18:18Speaker 1: prediction that they'll win, but I believe that they are
- 18:20Speaker 1: going to the super Bowl and they will play against
- 18:24Speaker 1: Kansas City.
- 18:26Speaker 2: So that's one of my predictions. Okay, I don't know
- 18:29Speaker 2: nothing about that.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Let me see.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I predict that I'm gonna go to the super Bowl party.
- 18:36Speaker 2: And I bought this cute little jersey. They got Stequens
- 18:39Speaker 2: on it. You already got it, and I hope one
- 18:44Speaker 2: of the teams match the Colors.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I think this year is going to start a golden
- 18:49Speaker 1: age for us, Like it's gonna be a lot more technology,
- 18:55Speaker 1: like rapid rapidly being like put out there. You know
- 18:58Speaker 1: they already got this technology, right, but they just introduce
- 19:01Speaker 1: it to us in little spurts and act like, yeah,
- 19:05Speaker 1: what about.
- 19:05Speaker 2: That quantum quantum calculator not calculator quantum.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Uh oh that Google has Yeah yeah, I mean that
- 19:18Speaker 1: that ship is already here, like these things already existed.
- 19:24Speaker 1: I don't believe nothing new. It's our ancestors from the
- 19:26Speaker 1: future left all the shit for us, and now the
- 19:29Speaker 1: people who are in power and who have control of
- 19:31Speaker 1: the things, they'd just be giving us little bits, bits
- 19:33Speaker 1: and pieces every other year because you think they've been
- 19:37Speaker 1: didn't have like they've been had cell phones, you know
- 19:39Speaker 1: what I'm saying. But we got cell phones got twenty
- 19:41Speaker 1: years ago now, yeah, something like.
- 19:43Speaker 2: That quantum computing, Yes it is. Yeah, imagine like the
- 19:50Speaker 2: iPhone forty. You're gonna be able to see the future,
- 19:56Speaker 2: not even just see the future, go to it the
- 19:58Speaker 2: fuck Yeah. Airlines, I remember when we used to fly
- 20:02Speaker 2: on planes. Bitch, No, we just used our cell phone
- 20:05Speaker 2: in quantum joke basically.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I also, you know one thing, I feel real hopeful
- 20:14Speaker 1: about the future, Like I feel like these next few years,
- 20:18Speaker 1: like America and particularly gonna be the most successful. We're
- 20:21Speaker 1: gonna see a lot of good things. But I still
- 20:23Speaker 1: feel like there are gonna be some hiccups, right.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Oh, absolutely, So.
- 20:27Speaker 1: I feel like there's always some fucking wicked ass man
- 20:31Speaker 1: in a laboratory somewhere trying to figure out how to
- 20:33Speaker 1: keep the human body alive forever, and they gonna funk up.
- 20:37Speaker 1: So you might see some zombies this year, some more zombies.
- 20:42Speaker 1: I already seen some zombies in real life.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Some more zombies. They I think they like zombies. Who
- 20:48Speaker 2: some of these drugs that these people is using got
- 20:51Speaker 2: them looking like zombies already?
- 20:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah, what what was that about Joe Budden runing
- 20:56Speaker 1: around naked?
- 20:57Speaker 2: Was he was? He was wondering like, yeah, somebody said that,
- 21:02Speaker 2: Well he got in some trouble for like running down
- 21:04Speaker 2: the street. It's naked. Maybe he lost a bed or
- 21:09Speaker 2: maybe he was on and it got arrested.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So many times I ever seen like a human being
- 21:14Speaker 1: running around naked. They definitely was on drugs, are drunk,
- 21:18Speaker 1: that's not I have to but like in a secluded,
- 21:21Speaker 1: secluded place where you don't have to worry about random
- 21:23Speaker 1: police pulling up, right, same, Yeah, we definitely not ran
- 21:27Speaker 1: and not even high or drunk, just betting each other.
- 21:30Speaker 2: To do it. I was, yeah, I was drunk though
- 21:33Speaker 2: it was actually New Year's in England and I ran
- 21:36Speaker 2: down the street naked man. Good times. He might have
- 21:42Speaker 2: just been having fun, just.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Dick slinging all out there. I hear that, Joe Budden anyway,
- 21:48Speaker 1: after this break. You know, every year we talk about
- 21:51Speaker 1: like set and goals and New Year's resolutions, like that's
- 21:57Speaker 1: usually our first episode, right mm hmm, But how do
- 22:01Speaker 1: you actually execute on those goals? Like for me, visualization
- 22:09Speaker 1: is one of the main tools I use for manifestations
- 22:14Speaker 1: I want to talk about.
- 22:16Speaker 2: As a woman. So she is God, damn, We're going
- 22:19Speaker 2: to get into it. Period.
- 22:21Speaker 1: We'll be back.
- 22:25Speaker 2: All right. Listen.
- 22:26Speaker 1: I did try to organize this conversation a little bit,
- 22:29Speaker 1: so I'm all over the place, and tell me what
- 22:31Speaker 1: another thing I want to do. I want to do
- 22:32Speaker 1: goid it meditation. Can we do that because that's one
- 22:35Speaker 1: of my goals for this year.
- 22:36Speaker 2: I want to do it. At first, you tell me
- 22:38Speaker 2: what it is?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Excuse me? Yeah, I think I'm allergic to my cat
- 22:42Speaker 1: at this point.
- 22:44Speaker 2: I don't know, but.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I feel like something be going on with my damn
- 22:48Speaker 1: nasal cavity. You know, visualization is just like uh, basically
- 22:57Speaker 1: imagining yourself already doing the thing thing that you want
- 23:00Speaker 1: to do, right, So you got to put yourself in
- 23:04Speaker 1: that frequency with your subconscious mind.
- 23:07Speaker 2: M hm.
- 23:08Speaker 1: You set it and forget it, essentially forget it. Yeah,
- 23:14Speaker 1: like when you harping on something like wanting it to
- 23:17Speaker 1: happen so bad you kind of it might get further
- 23:21Speaker 1: away from you.
- 23:23Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 23:24Speaker 1: So sometimes when you just set the thing, this is
- 23:26Speaker 1: what I want to do. It's like planting a seed, right.
- 23:29Speaker 1: So if you plan a seed, you're not about to
- 23:31Speaker 1: dig it up every day to see if the ship
- 23:32Speaker 1: grown or not. You set it and forget it and
- 23:35Speaker 1: every day you water it.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Right.
- 23:39Speaker 1: So this is what to me what visualization is about. Okay, Okay,
- 23:47Speaker 1: So I wanted to start by talk about the Bible,
- 23:54Speaker 1: talk about God, my favorite thing with real religion when
- 24:00Speaker 1: people don't really I'm not. I don't want to say
- 24:02Speaker 1: religion because I don't want to confuse religion with spirituality.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:06Speaker 1: So for me, I am is one of the most
- 24:13Speaker 1: important just statement spirit right, because anything bad to I
- 24:18Speaker 1: am is what you become. So people got to be real.
- 24:22Speaker 1: I just messaged one of my homegirls the other day
- 24:24Speaker 1: because she has she has like some some form of cancer.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but when people be like my cancer, like
- 24:34Speaker 1: taking ownership of these things, you're never going to be
- 24:38Speaker 1: able to release them. It's not your cancer, doesn't belong
- 24:41Speaker 1: to you. Fuck that shit right, right? So you know,
- 24:44Speaker 1: in twenty twenty five, we just manifesting like real good health.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Amen for all the good things. And I was in there,
- 24:53Speaker 2: crazing guy into the new year. I was dancing and
- 24:57Speaker 2: I was like, look at me dancing. I can't dance
- 24:59Speaker 2: just couple of months ago and I'm in here broke
- 25:02Speaker 2: a sweid.
- 25:04Speaker 1: So anything y'all add to I am going this year,
- 25:07Speaker 1: we're not adding anything negative to I am. So I
- 25:09Speaker 1: am successful. Okay, I'm confident. I am powerful, I am strong.
- 25:17Speaker 1: I am getting better and better every day. All I
- 25:20Speaker 1: need is within me right now and everything else is
- 25:24Speaker 1: on the way. I woke up motivated. I am unstoppable.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I am an unstoppable force of nature. Doesn't that feel good?
- 25:37Speaker 1: They ain't the god of meditation.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Though, that ain't the part I was doing it.
- 25:40Speaker 1: And my favorite part about so people do different things
- 25:47Speaker 1: of visualization.
- 25:48Speaker 2: So you could do your uh vision board. I do
- 25:53Speaker 2: a vision.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Board every year, or I at least update the original one.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I did subscribe to Canva. You don't have to do Canva.
- 26:03Speaker 1: You can get old magazines, cut up some pictures, put
- 26:06Speaker 1: some shit together in the book, Like that's like the
- 26:08Speaker 1: oldest I think more popular thing or tool people use
- 26:14Speaker 1: for visualization, Like they map out what they want using
- 26:18Speaker 1: the images. So you can do that, or you can
- 26:20Speaker 1: draw it, or you can just go on a computer
- 26:24Speaker 1: if you got office or one the thing, paint tink,
- 26:29Speaker 1: clip pictures from different places, or use you can use Pinterest.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I guess to do a vision board too, but I
- 26:38Speaker 1: like the mental imagery. I like to close my eyes
- 26:42Speaker 1: and already see myself where I want to be, like
- 26:46Speaker 1: the where I missed the mark the last time, like
- 26:52Speaker 1: doing this. So when we did the first live show
- 26:54Speaker 1: last year, m I was so fucking nervous. I was
- 26:59Speaker 1: so nervous because I didn't I wasn't prepared. I feel like, right,
- 27:04Speaker 1: and then I didn't see myself there already doing the thing,
- 27:09Speaker 1: and I feel like that, Yeah, I feel like that's
- 27:11Speaker 1: a very important. When you got something real important to do,
- 27:14Speaker 1: you need to already see yourself doing it. You need
- 27:17Speaker 1: to already see what you're gonna say. You need to
- 27:19Speaker 1: already see all the things. So it's almost like I
- 27:24Speaker 1: already did this.
- 27:26Speaker 2: You didn't appear nervous to me, girl.
- 27:29Speaker 1: What and maybe and maybe that might be something that
- 27:33Speaker 1: may never go away.
- 27:34Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. You may always be nervous.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Maybe we need to ask somebody who performs a lot
- 27:39Speaker 1: like all y'all always nervous.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I was nervous, but I wasn't. I
- 27:45Speaker 2: was so excited. I can't wait to get up on
- 27:48Speaker 2: that stage. I can't wait to do it again.
- 27:52Speaker 1: I can't wait to do it where we have more
- 27:54Speaker 1: creative control over the whole thing, like when we do
- 27:57Speaker 1: our own shit. That's what I can't wait to do.
- 28:00Speaker 1: And that's coming twenty twenty five. Also, it's not a protection,
- 28:03Speaker 1: it's a fact. And okay, so look out for a
- 28:06Speaker 1: live show show soon. And I'm already visualizing, visualizing myself
- 28:11Speaker 1: doing the thing.
- 28:12Speaker 2: I sent you a location too this week. Did you
- 28:14Speaker 2: see it? I send it Tea again, No.
- 28:18Speaker 1: I did, I think I did. It was a I
- 28:20Speaker 1: think I did in Charlotte. Yeah, that's our first stop, y'all.
- 28:27Speaker 1: So mental imagery the process of creating vivid mental images
- 28:31Speaker 1: using the imagination. Visualization can be used in many ways,
- 28:37Speaker 1: including relaxation, using a guided imagery to keep to help
- 28:42Speaker 1: the body relax, for example, closing your eyes and imagine
- 28:46Speaker 1: imagining being in a relaxed place. So what's a happy
- 28:49Speaker 1: place for you?
- 28:51Speaker 2: The bank?
- 28:53Speaker 3: Okay, okay, eyes and visualize yourself in a big and
- 29:05Speaker 3: I'm joking, like shit, that's a happy place for me,
- 29:08Speaker 3: especially if I'm getting withdrawn but are deposited.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Either one is good.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I like deposits.
- 29:14Speaker 2: I don't like having to take money out because I
- 29:16Speaker 2: mean I'm about to go spending somewhere. I like me.
- 29:18Speaker 2: That means I'm about to go circulated somewhere. Excuse me, listen.
- 29:21Speaker 2: I like having money to circulate. But I think a
- 29:25Speaker 2: happy space for me. Home, home, candlelight, lits, everything's clean.
- 29:33Speaker 2: I got a nice little joint, a good book, and
- 29:37Speaker 2: a fine man next to me. It's good. And a
- 29:41Speaker 2: glass of water with a big penis.
- 29:45Speaker 1: That's your happy space.
- 29:48Speaker 2: It's some good food. What else I need?
- 29:51Speaker 1: Definitely like a clean environment.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Yes, nothing like a clean space. Did y'all clean up
- 29:56Speaker 2: your house for listen? Black people, I don't know if
- 29:59Speaker 2: there's a white with black people. We do not let
- 30:02Speaker 2: the new year catch us with no dirty clothes, with
- 30:05Speaker 2: no dishes in the sea, no trash in the trash can.
- 30:09Speaker 2: The house is going to be clean for the new year. Look,
- 30:12Speaker 2: what do you feel about the black eyed peas and
- 30:14Speaker 2: collar greens and stuff like that?
- 30:16Speaker 1: So I didn't get any of those things because I'm
- 30:19Speaker 1: not eating that.
- 30:22Speaker 3: No.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I probably could have gotten some greens, but I hate
- 30:24Speaker 1: black eyed peas, never ever like them, and I feel
- 30:29Speaker 1: like they probably only taste a little good when you
- 30:31Speaker 1: got the neck bones and all that shit. And I
- 30:33Speaker 1: don't eat that. Yeah, your mama cooks the Yeah, she definitely.
- 30:38Speaker 1: I know my mama cooking her black eyed peas and
- 30:40Speaker 1: collar greens. I don't know if everybody else does that
- 30:44Speaker 1: outside the South.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Does anybody like do y'all do that? Is it a
- 30:48Speaker 2: tradition to me?
- 30:49Speaker 1: Because it's like your greens is for your money and the.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Black eyed peas for your wisdom?
- 30:54Speaker 1: Right, So yeah, it's like a whole ritual for New
- 30:57Speaker 1: Year's you do.
- 30:58Speaker 2: I typically don't eat that shit. But I'm an east
- 31:00Speaker 2: On today because twenty twenty four turn me every which way.
- 31:03Speaker 2: But lose bitch, shame. Oh goodness, I had a stomach
- 31:11Speaker 2: virus right before the New year.
- 31:15Speaker 1: The people like, what is happening? Did the early drooms
- 31:18Speaker 1: like dropping diseases in the air, Like what the fuck.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Is I don't know that things been going around. It's
- 31:25Speaker 2: like a good twenty four hours and then the next
- 31:27Speaker 2: day you kind of weak. But that shit, whoo that
- 31:30Speaker 2: thing whoop my ass bad. I'm supposed to go to
- 31:33Speaker 2: LA for the New Year. Maybe didn't go nowhere, right
- 31:36Speaker 2: at home, but I'm right where God want me to be.
- 31:38Speaker 1: That's and I see that. That's how you gotta look
- 31:41Speaker 1: at things. You know what I'm saying. We be wanting
- 31:43Speaker 1: to do so much. If your body telling you to
- 31:46Speaker 1: lay down, bitch, laid.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Down, lay the funk that I ain't had no choice.
- 31:51Speaker 1: I'm making some T shirts that say I love to
- 31:53Speaker 1: lay down. That is my favorite thing to this that's
- 31:56Speaker 1: your happy space. Yes, and my bad fresh sheets kicking
- 32:01Speaker 1: my feet.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Yes.
- 32:03Speaker 1: So here are some visual I can't even fucking talk.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Here are some visualization techniques.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Okay, I need you to say, I am a good talker.
- 32:14Speaker 1: I am a good talker. Okay, I am a good
- 32:18Speaker 1: public speaker. Amen, okay, amen, And don't say online I am.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Hey I am a good reader.
- 32:27Speaker 1: I am a good reader. I am all right. So
- 32:36Speaker 1: color breathing It says, visualize a color while breathing in
- 32:40Speaker 1: and out. Now this is I guess how you get
- 32:42Speaker 1: into that space?
- 32:43Speaker 2: Right?
- 32:44Speaker 1: Visualize a color while breathing in and out. Different colors
- 32:47Speaker 1: can represent different emotions or sensations. For example, blue can't
- 32:52Speaker 1: promote calm and relaxation. So before you close your eyes,
- 32:57Speaker 1: just think blue. Like think of blue dot or a
- 33:01Speaker 1: blue ball, blue face, a blue It could be a
- 33:05Speaker 1: blue face, a blue balloon, a blue sky, blue skies
- 33:10Speaker 1: only using all five senses. Use your site, smell, touch, taste,
- 33:18Speaker 1: and hearing to help you visualize your goals. So if
- 33:23Speaker 1: you're a chef, I don't know, can you smell what
- 33:26Speaker 1: the rock is, cooking, touching something, tasting it like you
- 33:33Speaker 1: have to in your mind, but still feel and smell
- 33:38Speaker 1: and taste the things I already mentioned. Doing a vision board,
- 33:42Speaker 1: so create a board to help you visualize your goals,
- 33:46Speaker 1: sketching the goals. Sketch out your goals. And then the
- 33:50Speaker 1: last one is mental rehearsal. Practice mental rehearsal to help
- 33:53Speaker 1: you visualize your goals. So again that's just you already
- 33:58Speaker 1: doing the thing. So whatever your goals are, Like, what's
- 34:03Speaker 1: one of your goals for this year?
- 34:05Speaker 2: Well, my goal for today after we finish recording is
- 34:07Speaker 2: to go get me a new car. So while you
- 34:09Speaker 2: were doing that, I was like smelling the leather of
- 34:13Speaker 2: the new car smell, imagining myself driving it. So that's
- 34:17Speaker 2: what I'm doing right now. That's a today manifestation.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Touching it, Touching the wheel, touching the leather on the wheel,
- 34:25Speaker 1: on the road, touching the hood of the car.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I've seen them both.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Yeah, all right. So here's a brief overview of the
- 34:39Speaker 1: concept of manifestation, because we talk about these things, but
- 34:42Speaker 1: do we really know what it means to manifest So
- 34:47Speaker 1: manifestation is the process of turning your thoughts, desires, and
- 34:50Speaker 1: intentions into reality by aligning your mindset, emotions, and actions
- 34:56Speaker 1: with what you want to achieve. Rooted in the idea
- 34:59Speaker 1: that thoughts and erg you can influence outcomes. It often
- 35:02Speaker 1: involves techniques like visualization, affirmations, and goal setting. So all
- 35:07Speaker 1: these things have to go together. So writing the goals
- 35:09Speaker 1: down with no actions behind them is not gonna work.
- 35:12Speaker 1: You're gonna be right back here next January one manifestation
- 35:16Speaker 1: operates on the belief that focusing on positive outcomes and
- 35:20Speaker 1: taking inspired action attracts opportunities, resources, and circumstances that help
- 35:26Speaker 1: you bring those goals to life. It's about creating a
- 35:28Speaker 1: clear vision of what you want and working consciously and
- 35:32Speaker 1: subconsciously to make it happen. See I work on When
- 35:35Speaker 1: I say clarity, it's like meeting letting my subconscious mind
- 35:39Speaker 1: meet the conscious line. Can you remember that article that
- 35:43Speaker 1: came out that said people don't have that inner dialogue
- 35:46Speaker 1: like I talked. I have conference calls with myself all
- 35:48Speaker 1: the time. But some of them them not intrusive, but
- 35:51Speaker 1: some of them conversations could be like out of whack
- 35:53Speaker 1: sometimes like you be, you kind of talk yourself out
- 35:57Speaker 1: of things sometimes, So programming your subconscious mind.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Well, sometimes you got to talk yourself out of things
- 36:04Speaker 2: because don't throw that baby.
- 36:06Speaker 1: No bitch. I'm not talking about intrusive thoughts. I'm talking
- 36:09Speaker 1: about like positive things like you you want to do something,
- 36:12Speaker 1: but you let your subconscious mind psyche you out of it.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, right, So it's about reprogramming your subconscious mind.
- 36:20Speaker 1: It's the thing that is not at the front of
- 36:22Speaker 1: your mind.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Right mm hm, and not allowing other people's thoughts about
- 36:29Speaker 2: your goals and ideas to deteriorate you know.
- 36:35Speaker 1: So. Visualization is a power tool for manifestation because it
- 36:39Speaker 1: bridges the gap between your desires and reality by training
- 36:42Speaker 1: your mind to focus on what you want. It involves
- 36:45Speaker 1: mentally creating detailed, vivid images of your goals as if
- 36:50Speaker 1: you've already achieved them. This process engages a subconscious mind,
- 36:54Speaker 1: which influences your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. When you visualize consistently,
- 36:58Speaker 1: your brain interprets these mental images as real experiences, strengthening
- 37:03Speaker 1: neural pathways that enhance confidence and motivation. Visualization also helps
- 37:08Speaker 1: align your emotions with your goals, generating a sense of
- 37:12Speaker 1: excitement and belief that makes these goals feel attainable. By
- 37:15Speaker 1: reinforcing a clear vision of success, visualization can inspire you
- 37:19Speaker 1: to recognize and seize opportunities that bring you closer to
- 37:24Speaker 1: your desired outcomes.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Okay, that's excellent. Let's do the guided messagitation. I'm ready
- 37:30Speaker 2: for that part.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Are you ready? All right, y'all, let's get into the
- 37:37Speaker 1: guided meditation so we can manifest all the great things
- 37:41Speaker 1: for a twenty twenty five. Okay, all right. So first,
- 37:45Speaker 1: I want you to find a quiet place, a quite
- 37:49Speaker 1: comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. You can sit down,
- 37:54Speaker 1: or you can lie down in a relaxed position. Are
- 37:59Speaker 1: you there? Okay? Close your eyes and take a few
- 38:05Speaker 1: deep breaths inhaling through your nose and it exhaling through
- 38:10Speaker 1: your mouth. Allow your body to relax with each exhale.
- 38:19Speaker 1: I want you to now clarify your goals. Think of
- 38:24Speaker 1: one specific goal or feeling you want to manifest. It
- 38:28Speaker 1: could be a personal achievement, a relationship, financial success, or
- 38:34Speaker 1: a sense of peace and happiness. I want you to
- 38:38Speaker 1: clearly state your goal in your mind in a positive
- 38:42Speaker 1: and present tense form, as if it's already happened. For example,
- 38:49Speaker 1: I am thriving in my dream career, or I feel
- 38:55Speaker 1: joyful and at peace. I want you to create a
- 39:01Speaker 1: mental scene. Imagine a vivid scene where your goal has
- 39:05Speaker 1: already been achieved. Picture yourself living in this reality. Are
- 39:11Speaker 1: you there yet? I want you to engage all your senses.
- 39:25Speaker 2: Come on, bitch, we gotta fit. Not good, not good?
- 39:28Speaker 2: All right here, I'm like, all right, slow down, no,
- 39:30Speaker 2: slow down, all right.
- 39:31Speaker 1: All right, site, We're engaging sight first, Okay, what do
- 39:40Speaker 1: you see around you? What colors, objects, or people are present.
- 39:50Speaker 1: What sounds do you hear? Is there music, laughter, or
- 39:56Speaker 1: nature in the background. Are there any sense in this environment,
- 40:07Speaker 1: perhaps flowers, fresh air, or a favorite meal. What do
- 40:17Speaker 1: you feel physically? The warmth of the sun, the texture
- 40:23Speaker 1: of your clothing, or handshake, if applicable, imagine a taste
- 40:34Speaker 1: like celebrating with a special meal or drink. I want
- 40:39Speaker 1: you to embrace these emotions. Focus on how achieving this
- 40:45Speaker 1: goal makes you feel. Are you joyful, proud, grateful, or excited.
- 40:54Speaker 1: I want you to now amplify those emotions, allowing them
- 40:59Speaker 1: to full you your entire body, smile or even laugh
- 41:05Speaker 1: if it feels natural. Immerse yourself fully in the experience.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I want you to anchor this vision, repeat it affirmation
- 41:25Speaker 1: tied to your goal, such as I am deserving and
- 41:30Speaker 1: capable of achieving this. This is my reality. Now visualize
- 41:38Speaker 1: this scene again, briefly and mentally lock it in as
- 41:42Speaker 1: though you're storing it in your heart or mind for safekeeping.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Now I want you to release and trust it. Take
- 42:01Speaker 1: a final deep breath and slowly open your eyes. I
- 42:08Speaker 1: want you to trust that the energy you've created is
- 42:11Speaker 1: already working to attract your desired outcome. We go of
- 42:15Speaker 1: any attachment to how or when it will happen and
- 42:19Speaker 1: carry the positive feelings with you throughout your day.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Y'all. Please, Yes, that was good. I don't want to
- 42:39Speaker 2: tell everybody what I saw, but I did it while

- 43:06Speaker 1: press play.

- 43:10Speaker 2: more time, pause, pause it so you can give yourself

- 43:19Speaker 1: why not?
