Episode 94: Jeju Air Flight 2216 Crash (제주항공 2216편 참사)
It was the Sunday morning after Christmas. A plane full of families was coming home from a holiday in Bangkok, a few minutes from landing. Then a flock of birds, a mayday call, and a jet sliding down the runway on its belly with no wheels down. At the far end of the runway, there was a mound of earth and concrete that most passengers would never have known existed. Of the 181 people on board, 179 never got off that plane.
