- 0:00Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, we're honored privilege as a city to
- 0:04Speaker 1: have this man. There are nations and continents will give anything.
- 0:09Speaker 1: They will sacrifice their presidential jets, they will sacrifice everything
- 0:14Speaker 1: just to have him put his food on your soil.
- 0:17Speaker 1: And we are privileged as a little small city called
- 0:20Speaker 1: Enugo to have him passed through the city at least
- 0:24Speaker 1: twice in a year. It was yeh, not too long ago.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I was there physically, and now it's yeah again. I'm
- 0:29Speaker 1: going to ask you to please join me this morning
- 0:31Speaker 1: to rise on your feet as we honor and celebrate
- 0:35Speaker 1: a man that God has chosen anointed for such a
- 0:38Speaker 1: time as this.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:41Speaker 1: He is the president of Italian Network and Coinnonia.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Would you please but Jesus welcome and a special end
- 0:49Speaker 2: no go welcome, receive Apostle Joshua.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Selma, allelujah, Good morning everyone. Let me just just write
- 1:06Speaker 3: from where Reverend Edwin stopped. I really want to salute
- 1:11Speaker 3: everyone for making the sacrifice to be here.
- 1:14Speaker 2: This is one of the prizes that it takes to rise.
- 1:17Speaker 2: There's no convenience as far as rising is concerned. Alleluiash
- 1:21Speaker 2: the Bible says, to labor so that we enter that rest.
- 1:24Speaker 2: It says, there remain at a rest for the people
- 1:27Speaker 2: of God. This is a leadership session, and I trust
- 1:31Speaker 2: that God will truly grant us wisdom. I was so
- 1:34Speaker 2: inspired by that scripture, even though I've read it so
- 1:37Speaker 2: many times. It is true that the labor of the foolish,
- 1:41Speaker 2: the foolish they are not being an insult, is a
- 1:44Speaker 2: description of a kind of person. Allelujah. There is a
- 1:48Speaker 2: kind of person who is called foolish. He may be
- 1:51Speaker 2: since here, but he's still foolish. And what makes a
- 1:53Speaker 2: person foolish is the absence of the knowledge on how
- 1:59Speaker 2: to get to this city. He said he knowed not
- 2:02Speaker 2: how to get to the city. And it is dangerous
- 2:05Speaker 2: if such a man is not going alone, because every
- 2:08Speaker 2: other person going with him, they will recycle and reproduce
- 2:13Speaker 2: his pain and his ignorance in their lives. So this
- 2:16Speaker 2: is a proper deliverance service where God himself is going
- 2:21Speaker 2: to be helping us to part ways once and for
- 2:24Speaker 2: all with certain things that have limited us, limited the
- 2:28Speaker 2: purposes of God in our lives, perhaps our organizations. So
- 2:34Speaker 2: our request that we take, is it all right if
- 2:36Speaker 2: we take ten minutes to pray. Do you believe in prayer.
- 2:43Speaker 2: We're going to pray seriously in the spirit, asking him
- 2:48Speaker 2: to impart upon us the grace it takes to be
- 2:51Speaker 2: distinguished in our lives. Please say a time with Father,
- 2:56Speaker 2: one more time. Say Father, this morning, I obtained grace
- 3:02Speaker 2: to soar in the spirit. I obtained grace to understand everything.
- 3:09Speaker 2: You have to say. Go ahead and praya caparacus at
- 3:14Speaker 2: devarattu satter halla cascaretti, barattus, sata valados savarus paranda barattus
- 3:27Speaker 2: ad shavaracos savarattos. Get the leg a dogs. You are
- 3:32Speaker 2: praying in the spirit. Hablada baca rand barracos, pras cavalins
- 3:45Speaker 2: hada bax hellabas hebras. We obtained grace, We obtained grace.
- 3:58Speaker 2: This morning, we obtain grace. We obtain grace. Hebaa ba
- 4:06Speaker 2: lacos ya baradas, we obtain grace sat ever recasrascava lactosha,
- 4:28Speaker 2: Allelujah in Jesus' name. We're still praying. An excelling life
- 4:37Speaker 2: is every believers heritage in Christ. An excelling life, a
- 4:43Speaker 2: life of glory, beauty, color and excellence. Is every believers
- 4:49Speaker 2: Destiny in Christ Deuteronomy, chapter twenty eight, Verse one and two,
- 4:55Speaker 2: a scripture that has inspired me so greatly. The Bible says,
- 5:00Speaker 2: and it shall come to pass if thou shalt hacken
- 5:03Speaker 2: diligently onto the voice of the Lord like God, to
- 5:06Speaker 2: observe and to do all his commandments which I command
- 5:10Speaker 2: you this day. Watch this, that the Lord that God
- 5:14Speaker 2: will set the high are both how many, regardless your
- 5:21Speaker 2: current location. He says, it will set you above all
- 5:24Speaker 2: the nations of the earth. This was not a parable,
- 5:28Speaker 2: This was not just a statement with a prophetic meaning.
- 5:31Speaker 2: It literally meant what he said, above all the nations
- 5:35Speaker 2: of the earth. Then it says in vers two that
- 5:38Speaker 2: all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake you.
- 5:43Speaker 2: You're going to pray, Lord, what my eyes needs to
- 5:47Speaker 2: see this morning, to soar into the next level, the
- 5:51Speaker 2: next height, the next altitude, and the spirit open my
- 5:55Speaker 2: ears and open my eyes. There is something your ear
- 5:58Speaker 2: needs to hear. Is something your eyes need to see,
- 6:02Speaker 2: like Halba cock in the name of Jesus, Go ahead
- 6:05Speaker 2: and pray. You may not need to hear everything, you
- 6:12Speaker 2: may not need to see everything, but that which I
- 6:15Speaker 2: must see and that which I must hear, as far
- 6:19Speaker 2: as the next level of my prophetic destiny's concern, reveal
- 6:25Speaker 2: to me. Go ahead and pray Sa sabakaparakata. Wash my
- 6:38Speaker 2: eyes with our salve, with eyes out that I may
- 6:40Speaker 2: see Canna sa paracosiata. Let my ears hear the sounds
- 6:48Speaker 2: of the spirit with clarity and precision. Brass cave like
- 7:04Speaker 2: a goosectors YadA, Allelujah, Allelujah. Final prayer, and then will
- 7:21Speaker 2: be seated. The Bible says they heard the word just
- 7:26Speaker 2: like we did. It says, but the word did not
- 7:30Speaker 2: profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that
- 7:36Speaker 2: heard it. Faith in one word is obedience, and obedience
- 7:41Speaker 2: is a product of understanding. You cannot be obedient in confusion.
- 7:46Speaker 2: The first law of obedience is clarity of understanding. If
- 7:51Speaker 2: you do not understand my instruction, you cannot obey. It
- 7:54Speaker 2: doesn't mean you're a rebel. It just means you're confused. Allelujah.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Are we learning? This is very important? It's one thing
- 8:03Speaker 2: to hear prophetic words, no matter how powerful they come.
- 8:08Speaker 2: But you must obtain grace to obey, obtain grace to
- 8:13Speaker 2: work in keeping. When Peter looked at him, and he says,
- 8:17Speaker 2: if it be thou bid.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Me, come.
- 8:19Speaker 2: He never said Peter, come, He just said come whoever.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Everyone was available to obey that instruction and get the
- 8:28Speaker 2: same result. Had he called Peter, any other person who
- 8:32Speaker 2: stepped out to being disobedience because he specified, like Lazarus,
- 8:37Speaker 2: if he said come out, resurrection would happen immediately, because
- 8:41Speaker 2: everybody dead rise. So he selected one person and said, Lazarus,
- 8:46Speaker 2: come out. But in this case, if it be thou
- 8:49Speaker 2: bid me come, he said come. Everyone had a chance
- 8:54Speaker 2: to experience the privilege of working on water, but only
- 8:57Speaker 2: one person took this step. Is not the person who
- 9:00Speaker 2: heares that gets the results. Is the person who takes
- 9:04Speaker 2: that step farther. The grace, the grace to act in
- 9:08Speaker 2: keeping with the things I hear I received this morning.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Go ahead and pray, Go ahead and pray.
- 9:20Speaker 5: The grace, the grace, pray that as my.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Direction comes, as the instruction for the next level of
- 9:39Speaker 2: ministry comes, the next level of business, the next level
- 9:44Speaker 2: of influence. In the spirit, I obtain grace not just
- 9:49Speaker 2: to hear, not just to celebrate, not just to be excited,
- 9:53Speaker 2: but to act in keeping for in Jesus' name. We
- 10:03Speaker 2: are praying. Lord, we obtain grace this morning, and we
- 10:08Speaker 2: lean upon the help, the strength, and the wisdom of
- 10:11Speaker 2: the spirit. We pray that you will help us in
- 10:14Speaker 2: Jesus' name, please be seated. The God we serve is
- 10:20Speaker 2: a mighty God. The God that we serve is a
- 10:25Speaker 2: mighty God, and he desires that his people become a
- 10:30Speaker 2: reflection of his might, his power, his wisdom, and his excellence. Alleluyah.
- 10:39Speaker 2: It is often said that a lion will not give
- 10:42Speaker 2: birth to a sheep or some animal of lesser quality.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Everything delivers after its kind. And if it is true
- 10:52Speaker 2: that we are being grafted into Christ's true salvation, it
- 10:55Speaker 2: then means that eventually our lives should be a clear
- 11:00Speaker 2: reflexion of everything that God is. Allelujah. If it is
- 11:06Speaker 2: true that he is mighty, then might should be captured
- 11:09Speaker 2: in your life. If it's the all wise God, then wisdom,
- 11:13Speaker 2: superior wisdom should be captured in your life. Do you
- 11:16Speaker 2: believe that if the cattle on a thousand he'll belongs
- 11:22Speaker 2: to the Lord, then eventually your life should be a
- 11:25Speaker 2: reflection of the supplies of heaven. Allelujah. Yeah. If all
- 11:31Speaker 2: power and authority belongs to him. Then dominion should be something,
- 11:37Speaker 2: a reality that your life should demonstrate here and now.
- 11:42Speaker 2: But the Bible says they know not. Neither will they
- 11:45Speaker 2: understand Psalm eighty two hundreds five. They walk on in darkness,
- 11:50Speaker 2: and all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Verse six says I have said ye are gods, and
- 11:57Speaker 2: all of you not. Some of you are children of
- 12:00Speaker 2: the most High. Seven says, but you shall die like
- 12:03Speaker 2: men men, and fall like one of the princes. I
- 12:07Speaker 2: forbid this for your life, that as a result of
- 12:12Speaker 2: this morning's meeting, and of course this conference, that it
- 12:15Speaker 2: will not just be a theme of a conference. It
- 12:18Speaker 2: will become the description of your next level. That everybody
- 12:21Speaker 2: who sees you, indeed, they will glorify God for you.
- 12:27Speaker 2: They will see the difference between the former you and
- 12:30Speaker 2: the now current you, and the difference will be striking.
- 12:34Speaker 2: It will be clear that the hand of God rested
- 12:36Speaker 2: upon your life. Do you believe this? Yes? The purpose
- 12:42Speaker 2: of meetings like this is not just to wet our
- 12:44Speaker 2: appetite and to introduce us to possibilities that exist. Knowing
- 12:49Speaker 2: what should be and not stepping into it will frustrate you.
- 12:53Speaker 2: More than ignorance. It's better to not even know that
- 12:56Speaker 2: those possibilities exist than to know them and then not
- 13:00Speaker 2: have the grace to step into it. Allelujah. Imagine that
- 13:05Speaker 2: I come into a house if I'm not aware that
- 13:07Speaker 2: there's a delicious meal in the kitchen. You see, there's
- 13:11Speaker 2: no temptation and frustration might not affect me because I'm
- 13:14Speaker 2: not even aware. But imagine that you lead me to
- 13:17Speaker 2: the kitchen and show me everything that then you say,
- 13:19Speaker 2: go back and sit. You will not get my attention again,
- 13:23Speaker 2: Am I right?
- 13:24Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 13:25Speaker 2: Because you have created an expectation, and then my appetite
- 13:29Speaker 2: will not rest until I have a chance to taste
- 13:31Speaker 2: of what you have prepared. So when God prepares this
- 13:36Speaker 2: feast of fat things, it is not just to wet
- 13:38Speaker 2: your appetite and frustrate you. He's showing you that this
- 13:42Speaker 2: can be your reality if you make up your mind too.
- 13:48Speaker 6: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and searched.
- 13:54Speaker 2: All the earth, and fund marmy come.
- 14:03Speaker 6: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and
- 14:08Speaker 6: searched all the earth.
- 14:10Speaker 5: And firm.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Familmmer, let me tell you how this song came. A
- 14:19Speaker 2: few years ago, I was in Cameroon and I went
- 14:22Speaker 2: to preach for a conference and I just woke up
- 14:26Speaker 2: as I would do in the morning. I was just
- 14:28Speaker 2: worshiping and reflecting on my own life. I broke into
- 14:32Speaker 2: tears and I said, look at my life. Look what
- 14:35Speaker 2: the God of Heaven can do with a man who
- 14:38Speaker 2: chooses to believe him. And this song came out of
- 14:41Speaker 2: that contemplation. I began to reflect on my former self
- 14:46Speaker 2: and my now self. What God would do in someone's life.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Whether you're a musician or not, it will lead you
- 14:53Speaker 2: to writing a song that will guide nations to attest
- 14:56Speaker 2: to the fact that He has lifted you, that He
- 14:59Speaker 2: has blessed you, that He has exalted you in the
- 15:02Speaker 2: name of Jesus Christ. God lifts, so God lifts. God
- 15:09Speaker 2: can honor a man. God can turn your life around,
- 15:13Speaker 2: turn your ministry around, turn your organization. Is it not
- 15:17Speaker 2: in your Bible that He has turned my money into dancing?
- 15:21Speaker 2: Have you stopped reading that scripture that He has turned
- 15:24Speaker 2: my sorrow into joy? Parahski abashalla couciata. This God, God
- 15:32Speaker 2: can anoint men, God can separate men. God can distinguish men.
- 15:37Speaker 2: God can place his hand upon a man, and it
- 15:41Speaker 2: becomes clear that God's hand is upon you. God can
- 15:46Speaker 2: tell the nations to listen to you, and no power
- 15:49Speaker 2: in existence can stop your voice from being heard. It
- 15:52Speaker 2: is true God can evil restore that a man can
- 15:56Speaker 2: lose everything, money, reputation, and my God can choose to restore.
- 16:01Speaker 2: He can even resurrect Allelujah. It's important that when we're
- 16:11Speaker 2: God like this, we understand that we're God onto a
- 16:15Speaker 2: God that can do all this and more. This already
- 16:18Speaker 2: will stretch your faith to believe him, so that we
- 16:21Speaker 2: don't come with our limitations a possible I'm owing right
- 16:25Speaker 2: now as I'm sitting my mighty see the reason why
- 16:27Speaker 2: people get distracted in churches because of unbelief. They have
- 16:31Speaker 2: not come into a comprehension of the present. They have
- 16:34Speaker 2: come to encounter Allelujah. When a very wealthy man comes
- 16:40Speaker 2: here and says, lend me your attention, I want to
- 16:42Speaker 2: assure you that you will not leave the same. You
- 16:45Speaker 2: suspect that he may bless you at the end of it.
- 16:47Speaker 2: So no matter what tries to distract you, you see
- 16:50Speaker 2: it as an attack. You give him your rapt attention
- 16:53Speaker 2: because of the awareness of what he can do.
- 16:58Speaker 6: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and
- 17:03Speaker 6: searched all the.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Earth and found baby Comer Up.
- 17:12Speaker 6: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched to
- 17:17Speaker 6: searched all the earth and found baby cover.
- 17:29Speaker 4: Babu money comer comes Yah, Yes, bab money comer come,
- 17:44Speaker 4: Babu money comer comes.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Ya. Yes, bab money comer come. Not anyone who says
- 18:00Speaker 2: you will not rise, that, anyone who says your ministry,
- 18:04Speaker 2: your vision will not rise. That anyone who says you
- 18:07Speaker 2: must look like where you are coming from. In the
- 18:09Speaker 2: name of Jesus, by this meeting this morning, I stand
- 18:13Speaker 2: by the apostolic and the prophetic. I declare, May those
- 18:18Speaker 2: all tars be crossed forever. May those voice be silence forever. Allelujah,
- 18:30Speaker 2: Please be seated, Please be seated. My spirit was just
- 18:35Speaker 2: fired up as I came here, and I just I
- 18:38Speaker 2: just thought to bring this to challenge someone. Shake off
- 18:42Speaker 2: that limitation. It's time to soar. Allelujah. Do you know
- 18:46Speaker 2: why the plane lifts it lives because it if it
- 18:50Speaker 2: keeps moving at that place, it will start bouncing the
- 18:54Speaker 2: speed is too much for land, so it has to lift. Allelujah.
- 18:59Speaker 2: That when it begins to taxi to lift, there is
- 19:02Speaker 2: a speed requirement that no object on land should continue
- 19:06Speaker 2: it it will it will have to change faces, Alleluyah.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Just like temperature. When you put ice and you set
- 19:17Speaker 2: maybe you put ice in a pot and set it
- 19:19Speaker 2: on fire, there is a temperature that cannot allow it
- 19:22Speaker 2: to be ice again, there is a temperature that cannot
- 19:25Speaker 2: allow it to be liquid again. Is that true? Yes,
- 19:31Speaker 2: same water, but existing in different faces. The difference is
- 19:36Speaker 2: a temperature, and in this case for a plane and aircraft,
- 19:40Speaker 2: the difference is a speed. That there is a speed
- 19:44Speaker 2: that becomes unfair for it to remain on the ground,
- 19:47Speaker 2: and that way it soars because that's where it belongs
- 19:50Speaker 2: at that speed. Allelujah. Some of you, after this conference,
- 19:59Speaker 2: you will s before kings and nobles listen. You will
- 20:04Speaker 2: look left and right and find out that you it's
- 20:06Speaker 2: almost like it's a dream. You will ask yourself what
- 20:10Speaker 2: am I doing here? Who would have believed that God
- 20:12Speaker 2: will lift me? That all those who knew you would say,
- 20:15Speaker 2: how did you get here? How did God take you
- 20:18Speaker 2: from Enugu to place you to sit with kings. I'm
- 20:21Speaker 2: saying this as a prophetic world. Maybe not for everyone,
- 20:25Speaker 2: but for someone who has the grace to believe that
- 20:28Speaker 2: My God can lift men. May that grace rest upon
- 20:32Speaker 2: you this morning. Allelujah, Please be seated, Allelujah. A journey
- 20:46Speaker 2: of twelve to thirteen hours can be covered in fifteen minutes,
- 20:52Speaker 2: depending on what carries you there, allelujah. So it is
- 20:59Speaker 2: possible to leave me in Legos on my bed sleeping,
- 21:04Speaker 2: and by the time you get to a Buja, I'm
- 21:06Speaker 2: still sleeping there and you are wondering what happened. I
- 21:11Speaker 2: simply had the advantage of a more superior means of transportation.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Am I right on that? Yes? That a journey that
- 21:20Speaker 2: should take ten, twelve, thirteen hours, I can take that
- 21:26Speaker 2: journey in fifteen minutes. Not because I am better than
- 21:29Speaker 2: the person who went by road or any other means.
- 21:32Speaker 2: I simply had the leverage of a more superior system
- 21:36Speaker 2: of transportation. This is what is happening to you this morning.
- 21:39Speaker 2: That the things you are about to hear, just imagine
- 21:43Speaker 2: yourself coming out of another kind of means of transport
- 21:46Speaker 2: into a more superior one that what you're hearing in
- 21:50Speaker 2: a matter of days, some of you, it will so
- 21:53Speaker 2: revolutionize your life. In the name of Jesus Christ. Listen,
- 21:59Speaker 2: we rise upon the strength of the information and the
- 22:03Speaker 2: revelation we have access to. We do not rise just
- 22:06Speaker 2: because of desire. It takes more than desire to rise. Allelujah.
- 22:12Speaker 2: The wealth of the revelation you have is what constructs
- 22:17Speaker 2: your means of transportation in destiny. The wealth of the
- 22:20Speaker 2: revelation the abundance of the lights that you have. The
- 22:25Speaker 2: light you have is what you will use to construct
- 22:28Speaker 2: your means of transportation. If you do not have superior light,
- 22:34Speaker 2: you may be forced to crawl through destiny. When God
- 22:39Speaker 2: wants to help you, he sends you light. The light
- 22:43Speaker 2: only comes through men, so it looks like He's sending
- 22:46Speaker 2: you a man. But a man is only useful because
- 22:49Speaker 2: of the light that they will bring. Are we together now?
- 22:57Speaker 2: I've had the honor and the privilege of studying very
- 23:01Speaker 2: successful ministries, successful organizations, successful believers, and when I say successful,
- 23:09Speaker 2: people whose lives have been a very clear representation of
- 23:14Speaker 2: God's intent. There are others who have given flamesy excuses
- 23:18Speaker 2: as to why their spiritual lives, their finances, their organizations,
- 23:22Speaker 2: and their destinies have failed to rise to have prophetic potential.
- 23:27Speaker 2: You see, every time you find yourself in a limitation,
- 23:30Speaker 2: there are two ways you can approach that situation. Want
- 23:34Speaker 2: to give a flamesy religious excuse to console yourself and
- 23:39Speaker 2: crystallize your mediocrity, or take responsibility and say I know
- 23:43Speaker 2: there is a way. I may not know the way,
- 23:45Speaker 2: but I will not rest till I find it. Our
- 23:49Speaker 2: world is full of many believers, including Christians, who, knowing
- 23:55Speaker 2: that they have been limited in many areas, would not
- 24:00Speaker 2: take responsibility. So if the man's prayer life is down,
- 24:04Speaker 2: he would downplay prayer and saying prayer is not important
- 24:07Speaker 2: as an excuse to remain in that state. If the
- 24:10Speaker 2: man's words toddy life is not robust and serious, he
- 24:14Speaker 2: would say, it's not about revelation. We are masters at
- 24:17Speaker 2: creating excuses in areas where we do not excel. If
- 24:23Speaker 2: the man's finances is going down, he says, it's all
- 24:26Speaker 2: about love for Jesus and not about money. What does
- 24:28Speaker 2: that mean? I went together? If we fail to rise,
- 24:32Speaker 2: we say, after all, we are all going to die.
- 24:35Speaker 2: All these wise sayings that endorse mediocrity. Check that thing
- 24:39Speaker 2: off your destiny this morning in the name of Jesus,
- 24:42Speaker 2: and praise yourself that every thing God has intre for me,
- 24:47Speaker 2: my life will be a clear representation of all that
- 24:50Speaker 2: Jesus died for. My life will be a clear representation
- 24:54Speaker 2: of the victory that is captured in the death, burial,
- 24:58Speaker 2: resurrection as sent on an exaltation of the King. And
- 25:04Speaker 2: that if my life is short of any of this,
- 25:06Speaker 2: then it becomes my press to say that within my
- 25:10Speaker 2: lifetime I become as clear as possible a representation of
- 25:15Speaker 2: His power. Allelujah. This is responsible Christianity. If you are broke,
- 25:22Speaker 2: don't add you, don't complain, Just come to God and say,
- 25:25Speaker 2: I take responsibility. There is something I've not seen.
- 25:29Speaker 5: Show me the light.
- 25:30Speaker 2: If your spiritual life is going down, don't give a
- 25:33Speaker 2: fhamesy excuse and say, after all, the most important thing
- 25:37Speaker 2: is that I'm saved. No, I can't step into a
- 25:40Speaker 2: higher level if your organization is failing and you're not
- 25:44Speaker 2: contending for true kingdom influence. Don't downplay influence because it
- 25:48Speaker 2: is not captured in your life. Are we together? So
- 25:57Speaker 2: this morning I want to share with us a few
- 25:59Speaker 2: things as we pray that I thought would really help us.
- 26:02Speaker 2: It's my honor to contribute as God will grant grace
- 26:07Speaker 2: to our rising and excelling. Sir, I made a commitment
- 26:11Speaker 2: and in covenant with God that in my life as
- 26:14Speaker 2: a leader and as a man of God, that I
- 26:16Speaker 2: will never raise the people who are just spiritually vibrant.
- 26:19Speaker 2: It is my intent to raise people who become a
- 26:22Speaker 2: holistic representation of everything that Jesus died for that includes
- 26:31Speaker 2: spiritual vibrancy, a transformed people, a people who excel in
- 26:36Speaker 2: every area of their life. And so in teaching and
- 26:40Speaker 2: mentoring my people, I am very intentional. I'm very methodical,
- 26:44Speaker 2: and I'm very insistent. When I teach on finances, you
- 26:48Speaker 2: will think that it's all that I know. When I
- 26:51Speaker 2: teach on consecration and spiritual life, you will think I
- 26:53Speaker 2: would not teach on anything else. It is my desire
- 26:56Speaker 2: to see that God's people be holistically built. It is
- 27:00Speaker 2: dangerous to be lobsided in your construction because you will
- 27:05Speaker 2: be the only representation of Jesus that someone may be
- 27:08Speaker 2: looking at, and if you are not thoroughly built, you
- 27:12Speaker 2: will misrepresent who Jesus is. A few weeks ago, I
- 27:16Speaker 2: taught back home trying to help us redefine that there
- 27:21Speaker 2: is a kind of Jesus who was selling to the
- 27:24Speaker 2: nations that a whole generation is going to reject because
- 27:28Speaker 2: that portrait of Jesus is not the one the Bible
- 27:31Speaker 2: talks about. We have sold a weak Jesus, a limited Jesus,
- 27:36Speaker 2: Jesus who is not interested in letting men rise to
- 27:39Speaker 2: positions of influence and nobility to live lives of dignity
- 27:43Speaker 2: and honor. This wrong, misguided narrative is what has plunged
- 27:48Speaker 2: Africa as a continent and this nation where it is.
- 27:51Speaker 2: So you find some of the failing businesses, they belong
- 27:55Speaker 2: to Christians, and we excuse it and say, after all,
- 27:59Speaker 2: we'll soon go to go home. And so it endorses carelessness, mediocrity,
- 28:04Speaker 2: and so on and so forth. But this morning, I
- 28:07Speaker 2: hope to challenge us in the name of Jesus, that
- 28:10Speaker 2: there is a destiny for us in Christ and God
- 28:14Speaker 2: desires He did not waste these resources in our lives,
- 28:17Speaker 2: the world of God, the blood of Jesus, the Holy Spirit.
- 28:20Speaker 2: God would not have granted us access to these rich
- 28:23Speaker 2: resources just to live a mediocre life. And when I
- 28:26Speaker 2: talk about an excelling life, It's important that I let
- 28:30Speaker 2: you know that everything I talk about is with respect
- 28:33Speaker 2: to God's expectation, with respect to the revelation of Jesus
- 28:37Speaker 2: in and through your life. Allelujah. Everything in your life
- 28:42Speaker 2: only finds its value to the degree to which it
- 28:45Speaker 2: contributes to making Jesus known to your world. It's important
- 28:50Speaker 2: that we have that at the back of our minds.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Praise the name of the Lord. Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen,
- 29:04Speaker 2: Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen, and verse three. I like us
- 29:10Speaker 2: to read this scripture as loud as we can when
- 29:13Speaker 2: it is projected. Ready one to read. Please now, for
- 29:17Speaker 2: a long season Israel had been without the true God,
- 29:23Speaker 2: and without a teaching priest, and without law. One more time,
- 29:28Speaker 2: please now, for a long season, Israel had been without
- 29:32Speaker 2: a true God. Uh huh, ladies and gentlemen. In this
- 29:40Speaker 2: simple verse of scripture lies the secret to territorial dicadems
- 29:46Speaker 2: that every time Satan wants to destroy a territory, there
- 29:50Speaker 2: are three things he withdraws. Number one, the knowledge of
- 29:55Speaker 2: the one True God. Number two, he withdraws leadership, teaching priests,
- 30:01Speaker 2: no one to guide, no one to mentor no one
- 30:04Speaker 2: to instruct. And number three he removes laws. Show me
- 30:10Speaker 2: a society that does not acknowledge God as your king did.
- 30:14Speaker 2: The Bible not say, blessed is the nation whose God
- 30:18Speaker 2: is the Lord Allelujah. It says now for a long time,
- 30:22Speaker 2: this tragedy unfortunately happened to the nation of Israel. Israel
- 30:27Speaker 2: had been without the True God. And you know Jesus
- 30:33Speaker 2: said this in John seventeen. Remember and the s three,
- 30:35Speaker 2: this is life eternal that they may know. Ye, you
- 30:39Speaker 2: the one True God, and Jesus, whom thou has sent,
- 30:45Speaker 2: So back to that scripture. For a long time Israel
- 30:48Speaker 2: was without the True God. Number two, without a teaching priest,
- 30:55Speaker 2: a teaching priest. What is the assignment of the teaching priests?
- 30:58Speaker 2: Jeremiah three, And I will give you pastors or shepherds
- 31:03Speaker 2: according to my heart, and they shall feed you with
- 31:08Speaker 2: knowledge and understanding, So that any territory that is banthrop
- 31:13Speaker 2: of a teaching priests, men and women commissioned mandated by
- 31:19Speaker 2: God to help guide the understanding of his people within
- 31:22Speaker 2: that territory. And then number three, the absence of laws,
- 31:28Speaker 2: people just do whatever they want to do, no boundaries,
- 31:31Speaker 2: no limits. Did the Bible not say a man who
- 31:34Speaker 2: does not have a watch a gate over his SPIRITI
- 31:38Speaker 2: is like a city without walls. Any business, any church,
- 31:45Speaker 2: any territory that experiences these three fold deficiencies will always
- 31:53Speaker 2: remain a prey to Satan. The absence of the One
- 31:57Speaker 2: through God, the absence of priests, the absence of laws.
- 32:05Speaker 2: This is true for churches, This is true for individuals.
- 32:08Speaker 2: This is true for corporate organizations. Allelujah prays the name
- 32:13Speaker 2: of the Lord. This is very important now. Most people
- 32:18Speaker 2: desire to rise, Most companies, most churches desire to rise
- 32:22Speaker 2: and excel. And if you ask the average person what
- 32:26Speaker 2: is the key to victorious Christian life as an individual,
- 32:30Speaker 2: as a ministry, they will tell you things like faith
- 32:33Speaker 2: for some others would tell you light understanding. Others will
- 32:37Speaker 2: say anointing. Are we together? Others will say, just make
- 32:40Speaker 2: sure you crush all the altars that are so pieces
- 32:44Speaker 2: of truth together. But did you know that? For you
- 32:48Speaker 2: to make progress in the spirit, the first thing you
- 32:51Speaker 2: need to understand is how God designs his kingdom to function.
- 32:58Speaker 2: You cannot be in a kingdom and not consult with
- 33:01Speaker 2: the owner of the kingdom. How did God design the
- 33:05Speaker 2: kingdom to function? How did God design victory? To be
- 33:09Speaker 2: administered and experienced. Are we together? The only person who
- 33:14Speaker 2: has the exclusive right to guide your excelling is God himself.
- 33:19Speaker 2: He designed the system. He was not given. He is
- 33:23Speaker 2: Alpha Omega. It is pride to try to design a
- 33:27Speaker 2: great life. And if not the one him, the one
- 33:30Speaker 2: who brought the whole thing about. Most people try to
- 33:34Speaker 2: build ministries through all kinds of formulas, build businesses through
- 33:39Speaker 2: all kinds of formulas. And did you know that while
- 33:42Speaker 2: they are doing all that, God is by the side
- 33:44Speaker 2: watching them. And they ignore him or at first involve
- 33:49Speaker 2: him when there is trouble, And when there is a
- 33:51Speaker 2: semblance of kids, they say, you can live now. The
- 33:53Speaker 2: day I need you, you will come back again. But
- 33:56Speaker 2: see what the Bible says, in the beginning God created,
- 33:59Speaker 2: He never and in the beginning God and man created.
- 34:02Speaker 2: In the beginning, God alone exclusively. That means for everything
- 34:09Speaker 2: I desire to become obtained, achieve everything I desire, I
- 34:15Speaker 2: must go back and consult God. How did you design
- 34:18Speaker 2: for men to prosper in the kingdom? How did you
- 34:21Speaker 2: design for territories to advance in the kingdom? How did
- 34:25Speaker 2: you design for individuals to be anointed in the kingdom.
- 34:28Speaker 2: How did you design for people to access wisdom? How
- 34:32Speaker 2: did you design for influence to happen in the kingdom?
- 34:37Speaker 2: No wonder? Jeremiah sixty sixteen says, first said the Lord,
- 34:42Speaker 2: He said, standing the way, and find out that old path?
- 34:47Speaker 2: Six sixteen Jeremiah. As for the old path, he says,
- 34:51Speaker 2: wherein is the good way?
- 34:53Speaker 5: You have to ask?
- 34:54Speaker 2: You don't assume. You ask, And when you find it,
- 34:59Speaker 2: he says, work therein, and he assures you that you
- 35:02Speaker 2: will find rest for your soul. The Bible says, what
- 35:05Speaker 2: they said, we will not work there in? Harp has
- 35:10Speaker 2: an explanation. A mediocre life has an explanation. A life
- 35:14Speaker 2: of limitation has an explanation. Becoming a victim of societal
- 35:20Speaker 2: and elemental forces as an explanation. Allelujah away together. So
- 35:28Speaker 2: we must learn to go back to God and ask him,
- 35:32Speaker 2: how did you create this to work? How did you
- 35:35Speaker 2: create business to work? In Enugo in Nigeria? How did
- 35:40Speaker 2: you create ministry to work? The rich young ruler came
- 35:45Speaker 2: to Jesus and said, good Master, what must I do
- 35:48Speaker 2: to be saved? Very responsible gentleman, He didn't say, can
- 35:52Speaker 2: you make me? Say? What must I do I know
- 35:55Speaker 2: there is a responsibility component to this. What is my
- 35:58Speaker 2: own party need to be said? Allelujah. Leadership is a
- 36:18Speaker 2: very important aspect of our lives for many reasons. Without leadership,
- 36:27Speaker 2: it is impossible for continuity in any life, any ministry,
- 36:33Speaker 2: any family. And so the way God designed the system
- 36:38Speaker 2: is that anything God wants to last, he creates a
- 36:42Speaker 2: tripartite formation around it. Please follow closely, allelujah. When God
- 36:48Speaker 2: created trees, you will notice that a tree can stand
- 36:53Speaker 2: for hundreds of years. Is that true? There are trees
- 36:56Speaker 2: that are hundreds of years old, and here was the formation.
- 37:00Speaker 2: There is the root, Is that true? And then there
- 37:03Speaker 2: is the vine itself.
- 37:05Speaker 4: Is that true?
- 37:06Speaker 2: Then the branches that bring the fruits. That's how God
- 37:10Speaker 2: designed it. Everything God wants to last, he constructs this
- 37:15Speaker 2: kind of system that there is something the root connects
- 37:19Speaker 2: it to the earth and continues to receive nutrients. Are
- 37:22Speaker 2: we together now, Yes, the vine midwives the root, and
- 37:28Speaker 2: then the fruits and the branches are the fruit bearing
- 37:32Speaker 2: part of it. So when Jesus was speaking, he said
- 37:34Speaker 2: I am the vine. He says, you are the branches.
- 37:38Speaker 2: You see that now that if you will ever be fruitful,
- 37:41Speaker 2: you must be conscious of this formation. The moment you
- 37:44Speaker 2: try to become the vine, you're going to get into trouble.
- 37:47Speaker 2: That you are the branches, and that your productivity only
- 37:51Speaker 2: happens with respect to how connected.
- 37:53Speaker 5: You are to me.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Allelujah, are we together now? So most people have failed
- 38:01Speaker 2: to rise because they have failed to understand God's structure
- 38:06Speaker 2: and God's pattern. In Ezekiel thirty seven, when you study
- 38:12Speaker 2: the Bible, talks about something that really happened. There woul
- 38:15Speaker 2: profit Ezekiel the resurrection of the ones dry bones who
- 38:21Speaker 2: became an exceeding great army. Did you notice that the
- 38:24Speaker 2: first thing that happened was that the bones came together?
- 38:28Speaker 2: Bones talk of structure. Life is useless, flesh is useless
- 38:34Speaker 2: until the bones come together. Remember when when Joseph was
- 38:38Speaker 2: about to die, he said, make sure when I'm dead
- 38:42Speaker 2: and you are leaving this place, carry my bones. He
- 38:45Speaker 2: was not just talking about his physical bones alone. Carry
- 38:49Speaker 2: a pattern. There was a structure. Something kept you in
- 38:53Speaker 2: a foreign land and you still excel. It says when
- 38:56Speaker 2: you are living there, carried my bones should be memorial
- 39:00Speaker 2: for you. Allelujah, are we still together? Yes? This is
- 39:06Speaker 2: very important. So most people do not understand the power
- 39:10Speaker 2: of structure and the power of leadership. I will talk
- 39:13Speaker 2: a bit along these lines. No organization and no ministry
- 39:18Speaker 2: drives without understanding leadership. Now you see, the way we
- 39:22Speaker 2: start anything is that anything from infancy may not seem
- 39:27Speaker 2: to need leadership. If you are starting a business, all
- 39:31Speaker 2: it takes is an idea and perhaps some capital, and
- 39:35Speaker 2: then you start and you're doing well. Same thing with
- 39:37Speaker 2: a church. Most likely the church may happen between you,
- 39:39Speaker 2: your wife, and maybe your children, and so the necessity
- 39:43Speaker 2: for leadership and the consequences of the absence of leadership
- 39:48Speaker 2: may not be seen at that point. Allelujah.
- 39:51Speaker 4: It takes time, and.
- 39:52Speaker 2: As people and organizations evolve, you now begin to see
- 39:56Speaker 2: the necessity for leadership. So when walked upon the earth,
- 40:01Speaker 2: you would think that the assignment of salvation would be
- 40:04Speaker 2: done by him alone, even though he was the only
- 40:07Speaker 2: one who was sent to die. He was not sent
- 40:10Speaker 2: to die and kill other people too with him away together.
- 40:14Speaker 2: But when Jesus walked upon the earth, did you notice
- 40:16Speaker 2: that for over thirty years there was no need for leadership.
- 40:20Speaker 2: He didn't call anybody, no talk of discipleship, no talk
- 40:24Speaker 2: of mentorship. He was building himself. Am I right on that?
- 40:27Speaker 2: But the moment the assignment began. Watch this now. The
- 40:32Speaker 2: Bible tells us that when Jesus was baptized, he returned
- 40:36Speaker 2: in the power of the spirit. And the next thing
- 40:39Speaker 2: that happened was that he selected a few people, and
- 40:43Speaker 2: the Bible says he called them to be with him
- 40:46Speaker 2: and then that he might send them. So he calls,
- 40:49Speaker 2: he prays all night, and then he selects a group
- 40:53Speaker 2: of people, twelve of them. The Bible listed all of them.
- 40:57Speaker 2: And notice, I like the leadership structure of Jesus. Just
- 41:02Speaker 2: because he was there doing crusades did not mean that
- 41:07Speaker 2: he forgot to build these people. There were two things
- 41:10Speaker 2: Jesus was doing, and most people focus on the miracles.
- 41:13Speaker 2: Or do you know that a majority of what you
- 41:16Speaker 2: call the gospels where discussions between him and his people.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Are we together? Now that the Beatitudes from Matthew chapter five,
- 41:26Speaker 2: and you read down to Matthew chapter eleven. Thereabout this
- 41:30Speaker 2: where the lecture manuals Jesus was teaching and training his people.
- 41:36Speaker 2: When he called on these people, he would go and
- 41:39Speaker 2: preach and mighty things would happen. Then he would return
- 41:42Speaker 2: back dust himself and say, gentlemen, sit down and let's continue.
- 41:47Speaker 2: He kept building them, building them, and then by the
- 41:51Speaker 2: time we get to ask chapter one, the twelfth in
- 41:54Speaker 2: company with others, making one hundred and twenty were ready
- 41:58Speaker 2: to receive the Spirit of God and to become the
- 42:02Speaker 2: extensions of this gospel. Can I tell you as powerful
- 42:06Speaker 2: as salvation is, and worse, it would have failed without leadership.
- 42:13Speaker 2: The advancement of the gospel today did not just happen
- 42:16Speaker 2: because Jesus died and resurrected successfully. I hope you know
- 42:20Speaker 2: they already paid people to silence that news. It took
- 42:23Speaker 2: leadership in partnership with the Holy Spirit to prevail over
- 42:27Speaker 2: the desire to silence the truth of the resurrection of Jesus.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Most people who have not seen the value of leadership,
- 42:36Speaker 2: and so they are unable to rise and they're unable
- 42:39Speaker 2: to excel. What is leadership. Let's talk a bit about it.
- 42:42Speaker 2: What exactly is leadership? For many people, leadership means someone
- 42:48Speaker 2: who is ahead directing people. That may not be entirely wrong,
- 42:53Speaker 2: but that's not absolutely correct. Leadership is beyond titles. Leadership
- 42:58Speaker 2: is beyond the one who is ahead of others. The
- 43:01Speaker 2: whole idea of leadership, you see, is about deploying the
- 43:08Speaker 2: grace and the investment of God upon your life and
- 43:11Speaker 2: using it to serve so effectively that your results compel
- 43:16Speaker 2: people to grant you a gift called loyalty. Are we
- 43:21Speaker 2: together now? So the idea of leadership in its essence
- 43:25Speaker 2: has nothing necessarily to do with leading people. Leading people
- 43:30Speaker 2: is only the latter aspect of leadership. Are we learning now?
- 43:35Speaker 2: That leadership in its essence has to do with excelling
- 43:38Speaker 2: in your own life and using all the resources that
- 43:41Speaker 2: has been given to you by God to so excel
- 43:45Speaker 2: that your life and your results become so compelling. It
- 43:49Speaker 2: becomes so compelling that people come to join you, and
- 43:53Speaker 2: they willingly want to adopt your ideas and your philosophies.
- 43:58Speaker 2: They give you a gift called loyalty. So you see
- 44:03Speaker 2: that for many people, when we talk about a leader,
- 44:06Speaker 2: the first thing they're looking for is where the followers?
- 44:10Speaker 2: Where the people who should follow me as proof that
- 44:13Speaker 2: I'm a leader. While it is true that if you
- 44:15Speaker 2: are a leader, indeed you will never be alone. Someone
- 44:18Speaker 2: must be inspired by your life enough to want to
- 44:23Speaker 2: become part of your life. Away together, But the whole
- 44:26Speaker 2: idea is not about people. People are the latter part.
- 44:32Speaker 2: The disciples did not just follow Jesus because he called them.
- 44:37Speaker 2: They followed him because they saw a man excelling in
- 44:40Speaker 2: his life. He excelled in a way that was unusual.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Are we learning now? And because of the kind and
- 44:47Speaker 2: the quality of excellence that was mettered out by his
- 44:51Speaker 2: life when he called them, they saw it as a
- 44:53Speaker 2: pleasure to join him. I mean, who would leave ef
- 44:56Speaker 2: fishing business to join a man just because he said
- 44:59Speaker 2: follow me. It would take more than beckoning on a
- 45:02Speaker 2: man to follow me. There was a level of results
- 45:05Speaker 2: that they saw in his life, the excellence, the power,
- 45:08Speaker 2: the grace. And when he told them follow me, they
- 45:11Speaker 2: were so glad. Because men will always want to be
- 45:14Speaker 2: part of what works. No body will want to be
- 45:18Speaker 2: part of a failed system. Allelujah. Unfortunately, because most people
- 45:25Speaker 2: do not know that leadership depends on the leader's personal excellence. First,
- 45:31Speaker 2: we are more titled conscious and so all we want
- 45:34Speaker 2: to do is to accumulate as many followers. Listen to
- 45:37Speaker 2: me carefully, because you will know why your church is
- 45:41Speaker 2: not growing. Your church is not growing because you are
- 45:43Speaker 2: focused on looking for members rather than becoming a true
- 45:47Speaker 2: picture of what God has called the believer to be?
- 45:50Speaker 2: Are you seeing that? Now that a preacher comes and
- 45:56Speaker 2: all that is in his mind is how can I
- 45:59Speaker 2: grow this church? As we say, from tanti members to
- 46:03Speaker 2: two hundred members, and all his focused on doing is
- 46:07Speaker 2: turning all the publicity skills. You will never grow a
- 46:10Speaker 2: church that way. No, and believe me, I know what
- 46:15Speaker 2: I'm saying. People follow inspiration. People follow what looks like
- 46:20Speaker 2: a revelation of what they should become. Are we together now?
- 46:23Speaker 2: Most leaders in Africa fail because they are follower conscious.
- 46:30Speaker 2: They are not conscious of evolving, becoming most superior versions
- 46:34Speaker 2: of themselves, deploying their gift things to serve in such
- 46:38Speaker 2: a way that becomes compelling for followership. Followership was supposed
- 46:43Speaker 2: to be a reaction, not a call. Followership was supposed
- 46:50Speaker 2: to be a reaction. Remember, we prayed before we started this,
- 46:54Speaker 2: and I took the journey very slowly so that when
- 46:56Speaker 2: we start now you will understand. Isn't it amazing? This
- 47:00Speaker 2: should be a paradigm shift for someone already. The next
- 47:05Speaker 2: time you say where are my members? Who ask the
- 47:07Speaker 2: wrong question, Why am I not an inspiration enough? That's
- 47:11Speaker 2: the right question. Why is the anointing not speaking enough,
- 47:16Speaker 2: the wisdom not speaking enough. Because the Bible says where
- 47:19Speaker 2: the cacasies are, he says, there the eagles will gather.
- 47:24Speaker 2: So if there are people, I don't know the number
- 47:28Speaker 2: of people in Enugu State, but if there are this
- 47:31Speaker 2: many people in Enugu states and the Southeast and nobody
- 47:35Speaker 2: is interested in coming to see your business or your ministry,
- 47:39Speaker 2: don't blame them. They are not mad people. They have intelligence,
- 47:43Speaker 2: but they want to pursue what reflects their aspiration and
- 47:46Speaker 2: if you are not a motivation enough, they will not follow. Allelujah,
- 47:56Speaker 2: My dear people. Did you ever meet Zuckerberg? I said person?
- 48:00Speaker 2: Did he ask you to become part of Facebook? Did
- 48:04Speaker 2: you ever meet alone Mosque as a person? Did he
- 48:07Speaker 2: ask you to be part of Twitter? And all of
- 48:09Speaker 2: his products? All these men are focused on doing is evolving,
- 48:14Speaker 2: and the moment they evolve, you are compelled to even
- 48:17Speaker 2: follow their advancement. You want to know what is the
- 48:20Speaker 2: latest without them asking you, because their lives have become
- 48:23Speaker 2: such an inspiration. This is the correct idea of leadership.
- 48:29Speaker 2: True leaders never even know their leaders until they find
- 48:32Speaker 2: out they are leaders because their focus on building, their
- 48:37Speaker 2: focus on growing. They are focus on evolving. This is
- 48:41Speaker 2: true for a man of God. My God, I hope
- 48:43Speaker 2: you did not miss what you just heard. That leadership
- 48:47Speaker 2: has nothing necessarily to do with looking for followers. A
- 48:51Speaker 2: leader who goes around looking for followers has failed. That
- 48:57Speaker 2: is a burden God did not give you. No, we
- 49:01Speaker 2: look for souls, not follow us, follow us. We're designed
- 49:08Speaker 2: to respond to a kind of transition, a kind of believer.
- 49:14Speaker 4: That you become.
- 49:15Speaker 2: Allah. Of course, here baron to sea. The ladies and gentlemen.
- 49:21Speaker 2: If you hear right now that Bill Gates or any
- 49:28Speaker 2: of the leaders in the secular has arrived, and you go,
- 49:32Speaker 2: whether you are invited or not, you will be surprised that,
- 49:35Speaker 2: as calculated as you are, you will find yourself there
- 49:40Speaker 2: hanging around the corridors of where he is. Not because
- 49:43Speaker 2: he will talk to you, not because he knows you
- 49:45Speaker 2: are there. But someone has arrived that represents an inspiration
- 49:49Speaker 2: in some way? Are we right on that nobody has
- 49:54Speaker 2: ever asked Zukerbag to say you're a small boy. He
- 49:57Speaker 2: talks with kings and presidents, and they greet him like
- 50:00Speaker 2: colleagues because his results has added to his age. Are
- 50:09Speaker 2: we together when people begin to ask things like how
- 50:12Speaker 2: old are you? You are a small child. They are
- 50:14Speaker 2: only telling you. It's a subliminal way of saying your
- 50:16Speaker 2: life is not compelling enough. Now here's what we teach.
- 50:22Speaker 2: So I am a pastor right and I want to
- 50:27Speaker 2: run a church. And all that I do is, please,
- 50:29Speaker 2: can you help me with two hundred thousand to produce posters,
- 50:33Speaker 2: to produce a And then I lie down on the
- 50:36Speaker 2: posters and roll around and prayer and say God, you
- 50:38Speaker 2: know you call me, and we go around. I just
- 50:40Speaker 2: meet someone by the road and say, listen, you need
- 50:43Speaker 2: to come to my church. You have no idea what
- 50:45Speaker 2: you are going to get. Look at that kind of
- 50:47Speaker 2: burden when such a member comes to your church. Do
- 50:51Speaker 2: you know you just invited trouble because you will have
- 50:55Speaker 2: to dance to there too. How about businesses, there are
- 51:06Speaker 2: certain parts that have you seen, certain products that are
- 51:11Speaker 2: only sold in just one or two stores, And well,
- 51:15Speaker 2: this is a business area, so I'm not sure everybody
- 51:17Speaker 2: sells everything. I'm not sure. But there are times where
- 51:20Speaker 2: you can go around only to find and sometimes you
- 51:24Speaker 2: will hear that the man locked the door, and when
- 51:26Speaker 2: to sleep, you will look for the man's house and says, sir,
- 51:29Speaker 2: I need to travel these pare paths. Hear they say,
- 51:32Speaker 2: you are the only one. Listen. If you listen to
- 51:37Speaker 2: what I'm sharing with you, you walk out of this place.
- 51:41Speaker 2: You will never have to work alone again, because you
- 51:43Speaker 2: will find out that something about your life. You will
- 51:47Speaker 2: soon be learning that competence has a presence. It can
- 51:52Speaker 2: invite the people mandated to look for you. Yes it does, Yes,
- 51:58Speaker 2: it does, Yes it absolutely it does a superacs Ali
- 52:10Speaker 2: Barros seven I way together. So leadership, please hear me,
- 52:20Speaker 2: whether you're a Campos president, whether you're a pastor here,
- 52:24Speaker 2: when you become member, conscious follower, conscious, ah, you have
- 52:31Speaker 2: already ruined your potential for effective leadership. Do you know
- 52:37Speaker 2: why God did not give you eyes at the back.
- 52:40Speaker 2: If God gave you eyes at the back, it will
- 52:42Speaker 2: be a corruption of his desire for you to go forward.
- 52:46Speaker 2: The only way to turn back is when all of
- 52:48Speaker 2: you has to turn back. You see that now I
- 52:51Speaker 2: can reach my hand without turning back. But if I
- 52:54Speaker 2: have to turn back, a major part of me has
- 52:56Speaker 2: to turn back. Because it is rather a one in
- 53:00Speaker 2: a wild thing. It should not be your defaultity to
- 53:02Speaker 2: always turn back. So every other thing was, do you
- 53:06Speaker 2: notice that you are more at peace when you are
- 53:08Speaker 2: moving forward than backward. God designed it that way as
- 53:13Speaker 2: a message that we are supposed to always be going
- 53:17Speaker 2: forward the path of the just being as a shining
- 53:19Speaker 2: light that goes more and more, even onto the perfect day.
- 53:23Speaker 2: So have this at the back of your man Ladies
- 53:26Speaker 2: and gentlemen, that looking for members, looking for followers is
- 53:31Speaker 2: a poor approach to leadership. That leadership is about rediscovering yourself,
- 53:39Speaker 2: taking advantage of all the forces of advantage that God
- 53:42Speaker 2: has given you, and to use it to live such
- 53:45Speaker 2: a dex terrorist life that on the strength of your results,
- 53:49Speaker 2: your results become so compelling for every body around your
- 53:54Speaker 2: area it becomes impossible for them to ignore your presence.
- 54:00Speaker 2: As a result, on their owner card they come and
- 54:04Speaker 2: want to follow you. We call that loyalty. They give
- 54:08Speaker 2: you the gifts of loyalty, and on your own part,
- 54:11Speaker 2: we call it influence. Now they allow you to influence them.
- 54:16Speaker 2: What does it mean to influence? To influence means to
- 54:19Speaker 2: compel men to buy into your ideologies without using force
- 54:24Speaker 2: or cruelty. I have influenced you if I can get
- 54:30Speaker 2: you to think along this line without putting a knife
- 54:33Speaker 2: on your truth so that your life now becomes a
- 54:36Speaker 2: product of these philosophies. Are we learning? This idea of
- 54:47Speaker 2: leadership changed my life and gave me peace, because when
- 54:51Speaker 2: you become member and follower conscious, you will never be
- 54:55Speaker 2: able to allow succession. There are many consequences to the
- 55:00Speaker 2: prior belief there as you'll be learning, there are many
- 55:03Speaker 2: wrong mindsets that African and sadly Nigerian leaders have. That's
- 55:07Speaker 2: why there is no continuity. You hardly find one hundred
- 55:11Speaker 2: year old businesses in Nigeria and Africa because of your
- 55:15Speaker 2: idea of leadership. You see that now, Yes, let's be
- 55:24Speaker 2: the name of the lord. From from a governance standpoint,
- 55:42Speaker 2: leaders have three assignments. When I say governance, that means
- 55:46Speaker 2: having to do with people and resource management. You understand
- 55:50Speaker 2: what I mean now, Yes, from a standpoint of people
- 55:57Speaker 2: and resource management, leaders have three mandates. Let me give
- 56:01Speaker 2: it to you. Number one. The first mandate of any
- 56:06Speaker 2: leader with respect to people now is to harness and
- 56:12Speaker 2: coordinate potentials. Please write to harness and to coordinate potentials?
- 56:18Speaker 2: What does it mean to harness? Please pay attention, especially
- 56:21Speaker 2: if you're a minister of the gospel This is revelation
- 56:24Speaker 2: that God is going to bring for you.
- 56:25Speaker 5: Now.
- 56:26Speaker 2: The way God sends people to your life, your church,
- 56:31Speaker 2: He never sends people in their perfected state. Yet to
- 56:37Speaker 2: harness means to see potential. To harness means to have
- 56:42Speaker 2: the faculty of discernment. Are we together now? Yes? If not,
- 56:49Speaker 2: you will reject the greatest gift God gave you, simply
- 56:53Speaker 2: because He did not come in a form that can
- 56:55Speaker 2: be appreciated. I can tell you this. Any leader will take.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Tell you that the people you now celebrate in his
- 57:03Speaker 2: or her life, if you had seen them when they came,
- 57:06Speaker 2: you will not want to receive them as a gift. Now,
- 57:10Speaker 2: this quality of leadership many people do not have. We
- 57:13Speaker 2: usually want to see ready made people. I want to
- 57:16Speaker 2: see a millionnaire. Hear they say you're a billoonnaire. Please,
- 57:19Speaker 2: you are welcome to my church. Whereas there are five
- 57:24Speaker 2: other potential billionaires who can be eternal support if you
- 57:28Speaker 2: are willing to see their destiny in Christ and then
- 57:32Speaker 2: to laboriously raise them. Listen, from a governance standpoint, you
- 57:39Speaker 2: are not a leader if you lack discernment. Is the
- 57:42Speaker 2: reason why every man of God you're the next ten
- 57:46Speaker 2: twenty years of your church is not in view if
- 57:49Speaker 2: you cannot see those that will serve now, even when
- 57:52Speaker 2: they've not seen themselves. The person may think I'm an usher,
- 57:56Speaker 2: but you are seeing your next prayer leader, even though
- 57:58Speaker 2: he does not yet know that is leadership. Leaders see
- 58:03Speaker 2: far ahead through the faculty of discernment that someone who
- 58:08Speaker 2: has is answering the altar call. You are looking at
- 58:11Speaker 2: that young lady and you can see, you can see
- 58:14Speaker 2: through her and see her heart, that this would be
- 58:17Speaker 2: one of the most effective secretary in this ministry. That
- 58:21Speaker 2: is why when you see the way leaders raise people,
- 58:24Speaker 2: it takes knowing God and trusting them to really know
- 58:27Speaker 2: what they are doing. You know that the leader is
- 58:31Speaker 2: effective because you will not make sense for a long time,
- 58:37Speaker 2: are we together. Leaders are more of people of vision
- 58:41Speaker 2: than logic, and when logic conflicts with vision, they drop
- 58:45Speaker 2: logic and embrace vision. There are people today in my
- 58:50Speaker 2: life and in ministry as at the time I saw them,
- 58:54Speaker 2: you would never believe some of these people were cultists.
- 58:59Speaker 2: Were not even talking of it, backslider. They were talking
- 59:01Speaker 2: of cultists like real cultists. But you can see that
- 59:06Speaker 2: a mighty champion for the kingdom can come out of it.
- 59:09Speaker 2: I'm saying this because the reason why some of you
- 59:11Speaker 2: are at this point in your life is because you
- 59:14Speaker 2: have been looking for finished products you have not had
- 59:18Speaker 2: the ability to harness. Many parents today are biting their
- 59:25Speaker 2: fingers in regret because had they seen the destiny of
- 59:29Speaker 2: their children, they will not call them the names they
- 59:31Speaker 2: call them before. Now the child you said would never
- 59:34Speaker 2: rise has become a champion, and you are saying, it's
- 59:36Speaker 2: my child, and you say you are not my mother.
- 59:39Speaker 2: My mother is not the one who gave back to me.
- 59:41Speaker 2: It's the one who believed in me to they many
- 59:46Speaker 2: people are claimingists taking destinies. They did not invest in
- 59:49Speaker 2: it because they did not have the opportunity. Are we
- 59:53Speaker 2: together now? Yes, with all due respect, I can say
- 59:56Speaker 2: this is it's a leadership meeting. They are first to
- 59:59Speaker 2: us who find claiming members and said, this person is
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: my personal the person knows who is their pastor the
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: person who believed in them and invested in them. Are
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: we together not the person who knew them before? They
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: ruse If you met me hungry and you say, remember
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: I used to know you saw what what did you
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: do about my hunger? The one who saw me hungry
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: and saw that if I'm filled and dragged me and
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: help me, that is the person I'll become loyal to.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Do you know why there is a generation that is
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: disloyal to God and disloyal to parents and all of
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: that because we have lost the ability to harness. Just
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: because the childish torbon does not mean the call it
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: is not on his life? Do you have can you
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: pay the price of harnessing? Are we together? Just because
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: the ladies a village girl does not mean she would
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: remain in shushan forever. Be careful so that you don't
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: insult esther. She will be queen one day. Just because
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: Ruth lost her husband and children. I hope you know
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: that Boas is in her destiny. So be careful as
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: you throw high away. Just because now me is a
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: quiet widow, don't throw high away. She may be the
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: only person to tell you what to do about Boas.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: The ability to harness. Listen, I'm saying this because this,
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: Chris must common somebody that you can't stand in. And
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: you go and look around, and you will see Robel somewhere,
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: and God will say, buy that land, just buy it.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: The ability to harness is an extension of the spirit
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: of discernment. If you have this, you will own the future.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: You will not follow. You will literally know that the
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: next ten years. I've talked to you about my story.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Many of you here you may have listened to my teaching.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: This was when they were selling CDs, you know, when
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: they sell cassettes and cedis. And the Lord told me
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: that in the future it would be difficult to buy
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: citis and all of that because technology will take over.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: And it said, carry your messages, put it online. My
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: angel will send it to the nations. This is how
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: I will announce you the ability to harness. How many
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: people had the intuition to start a particular business, but
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: they said, this thing is too hard. What you call
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: pyr water today, what they call it pure water, steal water.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: You know what I'm talking about. Once upon a time, leather,
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: leather that you produce here, ice water, thank you, and
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: you wrap the thing and then ice it. The person
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: buys the ice and its facient until it defrosts. Remember
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: it now. But someone looked and said, no Ah, may
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: my God opened your eyes. I say it again, May
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: my God open your eyes. I profess side to you
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: from the depth of my spirit. May my God open
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: your eyes. Say what others are not saying. Hear what
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: others are not hearing. In the name of Jesus Christ.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Place be seated, Place be seated. The ability to her
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: nest is leadership. Indeed parah so caparosi and a castle blendediculous.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: The ability to her nest, the ability to her nest.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: God can bring somebody who will be the greatest prayer leader,
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: who can die with you. But because your eyes have
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: not been washed with eyes out, you can push them away.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: And you get to a point in ministry where you say, God,
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: I'm tired. He said, but I've sent five people to you.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: You didn't have the eyes to see. You were looking
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: for partners, You were looking for rich men. Learn this
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: their people. God does not send people in their finished state.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: He hides his glory and covers it with limitations and
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: sends it to you. Do you know why, so that
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: you become part of their growth. That is how you
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: end your loyalty. You cannot end the loyalty of a
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: man who you did not invest in his growth? Are
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: we together? One man one day saw me and called
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: me son. I said, no, I respect you don't call
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: me song. That name is an expensive name. What investment
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: did you bring in my life that you want to
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: call me song? All these people who just because you
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: are older than me does not mean I'm your son.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: I must I almost, I almost acknowledge that I'm your son?
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: What investment did you make in my life? People just
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: claim success and pully you and said.
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: Look, no, no, sir, hmm.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: Are we together the ability to harness? My question is
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: how many gifts have you driven this year? How many
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: gifts that house bore you threw away? He may not
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: be very intelligent, but you will never steal from you.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: Did you know that there was something locked up there?
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: You didn't have the patience to build him when you
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: drove him? Somebody? You see, they say one man's food
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: is another man's poison, So why say unfortunately? Allelujah? So
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: you drive someone and then before you know it, someone
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: will receive that someone you drove and say, listen, I
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: don't mind building you. Sincerity is what I've been looking for.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: And since this man looks for profit more than sincerity,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: let him keep looking for profit while build profit out
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: of sincerity. It is no gland to have sincerity first.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: Then you can build profit out of it? How do
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: you throw sincerity in search for profit? Allelujah, some of
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: you have thrown some of the greatest gifts God gave
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: you because you could not see. God gave you children,
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: and you threw all of them. Speaking to them every day.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: I'm not proud of you. Look at this other person
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: shall at twenty one, they're already building a house.
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: Shame on you.
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: The way you are like this, no brain, no husband,
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: no money, no nothing. You have brought me shame. And
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: the children keep looking at you, and they said, all right,
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: since you have officially proved that you do not believe
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: in us, let's go and look for those who believe
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: in us. And then they come and meet someone who says,
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: you know what, I see that you have a lot
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: of problems. You just need to learn.
- 1:06:53Speaker 5: Sit down.
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: This is what Jesus did to them. He gathered this
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: ordinary man and said, gentlemen, men, sit down and watch
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: what I make out of your life. After three and
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: a half years, Divundo, they ran away. When he came
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: back as a leader, he still gathered the mencelle. I
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: understand even me, I was afraid at some point. I
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: don't blame you and when they saw his ability to
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: harness them, they died preserving the gospel. Do you want
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: people to be able to die for you? You think
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: it's everybody that can die for you? Let trouble come.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: That's why you know they never believed in you. They
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: were just with the ceremony of salary. They never believed
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: in you. Many leaders today are penned because they did
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: not invest in people. They only recruited people. Beyond recruiting,
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: you see, I run my life organizationally speaking and ministerially speaking.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: I turned everybody under my care. It doesn't matter whether
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: you are coming as an employer or you are coming
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: as a son, as a daughter. It does not matter.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: I give them a family mentality, so that beyond money,
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: they know there's stakeholders in this vision. I invest in
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: them beyond what they receive. If salary is the only
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: thing that joins you with, say your driver, you are
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: in trouble. That there he has a choice to choose
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: between him and you who would die. That's when you
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: will know that he loves himself more than you. It
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: is amazing how we magically believe as leaders that just
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: because people say daddy, mommy, or traumatically they are loyal
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: to you. Loyalties are next friendship product. You buy it
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: with years of investment, not inheritance. Are we learning this money?
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: Sir?
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: I once met a gentleman true story. I think two
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: or three years ago. I met him. I had preached
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: years ago in their university somewhere in the northeast, and
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: he got born again in that conference. Later would become
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: the president of I think the FCS or so, and
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: then had long graduated set up a real estate company.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: And then one day he comes to me, I'm done
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: with service seeing people, and he says, can you remember
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: mess I said, not exactly, And he tells me that
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: story and says, today God has helped me. I own
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: a real estate company. I just brought something to come
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: and tell you. Thank you. Don't be annoyed that gentleman
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: when he was getting safe, he did not look like it.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: But since you were part of his history, you qualify
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: to be part of his future. If you were not
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: there when I was hanging in the cross, Please when
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: you see me sitting at the banquet, don't come because
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: you are certainly not invited. I'm saying this so that
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: many of us will start making adjustments. Now there are
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: people you need to call to say, come, I can
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: still work on you. Come back, Come, I can work
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: on you. You are very hard working, but I see
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: that this tendency for stealing. Okay, let's work on it.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Go on first for three days. Outcome you are. You
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: are here for business, but I would deal with this
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: spirit of stealing. The ability to extract evil and separate
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: it and keep the good is mastery of leadership. That
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: you can see people and say, ah, this person has this,
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: this person has this. You see that now, and you
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: are able to say, you know what, you seem to
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: be a very dishonest person, but you are very diligent.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: Let's let's at least let's make an attempt to work
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: on that dishonesty. Leadership is hard work at a governance level,
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: because your first mandate as a leader, are we're learning already,
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: is to harness and coordinate. What does it mean to coordinate?
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: To put people around the areas of your strength so
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: that you make a team out of them. There are
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: people who on a scale of one to ten, your
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: honesty level will never cross fall. But you need them
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: so you know where to put them. You'll never put
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: them in accounts no, even if you first for one
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: year the temptation on a scale of one to ten.
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: As a leader, you engage them, their honesty level would net.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: When you preach about rapture, it rises to four. Can
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: you imagine that kind? And yet you need these people
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: in your life? I wish. I can't tell you you will.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: Only having the best hands does not mean having the
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: perfect hands. You design the system that makes it the
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: best by putting all kinds of people so you know
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: where to put Thomas. Don't drive him, you will still
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: need him. You know where to put titter. Peter is
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: not patient like John, but he must be part of
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: the apostles. When you want to reveal certain things about
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: divine realities, go to John. He's called the beloved Piti
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: is not called the beloved Pities a man of faith.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: He would deny you and come back and say sorry.
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: John will stand with you on the cross. Do you
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: know how to see these kinds of people? I hope
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: I'm not wasting your time this morning. As a parent,
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: God gives you four children. You can design a system
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: around this form. There is one who is very insecure
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: but honest. So that person has a tendency of gossiping
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: what everybody is doing in a way to secure you
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: as you know the person. The person is not hard working,
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: but you can trust the person with information. There is
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: one who does not care about anybody, including you the parent.
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: They want to make it they love you, but they
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: will not tell you. They feeling harassed to be weak.
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: There is another who does not care really wherever. They're
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: just like water. You put them in a ball, they
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: look like a ball. You put them in a place,
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: they look like a plate. Then there is another one
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: that sets and wants to take advantage of your ability
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: to sit down and say I can due the team
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: out of this. This one has a strength of speaking.
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: He just does not have the ability to coordinate himself.
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: So my response to this person is to give the
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: person more confidence because that is his deficiency. This one
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: does not need motivation. He self motivated. What he needs
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: is to create limits to his passion. This is leadership.
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: You are literally designing the glory of God in lives. Allelujah,
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: thank you listen. Don't you think ministry is all about preaching.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: You can preach and die after your preaching because a
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: wrongly constructed leadership structure will ps you with many sorrows.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: It is my assignment. I can tell you as many
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: as my people are, I can write books on almost
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: every one of them. I know their strength and their limitations.
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: I know what they can do and cannot do. Rather
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: than driving them, you'll kill the team around them. You
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: know that this person. There are people who are not intelligent,
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: but they are obedient. If you put them in an
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: area of creativity, you have lost it. But give them instructions,
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: they will obey to the latter. Those guys should not
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: be heads of units, but you put them in the
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: most active position within the department, they will go to
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: the market and buy clothes. They will begain for one
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: hour to save the department money. There are others who
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: don't have that time. Allelujah. There are those who will
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: you give them ten nira. They will tell you I
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: use one narra. I'm so sorry, I was testy. I
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: use one couple out of that one narra to take water.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: I will return it there that meticulos. There are others.
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: When you give them onundred and narror, just know that
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: even if you send them to buy something of tati erra,
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: accept the rest as a sid just focus on the results,
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: but the change for sure will not return. Say amen, Allelujah,
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: and you Jesus let me finish. So the first mandate
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: of a leader from a governance standpoint is the ability
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: to harness and coordinate. Write that down. That's number one.
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: Her nurse and coordinate, say her nurs say coordinate hernurs,
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: and coordinate that her next part, we're going to create
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: because in the name of Jesus, your ismost, see your ismost,
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: see or ismost. See see what others are not seeing,
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: See what others are not seeing, See what others are
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: not seeing. I know someone who during COVID in South Africa,
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: when other people is a nibbleman, he became literally a
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: billonnaire without exaggeration, because during COVID he knew that eventually
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: they will have to meet people who will buy this
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: what they call it thing, the nose mask, yes, the
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: face mask. And when other people were just trying to
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: smoke at a retail level, he went to the government
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: and said, listen, this is what I can design for you.
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: There as so many people I can be sure to
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: bring you a weather from China or wherever. Had an
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: intelligent negotiation with them and then they signed the contract.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: He became one of the few main suppliers. This nose
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: mask you see. When the man called me and said it,
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: I said, ah, this man, I said, to be honest
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: with you, I said this would be what grace did
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: God give them?
- 1:17:12Speaker 5: Like this?
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: Whereas there was someone there shouting and said, God, will
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: you not change my life? And God is saying, are
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: you not seeing? I gave you eyes different from hands,
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: so that you can see. If Lord saw what Abraham saw,
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: you will not go to Sodom and go Morah. He
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: looked around and did not see anything, and went and
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: settled near Sodom. And God told Abraham he said, now
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: lift your eyes northwards, turn not southwards, as far as
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: your eyes can see. Is it all right if I
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: ask you to lay your hands prophetically on your eyes
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: and said, Lord, opened my eyes to people, or put
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: my eyes to mantles, or put my eyes to opportunities.
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: What is my wife car that? I'm not saying, what
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: is my child carrying that? I'm not saying, what are
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: my fellowship people carrying that? I'm not saying, what is
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: house on the rock carrying that? I'm not saying what
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: is referenced Edwin, carrying that I'm not saying what is
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: my business, carrying that I'm not saying what could be
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: that is not yet? Oh God, open my eyes to
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: say it. Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord, harness
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: and coordinate. The ability to see potentials even when they
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: have not become, the ability to see potentials when they
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: have not become. Allelujah. And this is what I'm doing
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: even in our ministry, training leaders, the current leaders, to
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: be able to see others. You cannot build a global
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: ministry when you don't train people to see. You have
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: to train the ability to see. Can be taught that
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: if I look at you right now, I should be
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: able to get any pastor with all due respecting house
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: on the rock here and say, guild me three teams,
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: and you can reproduce the results because of your ability
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: to see and from the people who seated here. Don't
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: go outside, just interact with the people and look for
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: five people for me. I did something not too long I,
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: while we were preparing, had not been to my village
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: for over twenty years, So like two three years ago,
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: I decided to go there and put a crusade and
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: among the people who were setting up. There was a
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: young man that I kept looking at immediately, so I
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: saw my next leader. And the guy was involved in
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: the finances. He was very accountable. He was doing what
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: he was doing, and I was smiling. That's leadership. And
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: you go back to God and said this is this.
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: I carried this young man from the village, brought him
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: to Abuja for one year and I trained him. I
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: now sent him back to go and raise twenty five
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: other people. Listen, let me tell you what this gentleman did.
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: I don't know if I could do it. I had
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: to travel a few weeks down and ask them to
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: come the kind He turned these twenty five people into
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: you know, the foxes of Samson. This gentleman went with
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: this spirit. I never got an auditorium, got everything, all
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: the programs, charity, welfare, bore holes everything. I just send
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: the resources and tell him send me updates. One year.
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: If you have not been able to raise anybody, you
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: are not a leader.
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: Do you know what I mean to race?
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: Not to see someone almost finishing? There? You just add
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: icing on the cake to raise from ground up. Received
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: that price in Jesus' names. The reason why you find
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: campus fellowships on fire. Then they set will now graduates,
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: and have you seen that happen in campuses a group
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: of five grand people, It's like it sets that are
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: men of fire. And when all of them are in
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: final year, the campus people start crying because they focus.
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: They focused on impact, which was good, but they did
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: not focus on raising or that I'm coming there. And
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: you find out that as soon as they graduate, the
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: campus goes down spiritually or the business goes down spiritually.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: So you had three people running your store and you
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: were netting ten million, one hundred million paranum one billion peranom,
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: and you did not add other people. Now you send
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: the first competent person to set for tackles, the second
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: competent person to legos. You are left alone and now
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: all the other people who are their thieves because you
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: did not take the time to pueld. Now you are
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: doing and imagine you see response system and your business
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: is going down. Can I tell you the truth, this
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: is the mistake. With all due respect of the West,
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: they ignore raising people. They focus on those who were
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: already vibrants, who were products of crusades of men like
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: Billy Graham and the rest and the young people they
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: raised now did not know that they were supposed to
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: raise others. Again, I'm praying for you that you don't
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: be carried away by your current success, but that you
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: master the art of investing and raising people. Shout aloud, amen,
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: Let me give you number two quickly. What is the
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: second mandate of leaders? To inspire and to influence? The
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: second mandate of all leaders, organizationally speaking, is to inspire
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: and to influence. And you do that by using your results.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: Anybody who cannot inspire cannot be a leader. Anybody who
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: cannot inspire. What does it mean to inspire? To inspire
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: means to motivate. To inspire means to create a picture
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: before those who follow you. And I hope you know
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: that even the Holy Spirit inspires men. Ellie who said
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: in chapter thirty two of Job, remember there is a
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: spirited man, and the preath of the Almighty the inspiration
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: other versions will use. Make it men of understanding who
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: can look at your life today and go back on
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: a three days retreat because of something they saw, Who
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: can look at your life today and make up their
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: minds that I will never live a careless life again.
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: Your life is supposed to be living epistle, the kind
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: of results you command and produce from a spirituals pandpoint,
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: from a financial standpoint, from an intellectual standpoint, that when
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: you speak to people, they are blessed by whatever subject
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: you are discussing. But then they also study your thought
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: processes and it compels them to go back and walk
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: on themselves. Are we together?
- 1:24:19Speaker 4: That's right.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: Many things should happen when people come to church. Receiving
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: the world as we call it should just be one
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: of the many things that happen. People should be greatly inspired. Allelujah, Yeah,
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: greatly inspired. All wise, greatly inspired. So as you come
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: from the worship them. As we are leaving a song
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: of worship, someone who has the mandate of God to
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: be a worshiper. While they're enjoying the song, they're seeing
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: your rehazard, they're seeing your excellence. And someone makes up
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: his mind and says that last embarrassment in administration, it
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: will be the last forever I am learning by this person.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: So they look forward to coming to church, yes, to
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: hear plus or Edwin. But before then they want to
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: hear this person. Have you noticed that there are certain
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: people congregations are happy when they come. When they come up,
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: it is not politics, it's inspiration. Every time they come
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: they're happy. Let's hear what he's going to say now,
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: lessen number next, what do I have to learn in
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: the five minutes he's coming to take offering? He's coming
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: maybe a welcome note, He's coming to teach, and they
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: know that they will be inspired. Always don't downplay the
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: passion of people to be inspired. If you don't inspire people,
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: they will respect you, but they will not follow you.
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: You can inspire a generation. This is the whole idea
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: of being an influencer. Unfortunately that concept is always to
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: the negative. Sadly, an influence he is not someone on
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: social media and influencise someone whose life is so dex terroost,
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: whose results is so compelling that people will want to
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: adopt first your philosophies because you represent the future they desire.
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: May you become such a one in the name of
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: Jesus Christ. Becoming an inspiration demands that you becompetent. Please
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: write it down. Becoming an inspiration demands that you becompetent
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: at every level of your growth. You can be the
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: best current version of yourself if you are a preacher
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: and you are coming to the pupet to preach for
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: God's sake, do your homework. Don't come on the pupet
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: and say, don't worry whatever you hear, just receive it
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: like that. Now, even if what you are saying is
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: the truth, you are not inspiring as a leader. You
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: don't come and display weakness before your people.
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: You see.
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: You don't display weakness and say I'm being You have
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: to be careful because they look at you and they
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: lose confidence in you. Everybody wants to follow a person.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: Now write this down please. Psychologically speaking, there are six
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: psychological needs that every man, every man craves for. Can
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: I read the list for you? This is proven now
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: when a leadership meeting. So am i am I at
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: liberty to do that. Number one, the greatest psychological need
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: of all men, six of them together. One is the
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: need for security. Please write it down. Men will do
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: anything to find security. And if you are a leader,
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: that can give them a template and a vision of security,
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: spiritual security, financial security, anything that gives them security. What
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: is security? The ability to minimize or if possible, drive
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: their fears and their confusions. Security Number two variety people
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: like newness. Mass communication drives on this. When you are
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: watching a football match, even though you know it will
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: remain on the internet there forever, you still want to
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: be live, and you can pay to be live. Breaking
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: news breaks because it is new. Am I right on that?
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: Nobody visits last week news with the kind of passion
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: they have for today's news. Now everybody wants to know
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: what is happening between Israel and Hamas and all of that.
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: You see now? Variety. It is the reason why God
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: gave man creativity, so that you can bring various forms
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: of delivering the same results. Are we together? It's the
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: reason why you can see it Toyota car among your
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: car collections. Then you go and buy Lexos, even by
- 1:28:51Speaker 2: the same company. Then you go and buy Mescedis. They
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: are all cars after all, they all move you. So
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: why the passion for that variety? How come you have
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: a black cloth, a white one, then you have a
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: green one, and you still plan to buy a red
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: one maybe after this conference? Am I right? Or that?
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: So what what? And you will you will not agree
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: that it is lost? You call it variety? Is that true?
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: So all men crave for variety? Number three? All men
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: crave for significance. This is particularly unique with the male
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: gender significance. Why will I quarrel you when you call
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: me brother, Joshua Selman? Why do I get angry? Say
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: my friend, don't call me brother's brother and insult. Brother
- 1:29:49Speaker 2: is not an umbroba? So why am I angry that
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: you said brother? Like some of you. I remember many
- 1:29:57Speaker 2: years ago, where did I go to prince for God's sake?
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: And they brought one guy, one musician, and they called
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: him one kind of name. When it came up, he
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: rebuked the people and he said, I am not this
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: is I am pastor on this ah. I said, my friend,
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: you would have just minished that I'm gone to sit down.
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: You have closed the heavens that Allelujah significance. To know
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: that you matter, to know that you count, don't downplay
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: people's sense of significance. When I came in, I saw
- 1:30:29Speaker 2: and thanks to Reverend Edwin and the entire leadership, the
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: warmth and the love right from the airport, the hospitality
- 1:30:36Speaker 2: and all that I've received since I came here, very phenomenal.
- 1:30:40Speaker 2: And for this I am grateful, but it's significant. Allelujah.
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: Can I tell you.
- 1:30:47Speaker 4: People do not care what you know.
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: Until they know that you care. They don't care what revelation,
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: what Greek and Hebrew. By the time you make people
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: feel stupid and you make them feel less of themselves,
- 1:30:59Speaker 2: they will love body will never end. Their loyalty is
- 1:31:02Speaker 2: someone growing today significance. So we need to be careful
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: and manage the way we speak to people and the
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: way we generally operate with people, knowing that the moment
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: people feel insignificant around you, there is a negative energy
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: that comes from you to them. There's a pungency that
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: comes from you to them. They will run away every
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: time they see you, and they will never support anything
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: you are part of. Are we learning Number four? Love
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: and acceptance? The psychological need of every body, including you
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: who is writing is love and acceptance. The very reason
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: people join occultic societies. You interview many people who join
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: or celtic societies, they will tell you Daddy did not
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: believe in me, Mommy did not believe in me. Is
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: the reason why, sadly we are losing our young ladies
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: and even the gentlemen to all kinds of ungodly systems
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: because the love and acceptance. Did you know that the
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: worst thing that can happen to any man is called rejection.
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: Rejection is to be given a perception that you are
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: not needed within a space. It's a terrible thing. Allelujah. Yeah,
- 1:32:14Speaker 2: it's a terrible thing. Rejection is so serious that the
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: Bible gives you a counsel that when you get to
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: a place, seat at the back fast. Just sit at
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: the back there to save yourself shame. If you are
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: worthy of honor, they will all show you to the front.
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: But if you come and sit at the front and
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: they now transport you gently to the back, it will
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: be a memory you will have for a long time.
- 1:32:37Speaker 2: Rejection is a terrible thing. Allelujah. Many children today grow
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: with all kinds of things. They hate people, and they
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: hurt others because they grew up with this rejection that
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: they got from parents. Sadly, some of those parents were
- 1:32:56Speaker 2: also preachers, saving the world, destroying their own home. So
- 1:33:01Speaker 2: you call your childnge stupid, useless boy, very ugly girl.
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: I don't think any man will marry you are such
- 1:33:07Speaker 2: a stupid person. You are taking the least position in class.
- 1:33:11Speaker 2: And then they are absorbing these things, absorbing these things,
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: absorbing these things. By the time they become teenagers. Any
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: gentleman who says, wow, you mean they're such a lady
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: in this world? And have I been blind?
- 1:33:25Speaker 4: You know how men talk?
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: The lady knows that this boy is going to destroy her,
- 1:33:31Speaker 2: but she cannot resist him because it's the only voice
- 1:33:34Speaker 2: that ministers love and acceptance. Allelujah? Are we learning number?
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: What's now? Number five?
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: Growth?
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: The fit psychological need of everybody is the need for growth.
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: What does it mean to grow? To become, to evolve
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: superior versions of yourself?
- 1:34:01Speaker 4: Mother?
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: When you give back to a baby, it will be
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: unfair to expect that baby to begin to walk and
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: talk after two months. That would be a miracle, I think,
- 1:34:10Speaker 2: Am I.
- 1:34:10Speaker 4: Right on that?
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: But after a year or two, perhaps three years, and
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: the child is not working, not talking, not coordinating itself,
- 1:34:18Speaker 2: you become distopped because we expect growth, even the baby
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: expects growth. When you plant anything, porn or yam millet,
- 1:34:29Speaker 2: whatever it is, you give it time. But with time
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: you want to see evidences of growth. Am I right
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: on that? So human beings pray for growth. That's why
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: when we write exams and the results come out when
- 1:34:40Speaker 2: we pass, we rejoice because it means growth more than success.
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: It means growth number five six six, Impact and contribution.
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: The sixth and final psychological need of all men is
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: the need to be perceived as one who is impactful
- 1:35:04Speaker 2: and one whose life is counting. Allelujah, praise the name
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: of the Lord. Sir, I understand this is you and
- 1:35:16Speaker 2: your wife. Please come, let's celebrate them. Keep clapping, all
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: of them. Come on us on the rock. Please come, sir.
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: I want to embarrass you. I want please start keep clapping.
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: I didn't ask you to stop. You just keep clapping.
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: Don't stop. Do what I'm asking you to do. Don't stop. Allelujah.
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: Now watch this. Do you know what you just did
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: to them? You kept clapping. They have a right to
- 1:35:59Speaker 2: interpret your clap to be anything. For some, your club
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: means you are important. For some, your club means look
- 1:36:06Speaker 2: how beautiful your family is. For some, your club means that,
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: as you perform your role as husband and wife here
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: in the capacity of ministers, you did an excellent job.
- 1:36:15Speaker 2: For some, it just means you are dressing well.
- 1:36:18Speaker 4: You leave them.
- 1:36:19Speaker 2: It is a creativity that defines the meaning of your club.
- 1:36:23Speaker 2: But in any sense, you have won their love for
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: you by giving them a sense of value. I brought
- 1:36:31Speaker 2: them out to define for you the higher psychological need
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: of any man. That the higher psychological need of any
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: man is the need to feel loved, to feel appreciated,
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: and to feel important. This is what was communicated in
- 1:36:47Speaker 2: your club.
- 1:36:48Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: Can I tell you now that I am the midwife
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: to make this happen. Talk against me and see how
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: the rest want. Are we together? Yes? For making them
- 1:37:01Speaker 2: feel good? I just ask them to come out so
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: that you will learn a miracle happens, ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: when you make people feel that they count. In a home,
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: in an organization you have five children, you make one
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: feel like a champion, and the remaining feel like failures
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: is the negative of what is happening right now that
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: you're doing. Every time I gather with my leaders, they
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: celebrate me for what you know God is doing, and
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: I tell them, ladies and gentlemen, we are here as
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: a team. I only succeed because of the coordinated effort
- 1:37:40Speaker 2: of everyone. And I want you to know that you count.
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: You matter away together now and you do that, they
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: will usually act like nothing is happening, but a miracle
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: is happening right there. Allelujah. Before I came up, Reverend
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: Edwin introduced me and he said, wonderful things and you
- 1:38:01Speaker 2: are clapped, and I was happy with me. I don't
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: hide it. I will smile and say I'm grateful. I
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: way together now. So you asked me to come back again,
- 1:38:09Speaker 2: I would most likely come back. Why because I love Jesus.
- 1:38:13Speaker 2: Board number two. When you help people see that they matter,
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: they will love you. You'll become Bulah and he Ziber
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: in a moment, hallelujah. So if I tell my dam
- 1:38:25Speaker 2: now and first, so I said, look, what's your meal?
- 1:38:29Speaker 2: In this city means serious? What's your ebo mealing? This?
- 1:38:35Speaker 2: Is it a butcha? I thought it was swallow? Ah?
- 1:38:41Speaker 2: Better leave? Okay, you are right. Whatever you said, you
- 1:38:46Speaker 2: are right. Praise God. I wa together. Now if I'm
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: coming to their house, and I said, my dad, I'm
- 1:38:52Speaker 2: coming to it. The memory of how I made her feel,
- 1:38:56Speaker 2: now you imagine that I reverse it. Now are in
- 1:38:59Speaker 2: so this woman insult a husband, tear them down, make
- 1:39:04Speaker 2: them feel like they're not counting in house on the rock.
- 1:39:06Speaker 2: And I say I'm coming to their house. Number one,
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: I will sit outside. My chair will be waiting for me.
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: Before I arrive. You know there are people whose share
- 1:39:13Speaker 2: you just put it under a tree there and the
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: water they will drink is right there. Thank you. Let's
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: all know him again and the wife hallen lujah. There
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: are people today whose children are not proud of because
- 1:39:34Speaker 2: every time they're around you, you are going to look
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: for something wrong. Why is this shirt not iron? They
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: came to say good afternoon, and you must find something wrong.
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: Learn to let people know that they count. And this
- 1:39:49Speaker 2: is especially true for spiritual people because they are focused
- 1:39:53Speaker 2: on the prayer. They are anointing, and the people do
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: their best. They fix up the place for prayer, and
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: you don't see it. We're focusing on Jesus. They don't
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: see it. Your wife dresses, she gives her best.
- 1:40:07Speaker 4: Is true.
- 1:40:07Speaker 2: You are going for a prayer meeting, or take out
- 1:40:10Speaker 2: time to see and women you two. The man too
- 1:40:15Speaker 2: does his best, at least the best he knows to do.
- 1:40:18Speaker 2: It may not be your best, but the best. And
- 1:40:21Speaker 2: there you are not seeing it last week the battery
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: of his watch that this week he had fixed it.
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: You did see the difference away together, Can I tell
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: you the truth? There is always tension when someone's worth
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: is downplayed in many Everywhere you find tension in an organization,
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: it is because someone is intentionally down playing another person.
- 1:40:49Speaker 2: That is why in complimenting people psychologically, leaders, if you
- 1:40:55Speaker 2: want to lift someone and compliment the person uniquely, starts
- 1:40:59Speaker 2: by shared in a general compliment first, so that everybody
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: can savor the one you gave. Then they will now
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: join you to uniquely appreciate that one person. Over Celebrating
- 1:41:10Speaker 2: one person in the presence of people is dangerous, no
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: matter how effective. I know that you have one child
- 1:41:16Speaker 2: who is always taking first position while the rest share.
- 1:41:19Speaker 2: The rest be cheerful. Are we together now not over
- 1:41:26Speaker 2: celebrate that one and said, this is daddy boy. Give
- 1:41:29Speaker 2: me five the remaining a wards now, and you see
- 1:41:32Speaker 2: you are doing something to them. I pray for you,
- 1:41:40Speaker 2: you pray for me. I love you. I need you
- 1:41:46Speaker 2: to server. I will harm you with word from my mouth.
- 1:41:53Speaker 2: I love I needity see that for some of you,
- 1:42:03Speaker 2: this is the cure. Go back to your fellowship, go
- 1:42:06Speaker 2: back to your home and call a meeting, and said,
- 1:42:09Speaker 2: I just came back from a leadership meeting in house
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: on the rock as the father. Now if I were you,
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: this is what I would do sit your children down.
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: Let all of them be ready to listen to you
- 1:42:21Speaker 2: by acknowledging fault. If you say sorry, nobody will listen.
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: I take responsibility. I know better now than I used
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: to know, thanks to church, and I really want to
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: apologize for the many ways that you may have been
- 1:42:38Speaker 2: hurt without my knowledge. I intend for the good of
- 1:42:41Speaker 2: this family, but were products of our mindset. I'm not
- 1:42:44Speaker 2: ashamed of growing and you see your child losing. Wow,
- 1:42:47Speaker 2: that is accepting for for the first time in twelve years,
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: I'm tempered to you. Four expressions. I was doing a
- 1:43:02Speaker 2: training for a few people, have done it for my
- 1:43:05Speaker 2: people and then in South Africa. Let me teach you.
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: There are four expressions. Use them this night, Use them now,
- 1:43:13Speaker 2: and you will watch the miracle that happens in your life.
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: Can I give it to you? Number one?
- 1:43:19Speaker 5: Please? P L E A S E.
- 1:43:22Speaker 2: Everyone write it down. You will be surprised how many
- 1:43:26Speaker 2: doors the word please will open for you. Nigerians. Learn it.
- 1:43:31Speaker 2: Please say it one more time in the name of
- 1:43:35Speaker 2: Jesus said please is an expression of courtesy. You'll become
- 1:43:42Speaker 2: an exceptional leader when you learn to use the word please.
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: These are miracle expressions. When you tell people please, it's
- 1:43:50Speaker 2: a sign of courtesy. It adds to strengthening their sense
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: of significance. Please, could you shift here? Don't say shift now?
- 1:43:59Speaker 2: And then by blah blah blah bah prayers go in
- 1:44:01Speaker 2: or shift? Are we together? You pick up a call
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: and you want somebody, You don't. You're out of units.
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: Call me, call me, call me? Are you off the phone?
- 1:44:12Speaker 2: He never calls you again, and the miracle at the
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: other side of the phone goes with the person's annoyance.
- 1:44:18Speaker 2: One more time, say please to your wife, say please
- 1:44:21Speaker 2: to your husband, to your children. As a man of God,
- 1:44:25Speaker 2: please a sense of courtesy. Number two, Thank you, thank you,
- 1:44:31Speaker 2: not thanks, thank you Nigerians. Thanks. Someone will spend two
- 1:44:37Speaker 2: weeks begging you for money, harassing you with scripture. The
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: Bible says, be good to all men. It says, when
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: it is within your power, pastor you are the one
- 1:44:46Speaker 2: that did this, and you finally send the ten thousand
- 1:44:48Speaker 2: and narra. Then by night he now sends one word thanks. No, No,
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: there's a leadership training, or do the miracle service in
- 1:45:03Speaker 2: the night. But this one now, this is a mental
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: miracle service. If someone learning one more time said thank you.
- 1:45:12Speaker 2: Don't say thanks. No, if someone is nice and kind
- 1:45:16Speaker 2: to you, twenty times, say thank you twenty times. Can
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: I tell you there are many of you. Your partners
- 1:45:27Speaker 2: stop giving to you because they perceived that you were
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: taking them for granted. When thank you become too heavy
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: for your mouth, your account will tell thank you, thank you.
- 1:45:39Speaker 2: When people treat you well, when God honors you with
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: great membership, tell them thank you. Don't say go, they
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: will go. That's when you will know that people without
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: a vision, they say, without a vision the people who perish.
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: But without the people, the vision will suffer. One more time,
- 1:46:02Speaker 2: say thank you. Go back and tell everybody, show them
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: the new revelation you found. Say thank you, and you
- 1:46:10Speaker 2: will watch doors open, open, open. You tell someone thank you,
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: they are even surprised, thank you to me? What for?
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: Thank you? Thank you? Most people tell only Jesus thank you,
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: and the reason is because they can't see him. Is hypocrisy.
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: That thank you they are saying is because of what
- 1:46:32Speaker 2: they're about to ask. You called me to treade leaders, Reverend.
- 1:46:42Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: Can I give you the third I am sorry? Write
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: it down, that's right, I'm do one teaching does write
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: it down. I'm sorry, not sorry, I am sorry. The
- 1:46:55Speaker 2: expression I am sorry is a miracle. Look at me, please,
- 1:46:59Speaker 2: please look at if someone learning i am sorry. It
- 1:47:03Speaker 2: puts you in a position where you are vulnerable without shame.
- 1:47:08Speaker 2: That means you let people know that we are all human.
- 1:47:11Speaker 2: We see in part and we prophesy in part that
- 1:47:14Speaker 2: no matter how great, the best of us is still human.
- 1:47:17Speaker 2: When you say i'm sorry, you bring people to a
- 1:47:20Speaker 2: point where they are reminded that just like you, they
- 1:47:22Speaker 2: are human, and that to err is human. We say,
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: but then to forgive it's divine one more time, say
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: I'm sorry. Nations have gone to war because one person
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: was too proud to say I'm sorry. With all due respect,
- 1:47:38Speaker 2: not to play with your mind, but there are marriages
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: today that would have walked if only one person. I
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: am sorry does not mean I'm the one who is wrong.
- 1:47:47Speaker 2: Sometimes it means I'm the one who is wise. I
- 1:47:52Speaker 2: am sorry. It's not always about the offender of fender
- 1:47:57Speaker 2: who is not your friender. Now, English would teach me, well,
- 1:48:01Speaker 2: one the person who cost trouble and the person who
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: trouble was cost. Are we together say I'm sorry. Someone
- 1:48:13Speaker 2: who has been sponsoring you, and you will never acknowledge
- 1:48:16Speaker 2: the person. Now the person is plained and angry, and
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: you say, are we not humans? That is not I'm sorry. No,
- 1:48:24Speaker 2: I'm sorry, sir, Sorry for not being thoughtful. I have learned.
- 1:48:29Speaker 2: I came to church and now I've been mentored, and
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: I'm just yet to say I'm sorry. So the healing
- 1:48:40Speaker 2: power of I'm sorry is as powerful as the healing anointing.
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: Did you hear what I said? The healing power of
- 1:48:48Speaker 2: I am sorry. What i'm sorry does, it's almost the
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: same thing as what the healing anointing does. The healing
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: anointing can heal the body, but my goodness, there our
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: souls can be healed by telling people I'm sorry. The
- 1:49:04Speaker 2: moment you say i am sorry, the person at the
- 1:49:07Speaker 2: other end becomes foolish if he continues from that point,
- 1:49:10Speaker 2: because I'm sorry should naturally not easily bring an end
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: to all strife. Say I'm sorry again. The last expression,
- 1:49:21Speaker 2: God bless you. As simple as this sounds, it is
- 1:49:26Speaker 2: a miracle. God bless you, God bless you, God bless
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: you contains three powerful words one God, two bless three you,
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: God bless you, three words that if properly combined can
- 1:49:44Speaker 2: produce a miracle in the mind of the hearers. God
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: bless you. That means you can be better today than
- 1:49:52Speaker 2: you were yesterday because I've introduced God, I've introduced his
- 1:49:56Speaker 2: blessings and it is all directed to you. Listen to me.
- 1:50:02Speaker 2: If you leave this place just learning this for expressions alone,
- 1:50:06Speaker 2: you did not waste your time this morning. It will
- 1:50:08Speaker 2: turn your leadership to a miracle. You will manage crisis.
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: Most people think it's all about just prayer and fasting. No,
- 1:50:16Speaker 2: there are times. This is the wisdom of the just
- 1:50:18Speaker 2: that the Bible talks about. Allelujah. I have used this
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: as a person and in leadership, and I have watched
- 1:50:26Speaker 2: it walk wonders in my life. Let me give you
- 1:50:30Speaker 2: the last mandate of leaders and then we wrap up
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: for this morning session. Are you ready for number three?
- 1:50:37Speaker 2: I want you to pay attention to this third one.
- 1:50:40Speaker 2: Visionary leaders build models and systems. Visionary leaders build models
- 1:50:49Speaker 2: and systems that guarantee succession and continuity. Visionary leaders build
- 1:50:57Speaker 2: models and systems. Please write it. They build models and
- 1:51:02Speaker 2: systems that guarantee sock session and continuity. When everything ends
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: with you, or ends with your absence, you failed as
- 1:51:14Speaker 2: a leader Africa, Africa, may we a rise in the
- 1:51:19Speaker 2: name of Jesus. Do you notice that in many families,
- 1:51:25Speaker 2: with all due respect, you will hear that a man
- 1:51:27Speaker 2: in his lifetime was a billoonere and he will make
- 1:51:31Speaker 2: the money in his lifetime, spend it in his lifetime,
- 1:51:35Speaker 2: finish it in his lifetime, and die. And the next
- 1:51:38Speaker 2: song starts. He doesn't even start from zero. He start
- 1:51:41Speaker 2: by managing the father's enemies and uses twenty years of
- 1:51:45Speaker 2: his life to tell them sorry before he starts building
- 1:51:48Speaker 2: his own life. This is what we see in Africa.
- 1:51:55Speaker 2: Are we together? Visionary leaders think beyond themselves. They build systems.
- 1:52:00Speaker 2: If your absence collapses a ministry and an organization, it
- 1:52:05Speaker 2: means you are an idol in that ministry, not a leader.
- 1:52:10Speaker 2: Are we together? Yes? I told my people years ago
- 1:52:14Speaker 2: that if they do not see me, this is way
- 1:52:16Speaker 2: before we left Zaria, that if they do not see me,
- 1:52:19Speaker 2: the only thing they should miss is my unique contribution,
- 1:52:23Speaker 2: not a collapse of the purposes of God. Leaders look
- 1:52:27Speaker 2: beyond themselves. They are passionate about raising transforming followers to
- 1:52:32Speaker 2: leaders and then leaders to agents of transformation. I learned
- 1:52:36Speaker 2: that from late doctor Miles Monroe. Allelujah, who can do
- 1:52:43Speaker 2: what you are doing to allow you rest? There are
- 1:52:46Speaker 2: people in their old age. They wake up in the
- 1:52:48Speaker 2: morning like young people, stressing themselves because they spent their
- 1:52:52Speaker 2: life being so self centered, and they forgot that one
- 1:52:56Speaker 2: day their physical strength will deplete. Allelujah, who did you raise?
- 1:53:03Speaker 2: You became a millionnaire. You did not reproduce that grace
- 1:53:06Speaker 2: and that understanding in three or four people. They would
- 1:53:09Speaker 2: have helped you today that you are resting. Are we together?
- 1:53:13Speaker 2: How about men and women of God? Isn't it terrible
- 1:53:17Speaker 2: If I'm not able to make church on Sunday and
- 1:53:20Speaker 2: everything goes down because of my absence, it means I've
- 1:53:24Speaker 2: been directing the people to me, not Jesus. Are we together?
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: Leaders build systems, say systems, say systems, say models. I'm
- 1:53:36Speaker 2: very honored when I learned sometimes that Reverend Edwin, you know,
- 1:53:39Speaker 2: he travels, you know, to see his family and to
- 1:53:43Speaker 2: do other things. And he told me yesterday, and he
- 1:53:45Speaker 2: said that a number of times, how that in his accents,
- 1:53:49Speaker 2: there is already a structure in place that is very powerful.
- 1:53:54Speaker 2: And I must commend Ebo people as a nation for
- 1:53:58Speaker 2: having that understanding. I think you have a system. I
- 1:54:01Speaker 2: see that work even and I'm saying that honestly, so
- 1:54:07Speaker 2: that a man can start with one storm. You know,
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: that's a Jewish system's practicing israeliving up until now. Yes,
- 1:54:15Speaker 2: it's true.
- 1:54:16Speaker 4: So one's talk and then you.
- 1:54:18Speaker 2: Will get if I understand you correctly, maybe two or
- 1:54:21Speaker 2: three people, and then train them pragmatically. The man can
- 1:54:26Speaker 2: travel to China to bring goods and the boy is
- 1:54:29Speaker 2: running it, and then soon he will establish branches and
- 1:54:32Speaker 2: annexes and they now learn on the job. One day
- 1:54:35Speaker 2: he will settle the person and the person can continue.
- 1:54:39Speaker 2: That is powerful because the person you are helping maybe
- 1:54:42Speaker 2: the one to help you tomorrow. Are we together? Yes, listen,
- 1:54:50Speaker 2: I know that sometimes we treasure the knowledge that we've
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: had through the years because it came through sweat, through
- 1:54:56Speaker 2: blood and pain. But you must be vulnerable to trust
- 1:54:59Speaker 2: some body with what you know. Everybody is not a
- 1:55:02Speaker 2: deceiver and everybody will not fail. You. Do not allow
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: your pain and your scars. Don't allow the injury to
- 1:55:09Speaker 2: affect you so much that you don't trust anybody. Don't
- 1:55:13Speaker 2: like Elisha. I know that we say Gehazi was not
- 1:55:16Speaker 2: there to collect Eliacia's mantle. I sympathize with Ghazi, but
- 1:55:20Speaker 2: I also blame Elisha. You can see raise other people.
- 1:55:26Speaker 2: If you raise one and you fail, raise another one.
- 1:55:29Speaker 2: If you raise one and you failed, Is that not true?
- 1:55:32Speaker 5: Yes?
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: The power of reproduction is a miracle. The word really
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: means again. If a woman loses a pregnancy, respectfully speaking,
- 1:55:41Speaker 2: there is hope that she can be pregnant again. If
- 1:55:43Speaker 2: you raise somebody and it does not respect you, breaks
- 1:55:46Speaker 2: your hearts and goes no problem. Leave them in peace.
- 1:55:48Speaker 2: They will reap what they have sold. You start again again.
- 1:55:51Speaker 2: It's a powerful world. Again, It's a powerful word. I'm
- 1:55:56Speaker 2: wrapping up with this now. Visionary leaders sustain the faculty
- 1:56:00Speaker 2: to start again. This church is a product of the world. Again,
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: Am I right on that? I understand the bit of
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: the history of the church. And you know, Reverend Edwin
- 1:56:11Speaker 2: had graciously told me the story, and I saw that
- 1:56:14Speaker 2: yesterday he would have stayed and you people would have
- 1:56:17Speaker 2: been meeting somewhere outside with a legitimate excuse. Isn't it amazing?
- 1:56:21Speaker 2: I know rain washed your house, but have you seen
- 1:56:24Speaker 2: the place where a new land? Someone? Say again, profess
- 1:56:27Speaker 2: I to yourself, say again, you went down spiritually, but
- 1:56:32Speaker 2: there is hope for a three again. Leaders have the
- 1:56:36Speaker 2: ability to give people a chance to start again, and
- 1:56:40Speaker 2: that they themselves can start again. I want to end
- 1:56:43Speaker 2: my discussion where when to pray, but this is important
- 1:56:46Speaker 2: for you to know. Again is a miracle. Adam knew
- 1:56:50Speaker 2: his wife, Cain came, Abel came, and then Abe Cane
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: killed Abel. Remember, and then the Bible tells us that
- 1:57:00Speaker 2: Adam knew his wife again. Ala course sat A. The
- 1:57:04Speaker 2: man went back to business again, Samson, haven't lost your
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: eyes and your hair. You still have hands, and you
- 1:57:12Speaker 2: still have the God who gives all. You can go
- 1:57:15Speaker 2: back again.
- 1:57:18Speaker 4: Ruth.
- 1:57:19Speaker 2: It is true that the first face of your family
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: life went down, lost your husband, lost your children, but
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: you still have Naomi. Always be conscious of what you
- 1:57:30Speaker 2: have left, because with what you have left, it is
- 1:57:33Speaker 2: enough for that word again. You lost your job, but
- 1:57:40Speaker 2: you still have wisdom start again. This is a prophetic word.
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: God is giving someone. You did ministry, but because you
- 1:57:49Speaker 2: were wrongly mentored, you did a lot of things that
- 1:57:51Speaker 2: you now know are not consistent with scripture. Don't sit
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: beating yourself crying forever. Yes, you once lived a wayward life.
- 1:58:00Speaker 2: For God's sake. Don't talk about rehab. The prostitute wedgshas
- 1:58:05Speaker 2: become rayhab the woman of God. There are two rehabs here,
- 1:58:10Speaker 2: be mindful of the one you are talking about. Allelujah.
- 1:58:15Speaker 2: God gives us an opportunity to have the yesterday version
- 1:58:20Speaker 2: of ourselves, today version of ourselves, and tomorrow version of ourselves.
- 1:58:25Speaker 2: You can remain in your yesterday version, or you can
- 1:58:28Speaker 2: take advantage of the mystery called again. To evolve again
- 1:58:33Speaker 2: means evolve again means strive for a greater version of yourself.
- 1:58:39Speaker 2: Your yesterday version was not anointed. But hallelujah, thank God
- 1:58:43Speaker 2: for sore Conference twenty twenty three. You can start again,
- 1:58:48Speaker 2: Man of God. You can go back and build that
- 1:58:50Speaker 2: fellowship again. You can build your home again. Remember ye
- 1:58:55Speaker 2: not the former things, nor consider the things of all
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: the Bible says. For behold see conceive as a reality
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: in your spirit. I do a new thing in leadership.
- 1:59:09Speaker 2: Reverend Edwin would attest to it, and every other leader here.
- 1:59:13Speaker 2: There are moments where you will have to give people
- 1:59:16Speaker 2: a chance. People will make mistakes. Perhaps you as the
- 1:59:20Speaker 2: leader yourself, you will make all kinds and all shades
- 1:59:22Speaker 2: of mistakes. Can I tell you the moment you will
- 1:59:26Speaker 2: learn your lesson and draw wisdom from your pain. You
- 1:59:28Speaker 2: have cheated it, lamenting and crying over yesterday. You carry
- 1:59:35Speaker 2: ten million error and put it in a wrong business
- 1:59:38Speaker 2: and put it in a wrong investment. How long will
- 1:59:40Speaker 2: you keep crying? Allelujah? How long will you keep crying? David?
- 1:59:47Speaker 2: I know you prayed and prayed and prayed that the
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: child will not die. But the child is now dead.
- 1:59:53Speaker 2: Stop watering a dead plant. It is dead. Start finding
- 1:59:57Speaker 2: seats quickly before another harvest to come. And you have
- 2:00:00Speaker 2: not sown anything. You can try to water a dying
- 2:00:03Speaker 2: plant hoping that it will come back, but when it
- 2:00:06Speaker 2: is dead, it is dead. You can use that dead
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: plant as the Manuah for the next plant and get see.
- 2:00:17Speaker 2: Listen today, God has helped us to be leaders, not
- 2:00:21Speaker 2: because we had perfect people around us, and not because
- 2:00:24Speaker 2: we're perfect ourselves away together. But this mystery again, are
- 2:00:29Speaker 2: crive it in your mind, Add it in the bag
- 2:00:31Speaker 2: that you use to so John in destiny you will
- 2:00:34Speaker 2: need it. Give people a chance to make honest mistakes,
- 2:00:38Speaker 2: give people a chance to disappoint you honestly, and give
- 2:00:41Speaker 2: them a chance to recover this is what happened. If
- 2:00:45Speaker 2: I believe if Judas had gone to Jesus, Judas would
- 2:00:49Speaker 2: have become apostle Judas. I don't know who acts him
- 2:00:52Speaker 2: to kill himself. He lost the money, he lost his life,
- 2:00:55Speaker 2: he lost his bishopric. Peter who told Jesus, I will
- 2:01:03Speaker 2: not leave you. Remember, he ran away and because of
- 2:01:08Speaker 2: his fear he called a young gale woman because he
- 2:01:11Speaker 2: was running away from Jesus, all in an effort to
- 2:01:16Speaker 2: deny Jesus. But after all of that he went back
- 2:01:21Speaker 2: to fishing. And look at Jesus, I like the leader Jesus,
- 2:01:25Speaker 2: not just the savior of Jesus. Jesus is now back
- 2:01:30Speaker 2: to life, and he goes to the sea shore and says,
- 2:01:32Speaker 2: little children, have you any catch? Not even recognizing it
- 2:01:36Speaker 2: was him, he said, cast your ned to the right side.
- 2:01:39Speaker 2: And when they caught so much fish, Peter decernd who
- 2:01:42Speaker 2: else can do this kind of miracle? And Peter came
- 2:01:50Speaker 2: to him. He said, depart from me. Ah, you've come
- 2:01:53Speaker 2: to touch on me. Now you want to give me
- 2:01:55Speaker 2: the memory of the last seventy two hours. I betrayed you.
- 2:01:58Speaker 2: I ran away you in first handing me. But give
- 2:02:01Speaker 2: people a chance when Jesus Peter came to him, he
- 2:02:08Speaker 2: simply sat to eat, and he said, Simon, but Jonah
- 2:02:12Speaker 2: loves than me, more than this. And Peter said, no,
- 2:02:16Speaker 2: I made this mistake. I will not make it again.
- 2:02:18Speaker 2: This man died for Jesus. Imagine understanding the Bible without
- 2:02:23Speaker 2: Peter's contribution. Thomas, that you called doubting Thomas. I hope
- 2:02:30Speaker 2: you know there is a book of Thomas. He was
- 2:02:32Speaker 2: not can of nice to become part of the sixty
- 2:02:34Speaker 2: six books. But my goodness, Bible history tells us that
- 2:02:37Speaker 2: that man Thomas was a mighty man. He was powerful
- 2:02:40Speaker 2: one time. History tells us that he literally laid hands
- 2:02:44Speaker 2: on someone to cast out a spirit, and a physical
- 2:02:47Speaker 2: object came out of the person. Just because he doubted
- 2:02:50Speaker 2: does not mean he was a daughter forever. We said,
- 2:02:52Speaker 2: doubting it, doubly doubted for one day you? How many
- 2:02:55Speaker 2: times have you done it? Let's be fair on the guy, Allelujah.
- 2:03:06Speaker 2: Can I tell you many people not you will disappoint you.
- 2:03:12Speaker 2: When the Bible says to put a breastplate of righteousness,
- 2:03:16Speaker 2: do you know why? There will be many pierred things
- 2:03:18Speaker 2: on your chest. As a leader, you need to put it.
- 2:03:22Speaker 2: You will raise people who would downplay your contribution. Leaders
- 2:03:26Speaker 2: bleed and cry all the time. There are others who
- 2:03:29Speaker 2: have even carried pain and shift that pain to their children,
- 2:03:33Speaker 2: their wives, their husbands. You will find people disappoint you
- 2:03:37Speaker 2: in organizations. Some of you are seated right now and
- 2:03:40Speaker 2: you almost cannot manage the pain that has come. You
- 2:03:43Speaker 2: give someone money, he ran away with it. He cheated you,
- 2:03:46Speaker 2: lied against you, did all kinds of things. My assignment
- 2:03:51Speaker 2: as I wrap up this leadership session, is that you
- 2:03:54Speaker 2: cannot keep crying forever. No Jesus wept, but not forever.
- 2:04:00Speaker 2: If he kept crying, he would not become a savior.
- 2:04:03Speaker 2: He will remain Jesus the baby. The first time he
- 2:04:05Speaker 2: cried was when he was born. The second time he
- 2:04:08Speaker 2: cried was when he was in pain with Lazarus. The
- 2:04:12Speaker 2: third time he would cry he was in get so
- 2:04:13Speaker 2: many for the sake of his assignment. These are the
- 2:04:15Speaker 2: only three reasons why you should cry. You should cry
- 2:04:19Speaker 2: because you are a child ignorance. You should cry because
- 2:04:23Speaker 2: you are moved with compassion. And sometimes you cry because
- 2:04:27Speaker 2: of the burden of your assignment. Any other reason is
- 2:04:30Speaker 2: not valid. This is a good place for rap up
- 2:04:39Speaker 2: as God spoken to someone. Listen. The only thank you
- 2:04:44Speaker 2: gift that you can give, Reverend Edwin is to go
- 2:04:48Speaker 2: back and listen to this teaching. I know you are motivated.
- 2:04:51Speaker 2: Number you may forget in search of a miracle by night,
- 2:04:54Speaker 2: go and get this teaching. After this conference, be like
- 2:04:59Speaker 2: the wise men. Listen to it again. Guard are the
- 2:05:04Speaker 2: people in your organization. I've done the speaking for you.
- 2:05:07Speaker 2: Sit down with them and said, nobody goes out. Give
- 2:05:09Speaker 2: you who are listening to this in the name of Jesus.
- 2:05:12Speaker 2: Let them sit down and listen to it and cry
- 2:05:15Speaker 2: while they listen. Make resolutions while they listen, and you
- 2:05:18Speaker 2: pray and reform your organization for the next level. I
- 2:05:24Speaker 2: conclude by challenging you that leadership is a noble responsibility.
- 2:05:29Speaker 2: You have the opportunity to serve your nation with what
- 2:05:32Speaker 2: God has given you, serve your generation with what God
- 2:05:35Speaker 2: has given you, and inspire others to do same. At
- 2:05:39Speaker 2: the end of your life, you will be known for
- 2:05:41Speaker 2: only two things, the problems you solved and the ones
- 2:05:44Speaker 2: you created. Allelujah. The hymn writer says, thirst would we
- 2:05:50Speaker 2: pass from the earth and its toiling only to be
- 2:05:53Speaker 2: remembered by what we have done, not just what we said,
- 2:05:55Speaker 2: not just what we wished, but what we did. At
- 2:05:58Speaker 2: the end of my life, it's my commitment to do
- 2:06:02Speaker 2: the best that I can, helping and inspiring my generation
- 2:06:06Speaker 2: to love Jesus, to serve Him, and to know that
- 2:06:09Speaker 2: there is no limit to the life of the believer
- 2:06:12Speaker 2: who is in Christ. And this is what I'm committed
- 2:06:15Speaker 2: to doing as a man of God and as a leader.
- 2:06:18Speaker 2: And I've come to share Reverend Edwin's passion even at
- 2:06:22Speaker 2: this sore conference. My prayer for you, sincerely, from the
- 2:06:25Speaker 2: depth of my heart, is that with these redefinitions and
- 2:06:29Speaker 2: these reorientations that you have received, that you would have
- 2:06:32Speaker 2: positioned you to become an exceptional leader in the home front,
- 2:06:37Speaker 2: in business, as a student, as an entrepreneur, as a
- 2:06:42Speaker 2: man of God, in whatever capacity you have to serve.
- 2:06:46Speaker 2: You should know that there is a call and there
- 2:06:49Speaker 2: is a backon upon your destiny to be the light. Indeed,
- 2:06:52Speaker 2: let's rise as we pray. You are the covenant keeping
- 2:07:00Speaker 2: God this one hands with someone you the coven and keeping.
- 2:07:07Speaker 4: Guy yahway yeah way coven.
- 2:07:13Speaker 5: And keeping.
- 2:07:18Speaker 2: Yeahwa the coming and keeping time you see you.
- 2:07:28Speaker 4: Coming, keeping.
- 2:07:32Speaker 2: You are you are coming and keeping.
- 2:07:39Speaker 4: Yeah away, look coming keeping.
- 2:07:46Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 2:07:55Speaker 2: Now you see that behind everything that works is not
- 2:07:59Speaker 2: just a no. The value of anointing is that these
- 2:08:02Speaker 2: preparations have been made first, Allelujah. The quality of the
- 2:08:08Speaker 2: vessel that receives the oil is what gives credence to
- 2:08:11Speaker 2: the oil. If a poor and ill prepared vessel receives
- 2:08:15Speaker 2: the oil, it will make it look small. God has
- 2:08:19Speaker 2: expanded your mind, preparing you for tonight. There are many
- 2:08:23Speaker 2: of you the grace that is upon you in terms
- 2:08:26Speaker 2: of ministry. Let me tell you the truth. I have
- 2:08:28Speaker 2: seen this many times in my vision that there are
- 2:08:31Speaker 2: still mighty people. The ones you know are only the
- 2:08:35Speaker 2: list of the crop of people God is training. But
- 2:08:38Speaker 2: for many you have mastered the art of the altar.
- 2:08:41Speaker 2: But you may have ignored leadership. Is why you cannot
- 2:08:44Speaker 2: scale the vision that God has given you to rise
- 2:08:47Speaker 2: to a point of notoriety for the King. There are
- 2:08:51Speaker 2: great businesses here serving this city with products that is
- 2:08:56Speaker 2: needed by all transcontinentally. But because you lack this acumen
- 2:09:01Speaker 2: of leadership, you are not able to rise and scale
- 2:09:04Speaker 2: your business the labor of the full. I make reference
- 2:09:07Speaker 2: to the scripture that Reverend gave to introduce me wear
- 2:09:11Speaker 2: yet every one of them with no exception, he says,
- 2:09:14Speaker 2: because you know it, not how to get to the city.
- 2:09:19Speaker 2: When I discovered the call of God upon my life,
- 2:09:22Speaker 2: I cried onto the Lord to show me all the
- 2:09:25Speaker 2: ingredients that make for an excelling ministry. All that I
- 2:09:28Speaker 2: knew was the areas of consecration and the world of
- 2:09:31Speaker 2: God and prayer. But then I would learn, thanks to
- 2:09:35Speaker 2: quality mentorship, that there are many angles and facets. There
- 2:09:39Speaker 2: are tools. Did you know that when you are preparing
- 2:09:42Speaker 2: a meal. If you're preparing say fried rice, the major
- 2:09:46Speaker 2: the active ingredient, there's the rice itself, but do not
- 2:09:50Speaker 2: ignore the seasonings, do not ignore salt. If you boil rice,
- 2:09:55Speaker 2: say lone, it is not fried rice, it is rice,
- 2:09:57Speaker 2: tasteless rice. Am I right on that?
- 2:10:00Speaker 4: You serve that one at the table, and you.
- 2:10:02Speaker 2: Would think that just because rise, the major ingredient is there,
- 2:10:05Speaker 2: you cooked, well, you did it. There are many ingredients
- 2:10:09Speaker 2: required for our overall excelling. Your assignment is to pay
- 2:10:14Speaker 2: attention to every one of them, including the supposedly insignificant ones.
- 2:10:20Speaker 2: We emphasize orders like prayer and worship and word and character,
- 2:10:25Speaker 2: which is very important. But do not ignore leadership. Do
- 2:10:29Speaker 2: not ignore all of this. They will open the gates
- 2:10:33Speaker 2: of nations to you. They will bring help us who
- 2:10:35Speaker 2: will help you in the world. Pray for yourself in
- 2:10:38Speaker 2: one minute. Father, Now that I have heard these things,
- 2:10:41Speaker 2: may I be happy as I obtain grace to do them.
- 2:10:45Speaker 2: Go ahead and pray. Some of you, perhaps you are
- 2:10:47Speaker 2: hearing some of these things not for the first time,
- 2:10:50Speaker 2: but you have ignored them and you did not place
- 2:10:53Speaker 2: value on them. Here is God giving you another chance
- 2:10:56Speaker 2: to rewrite your story, to redirect your destiny.
- 2:10:59Speaker 5: Some want praying.
- 2:11:00Speaker 2: Go ahead and pray. Pray passionately as we prepare for
- 2:11:05Speaker 2: the knight. What trusting God for not foreign in this
- 2:11:08Speaker 2: place to night? What trusting God to bring his word
- 2:11:12Speaker 2: again
