Spooky season in full effect as blustery winds make for a howling Halloween
We'll dry out on Friday, but it's going to be a blustery Halloween! Winds could still gust up to 45 mph. A stray shower is possible in the Catskills. Still breezy on Saturday, but it's looking nice for the TCS NYC Marathon on Sunday.
