- 1:15Speaker 5: But is way grateful that is not who he used
- 1:18Speaker 5: to be.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Here welcome in, Kelvin McCullough, Glad to have you with us.
- 1:28Speaker 2: True as the day is long. If you put a
- 1:31Speaker 2: woman on the Supreme Court, she will disappoint you. Every
- 1:35Speaker 2: single time. I am not taking that statement back. It
- 1:41Speaker 2: has been a disaster watching Amy Coney Barrett weigh in
- 1:47Speaker 2: on some of the what should be easiest to decide
- 1:50Speaker 2: cases and losing her god given mind. And we've tried
- 1:56Speaker 2: it with others and it's happened. Even if they appear
- 2:02Speaker 2: to be conservative when you put them on the court,
- 2:04Speaker 2: there's something about sitting on the court that they lose
- 2:07Speaker 2: all sense. Send me the email, Send me all the
- 2:12Speaker 2: email you want. I couldn't care less that Kevin show
- 2:16Speaker 2: at gmail dot com. You can't show me an instance
- 2:22Speaker 2: where a strict jurisprudence in a female justice has stayed
- 2:30Speaker 2: consistently strict jurisprudence when she's gotten onto the court. There's
- 2:35Speaker 2: there's something about women, There's something about the court, but
- 2:38Speaker 2: every one of them goes wacky. Yes, I am. I
- 2:42Speaker 2: am deeply, deeply disappointed. Today the US Supreme Court handed
- 2:49Speaker 2: down a decision in favor of a Mississippi law that
- 2:54Speaker 2: allows mail in ballots to be counted in elections even
- 2:58Speaker 2: if received after election. The Court was split five to four.
- 3:03Speaker 5: On the ruling.
- 3:04Speaker 2: All the women said do it, and the other woman,
- 3:09Speaker 2: Chief Justice John Roberts Sonya Sota, Mayor Atlanta Kagan, Katani
- 3:13Speaker 2: Brown Jackson, and Amy Cony Barrett. Barrett's opinion held that
- 3:18Speaker 2: election day, in the context of federal law, set a
- 3:20Speaker 2: deadline for when voters must make a choice regarding the
- 3:23Speaker 2: preferred candidate. Relevant laws, however, impose no standard for when
- 3:28Speaker 2: ballots must be received to be considered valid. Well, Miss Barrett,
- 3:34Speaker 2: how else do you know what a voter has made
- 3:40Speaker 2: a choice of regarding their preferred candidate? She said that
- 3:45Speaker 2: the electorate's choice is made when voting is complete, not
- 3:49Speaker 2: when ballots are received. Election day statutes say nothing about
- 3:54Speaker 2: ballot receipt, and we cannot add to the words Congress chose.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Just as Samuel Alito, writing his dissent, took a different
- 4:02Speaker 2: view of what it means for the electorate to have
- 4:04Speaker 2: made a choice. If ballots received after election day are
- 4:10Speaker 2: added to the set of ballots that dictate the election's outcome,
- 4:13Speaker 2: the electorate's choice does not occur on the election day,
- 4:15Speaker 2: he wrote. The acceptance of these late arriving ballots effectively
- 4:20Speaker 2: postpones the date on which the electorate's choice is made.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Could not be more clear. Alito understands it if you
- 4:30Speaker 2: are talking about the defining law being that an election
- 4:36Speaker 2: day is this day. And if day is defined as
- 4:43Speaker 2: a day, then there should be no controversy over saying
- 4:50Speaker 2: that election day means day. But leave it to the
- 4:56Speaker 2: women of the Supreme Court to all all find warm
- 5:02Speaker 2: and fuzzy and emotional and soft hearted reasons to not
- 5:07Speaker 2: let a word mean what a word means. This should
- 5:13Speaker 2: have been a nine to nothing ruling. There should not
- 5:16Speaker 2: have been an issue with what the word day means.
- 5:21Speaker 2: And it seems remarkable to me that the Roberts Court
- 5:28Speaker 2: seems thoroughly disinterested in clean elections, because the way you
- 5:37Speaker 2: actually get accountability in elections is you say, okay, two
- 5:41Speaker 2: years from now, on the first Tuesday in November, we're
- 5:44Speaker 2: going to have an election, and you have from now
- 5:47Speaker 2: until then to campaign. As candidates go campaign, and they
- 5:50Speaker 2: go out and they give their speeches, and they make
- 5:52Speaker 2: their posters, and they have their rallies and they do
- 5:55Speaker 2: all the thing, and then the voting begins. And oh,
- 5:58Speaker 2: by the way, I don't really have an issue with
- 6:00Speaker 2: early voting. I don't think that it needs to be
- 6:07Speaker 2: months and months. I think it should come. I think
- 6:10Speaker 2: the voting period should come fairly close to the end
- 6:13Speaker 2: of the campaign cycle, so that the candidates can get
- 6:16Speaker 2: their speeches out there and everybody can understand and hear
- 6:19Speaker 2: them and know where the candidates stand on their positions.
- 6:23Speaker 2: But to say that after the day is over, that
- 6:30Speaker 2: you can just keep on sending ballots and more and
- 6:34Speaker 2: more and more ballots. And oh, by the way, Amy Cony, Barrett,
- 6:39Speaker 2: you trader, this is happening in conjunction your allowance to
- 6:46Speaker 2: have a back end that's open until eternity. That happens
- 6:50Speaker 2: to be what people are exploiting to send ballots to
- 6:55Speaker 2: people and then harvest them without the votes being legal.
- 7:02Speaker 2: And we have an example of this in Georgia from
- 7:06Speaker 2: twenty twenty where in the election that was decided by
- 7:10Speaker 2: eleven thousand votes, after they were forced to do a
- 7:13Speaker 2: state audit, they realized that three hundred and eighty five
- 7:16Speaker 2: thousand of the votes, which they took longer than election
- 7:20Speaker 2: day to count, should have never been counted by their
- 7:24Speaker 2: own standards. They were three hundred and eighty five fraudulent votes,
- 7:30Speaker 2: votes that did not meet the lawful criteria to be counted,
- 7:33Speaker 2: but were counted anyway. That's a fraudulent vote. Seems remarkable.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Remarkable to me, friends, that someone who I had so
- 7:43Speaker 2: much hope for in being, someone who had common sense,
- 7:47Speaker 2: someone that had so much possibility for doing good, someone
- 7:57Speaker 2: who based quote her faith as the motivational force in
- 8:03Speaker 2: her life, can't understand the meaning of the word day.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Progressive women don't know the meaning of the word woman,
- 8:14Speaker 2: and evidently conservative women don't know the definition of the
- 8:18Speaker 2: meaning of the word day. What is wrong with the
- 8:26Speaker 2: female sex Words mean things. I'm not sexist in saying
- 8:32Speaker 2: that words have definitions, words mean things. And this woman
- 8:39Speaker 2: on this court could not come to the understanding that
- 8:43Speaker 2: day meant day. Here's her quote again. The electorate's choice
- 8:51Speaker 2: is made when voting is complete, not when ballots are received.
- 8:57Speaker 2: How do you know when the voting is complete, Amy Barrett?
- 9:03Speaker 2: The election laws say we're going to hold an election
- 9:07Speaker 2: on this day. The ballots need to be received by
- 9:11Speaker 2: that day unless a specific carve out, like oh, military
- 9:16Speaker 2: people serving overseas, we will allow them a slight adjustment
- 9:21Speaker 2: of time to ensure that their votes get counted. But
- 9:26Speaker 2: Amy Coney Barrett just opened up the doorway for every
- 9:31Speaker 2: Blue state to commit fraud for eternity. I'm gobsmacked. What
- 9:39Speaker 2: a disappointment, What an absolutely insipid strike against our representative republic.
- 9:48Speaker 2: And coming here in the week of our two fifties,
- 9:51Speaker 2: I'm Kevin mcfella, coming right back.

- 11:57Speaker 16: Did you know there's an investment account that's been around
- 12:00Speaker 16: since eighteen eighty eight and most people have never heard
- 12:03Speaker 16: about it until recently. It's not stocks, it's not crypto.
- 12:06Speaker 16: It's a trust that was created over a century ago,
- 12:10Speaker 16: and it's been averaging twenty nine percent returns for the
- 12:13Speaker 16: past twenty five years. To put that into perspective, it
- 12:16Speaker 16: beat Apple, it beat Amazon, it beat Microsoft over that
- 12:20Speaker 16: same period. Blackrock has over two billion dollars parked here.
- 12:24Speaker 16: JP Morgan, Bank of America, some of the biggest banks

- 12:30Speaker 16: and they've never mentioned it to regular people. There are

- 12:59Speaker 9: but remember last year when I told you that Pure
- 13:02Speaker 9: Talk was hands down the best wireless company that I'd
- 13:05Speaker 9: ever used. Well, some of you were skeptical, but Consumer
- 13:10Speaker 9: Reports just asked one hundred and twenty thousand people to
- 13:14Speaker 9: rate every wireless company in America, including the big boys.
- 13:18Speaker 9: Well guess Witch Company was the only company to get
- 13:23Speaker 9: five stars in every category. Yeah, Puretalk coverage, support, value, data,
- 13:31Speaker 9: five stars across the board. No service contracts, no cancelation fees,

- 14:08Speaker 7: Here he is from New York. Ken Kevin McCullough.
- 14:16Speaker 2: All right, welcome man, it's Monday. Kevin McCullough. Glad to
- 14:19Speaker 2: have you back with us. That Kevin Show, that Kevinshow
- 14:22Speaker 2: dot com. I know it's really hard to find, but
- 14:24Speaker 2: we we did our best to confuse you that Kevinshow
- 14:28Speaker 2: dot com. Everything that we do on the show is there.
- 14:31Speaker 2: The podcast, the television show, the columns, everything I do
- 14:36Speaker 2: at town Hall, everything that is everything is there, and
- 14:38Speaker 2: we never put it behind a paywall, we want you
- 14:40Speaker 2: to have access to it. As we head into Saturday,
- 14:43Speaker 2: you're gonna notice a lot of what I normally do
- 14:47Speaker 2: on the show is really focused on a couple of
- 14:49Speaker 2: big ideas. But how different would our life be if
- 14:54Speaker 2: we did not have the freedoms and the ability to
- 14:59Speaker 2: do what we do in this country on so many
- 15:00Speaker 2: different levels? And as we talk about how we live
- 15:03Speaker 2: this week, we're gonna we're going to focus on this
- 15:06Speaker 2: what what What is our situation in terms of government
- 15:11Speaker 2: and the Christian's involvement, and how we go about serving
- 15:16Speaker 2: God while we serve our culture and mankind at the
- 15:20Speaker 2: same time. That is that is the big discussion that
- 15:22Speaker 2: we're going to have this week, and I hope that
- 15:24Speaker 2: you will be with us for all of the conversations
- 15:27Speaker 2: surrounding it. Sam Galucci is our pastor this week who's
- 15:30Speaker 2: joining us from Embraced Church in Oxnard, California. That's a
- 15:34Speaker 2: long way from New York, Sam, but it's good to
- 15:36Speaker 2: have you. Thanks for being here.
- 15:38Speaker 4: Thanks for having me, Kevin. It's a it's a joy
- 15:41Speaker 4: and a blessing.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Before we get deep into the conversation, let me ask
- 15:45Speaker 2: a premise to the to the week. Is it important
- 15:48Speaker 2: and if so, why that a Christian understand a biblical
- 15:52Speaker 2: context to government, public policy, the things that govern our lives.
- 15:58Speaker 2: And sometimes we think maybe we don't have that much
- 16:01Speaker 2: influence on Kevin.
- 16:03Speaker 4: I would say one hundred percent yes.
- 16:05Speaker 17: And the reason for that is that the whole idea
- 16:09Speaker 17: of the Church involved in politics is biblical. It was
- 16:12Speaker 17: God's idea and part of his plan for fulfilling the
- 16:18Speaker 17: earth with his glory.
- 16:19Speaker 4: You know, he says, you know that the earth be.
- 16:22Speaker 17: Filled with his glory right as the waters cover the sea.
- 16:26Speaker 17: And this is all part of his plan and we
- 16:30Speaker 17: need to understand that the bigger picture well.
- 16:33Speaker 2: And in that regard, many people have said to me
- 16:36Speaker 2: over the years, Kevin, just talk about Jesus and everything
- 16:41Speaker 2: else will take care of itself.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Now.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I don't subscribe to that way of thinking. I think
- 16:46Speaker 2: that Jesus is infused in everything that we do. If
- 16:50Speaker 2: we are His follower, right for good or for bad.
- 16:52Speaker 2: If we don't represent him, well, then we're making a
- 16:55Speaker 2: statement about Jesus as well. But I do think that
- 16:59Speaker 2: this is where my reformed theological friends have it right.
- 17:03Speaker 2: I think that we are we are given sovereignty and
- 17:07Speaker 2: a sphere of influence that each of us has, and
- 17:10Speaker 2: that if we're not redeeming that on a daily basis
- 17:13Speaker 2: for God's glory, we're not really being obedient to him.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Am I wrong?
- 17:17Speaker 4: No, You're absolutely right. It is. It is so critical.
- 17:21Speaker 17: I have wrestled with this topic for many years. And
- 17:26Speaker 17: you see it, you see billboards. I saw this commercial
- 17:30Speaker 17: the other day, this little cartoon, and and the cartoon had.
- 17:34Speaker 4: A church, and next to the church was a mosque.
- 17:38Speaker 17: And the church's marquis said, we don't want, we don't
- 17:41Speaker 17: want anything to do with politics in our church.
- 17:44Speaker 4: And then the moth said, no problem, we'll take care
- 17:48Speaker 4: of it.
- 17:48Speaker 17: And you know, it is a tragic thing when we
- 17:55Speaker 17: we allow politics to limit the preaching.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Of God's word. But that's exactly what.
- 18:00Speaker 17: Has happened, when the devil makes biblical things political. And
- 18:06Speaker 17: this notion of a pastor saying, oh, that's too political,
- 18:10Speaker 17: therefore I won't speak on it.
- 18:13Speaker 4: We really have a problem.
- 18:15Speaker 17: And I would say this, if your church doesn't want
- 18:17Speaker 17: to be involved in politics, then politics will end up
- 18:20Speaker 17: running your church.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Actually, I would say if you come to that conclusion,
- 18:24Speaker 2: it already has.
- 18:26Speaker 17: It already has you know, when all of a sudden
- 18:29Speaker 17: dumb things down to well, I have Democrats and I
- 18:32Speaker 17: have Republicans. Therefore, I won't talk about the sanctity of life.
- 18:37Speaker 17: I won't talk about the origin of man. I won't
- 18:40Speaker 17: talk about the sanctity of gender. I won't talk about
- 18:43Speaker 17: the sanctity of marriage because it might be too political.
- 18:48Speaker 17: That's when you know, the Bible tells us clearly all
- 18:52Speaker 17: through the Old Testament. This is what happened to ancient
- 18:56Speaker 17: Israel over the four hundred and fifty years when it
- 19:00Speaker 17: moved from a covenential government into and for Samuel, socialism
- 19:05Speaker 17: and communism. I read that, and I tremble when I
- 19:09Speaker 17: think about First Samuel chapter eight, when the people come
- 19:12Speaker 17: to Samuel and say, we want a king. Like all
- 19:15Speaker 17: other nations, we no longer want God to be our king.
- 19:20Speaker 17: We want a king. And you see the corruption that
- 19:24Speaker 17: is integrated into the society that pols people away from
- 19:28Speaker 17: God into these pagan belief systems, all of which come
- 19:33Speaker 17: from the governmental and political structure that was ignored by
- 19:37Speaker 17: the leaders that infiltrated the people.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Interesting on so many different levels, and I just want
- 19:44Speaker 2: to point out that by not choosing to preach certain
- 19:50Speaker 2: sections of Scripture, you are, in fact preaching certain interpretations
- 19:54Speaker 2: of Scripture, whether you wish to.
- 19:57Speaker 9: Be or not.
- 19:57Speaker 2: And I'll never forget Sam and this o my heart.
- 20:02Speaker 2: I had a pastor, a pastor friend who I knew
- 20:05Speaker 2: and had a pretty deep affection for, at one point
- 20:09Speaker 2: in time, tell me to my face, one on one, Kevin,
- 20:14Speaker 2: I will never preach Genesis in my pulpit. And at
- 20:19Speaker 2: that time he had I think it was a Rutgers
- 20:23Speaker 2: prof or a professor of one of the major universities
- 20:28Speaker 2: nearby that was very active in his church, and he
- 20:31Speaker 2: was actively teaching that the mystery that we see dimly
- 20:36Speaker 2: through the darkened glass is more of a doctrinal important
- 20:40Speaker 2: is of more doctrinal importance than understanding the plain things
- 20:43Speaker 2: as the plain things are stated. And I just said
- 20:46Speaker 2: to him, I said, friend, it's your church, it's your pastor,
- 20:50Speaker 2: your it's your pulpit. I'm not here to tell you
- 20:52Speaker 2: what to do. But if you do that, you are
- 20:58Speaker 2: allowing all the thing that will fill that vacuum to
- 21:01Speaker 2: come in in its place. And I said, I said, clarity,
- 21:05Speaker 2: I want to know truth. And I think that in
- 21:07Speaker 2: scripture many plain. Things are very plain.
- 21:09Speaker 4: They very much are.
- 21:11Speaker 17: And what's interesting about this, Kevin, is this notion of
- 21:15Speaker 17: somehow the Old Testament is less than the New Testament,
- 21:20Speaker 17: or somehow things that happened in the.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Old Testament don't really apply.
- 21:25Speaker 17: But then I go to two Timothy three point sixteen,
- 21:29Speaker 17: where Paul says all scripture is breathed out out by
- 21:32Speaker 17: God and it's profitable for teaching reproved correction and training
- 21:37Speaker 17: in righteousness. Paul is saying the Bible is saying God
- 21:41Speaker 17: is saying all scripture. In other words, you need to
- 21:44Speaker 17: look at all scripture to teach anything in the Bible,
- 21:49Speaker 17: because it's all breathed by God, and you must look
- 21:52Speaker 17: at all of it to really understand what God's intention
- 21:56Speaker 17: and purposes. It's an entire picture for it to day,
- 22:00Speaker 17: and that includes these topics that we're talking about.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Yeah, well, Sam, let me ask very plainly, in case
- 22:08Speaker 2: my pastoral friend is listening, if you don't teach Genesis,
- 22:12Speaker 2: how do you get to David? And exactly, if you
- 22:15Speaker 2: can't get to David, how do you get to Jesus?
- 22:18Speaker 2: And if we try to get to Jesus, what are
- 22:20Speaker 2: we even doing?
- 22:22Speaker 4: Exactly? Because Jesus said, I did not come to abolish
- 22:26Speaker 4: the law, but to fulfill it.
- 22:28Speaker 17: He makes it really clear that every jot and tittle
- 22:33Speaker 17: of the law will be fulfilled before he returns, and
- 22:38Speaker 17: that includes the very governmental structure that God established.
- 22:45Speaker 4: And when you.
- 22:45Speaker 17: Think about that and understand that in a covedential relationship
- 22:49Speaker 17: with God, really only two nations were birth and established
- 22:54Speaker 17: on a covenential relationship with God. Ancient Israel, when Moses
- 22:59Speaker 17: and Citizenship nineteen came down roughly fifty sixty days through
- 23:06Speaker 17: the desert after crossing the Red Sea. He comes down
- 23:09Speaker 17: and he brings this new form of government that had
- 23:13Speaker 17: never been thought of before, and that establishes a nation
- 23:17Speaker 17: under God. And in that you then fast forward to
- 23:23Speaker 17: the First Great Awakening.
- 23:25Speaker 4: George Whitfield.
- 23:26Speaker 17: That movie was incredible, a Great Awakening, and I pray
- 23:30Speaker 17: everybody watches that movie that just came out, and you
- 23:33Speaker 17: look at how this nation began in a convenential relationship
- 23:37Speaker 17: with God, birthed through this biblical form of government and
- 23:41Speaker 17: the political system to support it, I might add it
- 23:45Speaker 17: was it was directly developed from God's word and God's
- 23:49Speaker 17: form of government.
- 23:51Speaker 4: We have to understand this responsibility.
- 23:55Speaker 17: That we have not only in America, but Psalms twenty
- 23:59Speaker 17: two to twenty eight.
- 24:00Speaker 4: It says for kingship.
- 24:02Speaker 17: Belongs to the God and he rules over nations. Now,
- 24:06Speaker 17: this notion of nations, and you know I've heard it
- 24:09Speaker 17: many pastors dumb that don is weyout just talking about people,
- 24:14Speaker 17: people groups, well, people groups that form nations. Last time
- 24:20Speaker 17: I checked God rules over nations, kings and rulers and
- 24:26Speaker 17: authorities of nations, and that is the ultimate call of
- 24:30Speaker 17: the Great Commission.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Well, we have just barely scratched the surface, friends, and
- 24:35Speaker 2: it's going to be a dynamic week. Sam Galucci, thank
- 24:38Speaker 2: you for spending it with us. I look forward to
- 24:40Speaker 2: touching base every afternoon. Thank you for being here.
- 24:43Speaker 4: Thank you God, bless you all.
- 24:44Speaker 2: If I have a McCullough coming right back, and stick
- 24:47Speaker 2: around for.
- 24:48Speaker 6: More of than Kevin next.
- 24:57Speaker 18: With as a news, I'm Bob and One. The Supreme
- 25:01Speaker 18: Court has been in releasing decisions on court cases prior
- 25:04Speaker 18: to the summer recess, and there was one result out
- 25:07Speaker 18: today in which they found that the state of Mississippi
- 25:11Speaker 18: could indeed count ballots that are sent in by mail
- 25:14Speaker 18: up to five days after election day, provided that they
- 25:17Speaker 18: were marked on time and were otherwise authenticated. A new
- 25:22Speaker 18: AP Pork poll finds that Americans have grown less proud
- 25:25Speaker 18: of the country's history or the way it's democracy works
- 25:28Speaker 18: over the past several years. And that's pride in the US.
- 25:32Speaker 18: Depending on what party you're in. However, about seventy percent
- 25:35Speaker 18: of Republicans said in that poll that they are extremely
- 25:38Speaker 18: proud to be Americans. Only fourteen percent of Democrats said
- 25:42Speaker 18: the same, and that's what took the average down so low.
- 25:45Speaker 18: On Wall Street, the down Jones industrial average is booming
- 25:47Speaker 18: up three hundred and sixty two points at this hour,
- 25:50Speaker 18: and the high tech nasack cut four fifty one. This

- 28:08Speaker 7: Here he is from New York. That Kevin Kevin McCullough.
- 28:14Speaker 2: All right, Kevin mccallaugh, Glad to have you with us
- 28:17Speaker 2: as we kick off the two hundred and fiftieth celebration.
- 28:21Speaker 2: We're going to celebrate all week. I know it's not
- 28:24Speaker 2: until Saturday, but look, we've been actually pushing towards this
- 28:28Speaker 2: for a year, so I feel like we're just getting
- 28:30Speaker 2: closer and closer and so excited. But one of the
- 28:33Speaker 2: things that we want to do consistently is here on
- 28:36Speaker 2: Monday in this two hundred and fiftieth celebration. Even we
- 28:40Speaker 2: want you to be wise with your money. We want
- 28:43Speaker 2: you to be a good steward. We want you to
- 28:44Speaker 2: be able to leave what you've earned for those that
- 28:47Speaker 2: will come behind you, and to do the best that
- 28:50Speaker 2: you can. I really strongly believe in the biblical idea
- 28:53Speaker 2: of stewardship and being a good steward of what you
- 28:57Speaker 2: have worked for. I think is a really godly and
- 29:00Speaker 2: biblical principle. And my next guest believes the same thing.
- 29:03Speaker 2: That's why, that's partly why he works in the field
- 29:06Speaker 2: that he does. David Fisher is his name, and he
- 29:09Speaker 2: is the head of Landmark Capital. And David, we haven't
- 29:11Speaker 2: talked about this, but you're a deep man of faith.
- 29:13Speaker 2: You have a strong belief in God, and I'm guessing
- 29:16Speaker 2: you have a strong thankfulness for our two hundred and
- 29:19Speaker 2: fiftieth as well, that this is a country that is
- 29:21Speaker 2: blessed by Him and we want to keep we want
- 29:24Speaker 2: to keep that blessing in place.
- 29:25Speaker 22: Absolutely most people don't know this, but I was a
- 29:28Speaker 22: full time pastor prior to doing what I'm doing now
- 29:31Speaker 22: in precious metals for the last thirty two years.
- 29:34Speaker 4: So I've just shifted the hat.
- 29:36Speaker 22: I help people how to be good stewards of the
- 29:38Speaker 22: funds that the Lord has entrusted them with. And you know,
- 29:41Speaker 22: we are celebrating two hundred and fifty years of a
- 29:44Speaker 22: great country, but our country has walked away from the
- 29:48Speaker 22: foundations of what the Bible says what money should be,
- 29:52Speaker 22: which is gold and silver, and now we have debt
- 29:54Speaker 22: and that's why we have problems. That's what we're going
- 29:57Speaker 22: to talk about today. So the solution is a portion
- 30:00Speaker 22: and the seven a portion made have some money in metals.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Yeah, and that was one of the things that I
- 30:06Speaker 2: thought was great about how you operate because you do
- 30:10Speaker 2: have a pastor's heart. You care about people, and anybody
- 30:13Speaker 2: that's ever actually purchased precious metals from you understands that.
- 30:17Speaker 2: We've been in doing a series, a four part series
- 30:20Speaker 2: titled why now is the Time to roll over a
- 30:24Speaker 2: portion of your four oh one k and or ira
- 30:28Speaker 2: into a backed retirement account with physical gold and silver.
- 30:33Speaker 2: We did this for a reason because iras and four
- 30:36Speaker 2: o one k's are something that people kind of put
- 30:38Speaker 2: in automode, they kind of forget about them. But if
- 30:41Speaker 2: they are stuck to the whims of the market, they
- 30:45Speaker 2: are stuck to the whims of the market. And if
- 30:46Speaker 2: the winds blow bad, that's bad. And if it blows good,
- 30:49Speaker 2: that's good. But with gold, with a little bit of
- 30:51Speaker 2: gold and silver hedging that then the stability of which
- 30:56Speaker 2: that retirement is built upon stay stronger.
- 30:59Speaker 22: No, absolutely, you know, there's corrections are normal in the
- 31:02Speaker 22: stock market, and having won every seven years is about
- 31:07Speaker 22: the history of what we should be looking at. We
- 31:09Speaker 22: haven't had one since two thousand and eight, so we're
- 31:11Speaker 22: long overdue for one. I know if we're going to
- 31:13Speaker 22: have a more severe one or not. But we're seeing
- 31:16Speaker 22: the same signs that we saw previous to two thousand
- 31:19Speaker 22: and eight and prior to two thousand the dot com bubble.
- 31:24Speaker 4: They're certainly here.
- 31:25Speaker 22: Evidence by Warren Buffett having the most amount of money
- 31:28Speaker 22: and cash he's ever had in history on the sidelines.
- 31:31Speaker 22: And we have people like Jeffrey Gunlock, Ree Dallio, Jamie
- 31:35Speaker 22: Diamond and others who are not gold advocates that are
- 31:39Speaker 22: now gold advocates because they're saying, hey, we could be
- 31:43Speaker 22: a little bit too high in valuations for the stock environment.
- 31:47Speaker 12: That we're in.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Yeah, well, we did a four part series. Let's recap
- 31:51Speaker 2: what we looked at.
- 31:52Speaker 22: One was talking about how physical gold and silver reduces
- 31:55Speaker 22: your financial risk because you're diversified. So again, if we
- 31:58Speaker 22: go back to two thousand and eight and you saw
- 32:01Speaker 22: this frothy market and you decided to move some money
- 32:05Speaker 22: in physical gold and silver, what you didn't have is
- 32:08Speaker 22: a market loss in stocks one hundred percent being there
- 32:11Speaker 22: of thirty five to fifty percent that took about four
- 32:14Speaker 22: years to cover, and gold and silver during that four
- 32:17Speaker 22: year period of time went up three hundred percent.
- 32:21Speaker 4: So diversification is a big key.
- 32:24Speaker 22: To lower your market risk.
- 32:26Speaker 2: And that is that is so important on so many levels.
- 32:31Speaker 2: But understanding that the options that metals give you and
- 32:36Speaker 2: David you know this personally for me because you've helped
- 32:39Speaker 2: me understand metals so much better. But these are risk
- 32:44Speaker 2: limiting options that when you put them in place, you
- 32:49Speaker 2: are actually and some David, I know it's not typically
- 32:52Speaker 2: the thing, but I saw a tremendous increase in my
- 32:55Speaker 2: portfolio from the time that I purchased metals. But right now,
- 32:59Speaker 2: you know, we've ever seen gold go to nothing, And
- 33:02Speaker 2: in fact, you said a few years ago on my
- 33:05Speaker 2: show that it was going to be worth five thousand
- 33:07Speaker 2: dollars soon, and we actually eclipsed that not long ago.
- 33:11Speaker 14: Here.
- 33:12Speaker 22: Yeah, and I think we're going to hit eight to
- 33:14Speaker 22: twelve thousand dollars in the next five to ten years.
- 33:16Speaker 22: Also because of the same fundamentals that were in place
- 33:19Speaker 22: that cause it to double from twenty twenty two are
- 33:22Speaker 22: in place.
- 33:23Speaker 4: Now to double again.
- 33:24Speaker 22: It won't always be that way, but until we fix
- 33:27Speaker 22: the financial landscape of the dollar and the treasury market,
- 33:30Speaker 22: that's what we're going to see more than likely.
- 33:32Speaker 2: All Right, So that was week one. And friends, if
- 33:35Speaker 2: you have not investigated, and I'm not telling you to
- 33:38Speaker 2: do this, I'm just saying, investigate. Let David's team talk
- 33:41Speaker 2: to you, let him let him. There's a complimentary fifteen
- 33:45Speaker 2: minute strategy call that is included if you call the
- 33:49Speaker 2: number I'm going to give you in a second, and
- 33:50Speaker 2: when you call that number, ask David to help you
- 33:55Speaker 2: understand and take a look. But right now, if you
- 33:58Speaker 2: have not considered turning your IRA or your four oh
- 34:01Speaker 2: one K to at least partially being backed by gold
- 34:04Speaker 2: and silver, I really think you should do that. Eight
- 34:07Speaker 2: four four six oh four two, five seven, five, eight
- 34:10Speaker 2: four four, six oh four two five seventy five. David
- 34:13Speaker 2: real quick just a few seconds before our first break,
- 34:16Speaker 2: what did we look at in week number two?
- 34:18Speaker 22: Week number two was when the United States froze Russian's
- 34:22Speaker 22: assets three hundred billion dollars.
- 34:25Speaker 4: In February of twenty twenty two.
- 34:27Speaker 22: This caused a catastrophic shift. Simpral Banks said, I got
- 34:30Speaker 22: to get away from holding US treasuries. We've got to
- 34:33Speaker 22: sell them, we've got to not want to buy them,
- 34:35Speaker 22: and we got to buy.
- 34:36Speaker 4: Physical gold and silver.
- 34:37Speaker 22: And that's why we saw this big rally in gold
- 34:39Speaker 22: and silver that outperformed.
- 34:41Speaker 12: The Dow and the Nasdaq in the SMP five hundred.
- 34:43Speaker 2: And central banks continue to do that. We'll talk a
- 34:46Speaker 2: little bit more about that as we as we've come
- 34:49Speaker 2: back from this break. He's David Fischer. I'm Kevin McCollough
- 34:51Speaker 2: eight four four, six oh four two five seven five.
- 34:55Speaker 2: You know when you've been struggling with the decision but
- 34:57Speaker 2: you just finally have that eye popping moment that says
- 35:00Speaker 2: you're going to decide now. That hit me when I
- 35:03Speaker 2: saw the number two sixty six on my bathroom scale.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Kevin McCullough here. I didn't want to be at that
- 35:08Speaker 2: number at fifty six years old. I want to be lean,
- 35:11Speaker 2: I want to be active, I want to be healthy
- 35:13Speaker 2: for my kids, and so I committed to doing something
- 35:16Speaker 2: about it. And that's why two weeks ago I started
- 35:19Speaker 2: my PhD Weight Loss. PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition is
- 35:22Speaker 2: an incredible program. It is one of the most easy
- 35:25Speaker 2: programs I've ever done. And I will tell you, in
- 35:28Speaker 2: two weeks, I am down almost eleven pounds. If you

- 35:37Speaker 2: free and they're going to pay for all your food.

- 38:36Speaker 13: will make sure the scales are tipped in your favor.
- 38:39Speaker 13: Call eight hundred five five five twenty eighty five. Big
- 38:42Speaker 13: Lou will answer your call and work to fit you
- 38:44Speaker 13: into a term life policy that you can afford. Remember,
- 38:48Speaker 13: Big Lou's like you. He's on meds too. Call eight
- 38:51Speaker 13: hundred five five five twenty eighty five or Big Lou
- 38:55Speaker 13: dot com.
- 39:08Speaker 7: Here he is from New York.
- 39:11Speaker 6: That Kevin Kevin.
- 39:13Speaker 2: McCullough, All right, welcome back. Is that Kevin show, That
- 39:17Speaker 2: kevinshow dot com. Landmark gold dot com. If you want
- 39:21Speaker 2: to know more about investing in precious metals and specifically,
- 39:25Speaker 2: I've been asking you to think about considering possibly doing
- 39:30Speaker 2: the backing of your four oh one k and ira
- 39:33Speaker 2: into partially being backed by gold and silver. Right now,
- 39:38Speaker 2: it's all probably one hundred percent paper. I'm asking you
- 39:42Speaker 2: to consider for the reasons that David Fisher has been
- 39:44Speaker 2: explaining to us over the last month, the reasons why
- 39:47Speaker 2: it would be wise to at least put a partial
- 39:49Speaker 2: amount of that behind gold and silver. And some people
- 39:53Speaker 2: do more than others. But here's the number that you
- 39:55Speaker 2: call eight four four six oh four two five seven five,
- 39:58Speaker 2: And when you call, depending on the amount of money
- 40:02Speaker 2: that you put into the gold or silver back to
- 40:05Speaker 2: a portion, David's got free silver for you, so he's
- 40:08Speaker 2: going to add to your total. If you call eight
- 40:12Speaker 2: four four six four five and go through a fifteen
- 40:16Speaker 2: minute strategy call with them, it's absolutely free to do
- 40:18Speaker 2: the call, and I think you're going to be pleased
- 40:21Speaker 2: with the results of what you decide upon and where
- 40:24Speaker 2: you go from there. David, we're talking about the very
- 40:29Speaker 2: specific four things that we laid out, and we are
- 40:33Speaker 2: trying to eliminate risk. There's been a demand that central
- 40:38Speaker 2: banks have put on gold and silver too, but more
- 40:43Speaker 2: on gold, and we saw that with Russia having their
- 40:47Speaker 2: funds frozen and then they they they started going heavy
- 40:50Speaker 2: into gold. And there's also this other thing that that
- 40:54Speaker 2: governments at times can just take cash out of our
- 40:58Speaker 2: accounts electronic tell us about that, because that was week
- 41:02Speaker 2: number three.
- 41:03Speaker 22: Yeah, it's happened in seven countries in two thousand and
- 41:06Speaker 22: seven and eight, nine, ten, eleven, and we set up
- 41:09Speaker 22: the law in twenty ten where it could happen here.
- 41:12Speaker 4: It's called the Dog Frank Act.
- 41:13Speaker 22: I have a white paper on it's called the bail
- 41:16Speaker 22: in a Bailan's offices.
- 41:17Speaker 4: Of a bailout.
- 41:18Speaker 22: We built out AIG General Motors, but we couldn't bail
- 41:22Speaker 22: out Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers in two hundred plus
- 41:25Speaker 22: banks and they all went under. So we learned that
- 41:28Speaker 22: the next time comes around, Kevin, we better set up
- 41:31Speaker 22: a bail in law. And that's what they did through
- 41:34Speaker 22: the Dodd Frank Act that created a thing called the
- 41:37Speaker 22: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Fox News says that that
- 41:42Speaker 22: entity has balanced authority to interview in any consumer financial transaction,
- 41:47Speaker 22: in any product, which means stock, spawns, mutual funds, anything
- 41:52Speaker 22: in paper assets.
- 41:54Speaker 4: And the Wall Street Journal.
- 41:55Speaker 22: Says they can seize half to three quarters of your money.
- 41:59Speaker 22: And so if you have diversified into physical gold and silver,
- 42:03Speaker 22: not only do you get the increase of the market performance,
- 42:07Speaker 22: but you get safety from something that could possibly happen
- 42:10Speaker 22: in the future. If we have a treasury crisis, which
- 42:14Speaker 22: is where we're going towards, if we have a insolvency,
- 42:18Speaker 22: if we have a pension fund problem, we have a
- 42:21Speaker 22: social security payment fund.
- 42:23Speaker 4: Wherever the problem.
- 42:24Speaker 22: Is there's just not enough money, well that's the bail in.
- 42:27Speaker 22: If you don't think this is real, it's not conspiracy,
- 42:30Speaker 22: you can go to my website, landmarksold dot com. There's
- 42:32Speaker 22: a video by the board members of the FDIC saying
- 42:37Speaker 22: this is real and we need to do it, so
- 42:40Speaker 22: don't have a one hundredercent of your money in pay
- 42:42Speaker 22: per assets.
- 42:42Speaker 2: And a lot of countries have done it, and in
- 42:45Speaker 2: fact the citizens have awakened and gone to the bank
- 42:50Speaker 2: and had no cash in their account. This is not
- 42:53Speaker 2: something that is pie in the sky. This is real.
- 42:56Speaker 2: And owning physical and gold and silver as a part
- 43:00Speaker 2: of your IRA, you can even possess it. David can
- 43:04Speaker 2: help you walk through that in terms of how to
- 43:06Speaker 2: take possession of it. You can put it in a
- 43:08Speaker 2: safe in your own house and literally there's no electronic
- 43:13Speaker 2: anything that can touch it when it's there. What was
- 43:17Speaker 2: week number four about, David?
- 43:19Speaker 22: Week number four is when physical gold and silver and
- 43:22Speaker 22: is in a bull market, which we're currently and stocks
- 43:26Speaker 22: indexes are also in a bull market, and bullmarket just
- 43:29Speaker 22: means it's relentless, it won't give up, it's going up.
- 43:33Speaker 4: That's what a bull market means. When they're both in
- 43:35Speaker 4: bull markets.
- 43:36Speaker 22: History shows us that gold and silver indexes have outperformed
- 43:40Speaker 22: the stock indexes. Am I telling you to put all
- 43:42Speaker 22: your money in gold and silver? No, but don't miss
- 43:44Speaker 22: out on the bull market. Nineteen seventy five to eighty
- 43:47Speaker 22: gold went up five hundred percent, silver went up over
- 43:51Speaker 22: twice as much as that, and stocks didn't perform very well,
- 43:55Speaker 22: went up about ten twelve fifteen percent during that five
- 43:58Speaker 22: year period. About two thousand and one through twenty eleven,
- 44:03Speaker 22: a ten year the SMP went up fifteen percent, the
- 44:06Speaker 22: now thirty two percent, then Azak fifty eight percent, gold
- 44:10Speaker 22: six hundred and forty two percent in silver eight hundred
- 44:14Speaker 22: and ninety four percent. Again, gold and silver outperformed stocks,
- 44:18Speaker 22: actually a three to one four to one in some cases.
- 44:21Speaker 22: And here most recently in twenty twenty two, since we
- 44:25Speaker 22: seized the three hundred billion dollars of Russian assets, the
- 44:28Speaker 22: world freaked out, like I said, and they needed to
- 44:30Speaker 22: buy gold and silver, not have all their money and
- 44:33Speaker 22: paper treasuries.
- 44:34Speaker 4: And here's the numbers.
- 44:36Speaker 22: The Dow went up forty percent, the SMP fifty five percent,
- 44:40Speaker 22: and Azdex sixty five percent, gold one hundred and thirty
- 44:43Speaker 22: five percent.
- 44:45Speaker 4: And silver one hundred and ninety one percent. Again the
- 44:47Speaker 4: same trends. Don't miss out on this big bull market
- 44:50Speaker 4: in gold and silver.
- 44:51Speaker 22: Diversification is a key to all successful portfolios.
- 44:54Speaker 2: And talk about that offer that I mentioned, Dave. If
- 44:57Speaker 2: people have a certain amount there that they will put
- 45:01Speaker 2: in a backing of their four oh one k r
- 45:03Speaker 2: ira bonus silver from Landmark Gold.
- 45:07Speaker 22: Yes, no gimmicks, no pressure, just education that they can
- 45:10Speaker 22: learn about that. Everybody hearing my voice. If you have
- 45:12Speaker 22: ten thousand dollars or more, you will benefit. You'll get
- 45:15Speaker 22: some free silver starting at that and it works off
- 45:18Speaker 22: a graduated skill. The more you invest, the more free
- 45:21Speaker 22: silver you get. You get the benefit from the golden
- 45:23Speaker 22: silver bull market. We also get from benefiting from some
- 45:27Speaker 22: free silver, first time in only time we've ever done
- 45:29Speaker 22: this so far.
- 45:30Speaker 4: You might do it in the future, but it's ending
- 45:32Speaker 4: this week.
- 45:33Speaker 22: You got a call this week to take advantage of
- 45:35Speaker 22: it and learn about But again, no pressure, no obligation.
- 45:39Speaker 4: Just learn.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Yeah, get your fifteen minute strategy call. Just called eight
- 45:42Speaker 2: four four six o four two five seven five eight
- 45:45Speaker 2: four four six o four two five seven five. David
- 45:49Speaker 2: Fisher has been and Landmark Old have been the only
- 45:51Speaker 2: company I've purchased gold and silver with for more than
- 45:54Speaker 2: twenty years. And I just want you to know, friends,
- 45:57Speaker 2: this is this is a man that I trust. He's
- 46:00Speaker 2: a man of God, and he has integrity and you're
- 46:03Speaker 2: going to love working with him. And I just think
- 46:05Speaker 2: that there's no downside if you if you feel like
- 46:08Speaker 2: you need to balance your portfolio, if you're too heavy
- 46:10Speaker 2: in one side, get gold, but get gold the right way,
- 46:14Speaker 2: and David Fisher does it the right way. Eight four
- 46:16Speaker 2: four six oh four two five seven five eight four
- 46:19Speaker 2: four six oh four two five seven five And ask
- 46:21Speaker 2: about the free silver when you call David Fisher. Appreciate
- 46:25Speaker 2: all that you do. Thank you for being with us.
- 46:28Speaker 4: Thank you, Kevin.
- 46:29Speaker 2: You got it all right, Kevin McCollough. A few final
- 46:31Speaker 2: thoughts in this hour, and then we've got a big
- 46:33Speaker 2: second hour, and I'm gonna I'm gonna roll out the
- 46:37Speaker 2: first of five monologues I'm doing this week on the
- 46:41Speaker 2: importance of two point fifty. You don't want to miss that.
- 46:43Speaker 2: We kick it off just in a few minutes.
- 46:45Speaker 7: Stay with us.
- 46:46Speaker 6: Lets stick around for more of that, Kevin next.

- 48:01Speaker 18: The Supreme Court is releasing some decisions ahead of the
- 48:04Speaker 18: summer recess, and today's decision, according to correspondent Laura Winners,
- 48:09Speaker 18: involved those ballots that are coming in after election day
- 48:12Speaker 18: in states like Mississippi.
- 48:14Speaker 23: The Supreme Court ruling five to four that the state
- 48:17Speaker 23: of Mississippi can count late ballots that arrive after election day.
- 48:21Speaker 23: The High Court ruling the ballots must be postmarked on
- 48:25Speaker 23: or before election day and show up within five business days.
- 48:29Speaker 18: That has corresponded to Laura Winners, reporting Republicans had hoped
- 48:33Speaker 18: that the tighter rules might help ensure election integrity, fearing
- 48:37Speaker 18: the permission of those late ballots makes it easier for.

- 50:06Speaker 6: that cabin show.
- 50:10Speaker 2: All right, Kevin mccauaugh. Glad to have you with us,
- 50:12Speaker 2: and not meaning to beat a sore subject here, but
- 50:17Speaker 2: I'm still irritated. As I mentioned at the top of
- 50:20Speaker 2: the show with Amy Coney Barrett, I can't believe there's
- 50:25Speaker 2: not a single woman on the Supreme Court who can
- 50:30Speaker 2: understand the definition of the most simple words. Woman is woman.
- 50:37Speaker 2: It is a female human. Day is day. It's a
- 50:45Speaker 2: twenty four hour period. What is hard about this? But
- 50:50Speaker 2: I don't know. And if you'll notice the ideological divide,
- 50:55Speaker 2: John Roberts being someone who doesn't want to look like
- 50:57Speaker 2: he's two favored to one side or the other. But
- 51:00Speaker 2: Amy Coney Barrett like I could, I could understand Justice
- 51:04Speaker 2: Robert's siding with the other side because he felt sorry
- 51:07Speaker 2: for him or whatever. But Amy Cony Barrett arguing that
- 51:13Speaker 2: an election is when the people have decided, and that
- 51:21Speaker 2: there's essentially no end to when they can make the decision.
- 51:25Speaker 2: It's ridiculous. It's like it's like running a marathon and
- 51:30Speaker 2: never saying that the race is ever over. Like if
- 51:36Speaker 2: if somebody starts on a on a on a marathon,
- 51:39Speaker 2: you know, on Monday, and they want to just you know,
- 51:43Speaker 2: take naps along the way and keep going and so
- 51:45Speaker 2: forth until you know, like the next Saturday. Well, why
- 51:50Speaker 2: why can't why can't they Why can't they count that?
- 51:53Speaker 2: Why can't they be counted?
- 51:55Speaker 24: Oh?
- 51:55Speaker 2: Because the race was the day of the race. And
- 52:00Speaker 2: and this is the part, and this is why the
- 52:03Speaker 2: Save America Act is even more important. Now, if you
- 52:08Speaker 2: had election day, meaning day come down as the ruling,
- 52:14Speaker 2: that would have been powerful. And then you get a
- 52:17Speaker 2: Save America Act, and you would have been cutting out
- 52:20Speaker 2: the fraud on the front end, and you would have
- 52:22Speaker 2: been cutting out the ability for misbehavior on the back end. Now,
- 52:26Speaker 2: if we get Save America Act, we can still cut
- 52:28Speaker 2: out the fraud on the front end, but we've left
- 52:31Speaker 2: a back door open for more Shenanigans. And Amy Cony
- 52:36Speaker 2: Barrett was the insane person on the Supreme Court. Breaks
- 52:43Speaker 2: my heart to say this. I strongly supported her. I
- 52:46Speaker 2: strongly supported the fact that she has a multicultural family.
- 52:52Speaker 2: She's adopted kids from Haiti like me, and there's so
- 52:58Speaker 2: much that I had appreciated about her life. But she
- 53:01Speaker 2: can't tell you the definition of the word day. Prove
- 53:04Speaker 2: me wrong. But what woman on the Supreme Court that
- 53:11Speaker 2: was conservative and constitutionally minded ever stayed the course? Reagan
- 53:20Speaker 2: appointed one, and the longer she sat on the court,
- 53:23Speaker 2: the worse she got. Trump has now had Amy Cony
- 53:29Speaker 2: Barrett disappoint two incredibly important times. She likes being John
- 53:39Speaker 2: Robert's little little pet project. I think I don't know,
- 53:45Speaker 2: but it's it's just unacceptable that she can't understand what
- 53:53Speaker 2: the word day means. Alito wasn't confused, Thomas wasn't confused,
- 54:02Speaker 2: Kavanaugh wasn't confused. These guys get it. I don't know
- 54:13Speaker 2: about her. All right, We've got another hour coming up.
- 54:21Speaker 2: I hope you'll stick around. We've got a lot to
- 54:23Speaker 2: get to, including the first of five thoughts that I'm
- 54:28Speaker 2: going to do this week at the top of the hour,
- 54:31Speaker 2: dealing with America's two fifty and what we can learn
- 54:35Speaker 2: from it. I hope you'll stick.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Around somewhere in the bowels of the City that Never sleeps.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Kevin McCalla, radio host with Sailor Medium, is a man
- 54:55Speaker 2: also not sleeping.
- 54:57Speaker 14: Okay, so let's have it in the pole.
- 55:00Speaker 3: That guy would like a word with you.
- 55:02Speaker 2: Many of you know him whom as votes for Damas.
- 55:05Speaker 5: Of course, that.
- 55:05Speaker 12: Kevin Show is going to be great.
- 55:07Speaker 25: The only thing that could be greater, of course, would
- 55:08Speaker 25: be That Donald Show, but we don't have that.
- 55:10Speaker 3: So we have That Kevin Show, featuring the music of
- 55:14Speaker 3: Dick Tunny and the Dream.
- 55:16Speaker 5: In Color Orchestra, straight.
- 55:27Speaker 3: Ahead, everything you need to know about the top headlines
- 55:30Speaker 3: of the day, and a perspective that will give you
- 55:33Speaker 3: some externity to it, plus practical tips for family life,
- 55:39Speaker 3: spiritual life, and good old regular life. It's Kevin McCollough
- 55:44Speaker 3: Monday through Friday on That Kevin.
- 55:47Speaker 5: Show and Now.
- 55:54Speaker 3: From the Connors in Sullivan Broadcast Studios. The man who
- 55:58Speaker 3: is not what he wants to do, but is way grateful.
- 56:02Speaker 3: That is not who he used to be here.
- 56:10Speaker 2: All right, welcome back. It's Kevin McCullough. It's that Kevin Show,
- 56:14Speaker 2: that kevinshow dot com. We're always glad to have you
- 56:16Speaker 2: with us and keeping our eye on everything that's going
- 56:20Speaker 2: on breaking news wise. I don't know if you noticed,
- 56:22Speaker 2: the weekend was kind of quiet. We didn't have a
- 56:24Speaker 2: lot of controversial or you know, you know, big international
- 56:30Speaker 2: news activity, and you know, Monday's been quieter than normal,
- 56:34Speaker 2: I would say, even for a July. So it's kind
- 56:38Speaker 2: of interesting. I am going to this week dedicate a
- 56:43Speaker 2: significant amount of time to the two fiftieth, which we
- 56:46Speaker 2: celebrate on Saturday, and I'm going to do so without apology.
- 56:52Speaker 2: I happen to think that America, that it ever came
- 56:57Speaker 2: about to exist, is a miracle, and I think the
- 57:01Speaker 2: fact that we've lasted two hundred and fifty years is
- 57:04Speaker 2: just evidence of something really spectacular that God has allowed.
- 57:10Speaker 2: And I'm grateful. And so I want to point out
- 57:13Speaker 2: some of the thoughts that I've had as I've been
- 57:16Speaker 2: thinking about this for the last i don't know, number four,
- 57:19Speaker 2: probably full year. I started thinking about the two fiftieth
- 57:22Speaker 2: a year ago. Now I've had the privilege of standing
- 57:27Speaker 2: in some pretty remarkable places, and I've tried to share
- 57:30Speaker 2: those places with you. I've broadcast from the White House.
- 57:35Speaker 2: I've walked through parts of the White House where every
- 57:39Speaker 2: room just reminds you that it's so important and special
- 57:44Speaker 2: and it belongs to we the people. I've stood inside
- 57:50Speaker 2: the rotunda at the United States Capital, where history has
- 57:53Speaker 2: been debated and delayed and defended and every now and
- 57:56Speaker 2: then fought over. But there's no place that I really
- 58:01Speaker 2: think that matches. Independence Hall in Philadelphia. I've been there
- 58:04Speaker 2: a couple of times, and whenever I have I asked
- 58:08Speaker 2: the same question, would I have signed it? Not after
- 58:13Speaker 2: Washington Ion, not after Yorktown, not after school children memorize
- 58:18Speaker 2: the opening lines to the Declaration. I'm talking about that
- 58:21Speaker 2: day in that room, at that moment when nobody knew
- 58:25Speaker 2: what was going to happen. The first time I went
- 58:28Speaker 2: to Independence Hall, it was in college, and I was
- 58:31Speaker 2: honestly surprised by what was there and what wasn't. It
- 58:37Speaker 2: wasn't enormous, it wasn't this intimidating thing. It isn't a
- 58:43Speaker 2: towering cathedral of democracy. Our imaginations tend to create out
- 58:48Speaker 2: of things. It's just a room, and that's exactly the point.
- 58:52Speaker 2: The power isn't in the walls, it's what happened inside
- 58:55Speaker 2: of them. If you ever visit Philly, don't rush through it,
- 58:59Speaker 2: because as your tour guide is already moving toward the
- 59:01Speaker 2: Liberty bell, just hang back a little bit. Look at
- 59:06Speaker 2: the chairs, look at the windows. Picture July in muggy
- 59:13Speaker 2: Philly without air conditioning. Imagine the sweat running down collars,
- 59:18Speaker 2: and the smell of parchment and bodies, the scratching of
- 59:23Speaker 2: quills across paper. Then let yourself answer that question, would
- 59:30Speaker 2: I have signed my own death warrant? Because that's exactly
- 59:34Speaker 2: what many of those men believed they were doing that day.
- 59:37Speaker 2: On July fourth, seventeen seventy six, the Continental Congress adopted
- 59:42Speaker 2: the Declaration of Independence, and over the following weeks, the
- 59:45Speaker 2: delegates signed the engrossed copy that would become one of
- 59:49Speaker 2: the most consequential documents in history. Actually correction, on July second,
- 59:56Speaker 2: they adopted it. July fourth, everything was signed, but to
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: them it wasn't history. It was evidence, evidence of treason
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: against the crown, so interpreted by the Brits, and the
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: punishment for treason wasn't you go to your room, or
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: a fine, or even going to prison. It was death.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: And I've often wondered what that ride home must.
- 1:00:23Speaker 14: Have been like.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: As they're in the wagons and they're pulling up their
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: long drives, and they sit there a little longer than usual.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: They get to the house, they see the candles burning
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: inside the windows and realize everything may have changed before
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: they even opened the front door. Imagine John Adams, Honey,
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: I signed it. Can you imagine saying those words. I
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: may have just placed everything we own and everyone we
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: love and complete jeopardy, their homes, their businesses, their reputations,
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: their families, their futures, everything, And they signed it. Anyway,
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: Our rights do not come from government. They come from God.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: That single idea changed the course of history. Kings believed
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: rights flowed from the throne. Governments believed liberty existed only
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: because governments allowed it. The declaration turned that thinking upside down.
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: Government exists to protect rights it did not create. That
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: idea remains every bit as revolutionary today as it was
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty years ago. Now, honesty requires us
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: to acknowledge something else. The nation they launched did not
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: immediately live up to its own creed. Slavery was a
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: stain in direct contradiction to the words all men are
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: created equal, and history shouldn't pretend otherwise. But history should
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: also recognize that the founders wrote down a principle greater
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: than themselves or their times. Because they did, and because
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: they did, future generations possessed a standard by which America
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: could be challenged and corrected and improved. And that's also
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: part of the American story. Every time I leave Independence Hall,
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: I look back one last time, not because it's just
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: an old building, but because I know what happened inside
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: of it. Fifty six ordinary men walked into that room,
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: carrying doubts and disagreements and fears and families. They walked out,
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: having pledged their lives and their fortunes and their sacred
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: honor to an idea no one could guarantee would survive.
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: History remembers them as our founders. I suspect most of
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: them simply hoped to be remembered as men who did
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: their duty. This week, our nation celebrates two hundred and
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: fifty years. They're going to be so many specials on
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: TV and fireworks and flags and parades and backyard barbecues
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: and children chasing sparklers across front lawns, and I hope
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: we enjoy every minute of it. But somewhere between the
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: parade and the fireworks, I hope you remember that quiet
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: room in Philadelphia, no orchestra, no applause, certainly no certainty,
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: just ordinary men deciding that liberty was worth more than comfort.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: Every time I leave Independence Hall, I look back one
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: more time because I'm wondering whether, had I been standing
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: in that room on that sweltering July afternoon, if I'd
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: have had the courage to pick up the quill. I
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: hope I would, because two hundred and fifty years later,
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: America doesn't need another generation that's merely grateful for liberty.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: We still need one still willing to pay the price
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: to preserve the liberties that God gave us. I hope, friend,
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: that you remember this week the blessing that God has
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: given us in the form of this country, imperfect in
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: her founding, still imperfect in her present, but with so
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: many more advantages than everywhere else on the planet. And
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: I think gratitude is the least we can express for it.
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: And I hope you will got any thoughts on this
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: that Kevinshow at gmail dot com, that Kevinshow at gmail
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: dot com come in right back.

- 1:06:45Speaker 28: Pharmacy update. Peptides are predicted to be the next gold rush,
- 1:06:49Speaker 28: But what are they? Peptides are short chain amino acids
- 1:06:52Speaker 28: and typically injected like glps. They are the building blocks
- 1:06:56Speaker 28: of proteins and play crucial roles in various biological functions.
- 1:07:00Speaker 28: Peptide medications can be naturally occurring or synthetically produced. Pd

- 1:07:42Speaker 29: Do you owe ten thousand dollars or more to the irs?
- 1:07:45Speaker 20: Like Mark, I've.
- 1:07:46Speaker 24: Been doing home remodeling for thirty plus years, but the
- 1:07:49Speaker 24: economy crashed. I wound up losing my home, losing my job,
- 1:07:52Speaker 24: and on top of that, owing the IRS a ton
- 1:07:54Speaker 24: of money. I owed the Irs one hundred and fourteen
- 1:07:57Speaker 24: thousand dollars. It really, truly was the worst part of
- 1:08:00Speaker 24: my life.
- 1:08:01Speaker 29: Then Mark found tax relief advocates on news radio.
- 1:08:04Speaker 24: I heard about TRA, and I thought, what's the worst
- 1:08:06Speaker 24: that could happen? So I picked up the phone and
- 1:08:08Speaker 24: I called him. When it was all said and done,
- 1:08:10Speaker 24: TRA settled my one hundred and fourteen thousand dollars debt
- 1:08:14Speaker 24: for one hundred dollars, and I'm telling you, I was ecstatic,
- 1:08:16Speaker 24: could not believe it. I would recommend TR to anyone.
- 1:08:20Speaker 29: If you owed ten or even hundreds of thousands of
- 1:08:22Speaker 29: dollars to the IRS, don't lose hope. Do what Mark
- 1:08:25Speaker 29: did and call TRA for a consultation.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: But TRA did.
- 1:08:28Speaker 24: They gave me a second chance, and I'm forever grateful.
- 1:08:31Speaker 29: Visit TRA dot com or call eight hundred five seven
- 1:08:34Speaker 29: five eighty nine twenty four. Eight hundred five seven five
- 1:08:37Speaker 29: eighty nine twenty four. That's eight hundred five seven five

- 1:08:54Speaker 7: Here he is from New York. That Kevin Kevin.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: Look all right, welcome back, Kevin mc kellaglight.
- 1:09:02Speaker 11: Have you with us?
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: So so so glad to have Lou bassiny Street joining us.
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: We had a fantastic broadcast from the heart of Times
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: Square last week, Lou, and it was just I think
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: it was kind of like the warm up show for
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: what's going to go down on July fourth. This is
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: going to be such a fun week and season. But
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: in the markets, what does this week look like?
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: Yeah, this week?
- 1:09:29Speaker 30: The biggest thing I would tell you is that we
- 1:09:30Speaker 30: get a job creation report on Thursday because of the
- 1:09:35Speaker 30: holiday on Fridays. So if you remember, and most people
- 1:09:38Speaker 30: probably don't, don't pay attention to the markets.
- 1:09:40Speaker 12: The last three months, the jobs reports have been really,
- 1:09:43Speaker 12: really strong, way better than expectations.
- 1:09:45Speaker 30: So last month we had a one hundred and seventy
- 1:09:47Speaker 30: two thousand jobs created versus I believe expectations were going
- 1:09:51Speaker 30: for right around one hundred and fifteen hundred and twenty thousand,
- 1:09:54Speaker 30: So we rolled in three in a row. And I
- 1:09:56Speaker 30: always tell people one month of data that's really good
- 1:09:59Speaker 30: is well, pay attention. In two months it gets really
- 1:10:01Speaker 30: interesting three months as the trend, So I would be
- 1:10:03Speaker 30: looking for that trend to continue this month.
- 1:10:06Speaker 12: You know, the expectation I believe is for one hundred
- 1:10:08Speaker 12: and eighteen thousand jobs.
- 1:10:09Speaker 30: Anything north of that will be another indicator that this
- 1:10:13Speaker 30: economy under the current administration is really gearing up to
- 1:10:17Speaker 30: do well in the second half of the year, which
- 1:10:18Speaker 30: is what they've been saying to us. Be patient all
- 1:10:21Speaker 30: the tax breaks you're going to kick in for individuals
- 1:10:23Speaker 30: and companies, and that's hard to do when we see
- 1:10:26Speaker 30: gas prices were on the rise, and other affordability issues
- 1:10:29Speaker 30: were real and present at the kitchen table.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: But even with those coming down now and then you
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: factor in the fact that Big Beautiful didn't kick in
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: until January, and now we're talking about in months seven
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: and eight and nine seeing some fairly positive growth on
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: a lot of different levels. I mean, this is an
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: exciting time to be here. Yes, we would like Ukraine
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: and Iran to both be settled, but I mean, considering
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: this is not bad.
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: It's not bad at all.
- 1:11:00Speaker 30: It's actually really good if you're beginning into your actually confession,
- 1:11:04Speaker 30: I was worried. We had some really on it as
- 1:11:06Speaker 30: it actually started the middle of last year. It was
- 1:11:08Speaker 30: a bipolar jobs market. One month you get gained and
- 1:11:11Speaker 30: the next month you get losses. And that's not a
- 1:11:13Speaker 30: good situation to be in. So we've come out of
- 1:11:15Speaker 30: that tough time, just like I think the centry is
- 1:11:17Speaker 30: gonna again come out of the tough time with a
- 1:11:19Speaker 30: warner rank, come out of the war in Ukraine and
- 1:11:22Speaker 30: really be poised to celebrate the two hundred and fifty
- 1:11:25Speaker 30: of the anniversary in a way that really honors what
- 1:11:28Speaker 30: we've built here that's so unique compared to every other country.
- 1:11:31Speaker 30: And you know, look, I don't want to go on
- 1:11:33Speaker 30: a political rant or a you know, pro America rant,
- 1:11:36Speaker 30: but I will because there's no other market in the
- 1:11:38Speaker 30: world that's like it.
- 1:11:38Speaker 12: There's no other country in the world it's like And
- 1:11:40Speaker 12: we spoke about that when we were at Times Square.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: Well, you're allowed to be a little pro America on
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: this show. It's okay. I don't know about all the
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: cable channels, but on this show you can say you
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: love America. It's fine, and that's no reflection on your network.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: Your network is also very pro America Lou. You can
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: see him often, by the way, on the Fox Business
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: Channel and sometimes on Fox News as well. So let
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: me ask you about something you've started talking about and
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: people may have heard me talking about it, or they're
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: starting to maybe see it when they read my townhall column,
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: et cetera. And that is this whole area of AI
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: and potential upsides. But in order to get into Nvidia,
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: you've got to PLoP down a pretty good chunk of
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: coin to get one share. And there are you say
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: that the whole sector is on fire and there's other
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: good plays there, and you're excited enough that you're going
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: to give people those plays if they just go to
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: your website, thebig skinny dot com, the big skinny dot com.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: But what are they going to get when they go
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: there and request the list?
- 1:12:49Speaker 30: Yeah, we put together a free or part called the
- 1:12:51Speaker 30: top ten AI stocks not named in video, because I
- 1:12:54Speaker 30: think everyone thinks that they didn't own in video, they
- 1:12:56Speaker 30: missed out the big profits aren't there, and that's just
- 1:12:58Speaker 30: not the case. There are at least ten that we've
- 1:13:01Speaker 30: compiled as a watch list that you should consider investing
- 1:13:04Speaker 30: in because they are exposed to the chip boom, just
- 1:13:07Speaker 30: like in Nvidia, or they're developing solutions based on AI.
- 1:13:10Speaker 30: It's going to revolutionize the way medicine is delivered or
- 1:13:13Speaker 30: drugs are developed. And I would say if anyone's listening,
- 1:13:16Speaker 30: look that report is there at the Big scy dot com.
- 1:13:18Speaker 30: It's free for anyone and everyone. But if you're listening
- 1:13:21Speaker 30: in today, we'll give you another one. You and I
- 1:13:23Speaker 30: talked about it. If nothing else, you want to have
- 1:13:25Speaker 30: exposure to the semiconductors, and the easiest way to do
- 1:13:28Speaker 30: that is with an ETF. My favorite is the SOXX.
- 1:13:32Speaker 30: It's the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index. It gives you ownership in
- 1:13:35Speaker 30: the entire industry. It's the best performing ETF over the
- 1:13:39Speaker 30: last ten years. It's up one hundred and fifteen percent
- 1:13:41Speaker 30: this year, and it's everyone who can understand. Why look
- 1:13:44Speaker 30: around your life and see how many things have chips
- 1:13:46Speaker 30: in it.
- 1:13:47Speaker 12: So from your iPhone to your iPad to your car.
- 1:13:49Speaker 30: Believe it or not, thirty percent of automobile content now
- 1:13:52Speaker 30: is chips. So everywhere we go it doesn't have to
- 1:13:55Speaker 30: be AI, but there is.
- 1:13:56Speaker 12: Chips embedded and everything.
- 1:13:58Speaker 30: It's kind of like the intel inside from decades ago.
- 1:14:01Speaker 30: Now it's chips inside everything, and that's the best way
- 1:14:03Speaker 30: to own it. So if you don't get the free
- 1:14:05Speaker 30: report at the Big Skinny dot com, go check check
- 1:14:08Speaker 30: out the socks ETF.
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: Well, I love the fact that you're giving one away
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: for free. But I went and looked at that one, lou,
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: and it's five hundred dollars a share right now, it is, and.
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: You can buy fractional shares.
- 1:14:19Speaker 30: And again, remember it's giving you the whole basket, right
- 1:14:22Speaker 30: the price. The price doesn't mean it's expensive, just means
- 1:14:25Speaker 30: it's gone up and it's basically the aggregated price of
- 1:14:28Speaker 30: all the stocks that it owns, and you get a
- 1:14:30Speaker 30: fractional share.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: Any now, let me since we're on the ETF discussion,
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: I because this ran through my head this morning. The
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: suggestions you make on the report, whether you buy them
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: individually or not, are most of those in some of
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: these ETF. Should we evaluate the quality of the ETF
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: based on your report?
- 1:14:51Speaker 12: So the report is a mix. I'd say about half
- 1:14:53Speaker 12: of the names or in the ETFs.
- 1:14:55Speaker 30: The other half or names that wouldn't qualify as kerk
- 1:14:58Speaker 30: chip companies. So there's a company in there that would
- 1:15:01Speaker 30: be in there that does all the test equipment.
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: Think of quality control.
- 1:15:04Speaker 30: You roll a chip off the factory line, you need
- 1:15:06Speaker 30: to make sure it works. This is the company that
- 1:15:08Speaker 30: makes all that test equipment. But then there's companies in
- 1:15:11Speaker 30: there like a tempest AI that was and I just
- 1:15:14Speaker 30: gave another one away that was doing genetic testing and
- 1:15:17Speaker 30: has a just treasure trove of data from all this
- 1:15:20Speaker 30: medical testing that they're now using AI to start developing
- 1:15:23Speaker 30: new drugs and also to provide insights on for doctors
- 1:15:27Speaker 30: on where to recommend patients go based upon their DNA profile,
- 1:15:31Speaker 30: completely anonymized, obviously compliant with hippo laws. So there's a
- 1:15:34Speaker 30: good mix in the report at the Big Skinny dot Com,
- 1:15:36Speaker 30: half names that you can find in the ETFs and
- 1:15:38Speaker 30: other half that are not in there that are compelling
- 1:15:42Speaker 30: individual investments to consider.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: So for those of you that are listening, let me
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: just make this really clear. If you missed Nvidia, you
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: have not missed the boat on AI. And what you
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: need to do is go to the Big Skinny dot
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: Com all one word, the Big Skinny dot Com. And
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: when you go there you'll have a chance. I think
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: there's a pop up that'll immediately ask you if you'd
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: like to receive the report. Just say yes and put
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: your email in and then Lose Team. We'll send you
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: that report immediately and you will have that in your
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: in your sticky little fingers as quickly as possible. But
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: go to the Big Skinny dot Com. The Big Skinny
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: dot Com. These are ten AI plays that you know
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: are sitting there that Loose Team has done the research on.
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: They are ready for you to maximize, and no one
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: else is giving them to you. Louis, Yeah, the Big
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: Skinny dot Com is that they're working for you, friend.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: That's the beauty of this. So do that. Are there
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: other sectors that you feel good about here in the
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: middle of twenty twenty.
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: Six, Yeah, there are.
- 1:16:48Speaker 30: I would say that two that are at the top of
- 1:16:49Speaker 30: my list are one that was not very popular to
- 1:16:52Speaker 30: be bullish on before. But those are the small caps,
- 1:16:54Speaker 30: the smallest companies in the United States and the market
- 1:16:57Speaker 30: the Russell two thousand, the ETF to play that is
- 1:16:59Speaker 30: id WM. It's company's two thousand of the smallest public
- 1:17:05Speaker 30: and traded companies in the United States. And the benefit
- 1:17:07Speaker 30: of those is if the US economy does really well,
- 1:17:09Speaker 30: on the back half of the year like we expect,
- 1:17:11Speaker 30: and the data is showing and the jobs report should
- 1:17:13Speaker 30: confirm this week. These companies generate eighty percent of their
- 1:17:17Speaker 30: revenue from US based sales, So you compare that to
- 1:17:20Speaker 30: the S and P five hundred and the major indexes,
- 1:17:22Speaker 30: those companies are only getting about sixty percent of their
- 1:17:25Speaker 30: sales domestically. The other forty to forty five percent comes
- 1:17:27Speaker 30: from international. So I think small caps are going to
- 1:17:30Speaker 30: continue to really outperform.
- 1:17:31Speaker 12: They've been leading the way to sit record highs. And
- 1:17:34Speaker 12: then I love biotech.
- 1:17:35Speaker 30: Biotech, believe it or not, is the only sector that
- 1:17:38Speaker 30: has not hit a new all time high in the
- 1:17:40Speaker 30: current bull market. The last time we saw high was
- 1:17:43Speaker 30: during the middle of the COVID pandemic, so this sector
- 1:17:46Speaker 30: is now There's been a lot of mergers and acquisitions
- 1:17:49Speaker 30: going on, and again here, I think the smartest way
- 1:17:53Speaker 30: to own this is via the ETF so you don't
- 1:17:55Speaker 30: have to take individual stock risk, and that one is XBI.
- 1:17:58Speaker 30: It gives you exposure to some of the smaller biotech
- 1:18:01Speaker 30: names that are likely takeover targets that are developing very
- 1:18:05Speaker 30: cutting edge drugs to cure things such as Alzheimer's diabetes,
- 1:18:09Speaker 30: Parkinson's disease.
- 1:18:10Speaker 12: Cancer, you name it, you get a whole portfolio.
- 1:18:13Speaker 30: Then without taking the risk of buying one an individual
- 1:18:17Speaker 30: company that the drug doesn't work and the stock goes
- 1:18:19Speaker 30: to zero.
- 1:18:19Speaker 12: So I don't like taking risks. I like what we
- 1:18:22Speaker 12: call asymmetric upside.
- 1:18:24Speaker 30: So it's very small risk on the downside, but lots
- 1:18:26Speaker 30: of reward potential on the upside.
- 1:18:28Speaker 12: And I think both of those etf provide it.
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: And as always we want to be certain to say this,
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: Consult your financial advisors and so forth. Lou is very
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: diligent in what he does. In fact, he has one
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: of the best reputations in the entire business media environment
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: because he's a man of integrity. But he and I
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: both want you to make sure that you feel good
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: before you go and do something. And I'm gonna throw
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: out a favor of mine in recent weeks by Biotech
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: Campbell's Soup by go get the big Skinny dot Com
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: report on the best AI plays not named in Vidio,
- 1:19:07Speaker 2: and you're going to have a great week.
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: I love it.
- 1:19:10Speaker 12: I love you getting into the stock picking game.
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: And I'll tell you why.
- 1:19:12Speaker 30: It's a consumer staple it's a conservative stock with a
- 1:19:14Speaker 30: great yield.
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: Well, whether the whether the economy is good or bad,
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: people still need their cream of mushroom soup, so.
- 1:19:19Speaker 12: They absolutely Doreen being cast role for Thanksgiving.
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: Stock up all right, Lou Bassine, thanks for coming out Tuesday.
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: Thanks for being with us.
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: Always a pleaser.
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: You got it.
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: Kevin McCollough coming right back Monday. Monday continues, don't go anywhere.
- 1:19:33Speaker 6: Let's stick around for more at Kevin next.
- 1:19:44Speaker 18: With that's for a news tigme Bob I knew in Washington.
- 1:19:47Speaker 18: Big day today at the US Supreme Court, as it
- 1:19:50Speaker 18: will be all week as the justices are prepared to
- 1:19:52Speaker 18: hand down a number of key decisions prior to the
- 1:19:55Speaker 18: summer recess. Today's ruling involved it whether or not late
- 1:20:00Speaker 18: diving ballots can be counted in the state of Mississippi.
- 1:20:02Speaker 18: The Court ruling five to four that the state can
- 1:20:05Speaker 18: count those late ballots, providing they arrive within five days
- 1:20:08Speaker 18: after election dates they have to be postmarked on her
- 1:20:11Speaker 18: before election day. Republicans that hope that tightening the rules
- 1:20:14Speaker 18: could help you ensure election integrity, and fearing that the
- 1:20:18Speaker 18: permission for late ballots makes it easier to cheat on elections.
- 1:20:22Speaker 18: When it comes to health coverage, fewer Americans d opting
- 1:20:24Speaker 18: for Obamacare these days. New federal figures show about three
- 1:20:28Speaker 18: million fewer people had Affordable Care Act health insurance plans
- 1:20:32Speaker 18: in February compared with the same time last year. On
- 1:20:35Speaker 18: Wall Street, the Dow Jones Industrial average up three hundred
- 1:20:38Speaker 18: and twenty four points.
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: This is sran news.

- 1:22:54Speaker 7: He is from New York. Exact Kevin, Kevin mccau.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: All right, welcome back, Kevin, me Thola. Glad to have
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: you with us, and it is Money Monday. So we're
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: going to be taking a look at some of the
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: financial issues facing the nation and your own pocket book.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: I hope you'll stick around. We've got David Fisher, who
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: is our expert in medals, We've got lou Bassinice who
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: watches the markets, and we've got Hillary Kramer who likes
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: to give you the skinny on certain stocks that she
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: likes and ones that she sees value in. So it's
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: one of those things where we're going to try to
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: give you as much information on Monday, every single Monday
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: here on Money Monday, to help you be a good
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: steward of what you've worked hard for. My goal is
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: to help you not lose it, in fact, to try
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: to hang on to it and provide it as a
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: legacy for those that you care for and that you're facing.
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: And just along those lines, another Supreme Court case coming
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: down today. The Supreme Court ruling on Monday that the
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: FED and the executive branch need to have more independence
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: from one another. And so they ruled against the Trump
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: administration and his bid to remove FED Reserve Governor Lisa
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: Cook while her legal challenge moved forward. So that's that's
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: what the case centered on, whether Trump had sufficient legal
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: authority to fire her, a question with sweeping implications. Chief
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion, joined by Brett Kavanaugh, Kagan,
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: Soda Mayor, and Katani Brown Jackson. The case is one
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: of two major Supreme Court disputes over presidential removal power,
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: alongside Trump vys Slaughter, which stems from the FTC. So
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: that's just another another Supreme Court ruling. We should we
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: should be getting a number of them handed down these days.
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: And as you already heard my open to the show,
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: Amy Cony Barrett lost her mind and said that election
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: day doesn't mean day. That it doesn't it can mean mean.
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: I guess to women, a day can mean whatever they
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: want it to mean. And before you send me the
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: hate mail, that's what happened. The women on the court
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: all voted that they don't know the definition of the
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: word day. And for Katani Brown Jackson, her lexicon of
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: words she doesn't know the meaning of keeps growing because
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: she doesn't know what a woman is either. But that's
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: for another day, another time. I want to say thank you,
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: first of all, for another incredible woman who has founded
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: and started something called PhD Weight Loss a number of
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: years ago. And when she did, I had all my
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: friends in the radio business that were going on her
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: program and losing thirty forty fifty pounds. And to this
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: day I barely recognized Mike Gallagher because he's so spelt.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: And whenever we're together, you know, I'd ask him to say, Hey,
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: what's that program like? And he would tell me. And
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: the thing that he would say over and over again
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: is that keV. You know the thing about this the
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: PhD weight loss program, He sayes, I never I never
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: feel hungry.
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: First.
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: First of all, they have you eating like every two
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: and a half hours during your waking time, and that
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: level of intake just doesn't permit you to ever get,
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: you know, really hungry and have energy lulls or anything
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: like that. So I after a long holiday season and
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: some other things that were early in the year, I
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: decided I wanted to take back my own health, and
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: I had not weighed myself in a while. And I
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: went into the bathroom and I pulled the scales out
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: and I stood on them. And you know that that
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: moment of intrepidation when you know something is going to
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: appear on the screen and you just don't want to
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: be jump scared by it. That was me, And at
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: six foot two, at fifty six years old, I saw
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: the number two sixty six pop on the screen of
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: my bathroom scale. And at fifty six years old, I
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: am not as physically active as I used to be.
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: My job's gotten a lot more demanding. I do a
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: lot more writing. I am not nearly as out and
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: at the gym and everything else as I want to
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: be anymore. And I'm having a hard time accepting that.
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: But this is the season where God has me doing
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: what I'm doing. And so I said, well, I've got
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: to do something. I have slight elevated blood pressure and
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: at fifty six, that's not unusual, but it's not good.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: I eat somewhat healthy, fairly healthy, I would say, but
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: I want to get better. So I called Mike Gallagher
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: and I said, Mike, give me the number to PhD
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: Weight Loss, and he couldn't have been more it. He said, keV,
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna tell you, it's just one of
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: the best things you could ever do. And I called
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: him and I did my intake, and two weeks ago
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: I started and as of now, the first day I
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: get to tell you about it, I'm down from two
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: sixty six to two fifty five point two, little more
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: than eleven pounds ten pounds, ten pounds plus. And I'm super,
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: super thrilled. I feel like I'm eating healthy, I feel
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: like I'm getting great sleep, I have sustained energy throughout
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: the day. And I went back to PhD Weight Loss
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: and I said, guys, if people will take the journey
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: with me, can we give them a discount of some sort.
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: And they said yeah. In fact, here's what I got
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: them to do. If you jump on the journey with
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: me and let's do it together, let's lose weight together,
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: you and me, let's do it together. They're going to
- 1:28:57Speaker 2: pay for your first They're gonna give you two weeks
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: for free, and they're going to pay for your food.
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: That's over fifteen hundred dollars value that they're just going
- 1:29:05Speaker 2: to give you. Here's the number. Eight sixty four sixty
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: four four nineteen hundred eighty sixty four sixty four four
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: nineteen hundred or phdweightloss dot com. I want to be healthy,
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: I want you to be healthy, and I couldn't be

- 1:34:02Speaker 2: All right, we continue Money Monday. We always try to
- 1:34:05Speaker 2: help you keep your legacy intact. You've worked hard for
- 1:34:10Speaker 2: the money that you have. You should want to grow it,
- 1:34:12Speaker 2: you should want to protect it. And that's why I
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: love helping you on Mondays. Hillary Kramer also helps us.
- 1:34:18Speaker 2: She is the millionaire Maker, she's been called in the past.
- 1:34:21Speaker 2: You also see her on Fox Business Channel. She's also
- 1:34:25Speaker 2: Hillary Kramer dot com. Hillary spelled with one L and
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: a k Hillary Kramer dot com and Hillary, you sent
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: me the theme for this week ten doubles by year end,
- 1:34:37Speaker 2: high risk with high return. So we're telling people, you know,
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: the these do have some risk to them, but you
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: think they could actually double in value before the end
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: of the year.
- 1:34:47Speaker 35: I do, I do, and that's what I'm going to
- 1:34:50Speaker 35: you dig in, I have a see. Okay, we're going
- 1:34:52Speaker 35: to get right started. Let's start with rocket Lab rk
- 1:34:56Speaker 35: LB A ninety seven dollars stop h fifteen percent, which
- 1:35:01Speaker 35: is interesting because I sent you this before market opened.
- 1:35:04Speaker 35: So RKLB is in the space and defense sector and
- 1:35:08Speaker 35: they have a launch business and they also and RKLB
- 1:35:12Speaker 35: rocket Lab also manufactures satellites. So the big key catalyst
- 1:35:16Speaker 35: here is that the profitability will improve as the government
- 1:35:20Speaker 35: contracts increase. And of course you always have the concern
- 1:35:23Speaker 35: about launch failures. But RKLBS space stock, let's do a
- 1:35:29Speaker 35: Satellite Communications stock ASTs AST space mobile eighty four dollars
- 1:35:35Speaker 35: and up nineteen percent today. ASTs is a direct to
- 1:35:41Speaker 35: sell technology and it could actually disrupt the entire telcom
- 1:35:45Speaker 35: industry because it's it's the whole concept of like iridium
- 1:35:49Speaker 35: and using satellite and bypassing traditional spectrum. And once they
- 1:35:58Speaker 35: have this commercial rollout and they have carrier partnerships satellite launches,
- 1:36:04Speaker 35: the very high probability that ASTs will be a double
- 1:36:08Speaker 35: from here, and again it's already moving. It's up high
- 1:36:11Speaker 35: eighteen percent from what I sent this to you a
- 1:36:14Speaker 35: few hours ago. Okay, l we've talked about Oaklow. This
- 1:36:19Speaker 35: is nuclear energy. These data centers they need energy, they
- 1:36:25Speaker 35: need electricity, they need it bad. And so the nuclear
- 1:36:29Speaker 35: is going back online, meaning meaning it's being turned back on.
- 1:36:34Speaker 35: It's the mothballs are taken out and these the electricity
- 1:36:37Speaker 35: demand has created this accelerated interest in these small nuclear modules,
- 1:36:45Speaker 35: modular reactors. And that's what you have with Oaklow, which
- 1:36:49Speaker 35: is which is up six percent today. Now let's talk
- 1:36:53Speaker 35: AI healthcare temp This tem Tempest AI fifty eight eight
- 1:37:00Speaker 35: dollar stock. Now this is a large healthcare data platform,
- 1:37:06Speaker 35: but they have AI applications that are superimposed on it.
- 1:37:10Speaker 35: Revenue growth looks like it's coming in strong and will
- 1:37:13Speaker 35: continue to be. So software expansion and UH tempests forming
- 1:37:19Speaker 35: new partnerships. So AI Healthcare sueet spot if you know
- 1:37:23Speaker 35: nothing else.
- 1:37:23Speaker 12: More about it.
- 1:37:25Speaker 35: Number five, we're right down the middle of the list.
- 1:37:28Speaker 35: Nebius Group n BI s this is AI infrastructure and
- 1:37:35Speaker 35: so you have all this demand right cloud demand, but
- 1:37:37Speaker 35: for the GPUs you have a CPU demand, but you
- 1:37:40Speaker 35: have the GPU demand and UH and that's where UH
- 1:37:44Speaker 35: Nebius comes in. And as long as these data centers
- 1:37:47Speaker 35: keep expanding, and there is a demand, uh, you know
- 1:37:52Speaker 35: for for cloud cloud cloud coverage, that's a good expression,
- 1:38:00Speaker 35: cloud coverage, so that cloud can hold all of this information.
- 1:38:03Speaker 35: Because I don't want to call it a memory play
- 1:38:06Speaker 35: per se, but it's that you have the you know
- 1:38:10Speaker 35: that you have the coverage.
- 1:38:12Speaker 4: There.
- 1:38:13Speaker 35: I on q io n Q Inc. Fifty three dollars
- 1:38:18Speaker 35: stock and it's this area that I love, and we're
- 1:38:22Speaker 35: going to talk a lot about it.
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: Everyone who's listening.
- 1:38:26Speaker 35: You are going to know all about quantum computing when
- 1:38:29Speaker 35: I am done with you, because it is going to
- 1:38:32Speaker 35: be the next thousand percent returning literally thousand percent returner.
- 1:38:39Speaker 6: Okay, so.
- 1:38:41Speaker 35: I love io n Q. Let me actually explain this
- 1:38:45Speaker 35: a little bit better, a little bit longer. I don't
- 1:38:47Speaker 35: make run out of time, but I think it's I
- 1:38:49Speaker 35: think it's important that I explain about quantum computing, which
- 1:38:54Speaker 35: is that the quantum computers don't just work with zeros
- 1:38:57Speaker 35: and ones. They have like eight digits for doing and
- 1:39:02Speaker 35: for data, you know, for everything a computer does, right,
- 1:39:06Speaker 35: And so what does that lead to? That leads to
- 1:39:09Speaker 35: the ability to break any code, break any password, to
- 1:39:15Speaker 35: break into any secure system.
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: And faster than you can blink to do it right.
- 1:39:20Speaker 35: And so when you hear about quantum computing, I'll get
- 1:39:24Speaker 35: into quantum computing. What they're failing to add is quantum computing, cryptography,
- 1:39:30Speaker 35: quantum computing, cybersecurity. That's what this is all about. And
- 1:39:35Speaker 35: ion Q, you know, is really accelerated in that area.
- 1:39:39Speaker 35: There are others.
- 1:39:40Speaker 12: I actually just met a company.
- 1:39:42Speaker 35: BTQ invested in that really speculative, so I would be
- 1:39:47Speaker 35: very careful to put people in it. But everyone the.
- 1:39:52Speaker 12: Race is on.
- 1:39:53Speaker 35: I mean, if you thought AI data centers memory right,
- 1:39:57Speaker 35: the sand disks and the Western digitals and the coherence
- 1:40:01Speaker 35: and all these you know were happening fast, and broadcomms
- 1:40:05Speaker 35: and of course and Nvidio chips for it all. Now
- 1:40:07Speaker 35: we're going into this this new world. Yes, But now
- 1:40:12Speaker 35: let's jump back to the AI cloud world with core Weave,
- 1:40:16Speaker 35: which is a very interesting company and has been around
- 1:40:19Speaker 35: a while. And that's uh. They help customers with the
- 1:40:22Speaker 35: hyper scale, you know, in terms of in terms of
- 1:40:26Speaker 35: using AI. If that's not enough of an explanation about
- 1:40:29Speaker 35: what they do, Core We've has software, they have cloud services.
- 1:40:34Speaker 35: They help with the automation, the efficiency, they manage the
- 1:40:38Speaker 35: AI infrastructure they have, they deal with Advanced Graphics GPUs,
- 1:40:45Speaker 35: CPUs putting.
- 1:40:46Speaker 12: It all together.
- 1:40:48Speaker 35: But Core, we've really has a place and now that's.
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: Where we're going to have to call it for today.
- 1:40:53Speaker 2: But let me quickly review Core, Weave, I on, q Nebius,
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: tempess Ai, Oklow Inc. And ast Space Mobile and rocket
- 1:41:07Speaker 2: Lab USA.
- 1:41:08Speaker 16: Those are the ones.
- 1:41:09Speaker 2: And if you want to get this whole list, you
- 1:41:12Speaker 2: just go join Hillary's LinkedIn because she's going to have
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: them posted there. If she's got them, she'll put them
- 1:41:18Speaker 2: on the LinkedIn. You have to follow her on the LinkedIn.

- 1:41:27Speaker 2: thank you, Thank you. Kevin McCullough coming back from New York.
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: Don't go anywhere.
- 1:41:32Speaker 33: Let's stick around for more of than Kevin next.

- 1:43:09Speaker 18: The Supreme Court has ruled five to four that the
- 1:43:10Speaker 18: state of Mississippi can count late ballots that arrive after
- 1:43:13Speaker 18: election day. The High Court ruling the ballots must be
- 1:43:16Speaker 18: postmarked on or before election day and show up within
- 1:43:20Speaker 18: five business days of the actual election day. Republicans had
- 1:43:24Speaker 18: hoped for tighter rules that would help to ensure election integrity,
- 1:43:27Speaker 18: fearing the permission of late ballots also makes it easier

- 1:44:55Speaker 2: Couldn't be more thrilled than to have you with us.
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: Kevin McCollough, thank you for being here. You ever want
- 1:44:59Speaker 2: to email me, it's that Kevin Show at gmail dot com.
- 1:45:02Speaker 2: That Kevin Show at gmail dot com. If you want
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: to try to prove me wrong that women don't belong
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: on the Supreme Court, feel free, feel free to send
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: me all the hate mail you want. Every woman that's
- 1:45:16Speaker 2: ever been on the Supreme Court in my lifetime has
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: disappointed me, every single one of them. So you know,
- 1:45:24Speaker 2: Ruth Bader Ginsberg when she was teaching law before going
- 1:45:29Speaker 2: on the court, she said Roe v. Wade was terrible,
- 1:45:32Speaker 2: terrible precedent, should have never been brought. She ripped it
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: shred from shred in her legal classes. She said, it's
- 1:45:39Speaker 2: just a it's just a horrific miscarriage of justice. And
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: then she goes and sits on the court and she
- 1:45:44Speaker 2: just like backs it all the time, one thousand percent
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: backing it, backing it, backing it. And she passed away.
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: And then you had Well Kagan and sort of mayor
- 1:45:57Speaker 2: have not been in any way that impressive to.
- 1:46:07Speaker 14: The court.
- 1:46:08Speaker 2: They've just kind of held the basic bare minimum. And
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: then we got Katani Brown Jackson who literally who literally
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: can't define what a woman is. And at the end
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: of the day, that's pretty bad. And you're thinking, Okay,
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know what a woman is,
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: and I'm a woman, how would I define myself? I
- 1:46:35Speaker 2: don't know, I'm a female human being.
- 1:46:37Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:46:38Speaker 2: And even Sandra Day O'Connor, who President Reagan put on
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: the Court in eighty one, she was okay for a while,
- 1:46:48Speaker 2: and then the closer she got to the end of
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: her term, she just got baddie, and it just kept
- 1:46:56Speaker 2: getting worse and worse. And in Ruth Bader Ginsburg's place,
- 1:47:03Speaker 2: Trump puts Amy Cony Barrett on the court. And she's
- 1:47:08Speaker 2: pro life and she's pro constitution, or so she said.
- 1:47:14Speaker 2: And I'm thinking, we got us a constitutionalist, we got
- 1:47:18Speaker 2: us a true you know, jurisprudent conservative, someone who believes
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: that the words in the laws are what they mean.
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: And then she decides that the word day doesn't mean day.
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: This is just not not a day, is not a thing.
- 1:47:41Speaker 2: Day is whatever we want the day to be. You
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: can just have as long as you want to to
- 1:47:46Speaker 2: have your election day, even if the law says the
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: day is this day. No, no, no, no, you can
- 1:47:52Speaker 2: you can still have the day stretch on for weeks.
- 1:47:57Speaker 2: So guess what's going to happen in every blue city
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: and every blue date from now until eternity. You're going
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: to be counting ballots until the next election when they
- 1:48:08Speaker 2: don't want the person elected. When they want the person elected,
- 1:48:12Speaker 2: they'll count them in five minutes. I'm so curious. The
- 1:48:19Speaker 2: entire state of Florida has more votes in it than
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: the city primary council, the city council race. The primary
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: race had just a couple of weeks ago, and the
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: whole state of Florida can count all of their ballots
- 1:48:34Speaker 2: from one end to the other in three and a
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: half hours, And in the city of Los Angeles they
- 1:48:39Speaker 2: couldn't count them for three and a half weeks. Just
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: the most bizarre, crazy and weird stuff. But now you
- 1:48:49Speaker 2: get longer, so take it. Take a month, take a year,
- 1:48:53Speaker 2: take a decade to count the votes if you need to.
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: Amy Cony Barrett doesn't know the definition of the word
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: day and she got to vote on it, so she
- 1:49:01Speaker 2: voted that you get to have as much time as
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: you want. What does it mean? One quick note before
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: I go, You did do something meaningful for the Angel
