Blue Jacket Inc. is hosting their tenth annual Second Chances Art Exhibit on September 10th, spotlighting the inspiring journeys of academy graduates who’ve overcome massive obstacles to rebuild their lives—through grit, art, and community. Local artists collaborate with each graduate to create original works—paintings, photography, and more—each piece a vivid tribute to resilience and transformation.
