Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea Time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We are back again.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Hello times three.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Just so you know we are like right around. I
- 0:13Speaker 1: forget the actual number of what we're pushing. Two hundred
- 0:17Speaker 1: and eighty episodes. Nice, so we're coming close to that
- 0:23Speaker 1: three hundred mark, sister, so we needed That's awesome about something.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Well, I've been thinking about all kinds of somethings from
- 0:33Speaker 2: all of it. I will tell you after we get
- 0:35Speaker 2: done with everything recordings and stuff. Today, I am gonna
- 0:38Speaker 2: call my dad.
- 0:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna, oh, old please, that's gonna call her out.
- 0:47Speaker 2: I'm just gonna go just I just feel so different, So.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Hold on, start back with I'm gonna call my dad
- 0:55Speaker 1: because we had a glitch we had.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Oh, I'm gonna call my dad and I'm gonna talk
- 0:58Speaker 2: to him, and if he's receptive to the call, he is,
- 1:00Speaker 2: and if he's not, he's not. Because I can't call
- 1:03Speaker 2: my mom. I mean I can, she's just not anymore, yes,
- 1:10Speaker 2: but it's like I don't there. My Mom's not going
- 1:13Speaker 2: to be able to give me the information that my
- 1:15Speaker 2: dad can tell me if if he moved out of
- 1:18Speaker 2: the house. I want to know what was my reactions?
- 1:19Speaker 2: How was I when that happened? I want to, I
- 1:22Speaker 2: just want to. I want to. I'm not necessarily going
- 1:24Speaker 2: to get the information that I'm looking for, but I'm
- 1:27Speaker 2: going to ask questions because what does it hurt. It
- 1:30Speaker 2: doesn't hurt for anything to ask a question. If if
- 1:33Speaker 2: he thinks I'm silly or whatever, who cares. I don't
- 1:36Speaker 2: care because I don't think I'm silly. I have questions
- 1:39Speaker 2: withinside of me, and if he can enlighten me, wonderful.
- 1:43Speaker 2: But what I'll do before I make that phone call
- 1:44Speaker 2: is I will set it up with my angels. Honestly,
- 1:47Speaker 2: I will ask my angels for this to be a
- 1:49Speaker 2: very enlightening conversation, a very growth conversation for both of us,
- 1:53Speaker 2: right because I would want my dad to be evolved too.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I don't hate my dad, I'm not. I just grew
- 1:57Speaker 2: up with a different perspective of him, and you know,
- 2:00Speaker 2: he was the bad guy. His dad was the one
- 2:01Speaker 2: that was a bless you know, in my world, that's
- 2:04Speaker 2: how it all was, when they were so much more
- 2:07Speaker 2: than all those things. But it's just it's just fascinating
- 2:10Speaker 2: to go through these growth times and just I feel
- 2:13Speaker 2: fearless really, So when you say spread your wings and fly,
- 2:17Speaker 2: I feel fearless about doing that right now, which is awesome.
- 2:22Speaker 1: But I want I want to hit up on what
- 2:24Speaker 1: you said that you're gonna set up the conversation with
- 2:27Speaker 1: your angels first, Like it may not have been your
- 2:30Speaker 1: exact words, but the idea that when you're getting ready
- 2:33Speaker 1: to have what might seem like uncomfortable or hard conversations,
- 2:39Speaker 1: it could be conversations in general. To be honest, because
- 2:43Speaker 1: I was in a meeting just the other day and
- 2:47Speaker 1: it's one of those It was one of those things.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I was there to represent our organization, but it really
- 2:53Speaker 1: didn't pertain to what I do in the organization, and
- 2:57Speaker 1: I'm like, everybody was sharing something that was going on,
- 3:00Speaker 1: but based on the topic, I was like, in my head,
- 3:05Speaker 1: I'm thinking, I have no idea what to say about
- 3:08Speaker 1: what we're doing because it has nothing to do with
- 3:11Speaker 1: what all these people are doing. Right. So there was
- 3:15Speaker 1: two of us there from our organization, and so I did.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I sat there and I'm like, okay, or Gangel. Gabriel
- 3:24Speaker 1: helped me find some words to say that would be
- 3:28Speaker 1: beneficial to this conversation. Well, the other person my coworker
- 3:34Speaker 1: was sitting like two people. We were in a circle,
- 3:38Speaker 1: so we weren't sitting side by side. She was sitting
- 3:40Speaker 1: over a couple of people away from me, and the
- 3:45Speaker 1: way that the circle was going, she was talking first,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and so I was just like sitting there and I'm like, okay.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Gabriel, what's gonna be, you know?
- 3:55Speaker 1: And she started talking and then the conversation was directed
- 4:01Speaker 1: my way, so I went with it, and then that
- 4:03Speaker 1: was that. So it's like, we have assistance for everything
- 4:08Speaker 1: if we were choosing to use it, But we think
- 4:12Speaker 1: we're alone. We think we have to have at least
- 4:13Speaker 1: hard conversations on our own. We think we have to
- 4:18Speaker 1: be brave to pick up that phone, to make the
- 4:21Speaker 1: phone call. When it's like, okay, Urchangel Michael, give me
- 4:26Speaker 1: help be with me, to help me have the courage
- 4:28Speaker 1: and strength and confidence to pick up the phone and
- 4:31Speaker 1: have this conversation. And our angel Shamuel will help me
- 4:36Speaker 1: have the patience and the calmness within my body and
- 4:40Speaker 1: just to have such a loving conversation. And ourchangel Gabriel
- 4:45Speaker 1: will help me have the words, help me formulate the
- 4:49Speaker 1: words where this conversation feels comfortable and easy and connected,
- 4:54Speaker 1: like there's so much help available to us. Or it's
- 4:58Speaker 1: your mom, Hey mom, you we're with this guy. You
- 5:01Speaker 1: know helped me.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Let's go through this, right, Yeah, So.
- 5:07Speaker 1: You know, calling in, I calling my grandmother all the time.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Like my grandfather was a strong like male energy, but
- 5:19Speaker 1: I was more scared of my grandmother. And my grandma
- 5:22Speaker 1: took care of me. She nurtured me, she loved me.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And you know, I was excited to when I was
- 5:28Speaker 1: young to watch Prices right, Wheel of Fortune and Young
- 5:32Speaker 1: and the Restless with her. I just always wanted to
- 5:34Speaker 1: be around my grand but I knew don't cross her, right,
- 5:37Speaker 1: So but I was called her in like I'm like, okay, Graham,
- 5:42Speaker 1: I need some help with this relationship or something's coming
- 5:46Speaker 1: up and I need some some I need your strength.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I need but and I talked to her. But my
- 5:52Speaker 1: grandfather is the one that shows up with the cigarette
- 5:54Speaker 1: smoke that fills the room and and anyway, so we're
- 5:59Speaker 1: not alone. And we have this amazing team of spirit entities,
- 6:04Speaker 1: whether it's God, angels, or our loved ones to call
- 6:07Speaker 1: upon to help us get through these things. And they're
- 6:10Speaker 1: also there to help us celebrate tunes, not just for
- 6:13Speaker 1: the heaviness, it's for the celebrations as well.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Yeah, because that's our wisdom. That is our wisdom. There's
- 6:19Speaker 2: a lot. I mean, we've gained a lot here, but
- 6:20Speaker 2: ours they even have more because they're no longer in
- 6:23Speaker 2: this physical arena and they're in a different space, so
- 6:27Speaker 2: they can see things differently and they're not They have
- 6:29Speaker 2: zero attachments to an outcome. When we have an attachment
- 6:32Speaker 2: to an outcome, it's not it's not always easy to
- 6:35Speaker 2: see the other side of things.
- 6:39Speaker 1: And I love that you said that they have zero
- 6:40Speaker 1: attachment to it, so they can show up in their
- 6:44Speaker 1: full fullness for us as long as we're willing to
- 6:48Speaker 1: tap into it and receive their their help or their
- 6:53Speaker 1: guidance or their support.
- 6:58Speaker 2: So interest, this has been such a interesting day. There's
- 7:01Speaker 2: all the stuff that we're talking about. Really, it's like
- 7:03Speaker 2: my mind is like this could go in so many
- 7:05Speaker 2: different directions. My mind could, and so I guess I
- 7:08Speaker 2: would probably just tune into spirit really more and see
- 7:12Speaker 2: how we want to flow with things, because it's it's
- 7:15Speaker 2: it's fascinating everything. My gosh. Just just the start of
- 7:19Speaker 2: the day has been great because I put on some
- 7:22Speaker 2: old music I put on. I had the Tiger when
- 7:24Speaker 2: I walked up the mountain today this morning, because I
- 7:27Speaker 2: do that walk in the mornings, and because that's you know,
- 7:31Speaker 2: I was sitting here in the last few months, and
- 7:33Speaker 2: I because I haven't been going to a gym. I
- 7:35Speaker 2: was a person since two thousand and probably two thousand.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I went to the gym six days a week. I
- 7:41Speaker 2: worked out six days a week period. There was no
- 7:44Speaker 2: flexibility in that. My life revolved around the gym. Everything
- 7:47Speaker 2: else came after the gym. Even saying that sounds like
- 7:51Speaker 2: my kids. Probably my kids were like teenagers. But yeah,
- 7:54Speaker 2: so I hear I hear me, I hear me right now.
- 7:57Speaker 2: But it's like there's just so much that transpired. I
- 8:00Speaker 2: don't even know where I was going with things now.
- 8:02Speaker 2: I was on a mission, a mission from God, and
- 8:05Speaker 2: then all of a sudden, it wasn't there anymore.
- 8:08Speaker 1: And you could change a perspective and maybe you know,
- 8:11Speaker 1: whatever you were going to talk about will pop up.
- 8:13Speaker 1: But in the middle to change your perspective that I
- 8:18Speaker 1: was teaching my kids how to take care of themselves,
- 8:21Speaker 1: and I made myself a priority. So my physical fitness
- 8:24Speaker 1: was my priority, and I made it a priority, which
- 8:27Speaker 1: meant I made me a priority, which.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Is a better way.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Well yeah, yeah, but you could see it from well,
- 8:39Speaker 1: I was selfish in my time and I didn't give
- 8:41Speaker 1: it to them, and right, we could tell a whole
- 8:43Speaker 1: different story. Yeah, it's just giving people permission that, Hey,
- 8:49Speaker 1: if you need the me time, then take the me time.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:54Speaker 1: I I am around people and having conversations all day long,
- 9:00Speaker 1: and it could be from like eight am until seven
- 9:03Speaker 1: thirty pm, Like I want to go home. I'm done peopling.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I need to be away from people because of the
- 9:11Speaker 1: energy of the of the offered many let me say this, many, many,
- 9:17Speaker 1: many opportunities. I get to learn to or to practice
- 9:22Speaker 1: maintaining my own energy amongst so many different personalities and
- 9:26Speaker 1: conversations and energy. And it's like, okay, because I get asked.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I was not so much anymore, but I was getting
- 9:35Speaker 1: asked almost on a daily basis to go hang out
- 9:38Speaker 1: with people after work. I'm like, nope, no, thank you,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I'm going home. I'm going to go home. And I
- 9:46Speaker 1: don't say it to them, but I'm like, I'm gonna
- 9:48Speaker 1: go home and sit in my piece and my quiet,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and I'm done. People for the day. I just I
- 9:55Speaker 1: don't have the bandwidth like y'all have. Y'all have Max
- 9:59Speaker 1: dow out my practice of maintaining my energy energy today,
- 10:03Speaker 1: and there are days that I don't do so good,
- 10:05Speaker 1: so I just want to It's been quite the practice
- 10:08Speaker 1: being out in the public with a job and and
- 10:13Speaker 1: and doing this on a daily basis. So trust me,
- 10:18Speaker 1: I am getting the university PhD practice of maintaining my
- 10:24Speaker 1: energy now, and it's it's quite interesting on some days.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Well. And I remember I was referencing the time frames
- 10:32Speaker 2: because I used to work out all the time like that,
- 10:34Speaker 2: all the way up to probably about maybe two years ago.
- 10:38Speaker 2: A year ago. It's been out for me. Nobody can
- 10:49Speaker 2: else can go do these things?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Glitch, I had another glitch. So you worked out for
- 10:56Speaker 1: up till about one or two years ago.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it's worked out for up to about one or
- 11:00Speaker 2: two years ago. And then it's like you start letting
- 11:02Speaker 2: things go. And then I'm on the other side of things,
- 11:05Speaker 2: like I don't like the way things are looking right now,
- 11:08Speaker 2: you know, judging, judging myself. But now I realize, okay,
- 11:12Speaker 2: well now I know what that looks like, or now
- 11:13Speaker 2: I know how that feels like. So my whole point
- 11:16Speaker 2: for everything was the only person that can do it
- 11:19Speaker 2: for me is me. So I go hiking up the hill,
- 11:22Speaker 2: I turn on I have the tiger. I'm getting myself
- 11:24Speaker 2: motivated to do these things. I'm doing things all the
- 11:27Speaker 2: time to make myself happy, just and not even realizing
- 11:31Speaker 2: because it is. This stuff's all for me. It's for
- 11:34Speaker 2: the health of this vessel while I'm still traveling around
- 11:36Speaker 2: in this vessel. Because I'm not going to die. The
- 11:38Speaker 2: body's going to give out and then I'm going to
- 11:40Speaker 2: go off somewhere else. So it's it's I just wanted
- 11:44Speaker 2: people to, you know, understand that when you're when there's
- 11:47Speaker 2: things that you're desiring and you're wanting, if you're sitting
- 11:49Speaker 2: there waiting and thinking it's almost going to show up
- 11:51Speaker 2: and do it for you or give it to you,
- 11:53Speaker 2: or do any of these things, you've got to get
- 11:54Speaker 2: up to do it yourself. You've got to get it.
- 11:56Speaker 2: You've got to be the motivational factor. You've got to
- 11:59Speaker 2: be your own leader for yourself. End of story. We
- 12:03Speaker 2: can do it for other people only after we've done
- 12:06Speaker 2: for ourselves, just like we can't go help other people
- 12:09Speaker 2: I mean, you can with an empty cup, but you're
- 12:12Speaker 2: only gonna last for so long, and then you're gonna
- 12:13Speaker 2: feel a certain way about that help afterwards because you
- 12:17Speaker 2: weren't doing it from a full or over overflowing cup.
- 12:21Speaker 2: So it's like all this process that I've had to learn.
- 12:23Speaker 2: So that's why I share it with people. This is
- 12:25Speaker 2: stuff that I had to learn. Nobody was going to
- 12:27Speaker 2: go do it for me, and I can sit and
- 12:28Speaker 2: be in a bitch about it, or I can sit
- 12:30Speaker 2: and go do something about it. I started, you know,
- 12:33Speaker 2: just taking the time to do facials on myself, taking
- 12:35Speaker 2: the time to do cupping on my legs and stuff
- 12:37Speaker 2: like that. I didn't like the way the skin was looking,
- 12:39Speaker 2: adding oils to it, like doing things to help myself,
- 12:44Speaker 2: and so that's been very empowering for me lately. So
- 12:47Speaker 2: that's it was just going to lung those lines. But
- 12:50Speaker 2: I do like the way that you shifted the again
- 12:53Speaker 2: the perspective the terminology of when I was raising the
- 12:56Speaker 2: kids at that time, because that's how it sounded. Even
- 12:59Speaker 2: though I was there for I was there for everybody else.
- 13:01Speaker 2: And then I made myself go to a gym so
- 13:03Speaker 2: I could be strong, so I could do these things
- 13:05Speaker 2: because someone could walk up and pat me on the
- 13:07Speaker 2: back of stick. Yeah, because I needed the kudos back then.
- 13:11Speaker 2: I don't need the kudos.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Anymore, right and back then and correct me if I'm wrong,
- 13:19Speaker 1: because I've had similar mindset thoughts. Is. Back then it
- 13:25Speaker 1: was I need like you just said, I need to
- 13:27Speaker 1: be in shape, I need to have a nice physique,
- 13:30Speaker 1: I need to be appealing to other people.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I need to get those kudos.
- 13:35Speaker 1: For how well I'm doing and how well how good
- 13:38Speaker 1: I look, and all the things. So yeah, in the mind,
- 13:41Speaker 1: it was a whole different story then, and now it's like, Wow,
- 13:47Speaker 1: I was taking care of my health and my physical
- 13:50Speaker 1: strength and uh physical abilities, which is also very important
- 13:58Speaker 1: as I get older. But the story today is way
- 14:03Speaker 1: different than what the story was then. So people just
- 14:07Speaker 1: having having the understanding that you can change your perspective
- 14:14Speaker 1: about whatever it is you're going through now instead of
- 14:18Speaker 1: waiting till later. Why maybe ask a question, why do
- 14:24Speaker 1: I need people to recognize me? Why do I need
- 14:26Speaker 1: people to give me kudos? Why do I need to
- 14:28Speaker 1: look good for other people? Why do I Why am
- 14:32Speaker 1: I feeling guilty about not spending time with my kids?
- 14:36Speaker 1: And those are the deeper questions that help you go
- 14:40Speaker 1: into those layers that are seeking some healing mentally and
- 14:45Speaker 1: emotionally that you know, it would be important for you
- 14:50Speaker 1: to to move through all that and out all of it,
- 14:53Speaker 1: but move through whatever's coming up, because it's going to
- 14:55Speaker 1: show up again and again and again until you do
- 14:59Speaker 1: or don't.
- 15:02Speaker 2: True. And for me, I will tell you it was
- 15:04Speaker 2: my little girl never felt like she was doing something
- 15:07Speaker 2: right unless somebody was telling her that she was doing good, Hey,
- 15:10Speaker 2: doing such a great job right, And so it was
- 15:12Speaker 2: the same thing. It was that same Now, Harry, you
- 15:15Speaker 2: fast forward, right. We've talked about this a million times.
- 15:17Speaker 2: But perspectively, my five year old is now in a
- 15:22Speaker 2: let's say, in a twenty eight year old body or
- 15:25Speaker 2: a thirty year old body, and she's still being the
- 15:28Speaker 2: five year old. She's still waiting for someone to tell
- 15:31Speaker 2: her that she did a good job or what she did,
- 15:32Speaker 2: you know, and then overachieving, being perfect like all those
- 15:36Speaker 2: things to get all that. We could call it attention,
- 15:40Speaker 2: and it was attention. But it was like for me,
- 15:43Speaker 2: as we're having the conversation, it was the only way
- 15:46Speaker 2: because I wasn't my cheerleader I wasn't saying you're doing
- 15:48Speaker 2: a good job. It was always something outside of me
- 15:51Speaker 2: that was telling me you were doing good or you're
- 15:52Speaker 2: doing bad, or how come you can't be like your sister,
- 15:55Speaker 2: or how can you know? Things like that. So it's like,
- 15:57Speaker 2: it's it's a fascinating process. And seeing my five year
- 16:03Speaker 2: old running the show still Like if I would have looked,
- 16:06Speaker 2: if my five year old would have been in this
- 16:07Speaker 2: and and is in this body is looking in the mirror,
- 16:10Speaker 2: be like, what the hell happened to me? Like this?
- 16:13Speaker 1: That's not me.
- 16:14Speaker 2: I'm fine, This looks like mom. Funny. It's funny because
- 16:20Speaker 2: we just grow and change so much. But but collect
- 16:25Speaker 2: in a lot of ways, I was still that same
- 16:28Speaker 2: child through until even this morning.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Yeah. And it's it's just our our inner child that
- 16:40Speaker 1: really wants to be safe.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And each time we heal a layer of our of
- 16:46Speaker 1: our wounds from our history, the more that little girl
- 16:51Speaker 1: or little boy inside feels safe to this day. I
- 16:56Speaker 1: will notice I've talked about this before, but I notice
- 17:02Speaker 1: that when the stories, the inner stories, start to surface,
- 17:08Speaker 1: it's not the actual the interser in the inner stories
- 17:10Speaker 1: that's surfacing. It shows up as stress and overwhelm and anger.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Then I have to process that is what is the stress?
- 17:19Speaker 1: Overwhelming anger actually show associated to what are the stories
- 17:23Speaker 1: in me that I'm still hanging on to that I
- 17:25Speaker 1: haven't had the opportunity yet to look at and do
- 17:29Speaker 1: some healing around. And so when I start to feel
- 17:37Speaker 1: the stress start selling in my neck and shoulders, the
- 17:41Speaker 1: overwhelm is I'm feeling like things are out of control, chaotic,
- 17:46Speaker 1: and I'm not going to be able to get through this.
- 17:49Speaker 1: And then it's the story of I'm not good enough,
- 17:51Speaker 1: see I've fucked this one up again or this time.
- 17:57Speaker 1: And then when I feel that way, the overwhelm then
- 18:00Speaker 1: turns to anger because I turn that anger inward of
- 18:03Speaker 1: I'm mad at myself because I couldn't handle it and
- 18:05Speaker 1: it got chaotic and out of my control, right, the
- 18:08Speaker 1: whole story. So when I start to feel the stress,
- 18:11Speaker 1: I've started training myself to put my hand on my
- 18:14Speaker 1: heart and my hand on the other hand on my
- 18:16Speaker 1: abdomen and just sit and breathe and go, I am safe,
- 18:20Speaker 1: I am okay. And I just keep repeating those two
- 18:23Speaker 1: statements over and over and over with my breath until
- 18:27Speaker 1: I can feel my body calm down, and then I
- 18:29Speaker 1: pick up where I was and move forward. I've had
- 18:33Speaker 1: to And this is one of the opportunities that I
- 18:35Speaker 1: am getting for myself by working at this organization and
- 18:39Speaker 1: being around people and being in charge of overseeing events
- 18:45Speaker 1: and the setup and all the things. And that's a
- 18:48Speaker 1: lot of moving pieces. That's a lot of people involved.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And when you have it in your head that it's
- 18:54Speaker 1: going to turn out a certain way or go a
- 18:56Speaker 1: certain way and it's not. Now everything is just out
- 19:00Speaker 1: of sorts and you got to figure it out. And
- 19:04Speaker 1: I'm like, oh shit, here we go. And I'm like, no,
- 19:08Speaker 1: hand on my heart, hand on my abdomen, I am safe,
- 19:11Speaker 1: and I am okay. I am safe, and I am okay.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I am safe and I am okay. And I just
- 19:16Speaker 1: keep saying that until I can relax and pick up
- 19:20Speaker 1: and keep moving forward. And so, yeah, if you want
- 19:24Speaker 1: to do some healing and you want to deep dive
- 19:26Speaker 1: and you think you got your shit together, you just
- 19:29Speaker 1: put yourself in situations where you got to show up
- 19:32Speaker 1: for yourself. Because I tell you what, you either show
- 19:35Speaker 1: up or you're gonna You're gonna slide back.
- 19:39Speaker 2: It's a temporary slide. Back though, I mean I can't.
- 19:42Speaker 2: It is, especially where we're out on our journey. It's
- 19:45Speaker 2: like like even for me this morning, it's just such
- 19:48Speaker 2: a quick thing. Even for you, we've talked about like
- 19:51Speaker 2: you processed these things, and it's like it's in our past.
- 19:55Speaker 2: It would have lasted so much longer. And so that's
- 19:58Speaker 2: another aspect of why we keep doing the things that
- 20:01Speaker 2: we're doing, because it does get easier and easier, and
- 20:03Speaker 2: we do we are freer. We don't. We're not being
- 20:06Speaker 2: held hostage by our old thoughts. Like we give it.
- 20:09Speaker 2: We're a dog on a leash, and we give ourselves
- 20:11Speaker 2: a little bit more leash room, you know, just a
- 20:13Speaker 2: little bit.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:15Speaker 2: But and I know what you're saying, because it's easy
- 20:17Speaker 2: to go live in the cave. I mean, I don't
- 20:20Speaker 2: live in a cave, but it'd be easy to go
- 20:21Speaker 2: live in a cave and not deal with anybody, and
- 20:24Speaker 2: then you just go and deal with a little bit,
- 20:25Speaker 2: take off and just digest a little bit where you
- 20:27Speaker 2: can chew and go back to the cave. But in reality,
- 20:30Speaker 2: we're we're out along among other people, and that's going
- 20:33Speaker 2: to present opportunities of triggers, and it really is yeah, thankfully,
- 20:40Speaker 2: and then it's.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Oh another glinch, Hey, I'm friends.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Well asking them questions even still the process that how
- 20:49Speaker 2: do I manage this? How do I process these feelings?
- 20:52Speaker 2: Right now? I'm feeling this like right now, and you
- 20:55Speaker 2: just gave one of the ways. What's what hand on
- 20:57Speaker 2: the heart and the hand on the abdomen. I mean,
- 21:00Speaker 2: that's a simple thing. And it's like focusing on the
- 21:02Speaker 2: heart when you're going to go talk to people or
- 21:04Speaker 2: if you're going to get up in front of people,
- 21:06Speaker 2: it's like, okay, connecting to the heart. And if you don't.
- 21:09Speaker 2: Because I'm not always good with all the angels' names,
- 21:11Speaker 2: but I always calling the angels, okay, our angels, whoever
- 21:14Speaker 2: needs to come forward or whoever feels like they're best
- 21:16Speaker 2: for the job. This is what I'm looking for right now, yep.
- 21:19Speaker 2: And I want to feel more love in this conversation.
- 21:21Speaker 2: I want to have an understanding when I talk to
- 21:24Speaker 2: this person. And it's also having healthy boundaries for everything,
- 21:28Speaker 2: like we're we've been learning this process. I was just
- 21:30Speaker 2: talking to a mutual person and hopefully reached out to
- 21:33Speaker 2: you Friday that you know, it's really paying attention to
- 21:38Speaker 2: our feelings. It's really going with our growth, and it's
- 21:40Speaker 2: really reaching out to the people that are around us,
- 21:42Speaker 2: because when we have this inside of us to reach
- 21:45Speaker 2: out and to contact, like, let's say that for him
- 21:48Speaker 2: to contact you, there's a reason. It's like there's a
- 21:50Speaker 2: nudge that's coming from outside of self, from these guides
- 21:54Speaker 2: that are trying to help. It's like you ask for
- 21:56Speaker 2: the help, I'm giving you the guide. I'm pulling you
- 21:58Speaker 2: over this direction. Hey, you've thought about Amy how many times? Okay?
- 22:02Speaker 2: And then I finally just told him, I said, listen,
- 22:04Speaker 2: today's the day. Yeah, well does she work? She does
- 22:09Speaker 2: today's day? Yeah, it doesn't matter.
- 22:13Speaker 1: And you know, he did good.
- 22:16Speaker 2: And I figured he would because he's a person that would.
- 22:19Speaker 2: I mean, he keeps his word for stuff like that.
- 22:21Speaker 2: And it's I feel like there's similar paths that are
- 22:25Speaker 2: happening there, honestly, And and it's freaking it's awesome because
- 22:30Speaker 2: I get to sit and watch it kind of unfold
- 22:32Speaker 2: a little bit. So it just just amazing stuff. So
- 22:36Speaker 2: it's like it's we're telling you, We're telling everybody these
- 22:39Speaker 2: things because there's there's benefits and because we're not alone,
- 22:43Speaker 2: because there are other things to help us. And and
- 22:45Speaker 2: guess what, from the template, from the story, from that
- 22:49Speaker 2: I've experienced in this lifetime, I don't have all the answers.
- 22:53Speaker 2: So the only way that I can tap in and
- 22:55Speaker 2: tune into those answers is to go outside of self.
- 22:59Speaker 2: And that means for me to go or to connect
- 23:01Speaker 2: with the all that is.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's and they're always there.
- 23:06Speaker 2: It never dealates.
- 23:07Speaker 1: They're always there, always there. We have to remember they're there.
- 23:12Speaker 1: And there are moments I get caught up in my
- 23:14Speaker 1: own head and I forget to ask for help. But
- 23:16Speaker 1: I'm leaning into it more and more and more, because
- 23:21Speaker 1: everything takes practice, right, So the more you practice, the
- 23:24Speaker 1: more you remember. It's just like learning cursive or just
- 23:30Speaker 1: printing the alphabet. It was just one one, one thing
- 23:36Speaker 1: at a time, one thing at a time, over and
- 23:38Speaker 1: over and over and over. So just remembering the practice
- 23:43Speaker 1: and we get plenty of opportunities in all kinds of ways.
- 23:50Speaker 2: And it's just staying present through the process, really being
- 23:53Speaker 2: in the now, right.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, And that's a practice in itself as well
- 23:59Speaker 1: as being in the now. And tell you how many
- 24:00Speaker 1: conversations I've had recently in the past few months about
- 24:04Speaker 1: now yea. Now, so, friends, if this resonated with you,
- 24:13Speaker 1: be resourceful. Share the information, the content, the links, whatever
- 24:18Speaker 1: it is. Whether it's for us or other people, other
- 24:20Speaker 1: podcasters or influencers or authors, it doesn't matter. Be resourceful
- 24:28Speaker 1: how people get the information that's that may be beneficial
- 24:31Speaker 1: for them. Because you're not alone. You're not the only
- 24:33Speaker 1: one seeking this information. Out of almost seven billion people
- 24:38Speaker 1: on the planet, there are others like you, similar to you,
- 24:43Speaker 1: that are on similar paths and would desire the information
- 24:48Speaker 1: that we're sharing in our conversations, let alone anybody else
- 24:51Speaker 1: that that are having the conversations that resonate. So you
- 24:55Speaker 1: can find us on Facebook, Instagram, iHeartRadio, spreaker Spot, and
- 25:04Speaker 1: podcast addic. I don't know why, I just have a
- 25:06Speaker 1: blink with that one podcast addic. So we're in many platforms,
- 25:10Speaker 1: so share us. And if you have any questions or comments,
- 25:13Speaker 1: please leave them in the comment box and we'll come
- 25:15Speaker 1: back to it at our earliest convenience. Any final words.
- 25:23Speaker 2: I want to remind everybody exactly what you said. When
- 25:26Speaker 2: you're getting stressed out and you feel like you're not
- 25:28Speaker 2: safe or there's stuffed along your life and on the
- 25:31Speaker 2: heart and on the stomach at the same time and
- 25:33Speaker 2: taking some verse. I want to remind people to do
- 25:35Speaker 2: that because I think it's very valuable. It's very valuable information.
- 25:39Speaker 2: It's simple, it's easy to do. You can disappear to
- 25:41Speaker 2: the restroom, go sit in your cubicle wherever it's quiet.
- 25:45Speaker 2: You don't have to you don't have to make any
- 25:47Speaker 2: tones or any sounds or anything like that. It's very
- 25:50Speaker 2: simple and it's very helpful.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's another reason. Just side note before we end,
- 25:58Speaker 1: is another reason why I created weighted blankets. Weighted blankets
- 26:02Speaker 1: are that comfort and so if you can just put
- 26:06Speaker 1: that hand on your heart and adam and it just
- 26:08Speaker 1: brings that comfort into the body to help you feel safe.
- 26:12Speaker 1: So that's one reason.
- 26:15Speaker 2: That's awesome because I love I had a way to
- 26:18Speaker 2: blanket in my adult life in the last five years,
- 26:21Speaker 2: and that's I can't say enough for it. Maybe it's
- 26:25Speaker 2: like being swaddled. I don't know that.
- 26:30Speaker 1: All right, friends, thanks for hanging out with us. Tea
- 26:33Speaker 1: time with Amy and Bev and we'll see you next time.
