Young Man Killed in Parking Lot Stabbing | Oakland News
A 21-year-old man, Nicholas Ortiz, died after being stabbed in a parking lot on East Travis Boulevard. Police arrested 23-year-old Royshawn Brown, also from Fairfield, by 2 PM the same day. Brown is now in custody on suspicion of murder and is expected to appear in court Thursday. Authorities have executed a search warrant at a related residence but haven’t disclosed findings.
