- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hey, welcome everywhere to Trap Souls Podcast.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: I am here with Spooky Bro 316.
- 0:05SPEAKER_02: Dude, what a bitching intro that was, man.
- 0:09SPEAKER_02: That is hot to the trot, boss.
- 0:11SPEAKER_02: I did that.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: That took me like five days to make.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: So eight seconds worth it.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: My wife will be pleased.
- 0:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you tell your wife that you deserve a good cuddle for that one.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: So, how's Nate doing?
- 0:25SPEAKER_02: I'm good, man.
- 0:26SPEAKER_02: Right before we hopped on here, I had to go clean cat litter.
- 0:30SPEAKER_02: So I ran upstairs.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: I got a little huffing and puffing going down, man, because I was like, okay, I gotta rock this out.
- 0:36SPEAKER_02: And then I lost track of time.
- 0:38SPEAKER_02: I'm like, holy crap, I'm gonna be late because I was scooping the poos.
- 0:41SPEAKER_02: But dude, I made it, grabbed a prime and a diet Canada dry, and bro, that's a Friday night for Nate Dog.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: I'm ready to pop, man.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's we're we're coveted behind, and that was kind of my bad.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: There, I'm sitting here waiting, waiting, waiting.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: I'm like, dude, I never sent him the link.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: So that's my bad.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: I apologize for that.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: So so paranormal-wise, like you always say you tell people stories.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: I watch a lot of your videos.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: So, how does that relate to the paranormal?
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: Do you investigate?
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: What do you do here?
- 1:16SPEAKER_02: Man, I have been on a lot of investigations.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: Um I just went on one recently and I found that investigating, man, it's just not really my thing.
- 1:28SPEAKER_02: I am much more fascinated with the stories behind the investigations and also the investigators.
- 1:36SPEAKER_02: Uh I think I think I that's really what I do, man.
- 1:40SPEAKER_02: I'm a storyteller.
- 1:41SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm an author.
- 1:42SPEAKER_02: I've got a couple books coming out.
- 1:44SPEAKER_02: Uh, I have one coming out.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: I'm working on a second one.
- 1:47SPEAKER_02: And I it took me forever to really kind of figure out like I was having an identity crisis.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: Because, you know, in this in this world, everybody investigates.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: And I thought, man, you know, I have so many paranormal groups that follow me.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna be such a letdown because I get invited to investigations, and I'm always like, man, you know, that's that's not really my thing.
- 2:13SPEAKER_02: I'll do a tour of the place, but I want you guys to investigate and then tell me what you found.
- 2:19SPEAKER_02: Get some good stuff, some good evidence, and then let me tell your story for you and just be your publicist, be your hype man, um, and you know, try to hype up everybody in this community uh and support everyone.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: So I have, man, uh, I I really got into investigating uh between 2017 and 2019, but I brought something home with me at an investigation and it attacked my wife.
- 2:53SPEAKER_02: Um, until that happened, I was a complete skeptic.
- 2:57SPEAKER_02: I didn't believe, I mean, I one of my best friends he owns uh Road Trip Paranormal here in uh Wichita, Kansas, and he takes people all over the state of Kansas to paranormal sites, which there are a lot in Kansas.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: And you know, I would go with him and I would explore, and they had they have all kinds of things happen, but they're almost like circumstantial.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: They're as a scientist, they're it's easy in unless you're a full-on hardcore believer, it's easy to say, well, that could be coincidence, you know, like if you have a K2 meter and it starts popping to one side and the other, it's like, okay, well, we we ran into uh we ran into some you know some electro type stuff, or maybe maybe a uh a setting isn't properly grounded or something, or at least that's how I would explain it in my head.
- 3:48SPEAKER_02: Or, you know, like uh a flashlight, you would set it up and it would come on.
- 3:53SPEAKER_02: I couldn't explain it, but I couldn't, I could, I could, I could see what was happening, but it wasn't convincing enough for me.
- 3:59SPEAKER_02: And you know, you turn on a ghost box and you get a little, and every once in a while you drop a word or something, and I'm like, man, that's some bullshit right there.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: I just don't buy into it.
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: But then I had some real stuff happen, and that was real and personal to me, and now I believe all of it.
- 4:21SPEAKER_02: Now I believe that there is a world out there that we don't understand.
- 4:26SPEAKER_02: It scares me, so it's not something that I specifically want to interact with, but I am drawn to the people who like to interact with it, so that's kind of where I fit into this.
- 4:42SPEAKER_02: Um, I like to talk to investigators and get their stories, and then I like to go to that place and just kind of tell their story almost like a paranormal journalist, if that makes any sense.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it does.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, like you said, like human nature, we need an explanation for everything.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: That's just us, and that goes way back in the day, and always said this like you know, gods, our gods created volcano happens, they didn't know why it happened.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Oh, god must be mad at me.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: You know, a rock gets dropped in a cave.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: That's a god, like there has to be an explanation for everything, yeah.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: And still to this day, that's our human nature.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: So when we can't fully explain something, a lot of people go that didn't happen, or it was because of electricity or whatever.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: There's always an excuse of why there's no paranormal until you have an experience yourself, which you did, so yeah, man.
- 5:49SPEAKER_02: And once you once once I had a shared experience with my wife, if it would have happened to just me, and if I would have been the only one that it would have, I would have tried to talk myself out of what I saw, but because it simultaneously happened to my wife, and she reacted to it the same way that I did, and it scared her so bad that she didn't talk about it with me until the next day.
- 6:14SPEAKER_02: And when we did talk about it, she saw the exact same thing that I saw.
- 6:18SPEAKER_02: And I was like, okay, there's no, I mean, like I said, man, I so when I say a scientist, my bachelor's is in exercise science and my uh master's is in gerontology.
- 6:29SPEAKER_02: So I'm not not no astrophysicist over here.
- 6:33SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm a physiologist, but I at least I you know I trust the scientific principles.
- 6:41SPEAKER_02: So I would have talked myself out of this, but then when my wife described exactly what I saw, it was just too random of a coincidence.
- 6:51SPEAKER_02: And at that point, uh it just it made sense, and I was like, okay, well, this is what I saw, and she's you know, she uh corroborated my story, and that was that.
- 7:02SPEAKER_02: And I was like, holy crap, okay, there is stuff out there, but then once that happened, Ryan, it was like a stream of other things started to happen, and now there are times when I see things out of the corner of my eye that I'm 99% convinced that something is there, and when I turn around, nothing's there, or I'll see flashes, or in our house, my mom a few years ago, actually collapsed um in our house.
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: And because her and my dad were watching my son, uh, my son was three at the time.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: So my my wife and I work, we went to work, and my mom and my dad took care of my son during the day, and she collapsed and she actually died at our house.
- 7:49SPEAKER_02: Now I had to do it.
- 7:50SPEAKER_02: Sounds terrible.
- 7:51SPEAKER_02: I had to do my wife and I, we had to do CPR on her, and between us and the firefighters and the first responders, we brought her back and we were able to give her a couple more weeks.
- 8:02SPEAKER_02: Um, she was, I mean, she could open her eyes, and but she wasn't herself anymore.
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: But she was still alive for a couple weeks.
- 8:11SPEAKER_02: My brother, who's a professor uh at Penn State, he was able to come in with his wife and say their goodbyes.
- 8:18SPEAKER_02: And then my my mom passed a couple weeks later.
- 8:20SPEAKER_02: But because of that event that happened in our house, random and weird stuff happens now that we have my son who's six, and my daughter who just turned one.
- 8:30SPEAKER_02: Last week, my daughter was super sick.
- 8:33SPEAKER_02: She has, in her whole 16 months of being alive, she has never been this sick.
- 8:40SPEAKER_02: And she had influenza B, is what she was diagnosed with.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: So uh they're on spring break.
- 8:46SPEAKER_02: I'm at work, and my wife takes the first half of the week off to stay with the kiddos.
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: And my son has a puzzle that is put high up on a shelf.
- 8:57SPEAKER_02: I didn't even know it was there anymore.
- 8:59SPEAKER_02: And I'm pretty sure my wife had forgotten that it was there.
- 9:01SPEAKER_02: And all of a sudden it just starts going, grandma shark, but it didn't do the doop doot do do, it just repeated grandma shark three times, and then it said, Grandma, grandma, I mean, what the balls is that?
- 9:18SPEAKER_02: So my wife said, All right, Kathy, that was my mom's name.
- 9:21SPEAKER_02: All right, Kathy, we know you're here.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: Penelope's gonna be fine.
- 9:25SPEAKER_02: So sometimes if you're not a believer, it's easy to write those things off.
- 9:31SPEAKER_02: But when you are a believer, it kind of gives me comfort knowing that okay, there are things looking out for us here.
- 9:39SPEAKER_02: There's more to this life than just what we interact with and experience here.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: Um, so yeah, man, I'm a believer.
- 9:48SPEAKER_02: So since I, you know, uh my friend Jason, who owns Road Trip Paranormal, he says that if you're cut off from it, you'll never accept that things are happening.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: But once you he says, let it in, once you open yourself up to it and allow it to interact with you, you'll start to notice.
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: And he always says, if you're not a believer in ghosts, set up a camera in your room while you sleep.
- 10:13SPEAKER_02: And if you have the courage, watch.
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: You know, it may take you a week, watch an hour at a time, but set up something in your room, and it won't be long before you're a believer.
- 10:24SPEAKER_02: Things will move, things will happen, and it will scare the bejesus out of you because you never know you're sleeping.
- 10:30SPEAKER_02: And I've never had the courage to do that, but I'm a believer now.
- 10:33SPEAKER_02: Um so yeah, man, it's wild how things happen because I think that was the reason I wanted to get into the paranormal, is I was so afraid of death.
- 10:43SPEAKER_02: And uh I had a kind of like a panic attack when I was in graduate school.
- 10:49SPEAKER_02: I thought I was having a heart attack.
- 10:51SPEAKER_02: So I kind of had a moment of they call it like a come to Jesus moment with my mortality that one of these days I won't be here anymore.
- 11:01SPEAKER_02: And it really kind of threw me into a depression.
- 11:04SPEAKER_02: So then I started seeking, okay, what can make me feel better?
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: A lot of people in that situation, Ryan, they turn to religion, they turn to religion to calm them about death, to calm them that there's something bigger.
- 11:17SPEAKER_02: But religion has never really resonated with me.
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: That's okay for the people that it has, but it's not it, it just hasn't resonated with me.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: And so I had to seek it out and find answers, and I think that's why uh I'm I'm always so fascinated with other people's experiences because I've had my own, but now I'm curious with other people's experiences and where they have experienced things, like for you, Ryan.
- 11:49SPEAKER_02: What what got you into this, man?
- 11:52SPEAKER_02: So it's funny.
- 11:53SPEAKER_02: I every time I go on a podcast that I start talking, but then I'm like, I do the interview because I'm I'm so passionate about the other people.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, so reverse podcast, I guess we're going here now.
- 12:07SPEAKER_02: So the reverse, baby.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Um, so when I was a kid, I think I was a seventh grade, I walked down the steps, and I told a story before.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: We had one bedroom, we're renovating a house.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: When he walked out of my bedroom, there's an open room to the left before he went down the steps.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: I walked out, saw a lady, old lady sitting there, floating, you know, just it was a ghost.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Walked out.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: I said, Hey, what's up?
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: And I walked down the steps.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: Got to the kitchen.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: My mom was down there, and I like shook my head, and I kind of looked up, and she's like, Did you see her?
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: I'm like, because first I thought maybe I was just tired, you know, I just woke up.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: But my mom was like, Oh, did you see her?
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: So that kind of got me fascinated to it.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Life goes on, and you know, whatever.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: And same with your experience.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: You go kind of, I don't want to call midlife crisis because I was younger, but I mean, it's you go through that anxiety of like you're screwed, you're you get scared to die.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's the gist of it.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: I went through a rough patch, um, flipped out, was very scared of leaving this earth.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: But doing these podcasts, talking to all these people has changed my perspective in life.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: And you live for today and live for tomorrow.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: Don't worry about yesterday, and that's how I live my life now.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: So, like you said, you don't do paranormal.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: I love doing investigations, but I love these better.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna lie, I love doing podcasts, and next year I think I want to concentrate more on podcasts because I love talking to people about the paranormal, getting to know them, and again, you always come out with more questions than answers.
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: But that's what we're supposed to do in life, so yeah, man, and we need more, we need more curious people like yourself leading the charge for the people who are the diehard investigators who have the stories to tell.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: They need a channel, they need a medium, somewhere they can go and have those conversations because there is such an audience of people who feel just like we do, that are having trouble coming to grips with their mortality.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: Um, like I said, I'm a gerontologist, so I work with a lot of older people.
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: I'm 42 myself, and most of my clients are 65 and older.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: So I'm dealing with people who are much closer to the sunlight of their life than I am, hopefully.
- 14:51SPEAKER_02: And hearing their wisdom and their stories, a lot of times they're really at peace with moving on to the next thing.
- 14:58SPEAKER_02: I'm not, you know, I'm I feel like I've still got so much to do.
- 15:02SPEAKER_02: So exploring the unknown just brings me comfort.
- 15:07SPEAKER_02: Um, it I mean, man, it goes back to when I was a kid, and and we're probably about the same age, Ryan.
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: We grew up in the the era of the Ghostbusters cartoon.
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: So, dude, I lived off of the Ghostbusters, and I wanted to be a Ghostbuster.
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: And so, even from a young age, the concept of ghosts was just beat into my brain, and I wanted it so bad.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: And then there was a time in my teenage years and in my 20s, I shut off from that, but then came back to it later on in life, and and yeah, uh, you know, man, the this whatever spooky bro is has opened some really cool doors for me in the sense that I kind of get to go explore some cool places.
- 15:54SPEAKER_02: Uh, you know, like I get to go to Gettysburg, I was invited to go to Gettysburg, and I go in July, and I'm gonna get to stay on the farm, uh Rose Farms, and where one of the biggest battles of the Civil War happened, and they're gonna do an investigation, but like I said, I'm just excited to be there.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: I'm working on trying to go visit the Amityville house in New York, I'm working on trying to get into Roswell, New Mexico, uh, to get onto the ranch where the supposed crash of 1947 happened.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: And if I didn't have this channel or I didn't have this thing that I do, I would never get those opportunities.
- 16:38SPEAKER_02: And my son, you know, being six, he I think part of it is he has uh uh an interest and a curiosity with it, but he also wants to share experiences with dad.
- 16:52SPEAKER_02: And right now I'm cool in his eyes, I won't be cool in his eyes forever, so I'm gonna take advantage of that.
- 16:59SPEAKER_02: And we have a goal that we want to do together, and man, if it happens, I don't know what I'm gonna do because that's like the ultimate bucket list.
- 17:07SPEAKER_02: But we want to go stay a night in Dracula's castle in Romania, so we're working towards that, man.
- 17:14SPEAKER_02: But I've got some really cool places that I want to go and and uh look at, and it just seems as the as my platform expands, uh some some of those opportunities come up.
- 17:29SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm not someone who cares about followers or views or numbers or anything like that, but I I noticed that as those things do expand for me, more opportunities arise, which just gives me more incentive to continue.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: Um and and it all comes down to being able to explore the unknown with my son while he wants to do that.
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: My wife has no, she could care less.
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: She's like, okay, go do your thing, whatever.
- 17:59SPEAKER_02: And um, she's like, but hopefully you'll, you know, hopefully people will donate to you so one of these days she doesn't have to work if she doesn't want to.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, you said right there, like followers are followers, but it has opened up an avenue.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and it's great.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not huge on that, I don't ask for followers, I don't ask for anything.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Do I want followers?
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: The main reason I want followers is so people get to see people like you, and some of these smaller groups that have you know less followers get to know you.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: That's what's all about.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: This is what my podcast is about me getting to know you, my audience getting to know you.
- 18:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah, man, and and building a really cool community, like like this this mid-tier uh paranormal community is growing, and it's really cool, and it's also worldwide.
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: I have some pretty strong followers, and I've I return, I follow them as well that are in the UK and uh Amsterdam.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: There are some really cool paranormal groups, like I said, it this spans and this interest is worldwide, and you know, like you and I were talking about off-camera, the drama and the competition.
- 19:17SPEAKER_02: I don't understand it, but maybe because I don't investigate and uh I don't care about that stuff, maybe that's why I don't I don't get involved with that.
- 19:29SPEAKER_02: But I'm surprised of how little camaraderie there is because it's such a cool community, but it's almost like people are trying to fight for this audience, and it it just shouldn't it shouldn't be like that.
- 19:44SPEAKER_02: There's everybody wants uh to explore, and and I think people should work together more often.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because we're all here for the answer, right?
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: You want to know about the unknown, so why fight?
- 19:59SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: The people that fight are like, I'm gonna make a living out of this.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: News flash, you're not okay.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: That's that's life.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: This is way too many people in this field that you're gonna actually make a living off of this.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: There's a few that do.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: 99 are not going to.
- 20:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and and that's the thing that that man, I I so when I played music professionally, our the band that I was with, we got to play all over the country.
- 20:29SPEAKER_02: Uh, at one point, you could buy our CD at Target and Best Buy and Walmart.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: We played the Bonaro Music Festival, we played South by Southwest.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: We were rocking and rolling, man.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: But there were so many times where we thought we were about to break through and it never happened, to where now I don't have those delusions of grandeur like I used to, where I was like, man, I'm gonna be the next big thing now.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: I don't, I don't care, I'm too old.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: Uh, I'm not that good looking, and I figure that a lot of those uh those types of gigs go to the younger, super good looking people, and I'm not either of those, so I just want to do silly stuff, and maybe people who like Jack Black will think I'm funny.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: No, I mean you said like camaraderie, drama.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: I think the drama in this field goes up and down like the stock market, you know.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: When I started this a few years ago, it was high.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Everybody's like drama, drama, drama.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Now it's low.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Parauni does not exist, it does.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: You just gotta find the right people to do it, just like in real life.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: You may hate me, you might not get a vibe from me.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: Doesn't mean you have to investigate with me.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: You move on.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: That's what life is about.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Same with all these groups, so yeah, it goes up and down.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: I mean, parauni is something.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: I am going to the UK.
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: Dude, that's awesome.
- 21:56SPEAKER_02: Legit, man.
- 21:58SPEAKER_02: What are you doing in the UK?
- 21:59unknown: I'm
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Vasca in five places.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: I am going solo.
- 22:05SPEAKER_02: Awesome.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: You talked about avenues of approach, right?
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Sorry, that's a term that we use in my work.
- 22:11SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna I'm stealing that shit, Ryan.
- 22:13SPEAKER_02: Avenues of approach.
- 22:15SPEAKER_02: I like dude.
- 22:16SPEAKER_02: That comes into some professional world stuff that you're much more professional than I am.
- 22:21SPEAKER_02: Avenues of approach.
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's crazy.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: So it was an avenues of approach, I guess.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: I had a couple people on my show from the UK.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: I told them I might knock on your door one day.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Guess what?
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: I'm knocking on your door.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: So I'm going out there.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Emma from Ghost of Gatherings, Emily Paranormal.
- 22:40SPEAKER_02: Emily Paranormal, she's awesome.
- 22:43SPEAKER_02: She's someone who started following me.
- 22:45SPEAKER_02: And I was like, who is this?
- 22:47SPEAKER_02: And the more that I started getting into her stuff, she is so sweet, and she is awesome.
- 22:52SPEAKER_02: So, dude, hell yeah, Ryan.
- 22:54SPEAKER_02: She's fantastic.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm going to meet them.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'm doing.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: I'm going out there and I'm investigating with Emily and Emma from Ghost of Gatherings.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: I might get sacrificed.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Like, I've got out there solo.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: I'm flying out by myself.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: But if I get sacrificed, I'm having a good time before.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't matter.
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: And you see, now that you've you told the spook bro here that you're going with Emily and Emma, I'll know.
- 23:23SPEAKER_02: And then if my boy Ryan goes up missing, it's like, all right, ladies, what's going on here?
- 23:27SPEAKER_02: This better not be some hostile stuff.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: Uh June 5th, I'm flying out.
- 23:35SPEAKER_02: So holy crap, man, you're staring that down, dude.
- 23:38SPEAKER_02: Are you getting just amped up?
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, I told you this is my excitement right here.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: So, no, I mean it's cool, and this comes back from talking to a lot of other people.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: I taught the Chris Boggs to mortician, he was on my podcast, and he laid it down straight.
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: You live, you die.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: It all depends what you do in between.
- 23:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: So once he said that, I'm like, F it, I'm going to UK.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm gonna live, I'm gonna live.
- 24:06SPEAKER_02: That that is so cool, and they're in uh, you know, there's some YouTube influencers, some younger guys who are multi-millionaires, and I don't know if they're all full of full of full of it or not, but sometimes uh the you'll hear some really good things.
- 24:22SPEAKER_02: And Alex Hormelsey is a guy he talks about.
- 24:26SPEAKER_02: Think of the the the most famous people in the world, think of the presidents of the United States, for example, the most powerful people in the world.
- 24:35SPEAKER_02: Um, when they die after there's the big, you know, the big funeral or whatnot, people just forget, like it never happened.
- 24:45SPEAKER_02: These are the most powerful people in the world, and so who are we?
- 24:49SPEAKER_02: And it and it's like, you know what?
- 24:51SPEAKER_02: When we pass, our families will grieve us.
- 24:54SPEAKER_02: The next generation might grieve us, but after two generations, man, for the most part, nobody's gonna remember who we are.
- 25:01SPEAKER_02: So why on earth would we hold back while we're here?
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: I mean, I always say, Can I remember my great-grandfather's name?
- 25:11SPEAKER_02: No, yeah, and they I'm sure they did awesome things, it takes nothing away from them, but this is the nature of humanity, it's the circle of life.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: So damn it, we are not gonna hold back while we're here, Ryan.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: No, have fun, like you go out and have fun.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: That's what you're creating memories with your son right now, yep, and that's all that matters.
- 25:33SPEAKER_02: At the end of the day, brother, like so I'll tag people in my post.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: When I post, I tag, I'll tag different groups.
- 25:40SPEAKER_02: I usually try to tag 10 people, give them a little bit of a shout out.
- 25:44SPEAKER_02: For a while, I would tag certain people, and then other people would send me messages like, Hey, why are you, you know, like what are you friends with this person?
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: Why are you that you know?
- 25:52SPEAKER_02: And then I would tag the other people, and then they would be like, Why are you tagging this person?
- 25:56SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, Oh my god, man, you guys are driving me nuts here.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't understand this.
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: So, dude, F it, who cares, man?
- 26:04SPEAKER_02: Like, ride the lightning, bro.
- 26:07SPEAKER_02: I'm so pumped that you are going to the UK.
- 26:11SPEAKER_02: Wow, bitching, man.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's gonna be fun.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's gonna be great.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: Um, I was texting um Stephanie from Haunted Havens the other day.
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: I'm like, she collects haunted dolls.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: I'm not in the haunted dolls.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: I believe 99.9 are haunted.
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: I'm like, do you want me to bring your haunted doll back?
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Like, and she's like, dude, that would be awesome.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: I'm like, just let you know, my plane crashes on the way back.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: I am gonna haunt you for life.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, that's it.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: Like, it's gonna be it's gonna be game on from there on out.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: So so, Ryan, you don't believe in the haunted dolls, and I I only bring that up because it seems as though in in our community, this the haunted doll thing is very popular.
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: A lot of people are doing the haunted doll thing.
- 27:03SPEAKER_02: Um, I I I think the the idea of it scares me to death because dolls are creepy as shit.
- 27:12SPEAKER_02: But I I I get asked if I believe in it or not, and I don't know.
- 27:17SPEAKER_02: I know that my friend Jocelyn has invited me uh to see her her purple room.
- 27:23SPEAKER_02: Uh, I don't know if I'll I'll probably one of these days I'll go I'll go try it out.
- 27:28SPEAKER_02: But I I don't know, do you believe that entities can attach?
- 27:32SPEAKER_02: And and how do you know they're haunted?
- 27:34SPEAKER_02: You know, like I what what what's your opinion of all that?
- 27:39SPEAKER_00: Uh so go back 15 years ago.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: How many haunted dolls were there?
- 27:44SPEAKER_02: Uh nothing until the conjuring came out with Annabelle, and I think that that triggered something.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: Yes, so do I believe stuff can attach a certain things?
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: Do I believe if you look at doll and you think it's haunted, it's haunted.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: No, I don't.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: So I believe majority of dolls out there are just not haunted, they're just creepy looking.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: Just because they're creepy looking, or you go to an antique store, doesn't make them haunted.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: That's my belief.
- 28:16SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm always I'm always nervous to examine those haunted dolls, man.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: If they you know, um, because who am I to you know to tell some of these believers that that I that I like really are they really haunted?
- 28:31SPEAKER_02: How do you know?
- 28:32SPEAKER_02: And but I'm telling you, man, they're there the people who who believe it firmly believe, and they'll go as in depth and figure out the backstory and the story of who they believe is attached to it, and it's just so interesting to me.
- 28:51SPEAKER_02: Um, and you know, there are people out there who think it's a gimmick.
- 28:56SPEAKER_02: Uh, I I'm I'm just I'm in between, man.
- 29:00SPEAKER_02: You know, I don't really know how I feel about it, but hell, more power to the people who are doing it, you know.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Well, again, spirits want to be heard, right?
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: So if you're talking to a doll and a spirit knows that, why wouldn't they attach themselves to the doll?
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: Because they want to be heard.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: It is a vessel, I guess.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: So, I mean, could they be haunted?
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna test that theory?
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: Hell no.
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: Like the last thing I needed is a haunted doll in my house.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: I think I have one in my house, really.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that thing that little effer's been locked in the attic for like 13 years.
- 29:41SPEAKER_02: Oh man, in chains, I love it.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: In chains, I I keep meaning to break it out, break it out.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: I just haven't got the courage yet.
- 29:52SPEAKER_02: So I tell you, man, dolls creep me out.
- 29:55SPEAKER_02: My wife, she uh used to have several dolls in our old house, and I was like, We got what these aren't coming to our new one.
- 30:02SPEAKER_02: Um, they just they give me the spooks, man.
- 30:06SPEAKER_02: And I went with uh a paranormal team, drop dead paranormal with Heather and Carissa a couple weeks ago.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: We we went into Topeka, Kansas, and uh went to an area and explored that area, and in in this mansion, there was a doll room, and it was reported that uh dolls, their eyes would open and close.
- 30:30SPEAKER_02: And me, I didn't mean I didn't even go in there.
- 30:32SPEAKER_02: I didn't even go in there, it just man, it gives me the heebs and the jeeps, and I I yeah, dolls creep me out, but I think that's interesting.
- 30:40SPEAKER_02: But then, you know, like I wasn't in the paranormal community to know uh before the conjuring series came out and the Annabelle hype and whatnot.
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: I wasn't around to know if there were people that were doing the haunted doll thing, um, or if it's more of a result of those movies and that popularity.
- 31:02SPEAKER_02: Um I tell you what, man, when those guys, whoever is in control of that doll, it was just on tour recently, and that sucker drew a lot of big crowds, man.
- 31:13SPEAKER_02: But it makes me wonder, you know, like if it it and I don't I don't really understand the background of it.
- 31:18SPEAKER_02: I haven't taken the time to know.
- 31:19SPEAKER_02: Do you know the background of the Annabelle doll?
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know it.
- 31:23SPEAKER_02: Is there something attached to it?
- 31:25SPEAKER_02: They say like it's a a demon, um, it's a demonic presence.
- 31:30SPEAKER_02: So then why would a blessed glass keep that you know, keep a demon in, especially for those who aren't religious?
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: From my understanding, there's scriptures on it, and they have a priest coming once a week to bless it.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: Okay, so is it haunted?
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: Would I hold it?
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: Probably.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's just me.
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: Will they ever take out a case?
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: No, so but would I hold it?
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not scared of dolls, I'm not scared of attachments, I'm not scared of anything until it happens.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: So that's just me.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: I mean, if it's gonna happen, it'll happen.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: That's my theory.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: So everybody's always scared of attachments.
- 32:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, do you feel like Ryan, you've ever been in the presence of true evil?
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: Evil, no.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: Um, assholes, yes.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: Now, assholes in the human sense or in the uh spiritual sense, uh, spiritual, like we're I mean, obviously, human sense, it's all that's common in life nowadays, but in a spirit sense, yeah.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: I mean, just because someone's mean to you in a spiritual sense doesn't make them demonic, it just makes them a bad person.
- 32:56SPEAKER_02: Do you believe in a demonic realm?
- 33:01SPEAKER_00: I I do because if you believe there's angels, you have to believe there's demons, they go hand in hand.
- 33:08SPEAKER_00: So, yes, I do believe a demonic.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: Do I believe demonic is haunting like someone said Penhurst on the thing?
- 33:18SPEAKER_00: No, demonic will break you down.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: They it takes a while to break you down, so they're not gonna be at these pay-to-play places, they're gonna be in your house, they're gonna break you down that way because they need to see you every day, and that's the way they'll break you down.
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: I don't think the places we investigate have demonic, they're just dark entities.
- 33:45SPEAKER_02: So, how what do you think makes an entity dark?
- 33:51SPEAKER_00: I think they're just again, they're assholes in life.
- 33:56SPEAKER_00: So when you're that way and you are in control, we'll take Fairfall County as an example.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: The superintendent was a he was in charge, it was not a nice place.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: When he passed, he still believes he's in charge, so he will take energy from other people and create that dark entity.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: That's my belief.
- 34:26SPEAKER_02: Do you have have you ever been anywhere where you felt scared or you felt that you might be in danger?
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: Uh, I think the latest would be Madison Seminary.
- 34:39SPEAKER_02: Now, what's what's that?
- 34:41SPEAKER_00: It's it's a seminary, it was a boys' school, it was a female psychiatric house, it was civil war era also for to house civil war like widows or wives that you know that needed help.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: So the doctor up there has an evil presence.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: I think he's just an asshole.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: So I always I've been there 15 times.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: I always call him out because he's always mean to females.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: The last time I told someone to lock me in that back room, the hallway, lock me in.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: I'm cool with it.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: It felt so bad up there.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: Wow, like my tune had changed.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: Like, I was cool.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Like, hey dude, come get me.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: I'm here, me and you, because he always messes with females.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: I felt bad, nothing happened, but I was like, hey dude, we're cool.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: Like, I was just messing with you for the last 15 times, man.
- 35:51SPEAKER_02: Like, so you you were intimidated, like you felt something awful there.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: Yes, wow, it was uh it was bad, and I'm going back.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: It's only 10 minutes down the road for me, so I'm gonna go back and face him again because he messes with females in a bad way.
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: My niece had her hair like fully up.
- 36:19SPEAKER_02: Whoa, whoa, wow, that that and you saw that.
- 36:24SPEAKER_00: Um, my friend saw that.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: Um, I trust him.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: He saw it.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: She told me that something went around her and breathed in her ear.
- 36:34SPEAKER_00: It took me about an hour and a half to calm her down, so yeah, it was bad.
- 36:41SPEAKER_02: That would have that freaked me out, man.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: Well, she never had experience before, yeah.
- 36:47SPEAKER_00: She asked for it all night, and it was toward the end of the night, and she got it.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you asked for it, you got it.
- 36:55SPEAKER_02: Is that place a pretty notorious, uh, spooky haunt place?
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: Um, I love it.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: I love Madison Seminary because there's different entities there.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: There's the nice ones, there's the mean ones.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: So you can go anywhere that place, I think it's like 60,000 square feet.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: So you can go anywhere and get different vibes.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: And usually the addict doesn't mess with guys, but it decided that night that it's it's time to stand up to me.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: So I'm a big dude, like I'm not small.
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: Like, you want to stand up to me?
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 37:40SPEAKER_02: And he gave you the spooks, man.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, he gave me the spooks, dude.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: You should see me, dude.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: I should post the subtime because that it was all on video camera.
- 37:51SPEAKER_00: I'm like, yeah, step up to me about 10 minutes later.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: Hey, dude, we're cool, like, yeah, like we're going to go, dude.
- 38:00SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
- 38:02SPEAKER_02: So, is that the darkest place you've been?
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: Um, no, I think Bel Air House in Ohio.
- 38:09SPEAKER_02: Okay, dude, I've heard about the Bel Air House.
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: What is the story behind that place?
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: So the guy who owned it owned the coal mines there.
- 38:19SPEAKER_00: Um, below that house was actually an explosion that killed, I think, 21 people.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: Um, Native American burial grounds behind this house, a lot of clan members around that village city.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: So there's a lot going on in that city itself.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: Um, his sister passed away.
- 38:38SPEAKER_00: He did a lot of seances there trying to bring his sister back.
- 38:44SPEAKER_00: So that's the down low on the house.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: Um, whatever's in the basement is supposedly evil, and I'm a big believer that evil stays in the basement until you don't recognize it, then they will venture out from the basement.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: So it was uh I had some experiences there.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: My teammates had some experience there, my daughter had experience there, so I went back twice.
- 39:16SPEAKER_00: I think it's changed.
- 39:19SPEAKER_00: I think whoever I don't want to give too much because I actually have a podcast coming up with Ghost Sister Mandy.
- 39:26SPEAKER_02: Oh, cool, yeah.
- 39:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, I went with her last month to the Bel Air house to figure out what's going on there.
- 39:36SPEAKER_02: So do you feel like you guys obviously you don't, you know, no big reveals tonight, bro?
- 39:42SPEAKER_02: You got the big pod coming, but do you feel like you have some some did you get some definitive answers?
- 39:50SPEAKER_00: I don't think I believe we got answers.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: Cool.
- 39:54SPEAKER_00: Um, I have not asked them what they feel, but we'll find out.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: I think it's April 9th on our podcast at what they felt, and Mandy did say the vibe has changed there, so we'll see what she says.
- 40:09SPEAKER_02: Now, when they say the vibe has changed, do you think it's possible that things have left?
- 40:14SPEAKER_02: Do you think somebody may have cleansed the place?
- 40:17SPEAKER_02: Like, or do things just move on?
- 40:21SPEAKER_00: In my view of this place, I think something I kicked out.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: I think it moved on.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: So that's my theory.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: And again, I don't want to spoil the what my thoughts are on that because the podcast coming up, but I believe that if it's your house, say for you.
- 40:49SPEAKER_00: If something's bad's there, and people investigate it, say something bad's there, it's your choice to kick it out, right?
- 41:00SPEAKER_00: So the vibe can't change, yeah.
- 41:03SPEAKER_02: So you feel that we we in the human realm have dominion over the spirit realm?
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: I think if you're strong enough, okay, cool, cool.
- 41:14SPEAKER_02: So then do you believe in a heaven, like a final resting place for spirits, or do we go back into the fabric of the universe?
- 41:23SPEAKER_02: Is there a reincarnation?
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're gonna get deep now.
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, baby, existential.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: Uh, so heaven, hell.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: I mean, this has been brought up in my way my brain thinks here, which is random.
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: But are the people that are trapped here don't believe in heaven and hell?
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: That's why they're still here.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm thinking.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking there's a heaven and a hell.
- 41:55SPEAKER_00: If you don't have a belief in heaven and hell, where does your energy go?
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: Does it just stay here?
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: I believe there's a heaven and hell, I believe there's a higher place we go to, and that's just my belief.
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: But if you don't believe that, is it possible you just stay here?
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: Fascinating.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: That's an interesting point to think about for the people who don't subscribe to a higher being or a higher level of existence.
- 42:26SPEAKER_02: Are they still entitled to go to a higher level of existence if they don't believe in that?
- 42:32SPEAKER_02: You know, that's a fascinating, that's a fascinating perspective, especially you know, to think that maybe that's where why people are still here is because they don't know how to move on, or they don't know where they're going or how to get there.
- 42:49SPEAKER_02: Um, do you think that it is your job as an investigator to help people move on?
- 42:55SPEAKER_02: No, or help spirits?
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: No.
- 42:58SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: I mean, a lot of people believe they investigate to find out about the afterlife.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: I'm not about that.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: All right, I will find that out sooner or later.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: As we talked before, you live, you die.
- 43:16SPEAKER_00: I think the biggest thing is keeping their memories alive, yeah, and that's why I investigate is they keep get their story straight and keeping their memories alive.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: That's all I care about.
- 43:30SPEAKER_02: And do you feel like as an investigator, you can go into a scenario and learn enough about uh a potential spirit and their motivations to tell their story?
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: I I hope so.
- 43:43SPEAKER_02: Cool.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're trapped here because their story is not straight.
- 43:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, maybe that's why they stay around because their story is not straight.
- 43:53SPEAKER_00: Maybe I can straighten that story out and they can move on.
- 43:58SPEAKER_00: But my job is not to move them out.
- 44:01SPEAKER_00: My job is to get their stories straight.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: I love history, I love people's stories.
- 44:08SPEAKER_00: So and I always say, like, there's a famous room in Madison called Sarah's room.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: And I posted a little meme about that.
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: Like, someone, hey Sarah, you here, and some dude in a corner saying, I'm not effing Sarah.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 44:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: Is that possible?
- 44:29SPEAKER_00: Just because one person walks in there and says, Hey, there's a spirit here named Sarah.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: Not everybody believes it.
- 44:38SPEAKER_00: But some dude named George in a corner.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: You know, I mean, that's that's my thought on it.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: Like, how do we know that's Sarah?
- 44:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 44:49SPEAKER_02: I've always been curious about that.
- 44:51SPEAKER_02: You know, like uh in the Sally house in Kansas, that's a big one in Acheson, Kansas.
- 44:57SPEAKER_02: How do we know it's Sally?
- 44:59SPEAKER_02: You know, um, there are people there that swear that that's it, but you know, there are other side, and my friend Jason is one who says there's no historical evidence whatsoever that there was uh a person named Sally there, that there is a Sally buried in the Acheson uh cemetery, and that people put that story together.
- 45:19SPEAKER_02: But I agree with you, man.
- 45:20SPEAKER_02: It's so fascinating how these legends become uh solidified, and people are so confident that that's the specific spirit that's there, that's been there for hundreds of years.
- 45:32SPEAKER_02: Just curious, man.
- 45:33SPEAKER_02: It's curious how these things go about, especially when sometimes the evidence suggests otherwise.
- 45:39SPEAKER_02: You know, you heard the man there, like it's supposed to be Sarah.
- 45:43SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 45:43SPEAKER_02: But you know, George is out there being like, uh-uh, bitches, George is here and he's ready to party, and uh Sarah ain't here no more.
- 45:51SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, I'm all fascinated with that, man.
- 45:54SPEAKER_02: That's part of why I I enjoy the the the investigators interpretation.
- 46:01SPEAKER_02: And one thing, Ryan, that I have found is that when I was in school, bro, I hated history.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: I hated it, I was terrible at it.
- 46:09SPEAKER_02: Um, it did not do anything for me.
- 46:12SPEAKER_02: But now that I'm that I've gotten older, I love history, and I find that a lot of people who are in uh interested in the paranormal are also interested in history.
- 46:24SPEAKER_02: Were you always that way, interested in history, or was that something that uh correlated to your love for the unknown?
- 46:32SPEAKER_00: I think I liked history because I always believe history repeats itself, yeah.
- 46:37SPEAKER_02: Man, yeah.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: But when I got into the paranormal more and more, it's the history that intrigues me.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: If you don't like history, you shouldn't be in a paranormal because they go hand in hand.
- 46:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's my belief.
- 46:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm I see that too, brother.
- 46:53SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: So, I mean, again, Sally House, who knows?
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's dark, evil, whatever you want to call it, because it's not Sally.
- 47:09SPEAKER_02: My very first paranormal experience.
- 47:12SPEAKER_02: I wrote it off, but it was at the Sally House, and it was it was just uh voice boxes saying my name.
- 47:21SPEAKER_02: And when the investigators that were there were like, Oh, are you Nate?
- 47:25SPEAKER_02: Because I'm bright white at this time when I just walk in the basement and this guy's in the corner asking it questions, and it says my name, and I'm like, wait a second, that's not right.
- 47:36SPEAKER_02: And then he says, Are you Nate?
- 47:38SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, Yeah, I'm Nate.
- 47:39SPEAKER_02: And he said, Okay, what's on Nate's shirt?
- 47:42SPEAKER_02: And it said a lion, and I was wearing a shirt with a lion on it.
- 47:45SPEAKER_02: I was like, Okay, I'm out of here.
- 47:47SPEAKER_02: But do you know my cynical brain said, Okay, obviously, someone in the office uh in the Acheson uh uh administration, the the home office for Acheson, where I bought those tickets.
- 48:02SPEAKER_02: Obviously, someone called that guy and they were able to program to that.
- 48:07SPEAKER_02: And and but my wife was like, How would they know when you were there?
- 48:11SPEAKER_02: And how you know, and but that was the cynic in me trying to write that off.
- 48:16SPEAKER_02: But that was my very first experience.
- 48:18SPEAKER_02: It happened in the basement, and then when we went upstairs, it happened again.
- 48:22SPEAKER_02: And uh, I always tried to play that off, but I think there was something there, but I'm I don't know how it knew my name, um, or how it knew me, but you know, whatever.
- 48:35SPEAKER_02: That's that was just easy enough for me to say, ah, whatever, instead of trying to uh scare the hell out of myself, uh digging into it.
- 48:44SPEAKER_02: But Ryan, I have come all this way.
- 48:46SPEAKER_02: I gotta know, bro.
- 48:47SPEAKER_02: Are you into aliens?
- 48:49SPEAKER_02: Do you believe?
- 48:51SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't I?
- 48:53SPEAKER_02: Come on, enlighten me, bro.
- 48:55SPEAKER_02: Let me have it.
- 48:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, the fact is, is if we can believe in something we can't see, why wouldn't we believe in aliens?
- 49:04SPEAKER_00: Yes, there has to be something else out there.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: We are not the only planet, there has to be other life forms out there.
- 49:15SPEAKER_02: I'm with you, dude.
- 49:16SPEAKER_02: I'm still shocked at how many people choose to remain ignorant to the possibility and to the evidence that is continuing to be leaked out, that there are things happening in our world in the skies that we cannot explain, that are far superior to any type of technological techno technology that anybody has on earth, but yet people will still dismiss us.
- 49:45SPEAKER_02: Me, uh, when I say us, I mean believers in UFOs and alien life, dismiss us as crazy.
- 49:52SPEAKER_02: And I'm just like, Are you nuts with all the evidence out there?
- 49:56SPEAKER_02: I even posted something, uh uh former President Obama was on a podcast recently, and the guy asked him, Are aliens real?
- 50:04SPEAKER_02: And he said, Well, they're real, but then he goes on to say, Well, they're not here and whatnot.
- 50:09SPEAKER_02: And I said, Well, that was a Freudian slip, and I had people arguing with me.
- 50:13SPEAKER_02: Why is that a Freudian slip?
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: Well, because the next day he put out a statement saying, Well, I'm just weighing the odds and the averages, you know, that they're hat, there's probably something out there.
- 50:25SPEAKER_02: No, that was a Freudian slip.
- 50:27SPEAKER_02: He knows exactly what is going on.
- 50:29SPEAKER_02: Um, but people were still arguing with me over that, and I just don't understand why so many people are not open to believing in an alien life.
- 50:41SPEAKER_02: I don't feel as though it it uh disenfranchises religious religion and Christianity people.
- 50:50SPEAKER_02: I don't believe that.
- 50:51SPEAKER_02: I don't believe that saying there's aliens disproves Jesus or anything like that.
- 50:56SPEAKER_02: I don't believe that.
- 50:57SPEAKER_02: Is that why, Ryan?
- 50:58SPEAKER_02: Why are people so against this?
- 51:00SPEAKER_00: People are scared of the unknown.
- 51:04SPEAKER_00: It's plain and simple.
- 51:06SPEAKER_00: If they can't see it, they can't feel it, they're scared.
- 51:12SPEAKER_00: So that's what makes paranormal groups fascinating because we do believe because we had our own experiences.
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: Now, how many people will call you crazy because you had your own experience?
- 51:27SPEAKER_00: Again, if you're abducted by alien and you came down and told people, how many people would say you're crazy?
- 51:34SPEAKER_02: Oh, probably a lot, man.
- 51:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, a lot.
- 51:37SPEAKER_02: Hell, I met Travis Walton, who is the the gentleman who had the experience with uh Fire in the Sky.
- 51:44SPEAKER_02: Um, I don't know if you've ever seen that movie or read his book.
- 51:48SPEAKER_02: It's a scary movie from the 90s.
- 51:51SPEAKER_02: Um, I met him at Alien Fest in Roswell, New Mexico, I believe in 2016.
- 51:57SPEAKER_02: Uh, it was either 2016 or 2017.
- 52:00SPEAKER_02: I met him and he was nice enough and gracious enough, and he must have found me somewhat interesting because he sat down and we talked for 20 or 30 minutes um after his presentation.
- 52:13SPEAKER_02: And he still, you know, people don't believe there are a lot of people out there who do not do not believe his experience, and I was one of them.
- 52:21SPEAKER_02: I was like, man, there's just something off about this, but he was so genuine, and he he definitely made me more of a believer, but I was very skeptical up until talking to him.
- 52:36SPEAKER_02: So you're exactly right, man.
- 52:37SPEAKER_02: If if I came back and said I was abducted, people would think I have just lost my marbs, man.
- 52:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, that's the way the life we live in right now is if you see something like I have a ghost in my house, 90% will people tell you BS.
- 52:55SPEAKER_00: That's just life.
- 52:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, I actually wrote one word down during this whole podcast, it was about your mom.
- 53:03SPEAKER_00: Comfort, you know, like did that give you comfort knowing that your mom is looking out for you.
- 53:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, I mean, there are still times I still struggle with the skeptic.
- 53:18SPEAKER_02: There, I still struggle with being a skeptic, and my mom, if she is here, which everybody else in my house believes that she is, I'm on the fence about it.
- 53:33SPEAKER_02: I think that she is, but she never really interacts with me.
- 53:37SPEAKER_02: She definitely interacts with my kids, but that was who my mom was.
- 53:41SPEAKER_02: My mom, you know, my mom was put on this planet to be a mom.
- 53:46SPEAKER_02: And my dad was my dad was the worker.
- 53:49SPEAKER_02: Mom worked in schools whenever my my brother and I were in school, and then she stayed, and she loved kids.
- 53:56SPEAKER_02: And my brother and sister-in-law never had kids.
- 54:00SPEAKER_02: So, and then my wife and I had our first when we were 34.
- 54:04SPEAKER_02: We had our first.
- 54:06SPEAKER_02: So, and then she never got a chance to meet Penelope.
- 54:10SPEAKER_02: She passed when Kelton was three, and uh, so my mom's anniversary.
- 54:14SPEAKER_02: Uh it's we're coming up on three years on the 31st, three years of her passing, and she seems to interact with Kelton a lot.
- 54:26SPEAKER_02: Kelton, my son, it that was her pride and joy.
- 54:30SPEAKER_02: She watched Kelton every day, she loved Kelton because she always wanted grandkids.
- 54:36SPEAKER_02: And Kelton came into our mom, uh, mom, my wife and I's bedroom the other night, and said that he saw Nana in his room and it had scared him.
- 54:46SPEAKER_02: Um, and my wife said, Don't be afraid of her, you know, she's here just looking out for you.
- 54:51SPEAKER_02: But in the back of my head, I'm like, This is bullshit, man.
- 54:53SPEAKER_02: I never see any of this stuff, a bunch of horse shit.
- 54:57SPEAKER_02: But it does bring me comfort.
- 55:00SPEAKER_02: I just wish she would interact with me.
- 55:02SPEAKER_02: Like, hey, I'm the son.
- 55:03SPEAKER_02: How come you don't interact with me?
- 55:05SPEAKER_02: But it just seems that her business is looking over her grandkids.
- 55:11SPEAKER_02: And like, she's like, Okay, I raised you, I you know, you're gonna be fine.
- 55:15SPEAKER_02: And if you're not fine, well, you had the tools to be fine, but your grant, my grandkids, I'm gonna protect them.
- 55:22SPEAKER_02: So it does, it definitely gives my son comfort.
- 55:26SPEAKER_02: Sometimes um he's startled by the things that happen, and I I know that when Penelope was sick last week and the the puzzle with the baby shark tune where it just kept saying grandma shark and then grandma over and over again, that definitely freaked them all out.
- 55:45SPEAKER_02: Um so I guess mom was just uh adamant to be known that just adamant to let everybody know she was there.
- 55:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, man, I would love to say it brings me more comfort, but there's just still there's still a little bit of the skeptic in me because I haven't had a lot of those experiences personally.
- 56:05SPEAKER_02: Um, whereas if I did have those experiences with mom here, I would definitely uh sign off on it, but man, it's happening to everybody except me.
- 56:15SPEAKER_02: And I just I don't understand it, Ryan.
- 56:17SPEAKER_02: What am I doing wrong here?
- 56:19SPEAKER_00: Uh she raised you, so yeah.
- 56:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, she's probably like, You're good.
- 56:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's tired of me, she didn't want anything to do with me.
- 56:27SPEAKER_03: You're good.
- 56:28SPEAKER_02: I mean, I go by I drive by the cemetery almost every day, and I stop and roll down my window and I talk to her for a little bit, and I'm like, Mom, come see me, you know, leave me a sign or something, come say hi, and she just would rather interact with my kids, whatever.
- 56:43SPEAKER_02: I'll deal with it.
- 56:44SPEAKER_02: How about Bigfoot, Ryan?
- 56:47SPEAKER_02: I told Jason I would ask, uh, are you a Bigfoot guy?
- 56:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, there has to be something out there.
- 56:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, you go all the way back to Native Americans, and they had interaction with Bigfoot.
- 57:03SPEAKER_02: Did they really?
- 57:05SPEAKER_00: That's what they say.
- 57:07SPEAKER_02: No kidding, man.
- 57:08SPEAKER_02: See, I didn't know I didn't know those legends went that far back.
- 57:11SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
- 57:12SPEAKER_00: They they go way back, and I believe because they looked at Bigfoot as a I don't want to say a god, but something higher up, and people are wondering why isn't Bigfoot interacting with us?
- 57:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm one of those people.
- 57:29SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what would we do if we'll just say someone goes in the Appalachian Mountains, kills a Bigfoot, and there is evidence of a Bigfoot.
- 57:40SPEAKER_00: What do you think would happen?
- 57:43SPEAKER_02: I think everybody would be out to get themselves a Bigfoot.
- 57:48SPEAKER_00: So Bigfoot's probably standing there looking at us, saying, F that.
- 57:54SPEAKER_00: I am not doing this.
- 57:55SPEAKER_00: It would be mass hysteria.
- 57:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, oh I absolutely, man.
- 57:59SPEAKER_02: I mean the cryptid, the cryptid legends, if any of those came up, um it would be it would be wild.
- 58:10SPEAKER_02: It would definitely mass hysteria, man.
- 58:13SPEAKER_02: You know, if if UFOs popped up tomorrow, I think it would scare people.
- 58:17SPEAKER_02: If uh the Loch Ness monster was was caught, or they found evidence of that, uh, that would scare people, Bigfoot, you know.
- 58:26SPEAKER_02: Um I love the idea of cryptids, man, because I have seen things in the sky that I couldn't I couldn't explain.
- 58:34SPEAKER_02: And but I always bust Jason up a little bit because he owns Bigfoot in Kansas, and I'm like, dude, there is no Bigfoot.
- 58:41SPEAKER_02: We would have seen one by now, and man, he will go at me with that.
- 58:45SPEAKER_02: And he I think he thinks they're kind of shapeshifters.
- 58:49SPEAKER_02: How do you buy into that?
- 58:51SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know.
- 58:53SPEAKER_00: I mean, there's so many different theories out there, shape shifters, um, government.
- 58:59SPEAKER_00: I mean, the government did actually invest a lot of money into find Bigfoot because of their camouflage capabilities as a military thing, really.
- 59:10SPEAKER_00: So, I mean, is it possible?
- 59:14SPEAKER_00: I I think there's something out there.
- 59:17SPEAKER_00: If I was Bigfoot, I want nothing to do with the human world again, because I would be hunted.
- 59:27SPEAKER_00: And if they caught a Bigfoot, you'd just be in the lab.
- 59:32SPEAKER_00: Why would you want that?
- 59:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't think we as humans give any credence that we would uh we would be anything other than disappointing if we found anything like that.
- 59:48SPEAKER_02: You know, we I don't think we would be receptive uh to learning about them, we would stick them in a lab and study, study, study.
- 59:56SPEAKER_02: You're exactly right.
- 59:57SPEAKER_00: Um I mean, you talk about Roswell, right?
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_00: Same concept, yeah, man.
- 1:00:04SPEAKER_02: And dude, I'm telling you, bro, in the next couple years, I am gonna get on that farm.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_02: They the last people, as far as I know, that were on that farm were the History Channel, and there's a plaque out there where the apparent crash happened.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_02: Now, my boy Jason with Road Trip, he says that that's not where the crash happened, that the crash happened in another spot, and this whole thing was a diversion.
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_02: And I've I haven't and I I I I've never heard anything like that before.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_02: I I believe it happened on that ranch.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_02: Um, and I want to get out there, man.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_02: Not like I'm gonna find anything, but once again, that's just what I do.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_02: I try to get out there, get a vibe of the place, and then tell the story, you know?
- 1:00:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and and that's that's that's really all I do.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_02: The cool thing is that um there's a place in Kansas called uh the Delphus Ring, Delphos Ring.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_02: And if you look up pictures of it, you can see where this apparent spaceship was.
- 1:01:02SPEAKER_02: There's a big circle out in this farmland, and over the year nothing would grow there.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_02: And then the people apparently covered it up.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_02: And the History Channel was out there also, and then it's in a small town in in northern Kansas, they shut it down.
- 1:01:18SPEAKER_02: Nobody's been out there, they don't let anybody on the farm.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_02: Well, we were contacted, and I'm gonna get to go look at it, and I'm gonna try to take some pictures and see what I can see.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna try to get some radiation detectors to see if there's any radiation in that area or whatnot.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_02: Um, but so I'm telling you, man, like sometimes these opportunity it went there are days when I see people, and I and I don't know if you do this, Ryan.
- 1:01:47SPEAKER_02: There are some people who post six, seven, eight times a day.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_02: Man, they're posting their AI supernatural things, they're posting what they had for lunch, they're posting what they're thinking while they're on the toilet, and I'm like, crap, man, I gotta post more, but no, I I I don't I don't.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_02: I like I'll post, you know, I'll post when I have an idea or something.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_02: But I always wonder if I need to be doing more because every time I post, every it's just another opportunity that might lead me to where I want to go with my son, you know.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_02: That's honestly the reason I continue to do it is because it makes it makes me so happy, but it also makes him happy.
- 1:02:31SPEAKER_02: And he thinks of these as adventures, you know, and he's like, Man, dad, where are we going next?
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, dude, you're not going to any of these places, but when you get a little older, buddy, you're gonna come to all these places.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_02: So, man, I hope over time it happens.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_00: Uh I mean, when your kid smiles, you smile, dude.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, he is my pride and joy, and and I wanna I want to include him in more of the stuff, but then at the same time, you know, the internet's a weird place for kids, and uh I don't want to subject him too much to these things.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_02: Um, but he's always in the background knowing that if dad gets to do anything cool, he at least gets to know that I'm doing it uh for him, or because some most of these places don't allow kids to go into these facilities or whatnot.
- 1:03:26SPEAKER_02: But I always ask, like I I know I'm going to the Missouri State.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_02: Are you friends with McKenna with MT uh Paranormal?
- 1:03:33SPEAKER_02: Because I thought she was gonna, wasn't she gonna be on here?
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_00: She was, but I said we're gonna be a short podcast, and we're gonna do another one.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_02: So she heard the short podcast and she ducked out.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_00: Oh man, I'm gonna tell her like let's just do another one.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_00: So McKenna's awesome.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_00: I mean, you talk about dolls, she's so cool, all that stuff.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_02: But um to the haunted dolls, oh dude, dude, Mac, what are you doing with the dolls?
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_00: She was one of my first podcasts on when I started doing lives, yeah.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_00: And I reach out to her, and I'm like, I have no idea what the hell I'm gonna get myself into.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_00: Like, this girl's gonna be crazy, she's gonna be like out there.
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_00: Oh, she's cool as hell, though.
- 1:04:15SPEAKER_02: So, dude, yeah, she's a blast, and we're yeah, we message each other all the time.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_02: She is such a cool girl.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_02: Uh, we're going in in May.
- 1:04:26SPEAKER_02: Uh, I'm a few other teams, uh, some of my good friends in Offbeat Paranormal, which I want to say that Phil and Amanda they got married today.
- 1:04:35SPEAKER_02: Boom, y'all.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_02: Uh, they're gonna lock themselves in a bedroom for at least the next three days, and then they'll slowly pop out on and then the cool thing is, dude, is that they're offbeat paranormal, and they planned this haunted excursion where they have gone to multiple locations and they call it their haunted honeymoon.
- 1:04:57SPEAKER_02: And man, I just think that is bitching.
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_02: I think that is so cool.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_02: And I hope they had an awesome wedding day, and and uh I hope they have a great honeymoon.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_02: Uh, but they're one of the groups that's going, and we're uh McKenna, we're going to the Missouri State Penitentiary in May, and Kelton will be able to tour that.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_02: He'll be able to come with me when we tour it, but then they're gonna investigate, and he won't be able to do that uh liability type stuff.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_02: But I tried to get him into Topeka when we were there just uh a couple weeks ago at the Wardmead Manor.
- 1:05:31SPEAKER_02: And no, they they're yeah, I mean, these places are pretty particular about no children, and I understand that, you know, we're moving around and going into places, and a lot of this stuff that we're interacting with uh is antique, our antiques, and I'm sure they don't want you know, little kids running around, running into things, getting scared and knocking stuff over.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_02: And I I get it, I do, I get it.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_00: Messaged me the other day because I invited her to I run an outbilly creek village, the whole village.
- 1:06:05SPEAKER_01: Cool.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_00: Indiana State Sanitaryum.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_00: We're gonna do those back to back.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_00: So we've been talking about doing investigations.
- 1:06:12SPEAKER_00: I'm like, if you want to fly into Indianapolis, it's kind of on my way.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_00: I'll just pick you up, dude.
- 1:06:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_00: And uh she's like she messaged me the other day that okay, this might be a possibility.
- 1:06:23SPEAKER_02: So now why you're in New York, right?
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_00: I'm Ohio.
- 1:06:28SPEAKER_02: Ohio, okay, okay.
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so what are some besides the man, the place you told me?
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_00: Madison, yeah.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_02: Where where are some other historic and kick-ass places around that area?
- 1:06:43SPEAKER_00: They call Ohio one of the most haunted states in the United States.
- 1:06:47SPEAKER_00: Okay, um, there's a lot.
- 1:06:48SPEAKER_00: I mean, you have Ohio State Reformatory, Mansfield.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_00: Um, Shaw Shank Redemption was filmed there.
- 1:06:55SPEAKER_00: I just did that a couple weeks ago.
- 1:06:57SPEAKER_02: You were there at the Shaw Shank?
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_02: Nice, yeah.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, Bel Air House, Ross House, Prospect Place, Bill Manor, Fairfield.
- 1:07:09SPEAKER_00: There's a lot around.
- 1:07:10SPEAKER_00: I mean, they're popping up everywhere now, so it's kind of hard to say what's haunted, what's not haunted.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_00: Is it just just a business, or is it actually haunted?
- 1:07:23SPEAKER_00: So we go there, try to figure it out.
- 1:07:26SPEAKER_00: So, but yeah, no.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_00: Um, Shawshank was cool.
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_00: I didn't get any feelings there.
- 1:07:32SPEAKER_00: So that is what it is.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_00: We actually um we actually handcuffed someone into solitary.
- 1:07:39SPEAKER_00: Oh wow, um, 27 Spirits, he's on now.
- 1:07:44SPEAKER_00: Um, he got candlelight in the attic solo for 45 minutes.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_02: Dude, 27.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_02: What are you doing, bro?
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_00: He was hoping for that.
- 1:07:55SPEAKER_00: So we had uh we had seven people in a vote, and the number one vote got the attic.
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_00: The second vote got the chair room, where I guess old Sparky was.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_00: I'm guessing, I don't know.
- 1:08:07SPEAKER_00: And they were what were they blindfolded?
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they were blindfolded with always enhancing headphones on.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_00: And the third was the hole handcuffed, so that's when you don't want to be the popular one in the group, yeah.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_02: You don't want to be the one who gets voted to go.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_02: And dude, man, you you freaking paranormal investigators, you all are so fearless and crazy.
- 1:08:31SPEAKER_02: Like for your newbies, you're like, hey, newbie, you've never investigated before.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_02: We're gonna put you in this dark ass thing, and we're gonna just let you sit in there by yourself, and you're not allowed to come out for like 30 minutes.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_02: Man, the first time I ever did anything, that happened, and dude, it just legit.
- 1:08:46SPEAKER_02: Hey, is that Kelton?
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_02: Are you here?
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_02: Come here, Kelton.
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_02: Come say hi.
- 1:08:49SPEAKER_02: Come say hi to everybody.
- 1:08:51SPEAKER_02: My son's the real star, but dude, they did that to me.
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_02: And uh say hi.
- 1:08:57SPEAKER_02: Can you say hi?
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, dude, this this guy right here, man, he is the here, look up so everybody can see.
- 1:09:03SPEAKER_02: He is the reason that uh I continue the spooky bro mission.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_02: Uh, tell everybody how much you like Ghostbusters and stuff.
- 1:09:13SPEAKER_02: Do you like Ghostbusters?
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_02: But yeah, dude.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_02: So he uh every time that I'm like, you know what, man, this I'm not gonna continue to do this anymore.
- 1:09:24SPEAKER_02: Uh he always asks, like, hey dad, where are we going next?
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_02: Are we gonna go explore and go do some haunted stuff?
- 1:09:31SPEAKER_02: And I gotta say, man, he's uh he's a lot of fun with that.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_02: And I meet I and Ryan, I know you said you have kids.
- 1:09:38SPEAKER_02: I'm sure you feel the same way.
- 1:09:40SPEAKER_02: And dude, how cool is it that your daughter is interested in this?
- 1:09:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's all about making memories.
- 1:09:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah, dude.
- 1:09:48SPEAKER_02: And that that's that's the fire of it, man.
- 1:09:50SPEAKER_02: It's it's that, bro.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_02: I've got to jump off here.
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna eat a little dinner and then go.

- 1:09:59SPEAKER_02: Uh, I told my son we were gonna watch the have you heard of the new Anaconda?
- 1:10:03SPEAKER_02: It's got Jack Black and uh Paul Rudd in it.
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I heard about it.

- 1:10:09SPEAKER_02: We my wife and I watched it and we're like, all right, at least Kelton could watch part of it.

- 1:10:18SPEAKER_02: But he is a master of clothes.
- 1:10:20SPEAKER_02: What do you want to talk to him?
- 1:10:22SPEAKER_01: Wait, I'm gonna tell you something.
