- 0:34Speaker 3: A man adopts a pink parrot from an old sailor. Unfortunately,
- 0:40Speaker 3: it swears like an old sailor. He tries everything to
- 0:44Speaker 3: get it to stop. He even destroys the parrot's old cage,
- 0:49Speaker 3: but that just made things worse. He noticed his mom
- 0:53Speaker 3: was coming up to the house for dinner, so what
- 0:57Speaker 3: could he do. He couldn't let his dear sweet mother
- 1:01Speaker 3: hear this foul mouthed parrot, so he placed the bird
- 1:05Speaker 3: in the freezer until he could get rid of his mom.
- 1:09Speaker 3: They had some small talk and she was able to
- 1:13Speaker 3: get on her way. He runs back to let the
- 1:16Speaker 3: parrot out of the freezer. The parrot looks at the
- 1:20Speaker 3: man and says, pardon me, sir, for my prior foul language.
- 1:24Speaker 3: I promise you that it will never happen again. Well, good,
- 1:30Speaker 3: thank you, said the man. May I ask you a
- 1:33Speaker 3: question asked the parrot. Sure, go ahead. The parrot looks
- 1:39Speaker 3: at the man and says, exactly what did the chicken do?
- 1:50Speaker 3: Welcome to this week's episode of Positively three sixty five.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Today we're diving into the topic of confidence, not the loud,
- 2:00Speaker 3: flashy kind, but the quiet self assurance that comes from
- 2:04Speaker 3: knowing your worth. True confidence is built, not bought, and
- 2:10Speaker 3: it can be one of the greatest tools for growth
- 2:12Speaker 3: and peace. But first we have our trivia question of
- 2:17Speaker 3: the day. Are you ready for it? Here? It is
- 2:20Speaker 3: what is the longest river in the world. We will
- 2:25Speaker 3: have the answer when we come back.

- 4:23Speaker 3: Do you know the answer to this week's trivia question?
- 4:27Speaker 3: The question was what is the longest river in the world.
- 4:31Speaker 3: The answer is the Nile River, though the Amazon is
- 4:36Speaker 3: a close contender. The Nile stretches over forty one hundred
- 4:41Speaker 3: miles through northeastern Africa and has been a vital part
- 4:47Speaker 3: of civilizations for thousands of years. The Nile River. Now
- 4:53Speaker 3: you know. Confidence doesn't mean never doubting yourself. It means
- 5:03Speaker 3: trusting that you can handle what comes your way. It's
- 5:07Speaker 3: developed through experience, self reflection, and learning to speak kindly
- 5:12Speaker 3: to yourself. When you stop waiting for permission to believe
- 5:16Speaker 3: in your abilities, you'll begin to see how capable you
- 5:20Speaker 3: really are. One of the best ways to build confidence
- 5:24Speaker 3: is to keep promises to yourself, even small ones. Each
- 5:28Speaker 3: step you take toward your goals reinforces your trust in
- 5:33Speaker 3: who you are becoming. And remember you don't need to
- 5:37Speaker 3: be perfect, just consistent and brave. To close this week's
- 5:55Speaker 3: episode of Positively three sixty five, there is a quote
- 6:00Speaker 3: from a former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. She said, no
- 6:07Speaker 3: one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Yes,
- 6:15Speaker 3: it's true, so believe in yourself. The world will catch up.
