Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / The United States Senate Rejects the Idea of a Maxwell Pardon (7/30/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. The US Senate unanimously has agreed to oppose
- 0:08Speaker 1: a pardon or a potential pardon for Glainne Maxwell if
- 0:13Speaker 1: one is brought to the table, And that's all fine
- 0:16Speaker 1: and well, but the fact that we even have to
- 0:19Speaker 1: have that discussion is a problem unto itself, Like, how
- 0:24Speaker 1: could there even be a sentiment or a thought at
- 0:28Speaker 1: pardoning somebody like Glaine Maxwell. I just can't wrap my
- 0:32Speaker 1: mind around it. Anybody who looks at the facts of
- 0:36Speaker 1: the case and looks at what Glaine Maxwell was not
- 0:38Speaker 1: only accused of, but was convicted of, and thinks she
- 0:42Speaker 1: should be pardoned has a mental condition and they should
- 0:46Speaker 1: seek immediate help, because if anybody deserves their sentence, deserves
- 0:51Speaker 1: more of a sentence with harsher terms, in my opinion,
- 0:55Speaker 1: it's Glainne Maxwell. So today we have an article from
- 0:59Speaker 1: the New York Post and the headline Senate unanimously agrees
- 1:02Speaker 1: to oppose pardon for Epstein accomplice convicted sex trafficker Glenn Maxwell.
- 1:08Speaker 1: This article was authored by Zoe Hussain. The Senate unanimously
- 1:14Speaker 1: agreed on Wednesday that socialite and convicted sex trafficker Glenne
- 1:17Speaker 1: Maxwell should not be allowed a presidential pardon or a clemency. Socialite, really,
- 1:23Speaker 1: that's what we're calling her. How about bipedal sertment, fellow
- 1:28Speaker 1: child abuser, general, all around scumbag? Much more fitting. The
- 1:33Speaker 1: resolution was introduced by Senator Jackie Rosen to prevent the
- 1:37Speaker 1: President from granting a pardon, commutation, or any other form
- 1:41Speaker 1: of executive clemency to Maxwell, the accomplice an occasional girlfriend
- 1:45Speaker 1: of dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The fact that this conversation
- 1:49Speaker 1: needs to be had, let me reiterate, is ridiculous. Glene
- 1:53Speaker 1: Maxwell shouldn't be pardoned. That's it. That's the whole conversation.
- 1:57Speaker 1: We're going to go re litigate it all. Well, see
- 2:00Speaker 1: what had happened? Was? I mean, come on, enough is enough?
- 2:08Speaker 1: The resolution is not binding, but signals to the Trump
- 2:11Speaker 1: administration that Senate Republicans and Democrats oppose clemency for Maxwell
- 2:16Speaker 1: sixty four, who is currently serving a twenty year federal
- 2:20Speaker 1: prison sentence after being convicted in late twenty twenty one
- 2:23Speaker 1: on charges including sex trafficking, conspiracy, and trafficking of a minor.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Why is this discussion being had. We don't have better
- 2:35Speaker 1: things to talk about, you know, like the people who
- 2:38Speaker 1: enable Jeffrey Epstein, or the NPA, or the fact that
- 2:42Speaker 1: there's no special counsel. Yet it's frankly horrifying that Trump
- 2:45Speaker 1: would entertain the idea of clemency for even a second
- 2:49Speaker 1: for a convicted sex trafficker, Rosen said in a speech
- 2:52Speaker 1: on the Senate floor. According to The Hill, while she's
- 2:55Speaker 1: right about that, not exactly A big fan of Jackie Rosen.
- 2:59Speaker 1: She is a senator from my state, but I'm not
- 3:02Speaker 1: a big fan of her. But she's right here. And
- 3:05Speaker 1: guess what, when you're right, you're right, and she happens
- 3:08Speaker 1: to be right about this. I find it immoral and
- 3:12Speaker 1: disgusting that this is even a topic of discussion. If
- 3:17Speaker 1: Republicans advanced Todd Blanche's nomination tomorrow in the Judiciary Committee,
- 3:21Speaker 1: this is the least they can do to make their
- 3:24Speaker 1: opposition of a Maxwell pardon clear. She said, yeah, it's
- 3:27Speaker 1: non binding. Words are wind. They'll say one thing and
- 3:32Speaker 1: then do another. I mean, look at how all these
- 3:34Speaker 1: Republicans were so gung ho before the election to get
- 3:38Speaker 1: to the bottom of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. Now though, Nah,
- 3:42Speaker 1: come on, I mean, I'm old enough to remember when
- 3:45Speaker 1: Sean Hannity used to talk about Jeffrey Epstein. But now
- 3:49Speaker 1: crickets not a word. And why well, because it's politically
- 3:54Speaker 1: damaging the same reason he was trying to utilize it
- 3:58Speaker 1: against his enemies and the same people people like Sean Hannity.
- 4:02Speaker 1: They've been paving the road to get Glaine Maxwell some
- 4:05Speaker 1: clemency for whatever reason. Maybe they think that helps out
- 4:09Speaker 1: their boy, maybe they just want to remove another damaging
- 4:12Speaker 1: piece from the table. Whatever the motivation, it's not good.
- 4:18Speaker 1: A vote to confirm Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche as
- 4:21Speaker 1: Trump's pick to replace former Attorney General Pambondi was deriled
- 4:25Speaker 1: by two Senate Republicans on Wednesday. Not over Epstein, though,
- 4:30Speaker 1: has to do with the IRS and the fund that
- 4:33Speaker 1: Donald Trump allegedly was setting up to pay people for
- 4:37Speaker 1: government issues or whatever. You know, government screwed them. Here's
- 4:41Speaker 1: a fund, get some money from it. But of course
- 4:44Speaker 1: it's not what it seems, just like everything else this
- 4:46Speaker 1: government does. Blanche, who oversaw the rollout of the Epstein
- 4:53Speaker 1: files as Deputy Attorney General, has said he wouldn't recommend
- 4:56Speaker 1: a pardon for Maxwell. White House officials have repeatedly denied
- 5:00Speaker 1: that clemency for the convicted sex trafficker is under consideration. Well, look,
- 5:06Speaker 1: that would be insane, honestly, even for Donald Trump. Imagine
- 5:11Speaker 1: giving Glane Maxwell a pardon. Do you know what the
- 5:13Speaker 1: news cycle would be like. I mean, he'd have to
- 5:17Speaker 1: drop a nuke in Iran to change the news cycle.
- 5:20Speaker 1: And YO, real talk. I don't put it past them,
- 5:22Speaker 1: I honestly don't. I mean, what kind of president gets
- 5:25Speaker 1: up there and talks about, We're gonna beat the shit
- 5:27Speaker 1: out of so and so. How about some decorum? How
- 5:30Speaker 1: about not letting our enemies know what's coming. Trump, however,
- 5:36Speaker 1: has previously been coy when questioned by reporters about whether
- 5:39Speaker 1: he's considered granting Maxwell a pardon. I haven't even thought
- 5:42Speaker 1: about it. I haven't thought about it for months. Maybe
- 5:45Speaker 1: I haven't thought about it at all, the President said
- 5:48Speaker 1: in November. But I don't talk about that. I don't
- 5:50Speaker 1: rule it in or out. The month before, Trump had
- 5:53Speaker 1: said I will speak to the DOJ. I wouldn't consider
- 5:56Speaker 1: it or not consider it. I don't know anything about it.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Oh sure you don't. Sure you don't know anything about
- 6:02Speaker 1: Glene Maxwell and her prison sentence, and sure you didn't
- 6:06Speaker 1: unleash Todd Blanche to go make a deal with her.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'm sure that was all organic, right. The Supreme Court
- 6:14Speaker 1: rejected Maxwell's appeal of her sex trafficking conviction this past October.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Maxwell appeared virtually before the House Oversight Committee from the
- 6:23Speaker 1: minimum security Texas prison camp in February, where she was
- 6:27Speaker 1: moved shortly after an interview with Blanche last summer. No answers,
- 6:33Speaker 1: nobody stepped up and said, hey, this is why we
- 6:35Speaker 1: moved her, this is what it was based on. Of course,
- 6:39Speaker 1: they just say it's protocol. It's in the hands of
- 6:41Speaker 1: the BOP until your loved one gets in trouble and
- 6:45Speaker 1: they send them across the country and they tell you
- 6:47Speaker 1: to go get fucked. But if it's Glene Maxwell, a
- 6:50Speaker 1: come on, not only are we going to sit down
- 6:52Speaker 1: with her, but we're gonna move her to Camp Brian
- 6:55Speaker 1: and we're gonna hook her up whatever she wants, puppies,
- 6:57Speaker 1: chick fil a, extra computer time, hoodies, whatever it is.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Does that sound like the treatment a human trafficking child
- 7:07Speaker 1: molester should get. And people can talk all the bullshit
- 7:11Speaker 1: they want about anybody else try and pass the buck.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Who's in charge right now? Who made that deal with
- 7:17Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell? Well we know who made the deal, Donald
- 7:21Speaker 1: Trump and Todd Blanche And those are just the facts.
- 7:25Speaker 1: And if you want to be mad about it, be
- 7:26Speaker 1: mad about it, but be mad at Trump. He's the
- 7:29Speaker 1: one who is in control here. He's the one behind
- 7:33Speaker 1: the sticks. And in my opinion, this whole entire cover
- 7:35Speaker 1: up originated in the White House. She invoked her Fifth
- 7:41Speaker 1: Amendment right against self incrimination during the deposition. Her defense lawyer,
- 7:46Speaker 1: David Oscar Marcus, said she was eager to testify that
- 7:49Speaker 1: President Trump and former President Bill Clinton were innocent of
- 7:52Speaker 1: any wrongdoing despite ties to Ebstein in the nineties and
- 7:56Speaker 1: two thousands. So how could she know that? I thought
- 7:59Speaker 1: Glaine Maxwell was nowhere near Jeffrey Epstein after about two
- 8:02Speaker 1: thousand and four, two thousand and five. What happened, Glaine?
- 8:06Speaker 1: Did you lie? You would never do that, right, the
- 8:09Speaker 1: world's biggest liar telling lies? Who would have ever expected it?
- 8:13Speaker 1: What's next? I'm gonna have a big mouth. The absurdity
- 8:17Speaker 1: of it all, folks, the fucking absurdity of it all.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And I can't even believe this conversations happening. I know
- 8:23Speaker 1: I keep saying that, but I'm truly in disbelief. I
- 8:27Speaker 1: thought that when Glaine Maxwell exhausted her appeal attempts and
- 8:31Speaker 1: the Supreme Court told her to get stuffed, that would
- 8:33Speaker 1: be the end of it. But when you got enough money,
- 8:35Speaker 1: enough power, and enough dirt on people, maybe, well, I
- 8:39Speaker 1: guess the rules change. I guess there's that two tier
- 8:43Speaker 1: justice system we all love so much, one set of
- 8:47Speaker 1: rules for them, another set of rules for people like us.
- 8:52Speaker 1: And then you have her lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, who
- 8:55Speaker 1: is just absolutely ridiculous. Now, look, I get it, you
- 8:59Speaker 1: have to pue for your client right, you have to
- 9:02Speaker 1: passionately defend them and do everything you can to get
- 9:05Speaker 1: them out. I get that, but some of the ridiculous
- 9:08Speaker 1: nonsense that comes out of his mouth is just absurd.
- 9:12Speaker 1: It's like the stuff Andrew Tates lawyers are saying. Does
- 9:15Speaker 1: anyone really believe that Andrew Tates the reason had Donald
- 9:18Speaker 1: Trump got elected? What? Like? Come on, you really think
- 9:22Speaker 1: that guy has that much pull, that much power. He doesn't.
- 9:26Speaker 1: But it's the same nonsense with David Oscar Marcus talking
- 9:28Speaker 1: about Glenn Maxwell, like she's some kind of victim, Like
- 9:31Speaker 1: she wasn't convicted by a jury of her peers, Like
- 9:34Speaker 1: that conviction wasn't upheld by the Second Circuit, Like that
- 9:37Speaker 1: conviction wasn't upheld by the Supreme Court. So who you
- 9:42Speaker 1: trying to kid? Some of us actually know the story.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Some of us have actually looked at the court documents,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and what those court documents tell us, Well, they tell
- 9:53Speaker 1: us that Elaine Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. Well,
- 9:57Speaker 1: she was until her buddy Todd Blanche moved her. But
- 10:00Speaker 1: if anybody deserves to be behind bars for what happened
- 10:03Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein, for what they did in association with
- 10:07Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, for the pain and suffering they caused on
- 10:11Speaker 1: their own, then well, folks, it's not other than Gallainne Maxwell.
