This weekend, Richmond Raceway is offering free driver safety training for teens and parents — a life-saving program called BRAKES, designed to turn risky driving habits into reflexes. Through hands-on practice, distraction simulations, and sobering goggles that mimic impaired driving, teens learn to react instantly to danger.
