- 0:00Speaker 1: The Mark Simone Show on seven Arms. Well, you know
- 0:06Speaker 1: what they got to this hour. We'll get to everybody
- 0:10Speaker 1: loves Raymond in a second, we'll get to Epstein, We'll
- 0:12Speaker 1: get to Mom Donnie. Just want to warn everybody there's
- 0:15Speaker 1: a horrible, horrible guy who's unleashing a political campaign. He
- 0:20Speaker 1: wants to run for Jerry Nadler's house seat. It's Jack Schlossberg.
- 0:27Speaker 1: He's the only grandson of John F. Kennedy. He is
- 0:31Speaker 1: the son of Caroline Kennedy. He's just an awful, awful
- 0:39Speaker 1: kid with He's had an Instagram account and a TikTok
- 0:42Speaker 1: where he just said the most disgusting, awful things. He's
- 0:45Speaker 1: to the left of Mom Donnie. He's just a horrible, horrible,
- 0:49Speaker 1: awful guy. Here's the veteran political strategist, Hank Schinkoff says,
- 0:54Speaker 1: the whole idea of his campaign is ridiculous. He has
- 0:58Speaker 1: absolutely no qualifys, which makes him perfect to run as
- 1:01Speaker 1: a Democrat. But he's imitating John F. Kennedy Junior by
- 1:08Speaker 1: dressing like him, photographs of him riding his bike around
- 1:11Speaker 1: Manhattan like just like jfk Jr. And jfk Jr. Was
- 1:15Speaker 1: a friend of mine. He was a wonderful guy, a
- 1:19Speaker 1: wonderful guy. His sister I didn't know, but she always
- 1:23Speaker 1: seemed unpleasant whenever you were around her. And her husband
- 1:27Speaker 1: was a terrible guy, just awful. And this is the
- 1:30Speaker 1: son of Caroline. And what's the husband's name, Ed Schlossberg,
- 1:35Speaker 1: something like that. So again he's just awful. If you
- 1:41Speaker 1: go back and check his early Instagram YouTube, TikTok saying awful,
- 1:46Speaker 1: terrible thing, he's just an awful guy. He's how old
- 1:50Speaker 1: is see? I think he's a young guy in his twenties.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So he's been inspired by mom Donnie. He wants to
- 1:56Speaker 1: run for Jerry Nadler's old seat. Now I'm saying how
- 2:01Speaker 1: Nadler was about as low as you can sink as
- 2:03Speaker 1: a human being. So it's not like it's not like
- 2:06Speaker 1: seats getting any worse. But here's Schlosberg, his big announcement.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Two and fifty years after America was founded, And our
- 2:13Speaker 2: country is at a turning point. It's a crisis at
- 2:16Speaker 2: every level, a cost of living crisis sponsored by the
- 2:19Speaker 2: big beautiful Bill, historic cuts, his social programs, working families
- 2:24Speaker 2: rely on healthcare, education.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it this sounds pretty bad, but you got to
- 2:31Speaker 1: watch the early Instagram TikTok stuff he did. It's just him, yell,
- 2:34Speaker 1: it's the real HIMMI. This is him being formal, and
- 2:37Speaker 1: he still sounds terrible. This guy is like he's mom
- 2:40Speaker 1: Donnie with half the IQ.
- 2:41Speaker 2: We deserve better and we can do better. And it
- 2:44Speaker 2: starts with the Democratic Party winning back control of the
- 2:47Speaker 2: House of Representatives. With control of Congress, there's nothing we
- 2:51Speaker 2: can't do without it, We're helpless to a third turn
- 2:55Speaker 2: encounter great.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I mean, so now the problem is whoever runs against
- 3:00Speaker 1: him can go back and get that old Instagram stuff,
- 3:03Speaker 1: those videos he did where he just says all kinds
- 3:05Speaker 1: of awful things and just run them against him. However,
- 3:08Speaker 1: it's Nadler's district. It was jerry mandred, so no Republican
- 3:11Speaker 1: has a shot, but hopefully Democrats will keep him away
- 3:14Speaker 1: from the nomination.
- 3:15Speaker 2: My name is Jack Shlosberg, and I'm running for Congress
- 3:18Speaker 2: to represent my home New York's twelfth Congressional district, where
- 3:23Speaker 2: I was born and raised, where I took the bus
- 3:25Speaker 2: to school every single day from one side of the
- 3:27Speaker 2: district to the other.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Okay, thank you you can. I mentioned that guy that
- 3:31Speaker 1: talks like that right, Well, he's being formal. You got
- 3:34Speaker 1: to go back and watch his TikTok and Instagram where
- 3:37Speaker 1: he's just raging like a like a nut. Hey mom.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Donnie's been doing a few interviews, one yesterday where he
- 3:46Speaker 1: sounded more definite about keeping Jessica tish. You know, he
- 3:52Speaker 1: said the earlier interviews he was open to it, but
- 3:55Speaker 1: this was more like, that's my plan. My plan is
- 3:59Speaker 1: to sew We'll see what she wants to do. If
- 4:02Speaker 1: he's going to try to take control of her or
- 4:05Speaker 1: push her to do things she doesn't want, she'll leave
- 4:07Speaker 1: in a second. She doesn't need to stay there, so
- 4:09Speaker 1: we'll see. We'll see what happens with that. He also
- 4:13Speaker 1: had with him. Now, this is a TV interview with
- 4:15Speaker 1: Channel four. He's being interviewed and he's going to sit
- 4:18Speaker 1: right there into the interview, but next to him is
- 4:20Speaker 1: Dean full of Han. Keep an eye on this guy.
- 4:22Speaker 1: This is his first deputy mayor, and it was interesting
- 4:25Speaker 1: that he had him sit with him at the interview.
- 4:27Speaker 1: So this guy's going to play a big role. Now,
- 4:30Speaker 1: this is not the guy you want running city hall either,
- 4:33Speaker 1: because he's a crazy left winger. But he was Deblasio's
- 4:37Speaker 1: first deputy mayor for many years. So as we keep
- 4:41Speaker 1: telling you, this could be just a repeat of Deblasio,
- 4:44Speaker 1: which wasn't great. Obviously was terrible. New York declined under Deblasio,
- 4:49Speaker 1: but we got through it. We got through eight years
- 4:51Speaker 1: at de Blasio. So he's brought in this guy full
- 4:54Speaker 1: of Hand and had him right next to him at
- 4:56Speaker 1: the interview. And I noticed tonight, Full of Hand's doing
- 4:59Speaker 1: his own inn New York one. Nobody sees New York one.
- 5:02Speaker 1: But it's interesting that that he would let Full of
- 5:06Speaker 1: Hand do all these interviews. So this guy's gonna have
- 5:08Speaker 1: a lot of clout. Now, the bad news of this
- 5:11Speaker 1: fool of hand Dean full of Hand, however you say
- 5:14Speaker 1: his name, he's got a lot of clout in Albany.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Nobody better connected plugged into the legislature of the Assembly.
- 5:21Speaker 1: So if you need to get stuff passed, this is
- 5:23Speaker 1: a guy that can get stuff done up there. So
- 5:27Speaker 1: that means Mom Donnie would have have some influence up
- 5:31Speaker 1: there with him. Now. The other interesting thing is Mam
- 5:33Speaker 1: Donnie that we actually asked about Trump. Mam Donnie said
- 5:36Speaker 1: he will reach out to Trump. He said it's a
- 5:40Speaker 1: crucial relationship. This is quite a concession on his part. Remember,
- 5:45Speaker 1: before the election, I'll fight Trump, I'll battle Trump. I
- 5:47Speaker 1: would never talk to Well, now the election's over, he says,
- 5:50Speaker 1: it's a crucial relationship, I will reach out to him.
- 5:56Speaker 1: So when they report it, well, you'll talk to Trump. Well,
- 5:58Speaker 1: I'll reach out to the White House. Now what all
- 6:00Speaker 1: that mean. Well, if he tries to talk to Trump,
- 6:03Speaker 1: I don't think Trump would talk to him. Usually the
- 6:05Speaker 1: way this stuff goes, he'll reach out to the White
- 6:08Speaker 1: House and get a meeting, but the meeting will be
- 6:11Speaker 1: with someone else first. Probably Susie Wiles will meet with
- 6:14Speaker 1: him chief of staff. She'll have the meeting with him,
- 6:18Speaker 1: and then they'll see how that goes, and then that
- 6:20Speaker 1: will lead to probably not a meeting with Trump because
- 6:23Speaker 1: neither of them would want that photograph out. But if
- 6:26Speaker 1: it goes well with Susie Wiles, it will lead to
- 6:28Speaker 1: a phone call with Trump and they'll talk and see
- 6:31Speaker 1: if they can listen. They're not going to be friends,
- 6:33Speaker 1: but they'll see if they can come out to some
- 6:36Speaker 1: kind of an arrangement, some kind of relationship where they
- 6:39Speaker 1: could at least be civil with each other. He was
- 6:43Speaker 1: asked about parades and things. You know, he didn't show
- 6:45Speaker 1: up for the Veteran's Day parade. Is he going to
- 6:48Speaker 1: go to parades? You got to remember he certainly you're
- 6:51Speaker 1: not gonna see it at the Israeli Day Parade. There's
- 6:52Speaker 1: a lot of parades you won't see this guy at
- 6:54Speaker 1: and he was asked about it.
- 6:56Speaker 2: There are many parades that I would not be attending
- 6:58Speaker 2: because I'd be focusing on the work of leading the city.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Yeah, he's focused, focused. You want to see some focus,
- 7:03Speaker 1: watch this guy, But the parades are on Sunday. You
- 7:06Speaker 1: don't have to focus on Sunday. And what he's really
- 7:09Speaker 1: saying is I hate these people. I'm not going to
- 7:11Speaker 1: their parade. Hey, Mikey. Cheryl who won the governor's race,
- 7:16Speaker 1: there was a lot of people analyzing how she did it.
- 7:19Speaker 1: People thought Sheitarelly was a great candidate. He was Okay,
- 7:22Speaker 1: he wasn't a great candidate. The truth of the matter,
- 7:25Speaker 1: she had a lot more charm than he did, despite
- 7:28Speaker 1: her lying, despite her insider trading, despite her Navy scandal,
- 7:33Speaker 1: despite her her horrible positions on things, her terrible positions,
- 7:38Speaker 1: despite her bad record. Still, you know, even when she
- 7:41Speaker 1: was lying and conning. She still had more charm than Shlosburg.
- 7:45Speaker 1: He was kind of a charmless guy. I'm sure he's
- 7:47Speaker 1: a nice guy. He just didn't have the personality you need.
- 7:51Speaker 1: But Politico and others doing these examinations of how she won,
- 7:55Speaker 1: her incredible strategy with social media, her staying on mess
- 8:00Speaker 1: her media strategy. Now here's what's going to happen twenty
- 8:06Speaker 1: twenty eight. Looks at this point like Gavin Newsom is
- 8:10Speaker 1: way out in front. If it were right now, he's
- 8:13Speaker 1: the nominee in twenty twenty eight. Of course, a lot
- 8:15Speaker 1: can happen. It's a couple of years away, so a
- 8:17Speaker 1: lot could happen. But right now it's Gavin Newsom and
- 8:20Speaker 1: Mikey Cheryl wants to be the VP candidate. Newsom Cheryl California,
- 8:26Speaker 1: New Jersey, West Coast, East Coast ticket. That's what they're
- 8:29Speaker 1: looking at. Newsom way out in front. Now, this is
- 8:32Speaker 1: what they call the shadow primary. It doesn't mean much.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Now you go back in a lot of campaigns, there
- 8:38Speaker 1: was one guy that was way out in front, the
- 8:40Speaker 1: obvious one, but that was so early that by the
- 8:43Speaker 1: time it got to that election year, somebody else rose up.
- 8:46Speaker 1: But one thing about being the shadow primary winner is
- 8:51Speaker 1: you can raise a lot of money. So Newsom will
- 8:53Speaker 1: spend a lot of time raising money. And look for
- 8:56Speaker 1: Mikey Cheryl to get involved with Newsom somehow she wants
- 9:01Speaker 1: to be the VP candidate. Just turn on the news.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Eric Adams said he will be traveling. He's going to
- 9:08Speaker 1: Israel and he wants to do more travel and he
- 9:11Speaker 1: wants to write a book, and he wants to do
- 9:13Speaker 1: a documentary. And he said he's going to go back
- 9:15Speaker 1: to school and get his doctor at a PhD. I
- 9:20Speaker 1: don't know that way he'd be a doctor. I'm doctor Eric.
- 9:26Speaker 1: It's not going to sound good. First of all, anytime
- 9:28Speaker 1: you hear PhD, you'll lose all respect for the person.
- 9:32Speaker 1: It means they spent too many years in school. If
- 9:38Speaker 1: you said to somebody, Hey, the guy over there, he's
- 9:40Speaker 1: a PhD. Do you say to your oh, I got
- 9:42Speaker 1: to talk to him. No, you run the other way.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Who wants to talk to him? But Adams will find
- 9:48Speaker 1: things to do. He's going to do a lot of traveling.
- 9:51Speaker 1: He's very good at profiting off other countries, you know, Turkey, whatever,
- 9:55Speaker 1: So he'll be doing a lot of traveling see what
- 9:57Speaker 1: he can pick up over there. Everybody loves Raymond. I
- 10:03Speaker 1: love that show. I still watch it every night. They
- 10:05Speaker 1: have these marathons every night. Everybody loves Raymond marathons. And
- 10:11Speaker 1: I could watch that show over and if it's absolutely timeless,
- 10:13Speaker 1: it holds up well. You know, I was trying to think,
- 10:15Speaker 1: why does this hold up so much better than other sitcoms. Well,
- 10:18Speaker 1: the guys that put it together, Ray Romano and Phil
- 10:22Speaker 1: what's his name Rosenthal and the other guy say one thing.
- 10:25Speaker 1: They say they were very careful not to put any
- 10:29Speaker 1: technology in the show. They don't show him on the phone.
- 10:32Speaker 1: You never see him pick up his phone once. All
- 10:35Speaker 1: they have to. But you generally don't see any computers,
- 10:37Speaker 1: any phones, you don't see the TV, you don't see
- 10:40Speaker 1: any of that. So and they did that deliberately because
- 10:43Speaker 1: they didn't want to look outdated. You know, when you
- 10:45Speaker 1: watch Seinfeld and he's got an answering machine and a
- 10:50Speaker 1: you know, a regular desk telephone, and you see his computer,
- 10:53Speaker 1: it's like a primitive, primitive computer. It looks so outdated,
- 10:57Speaker 1: but they were very careful to keep it that way,
- 11:01Speaker 1: so it looks absolutely timeless. You can watch it over
- 11:05Speaker 1: and over again. But they're going to do this thirtieth anniversary. Sure, yeah,
- 11:08Speaker 1: believe it or not, thirty years since Everybody Loves Raymond
- 11:10Speaker 1: started nineteen ninety six. This special will be ninety minutes now.
- 11:16Speaker 1: One reason they're doing this is TV has run out
- 11:18Speaker 1: of money. Primetime TV has very few viewers. A primetime
- 11:22Speaker 1: show used to get twenty thirty million viewers. Now it's
- 11:24Speaker 1: one million, two million, so that's less revenue, that's a
- 11:28Speaker 1: smaller budget. All they can afford now are game shows,
- 11:31Speaker 1: and these documentaries are cheap to do. Last night, you
- 11:34Speaker 1: might have seen that Golden Girls special reunion. Well they're
- 11:38Speaker 1: no longer with us, but people talking about it. This
- 11:41Speaker 1: Everybody Loves Raymond will be a reunion. They rebuilt the
- 11:45Speaker 1: or they found the original set the living room in
- 11:47Speaker 1: the house, and they're going to all go back. The
- 11:49Speaker 1: cast gets back together. Now. The problem is the two
- 11:53Speaker 1: of the most key players, the mother and the father,
- 11:56Speaker 1: are dead. They're no longer so they're not going to
- 11:57Speaker 1: be in it, but there'll be a lot of clips.
- 12:00Speaker 1: It'll be ninety minutes long. They got to fill time.
- 12:04Speaker 1: It's really cheap to do these reunion shows. Ninety minutes
- 12:07Speaker 1: will fill an hour and a half. So they can't
- 12:09Speaker 1: afford to do dramas or sitcoms anymore, too expensive to do.
- 12:14Speaker 1: But November twenty fourth, keep an eye out for that. Hey,
- 12:19Speaker 1: you ever use open table to make a reservation. A
- 12:21Speaker 1: lot of people use open table. You know they're spying
- 12:26Speaker 1: on you. Open table keeps track of everything you do.
- 12:29Speaker 1: So you make a reservation, open table, you go to
- 12:31Speaker 1: the restaurant. You do this all the time. Open table
- 12:34Speaker 1: compiles data from the restaurants. What you ordered, how you behaved,
- 12:40Speaker 1: if you gave the restaurant, any problems the staff, any
- 12:43Speaker 1: problems where you rude, where you're a good tipper, what
- 12:47Speaker 1: did you spend? All that kind of stuff goes into
- 12:52Speaker 1: a big, big open table file and then you kind
- 12:55Speaker 1: of get a rating. So when you make the reservation,
- 12:58Speaker 1: the restaurant can look you over. If you're a real problem,
- 13:01Speaker 1: they can cancel your reservation, or they can look at it.
- 13:05Speaker 1: See what kind of customer you are. Oh, he's a
- 13:07Speaker 1: big drinker, big wine drinker. Oh there's all kinds of
- 13:09Speaker 1: fancy went, well, we'll see them next to the wine cellar.
- 13:12Speaker 1: That kind of stuff. It's kind of like uber You
- 13:15Speaker 1: know you got a rating the uh you know the driver.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Sometimes you get a you try to get an uber.
- 13:22Speaker 1: One person tries, oh, there are no cars available. It's
- 13:25Speaker 1: twenty minutes. Someone else tries one minute, they'll be right there.
- 13:29Speaker 1: It's because that person has a higher rating as a passenger.
- 13:33Speaker 1: The uber driver sees your rating. You got a five,
- 13:35Speaker 1: we'll be right there. You got a two. Let somebody
- 13:38Speaker 1: else take this one. So just remember that when you
- 13:43Speaker 1: use open table. So if you're going to go to
- 13:45Speaker 1: a restaurant, get drunk and be rude, make the reservation
- 13:48Speaker 1: on the phone, don't put it on an open table.
- 13:50Speaker 1: That way it won't be recorded there. So hey, we'll
- 13:53Speaker 1: take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three two
- 13:55Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Hey, check out
- 13:58Speaker 1: my instagram if you didn't see it. The actual Johnny
- 14:02Speaker 1: Carson desk from the Tonight Show. The actual set was
- 14:05Speaker 1: at the Paley Museum, a wonderful museum you should visit.
- 14:09Speaker 1: But I went over there and sat in the Carson desk.
- 14:11Speaker 1: The actual Johnny Carson desk pictures up on Instagram. Mark
- 14:16Speaker 1: Simone Nyc at Instagram, Mark Simone Nyc at Instagram. Also,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I'll be on Cudlow later today between four and five
- 14:25Speaker 1: on the Fox Business Network. But we'll take some calls
- 14:27Speaker 1: next eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
