- 1:48Speaker 5: Welcome back to the Son of a Boy Dad podcast.
- 1:50Speaker 5: Today it is May eleventh, It is one at twenty pm.
- 1:55Speaker 5: We're here live from HQ three. Welcome back.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Let me start you guys with the hypothetical drop it.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Who do you think would win in the soccer game,
- 2:04Speaker 1: the worst nation that qualifies for the World Cup or
- 2:09Speaker 1: the best Uber eats drivers in New York.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Uh, the worst nation? Probably the worst nation.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Really, I think I think it'd be really close to
- 2:21Speaker 1: be damn close and talented uber eats bicyclists in the
- 2:24Speaker 1: city they are. There's a there's a game that they
- 2:26Speaker 1: always have in the morning in Chinatown and it looks
- 2:28Speaker 1: fucking sick.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Yeah, what do they call it? Two taps to?
- 2:32Speaker 1: Is what that to?
- 2:34Speaker 2: What is it? One touch or two touch? What is it?
- 2:36Speaker 5: That's the one where you like you dribble it twice
- 2:38Speaker 5: and pass it back.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I don't know that.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Oh yeah, very big in the soccer community, the food bowl.
- 2:44Speaker 2: It's just a drill.
- 2:46Speaker 5: No, it's a little game that people play, you know
- 2:48Speaker 5: when they're sending circle.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Like people, oh kind of keep away ish, Nope, not
- 2:53Speaker 2: even close. I'm trying.
- 2:56Speaker 5: I'm trying, and I won't anymore, not even in the.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Oh like oh like when my Barcelona will stand in
- 3:03Speaker 1: a circle and do this and like yeah, but.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Typically they're not passing it. They're like juggling it.
- 3:08Speaker 2: So this is a drill. By the way, anything that
- 3:11Speaker 2: has cones is going to be a dress. This is
- 3:13Speaker 2: definitely a drill. But I was more so thinking just guys,
- 3:16Speaker 2: just you know, like Haki Sack.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Hacky Sack is also having a massive moment.
- 3:20Speaker 2: A you're talking about juggling.
- 3:22Speaker 5: Yeah, like this like what they're doing right here, that's
- 3:25Speaker 5: just juggling. But it's a game. You touch it twice
- 3:28Speaker 5: and then you pass it back and forth, one touch
- 3:30Speaker 5: juggling or it's two touch juggling. Yeah, fair enough.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Whatever. You got some wax in those ears this morning?
- 3:36Speaker 2: I don't brother enough. I just don't care.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I think if you add in the door dash drivers,
- 3:42Speaker 1: they definitely have.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Now we're talking.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Now, we're talking World Takeover episode.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yep.
- 3:51Speaker 1: We have guests on next week because we're all going
- 3:53Speaker 1: to be away next week. So Tuesday and Thursday of
- 3:56Speaker 1: next week we have guests episodes. Yes, banked, but had
- 4:00Speaker 1: to record today because the president has been killed.
- 4:04Speaker 2: That's why I wore black, oh man, imagine.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Because Chud the Builder is dead. We had to record
- 4:15Speaker 1: because Chudd the Builder has been shot dead in the streets.
- 4:19Speaker 1: The Builder the worst human, if the lowest vibration human
- 4:24Speaker 1: going right now.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Never heard of him? New new internet guy.
- 4:28Speaker 1: He's a new Internet guy.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Oh I've seen this guy.
- 4:31Speaker 1: He literally goes around Uh yeah, he's just like racist
- 4:34Speaker 1: Memphis and is just the or no not even Memphis, Nashville,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and it's just publicly racist, calls it black people to
- 4:41Speaker 1: N word to their face, and it's just counting his
- 4:44Speaker 1: days in this mortal coil.
- 4:46Speaker 2: That's tough.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Yeah, he's uh he's making millions.
- 4:53Speaker 2: This is the world.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Now he's made generally generational wealth.
- 4:57Speaker 2: It's time to adapt.
- 4:59Speaker 1: He owns Walmart. No, yeah, you got.
- 5:02Speaker 5: To get the backpack going, Francis. You got to start
- 5:05Speaker 5: getting real racist. Yeah me, Yeah, why because that's your
- 5:10Speaker 5: You're gonna be the you're the face.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Why you could take a fight. You've been training for
- 5:17Speaker 1: war and you didn't know it was a race war.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Actually, yeah, you had no idea what you were signing
- 5:22Speaker 2: up for.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I didn't we need We're going to go to China
- 5:25Speaker 1: and do it.
- 5:26Speaker 2: All this time. I thought I was preparing to defend
- 5:28Speaker 2: my children somehow.
- 5:29Speaker 1: No, no, No, didn't the dude vitally do this in Uh
- 5:33Speaker 1: he did it in like Thailand, And I don't even
- 5:34Speaker 1: think he was racist, but he was just going around
- 5:36Speaker 1: being disrespectful and they beat the ship out of him
- 5:39Speaker 1: and put him in jail.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Yeah. No, he's definitely racist.
- 5:41Speaker 5: He's got like videos where he's wearing like the swastika
- 5:44Speaker 5: armband and.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Ship yeah or yeah, yeah, Okay, I guess that's racist. Yeah,
- 5:49Speaker 1: I guess that passes. Yeah, he's like the original. But
- 5:52Speaker 1: my point is that other countries aren't even tolerating it at.
- 5:55Speaker 5: The level we are now definitely not.
- 5:57Speaker 1: He's like, it's actually free speech that I'm just allowed
- 5:59Speaker 1: to be racist people's faces.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Yeah, hm hmm.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Francis, you uh played an arena this weekend. Let's not
- 6:06Speaker 1: bury the league.
- 6:08Speaker 2: You're too interested in.
- 6:12Speaker 5: Chud and jud Judd the racist the builder?
- 6:18Speaker 1: Uh?
- 6:19Speaker 2: Was it? This?
- 6:19Speaker 1: Was it the best professional moment of your career? Because
- 6:24Speaker 1: from the outside looking in, it fucking looked like it.
- 6:27Speaker 2: You know, it was by the way, it was all
- 6:29Speaker 2: of those new common projects you got those are clean, They're.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Clean, They're old? Are there a year old? But somehow
- 6:35Speaker 1: they're clean?
- 6:36Speaker 2: CP?
- 6:37Speaker 1: Are they? I always loved CP?
- 6:41Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:41Speaker 1: How was it? It was awesome?
- 6:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it was really cool. It was It was uh,
- 6:45Speaker 2: you know, someone asked me afterwards, they were like, is
- 6:47Speaker 2: this one of those things that you built up in
- 6:49Speaker 2: your mind? Then after it was over, you were disappointed
- 6:51Speaker 2: or what? And I go, I said, no, you know what,
- 6:55Speaker 2: to be honest with you, I'm almost like disappointed in
- 6:58Speaker 2: how can tent I felt afterwards?
- 7:02Speaker 1: You just fell into his zen Like I.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Was so satisfied and so pleased by the experience that
- 7:09Speaker 2: I felt truly ready to like stop doing stand up forever.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I was like, that was the That was
- 7:16Speaker 2: everything I wanted it to be and more. And I
- 7:20Speaker 2: have reached the mountaintop on the shoulders of a giant
- 7:25Speaker 2: in Shane. He brought me there thanks, you know, to
- 7:28Speaker 2: his work and success, and I have seen the summit,
- 7:32Speaker 2: and uh, I don't need to go back up there again.
- 7:36Speaker 2: I don't know that I ever need. I certainly, let's
- 7:39Speaker 2: put it this way. Being an opener for someone else's
- 7:43Speaker 2: arena show at the TD Garden in Boston to me
- 7:47Speaker 2: is like if I had wondered about what the top
- 7:49Speaker 2: of Everest might look like and I got there in
- 7:51Speaker 2: a helicopter.
- 7:53Speaker 1: No, I think it's like I think it's like winning
- 7:56Speaker 1: a championship on a team where you're not the one
- 7:59Speaker 1: who scoring thirty points a game, but you're you're like
- 8:03Speaker 1: one of the starters.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah, ten rebounds. I don't think so, because you know
- 8:09Speaker 2: that's all. That's a lot of credit. Like I didn't
- 8:12Speaker 2: do anything to get Shane into the TV Garden at.
- 8:15Speaker 5: All now, but you still got to the point where
- 8:18Speaker 5: you could perform in the TD Garden.
- 8:20Speaker 1: That picture is insane.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I have so many like this. I mean, it was
- 8:24Speaker 2: I don't think it was beyond belief.
- 8:27Speaker 5: I feel like you cut your and yourself short. Yeah,
- 8:29Speaker 5: you're trying to You're trying to make it out like
- 8:31Speaker 5: it's born on third. Think you hit it, Think you
- 8:33Speaker 5: hit a triple thing. But I don't think it is.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I think I don't think I hit a triple I
- 8:38Speaker 2: think I was carried hunted everest by a Sherpa, the
- 8:43Speaker 2: greatest spa who ever lived. Not once did I let go.
- 8:46Speaker 5: But you you you did big. You didn't do arenas,
- 8:48Speaker 5: but you had done big rooms before you were friends
- 8:51Speaker 5: with Shane.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Look, I'm not trying to My point in this is
- 8:54Speaker 2: to say that I experienced every element of the arena, atmosphere,
- 9:02Speaker 2: the top of the game. This is the top of
- 9:04Speaker 2: the field of stand up comedy. There's nowhere I guess
- 9:08Speaker 2: he's doing the link in July, eighty thousand people in
- 9:11Speaker 2: a football stadium. All right, well it's.
- 9:13Speaker 5: About eight times the size four times four.
- 9:17Speaker 2: This is twenty Yeah. But aside from that, you know,
- 9:22Speaker 2: nobody does fucking football stadiums. This is the top of
- 9:25Speaker 2: the field. And I got off of stage and felt
- 9:30Speaker 2: so satisfied, and not one time did I ever have
- 9:35Speaker 2: I felt since boy, I really would like to achieve
- 9:39Speaker 2: that as my as a headliner myself, you.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Might be just cool. I think you're coming down still, No,
- 9:45Speaker 5: you're still cool.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Listen to me. It's important. First of all, I'm humble
- 9:49Speaker 2: enough to know that's not in the cards for me.
- 9:51Speaker 2: I would never get there myself, right to sell twenty thousand,
- 9:55Speaker 2: let alone sixty thousand that he sold across three nights,
- 9:59Speaker 2: I'm never gonn to get there, but I really fundamentally
- 10:02Speaker 2: don't need to. I got the taste, I breathed the
- 10:05Speaker 2: thin air, I felt the wisp of snow at the
- 10:09Speaker 2: top of Everest.
- 10:10Speaker 1: You saw the dead climbers along the way.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Yeah, files of track, planted my fucking flag, got the picture,
- 10:16Speaker 2: and then I walked down, and uh, it was the
- 10:20Speaker 2: thrill of my life. It really was. My parents came,
- 10:23Speaker 2: my closest friends came. I had a whole bunch of
- 10:27Speaker 2: people there.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Did you invite any enemies? I would definitely help them.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you got tot.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I welcome feather Off. No Decker feather Off.
- 10:35Speaker 2: I liked Andrew Decker feather Off. I like a seat.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Decker feather Off, have a seat. Main lobsterman who beat
- 10:42Speaker 1: me up in the road. Look at me now, bitch.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Reach out to an enemy and be like, hey, I'm
- 10:47Speaker 2: playing the Garden. Let me know if you want tickets,
- 10:48Speaker 2: And they're like, oh man, that'd be awesome. I didn't
- 10:50Speaker 2: think we liked each other. And I'm like, here, here's
- 10:51Speaker 2: the lenk. Yeah, game Time. I had a good deal
- 10:54Speaker 2: with game Time. Use code boy dad twenty five dollars. No,
- 11:02Speaker 2: it was. It was the coolest thing ever. I don't
- 11:04Speaker 2: even know like where to begin. I'm still kind of
- 11:06Speaker 2: in awe of the experience, and you know, coming down.
- 11:09Speaker 5: He's coming down still, well, what do you mean off
- 11:11Speaker 5: of it?
- 11:11Speaker 1: Like it's a high, You're still like, Hi, literally.
- 11:16Speaker 2: I'm done. I feel like you I'm done. First of all,
- 11:19Speaker 2: it was the last show on my Winter Spring tour. Yeah,
- 11:23Speaker 2: and so now I'm truly like done touring until September.
- 11:26Speaker 2: It's a good way to go out, and I might
- 11:28Speaker 2: not go.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Back out there, go out on top, win the championship.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Lway, what else am I supposed to do?
- 11:34Speaker 5: I feel like you just can't be the same person
- 11:37Speaker 5: you were before you went on stage at the Garden.
- 11:40Speaker 5: You're right about I feel like you get off and
- 11:42Speaker 5: You're like, Okay, so now I'm someone that talks to
- 11:44Speaker 5: twenty thousand people at once, and I'm like, a, you're
- 11:47Speaker 5: up there with like dictators.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Now I said that, I was like, I felt like
- 11:53Speaker 2: a televent. I feel like Joel Austin.
- 11:55Speaker 5: There's like a handful of people who have spoken in
- 11:57Speaker 5: front of that many people at once.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Correct, And and the light is so bright on you
- 12:03Speaker 2: and it's dark. This is an overexposed photo, but it's
- 12:08Speaker 2: so dark outside of the ring of the small stage
- 12:11Speaker 2: in the center. You really there's some real like God like, yeah,
- 12:17Speaker 2: you're flirting a little with God's syndrome there.
- 12:20Speaker 5: I will say, I don't want to uh, you know,
- 12:22Speaker 5: I don't want to glaze too hard, but I will say,
- 12:25Speaker 5: like you can definitely like watching the roast last night
- 12:28Speaker 5: and maybe I maybe this is just me just looking
- 12:30Speaker 5: in too much into it, but like, did it not
- 12:32Speaker 5: seem like Shane's like noticeably more comfortable in front of
- 12:35Speaker 5: those like big crowds from doing all these arenas.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Absolutely, and he ran his roast jokes all three nights
- 12:43Speaker 2: at the Garden yeah. Yeah. And the fact that he
- 12:47Speaker 2: treats the TD Garden yeah as a workshop.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Well he can't get to the clubs. You gotta hit
- 12:55Speaker 1: it well you can.
- 12:55Speaker 2: He pulled out his papers. Everyone was cool. He's just
- 12:59Speaker 2: like workshop been up there, that's how comfortable he is.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Oh yeah. The contrast for the first show on Thursday,
- 13:06Speaker 2: I did not sleep one single minute the night before. Yeah,
- 13:09Speaker 2: I drove from New York to Boston, which took all
- 13:11Speaker 2: of five hours with traffic. My eyes were so bloodshot
- 13:16Speaker 2: when I arrived in Boston and couldn't take a nap.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Was so jacked up.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Yeah, he probably got the best sleep of his life.
- 13:24Speaker 1: They probably had to wake him up five minutes before
- 13:26Speaker 1: the set, like when Christian Bale would fall asleep on
- 13:28Speaker 1: the set of The Dark Night because he was just
- 13:30Speaker 1: so comfortable before scenes.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Jane, they're waiting for you. Oh fuck all right, Oh
- 13:37Speaker 2: my man, dude. That's another thing. His entrance song when
- 13:45Speaker 2: it's time for him to come on and that montage plays. Yeah,
- 13:49Speaker 2: I saw it twice from the I was in the tunnel. Yeah,
- 13:53Speaker 2: I was so electrified by that and I just like
- 13:57Speaker 2: couldn't contain myself. No, No, it's truly like it. I mean,
- 14:02Speaker 2: it was the coolest shit I've ever fucking seen. It
- 14:04Speaker 2: got me so jacked up. And then you know, on
- 14:08Speaker 2: Thursday before the show, I was I was truly just
- 14:10Speaker 2: like having to remind myself to swallow. Yeah, And I
- 14:14Speaker 2: was so afraid that I was going to get on
- 14:15Speaker 2: stage and just have an absolute mind blank. Yeah. Yeah,
- 14:19Speaker 2: you told me, you said that you were you were
- 14:20Speaker 2: going to throw up on some I thought I was
- 14:22Speaker 2: going to throw up on stage.
- 14:23Speaker 5: Yeah, there was exactly what I would have been thinking.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Yeah. I was so fucking terrified. And then on the
- 14:31Speaker 2: drive in, I had this idea for a joke. I
- 14:33Speaker 2: wanted to start with Roan, You'll appreciate this, And I
- 14:37Speaker 2: was worried about it because I'd never told it before.
- 14:39Speaker 2: It was kind of like an ad lib thing. So
- 14:41Speaker 2: I call my one, my true, trusted, closest comedian friend,
- 14:45Speaker 2: closest comedian friend who you know, when has he's called me,
- 14:48Speaker 2: I have picked up immediately. In fact, the last time
- 14:51Speaker 2: we had a comedy conversation, I actually looked at how
- 14:53Speaker 2: much time we spent talking about it. For his issue,
- 14:56Speaker 2: it was forty six minutes on the phone. Forty six yeah,
- 14:59Speaker 2: six minutes time, long time on the phone. And uh
- 15:03Speaker 2: So I called this guy and I was like, I
- 15:06Speaker 2: really just you know, needed three minutes to run this
- 15:09Speaker 2: joke and be like, do you think that's gonna fly? Like?
- 15:11Speaker 2: What do you think I should do that? In front
- 15:12Speaker 2: twenty thousand people? You had him brick wall?
- 15:16Speaker 1: What?
- 15:18Speaker 2: Yeah, the Green Monster ran right into him. No, just
- 15:23Speaker 2: an absolute brick fucking wall. No, no text back. Usually
- 15:27Speaker 2: I'll get a text back being like, hey man, I'm uh,
- 15:31Speaker 2: I'm I'm you know, sitting up. What's what's going on?
- 15:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm breathing right now.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Sorry, dude, I gotta tie my shoes in a few minutes.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Wait does this shower today?
- 15:42Speaker 1: I can't talk right now.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm thinking about something if you'll give me like
- 15:47Speaker 2: a few days.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Not even that, not that.
- 15:51Speaker 5: When connect we were able to connect down the road
- 15:54Speaker 5: though luckily.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Yeah after the shows when after I the joke bombed
- 15:59Speaker 2: because I did it. Joke the joke was. I went
- 16:02Speaker 2: up and I said, and you got to kind of
- 16:06Speaker 2: let me finish it because you'll see why I said
- 16:08Speaker 2: what I said. Okay, but I went up and I
- 16:10Speaker 2: was like, you know, nice to see you Wall. Thanks
- 16:12Speaker 2: to everyone up in the top top rows up there
- 16:16Speaker 2: in the back. It wasn't too long ago. That I
- 16:19Speaker 2: was a lowly lacrosse player at Harvard just down the road.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Booze booing, yeah, booing, what like a lot of booze,
- 16:32Speaker 2: Not like, uh, he's he's just being a you know,
- 16:37Speaker 2: fucking self aware douchebag. Like we didn't know that and
- 16:40Speaker 2: we didn't need to, and now we read so why
- 16:44Speaker 2: would you have said that? Ten seconds in? Why would
- 16:48Speaker 2: you have said that? And I was like, oh, and
- 16:51Speaker 2: I go uh. I was a lowly Harvard lacrosse player
- 16:54Speaker 2: and the Celtics were playing Game seven against the Atlanta Hawks.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I think it was the Eastern Conference semis and my buddy,
- 17:00Speaker 2: my best friend and I decided to scrounge up the
- 17:03Speaker 2: last of our cocaine money and buy tickets to go
- 17:07Speaker 2: to the game. And we sat up there and our
- 17:09Speaker 2: noses bled for a different reason. But the Celtics beat
- 17:13Speaker 2: the Hawks in Game seven. So I'm one of you.
- 17:15Speaker 2: I understand the joke was meant to be, like, you know,
- 17:19Speaker 2: I'm a douchebag. I'm paying for Celtics tickets with cocaine money.
- 17:24Speaker 2: You know, I understand your plight, working class blue collar
- 17:29Speaker 2: people in the nosebleed seats, nosebleed joke.
- 17:31Speaker 1: That should be good.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Those bleed joke did all right. It came around in
- 17:35Speaker 2: the end. But but dude, the Harvard mentioned was a
- 17:37Speaker 2: huge mistake. One of those things that I'm sure Boston's
- 17:41Speaker 2: own Duxbury zone we call her representative. Harry Settle. We
- 17:48Speaker 2: had a long conversation. I think you can get there
- 17:51Speaker 2: without that. So I was like, I know Shane's audience,
- 17:56Speaker 2: they're not into that kind of a thing. I wouldn't
- 17:58Speaker 2: do it. That's a big risk.
- 18:00Speaker 5: When we talked about this, I was like, dude, look
- 18:02Speaker 5: like I would have definitely like helped you out. I
- 18:04Speaker 5: was like, no, part of me would have been like, yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 5: drop the Harvard part. They're gonna boo, you start raining
- 18:10Speaker 5: down booms.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, it was. It was touch and go there
- 18:14Speaker 2: for a minute.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Harry didn't answer because he was in the nosebleeds booing.
- 18:21Speaker 2: He was filming it off fucking Matt in Shane's read it.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Believe this.
- 18:31Speaker 5: But yeah, you said, uh, talk more about the beginning
- 18:35Speaker 5: because you got you had to go out cold.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I went out cold. You're the first person.
- 18:39Speaker 1: To go out And the first words they heard was
- 18:41Speaker 1: Harvard lacrosse.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Yes, and they booed it.
- 18:44Speaker 1: The first words out of their mouth was boo.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Yeah. A lot of people.
- 18:48Speaker 1: God.
- 18:50Speaker 2: In fact, I could actually see people who were being
- 18:53Speaker 2: ushered to their seats by the ushers who weren't paying attention,
- 18:56Speaker 2: and they heard that and they're like moving to their
- 18:59Speaker 2: chairs and they're like, I saw ushers booing. I saw
- 19:05Speaker 2: people with little flashlights.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Boo, Harbor. They're not supposed to boo.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Not the USh titled dicks.
- 19:14Speaker 1: How'd you dig out from that? I guess it's not
- 19:17Speaker 1: that bad.
- 19:18Speaker 2: I got into my jokes, thank god. The first five minutes,
- 19:22Speaker 2: and Shane had warned me about this, and I actually
- 19:25Speaker 2: called Soda on the way too, because he opened for
- 19:28Speaker 2: Shane at the Madison Square Garden. It went first we
- 19:30Speaker 2: saw that show, Oh yeah, And I was like, I'm
- 19:33Speaker 2: going first. Do you have any tips? And he's like, look,
- 19:35Speaker 2: you just need to know that the first five minutes
- 19:37Speaker 2: are going to be tough. But it doesn't mean that
- 19:39Speaker 2: you're not doing well. It just means that people are
- 19:41Speaker 2: not seated. Yeah, and at some point people will be
- 19:46Speaker 2: seated by in a critical mass and you'll start doing well.
- 19:48Speaker 2: But like, assume you're going to perform that first five
- 19:51Speaker 2: minutes for the front ten rows or something. Yeah, so
- 19:54Speaker 2: that's kind of what I did. I just moved forward,
- 19:56Speaker 2: kept the energy up, and then I have a joke
- 19:58Speaker 2: six or seven minutes in the like one of my
- 20:00Speaker 2: better jokes.
- 20:01Speaker 5: And did you do that on purpose? Like did you
- 20:03Speaker 5: change it at all? So it was like, I'm going
- 20:05Speaker 5: to have my best stuff in the like five minutes in.
- 20:08Speaker 2: No, I couldn't. I couldn't. I couldn't do that. I
- 20:13Speaker 2: had run the fifteen minutes set like four times on Tuesday,
- 20:18Speaker 2: uh before I left. But I mean, I don't know.
- 20:23Speaker 2: I just have time to like really rework a whole so.
- 20:27Speaker 5: Like weird to be like, I guess I'm gonna go
- 20:29Speaker 5: up and bomb for the first five and then try to.
- 20:32Speaker 2: I also thought that if I did that, I risked
- 20:37Speaker 2: yeah ever coming over. Yeah Yeah, if I started week
- 20:42Speaker 2: they anyone who was listening wouldn't have bought in. Yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 2: And look, I mean I think that's probably true. You know,
- 20:47Speaker 2: Blizz was there, and I don't think he'd mind me saying, like,
- 20:52Speaker 2: you know that video of him in.
- 20:53Speaker 5: Toronto where he was in Boston.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Yeah, he was in the with us, the video of
- 21:00Speaker 2: in Toronto bombing and getting booed en mass by the
- 21:04Speaker 2: entire arena and then stepping off the stage and being
- 21:08Speaker 2: like I'm just gonna leave, and then it's a cold
- 21:09Speaker 2: stage for like ten minutes. I think that, Uh, I
- 21:13Speaker 2: mean that video was burned. Yeah, yeah, of course. And
- 21:18Speaker 2: it was the specter of that failure that hung over
- 21:24Speaker 2: my head and caused so much anxiety because I wouldn't
- 21:28Speaker 2: have thought that was possible.
- 21:29Speaker 5: No, No, you think in your because I remember, like,
- 21:31Speaker 5: I'm the same, like I haven't even done it, and
- 21:33Speaker 5: it's still engraved in my head. Yeah. The sheer possibility
- 21:37Speaker 5: of that even.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Happen, that that is a possibility is what makes this
- 21:41Speaker 2: so terrible.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Yeah, is there other examples of people doing that, of
- 21:45Speaker 1: people going through that, because I've never seen that before.
- 21:49Speaker 2: I think Tiffany Hattish bomb for an entire theater where
- 21:52Speaker 2: everyone started booing.
- 21:54Speaker 5: I think, like, the thing is like in your head,
- 21:56Speaker 5: you're always like, what's the worst it's gonna happen. I'm
- 21:59Speaker 5: gonna bomb, and then it's like, no, twenty thousand people
- 22:03Speaker 5: desire and clips of this side viral out. I'm not
- 22:06Speaker 5: selling another ticket for the rest of my life if
- 22:09Speaker 5: that happens to me. That is my credibility as a
- 22:12Speaker 5: stand up gone.
- 22:13Speaker 1: So it's better to have like a bad sexual assault
- 22:16Speaker 1: claim against you.
- 22:18Speaker 2: I'd rather your career. I've seen files. I had to
- 22:20Speaker 2: be like, you know, lobbing Molotov cocktails in the Goza
- 22:26Speaker 2: or something like your career kindergarten for your career than that. Yeah.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Whatever the point is though, that, like you know, I
- 22:35Speaker 2: that was the fear. Once I was getting laughs, I thought,
- 22:39Speaker 2: I know where this set goes. It builds. Yeah, now
- 22:42Speaker 2: that they're in, I'm gonna be fine, and then I
- 22:44Speaker 2: could enjoy it. What was crazy too, though, was that, Uh,
- 22:49Speaker 2: it's such an overwhelming sea of people and you're in
- 22:52Speaker 2: the round. I was just like spinning like a top.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Were you like? I was like walking in circles around
- 22:59Speaker 2: the state because I kept thinking, like, don't turn your
- 23:01Speaker 2: back to anyone. But you can't. Yeah, there's always going
- 23:04Speaker 2: to be somebody who can't see your face. Yeah, but
- 23:07Speaker 2: then they you know, they have the big cameras and
- 23:09Speaker 2: stuff like that.
- 23:09Speaker 1: But on your back.
- 23:12Speaker 5: Was it like hot as shit up there?
- 23:14Speaker 2: Now? No, it was fine.
- 23:16Speaker 5: I would expect it to be like the temperature of
- 23:18Speaker 5: the sun.
- 23:18Speaker 2: No, it was I would argue it might have been
- 23:22Speaker 2: even chilly, because the arena was kind of chilly. The
- 23:27Speaker 2: fucking enormity of it is something you cannot describe. It's
- 23:34Speaker 2: like you hear your voice echoing and and it's all
- 23:41Speaker 2: the way up in the top. It hits these and
- 23:43Speaker 2: Shame made the point after when we went back on stage,
- 23:45Speaker 2: after they cleared the arena. He pointed to like one
- 23:49Speaker 2: small section below the skyboxes and he goes, that's a club.
- 23:55Speaker 2: That's a club. That's a club, a full club, like
- 23:59Speaker 2: a like Action seventeen Rose ten to full on, like
- 24:03Speaker 2: restaurant bar. It's a full sold out Helium Philly right there.
- 24:08Speaker 5: Oh, I see what you mean. I thought you meant
- 24:09Speaker 5: like it's an actual like.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Like this part we're looking right there. That's the best
- 24:13Speaker 2: weekend you've.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Ever Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that is crazy.
- 24:17Speaker 2: The folding chairs in front of the If I showed
- 24:20Speaker 2: up to like, you know, Detroit fucking House of Comedy
- 24:24Speaker 2: or whatever, yeah, might I'd be thrilled.
- 24:27Speaker 5: You would be the biggest crowd you've ever seen, I
- 24:29Speaker 5: mean until now.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Yeah, honestly, it'd be It might be hard to get
- 24:34Speaker 1: this high.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Again, You might have to.
- 24:36Speaker 5: Might you might be right, I think the tour is over.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Or it's heroin or it's like you're chasing the dragon.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Yeah, or just like start doing like public speaking in
- 24:45Speaker 5: like Times Square.
- 24:48Speaker 2: I mean it was it was like the coolest thing.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Ever, how'd you pick your outfits?
- 24:55Speaker 2: I made a mistake on the second one. You should
- 24:58Speaker 2: not wear white. And I don't know if you guys
- 25:01Speaker 2: have a picture of the second show, but the first
- 25:04Speaker 2: one I wore black suede jacket, black swede pants and
- 25:07Speaker 2: a white shirt underneath, which was fine because of the black.
- 25:09Speaker 2: But the second one I wore sort of like a
- 25:12Speaker 2: khaki light over a white shirt, and I was washed
- 25:16Speaker 2: out on the camera. Yes, just you have to wear
- 25:18Speaker 2: dark clothing.
- 25:19Speaker 1: First one, it was perfect though, dark Johnny Cash, Yeah.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Black, all black. I felt pretty cool, very cash.
- 25:26Speaker 1: What did your parents say? Were they losing it?
- 25:27Speaker 2: So that was the coolest part, right, which was that
- 25:31Speaker 2: when my set ended and I had told Shane this
- 25:33Speaker 2: story and he was like, you should tell that on
- 25:35Speaker 2: stage if you think you can get through it emotionally.
- 25:39Speaker 2: And I ended my set and I said if I may,
- 25:42Speaker 2: I was like, that's my time. Everyone was nice, they cheered,
- 25:44Speaker 2: and then I was like, if I May. When I
- 25:46Speaker 2: was a kid, I got very sick and I came
- 25:49Speaker 2: out of the hospital kind of destroyed, and my sense
- 25:53Speaker 2: of hope was destroyed. And my dad got us a
- 25:55Speaker 2: ten game package to the Celtics to revive my spirits,
- 25:58Speaker 2: and we came. We would come down to see Antoine
- 26:01Speaker 2: Walker and Paul Pierce and Tony Batti and all these
- 26:03Speaker 2: guys by Tally Potapenko, and it was that Celtics team
- 26:08Speaker 2: that like restored my hope as a young boy. And
- 26:11Speaker 2: to be on the same floor as those Celtics with
- 26:16Speaker 2: my parents here tonight is more special than you'll ever know.
- 26:20Speaker 2: And people started cheering, and I said, thank you Shane,
- 26:22Speaker 2: thanks Mom and dad, thank you Boston. Please welcome Bobby Kelly.
- 26:28Speaker 2: And to be able to fucking Bobby was hilarious. He goes,
- 26:34Speaker 2: Bobby comes up, he goes like, I didn't even tell
- 26:36Speaker 2: my mom I'm here this weekend. I'm from Boston. My
- 26:41Speaker 2: parents don't even fucking know I'm here.
- 26:44Speaker 1: That's hilarious.
- 26:45Speaker 2: And he was like afterwards, I was like, thanks for
- 26:48Speaker 2: letting me do that part at the end, and he
- 26:50Speaker 2: was like, oh, you gave me a good bit. Yeah,
- 26:53Speaker 2: but yeah, So to be able to thank my parents
- 26:56Speaker 2: hilarious at that place. Like again, I just feel compleat.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I feel done. Yeah, it's pretty sick. I've reached the
- 27:03Speaker 2: end of the road.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Nah, it's just gotta get in there.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I don't need to got to I'm done on the
- 27:12Speaker 2: fifty yard line. I'm happy. What else is there for
- 27:16Speaker 2: me to achieve, Gellette bro short of being that being
- 27:20Speaker 2: the guy, which again I don't think I ever will
- 27:22Speaker 2: and I don't need to. There's nothing higher. It's gotta
- 27:26Speaker 2: be tough being the guy.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Correct, he's just dicking around. He's fucking doing uh yeah, yeah, practicing.
- 27:33Speaker 2: For Netflix after our Saturday show, after which I'm pretty
- 27:37Speaker 2: sure he was exhausted. Yeah, he got on a plane
- 27:41Speaker 2: straight from the show to go back to LA to
- 27:43Speaker 2: get ready for the roast the next day.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Yeah, that's crazy, which is literally the next day that
- 27:48Speaker 1: it was Sunday?
- 27:49Speaker 5: Right, correct, Well, I guess when they're paying you billions,
- 27:53Speaker 5: it's worth it.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Yeah, let's talk about the roast really quick.
- 27:59Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, was great. I mean, I I thought it
- 28:02Speaker 5: was great. I enjoyed it a lot, me too. I
- 28:04Speaker 5: was howling laughing.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I thought Chud the builder killed Chud was phenomenal Chudley.
- 28:12Speaker 1: I only watched the I watched the first half this
- 28:14Speaker 1: morning at six thirty am. I thought it was good.
- 28:16Speaker 2: I thought it was really good. Did you have a favorite?
- 28:18Speaker 2: Did you have favorites? And yeah, I mean I thought
- 28:21Speaker 2: Shane was the best by far. He was.
- 28:25Speaker 5: I thought he killed the whole like I thought the
- 28:26Speaker 5: whole night.
- 28:27Speaker 2: He was hilarious, trying to play the next garden.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Trying to hit on that Lincoln so wearing the Eagles gear.
- 28:34Speaker 1: You might think you're from Philly.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Can't let me have it? Four times?
- 28:39Speaker 5: Yeah, TD Gardens School? But did you ever do the Lincoln.
- 28:43Speaker 1: High ceiling?
- 28:44Speaker 2: I remember performing inside, performing in doors school. All the
- 28:49Speaker 2: sound is draped climate control. That's great. Oh you didn't
- 28:53Speaker 2: have a four jet fly.
- 28:55Speaker 5: Safe actually carried me onto the stage.
- 28:57Speaker 2: There was no national anthem before. Yeah.
- 29:02Speaker 5: No, I thought I thought chan was good. I thought
- 29:03Speaker 5: I thought that that Uh what was the guy's name?
- 29:07Speaker 6: A name?
- 29:08Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 29:08Speaker 5: I thought he was really funny.
- 29:10Speaker 2: He was incredibly bold.
- 29:12Speaker 5: Yeah, but I didn't really get the crazy the ending,
- 29:16Speaker 5: That's what I was gonna say. I didn't really get
- 29:17Speaker 5: the end of the peat thing too. What was with that?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Was that him?
- 29:20Speaker 5: That was like they just turned to Pete Davidson and
- 29:22Speaker 5: was like I don't like you.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that was.
- 29:24Speaker 5: That was crazy. He was like, no joke or anything.
- 29:26Speaker 5: Then he just moved on. I was like, Oh, I
- 29:28Speaker 5: was like, I wonder what happened there.
- 29:32Speaker 1: It's funny if it's nothing.
- 29:33Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, but yeah he he fucking killed. He was funny.
- 29:37Speaker 5: I mean really everyone, I thought everyone was funny.
- 29:40Speaker 2: I thought Big Jay's stood out to me. Yeah, Big
- 29:42Speaker 2: Jakes the most innovative. Yeah, I thought his where like
- 29:47Speaker 2: his jokes had so much nuance to him when he
- 29:50Speaker 2: was like I did a movie with Lizzo and I
- 29:53Speaker 2: got in trouble when she did a scene in her
- 29:56Speaker 2: stripper clothes and I started a slow class.
- 29:59Speaker 5: Yeah that was really funny.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Yeah. Or like when he pretended that he pretended that
- 30:07Speaker 2: Keith was dead, that was momorium. Yeah, that was so
- 30:10Speaker 2: subtle and so inside. Yeah, but that was fucking hilarious. Yeah.
- 30:16Speaker 2: A lot of pieces like that that. I don't know that.
- 30:19Speaker 5: The ten thousand dollars thing is really funny too.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Yeah, it's assultingly low.
- 30:27Speaker 5: I'm trying to think of who else was who else
- 30:29Speaker 5: I thought was really funny.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I thought Pete was really good. Yeah, Pete was really good.
- 30:33Speaker 1: He was really pretty ruthless. Yeah, but that's great though.
- 30:38Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean really everyone was good. I I do
- 30:42Speaker 5: agree with what we were talking about the Dave thing
- 30:43Speaker 5: a little bit, Like I do agree. I don't really
- 30:46Speaker 5: think that the celebrities need to, like I get for
- 30:49Speaker 5: some people that might be like a big factor in it.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Like for say, the day.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Thing for people who don't know, was Dave was on
- 30:57Speaker 1: Wake Up Barstool this morning.
- 30:58Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, talking about like drama on Green, like reading
- 31:01Speaker 5: the jokes off the teleprompter and then everyone being like
- 31:03Speaker 5: he killed And it's like like, well, I will say, like,
- 31:07Speaker 5: I mean, they all have writers, so that doesn't really matter,
- 31:09Speaker 5: Like they all have writers. But also it's like why
- 31:11Speaker 5: is Draymond Green telling jokes at a roast? Like why
- 31:14Speaker 5: is that happening?
- 31:16Speaker 2: That's probably because Netflix is like about to launch a
- 31:19Speaker 2: new show with him. Oh really, it would be my guess.
- 31:22Speaker 2: I don't know his podcast on Netflix. I don't know.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Con Coward.
- 31:30Speaker 5: I mean I guess like he was he was, Oh,
- 31:33Speaker 5: Jeff Ross was really funny.
- 31:35Speaker 2: Really really good. This list is long or is wrong?
- 31:40Speaker 2: I mean to say that AI ship bro Tony was funny.
- 31:47Speaker 2: I thought that Draymond Green had one of the jokes
- 31:49Speaker 2: of the night actually where he said I haven't and
- 31:52Speaker 2: I never will bang. Uh, what's her name, Chelsea Handler?
- 31:57Speaker 2: Chelsea Handler, I'm Draymond Green. I don't hit threes. Yeah,
- 32:01Speaker 2: but I don't know.
- 32:02Speaker 5: That's like an old joke that's been done, that's old
- 32:05Speaker 5: and told you didn't like it. I feel like that joke,
- 32:08Speaker 5: that joke is in every roast.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Okay, fine, I mean I think it's fine, but I
- 32:12Speaker 1: think it is.
- 32:13Speaker 2: I thought it was self deprecating from him. It was
- 32:16Speaker 2: so specific to him.
- 32:18Speaker 5: Look, I got nothing against Raymond Green. I thought like
- 32:20Speaker 5: he was good, he was funny. I just don't really
- 32:23Speaker 5: know why all the why they feel the need to
- 32:26Speaker 5: have the celebrities like I guess it's good for views,
- 32:28Speaker 5: but it's like, does anyone really want to see Tom
- 32:31Speaker 5: Brady roasting Kevin Hart?
- 32:32Speaker 2: Is there anyone that's really at people? Do a lot
- 32:35Speaker 2: of people want Tom Brady there? Given that he did
- 32:37Speaker 2: the last one?
- 32:39Speaker 5: Look, I love Brady Brady. I'm a Patriots fan. I
- 32:42Speaker 5: love Brady.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Doesn't sound like you do.
- 32:44Speaker 5: I don't think he is good on that kind of stuff,
- 32:48Speaker 5: Like I think it's just like insane.
- 32:50Speaker 1: I think that there's like but I think there when
- 32:52Speaker 1: it goes great. One people like to see them laughing
- 32:54Speaker 1: at jokes. But two, like at the James Franco roast
- 32:58Speaker 1: and it was all his like famous friends doing it. Yeah,
- 33:00Speaker 1: that was very funny. That made it funnier.
- 33:03Speaker 5: Who were his famous friends? Funny comedian?
- 33:07Speaker 1: Funny comedian?

- 35:30Speaker 5: Yeah, it's just like it's like every time I watch it,
- 35:34Speaker 5: I'm like, I don't think it's gonna be funny, and
- 35:36Speaker 5: then I'm like, this is actually really fucking funny.
- 35:38Speaker 1: I was laughing out loud in the morning.
- 35:40Speaker 5: Yeah, alone, And then I'm like the w like this
- 35:43Speaker 5: one wasn't as bad as the Brady one. Like the
- 35:45Speaker 5: Brady one was like you got Gronk, he got Edelman,
- 35:49Speaker 5: you got all these and it's like no one cares
- 35:51Speaker 5: what you got, Like you're not. That's the thing where
- 35:53Speaker 5: I get what Dave is saying. It's like it's like
- 35:55Speaker 5: they're doing all these jokes. And they're like all these digs,
- 35:57Speaker 5: but it's like they're not even your own jokes. So
- 35:59Speaker 5: it's like the digs are.
- 36:00Speaker 2: And they're not delivering them. Right. Yeah, Look, the Serena
- 36:03Speaker 2: and Venus thing was not That didn't land for me,
- 36:06Speaker 2: yeah at all. Yeah, it was uncomfortable.
- 36:08Speaker 5: I just wish it was like they would lean like
- 36:10Speaker 5: if they're gonna go celebrities, you know, like get Chappelle,
- 36:14Speaker 5: get those people.
- 36:16Speaker 1: But no disrespect, but like people aren't tuning in for
- 36:19Speaker 1: some of the comedians who are great roasters. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 36:22Speaker 1: you're right, Netflix, like you need star power to have people.
- 36:25Speaker 5: Yeah, Brady probably brings in an extra twenty million views.
- 36:28Speaker 2: Yeah. The Cat Williams part confused me. Why. First of all,
- 36:34Speaker 2: I don't know that I was aware that they had
- 36:36Speaker 2: been I don't think I was either.
- 36:38Speaker 5: I don't that I'll be honest. I also have not
- 36:41Speaker 5: seen the Cat Williams part.
- 36:42Speaker 2: I was. I had to go back for the bush.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Oh we were great, so whole thing. Kat Williams came
- 36:47Speaker 2: out as a surprise appearance.
- 36:49Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, right at the end, right, and they kind.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Of like kind of like end of the middle. Oh okay,
- 36:56Speaker 2: I would say and he came out and did a roast.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Oh my god, this was so funny. He goes just
- 37:08Speaker 2: because Kevin Wait, don't, don't change it. Just because Kevin
- 37:11Speaker 2: went to Diddy parties does not mean he did something wrong.
- 37:14Speaker 2: The fact that he gets uncomfortable when you bring it
- 37:17Speaker 2: up to him, that's what means he did something wrong.
- 37:20Speaker 5: That is funny because he did get uncomfortable every time
- 37:24Speaker 5: someone brought it up.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, but I mean, look they Kat Williams came out.
- 37:30Speaker 2: It was not He alluded to the beef. He like
- 37:34Speaker 2: talked about it a bunch and they and then roasted
- 37:39Speaker 2: him in a non like appreciative way, just roast kind of.
- 37:44Speaker 2: And then when he finished, Kevin stood up and was like,
- 37:47Speaker 2: let's squash the beef right now. They shook hands. Everyone
- 37:51Speaker 2: went nuts. And then when Kevin Hart does his monologue
- 37:54Speaker 2: at the end, he's like, you guys all say I'm
- 37:57Speaker 2: not a good actor, Then how the fuck was I
- 38:00Speaker 2: able to make Kat Williams think I'd squashed the beef
- 38:02Speaker 2: with him earlier? Like I was acting I hate that motherfucker.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, but I mean I think I don't know
- 38:07Speaker 2: it was just like I didn't I don't know I
- 38:11Speaker 2: wasn't moment.
- 38:13Speaker 5: Yeah, I kind of felt like Kevin Hart was like
- 38:16Speaker 5: the least natural person on like you you could tell
- 38:19Speaker 5: he was acting the whole time.
- 38:22Speaker 2: He has to do that. Yeah, he has to make
- 38:24Speaker 2: the jokes that all those comics are saying okay by
- 38:27Speaker 2: being like, it's okay, we can laugh at this.
- 38:29Speaker 5: Who was the one that said they were like they
- 38:31Speaker 5: were like, what a better way to do than like
- 38:32Speaker 5: to pretend you're having fun on here all people make
- 38:35Speaker 5: fun of you or something. Someone made a joke about him,
- 38:36Speaker 5: like his fake laughing. Yeah, I forget who.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I hate when people stand up while they're getting Yeah.
- 38:41Speaker 5: Yeah, when Shane kept on going, thanks Kevin, you would
- 38:45Speaker 5: stand yeah.
- 38:48Speaker 1: Like Tony stood up. Just uh just takes me out
- 38:51Speaker 1: of it a.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Little takes me out. I liked when Shane went. I
- 38:54Speaker 2: liked when Shane went he was like, Okay, this is
- 38:56Speaker 2: going all right? Yeah, Like I didn't think it was
- 38:59Speaker 2: gonna be as good as the brain We're okay.
- 39:02Speaker 5: Yeah, that was great. That's where I met though. He
- 39:05Speaker 5: was killing Like everything he said was yeah. Yeah, I agreed,
- 39:08Speaker 5: Like he like the difference between him hosting the SP's
- 39:11Speaker 5: and hosting that was like night and day for me,
- 39:13Speaker 5: Like he seemed so comfortable.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Totally totally. Did you think that the Chelsea Handler set
- 39:21Speaker 2: was angry?
- 39:22Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, so the Chelsea Handler set, I actually thought
- 39:25Speaker 5: she was really funny. I did think that, like it's it.
- 39:31Speaker 5: It was a little like preachy and uh, like the
- 39:34Speaker 5: thing with the like when when you go the route
- 39:37Speaker 5: of like I'm gonna like she got on stage and
- 39:39Speaker 5: she said like she's making fun of Tony and Chane
- 39:41Speaker 5: being like you know, like you guys, well she called
- 39:44Speaker 5: them all statutory rapist, which I thought was weird, but
- 39:46Speaker 5: then she was like, uh she said like they helped
- 39:50Speaker 5: get Trump elected and all this stuff and was like
- 39:52Speaker 5: saying all this shit, and then like ten minutes later
- 39:55Speaker 5: down the set she got like so it's like, okay,
- 39:57Speaker 5: you're gonna do that. You're gonna go like the super
- 39:59Speaker 5: you know, politically correct, whatever you want to call it.
- 40:02Speaker 5: But then like the end of her set, she's telling
- 40:03Speaker 5: the story about like, uh, like Kevin Hart sending her
- 40:07Speaker 5: a private plane to fly from yeah, Spain to LA
- 40:12Speaker 5: to make a five minute appearance on Funny af And
- 40:15Speaker 5: it's like I don't know, like what, like you can't
- 40:17Speaker 5: have the moral high ground, like play that role and
- 40:20Speaker 5: then be like, yeah, I chartered a five hundred thousand
- 40:23Speaker 5: dollars playing to go do a five minute appearance on
- 40:25Speaker 5: a TV show. Like I feel like those are like
- 40:27Speaker 5: because it's like you're trying when you when you say
- 40:29Speaker 5: the thing about like like Tony and Chaine all this,
- 40:33Speaker 5: you're trying to get on that.
- 40:34Speaker 1: You're saying like more than more black dudes who've been
- 40:36Speaker 1: killed in LA Yeah.
- 40:37Speaker 5: Yeah, like you're trying to get on the side of
- 40:39Speaker 5: the people of like we are the morally high ground people,
- 40:43Speaker 5: like we're we know what's best. But then you're going
- 40:45Speaker 5: and telling a story it's like you're not that person.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe like you're playing a part that you're not
- 40:50Speaker 2: just to play devil's advocate there. I think her side
- 40:53Speaker 2: that she was on was women. She was being like yeah, yeah,
- 40:57Speaker 2: stup there, and that was why she was like, I'm
- 40:59Speaker 2: not gonna telling it. I'm not going to waste my
- 41:01Speaker 2: time telling jokes about like the other women on this
- 41:04Speaker 2: dais or whatever. Yeah, but there and then her kind
- 41:07Speaker 2: of punchline of the like of the Kevin sending her
- 41:11Speaker 2: a plan.
- 41:12Speaker 5: I thought it was like tone deaf I.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Get it, but I think I think her point was
- 41:16Speaker 2: like I, as a woman, took advantage. Yeah, yeah, right,
- 41:20Speaker 2: I got I followed for me, it followed thematically. But
- 41:24Speaker 2: I do agree that I found it a little cause heavy.
- 41:27Speaker 1: It just felt like twenty seventeen la humor.
- 41:30Speaker 2: It felt cause heavy. But I didn't have some great jokes.
- 41:33Speaker 2: She did. Yeah, she was very like I had some
- 41:36Speaker 2: great joke.
- 41:36Speaker 5: I thought she was very funny, like I was laughing
- 41:38Speaker 5: out loud her whole set. But I just thought it
- 41:40Speaker 5: was weird, like going with the moral high ground route
- 41:44Speaker 5: and all this stuff and then being like, also, I like,
- 41:48Speaker 5: I'm I am the elite of the elite. I'm as
- 41:51Speaker 5: elite as you can possibly get.
- 41:53Speaker 2: The part that was conquerable for me means by myself, right.
- 41:57Speaker 2: The part that was uncomfortable for me was when she
- 42:01Speaker 2: kept taking the mic from like off stage later and
- 42:05Speaker 2: like throwing in comments oh yeah yeah yeah. And I
- 42:09Speaker 2: was kind of like, is that part of it?
- 42:12Speaker 5: I couldn't tell if she was actually mad or not.
- 42:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that was me me neither. Yeah, I couldn't either anyway. Whatever,
- 42:17Speaker 2: We'll have to ask Shane.
- 42:18Speaker 5: At some point it seemed like she was it seemed
- 42:21Speaker 5: like there was some beef.
- 42:22Speaker 2: That's what I like.
- 42:23Speaker 5: It seemed like because it seemed like Shane was mad
- 42:25Speaker 5: when he got back up on stage, and then Tony
- 42:29Speaker 5: obviously was mad, but Tony was getting it from everybody.
- 42:32Speaker 2: Yeah, was Tony mad? I don't think he was mad. No, no,
- 42:37Speaker 2: but I mean you know how those guys are.
- 42:40Speaker 5: Yeah, everyone on that stage was probably livid the entire time.
- 42:46Speaker 5: No one on that stage is like takes jokes about themselves.
- 42:49Speaker 2: Well no, no.
- 42:53Speaker 1: No one period, no, no, what do you want to hear,
- 42:56Speaker 1: like like black belt level jokes about you in front
- 43:00Speaker 1: of fucking millions of people.
- 43:02Speaker 2: It's so funny when people are like, they're like, boy,
- 43:04Speaker 2: you know sometimes, like earlier in my career, people would
- 43:08Speaker 2: be like, I can't believe Francis is so sensitive. He's
- 43:10Speaker 2: so sensitive considering he's a stand up comedian. I'm like,
- 43:13Speaker 2: have you ever met stand up comedian? The most sensitive
- 43:19Speaker 2: people on earth? That's why we do this.
- 43:21Speaker 5: Someone could get off stage and you could be like, yeah,
- 43:23Speaker 5: they were, they sounded weird, huh, and then like the night's.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Over, Night's over, that relationship is over forever. Yeah, It's
- 43:34Speaker 2: all a defense mechanism to like mask our securities. That's
- 43:38Speaker 2: why we're up there fucking telling jokes. It's like we
- 43:40Speaker 2: can make fun of ourselves the second anyone else does,
- 43:43Speaker 2: unless it's a comedian I respect. Yeah, yeah, it's better
- 43:46Speaker 2: than I am. How fucking dare you? Who do you
- 43:48Speaker 2: think you are? Yeah?
- 43:50Speaker 5: But I mean yeah, it definitely seemed like there was
- 43:52Speaker 5: a little uh well, uh did Shane say that she
- 43:55Speaker 5: went to that she was friends with Epstein before she
- 43:58Speaker 5: said all that stuff?
- 43:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, as part of his introduction. Yeah yeah, then
- 44:07Speaker 2: why what's wrong with that?
- 44:09Speaker 5: No, I'm saying that's pretty fair of her to come
- 44:12Speaker 5: back at them if he said that.
- 44:14Speaker 2: How is that joke anymore? Over the line? That's what
- 44:17Speaker 2: I'm curious. I don't think that joke.
- 44:18Speaker 5: That's the thing that's that's that's the thing that is
- 44:21Speaker 5: uncomfortable about watching it is because like the Diddy stuff
- 44:25Speaker 5: and the Epstein stuff, and like Shane being like, there's
- 44:27Speaker 5: a lot of people in here that are pedophiles. Like
- 44:29Speaker 5: he's right, Like he's not, like he's joking, Like he's joking,
- 44:33Speaker 5: but it's also true. It's like, yeah, there's a lot
- 44:36Speaker 5: of people in here that went to the ditty parties
- 44:38Speaker 5: and we're probably really good friends with Epstein. Yeah right,
- 44:41Speaker 5: So it's like it is a little uncomfortable in that sense.
- 44:44Speaker 2: What so, Okay, so that's now over the line, because no,
- 44:48Speaker 2: I don't think it's over truth.
- 44:50Speaker 5: I don't think it's over the line, but it is
- 44:52Speaker 5: like uncomfortable because it's like, Okay, Chelsea Handler was she
- 44:57Speaker 5: actually had a dinner with Woody Allens and fucking whatever
- 45:01Speaker 5: the other person.
- 45:02Speaker 2: Here's my point, right, because that's pretty bad. It's bad.
- 45:05Speaker 5: That's those are the Epstein's closest friends.
- 45:09Speaker 2: So then it sounds to me like there were two
- 45:12Speaker 2: different kind of categories of jokes. One one where like
- 45:16Speaker 2: cartoonish exaggerative sort of like Shane looks like he has
- 45:22Speaker 2: Down syndrome. Yeah, and Chelsea Handler fucks a lot of
- 45:24Speaker 2: black guys and short all that. Yeah, right, and everyone
- 45:29Speaker 2: was on board for that. As soon as you start
- 45:30Speaker 2: saying stuff that it plays on the reputations. Yeah, that's
- 45:34Speaker 2: all these people they draw the line.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Yeah, I think so, I mean I get it. If
- 45:41Speaker 5: I was Chelsea Handler, I would probably be like, hey,
- 45:42Speaker 5: let's not talk about that please.
- 45:46Speaker 1: But I thought that most jokes, most roast people get
- 45:49Speaker 1: to say stuff like they get to say what's off limits.
- 45:51Speaker 5: I think that was the whole Yeah, that was I
- 45:53Speaker 5: think it's the host. Look, there were like I think
- 45:57Speaker 5: Kevin Hart's allowed to do that. I don't know if
- 45:58Speaker 5: Chelsea Handlers.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Oh everybody should be can say everything.
- 46:02Speaker 1: That's the thing.
- 46:03Speaker 5: So yeah, or get what Roan's saying, like get they
- 46:07Speaker 5: get to say like don't talk about this, like Chelsea.
- 46:09Speaker 2: No, I'm saying that nothing should be off Well maybe
- 46:13Speaker 2: that's the I know, like the pent stuff or like
- 46:16Speaker 2: other roast levels like that.
- 46:18Speaker 1: It's been like, hey, you could touch on this, this
- 46:20Speaker 1: and this, don't say anything about this. But there's all
- 46:22Speaker 1: there's the same with Tom. Tom Brady definitely had that ship.
- 46:24Speaker 2: He did hundred Yeah.
- 46:26Speaker 5: I think he said a thing about his like I
- 46:28Speaker 5: don't know kids, maybe dude.
- 46:29Speaker 2: No, they said into Tom Brady roast like your wife's
- 46:32Speaker 2: fucking a jiu jitsu instructor, which I would.
- 46:34Speaker 1: Have allowed, but then they they went overboard with it
- 46:37Speaker 1: and it hurt his feelings.
- 46:38Speaker 5: Maybe oh yeah, But there's also clearly there was clearly
- 46:42Speaker 5: stuff that you're.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Not allowed to talk about. With Kevin Hart, the thing
- 46:45Speaker 2: in that Brady roast was when Jeff Ross said that, Robert, Yeah,
- 46:50Speaker 2: crafft Robert Kraft went to the Robin tug and he whispered,
- 46:55Speaker 2: don't talk that, Yeah, don't talk about that again. Yeah.

- 47:47Speaker 5: It's always, I mean, when it comes down to them,
- 47:50Speaker 5: to the sex freaks. That's what it is, right, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 47:54Speaker 5: that's the line. So no, you can't tell people that
- 47:56Speaker 5: I fuck kids.
- 47:57Speaker 2: That's great.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought we're joking. This was not a joke.
- 48:01Speaker 2: Sex traffic Korean massurs, No, yeah, surely not. The other part,
- 48:08Speaker 2: the other part that that I thought was really interesting
- 48:12Speaker 2: was that the I didn't know that black woman comedian.
- 48:18Speaker 6: She was scared unbelievably funny, she was unreach she was
- 48:24Speaker 6: so good, and she like went off script a bunch,
- 48:27Speaker 6: and the jokes Shane told about her husband who killed.
- 48:31Speaker 2: Himself were so fucking funny. Yeah, he kept coming back
- 48:36Speaker 2: to it.
- 48:37Speaker 1: It was that she the black doone crack except for
- 48:39Speaker 1: what her husband.
- 48:40Speaker 2: Don't show the Golden State Warriors logo to her husband.
- 48:44Speaker 2: And then like they did a movie where she was
- 48:46Speaker 2: choosing the air Force, but she couldn't fly, just like
- 48:49Speaker 2: her husband couldn't fly when he fell to his death.
- 48:51Speaker 2: He died from that. Yeah, that was really good.
- 48:54Speaker 1: She was really Two great jokes about Draymond Green were
- 48:57Speaker 1: when they said that the the Golden State Warriors sound
- 49:01Speaker 1: like what they would call dudes who beat aids in
- 49:04Speaker 1: the age. Yeah, that really good and that Draymond Green
- 49:08Speaker 1: looks like a shitty color that you'd paint your Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 49:11Speaker 1: I like that.
- 49:12Speaker 2: And I also like when they were like they didn't
- 49:14Speaker 2: know who the father was, so would they just combined and.
- 49:18Speaker 1: Drag tip of the capture the writers to our brothers,
- 49:23Speaker 1: Mike Lawrence and J. P. McDade. I think my favorite sacho, Yeah, yeah, I.
- 49:30Speaker 5: Think my favorite joke of the whole night was the
- 49:34Speaker 5: the chain one where he said the thing about Kevin
- 49:36Speaker 5: Hart the Oscars and he was like, you were supposed
- 49:39Speaker 5: to He's like, but you were a homophobe, and then
- 49:41Speaker 5: he just like sat on that for like five seconds,
- 49:46Speaker 5: and then he talks about breaking the dollhouse over here.
- 49:50Speaker 2: That amazing. You used to be funny.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Yeah, how about Dave saying that? How about Dave not
- 49:55Speaker 1: including either of you guys in his dream roast writing
- 49:59Speaker 1: team when you guys are actual stand up comedians who've
- 50:01Speaker 1: written that's all right roast jokes before.
- 50:03Speaker 5: I don't think Dave is that tuned in to me.
- 50:08Speaker 2: I'm not. I don't.
- 50:09Speaker 5: That doesn't bother me.
- 50:10Speaker 2: I think Dave's already fired me again in his head.
- 50:14Speaker 2: I just don't know. I think he's like like written
- 50:18Speaker 2: me off as an ex employee already.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Don't say that.
- 50:23Speaker 2: I mean that, I don't know that he knows for
- 50:26Speaker 2: sure that I still work here. He definitely does.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Not say that so so closely concocts this is just
- 50:34Speaker 1: finishing out his contract.
- 50:35Speaker 2: Yeah, he's as I can't have him France, it's right
- 50:41Speaker 2: for my roast because he I don't think he'll still
- 50:43Speaker 2: be here. Then. Yeah, by the time that's coming after
- 50:47Speaker 2: his when's his contract? The months of time?
- 50:51Speaker 6: Man?
- 50:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I was I was good.
- 50:53Speaker 1: I was personally insulted when he said that. I was like,
- 50:55Speaker 1: put I'll put my brothers up against anybody. I'll put
- 50:58Speaker 1: these roast riders up against anybody.
- 51:00Speaker 5: I would not put myself up against most of the
- 51:03Speaker 5: people on that screen.
- 51:04Speaker 1: I'm not talking about talking about locally.
- 51:07Speaker 2: I mean I could throw you in that category. Two Roan,
- 51:10Speaker 2: you wrote for the Roast Battle Show. You are world
- 51:15Speaker 2: champion battle rapper.
- 51:16Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 51:16Speaker 2: I literally like, with no do with no disrespect meant
- 51:20Speaker 2: towards the people he named, but like, if you're not
- 51:23Speaker 2: putting any one of the three of us, let alone
- 51:25Speaker 2: all three of us into a roast writing room. Good luck.
- 51:29Speaker 2: Wait wait this, this was this barstool people only.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Yes, Dave and that same clip you're talking about. Dave
- 51:35Speaker 1: was like, I didn't I put our best writers, Big Cat,
- 51:38Speaker 1: p F, T, Nick, and KB in a room and
- 51:41Speaker 1: let them write for you.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Like you said, our best comedy writers.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Best comedy writers, and I think all of them are
- 51:46Speaker 1: great comedy writers. But then I was. It was just
- 51:48Speaker 1: like there wasn't a word count limit, Like he could
- 51:51Speaker 1: have just kept going.
- 51:52Speaker 2: We were omitted. Yeah, he intentions.
- 51:55Speaker 1: You could see him like mouth over the words and
- 51:57Speaker 1: choose not to say them.
- 51:58Speaker 2: You couldn't have me at a time when I would
- 52:02Speaker 2: have been more top of mind. You can't not see
- 52:06Speaker 2: me under the lights at t D Garden. And then
- 52:09Speaker 2: the next day be like, surely there's no stand up
- 52:13Speaker 2: comedian that I could throw in that writer's room that
- 52:17Speaker 2: I'm forgetting.
- 52:19Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, and that's true for you too. I
- 52:22Speaker 5: mean I wrote on the s pis what I'm saying.
- 52:26Speaker 2: I did the roast at the fucking Barstool Awards where
- 52:31Speaker 2: he loved the joke that he wrote, and I presented No,
- 52:34Speaker 2: it's all it's all love though, Yeah, it's no problem.
- 52:37Speaker 2: I don't I've given up on trying to win any
- 52:39Speaker 2: kind of fucking.
- 52:41Speaker 1: Well luckily brothers. Yeah, that's the thing too, that's very funny.
- 52:45Speaker 1: You can't pick one of them too. But he just
- 52:47Speaker 1: could have kept on going and just said, you guys, yeah, it.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Gets it gets onerous. I'm sure you know, to say
- 52:54Speaker 2: names to list the people that doesn't remember.
- 52:59Speaker 1: Well, I'm just saying, let let him go, let him
- 53:02Speaker 1: have his four. I'll take my two.
- 53:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, let's see what was he?
- 53:06Speaker 1: Who comes in locked, locked the door, who comes out
- 53:11Speaker 1: a roast off, classic roast off, no cameras, no cameras.
- 53:16Speaker 1: We just see who comes out.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Of the everybody comes out crying, fucking dick, just hating
- 53:24Speaker 2: each other forever. To his credit, though, do you think
- 53:27Speaker 2: that the names he named like, I would put those four?
- 53:29Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's who I would have to best the best.
- 53:35Speaker 2: But i'd have the three of us and I would
- 53:37Speaker 2: have I would have us in there as well.
- 53:38Speaker 5: Yeah, but I'll be fine, I'll be good.
- 53:45Speaker 2: I don't know what not a big deal? Is that
- 53:47Speaker 2: a red Sox hat? It is? Bought it off of Amazon?
- 53:49Speaker 2: Oh that's cool. Yeah, so I was supposed to it's
- 53:53Speaker 2: Boston to.
- 53:54Speaker 5: Boston Baseball has not Red Sox.
- 53:56Speaker 1: That's like an off brand, like you buy it from
- 53:58Speaker 1: African dude who's like selling stuff set up on the
- 54:01Speaker 1: side of the road and he's like getting a ticket
- 54:03Speaker 1: but still sells you.
- 54:04Speaker 5: This is just you're a fan of baseball and Boston,
- 54:07Speaker 5: so most likely the Red Sox, probably the Born Braves
- 54:10Speaker 5: as well. Yeah, that's sick you guys never saw the
- 54:16Speaker 5: Born Braves been to a couple of games. Yeah, Cape team.
- 54:21Speaker 1: It can't be me. I can't be going to minor
- 54:23Speaker 1: league baseball right.
- 54:24Speaker 2: By the Born Bridge.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't be going. And actually that name is racist.
- 54:28Speaker 5: Brother, I don't think the name is racist. And one
- 54:32Speaker 5: of those two feathers that are racist, what.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Are the feathers? Okay, can't be wearing fucking feathers.
- 54:38Speaker 5: I do feel like it's a little lame to be
- 54:41Speaker 5: like and I'm not going to make fun of any
- 54:42Speaker 5: of the black women on stage because.
- 54:47Speaker 1: Like that's a little pre that's just very twenty seventeen. Yeah,
- 54:50Speaker 1: that lily like, yeah, talking.
- 54:52Speaker 2: About that is agenda driven.
- 54:54Speaker 5: Yeah, someone was like this is gonna say this, They're
- 54:57Speaker 5: gonna change.
- 54:59Speaker 2: And by the way, by the way, the Cheryl Underwood.
- 55:05Speaker 2: She came on, and she did deliver a little bit
- 55:09Speaker 2: of a preach point, but it was a great point,
- 55:13Speaker 2: which was, we have all of us up here, we're
- 55:16Speaker 2: all making fun of each other. Yeah, and that's the
- 55:19Speaker 2: way it should be. This is freedom of speech. Like
- 55:22Speaker 2: this is great. Everybody, chill the fuck out.
- 55:24Speaker 1: So she's a chud the Builder fan, because that's his argument.
- 55:27Speaker 1: His argument is that it's just freedom of speech to
- 55:29Speaker 1: call black people the N word in the streets with
- 55:31Speaker 1: a hard R on the end of it.
- 55:32Speaker 2: Well, I would love to see have a conversation with
- 55:36Speaker 2: her because I think she would bury him. Yeah, right, him,
- 55:39Speaker 2: of course, and then and then he would just fight
- 55:41Speaker 2: her physically.
- 55:42Speaker 5: Pete Davidson's joke about her being the what was it
- 55:48Speaker 5: the guy the horror movie? Yeah, that was crazy, was it?
- 55:56Speaker 2: Tony? Oh No, it was Big Ja. Big Jay did
- 55:59Speaker 2: this run where he was like, you look like someone
- 56:02Speaker 2: wished a genie to bring a puddle to like, yeah, yeah,
- 56:06Speaker 2: if if there were walls, someone painted a wall, you
- 56:09Speaker 2: you'd be the you look like the hole that someone
- 56:12Speaker 2: painted on a wall that road runner could run through.
- 56:15Speaker 2: And then his run of like the fucking fifty cent
- 56:19Speaker 2: and Chelsea Handler. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he goes he's like
- 56:26Speaker 2: incense and fired gun.
- 56:31Speaker 5: This this is what I was saying. This was the
- 56:33Speaker 5: Chelsea Handler. Thing that I was confused by was the
- 56:36Speaker 5: end of her set when she kept on talking about
- 56:38Speaker 5: how like all of the men are like shitty men,
- 56:42Speaker 5: but like Kevin Hart is like a great man and
- 56:46Speaker 5: family man, and it's like he has multiple cheating scandals.
- 56:52Speaker 1: But that's I think. Was that a joke though, I
- 56:55Speaker 1: gotta be because that's obviously I don't think so.
- 56:58Speaker 2: I think she was like, he's the only man who
- 57:01Speaker 2: never has said anything inappropriate. Yeah, but did you see
- 57:04Speaker 2: the moment where Kevin Hart was talking to Pete Davidson
- 57:09Speaker 2: and was like, how do you get on You've you've
- 57:11Speaker 2: got the best dick, you fuck all the girls? Yeah,
- 57:14Speaker 2: and and Pete went you and he goes, no, cut
- 57:17Speaker 2: that cut that What are you talking about, Pete? Oh
- 57:19Speaker 2: I didn't see that. Yeah, go back and watch that part.
- 57:22Speaker 5: Yeah, that's the thing that I was like when I
- 57:23Speaker 5: was saying that there's obviously stuff that they weren't allowed
- 57:25Speaker 5: to talk about. That's clearly one of the things, because
- 57:27Speaker 5: how does that not come.
- 57:28Speaker 1: Up that he cheated?
- 57:31Speaker 2: Well, there were.
- 57:31Speaker 5: It was like massive scan.
- 57:32Speaker 2: It was a big public yeah area.
- 57:34Speaker 5: Right, literally in the it was on the news like
- 57:38Speaker 5: CNN was showing it.
- 57:40Speaker 1: Who would you, guys, you would want to roast Dave
- 57:43Speaker 1: if it was somebody within barstool. It's the only person
- 57:46Speaker 1: that would makes sense.
- 57:46Speaker 5: Right, Yes, yeah, Dave's the only one that would make sense. Yeah,
- 57:49Speaker 5: you're a big cat, but I know I don't think
- 57:54Speaker 5: I would want to roast Dave, to be honest.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Well, because you couldn't make Jewish jokes exactly.
- 58:00Speaker 2: It's always amazing to me when they like really track
- 58:03Speaker 2: carefully the point in the wife's pregnancy at which the
- 58:06Speaker 2: husband cheated on her. Yes, she was just into her
- 58:12Speaker 2: second trimester when it was found that he had banged
- 58:15Speaker 2: a tiltal World operator at the Coney Beach Fair and
- 58:20Speaker 2: U clearly horrible.
- 58:22Speaker 1: You got to stop trying to defend Rassini out here. Brother,
- 58:25Speaker 1: she did what she did.
- 58:27Speaker 5: I was saying, I think Rabel might have to claim gay.
- 58:32Speaker 1: It's my bestie.
- 58:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I think that's the only way out, Grabel Gable.
- 58:38Speaker 2: I mean, there he's in he's in big trouble. Why
- 58:41Speaker 2: what what now? Oh? It just keeps getting worse.
- 58:44Speaker 5: But it's like every day it's worse than the last.
- 58:48Speaker 5: They got photos of him while she's pregnant, and they're
- 58:50Speaker 5: like on a boat together.
- 58:52Speaker 2: They were how generous child it was their baby moon,
- 58:59Speaker 2: their child baby were on their baby mothers.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Oh my god. Yeah, it's a vicious time against him.
- 59:10Speaker 2: Tell you what.
- 59:11Speaker 1: There has to be some other kind of story that
- 59:12Speaker 1: can distract from it.
- 59:13Speaker 2: Yeah, bring back Mayo. I don't know why anyone would
- 59:18Speaker 2: give Rabil a hard time for that, as far as
- 59:20Speaker 2: I am concerned. That's goddamn noble taking your pregnant lover
- 59:26Speaker 2: on a but that is actually vacation eight months pregnant.
- 59:30Speaker 2: That is some day my wife's pregnant eight months, we're
- 59:33Speaker 2: not going outside. They covered up.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Or just the fact that he didn't deny her, you
- 59:39Speaker 1: know what I mean, that he just like stayed attracted
- 59:41Speaker 1: to her like there if it is, if it is
- 59:43Speaker 1: true love, they just get if they just get married,
- 59:46Speaker 1: like it all goes away. Sure, she's already married to
- 59:50Speaker 1: another person.
- 59:50Speaker 2: And so is he. I don't know if that.
- 59:52Speaker 5: I don't know if they get I think if they
- 59:53Speaker 5: get married, it gets a lot worse.
- 59:55Speaker 2: What No people accept it at that point. That's what
- 59:59Speaker 2: happened with Prince Charles and Camilla Camilla Cabello. Yeah, Like
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: everyone was upset about him having an affair on Lady Diana,
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: and then he got married. He just like forever stayed
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: with Camilla, and people like, oh, that's who we loved
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: all along, Johnny Cash.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: We else? Who else.
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: Did Johnny Cash? What happened there?
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: He had an affair with what's her name?
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: June?
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:00:23Speaker 5: Oh, and oh who's the girl that he does the
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: songs with, Loretta Lynne? His his his side, his bad.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: Well he was Vivian was his wife.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: But how old was June? Or who had the young girlfriend?
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Was it him or Elvis?
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Probably Elvis?
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I think Johnny Cash was always with June after Vivian.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Elvis was a freak ginger Alden.
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: Apparently Elvis got got Johnny Cash onto the drugs he did.
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: According to the movie Blalk, the line.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: I could do, I could go for another watch, or
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: that it's.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: So good, Well, this was on lean. Elvis had a bit.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: He had a big walk of lean, and that's why
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: he couldn't ship. That's why he died on the toilet.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: That's why he was so damn backed up.
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: Did you see that video of Chief Keif getting off
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: the plane?
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Yeah, we're just talking about crazy. The captain was even
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: funnier though.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: Yeah, they all got ship in their ass.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: That between the between the ten of them, they've taken
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: two ballots movements in the last week.
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: Look at the second guy that gets off, Look at
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: his stomach.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Is there a better life?
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: That's Chief Keith right there? No, no, no, you'll see that's.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: Just that's just his friend who gets to do drugs
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: and go around the world with him, the dude who's
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: hit the actual ears pot.
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: So they're all really fucked up, is the point on lean.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I mean they look at this guys, that's all ship,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: just stumbling in all different directions. Just a terrible lifestyle,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: o man or the best life style? Oh what do
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: they do that they're rich? Like, how do they get
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: their money?
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: Nothing?
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: They're just friends with Chief Keef.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: And does he buy their clothes because their clothes are thinking.
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: So he gives them like a per DM I guess.
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: But how much money does Chief Keef have? Realistic Keef,
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: he hasn't been Chief's got a lot of money, but
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: he hasn't put out a heater in decades.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: I think if you can tour, you can put some
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: heat out. But is he still touring like that? He's
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: the Seinfeld of the rap game.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Always not he is.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: He just has like, Yeah, he's independent, he's independent.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Estimated networks.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: I think they've got a lot more than four million.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: If he's flying private.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: You'd be surprised, though, because some rappers are actually not
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: responsible with their money. Yeah, some of them are, isn't right,
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: some of them will. Actually you're thinking money.
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: You're thinking of NBA players. Oh, he's signed with Inner Scope.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: That's true too, in the Scope.
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: Three hundred thousand dollars advance. That's crazy for Chief Keef
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: would have thought.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: But that's twenty twelve though. Yeah, you could still be
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: still be racist, dude.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: I'll say one more thing about Boston. Every time I
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: just went and I'm like, why aren't we living there
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: in Boston? Bro Boston is fucking amazing.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: Boston's amazing because it's like the whole city.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Is like the West Village.
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: Correct, but it's freezing and it's impossible to get around
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: and the public transportation could not be worse.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Well, that seems a Little Repeative one of the most
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: expensive places in the country. I live. Oh, wouldn't know
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: what that's like paying fucking this kind of this city
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: is fucked Yes. As far as expensive, yeah, the most
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: expensive city I've in the I think, like oh or
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: London maybe, but like.
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: I feel like in the last three year, it's bumped up,
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: like it's crazy. It's like every day, I'm like, what
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: in the fuck.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: There's just no way that Boston's rental reach prices are
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: are as bad as New York City. No chance, I don't. Yeah,
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: I think you're probably right. And I also didn't find
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: that the public transportation was as bad as you said.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: I thought that the tea worked pretty darn well. It
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: was quick and clean, and.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: You were taking the tea. What are you doing?
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: See? How can you say you're going to the EI
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: think you're jay Z?
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: How can you say famous?
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: The public transportation in a city is terrible when you
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: are not.
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: I don't know why you're taking the tea to the garden.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: I didn't. I didn't. I the last time I was there,
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: I went over to Harvard to walk around and they
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: came back. Yeah. Yeah, of course. I grew up in Massachusetts,
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: I know that, but I'm saying, why is the tea bad?
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: It's just not as good as other cities. I didn't
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: think it was worse necessarily than New York.
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: I mean, if you look at the map like, it's
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: just it is, like New York, you can get anywhere
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: with public transportation.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: In Boston you can They got dead zones. Okay, that's true.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: Probably that's what you meant. Boy, it took a lot
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: of work to get you right on that one. We
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: really had to work. I think you misunderstood me. It's
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: all right, nothing wrong with that. I misunderstood you because
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: I took you at your word exactly. Big mistake forgot
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: there was a lie within a truth that was concealed
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: by another lie that needed a truth in order for
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: it to become altru exactly. Yeah.
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: Any updates on our Indian brother over at JP Morgan.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: I haven't seen anything this entire week. No, my algo
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: has just been chutting Spencer Pratt. I haven't even really
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: been on the Algo lately. So you see Spencer Pratts
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: running from aero of Los Angeles.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: I heard that. I heard he's actually gonna like got
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: a shot.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: He's very reasonable Wow. He's just like, Yeah, we need
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: to get rid of crime, and we didn't need to
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: stop any people be naked, use drugs, have do violence,
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: and abused dogs in public if they're homeless. If you
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: have a house, you can do those things. But if
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: you're homeless, you're not allowed to do those things. And
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: he says it's going to be a two week grace period.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: Then he's cleaning everybody the fuck up.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: Love I like that. I love that a lot.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: So two weeks of fucking unbridled crime and then you
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: just get fucking prodded.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't think the homeless should be allowed to
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: be dogs or be naked.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: It's not very progressive of you. Oh, I'm just Chelsea

- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I haven't heard anything about my Indian bro. Sad
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: to say he fell out of the spotlight and those
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: people's lives are just ruined in the wake. I know
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: they've ran out of stuff to come out about that,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: Like the Chelsea or the Diana Rossini, there's always something
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: new that comes out about it. They just ran out
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: of new info. Yeah, you know that New York Posts
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: would find it at all.
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: How powerful do you think, like JP Morgan is in
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: the grand scheme of things?
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: Like do you think that they like they're like a
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: nation state?
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah of course, but like so like how do
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: you think that works? Like so JP Morgan has Okay,
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: they have a situation where they got this this Indian
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: bro who says that his boss, hey, he was a
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: sex slave and all this shit. Yeah, like if JP
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: Morgan wants that story to not like we all know
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: the story, we all heard the story, or there's probably
- 1:09:00Speaker 5: a shit ton of people that have no idea, right,
- 1:09:03Speaker 5: people that aren't online all day. Yeah, like if JP
- 1:09:06Speaker 5: Morgan is like, we don't want this to become a
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: public thing at all. Like they have the power to
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: just like not like can they just what do they do?
- 1:09:13Speaker 5: They just like go to Elon Musk and they're like, get.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: This out of rhythm. Here's a billion dollars no once, No,
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: I don't think. I think that once that genie's out,
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: the only way for them to do that is to
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: catch it before it leaves the walls. But like when
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: but like it'd be like here here's ten million dollars,
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: don't say another word about this, and here's an nda
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: and blah blah blah, and they they catch and kill it.
- 1:09:41Speaker 5: Yeah, speak, But I guess more what I'm asking is
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: like in like everyone says that all these multi trillion
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: dollar billion dollar companies and whatnot are like they like
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: control everything. So it's like what do they do to
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: do that? Like if like like it like for example.
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: Threats money, that's it's it's it's a combination of instilling
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: fear and paying off like for like like if you
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: don't take the money, we will do this and you
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: will be ruined. We will reach out to every other
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: bank on the street. You will never work another you'll
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: lose your trading licenses whatever. Yeah, you'll never get another
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: job on Wall Street.
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: That's it seems.
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: Stand.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: See, if I was I would just save the ten
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: million dollars and kill the person. Yeah, I feel like
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: killing like has to be a little bit higher on
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: the list.
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: But that's another good question, Like do you like, how
- 1:10:36Speaker 5: many people do you think JP Morgan is a company
- 1:10:38Speaker 5: have had killed?
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Probably realistically, well, probably fewer now because but back in
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: the day, maybe maybe some Putin does this. Putin is
- 1:10:48Speaker 2: the last one to like almost brag about doing this.
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: What killing people, killing the oligarchs, killing anyone who spoke
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: out against you know, his regime.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: Isn't there a big tree of people who were like
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: wasn't there like some like people who are close to
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: some alien shit getting killed? Isn't there? Isn't that happening?
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: Right now? I keep going seeing.
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: Like scientists, scientists are dropping left and right. They're dying,
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: like ten of them die a week, right.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: Can we pull up the scientists the the like flow
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: chart of all the scientists that help.
- 1:11:19Speaker 5: That's what I'm asking it's like, wow, how do they like,
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: how is this? How does this happen?
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Because it's not Putin and it's not JP Morgan that's
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: doing it.
- 1:11:26Speaker 5: There could be a JP We don't know that.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: Recent scientists deaths and there's even there's even more than
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: there's like there's like twelve of them and they're all
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: just they're dropping like fucking flies. Scientists JPL, a lot
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: of JPL people.
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: So it's like what happens?
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: Like they're just like what are they just at work
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: one day and they stumble upon something and then.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: Twelve missing or dead scientists.
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: And who's doing it and who's killing them?
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Yeah? And then why would JP Morgan not just kill
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: and if it's going to cost ten million dollars?
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: I just want to I just want to know how,
- 1:12:03Speaker 5: Like they should have to release how many people these
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: companies have killed, because don't you want to know the
- 1:12:10Speaker 5: companies who they're killing exactly? Don't you want to know?
- 1:12:12Speaker 5: Like if go Puff has ever had anyone killed? Door Dash, Yes,
- 1:12:16Speaker 5: like like I want to know that ship yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:12:20Speaker 5: we had to kill that one.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: We put him in the dogs. Yeah, and they had
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: I'm sure that they had Go Puff definitely has door
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: Dash one.
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: Well, DoorDash has had many guys die and they always
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: erase the cam footage from the like traffick, Yeah exactly,
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: because it's like, why have.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Your search history? Why is my order not here yet?
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: They had him because he was a scientist delivering door
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: Dash exactly.
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: Harry. My question for you would be that if you
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: know you live a rich, fruitful life, as I suspect
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: you well, and you die someday, do you will you
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: feel disappointed if at the end of your life you
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: don't have answers to these questions.
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: No, no, No, I'm not one of those people that's like,
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: because there are people that are like that, you know,
- 1:13:08Speaker 5: like I need the answers. Mine's more just speculation and
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: just wanting to know. Does it Like I think it's just.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: Does it occupy you? Does it? Does it? No? Not
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: at all? Spin your wheels all a lot. No, So
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: you're content in the not knowing this.
- 1:13:23Speaker 5: I think like during the Epstein stuff and like the
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: beginning of the Iram War and all that, it was
- 1:13:30Speaker 5: occupying my brain a good bit. But then you get
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: to a point where you're like it's all fucked, like
- 1:13:36Speaker 5: it were it's so fucked and there's just nothing anyone
- 1:13:39Speaker 5: can do about it.
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: So it's like I still keep up with all the stuff.
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: And I still read about it and pay attention, but
- 1:13:44Speaker 5: like there's nothing you can do.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: Yeah, so you say it's all a mess, and then
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: you just say there's nothing I can do, and that's
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: how you kind of make your piece of it.
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: I mean, it sucks. Like I remember you said something
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: similar but like that a while ago, and I remember
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: in my head being like that's stupid, and then now
- 1:14:01Speaker 5: I'm like, you're not wrong. Yeah, there's nothing you can do,
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: just like the like that your like viewpoint on big
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: news stories and stuff like like that. When we were
- 1:14:10Speaker 5: talking about the Epstein stuff like months ago, and you
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: were like, I don't there's nothing we can, like I
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: can do about it.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: So I try to have an impact my day to day. Yeah,
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: that's that is what you know. It enhanced knowledge to
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: me gets me nowhere. Yeah, it's like I know, then
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: I'm going to become a citizen journalist or a fucking
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: swathe and start like hunting down leads and obsessing over it. Yeah,
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: I'm not gonna.
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: I think it's good to like be educated on like
- 1:14:35Speaker 5: the big things that are happening in the worlds, but
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: at the same time, like, yeah, it's like if you
- 1:14:39Speaker 5: go down the rabbit holes enough, you just really like
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: nothing makes sense, Like none of these things make sense.
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: And it's like you can listen to the news and
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: all that, but like they're just lying their asses off.
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: So it's like, yeah, there's really nothing you can do, dude,
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: just being lied to constantly.
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: I read it.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: Holy shit.
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: I know I invoked Japan a lot, but I read
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: an article about how Japanese citizens one don't really have
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: a great sense of like who their politicians even are. Yeah,
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: they're not following it, and it's because their overall feeling
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: is that it's they're doing a decent enough job. Yeah,
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: they have a like latent, if not willfully ignorant, faith
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: in their political system, which is the other side of
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: where I've gotten to, which is that I have a latent,
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: willfully ignorant loss of faith in our political system. And
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: that's everybody. So I've just chosen like I'm not going
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: to rail about it. Yeah, it's all broken, it's all
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: a mess. That's a thing.
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: It's like it's so like it in the beginning, you're like, well,
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: someone's got to do something, and then you're like, there's
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: so many more things, and then like even in we're
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: just going off of what we know.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: The second you try to do something, you're gonna run
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: into a guy your next like fucking high school reunion,
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: who's going to get in your face and start screaming
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: at you for like feeling a certain way or trying
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: to say anything proactive. You're like, oh, I've I've met
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: my match. Time to sit back, sit out again for
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: the next ten years.
- 1:16:12Speaker 5: Yeah, it's just it's it's it's a it's a never
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: ending Look.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: My point in that is winning, No, but the win
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: is being a good person. Yeah, and just not don't
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: ruin anyone else's day or life. Yeah, right, Like you know,
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: you can still contribute by just like not being shitty. Yeah,
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: don't drive drunk and put other people at risk. Like,
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: don't fucking trash the internet, yeah, and spam and all
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: that shit. Don't don't throw literal trash in the ground.
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: I don't know, pick your fucking clause, but.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: Yeah, guy plays TD Garden has all the answers.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: I don't think I have a single one of the answers.
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: I'm just totally zen right now.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: That's so nice.
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: I'm very zen.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: Let me borrow a little bit of it.
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: You're the most zen person I know. Because he's on
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: so much drugs.
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: I don't even know where the fuck I am right now.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: You start your day stretching for an hour. I can't
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: even imagine.
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: That's just terrible anthing, because my body is a fucking
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: train wreck.
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: God stretch, I spent it. I spent thirty minutes stretching
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: at the gym yesterday, and it hurts so much doing
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: it that I was like, I don't think I can
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: ever do that again.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: People hit me up every day asking for what my
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: stretching app is. It's called Bend. It's called Bend, the
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: stretching app, And I can't recommend it.
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: And you ever wake up and you're like, I don't
- 1:17:40Speaker 5: want to fucking do this.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: Then I do the nighttime one. Nothing wrong with that,
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: Nothing wrong with that. Helps you sleep better if you
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: do a little stretched happy.
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: Baby, Oh yeah, sleeping like it.
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: I always get so scared somebody's gonna walk into the
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: room while I'm doing happy Baby. Do you know what
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: happy baby is?
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: Some one where you're like kicking your feet around.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: You lay on your back and you hold your feet
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: with your asshole like with as a wind tunnel. Your
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: asshole whistles. Well you do it. Imagine fucking somebody opening
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: like the like a babysitter, like walking in on me
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: doing Happy Baby in my own living room. That'd be
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: fucking horrified. I'd take the kids, it'd have to. I'd
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: have child protective services definitely come by and just see
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: what's up.
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: Oh look at this, this guy's doing Happy Baby. If
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: it isn't the uh Drake May game Warn card that
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: Connor Mook so graciously gave to Harry as a birthday present.
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: Course has not left our studio since he was gifted
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: second house. It has not come home.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: But you moved and you have way more room now,
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: and you're still not doing You're still not putting up
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: the stuff that has been gifted to you. You're not
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: just playing it.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: Anyone's going to hang the card sign personalized book from
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: Louis c. K Straight to the Shredder. It's in my apartment.
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: Autographed game Warn card from Drake May as a gift
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: from your opener. It's not autographed, well not yet.
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Future autograph card. Yeah, Robert Robert de Niro card, is
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: that hanging.
- 1:19:07Speaker 2: In the in the fucking I guess My question is,
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: since I still love giving you presents even though you
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: treat them like shit, my question is, what could I
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: give you that would have enough sentimental value to you
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: to bring home?
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: I know what The answer is a blue hoodie. If
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: you gave him a blue.
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: Hoodie, you're not wrong.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I saw a unc Wilmington Seahawks blue hoodie this past
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: weekend that I was like, I'm about to fucking gift
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: this ship to Sass because it had you would have
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: worn it for a fucking definitely two hundred day streak.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: No doubt in my mind.
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: Absolute just get him blue hoodies from now on with
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: like a little bit of like localized writing on them.
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: I just don't really need anything, you know. That's that's
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: not what gifts really are, though, right now, who's the.
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: Most nothing more zen than turning down a gift saying
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: I think you would actually like that more than me?
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Did you guys give your mom's gifts?
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: Of course, the gift of my voice tickets to the
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: TD Gardens show backstage passes by the way. After the show,
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: we were in the sort of like green room lounge
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: area and all the Boston Bruins were Who was there?
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: I don't know, I'd have to look through the I
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: think I asked if Pasta was there. He said no, Well,
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: they just gave me their first names. They were like, Hi,
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: I'm Bobby.
- 1:20:30Speaker 5: Yeah you said you said you thought Charlie mcloy was there.
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: I think so, yeah, But I mean as it's it
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: was such a surreal moment to me because the first
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: game professional, the first non minor league game that I
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: ever went to in my life as a kid, was
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: a Boston Bruins game for my birthday in first grade,
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: and we sat in the nosebleed seats and it was
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: the most like exhilarating, scary thing I've ever seen, never
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: been in a place that big. It was beyond belief.
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: And and for me to be in their stadium and
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: then having these guys come up to me, it sounds arrogant,
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: but they were like happy for me. Yeah, this was
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: like the Comedians night and they were like, hey, great
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: to meet you, Like great show, great set. And then
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: I was with my parents and they were like, want
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: to come see our locker room. They were like excited
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: to show us their locker room. And I'm like, well,
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: first of all, you got to remember they're all they
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: all are like twenty four. Yeah, so they're like giddy
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: guys who are also just the.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Best definitely because they worked their trunk so much.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: And it was just like, so, what a surreal flip
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: on my life that that's pretty sick. The Bruins, Yeah,
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: are coming to see me in their stadium, you know.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: But they all on the show, they saw you, they
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: got there on time. Hockey Hockey players do just look
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: like in shape barstool fans too. Yeah, yeah, you know,
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: like football players just like, oh that's a football player
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: when they walk by you, Like hockey players are like
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: six one one ninety, just like in shape young bros.
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: They all are pretty that they were better looking than
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: I was expecting. And I think a big part of
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: that is that face masks are mandatory in the NHL now,
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: or maybe they're not mandatory, but everyone wears them.
- 1:22:22Speaker 5: No, I would say almost no one wears them.
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: I'm talking about the visor, oh the glass, a visor
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: that goes across their eyes. He still does bang dump,
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: for sure, they do, But dude, the faces of hockey
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: players like twenty years ago looked like old punching bags.
- 1:22:39Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, Now I just remember charliemcvoy specifically last year
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: at the end when they got booted from the playoffs.
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: Like his face was destroyed.
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, look at a was it Jack Eichel?
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: No was the guy who scored the game winning goal
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: in the Olympics.
- 1:22:53Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, the I forget what his name is,
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: jacket the teeth. Yeah, his face got all mangled up.
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, you know that definitely still happens. But the
- 1:23:05Speaker 5: residual scar tissue that like the holes in their faces
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: of your Yeah, maybe I'm wrong. This is just my theory.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: And now the guys are like biz and like have perfectly.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: Yeah face and they're not fighting as much in the NHL. Now,
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: probably true, if they were probably true. Yeah, pretty cool experience,
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: Pretty cool weekend. Boston was amazing. Then I drove back
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: yesterday and the drive was five and a half hours. Yeah,
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: why'd you drive? Because I was playing golf down there,
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: and uh just had to carry my golf clubs, and
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: like didn't know exactly what my plans were going to be.
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: I didn't know if I was doing Saturday night Oh,
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: and if I hadn't been I would have thought about
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: leaving early and coming back or going up to my Yeah.
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: So did you go on Friday? No? No, no?
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: What did you do on Friday?
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: Went out to dinner? Nice? Yeah, nothing crazy? And then
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: on Saturday I was going to go to the Red
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: Sox game, but it got rained out, so I was
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: at a bar in Fenway and that was when I
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: got the text Shane. I was talking to Shane and
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: he told me to come by and do the show again,
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: at which point I was like, I really wish I
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: hadn't taken that pickleback. Oh, we're hammered. You told me.
- 1:24:24Speaker 5: I was on the phone with you. You told me you
- 1:24:25Speaker 5: had like four Jamison shots.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: I had one and uh three coronas and was on
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: my way. Oh, loosen you up a little bit. Well,
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: I thought I was going to a Red Sox game.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: Did you skip the first joke the second time or
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: like the first?
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: I didn't do the Harvard thing again? Uh no, I
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: mean I didn't do that at all.
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: And it worked to not do it. It was helpful.
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: Yeah. You know what would have been more helpful, though,
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: was connecting with Harry to have him tell me not
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: to do it. Yeah, I still don't. I think I
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: would have been like, yeah, that's great. You know that.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: I remember in biology learning about I think it was
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: more eels where they told us that the more eel
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: attaches to the host, whether it's a you know, a
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: much bigger fish or something like that, and it just
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: rides along with it through the water.
- 1:25:20Speaker 5: Things that are next to the sharks, those little tiny fish.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: No more eels are like long, longer eels.
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and they go clamp on and then they literally
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: suck the life out of the thing. That's oh, I
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: see fly. And it's called a parasitic relationship where it
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: only benefits one and hurts the other. I see. That's
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: how I feel about our friendship. You call me, I'm
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: excited to give you advice and help you pick up.
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: We talked for a while. I call you. It's like
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: I was on live stream.
- 1:25:55Speaker 5: They literally the entire weekend, so we could probably see you.
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: There's probably banging on the text. You probably footage of
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: you not answering the call. When exactly did you call him?
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: Let's receee if we triangulate three pm.
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: Well, I wasn't on I wasn't on the stream. Then
- 1:26:11Speaker 5: I was getting ready for the stream. You know, three
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: pm on a Thursday. I will say, time of day
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: when people are usually not reachable. That's an an off hour.
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: I will say, I was uh when you called me,
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: it never registered.
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: And then after I was in then I was like, fuck.
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: You know what bummed me out? What really bugged me
- 1:26:31Speaker 2: was that I called you like a few days earlier,
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: and you picked up and I didn't have anything particularly
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: important to talk to you about. And I remember hanging
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: up from that phone call being like, I just burned
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: one of my important phone calls. That's the only call
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: I get with Harry this month where he will pick
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: up and I know I'm going to have something more
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: important I need him for, and he'll be like, I've
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: already talked to Francis this month.
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: You got a ration. Then it's like the new I mean,
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: if you don't have a certain card, there's only you
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: only get fifteen visits to the Delta Lounge. Oh yeah,
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: for a year, you have to ration them.
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: Harry picked he saw my phone ring. He's like, Francis again,
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: I talked to him three days ago. The do you
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: think we're dating or something? Parked him a week ago.
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: Yeah, you can't go to the Delta lounge on the
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: way there and on the way back on the same trip.
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: You gotta space it out. Yeah, too close in the Delta.
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: Well, I'm three quarters the way through. My reserve card
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: spend to reach unlimited access to the Sky Club for
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: the entire year.
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: So seventy five seventy five grands, No big deal.
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: You're so pretty far off, I.
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: Gotta check my status, he says. Two thirds.
- 1:27:44Speaker 5: Oh, I thought you said you were one third.
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: No, I'm two thirds of the way there. You're cruising. Yeah,
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: I'm crausy.
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: I hit United on the way back this weekend. It
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: was fucking what a joke of an airline slams.
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: I'm fine. Delta tomorrow. You're back, did me right? You're
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: back on? Oh yeah, back on the d Yeah, happy
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: to hear it. Riding the d had to buy one
- 1:28:07Speaker 2: of our coaches a ticket. Let me see how far
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: along you are. Got a couple of extra m QDs
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: from that. I'm at like twentything. I'll be there by
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: next week because I'm going to I'm going to Europe
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: this weekend.
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: Oh yeah, where the fuck are you going?
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: We're going to Paris for four days and we should
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: how far in are we?
- 1:28:30Speaker 5: I didn't talking about that tomorrow, to be honest, right,
- 1:28:35Speaker 5: I'm just thinking, like, what do we know?
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: You really cut it? No, what do we talk about tomorrow?
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: Find fine?
- 1:28:40Speaker 5: Right?
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: Yeah, whatever you want to do, you keep going on.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: I don't worry about I don't worry about what we talked.
- 1:28:46Speaker 2: I think we I don't know.
- 1:28:48Speaker 5: I'm just thinking, that's a whole another that's a whole
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: another hour right there. If we could find we could
- 1:28:52Speaker 5: use that tomorrow.
- 1:28:55Speaker 2: I didn't mean.
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: I didn't mean to like, don't tell the story. I
- 1:28:57Speaker 5: just meant, no, I don't know.
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: A little come back on Thursday and hear a little
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: bit about, uh, are you about to give a sneak peak?
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: Give us a I'm going to I'm going to Paris

- 1:29:10Speaker 2: four play which I'm so fucking excited for. All of
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: it feels like a victory lap after I mean, ending
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: the tour and doing change. Yeah, it's like your France six. No, no, no,
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: don't get back to back to your thought. Not a
- 1:29:27Speaker 2: goddamn senator or some shitt one year.
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: He's a lifer two terms. Yeah. Fuck, you can't vote
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: him out.
