- 0:54SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm battling a bit of a headache today.
- 0:56SPEAKER_02: I think the pressure of like the weather changing, it's very gloomy today.
- 0:59SPEAKER_02: Um, but oh, I have a I'm not happening.
- 1:02SPEAKER_02: I mean, a caution slept through the night for the first time in like weeks, um, weeks and weeks.
- 1:07SPEAKER_02: So that was like that was a win.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: Slept for the night, no accidents.
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: So that that is my little update.
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: It's it's funny how that's like my little update now that I am a firm mom.

- 1:54SPEAKER_02: And I can't wait for you guys to hear this episode because it is super juicy.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: So I'm gonna go ahead and allow Jasmine to introduce herself.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for having me, Liv.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to be here.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So I am Jasmine.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: I am a hypnotherapist, energy healer, and nutritionist.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I'm just really grateful to be here.
- 2:17SPEAKER_02: So let's go ahead and dive right in because I feel like when people hear hypnosis, they think like how would I use a thing with the people on stage and then they get people to like quack like a duck and all that kind of stuff.
- 2:28SPEAKER_02: Can you kind of explain well, maybe it is that I don't know, maybe, but like what it really is, and like yeah, for everyone listening.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: And oh my gosh, I'm so glad you brought that up and that we're starting with this because there are so many misconceptions about hypnosis, and I would you know, the main difference is that hypnosis is kind of what people see on the stage where you bring someone up and you, you know, quote, hypnotize hypnotize them.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: What I do is hypnotherapy.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: So it's literally using this practice for the use of therapy, it's using it to heal, it's using it to transform our lives, to get to the root cause of why people are struggling with emotional issues, for trauma, all of these things, and create those new neural pathways because I I think that there's just this there has been this stigma, and I'm so glad because I do feel like it's really changing now about that.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: It's just like someone's gonna hypnotize you and you're not gonna know what's happening.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's not like that at all.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Hypnosis is so gentle, it's so I like to explain it as kind of just like meditation with a purpose, right?
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Because we're getting into that subconscious mind, which is where all of the programs are, all of the scripts are, all of the hidden traumas, events, experiences, everything from our whole lives.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And we're getting to dialogue with that part of us when we're in hypnosis.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: And so I use it as hypnotherapy.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: So it's getting into that state, and people remember everything.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Like it's not like you're in like some you know, coma and then come out and have no idea what you did.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Like that never happens with my clients.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: You remember everything, and we use it for the purposes of therapy.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: So it's actually pretty easy to become a hypnotist.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: It's not, it's a lot more training to become a hypnotherapist.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: So I hope that clears up some of the confusion around it.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: No, a hundred percent.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: And guys, I will say, like, I have had a session and I remember the whole thing.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: I I thought it was gonna be a lot, I thought I wasn't gonna remember.
- 4:30SPEAKER_02: I really thought it was gonna be like, oh, I was gonna go in and then I was gonna wake up and not remember anything.
- 4:34SPEAKER_02: But I remember like all of it.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: And it's exactly what you said.
- 4:37SPEAKER_02: It's like meditation with a purpose.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: I love that analogy because that's literally what it felt like.
- 4:41SPEAKER_02: And there was such a massive release, I remember, of things that I didn't even like know that, like, oh, my mind took me there.
- 4:48SPEAKER_02: This is coming up, and it's crazy.
- 4:49SPEAKER_02: So, like, what are some of the big advantages or things that like hypnotherapy can help with, slash how does it help with that?
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, if I'm being honest, I haven't found a problem yet.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: Actually, no, there's one thing that I'm not supposed to work on with hypnotherapy, and that's narcissism.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: But even that I wouldn't be too I wouldn't be, I've never worked with a narcissist, but um, other than that, literally everything because gosh, like live, you know, everything really does have these emotional roots.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And so we think that, you know, it's just like, oh, I just have back pain, or I have neck pain, or I'm just constipated, or I'm having gut issues, or skin issues, or whatever it is.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: But it's like these things have to start with an emotional root.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: And so what hypnotherapy does is it's like opening up this portal to the subconscious mind of why did the body create this?
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And and it this I'm just like giving health examples, it's like relationship examples.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: So why are you attracting, why are you attracting in like the same partner who cheats on you, or the same person who doesn't show you love, or why aren't you able to create abundance in your life?
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: Like all of these just start with an energy.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: It's like you're not doing anything wrong.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: You just experienced these experiences and traumas and events and things in your life.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: And so in hypnotherapy, we go back and we figure out like, uh, where's the block?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Like, what's causing this so that we can release it?
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: And just like you said, like people have these massive releases, which is so beautiful.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: And that's like makes my job so exciting and so fun because it's uh people don't realize uh how much of this energy that's uh you're carrying around with you and that's holding you back from being healthy, being wealthy, having the relationship you want.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: And I know I'm just like preaching to the choir here, but it really is so, so important to release these energetic stories, really, that we just tell ourselves from our past.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And once we can identify that story and release it, like I just think that hypnosis is one of the fastest ways because it just opens up the portal to your subconscious mind, which is where all of it lies.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: And so that's why people get those changes really quick, and that's why, you know, I don't have like anything particularly against talk therapy, but it's just like with talk therapy, we're just dialoguing with the conscious mind, which is five percent, right?
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: The subconscious mind runs 95% of our lives, and so why not work with that?
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: So that's why hypnotherapy is so, so, so potent because people literally have one session, whereas like talk therapy, you can go for years and years and years, whereas literally just one session of hypnotherapy completely changes people's lives.
- 7:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, I see totally what you mean, especially with the subconscious versus conscious.
- 7:53SPEAKER_02: And for people who may not know like the difference, can you just explain a bit more like why the subconscious is important to work with?
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: I know you said we live 95%, but that's like the part that we're not aware of most of the time.
- 8:05SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: Yes, absolutely.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: So your subconscious mind is the it's like I like to think of it as like your conscious mind is like a from a computer is like the monitor.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: So it's like the screen, it's like what you see, it's like what you and I are talking with right now, it's what listeners are listening with, like it's just your conscious mind.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: And we think that that runs our lives, but the subconscious mind literally remembers every single event from the time that you were conceived, so not just born, but literally conceived.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I've done sessions where we go back to the womb and I'm dialoguing with people in the womb.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: They've heard stories from their parents talking, and when a baby is in the womb, their ears like they can't see, so their ears and senses are wide open.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, and so the subconscious mind literally remembers every single event, every single story from your entire life.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: So, your conscious mind, of course, isn't gonna like I know so many people don't even remember what they ate for breakfast yesterday.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Your subconscious mind remembers everything, every event, every trauma, and not just the events, but the energy of them, right?
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Because that's really what's important is it's not just the event itself, because we all attach different meanings to different events.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: And so your subconscious mind is also like this intelligence that's running your body.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to tell your body, like, okay, body, digest food, you know, secrete amylase and like enzymes to like now, pancreas, please do that.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't have to do that.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: Your body, that's your subconscious mind running all of your organs in the perfect harmony.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And they've even done like these studies where like you'll go walking, people go walking on the street.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And while you consciously saw, like, you know, this person that you walked by, and that person, they've done studies where people go into hypnosis and the subconscious mind actually remembered everything around, like the color of the signs and the the penny that was on the street that the person walked over.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: So it's like your subconscious mind is constantly scanning the environment and picking up so much more than we could ever realize and even are aware of.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: And it's kind of like oh, I didn't even finish.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Going back to the computer analogy, it's like the hard drive.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: So it's storing all of that information, but we can change the energy around those stories and what we want our hard drive to actually remember.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: And so that's what we do in hypnotherapy.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: So you would change how like you would have perceived those things, basically.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: So if someone, because I mean, we've all seen, like, for example, siblings can grow up in the same household and their parents are fighting, and one sibling becomes an alcoholic and drug addict, and like their lives are ruined because of the trauma, whereas another person can be like super successful, and it was like it wasn't that big of a deal to them.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Like they were just like mom and dad were just fighting, like it I got over it.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: So we all perceive the same thing happening very differently, right?
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: So what we do in hypnotherapy and hypnosis is it's like going back in, and it's like, well, what energy we energy do we want to create around that?
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: And so often we're just telling ourselves these stories on repeat of how we think things were, and we can change that story, and that's what we do and create those new neural pathways so that we don't have to hold on to the energy around it.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Because here's the thing like people, yes, like I totally get like people have gone through awful trauma, and I'm not like diminishing that in any capacity, but at the end of the day, hurt people hurt people, and the only reason why, like I think back now, I'm just like that person had to be struggling so much to be able to like have the capacity to do that to someone, and so what I also find this is coming through that is such an important distinction is that you know, in talk therapy, I really find so often that it's like I mean, I went to talk therapy for years and it was like getting mad at the people, at the perpetrators.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: It was like, why did they do that?
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: Like, that's why I messed up, right?
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: When I was in hypnotherapy, it was like, oh my gosh, like all of a sudden I had this like level of understanding and compassion and like, oh my gosh, like they were just doing the best they could with what they knew at the time.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And so when we can go back in, and that's what's so powerful about the subconscious mind, is we have access to not just our portal, but we can see into all of these other portals of other people's minds and other people's because the subconscious really is opening up to the infinite.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: It's not just us, it's it's everyone.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: And so we get to see the minds of others, like the one mind that exists and we can see that it's like, oh, they were just they truly were just doing the best they could with what they knew.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: And so then we learn forgiveness, we live, we learn all of these other tools that helps us really rewrite those scripts and stories and change those neural pathways to actually support us in healing.
- 13:18SPEAKER_02: I couldn't agree more, especially with the talk therapy, and not like anything against anyone who does talk therapy or whatever, but like for me, I felt the same way.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: I walked in, I was like, this is pointless.
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: Like I just felt like I wasn't like, I know, yeah, I know exactly what you mean.
- 13:31SPEAKER_02: It just didn't, it didn't hit deep enough.
- 13:34SPEAKER_02: And I feel like you're able to get so much deeper when you work with the subconscious mind.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: Like, even when I work with my clients in the subconscious, like they don't even necessarily know, you know, oh, like I've been feeling unworthy all my life, and they don't know why.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: And we go back and like a memory comes up that they never would have remembered.
- 13:50SPEAKER_02: And it that brings me to my next point where those people think about trauma, they think about you know, rape or beating or this or that, and they don't realize that like trauma, quote unquote, can be something like just being told no by your parent and like the way you perceived that or everything, and that can like live with you for years and years and years.
- 14:06SPEAKER_02: So, can you like speak to like trauma and like how trauma doesn't always have to be like some big huge thing?
- 14:12SPEAKER_02: But like even though it is huge, you know what I mean?
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad you brought that up because yeah, people hear trauma and they're like, no, I'm I didn't have any trauma.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: Trauma like Jesus Christ, like let me get in there and I'll show you all the trauma, right?
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's the thing: if you were born, you've experienced a trauma.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, literally coming into the world is traumatic.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: You're going from your mom's comfy, cozy boom, blasted into like a bright light, like that's a trauma.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: So everyone's experienced trauma.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And yes, it doesn't just have to be like being molested or being raped.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: There's every it's why, and and also like there's I heard someone say, like, I thought that this was the best analogy, like, stop playing the trauma Olympics.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Like, just because someone was raped and molested doesn't mean that what you went through isn't traumatic, because we all have our own barometers of like what we know to be traumatic.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: So just because so-and-so has had like all of these crazy things doesn't mean that they're you know worse or better off.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: It really doesn't, because you experiencing your mom telling you no is just as traumatic to you as someone being raped, like so, just because it's not what we would consider as a society to be just as severe, your subconscious mind interpreted that as severe.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And that's the thing, is why it's so important to look at the subconscious mind is because our interpretations of things are so important, and so I'm so glad you brought up the example of just like your mom or dad telling you no, because literally it was like I had a session with a woman who she like could not call an abundance, like was working so much, and we went back and literally this is hilarious.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: But the scene that we went to was her like four or five years old at a convenience store with her mom, and she literally asked her mom, she's like, Mom, can I have this like piece of candy or whatever it was?
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And her mom jokingly said to her, Well, do you deserve it?
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: So she now has this belief of yeah, I don't know if I deserve things.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: So here's the thing like someone's not gonna see that like as traumatic, just like watching from the outside is like a witnessing, like a mom's just like teasing her.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: Did the mom do anything wrong?
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: No, like she was just teasing her, but the mind interprets things in certain ways based on so many different, I mean, past lives, their current situation, like all these things.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: The mind grabs onto things and makes interpretations.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: And so this little girl who's now a grown woman is not able to make the amount of money she wants.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: We identify that, clear that she's able to call in abundance easily, right?
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: So it's like trauma is literally a massive spectrum.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: So just because you weren't raped or Melissa does not mean you like everyone experiences trauma, every single person.
- 17:24SPEAKER_02: And from what I understand too, the subconscious is more like easily influenced when we're younger, yes, as opposed to like right now.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the ages of zero to seven are when the subconscious mind is like wide open.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: So actually, children are basically it's like if you look at from uh brainwave state, that's when we're in those theta waves, which is actually when you get into hypnosis, it opens up those theta waves, which is when you're highly suggestible and influenced, which just like on the day-to-day, we're like in the alpha, just normal brain waves.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: And so when we can access those theta waves, but yeah, so children are literally living in theta brain state.
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: So that's why it can manifest so much.
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: Imagine living right?
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: I know, I know.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: If only we could just, if only we knew back then, but that's why they're like, and that's why you look at kids, and it's like it's so easy for them to just like play make-believe and like play with their toys and and they see fairies and like all of these things, right?
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: Because it's like they're in that theta brain state, and also I do find it like so important to reiterate as well, like zero.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: So, like, literally conception.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: So you're taking on also the energy of your mom, your parents.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: It's like that is also influencing like the messages and things that you hear when you're in the womb.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: So, like, there's so many things that are influencing like why people are struggling in any capacity, and it's it's really these stories and energy and experiences that we have.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: And yeah, we're zero to seven.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: It really does set the stage for our whole lives.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: Now, you briefly mentioned something about past lives.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: Does this include past lives as well?
- 19:10SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, absolutely.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: I didn't know that.
- 19:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: Oh, see, I didn't okay.
- 19:16SPEAKER_02: Can you can you like go on about that?
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: Because now I'm very intrigued.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I mean, during a session with people, we always go to what's going to be the most important.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: And for most people, I think that there's plenty to work on in this lifetime.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: But yeah, we definitely have gone to past lives, and it's, I mean, that energy comes with us.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: And especially if it was something really traumatic that we didn't heal or overcome, or a lesson that our soul really wants us to learn.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: If that's something that is in our soul's greatest learning and purpose and mission here on life, like that energy is going to show up in our lives until we truly heal it.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, absolutely.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: I have gone back with people to past lives in hypnotherapy.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: It's super fun.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: Like I said, the majority of people have plenty to work on in this life.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: But I typically find it is like the people who are like in it, like doing the work often, that it's like they've just healed so much that it's like then we can get into those past lives and um, or if it is just something really, really heavy or traumatic from a past life.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we can absolutely go back and switch around the energy and create those neuron, new neural pathways.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: And it's so cool because we can literally heal our lineage and our ancestors through working on ourselves.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: There's so much possibilities.
- 20:42SPEAKER_02: Like it's hard to wrap your mind around like all the things you can heal and whether it's you or your family, your whole line, like it's just there's just so much, it's a never-ending journey to heal.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: And I know you also do a lot in terms of like reprogramming because you sent me, I know, in our session together afterwards, like a reprogramming track after.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: So, can you explain more about like reprogramming the subconscious mind, kind of just to educate um everyone listening, kind of about like reprogramming?
- 21:07SPEAKER_02: What does that mean?
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: I think people keep hearing the word reprogramming.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: Reprogramming, like it's a very trendy word.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: So can you dive deeper into that?
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: You know, I like to say that about 50% of the healing comes in the session, you know, just like that release and that kind of the aha, like, oh, that's why I've been struggling with my health or my relationships or my abundance, like whatever it is.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: But then it really I do find it important to because you've released so much energy, like we have to fill it back in.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: And so that's what the reprogramming is.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: And so that's why I do create a hypnosis meditation for all of my clients.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: And it's, you know, when so, like I said, when we create that huge release, like you're automatically shifting new neurons.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Pathways and creating new neural pathways in that moment.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: And so what the reprogramming does, and when I create the meditation hypnosis for my clients, that's really like just solidifying in that energy and those new neural pathways.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: Because I think that sometimes we can so that's where the other 50% of the healing comes is it's like you have to do the work too, right?
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: It's like a healer can only like heal you so much as you also help heal yourself.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: And so it really is like showing up with that energy and that that intention to bring in those new emotions and those new thoughts of worthiness, deserve.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: I mean, and I know you totally get like we have to bring in the self-love, we have to bring in the worthiness and the deservingness of that energy so that people we can signal to the subconscious mind, like, hey, like you're okay now, and like it's okay to change this story and this belief.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: And I like you wouldn't even believe it.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Like I talked to clients like years later, and I did, I even interviewed one of my clients on my podcast, and she was like, Oh my gosh, like I I totally even forgot about that.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: Like, and here was like this massive trauma.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: I remembered like working on it in our session.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: She was like, I totally forgot about that.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: So, I mean, that's what happens when we do when we do do the work and do those meditations, but um yeah, it just really helps to solidify in those new neural pathways.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: And it's it's so much easier.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: Like, people think reprogramming, it kind of sounds scary, I think, to some people, but it's we're being programmed every day, right?
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: So it's just being more intentional about what you want to reprogram with.
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: So, how can people start to be more intentional with that?
- 23:48SPEAKER_02: You know, I think it's what tips do you have for people, or is there anything that they can do, like apart from like deep hypnosis, to start to like dive into this more?
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, I really believe starting with intention.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: Like, what is your intention?
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: Wake up every day and start with an intention, like rather than yeah, just like diving into like social media and like what you think you're supposed to be or do, or all of these things, like we have been a program to think that we don't have the power.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: We do, we're so powerful, and you have the power to set an intention and create whatever you want, right?
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: And I think that if people can begin to really, really and and I know like this it this can sound like some like airy fairy thing, but like I challenge people to like wake up and set an intention.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Like, I choose this, I choose to be happy, I choose to be abundant, I choose to be healthy, and watch your life and your energy and the people and relationships around you begin to reflect that back to you.
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: Yes, like I tell several like when people think it's so complex, oh, I don't have the health, I don't have the abundance.
- 25:05SPEAKER_02: I'm like, your thoughts become your reality is because you don't believe you're worthy and deserving, and you're declaring that like life is shitty, then yeah, life's gonna be shitty.
- 25:12SPEAKER_02: Start declaring otherwise and watch your life change.
- 25:14SPEAKER_02: And people think it's like, oh, it's not that simple.
- 25:17SPEAKER_02: And no, like it it really is, like it really is that simple, but it just takes time.
- 25:22SPEAKER_02: It's not like saying it once, you know, on today, which is a Tuesday, and expecting, you know, a million dollars.
- 25:27SPEAKER_02: Well, maybe, maybe, but like it's that daily, like think about how long you've been telling your mind otherwise.
- 25:33SPEAKER_02: It's also gonna take a little bit of time for you to start doing that, start saying that intention and practicing, you know, this mindset stuff and this stuff on a daily basis.
- 25:41SPEAKER_02: So you mentioned like starting your day with intention.
- 25:43SPEAKER_02: Do you have like a morning routine or maybe routine or whatever you do during your day that's like your yeah, the things that you do?
- 25:50SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: I I have a whole podcast literally just about my morning routine because it's kind of I'm actually, I've actually been working on like trimming it down a little bit.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: So I'm trying to be like I'm trying to be really intentional about listening to my body, what my body wants, what my soul wants.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: And I and I also think that different seasons of life, different seasons in the year, they all require different things from us.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: So um, yes.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna say yes, and also always tune in, always listen because like your heart.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: So here's the thing I started like doing all of these things, and then once they kind of just became my routine, then it became easier for me to like really check in because I had this space in my schedule and my day to like check in and tune in with like okay, what is what does Jasmine's soul need and want and want to create?
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Because we really have to start with that, like we have to fill our own cup, and so my day, like the very first thing that I do like is get up and I go into meditation, like always, always, always I do my alternate nostril breathing to like stimulate the different sides of my brain.
- 27:12SPEAKER_02: Pause, pause, pause.
- 27:13SPEAKER_02: So uh, we need details.
- 27:14SPEAKER_02: We need how long you're doing the nostril breathing, what kind of guided is it silent, is it transcendental?
- 27:19SPEAKER_02: What are you doing?
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's super simple.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: It's super simple.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: I just do the alternate nostril breathing for like three to five breaths, like per per side, nothing crazy.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: And you know, I used to do guided meditations, and I think for a lot of people, like if you don't meditate, it's a lot easier to start with guided meditations, but now I just do like whatever my soul is called.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: Like I feel like at this point, like I just feel tapped into what my soul is needing of me.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And sometimes like guides and angels will come through with messages in my meditation.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: So mine's always just open.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: It's always just like I kind of just do like a chakra clearing, it's always silent.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: And here's the thing I used to meditate for there was a time where I was meditating for an hour a day, like in the morning, just the morning, just my meditation was a full hour, and I was doing like these binaural beats, and I was doing these like tapes and tracks and all of these things.
- 28:24SPEAKER_00: And while it was fun for a time, it was like, okay, that's not serving me anymore.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: So, like, that's why I'm saying, like, this is what I do, but like always check in because you're gonna know what serves you more.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: And like, yeah, those like got me to a certain point, but we can only get so far with like doing one thing, like your soul is always growing and expanding and evolving.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: And so I think we have to roll with that.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: So, especially now that it's like spring and it's like I find that winter it's a lot easier to meditate longer.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: Whereas like in the spring, I want to I'm finding now that I just do like a quick chakra cleansing, see if there's like any messages from my guides and angels, the spirit.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: Um, I then do some journaling after that to like see if anything came through.
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: I always do gratitude journaling.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: I just find that that puts you in the frequency of it's so important to just take time to be express what you're grateful for.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: And then I find that my meditation continues as I go outside now and like go for a walk.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: I do my grounding, connect to the earth, connect to spirit, and once again, like thank Mother Earth, thank Heavenly Father for just like another day.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: Always like look up into the sun and gaze and get that, get my circadian rhythms balanced.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: And I find that like my meditation really continues as I'm walking and like just allowing myself to be an open vessel for not just like receiving, but also creating the intention for my day and for myself and what I want to live and all of that.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: So um, but yeah, it is always changing and always, and I'm always just trying to tune in and it's a it's an ever-growing practice.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: But I think that it is so important to take that time in the morning and before bed to really just be with ourselves and create and be in our own energy.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: I think so many of us are so scared of our own energy, and that's where you're going to heal and change your life.
- 30:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and there's so much resistance to being in your own energy, or almost like avoiding being in your own energy.
- 30:29SPEAKER_02: And also like when you're in the morning, you're still in that theta state when you first wake up.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: And so if you're going onto like your phone and your subconscious is so, you know, subjective at that time, and you're being bombarded by other people's energy opinions and everything.
- 30:44SPEAKER_02: Well, that is gonna set the tone of your day.
- 30:46SPEAKER_02: So you really have the power and the intention to be like, okay, how do I want this day to start, begin?
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: What's the intention I'm setting, versus reacting to everything that started your day, reacting to the maybe the texts from your emails from your boss or this work thing or that or social media, etc.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: Totally, totally.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: And and it's and it also like it gets you into that energy of just like even comparison and like, oh, like, well, why am I not doing that?
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: Or why is she like receiving that?
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: Like, and we don't even realize it, I think, so often.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: And that's just like not how you want to start your day because it once you take the time to like get firm in your energy, then those things don't bother you as much.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 31:28SPEAKER_02: So I feel like with everything we've discussed, it like hypnosis and akoshic readings, like what I do, is kind of very similar.
- 31:35SPEAKER_02: They both access things that you're not consciously aware of, like they cover blocks, maybe why you haven't been able to heal from this, why you're like attracting these types of relationships.
- 31:44SPEAKER_02: Like when you said that, I was like, oh, that makes sense.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: Like that's kind of what we do in record readings.
- 31:48SPEAKER_02: So I almost feel like the records are like an energetic, like well, like literally record of like what the subconscious kind of knows and houses in your house.
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: Does that make sense?
- 31:59SPEAKER_02: Or like, how would you like because you've had a reading before?
- 32:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 32:03SPEAKER_02: So you're saying how would you defer it?
- 32:05SPEAKER_02: And then I'll kind of like add to it and kind of like because I feel like people are probably curious because I've talked about very similar things that you've talked about when, like, oh, we do this in hypnosis.
- 32:13SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, well, yeah, I do the same thing in like Akasha greetings.
- 32:17SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I feel like we should touch on this.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm so glad you added your you asked because I wanted to ask you because I do feel like people like really want to hear about well, so then what's the difference?
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: Like it's both like tapping into this, you know, this subconscious mind.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: Like, what do we do?
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: And and I think it's also really fun for people to hear because like I've received a session from you, you've received a session from me, and like they're both such beautiful tools, I think, to heal and create change.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: And I wouldn't like, I literally wouldn't say like one is better than the other or like more effective or anything.
- 32:52SPEAKER_00: I think that they're both just amazing tools for accessing these realms that we don't see.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: It's like, it's like revealing to us the information that we can't see with our conscious mind.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 33:05SPEAKER_00: And so we help people get into like what is the flock, what is the resistance, what is the stuck energy.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: And so how I see it is, you know, so we did talk about like the past lives, which I think is so fascinating for a lot of people.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: And the Akash readings obviously is like a little bit more of like everything that's has happened in people's past, and like you just tap into that.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: And um I think that that can be really illuminating to people and can also provide them with so much like explanation and just clarity as to like, oh, this is why like it's like I've been struggling with this forever, like not just this lifetime, but past lifetimes.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: Um, but also like even though you do like the akashic, it's like uh it's also just about the present in the field, which is present in the subconscious mind, which is exactly what I do in hypnotherapy.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: So it's like we're still it's like it's it's just different ways to get to the subconscious mind and to release that energy and to identify people's blocks.
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: Because I mean, like, here's the thing like it's like two healers, like we're also doing the work, and I really want people to see and hear that.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: Like, like we're not just healing other people, like we're very much we care about this because yeah, of our own blocks and our own releases and the like our own struggles and things that we've gone through.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: And so, I mean, that's why I became a hypnotherapist was because I literally had this terrible eczema that was taking over my hands.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: And here I was in grad school for nutrition, and I was like learning about all of these things that I was supposed to be doing with my clients for nutrition, like the elimination diet and fixing their gut.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, cool.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: I'm doing literally all the protocols that they're teaching me to do to my clients, and none of it is working on me.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: And then I just so happened to be listening to a podcast, hear about this crazy thing called hypnotherapy, and never heard of it before.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: Like I had only heard about, you know, hypnotism and stages and people cracking like a duck.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: And I booked one session live, and literally two weeks later, my eczema was completely gone.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: Completely gone.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: And so I was like, okay, there's clearly an energetic component to our health issues and to our lives, like everything.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: There is an energetic component, and the physical is literally just a manifestation of the energetic.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: And so it's just two beautiful ways to identify what energy is holding you back from living your dreams, your desires, and what you want in your life.
- 35:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I totally agree.
- 35:54SPEAKER_02: I feel like they they get you to the same place or just different, and I don't think one is better.
- 35:58SPEAKER_02: That's like I've done both.
- 35:59SPEAKER_02: I've done like onto my own records, I've had, you know, hypnotherapy with you, and like I love them both.
- 36:04SPEAKER_02: They're just like different, you know.
- 36:06SPEAKER_02: There's also like breathwork, there's so many different things.
- 36:08SPEAKER_02: And I also think it's important to do, you know, to try different things.
- 36:12SPEAKER_02: Maybe for some people, hypnotherapy resonates more, it's more effective for them.
- 36:16SPEAKER_02: And like it's all about finding the modality that works for you.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: But and I think that they all work too, right?
- 36:22SPEAKER_00: At different times in our lives.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: Because here's the thing like there were certain things that I did with hypnotherapy that I was like, this literally shifted everything for me.
- 36:30SPEAKER_00: And then there were other things that was like, oh my gosh, like breath work, like just clear that out super quickly.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: Or, you know, then it's like, because like I I have done, I I tap into like, you know, I I don't necessarily, I wouldn't say it's like maybe it's the Akashic, I don't know.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: It's similar, but like when I whenever I do like channeling or things like that, like tapping into like what my guides have, what messages they have, and spirit and stuff.
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: So it's like and and the akashic, it's like it, it, it's also like just clearing that energy out.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: And that helps me identify certain things that I couldn't that I wasn't able to get to with hypnotherapy.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: So it's like certain things and modalities.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: I think I think that sometimes people just like one thing works for them, and then they're like, that's like that's it.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: Like that's that's that's the only thing there is.
- 37:17SPEAKER_00: But it's like, no, we have all of these beautiful tools, and it's like, what a blessing, right?
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: That we get to just utilize all of these.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll never be like, oh no, this is this is the only thing that works.
- 37:27SPEAKER_00: Like, we have amazing tools, and I think use them all and find what resonates, and different things are gonna resonate at different times in our lives and with different circumstances and and issues.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: Oh, sure.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: I believe them.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: That's why I like I use them all whenever I find a new one.
- 37:41SPEAKER_02: I'm like, yes, let's try it.
- 37:43SPEAKER_02: Because it just like, yeah, it gets in, it hits everything, hits different, does different.
- 37:48SPEAKER_02: Now, I think maybe I was thinking about this as you were talking, maybe one slight difference, and correct me if I'm wrong, but the acoshics also hold a record of everything that ever will be, so all future stuff.
- 37:59SPEAKER_02: Now, to like I believe hypnotherapy won't exactly access future stuff.
- 38:03SPEAKER_02: So maybe that's like also a way to kind of like separate it, is that the Akashics hold the future as well.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Um yeah.
- 38:12SPEAKER_00: So I think it's really cool that you brought that up because in it, I think it's just different ways of actually accessing because we do like we create.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: So because I always ask my clients, well, what do you want to create?
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: Because we get so stuck in like the fixing sometimes that we we forget that we're creators, we can create and recreate.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: We don't have to always just go back and fix and fix and fix, we can just recreate too.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: And so I always talk to my clients about what do you want to create?
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: Like, what do you want to have and manifest and feel?
- 38:52SPEAKER_00: And then accessing that energy and that that future self, tapping into her or him, and that's what the recording is and the hypnosis meditation that I create is it's like we're we're signaling to your mind and your subconscious, here's future self, and like we're just gonna line up with her or him.
- 39:16SPEAKER_02: I love that you said that because I didn't see that, and now like that you said that I'm like, Yeah, that's what my reprogramming did, like the track that you gave me when we had our session to meet for me.
- 39:24SPEAKER_02: That's totally true.
- 39:25SPEAKER_02: Oh, see, I love this, and that's like bringing in like more of the woo spiritual cosmic with like the more like scientific reprogramming hypnosis, like all together, and like shows you that, like, yeah, it really is all energy, it's all energy, it's all energy, and and that's why it's so important to.
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: I mean, I think like you can agree because you went to naturopathic school too.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: It's like we learn like the physical, the supplements, and like these things, and it's it is important.
- 39:54SPEAKER_00: Like, don't get me wrong, but like if you don't fix the underlying energy, it's never gonna go away.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: You need to you need to get to the energetic root, otherwise, you're just gonna keep creating the same problems.
- 40:04SPEAKER_02: I feel like I say this like in every podcast and every day I see it.
- 40:07SPEAKER_02: People think that like you can't out-supplement like not resolving your trauma or your subconscious, like you know what I mean?
- 40:14SPEAKER_02: There's no supplement in the world that will do that, unfortunately.
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: No, if there was, we would all be taking it.
- 40:20SPEAKER_00: Or it'd be like a million dollars, right?
- 40:22SPEAKER_02: Like that simple as just like popping one, uh, although they can be helpful, yes.
- 40:27SPEAKER_02: So, one last question I have for you that I ask to everyone is what does it mean to you to live well?
- 40:33SPEAKER_02: Hence, this is the live well podcast.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: I think living well, what a good question, is it's living in alignment with our soul's purpose, with our soul's desires.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: And I think that we are so often living in alignment with what we think we're supposed to be doing, with expectations, with what we've compared, what we see on social media, and we think that you know, achieving this or doing this or being this is going to get us happiness.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: And it's not.
- 41:15SPEAKER_00: The only thing that will truly get you happiness is when you live in align in alignment and uh accordance and listening to your soul and your soul's desires, and it really does take dealing with the trauma and releasing that energy that's holding us back and recreating our what we want, it really does take it takes doing this type of spiritual and energetic work.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: And so to me, uh, since doing this, it's like I have I've discovered like a part of me that I didn't even know existed because I thought that if I just did all of these things that I thought I was supposed to do or supposed to be, I thought that I would just be happy.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: And it's not like that.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: It's not like that.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: Your soul came here for a purpose, and that's what's gonna make you happy is when you can truly live in alignment with that.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: And so for me, and here's the thing like I'm still always discovering like and accessing these new parts and uncovering and healing and recreating at the same time, and that's what I think it means to for me, for me, is to live the life that just lights me up and that is of service to others while also in alignment with my soul's higher purpose and my soul's happiness.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: Because I believe we were all brought here to experience joy and pleasure and happiness and fulfillment.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: And if you're not, that's what you have to, that's what you have to find.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: That's what you have to find, is what makes you happy, what makes you fulfilled, what just brings you joy, and that's what's gonna be ultimately feeling good in your body, feeling good in your day-to-day life, and we'll just bring you all that you need, all that you desire, and that's what it's all about.
- 43:10SPEAKER_02: I love that so much.
- 43:11SPEAKER_02: I feel like that was like the perfect little like close out to the episode.
- 43:15SPEAKER_02: So before we jump off, I want you to let everyone know how they can find you, where they can work with you, your podcast, everything.
- 43:21SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah.

- 43:58SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for coming on the podcast and for really like opening us up and giving us like such a different perspective, but also a different tool that we can all use to live happier, healthier, healed lives.
- 44:10SPEAKER_02: So thank you so, so much.
- 44:12SPEAKER_02: Thanks for having me, Live.
- 44:14SPEAKER_02: Bye, guys.
