Dillons is recalling three popular deli items—Chipotle Cheddar Chicken Wrap, Cajun Chicken Mashed Potatoes and Corn, and Chicken Enchiladas—due to potential salmonella from jalapeños sourced in Sinaloa, Mexico. These same peppers were also linked to major restaurant chains like Chipotle and QDOBA, which have since switched suppliers.
