- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, everybody.
- 0:00Speaker 2: Welcome to Vince on Tuesday. Good to have you with us. Man,
- 0:03Speaker 2: we've got a lot going on in the world. The
- 0:05Speaker 2: SAVE Act gets another big shove. Members of Congress are
- 0:08Speaker 2: now breathing down John Thune's neck to finally do the job.
- 0:12Speaker 2: We'll discuss all of that coming up on the program. Also,
- 0:17Speaker 2: you know, Democrats continue to freak out about this. The
- 0:20Speaker 2: White House is actively getting involved. The SAVE Act, it's
- 0:24Speaker 2: a great push. You are doing great work. I'll Also,
- 0:31Speaker 2: the left, they're cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. We've got more
- 0:34Speaker 2: of that today. And Democrats claim that the reason you
- 0:38Speaker 2: don't like them, or at least some of them, is
- 0:40Speaker 2: because you're morally depraved. I've got the details on it.
- 0:44Speaker 2: It's all ahead on the program. And the great Dan
- 0:47Speaker 2: Bongino makes an appearance on the Fox News channel last night.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Now he's a contributor at Fox. Did you see that? Congratulations, Dan,
- 0:52Speaker 2: adding yet another job to his long resume. He, uh,
- 0:57Speaker 2: He jumps in to talk about what's going on in
- 1:00Speaker 2: the case of Savannah Guthrie's missing mother. What is happening there?
- 1:04Speaker 2: Dan has some theories. We'll kick them around, see what
- 1:06Speaker 2: we think of these theories as we try and get
- 1:08Speaker 2: to the bottom of that wild case. All ahead on
- 1:11Speaker 2: this edition of Vince, great to have you with us.
- 1:14Speaker 2: As always, the best audience anywhere. Hey, are you worried
- 1:17Speaker 2: at all about upcoming credit card bills after the holidays?
- 1:19Speaker 2: If you're a Homeowner, well, there's no better time than
- 1:22Speaker 2: right now to call American Financing and wipe out that debt,
- 1:26Speaker 2: eliminate the stress, and set yourself up for a very
- 1:28Speaker 2: strong 2026. The Fed dropped rates for the fourth time
- 1:32Speaker 2: in December. American Financing can help you access that equity
- 1:35Speaker 2: in your home at an interest rate in the low fives.
- 1:38Speaker 2: You heard that right. In the low fives, there's a much,
- 1:40Speaker 2: that is a much lower rate than the average 20
- 1:43Speaker 2: or 30% or more credit card rates. American financing is
- 1:47Speaker 2: saving their customers an average of $ 800 a month. That's
- 1:50Speaker 2: like a $ 10, 000 raise to start the new year. There
- 1:54Speaker 2: are no upfront fees, no obligation. You can see how
- 1:56Speaker 2: much you can save. And they're closing some in as
- 1:58Speaker 2: fast as 10 days. They're even delaying two mortgage payments.
- 2:02Speaker 2: American Financing, America's home for home loans. Call today, 888-879-6460.
- 2:05Speaker 2: That's 888-879-6460. AmericanFinancing.net slash Vince.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Okay, save back update. Here we go. Let's dive in.
- 2:24Speaker 2: What the hell is happening? We're going to get this
- 2:26Speaker 2: thing across the finish line. Well, your phone calls and
- 2:29Speaker 2: emails to Congress are clearly having an effect. All of
- 2:32Speaker 2: Congress is very rattled right now that the American people
- 2:35Speaker 2: are so fixated on saving our elections by verifying that
- 2:39Speaker 2: only American citizens are registering to vote and that only
- 2:41Speaker 2: American citizens are voting when they demonstrate with their ID
- 2:45Speaker 2: that they should be. They hate this on Capitol Hill.
- 2:49Speaker 2: They hate that you care. They hate that you're involved.
- 2:51Speaker 2: And Democrats hate that the fraud may be ending. But
- 2:54Speaker 2: I love it. So please keep up the pressure. Anna
- 2:57Speaker 2: Paulina Luna, who has been a standout on this particular fight,
- 3:02Speaker 2: the congresswoman, she is among 13 members of the United
- 3:07Speaker 2: States House of Representatives who yesterday have issued a warning
- 3:12Speaker 2: to John Thune that he's delayed this long enough. Now,
- 3:16Speaker 2: they don't say that he delayed it, but they make
- 3:19Speaker 2: it pretty clear that he's in charge in the Senate,
- 3:22Speaker 2: which he is, and that the Senate has been delaying
- 3:24Speaker 2: this legislation for now over 300 days. And her position,
- 3:30Speaker 2: quite frankly, is that's garbage. And now it's time to
- 3:34Speaker 2: move on this. Look at this. This is Anna Paulina Luna,
- 3:37Speaker 2: a message to Leader John Thune from herself, 12 other
- 3:41Speaker 2: members of the House. She says, dear leader, soon we
- 3:44Speaker 2: are writing to make our position unmistakably clear. The United
- 3:48Speaker 2: States Senate must invoke the standing filibuster and vote on
- 3:55Speaker 2: the Save America Act. The American people are not confused
- 3:59Speaker 2: at all about what this bill does or why it matters.
- 4:02Speaker 2: The Save America Act simply requires proof of U.S. citizenship
- 4:06Speaker 2: to register and vote in federal elections. It's not extreme.
- 4:11Speaker 2: It's not partisan. It's the most basic safeguard necessary to
- 4:14Speaker 2: protect the integrity of our elections and restore public confidence
- 4:18Speaker 2: in our democracy. And they go on and they say
- 4:21Speaker 2: that it's been over 300 days now. This common sense
- 4:24Speaker 2: legislation has been delayed by the Senate. And this delay
- 4:29Speaker 2: has consequences. Every day that this happens, another day voters
- 4:33Speaker 2: see a political class unwilling to do what the vast
- 4:36Speaker 2: majority of Americans do. already support. I got to tell
- 4:40Speaker 2: you something, what this is, and yes, it's a letter
- 4:44Speaker 2: that these lawmakers are sending to John Thune, but it's
- 4:47Speaker 2: a public declaration that John Thune is on notice. And
- 4:51Speaker 2: it's coming from Republicans, elected Republicans, who up until this
- 4:55Speaker 2: point have been pretty kind to John Thune, despite the
- 4:59Speaker 2: stakes of this fight. They've been pretty kind to him
- 5:02Speaker 2: in public. They've resisted these kinds of declarations. But here
- 5:07Speaker 2: they are. And she's saying, they're saying election integrity is
- 5:10Speaker 2: not optional at all. It's not negotiable. When the Senate
- 5:13Speaker 2: refuses to act, it forces the House to use every
- 5:15Speaker 2: procedural tool available to compel action. They say it's not
- 5:20Speaker 2: escalation for its own sake. It's leadership in the face
- 5:23Speaker 2: of prolonged inaction. And then they get on to say
- 5:28Speaker 2: that Basically, they've heard John Thune pay a lot of
- 5:32Speaker 2: lip service to the SAVE Act, but they think that
- 5:35Speaker 2: that lip service is not enough, right? You and I
- 5:38Speaker 2: are sick of the talking. We want the acting. We
- 5:41Speaker 2: want people to start acting on this. And here's what
- 5:45Speaker 2: the members of Congress say. Recent statements suggesting that the
- 5:48Speaker 2: Senate may finally consider the SAVE America Act are a
- 5:53Speaker 2: step in the right direction, but words are no longer sufficient.
- 5:59Speaker 2: The Senate must deliver results. The Save America Act should
- 6:04Speaker 2: be brought to the floor, debated openly, and passed without
- 6:07Speaker 2: delay or dilution. Any attempt to weaken, repackage, or indefinitely
- 6:10Speaker 2: postpone this legislation will be viewed for what it is,
- 6:13Speaker 2: a continuation of a broken status quo that voters overwhelmingly reject.
- 6:20Speaker 2: If the only barrier to passage is a willingness to
- 6:22Speaker 2: engage in real, visible debate, then the standing filibuster provides
- 6:27Speaker 2: the appropriate path forward. The path is simple. Bring the
- 6:32Speaker 2: SAVE Act to the floor. Require real debate. Pass it.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Send it to the president's desk. The American people are watching. Now,
- 6:40Speaker 2: if you're interested in who's on your side here, we've
- 6:43Speaker 2: got a bunch. And by the way, there should be
- 6:45Speaker 2: more signatories to this. There are not enough. We've got
- 6:48Speaker 2: 13 signatories on this. Anna Paulina Luna, Mike Collins, Michael Cloud,
- 6:56Speaker 2: Congressman Stubbe is in there. Ryan Zinke, Russell Frye, Lauren
- 6:59Speaker 2: Boebert is on the list. And then we've got Jeff
- 7:03Speaker 2: Van Drew. Wasn't he a Democrat at one point? Then
- 7:06Speaker 2: he became a Republican. John James, Randy Fine, John McGuire,
- 7:09Speaker 2: John Rose, and Keith Self. Those are the guys, all
- 7:13Speaker 2: the guys who are standing up for us today and
- 7:16Speaker 2: telling John Thune, hey, you've got to act. It's, you know,
- 7:21Speaker 2: gum flapping time is over. You know, get to it, son.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Get to it. The American people are watching and we
- 7:27Speaker 2: sure are. We sure are. Please keep up the pressure.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Please keep calling your member of Congress. Keep calling your
- 7:32Speaker 2: senator and let them know what you want. Right now,
- 7:36Speaker 2: the the big obviously the big debate is getting the
- 7:40Speaker 2: Senate to do this. But there's another iteration of the
- 7:44Speaker 2: legislation currently being considered in the House. Remember, we have
- 7:47Speaker 2: the SAVE Act. It's been it's been passed a bunch
- 7:49Speaker 2: of times by the House, never by the Senate. and
- 7:52Speaker 2: now the Save America Act is being generated, and they're
- 7:55Speaker 2: drafting the bill. The reason it's a little bit different
- 7:58Speaker 2: is because they're adding the photo ID requirement. But the
- 8:01Speaker 2: pressure is on from the White House to also restrict
- 8:05Speaker 2: mail-in voting, that is absentee ballots, to only people who
- 8:09Speaker 2: actually need them. No more everybody gets an absentee ballot,
- 8:12Speaker 2: only if you have a legitimate excuse for not showing
- 8:15Speaker 2: up to the polls, is the position that President Trump
- 8:18Speaker 2: is taking. And so there is... Right now, reportedly, and
- 8:23Speaker 2: the White House apparently has confirmed this, conversation going on
- 8:26Speaker 2: with Congress to add this to the legislation. Here's what
- 8:31Speaker 2: NBC reported overnight. The White House is keeping pressure on
- 8:34Speaker 2: House Republicans ahead of a crucial vote on mail-in voting.
- 8:39Speaker 2: The Trump administration, this is NBC's version, so I'll have
- 8:42Speaker 2: to translate it. The Trump administration continues to press congressional
- 8:45Speaker 2: Republicans to add a provision to their voter requirements bill
- 8:48Speaker 2: that would either ban mail-in voting with limited exceptions or
- 8:52Speaker 2: limit the way voting by mail can be used. Yeah,
- 8:55Speaker 2: that makes sense. These absentee ballots for only when you
- 8:58Speaker 2: have a legitimate absence from the polls. A senior administration
- 9:03Speaker 2: official telling NBC, quote, we have had productive conversations with
- 9:07Speaker 2: House Republicans as recently as last night, and we are
- 9:10Speaker 2: optimistic about the inclusion of the president's wish to ban
- 9:14Speaker 2: the use of mail-in ballots with limited exceptions. You know,
- 9:21Speaker 2: this goes a very long way towards achieving what Jimmy
- 9:26Speaker 2: Carter said in the early 2000s about our elections. Remember,
- 9:32Speaker 2: as you talk about this with your family and your
- 9:34Speaker 2: friends and why this is so important, there was a commission,
- 9:38Speaker 2: a bipartisan commission done in the early 2000s called the
- 9:41Speaker 2: Carter-Baker Commission, a Democrat and a Republican. The Democrat in
- 9:45Speaker 2: this case is Jimmy Carter, the former president, now the
- 9:48Speaker 2: late president, late former president, rather, of the United States.
- 9:51Speaker 2: And Carter, at the time in this study, concluded that
- 9:57Speaker 2: in order for us to have safe elections, you need
- 10:00Speaker 2: to show photo ID. You need to limit absentee ballots
- 10:06Speaker 2: as much as possible. And these things would make the
- 10:09Speaker 2: elections more credible. So limiting absentee ballots at one point
- 10:14Speaker 2: was a Democrat priority. Many years ago, they operated when
- 10:20Speaker 2: there was some concern at all about the credibility of
- 10:22Speaker 2: our elections that, you know, we need to limit the
- 10:24Speaker 2: number of mail-in and absentee ballots because that particular vector
- 10:30Speaker 2: for fraud is immense. Absentee ballots are a hotbed of
- 10:36Speaker 2: fraud opportunities. And in fact, like just to give you
- 10:40Speaker 2: an example of how this works, you know, in California,
- 10:43Speaker 2: they have legal ballot harvesting, legalized ballot harvesting. You understand
- 10:46Speaker 2: what that is? Ballot harvesting is when a third party
- 10:49Speaker 2: political operative takes a ballot out of your hands and
- 10:52Speaker 2: then claims they're going to deliver it on your behalf.
- 10:56Speaker 2: And the left specializes in this. They've done it both
- 10:59Speaker 2: illegally and legally in the states that allow it. And
- 11:02Speaker 2: it's insane that that even happens. What they do is,
- 11:05Speaker 2: for instance, they will send their operatives to a nursing home,
- 11:08Speaker 2: to an old folks home. They'll get everybody inside the
- 11:11Speaker 2: old folks home to fill out ballots, oftentimes the way
- 11:14Speaker 2: that they tell them to fill them out. Go ahead, grandma,
- 11:16Speaker 2: just fill out the ballot like this. And then they
- 11:19Speaker 2: take the ballot from them and then they hand deliver
- 11:22Speaker 2: all the votes for Democrats that they possibly need to. Now,
- 11:25Speaker 2: what about votes for Republicans? What if they believe they're
- 11:27Speaker 2: holding a ballot that is a vote for a Republican? Well,
- 11:30Speaker 2: what's to stop them from dumping it in a trash
- 11:32Speaker 2: can and not actually bringing it to its final destination? Obviously,
- 11:37Speaker 2: if you've got somebody who has built in political motivations
- 11:41Speaker 2: to the way that they handle ballots, that increases the
- 11:44Speaker 2: likeliness that this will be a rigged affair and not
- 11:48Speaker 2: in any way a credible one. So ballot harvesting is
- 11:51Speaker 2: an insane thing. And in fact, if you want to
- 11:54Speaker 2: do something at the federal level, ban ballot harvesting nationwide.
- 11:58Speaker 2: There is no excuse for for that kind of handling
- 12:02Speaker 2: of America's election ballots. Add that to the Save America Act,
- 12:06Speaker 2: a ban on ballot harvesting so that California can't get
- 12:09Speaker 2: away with this garbage or any other Democrat-run state that
- 12:12Speaker 2: claims they've legalized it. So basically, that's a form of
- 12:17Speaker 2: absentee voting, though, where you're not actually going to the polls.
- 12:20Speaker 2: You're handing your ballot to a third-party political operative, and
- 12:24Speaker 2: then they're supposedly delivering it, and you actually don't know
- 12:27Speaker 2: if that's the case. It's a crapshoot. So in other words,
- 12:31Speaker 2: that is, again, a massive vector for fraud. So let's
- 12:37Speaker 2: not do that. This is why President Trump wants to
- 12:39Speaker 2: ban the use of absentee ballots with limited exceptions. That,
- 12:44Speaker 2: in a way, kind of does ban ballot harvesting. Like, no,
- 12:47Speaker 2: you have to have a legitimate reason for being absentee. Now,
- 12:52Speaker 2: but I do think that the legislation should go a
- 12:54Speaker 2: step further. Ban ballot harvesting. Craziness. But this is a
- 12:59Speaker 2: productive development. So here you have the White House is
- 13:01Speaker 2: having conversations with House Republicans. Now, I want to know,
- 13:05Speaker 2: why is it hard for House Republicans to add this?
- 13:07Speaker 2: Why is it even a debate right now with the
- 13:09Speaker 2: White House? Why is there any arm twisting going on
- 13:12Speaker 2: at all on this? The White House says that they're
- 13:16Speaker 2: having productive conversations with House Republicans. As recently as last night,
- 13:21Speaker 2: we're optimistic about the inclusion of the president's wish. They're
- 13:24Speaker 2: optimistic about it. To ban the use of mail-in ballots
- 13:26Speaker 2: with limited exceptions. NBC goes on to say that the
- 13:29Speaker 2: Save America Act is expected to pass in the House
- 13:32Speaker 2: this week or expected to get a vote. It would
- 13:34Speaker 2: require proof of citizenship to register to vote and presentation
- 13:37Speaker 2: of an ID to cast a ballot. Currently, no provisions
- 13:41Speaker 2: in the bill would limit mail-in voting. Speaker Johnson confirmed
- 13:46Speaker 2: to NBC Republicans are, quote, thinking and talking. They're thinking
- 13:53Speaker 2: and talking. Uh-oh. They're thinking and talking, everybody. What a change.
- 13:59Speaker 2: About whether to restrict mail-in ballots, but said no final
- 14:02Speaker 2: decisions have been made. He also seemed to question some
- 14:07Speaker 2: of Congress's authority in the space. I mean, I'm sorry.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Speaker Johnson, look at the Constitution, sir. Look at the Constitution. Look,
- 14:19Speaker 2: Speaker Johnson's a lawyer. He spent a lot of time
- 14:21Speaker 2: in courtrooms defending religious liberty, standing up for the First
- 14:24Speaker 2: Amendment to the Constitution. He's familiar with the document. He
- 14:28Speaker 2: may want to brush up on it, though. Congress has
- 14:30Speaker 2: a role here. Clean up our elections, Mr. Speaker. And
- 14:37Speaker 2: he might say, but Vince, I got the SAVE Act through.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Isn't that enough? No. No, I want it all. I
- 14:44Speaker 2: want these elections to be credible. And the president has
- 14:47Speaker 2: made it really clear over and over on Truth Social, especially,
- 14:50Speaker 2: that he wants to make it so that these absentee
- 14:52Speaker 2: ballots don't continue to be a massive source of fraud
- 14:55Speaker 2: in the United States. Here's your chance. Fix it. No
- 14:58Speaker 2: more thinking and talking. And we're not sure if we've
- 15:01Speaker 2: got the power. What do Democrats do when they when
- 15:04Speaker 2: they take power? What do Democrats do? What's happening in
- 15:09Speaker 2: Virginia right now? Democrats just took over the governor's mansion.
- 15:12Speaker 2: They took over the state house, the state Senate. They've
- 15:15Speaker 2: got a trifecta. They've got everything going on right now
- 15:17Speaker 2: for them. And instantly they've moved on the people of Virginia.
- 15:21Speaker 2: They're violating the constitution of the state of Virginia. They
- 15:24Speaker 2: don't care. They're going after everybody's guns. They're raising everybody's taxes.
- 15:27Speaker 2: They're allowing illegals to run roughshod over the whole state.
- 15:30Speaker 2: They do that in a second. and they don't have
- 15:33Speaker 2: any consideration whatsoever for the founding documents of the state
- 15:36Speaker 2: in which they occupy. Meanwhile, it's like pulling teeth to
- 15:39Speaker 2: get Republicans to read the United States Constitution and do
- 15:42Speaker 2: the constitutional and legal thing just to stand up for
- 15:45Speaker 2: us and sanctify our elections. Just do it. This is
- 15:56Speaker 2: not complicated. It's very simple. You know, It'd be hard
- 16:08Speaker 2: to blame us. It'd be hard to blame us if
- 16:10Speaker 2: we started to conclude or if we long ago concluded
- 16:13Speaker 2: that you're just bought and paid for if you can't
- 16:16Speaker 2: fight for the most obvious things for us. They're having
- 16:21Speaker 2: conversations right now about whether or not absentee ballots should
- 16:26Speaker 2: be limited to legitimate reasons. So what does Speaker Johnson say?
- 16:34Speaker 2: The answer is wait and see, he says. The answer
- 16:37Speaker 2: is wait and see. As always, it's wait and see.
- 16:39Speaker 2: There's a lot of discussion about it. I don't know
- 16:41Speaker 2: what the possibility is to act in that regard concerning
- 16:44Speaker 2: federal elections, but we'll have to see. Get to it, son.
- 16:50Speaker 2: You know the Constitution, and you know you can do this,
- 16:53Speaker 2: so do it. A House Republican familiar with the internal
- 16:56Speaker 2: discussion said it's ultimately a leadership call whether to attach
- 16:59Speaker 2: any mail-in ballot provisions to the legislation. A leadership call.
- 17:04Speaker 2: So here we go. So you see this? So Speaker
- 17:06Speaker 2: Johnson says, we're having lots of discussions. And then another
- 17:08Speaker 2: House Republican, a different member, says, well, it's actually up
- 17:11Speaker 2: to leadership. There's a lot of, oh, look at this.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Everyone's passing the buck. It's somebody else's responsibility to deal
- 17:16Speaker 2: with this. But an idea being kicked around is to
- 17:19Speaker 2: mandate that mail-in ballots can be sent only if they
- 17:22Speaker 2: are requested instead of sent to voters automatically, a provision
- 17:27Speaker 2: that falls well short of Trump's demands to prohibit mail-in
- 17:29Speaker 2: ballots altogether. So, in this particular case, they're saying, look,
- 17:42Speaker 2: we want to add something, but not what the president wants.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Why is that? What are you even doing? Explain yourself.
- 17:52Speaker 2: The SAVE Act as written includes provisions that could pass
- 17:54Speaker 2: with only Republican votes in the House. Adding limitations to
- 17:58Speaker 2: voting by mail could risk votes. What, among Republicans? The
- 18:05Speaker 2: current bill, I guess, is the lowest common denominator, a
- 18:07Speaker 2: person familiar with the House's process told NBC News. In
- 18:11Speaker 2: other words, they could risk, why would the Republicans risk
- 18:14Speaker 2: losing votes to make sure that absentee ballots are only
- 18:19Speaker 2: for legitimate voters? The hell is that? Somebody explain that
- 18:24Speaker 2: to me? Any member of House Republicans listening right now,
- 18:27Speaker 2: could you get in touch with me? Explain to me
- 18:29Speaker 2: what the hell that means. Are there House Republicans who
- 18:34Speaker 2: are in their seats by mail-in voting fraud right now?
- 18:37Speaker 2: Is that what that is? Explain yourselves. The White House
- 18:42Speaker 2: also has been putting pressure on the Senate. Good. Pushing
- 18:46Speaker 2: leadership to get around the 60-vote threshold required to pass
- 18:49Speaker 2: most legislation to get around it. I love how NBC
- 18:52Speaker 2: doesn't bother explaining to you that the pressure is to
- 18:55Speaker 2: get Republicans to live up to the rules of the Senate.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Actually take the floor. get Democrats to filibuster this thing
- 19:03Speaker 2: and get it across the finish line. John Thune has
- 19:05Speaker 2: been noncommittal. NBC correctly reports he's been noncommittal. He's been talking,
- 19:10Speaker 2: not doing. The bill already faces an uphill climb in
- 19:14Speaker 2: the Senate. Adding mail-in ballot restrictions would further alienate Republicans
- 19:19Speaker 2: who could come around to support the SAVE Act. Have
- 19:21Speaker 2: you noticed that, like, in this entire article, not a
- 19:24Speaker 2: single person is cited as being the Republican opposition to this?
- 19:29Speaker 2: There's no names. It's just sort of randomly gesticulating to
- 19:33Speaker 2: anonymous Republican lawmakers who would be uncomfortable with restricting mail-in ballots.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Who are they talking about? Is it Thumbelina?
- 19:42Speaker 4: Is it?
- 19:43Speaker 2: Is it Thom Tillis? Is that the guy? Is it Murkowski?
- 19:47Speaker 2: Is it Susan Collins? Is it any of the usual suspects?
- 19:50Speaker 2: Is it Mitch McConnell? Mitch McConnell, who can't leave the
- 19:53Speaker 2: Senate soon enough? Can we get Nate Morrison there, please?
- 19:56Speaker 2: What is going on? So in case you're wondering what's
- 20:01Speaker 2: going on with the SAVE Act, right now, according to
- 20:04Speaker 2: at least this report, and again, it's NBC, so take
- 20:07Speaker 2: it with a massive grain of salt, but they claim
- 20:09Speaker 2: that there are Republicans, and I believe this. I'm not
- 20:13Speaker 2: shocked at all by this particular recitation of the available facts.
- 20:17Speaker 2: They say that there are Republicans who are hesitating on
- 20:21Speaker 2: restricting absentee ballots to people with legitimate reasons to be absentee. Oh,
- 20:28Speaker 2: serenity now. Serenity. Pray for your country. And keep calling
- 20:33Speaker 2: your lawmakers. Let them know exactly what you want. You
- 20:36Speaker 2: want election integrity. And the president's made it really clear.
- 20:39Speaker 2: He's posted multiple times to Truth Social. There's just three
- 20:43Speaker 2: elements that he really wants in this SAVE Act. Americans only,
- 20:46Speaker 2: when you register to vote. ID, when you vote. And then,
- 20:51Speaker 2: of course, you know, Absentee ballots only for legitimate absentee voters,
- 20:56Speaker 2: like members of the military. This is not complicated. Just
- 20:59Speaker 2: make it what it used to be, a legitimate and
- 21:02Speaker 2: believable election. All right, more ahead on this edition of Vince,
- 21:05Speaker 2: including the pawing around in the dark for a reason
- 21:10Speaker 2: why the SAVE Act shouldn't pass by the Democrats. They're
- 21:13Speaker 2: coming up with the most insane possible excuses right now.
- 21:17Speaker 2: And you can watch them actually craft their lies in
- 21:20Speaker 2: real time. It's hilarious. It's ahead on this edition of events.
- 21:26Speaker 2: You know, trying to figure out what's going to happen
- 21:28Speaker 2: in the future is always a fun thing. In politics,
- 21:32Speaker 2: you can do that with an interesting website. This is
- 21:35Speaker 2: called Kaoshi. Have you ever looked at Kaoshi? It's kind
- 21:38Speaker 2: of interesting what's going on here. So basically, they have
- 21:43Speaker 2: all sorts of predictive features, including some things that have
- 21:46Speaker 2: already been pick. Like who will Trump nominate as the
- 21:49Speaker 2: Fed chair? Kevin Walsh, obviously. People were trying to guess
- 21:51Speaker 2: on that particular thing. Next U.S. presidential election winner. That's
- 21:56Speaker 2: one that I always like checking in on. What's the
- 21:58Speaker 2: deal there? J.D. Vance, the most likely right now at 25%.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom at 21%. And Marco Rubio is at 8%.
- 22:08Speaker 2: You can see here he's down by two points from
- 22:11Speaker 2: a recent assessment. Those numbers change all the time. And
- 22:14Speaker 2: this is basically where people are placing real money. in
- 22:17Speaker 2: order to make these predictions because they expect that they're
- 22:20Speaker 2: going to come true. Kind of neat to watch. You
- 22:22Speaker 2: get the pulse on what's going on in the world.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Cauchy is one of the only places where you can
- 22:26Speaker 2: actually trade on real world events in 50 states, all
- 22:29Speaker 2: 50 states. It's not just politics, economics. They've got markets
- 22:32Speaker 2: on everything from inflation numbers to sports, pop culture. I
- 22:35Speaker 2: like checking Cauchy just to track the odds, see what
- 22:37Speaker 2: people are actually putting their own money on. It's like
- 22:39Speaker 2: getting a pulse on what the world thinks is going
- 22:41Speaker 2: to happen. So go to calchi.com slash Vince, and you
- 22:43Speaker 2: can get a free $ 10 credit when you trade $ 100.
- 22:45Speaker 2: That's calchi.com slash Vince. Once again, calchi.com slash Vince. You
- 22:51Speaker 2: must be 21, and the purchaser must be present in
- 22:53Speaker 2: the state where the trade is placed. See important details
- 22:55Speaker 2: at calchi.com. Calchi is subject to U.S. regulatory oversight by
- 23:00Speaker 2: the CFTC. Okay. Thanks, Calchi. Great sponsor of our program, too.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Really appreciate that.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Okay.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Let's... Let's take a look at how Democrats are trying
- 23:10Speaker 2: to lie about the SAVE Act now. Here's an example
- 23:12Speaker 2: of it. One of the most hilarious Democrats for her
- 23:20Speaker 2: lies is Elizabeth Warren, who, of course, lied about being Indian. She's,
- 23:25Speaker 2: according to her DNA test, in fact, exactly 1 in 1,024th.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I knew I could say that. Native American, obviously. And
- 23:42Speaker 2: given her love for abortion and human sacrifice, clearly she's Aztec.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Here's Elizabeth Warren. And she was just confronted by the
- 23:52Speaker 2: great reporters over at Lindell TV, who asked her a
- 23:55Speaker 2: really simple question. Why do you oppose the SAVE Act?
- 23:58Speaker 2: Americans need ID for everything. So why do you oppose
- 24:01Speaker 2: ID for voting? Here's Elizabeth Warren. The SAVE Act is
- 24:06Speaker 2: expected to be brought this week to the floor for
- 24:08Speaker 2: a vote. Do you support voter ID for elections?
- 24:10Speaker 5: Well, it depends on what you mean by voter ID.
- 24:12Speaker 5: When you want to say that everyone has to produce
- 24:14Speaker 5: a birth certificate, including women whose married names are not
- 24:18Speaker 5: on their birth certificates, that creates a real problem for me.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Well, isn't that just one of the first steps in
- 24:23Speaker 2: getting married is getting a new ID?
- 24:25Speaker 5: Actually, it's not getting a new birth certificate because part
- 24:29Speaker 5: of what the SAVAG does is it says most driver's
- 24:31Speaker 5: licenses around the country won't work as an ID. And
- 24:34Speaker 5: that creates a terrible problem.
- 24:36Speaker 2: But you need an ID to do just about anything
- 24:37Speaker 2: in America. Shouldn't you need one to.
- 24:39Speaker 5: Vote in elections? You don't need a birth certificate. I
- 24:41Speaker 5: hope you know that. Thank you.
- 24:45Speaker 2: You don't need a birth certificate. I hope you know that.
- 24:49Speaker 5: All right.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Thanks, Mickey Mouse. You know.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Warren, of course, is lying. And you can hear her
- 24:55Speaker 2: craft the lies in real time because the reporter asked
- 24:57Speaker 2: her really simply, like, what? Like married women, married women.
- 25:02Speaker 2: They when you get married, you go through the process.
- 25:05Speaker 2: If you're going to change your name of doing that
- 25:06Speaker 2: with the government. So, of course, there's documentary evidence that
- 25:09Speaker 2: you're both an American citizen and that you changed your name.
- 25:12Speaker 2: This is not an impediment for married women. They've all
- 25:16Speaker 2: been through it. They know what they're talking about. They've
- 25:18Speaker 2: got the documents to prove it. And let me tell
- 25:21Speaker 2: you why this is so freaking phony on her part.
- 25:24Speaker 2: There's a number of explanations for this. Who do married
- 25:27Speaker 2: women vote for? Chat, who do married women in the
- 25:32Speaker 2: United States of America vote for? Democrats or Republicans? Let
- 25:39Speaker 2: me know. Who do they vote for?
- 25:40Speaker 5: Hmm.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Hmm. Jeopardy theme. Hmm. Married women. The chat, the chat's
- 25:50Speaker 2: getting it. Oh, here we go. Are, are Republicans, conservatives,
- 25:54Speaker 2: married women vote Republicans, says Zoidborg. Yeah, they vote for Republicans.
- 25:58Speaker 2: So the idea that Elizabeth Warren is all of a
- 26:00Speaker 2: sudden very concerned about the plight of married women being
- 26:02Speaker 2: able to vote. She, I mean, if she thought that
- 26:04Speaker 2: she could block married women from voting, she'd do it
- 26:07Speaker 2: in a heartbeat. It's so stupid. She's just like. Well,
- 26:12Speaker 2: I'd hate for married women to be disenfranchised. If married
- 26:15Speaker 2: women couldn't vote, that would make Democrats permanently in charge
- 26:18Speaker 2: of everything. She's so full of shit. It's so crazy.
- 26:25Speaker 2: And it's so true. I mean, that really is the phenomenon,
- 26:28Speaker 2: by the way. Single women vote Democrat, majority of them,
- 26:32Speaker 2: and married women vote Republican, the majority of them. That
- 26:35Speaker 2: has and will continue to be the case because... it's
- 26:39Speaker 2: pretty obvious married women, especially who have children or are
- 26:42Speaker 2: often an obvious thinking about what does the future look
- 26:45Speaker 2: like for my country? What kind of country am I
- 26:47Speaker 2: leaving to my family and my kids and my grandkids?
- 26:49Speaker 2: And as a result of that kind of thinking, you
- 26:52Speaker 2: think maybe we shouldn't waste the precious gift that we have,
- 26:56Speaker 2: that we call the United States of America. And that's
- 26:59Speaker 2: why they vote Republican over Democrat. Um, Now, the text
- 27:04Speaker 2: of the SAVE Act, in terms of this lie, it's
- 27:07Speaker 2: not going to be the first time you hear this.
- 27:08Speaker 2: It won't be the last time you hear it. The
- 27:10Speaker 2: left is going to keep pushing this thing. Let me
- 27:13Speaker 2: show you the text of the SAVE Act here, because
- 27:16Speaker 2: she makes a claim, Elizabeth Warren, that the only kind
- 27:19Speaker 2: of identification you could possibly use is a birth certificate.
- 27:23Speaker 2: That's not true at all. Here it is. And they
- 27:26Speaker 2: want to ensure only citizens are registered to vote in
- 27:28Speaker 2: elections for federal office. And then there's a, this is
- 27:31Speaker 2: section two of the bill. And here's the definition of
- 27:33Speaker 2: documentary proof of United States citizenship. You ready? Here are
- 27:38Speaker 2: the options. As used in this act, the documentary proof
- 27:41Speaker 2: of U.S. citizenship means any of the following. One, a
- 27:45Speaker 2: form of identification issued consistent with the requirements of the
- 27:49Speaker 2: Real ID Act that indicates the applicant is a citizen
- 27:53Speaker 2: of the United States. So this means not even those
- 27:56Speaker 2: phony baloney illegal alien real IDs that are being handed
- 28:00Speaker 2: out to truck drivers. illegal alien truck drivers in the
- 28:03Speaker 2: United States by Democrat states, those won't satisfy the requirement.
- 28:07Speaker 2: It has to demonstrate that you are a citizen of
- 28:10Speaker 2: the United States. That's one option. Two, a valid United
- 28:13Speaker 2: States passport. Three, a military identification card. Four, a valid
- 28:18Speaker 2: government issued photo identification card issued by a federal state
- 28:22Speaker 2: or tribal government showing that your place of birth was
- 28:25Speaker 2: in the United States. But Vince, not every state shows that. Okay,
- 28:30Speaker 2: start showing it. Show it on your state IDs whether
- 28:33Speaker 2: or not you are a U.S. citizen. Five, a valid
- 28:37Speaker 2: government-issued photo ID issued by a federal, state, or tribal
- 28:41Speaker 2: government other than an identification described in the first four paragraphs,
- 28:45Speaker 2: but only if presented with additional information, a certified birth certificate,
- 28:50Speaker 2: an extract from a U.S. hospital record of birth created
- 28:54Speaker 2: at the time of the applicant's birth, which indicates that
- 28:56Speaker 2: they were born in the United States. By the way, Yes,
- 29:01Speaker 2: birthright citizenship should pop up in your mind right now,
- 29:03Speaker 2: which is like, well, wait a second. Some people are
- 29:06Speaker 2: just like illegal aliens have babies and then the babies
- 29:08Speaker 2: become citizens. That's crazy. Yes, that is crazy. And that's
- 29:11Speaker 2: currently being litigated in our court system. And may the
- 29:14Speaker 2: Trump administration win on this fight. But right now that
- 29:17Speaker 2: that is a feature of the United States, which is
- 29:20Speaker 2: that people who are being born here are being made
- 29:22Speaker 2: American citizens right now due to that warped interpretation of
- 29:26Speaker 2: the Constitution. So the legislation just addresses that for now. C,
- 29:30Speaker 2: a final adoption decree showing the applicant's name and the
- 29:34Speaker 2: applicant's place of birth was in the United States. D,
- 29:37Speaker 2: a consular report of birth abroad of a citizen. of
- 29:40Speaker 2: the United States. And then a naturalization certificate, a certificate
- 29:45Speaker 2: of citizenship, an American Indian card issued by DHS. So
- 29:49Speaker 2: you see what I'm telling you? Look at this. All
- 29:52Speaker 2: of these things, there's a million different options to demonstrate
- 29:55Speaker 2: that you are a U.S. citizen, and they're not merely
- 29:57Speaker 2: that you have to produce a birth certificate and know
- 30:00Speaker 2: married women are not going to be obstructed. It's just
- 30:03Speaker 2: Elizabeth Warren doing what she does best, which is lying
- 30:07Speaker 2: to you. And you can hear her craft the lie
- 30:08Speaker 2: in real time as the reporter straight up asked her,
- 30:11Speaker 2: but wait a second, can't you just show an ID
- 30:13Speaker 2: in every other facet of life? But you can't show
- 30:16Speaker 2: a birth certificate, says Elizabeth Warren. Nobody's demanding that you
- 30:21Speaker 2: do that all the time. You just have to do
- 30:22Speaker 2: it once to register to vote. That's it. Or you
- 30:24Speaker 2: have to show any of those other five bajillion documents
- 30:27Speaker 2: that prove the same thing. Elizabeth Warren. She's lying again.
- 30:34Speaker 2: She's lying again. There she goes. Pocahontas herself lying. All right.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Coming up on the program, we've got some more to
- 30:43Speaker 2: get to, including Democrats going crazy. You see that Texas Democrat,
- 30:47Speaker 2: that member of Congress? who is fantasizing about some sort
- 30:52Speaker 2: of race war in the United States. It's a psychotic
- 30:56Speaker 2: clip going around. And I'm going to dive into it
- 31:00Speaker 2: and unpack what's really going on here. And additionally, speaking
- 31:04Speaker 2: of Democrat psychos, Jasmine Crockett is as crazy as ever.
- 31:10Speaker 2: And she says, you're morally depraved if you don't support her.
- 31:15Speaker 4: What?
- 31:16Speaker 2: More ahead on this edition of Vince. Coming up. Hey,
- 31:20Speaker 2: you ever think about aging? Does aging ever force you

- 34:11Speaker 2: promo code Vince at TakeLean.com. Speaking of medical stuff. Some
- 34:16Speaker 2: people in the chat I know are mentioning that I've
- 34:19Speaker 2: got a procedure on, let's see, tomorrow. I've got a
- 34:22Speaker 2: procedure tomorrow afternoon. I don't know if I announced it
- 34:26Speaker 2: here on the podcast or if I announced, I think
- 34:28Speaker 2: I did, or on the radio show. Sometimes they blur together,
- 34:31Speaker 2: so I forget where I've said these things. Coming up
- 34:35Speaker 2: tomorrow afternoon, I'm going in for a surgery for a
- 34:40Speaker 2: hernia that's on my hip. I've got a hip hernia
- 34:43Speaker 2: that I've got to get taken care of. Uh, and
- 34:45Speaker 2: it should be a relative, it's like an hour, I
- 34:47Speaker 2: think for the procedure. Um, surgeon's like super nice and competent.
- 34:51Speaker 2: And she actually did a surgery, the same similar surgery,
- 34:54Speaker 2: I think on a buddy of mine. So she came
- 34:56Speaker 2: very highly recommended. So I'll be in very good hands.
- 34:59Speaker 2: I think it's going to be a very quick thing,
- 35:01Speaker 2: which is great. And then, uh, I'll be back up
- 35:03Speaker 2: and running in no time. I said, I think I,
- 35:06Speaker 2: I said on one of the shows, I said, uh,
- 35:08Speaker 2: And my wife wants me to take the day off
- 35:11Speaker 2: on Thursday just to recover. She's like, well, you should
- 35:14Speaker 2: take a day, pause, and then come back on Friday.
- 35:18Speaker 2: And I said, okay, I'll do that. But when I
- 35:20Speaker 2: said that my wife wanted me to do it, somebody
- 35:22Speaker 2: suggested somewhere in the chat, they're like, oh, so you're
- 35:26Speaker 2: getting a vasectomy. No, I'm not getting a vasectomy. But
- 35:32Speaker 2: thank you for your concern. Thank you for your attention
- 35:34Speaker 2: to this matter. No, it's going to be totally fine.
- 35:38Speaker 2: But I got to knock that out. So what does
- 35:39Speaker 2: that imply for the shows, which is the most important
- 35:42Speaker 2: thing as far as you're concerned? Wednesday, producer Jim will
- 35:46Speaker 2: do the radio show for me. And then Thursday morning,
- 35:49Speaker 2: the amazing Sean Farish is filling in for me on
- 35:51Speaker 2: the podcast. And Thursday afternoon on the radio show, you've
- 35:55Speaker 2: got Jim. And then I'll be back Friday. I'll be
- 35:58Speaker 2: ship shape back on Friday. doing great stuff. The only
- 36:02Speaker 2: thing I'm worried about, fellas, is I won't be able
- 36:05Speaker 2: to consume any calories tomorrow morning ahead of the surgery.
- 36:08Speaker 2: They said only clear liquids and all this other stuff,
- 36:11Speaker 2: which is fine. I said, I did ask, I was like,
- 36:13Speaker 2: can I have coffee? And I drink my coffee black.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Is that okay? And they're like, yeah, yeah, that's fine.
- 36:17Speaker 2: You can drink black coffee. So I'll be caffeinated tomorrow.
- 36:20Speaker 2: The thing I'm worried about is will I have a
- 36:21Speaker 2: calorie deficiency such that I'm incapable of even like talking
- 36:26Speaker 2: to you. We'll see. We'll all experience that together. It'll
- 36:29Speaker 2: be a lot of fun. But I'll be on the
- 36:31Speaker 2: podcast tomorrow morning. That's the update. And thank you. You
- 36:34Speaker 2: guys are the best. People are saying they're going to
- 36:36Speaker 2: say some prayers. And no, I don't think, well, I
- 36:39Speaker 2: don't know. Somebody, preacher retired asks, and thank you for
- 36:42Speaker 2: being a preacher. So Vince, you're not going to need
- 36:44Speaker 2: a package of frozen peas, two crying emojis. I don't know.
- 36:48Speaker 2: Maybe I will, but just not, I won't have to
- 36:52Speaker 2: sit on it. Oh, it's going to be good. It's
- 36:58Speaker 2: going to be good. Come back Monday. No, but you know, Buss,
- 37:01Speaker 2: I hadn't even really thought about it. Honestly, I didn't
- 37:04Speaker 2: want to take Thursday off. I was like, well, whatever.
- 37:06Speaker 2: I mean, they told me it's going to be fine,
- 37:08Speaker 2: so I should be able to work Thursday. But Allison insisted,
- 37:11Speaker 2: which is probably good because I'll be I'll be they
- 37:14Speaker 2: do have to knock me out for the procedure tomorrow.
- 37:17Speaker 2: And so as a result, I won't be able to
- 37:18Speaker 2: stare at the news and develop smart thoughts for you
- 37:20Speaker 2: on Thursday. And so it's probably it's probably better for
- 37:24Speaker 2: all of us on Thursday. But that's just that's the update.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Just to let you know. Thank you. You guys really
- 37:29Speaker 2: are the best chat anywhere. You're the best.
- 37:32Speaker 3: All right.
- 37:33Speaker 2: Clear liquid does include vodka. I think that's right. I
- 37:37Speaker 2: think I'm going to skip the vodka. But thank you.
- 37:39Speaker 2: That's a that's a great recommendation. OK, let's get into
- 37:44Speaker 2: some of the craziness that the left is producing this week.
- 37:48Speaker 2: We've got. Well, this clip is going around. It's actually
- 37:52Speaker 2: not from this week. This is from December of 2024,
- 37:54Speaker 2: but it's finally getting some attention. A Texas Democrat who
- 38:01Speaker 2: was born in communist China. Yes, you heard me correctly.
- 38:05Speaker 2: An elected Texas Democrat by the name of Gene Wu,
- 38:10Speaker 2: who was born in communist China, was on a podcast
- 38:15Speaker 2: in December of 24 fantasizing about about various racial groups
- 38:20Speaker 2: banding together to take over this country from white oppressors. Yes,
- 38:27Speaker 2: I know, it's crazy. Let me play the clip and
- 38:30Speaker 2: then I'll explain to you what's actually going on in
- 38:34Speaker 2: it as if it needs any more explanation. But here's
- 38:36Speaker 2: a demented Democrat, China-born Congressman Gene Wu saying that the
- 38:44Speaker 2: non-whites in this country need to band together to take
- 38:47Speaker 2: on their oppressor? Watch.
- 38:50Speaker 6: I always tell people the day the Latino, African-American, Asian,
- 38:55Speaker 6: and other communities realize that they share the same oppressor
- 39:01Speaker 6: is the day we start winning. Because we are the
- 39:04Speaker 6: majority in this country now. We have the ability to
- 39:07Speaker 6: take over this country and to do what is needed
- 39:10Speaker 6: for everyone and to make things fair. But the problem
- 39:14Speaker 6: is our communities are divided. They're completely divided.
- 39:17Speaker 2: And I talk about this. So he straight up says
- 39:25Speaker 2: that you have to get all of the non-white racial
- 39:28Speaker 2: groups in the country together. to join together to go
- 39:33Speaker 2: after the quote, same oppressor. Now, what could he possibly
- 39:37Speaker 2: be talking about? If not white, what is he referencing?
- 39:41Speaker 2: What do you mean the same oppressor? Let's say for
- 39:44Speaker 2: a moment that he's not talking about people based on
- 39:47Speaker 2: their skin color. At least white people in this case. Well,
- 39:51Speaker 2: then why wouldn't he lump in white people into his
- 39:55Speaker 2: list of races that we all share the same oppressor,
- 39:58Speaker 2: that it's like something– it's like the system of governance,
- 40:02Speaker 2: the powers that be, the rich people, whatever it is
- 40:04Speaker 2: that he wants to say. It's pretty obvious what he's
- 40:06Speaker 2: talking about. Now, there's a lot of excuse-making going on
- 40:09Speaker 2: online right now saying– Well, he didn't say white. Well,
- 40:13Speaker 2: that's the most heavily implied reference to white you could
- 40:17Speaker 2: possibly imagine. And if that's not good enough for you,
- 40:20Speaker 2: that's fine. That's fine. Here, let me take this a
- 40:23Speaker 2: step further. I've actually got the actual original video pulled
- 40:29Speaker 2: up here. And I'm going to go through. Let me
- 40:32Speaker 2: just do this. I didn't even tell the guys I
- 40:33Speaker 2: was going to do this, but I want to make
- 40:34Speaker 2: sure to do it for you. I've got the transcript
- 40:37Speaker 2: pulled up, and I'm going to sort through it. In it,
- 40:39Speaker 2: he refers to white nationalism. And so, in other words,
- 40:44Speaker 2: he attacks the white people. He says it's white nationalism
- 40:49Speaker 2: that's causing your concern with illegal immigration in the country
- 40:53Speaker 2: right now. Take a look at this. Here he is.
- 40:55Speaker 2: This is the original interview. It's called Define American. He's
- 40:58Speaker 2: doing an interview. By the way, the guy who's interviewing
- 41:00Speaker 2: him is an illegal alien. His name is Jose Antonio Vargas.
- 41:04Speaker 2: At one point, he worked for the Washington Post. He's
- 41:06Speaker 2: an illegal alien interviewing this congressman. And here's the congressman saying, yeah,
- 41:12Speaker 2: the only reason you're concerned right now about illegals in
- 41:14Speaker 2: the country is because you're a white nationalist. Watch.
- 41:16Speaker 6: The scary thing for me is that what is driving
- 41:21Speaker 6: this newest round of anti-immigrant sentiment is purely a sense
- 41:27Speaker 6: of white nationalism. That there is a sense of America
- 41:32Speaker 6: really just belongs to white people.
- 41:35Speaker 2: That a lot.
- 41:36Speaker 6: Of people believe that God gave America to white people
- 41:40Speaker 6: to rule.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Okay, that is insane. This is attempting to stoke the flames.
- 41:49Speaker 2: of racial tension in the United States. And let there
- 41:53Speaker 2: be no doubt about what that original now viral clip
- 41:56Speaker 2: is saying. He's saying that, well, racial groups need to
- 41:59Speaker 2: band together to go after their oppressor, which is quite
- 42:01Speaker 2: obviously white people. And he's saying that the only reason
- 42:04Speaker 2: that illegal aliens are a concern to anybody right now
- 42:06Speaker 2: is quote, white nationalism. Now, remember the time in which
- 42:08Speaker 2: he's saying this. This is December of 2024. In other words,
- 42:12Speaker 2: you just made the election too big to rig. Donald
- 42:16Speaker 2: Trump was sent back into office on a wave of
- 42:20Speaker 2: concern about our borders being wide open. And it's not
- 42:24Speaker 2: just white people who sent President Trump back into office.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Every racial category in the United States, insofar as anybody's
- 42:31Speaker 2: trying to track racial categories, they all moved in Donald
- 42:34Speaker 2: Trump's direction. And that includes Black Americans, definitely Hispanic Americans
- 42:39Speaker 2: who voted for President Trump in somewhere in the vicinity
- 42:42Speaker 2: of 50% or more of Hispanic Americans in the country
- 42:46Speaker 2: voting for him. And like I said, black Americans moving
- 42:49Speaker 2: in his direction. You ask them why in the exit polls,
- 42:52Speaker 2: they say it's our borders are wide open. Our borders
- 42:55Speaker 2: are wide open and we need to restore order. I
- 42:57Speaker 2: liked my life economically under President Trump. It got crappier
- 43:01Speaker 2: under Joe Biden. And I want President Trump back because
- 43:04Speaker 2: I want our borders secure and I want illegal aliens deported.
- 43:07Speaker 2: A majority of Americans in 2024, the reason they vote
- 43:11Speaker 2: for Trump, a majority of Americans say they want mass deportations.
- 43:15Speaker 2: So this guy is lying, lying. And I know you
- 43:20Speaker 2: know that, but I'm giving you the details as to
- 43:21Speaker 2: why he's lying and how that lying is being crafted.
- 43:24Speaker 2: He's lying to you. And he's trying to stoke racial
- 43:30Speaker 2: chaos in the United States. That is a demonic move.
- 43:36Speaker 2: And so Gene Wu, yes, he's coming under fire right
- 43:39Speaker 2: now is what everybody's saying for this resurfaced clip. Not
- 43:42Speaker 2: only does he deserve to come under fire, he does
- 43:45Speaker 2: deserve to be kicked out of Congress, denaturalized, and thrown
- 43:49Speaker 2: the hell out of the country. This guy is an
- 43:54Speaker 2: agent of chaos, born in communist China. Here he is
- 43:58Speaker 2: sitting in the House of Representatives and telling the rest
- 44:00Speaker 2: of us that we should be at some sort of
- 44:02Speaker 2: racial strife against one another. How despicable can you possibly be? Well,
- 44:07Speaker 2: the answer is within the audio and the video that
- 44:10Speaker 2: you just heard and saw. And he's not alone. These
- 44:15Speaker 2: Democrats are so casually adhering to these racial themes. In fact,
- 44:22Speaker 2: it kind of washes over you, doesn't it? It's not shocking,
- 44:25Speaker 2: but it is appalling that we've become numb to the
- 44:28Speaker 2: fact that they're constantly trying to wield claims and false
- 44:32Speaker 2: claims specifically about racism. Meanwhile, they're the ones who are
- 44:36Speaker 2: absolutely racially obsessed in every aspect of American life. It's
- 44:41Speaker 2: all a power thing to them. It's not about principle
- 44:42Speaker 2: at all. So, for instance, here is Jasmine Crockett, who
- 44:48Speaker 2: just did another podcast, because apparently that's all she does.
- 44:50Speaker 2: She has podcasts and she whines. And she whines that
- 44:54Speaker 2: the reason people don't like her is because she's black
- 44:59Speaker 2: and she's a woman. In other words, you're a racist
- 45:01Speaker 2: and a sexist bigot because Jasmine Crockett is disliked.
- 45:06Speaker 3: Watch.
- 45:07Speaker 7: You know, there are those that have their own motivations
- 45:10Speaker 7: for critiquing and they're You know, I think that the people.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Is it just racism and sexism?
- 45:15Speaker 1: Like, what do you think it is?
- 45:17Speaker 7: I mean, I think there's a lot of things. I
- 45:19Speaker 7: think it depends on who it's coming from. But I've
- 45:22Speaker 7: been a Black woman my whole life. So this idea
- 45:24Speaker 7: that I'm going to go and be like, oh, well,
- 45:26Speaker 7: they're being racist or misogynistic towards me. Like, you think
- 45:29Speaker 7: I didn't know I was a Black woman when I
- 45:30Speaker 7: woke up and decided that I was going to run
- 45:32Speaker 7: for the United States Senate? You think I didn't factor
- 45:34Speaker 7: in and make sure that we had enough room to
- 45:36Speaker 7: account for that?
- 45:37Speaker 2: We did. We did. Yeah, I knew that there were
- 45:41Speaker 2: going to be a lot of people who are racist
- 45:43Speaker 2: and sexist against me. I had to account for that
- 45:46Speaker 2: when I decided to throw my wig into the ring
- 45:49Speaker 2: to run for Senate in Texas. Got it. It's like,
- 45:52Speaker 2: what are you even talking about? I mean, just like
- 45:54Speaker 2: it's craziness. It's just totally crazy. It couldn't possibly it's
- 45:59Speaker 2: got to be because you're racist and sexist. It couldn't
- 46:01Speaker 2: possibly be because of things like. Jasmine Crockett accusing Lee
- 46:05Speaker 2: Zeldin of taking money from Jeffrey Epstein when she knew
- 46:08Speaker 2: it was a completely different person with the same name.
- 46:10Speaker 2: It couldn't be that Jasmine Crockett recently said that just
- 46:13Speaker 2: because somebody commits a crime doesn't mean they're actually a criminal,
- 46:16Speaker 2: despite the fact that that's the definition of what a
- 46:19Speaker 2: criminal is, someone who commits a crime. It couldn't be
- 46:22Speaker 2: because she's been comparing ICE agents to slave patrols, demonizing
- 46:25Speaker 2: the good men and women of law enforcement who are
- 46:27Speaker 2: actually getting secure of our country's borders and ejecting illegal
- 46:30Speaker 2: aliens who are, in many cases, very violent and shouldn't
- 46:33Speaker 2: be here. It couldn't be because she said Trump supporters
- 46:37Speaker 2: are mentally ill on multiple occasions, alleging and dehumanizing, you know,
- 46:43Speaker 2: half the country or more. saying that, you know, something's
- 46:46Speaker 2: wrong with you mentally for wanting secure borders and a good,
- 46:51Speaker 2: strong economy. It couldn't be because she voted against a
- 46:54Speaker 2: resolution honoring Charlie Kirk and then was upset that, in
- 46:58Speaker 2: her words, only two Caucasians were among the Democrats who
- 47:02Speaker 2: joined her. No, she's not the racist idiot. You are,
- 47:07Speaker 2: in her tellings. That's Jasmine freaking Crockett. And she's a
- 47:12Speaker 2: member of the House. And she wants to become a
- 47:14Speaker 2: United States Senator. She really wants to. Oh, Texas, you
- 47:21Speaker 2: better stop her. I think Texas will. But come in for,
- 47:26Speaker 2: you know, help us, Texas. You're our only hope. Hey,
- 47:33Speaker 2: Jasmine Crockett continues here. She says that, you know, that
- 47:36Speaker 2: lie I told you about Lee Zeldin, where she was like, oh,
- 47:38Speaker 2: Lee Zeldin took money from Jeffrey Epstein. It was a
- 47:40Speaker 2: completely different person. Even the interviewer that she's sitting down
- 47:43Speaker 2: with says, don't you think that was a little far?
- 47:45Speaker 2: Don't you think maybe you should admit you screwed that
- 47:49Speaker 2: one up? Here's Jasmine Crockett saying, no, actually, I have
- 47:52Speaker 2: an obligation to lie to the American people. Here she is,
- 47:55Speaker 2: cut five, watch.
- 47:56Speaker 1: You know, when I see the moment on the House
- 47:57Speaker 1: where you seem to accuse Republican Lee Zeldin of taking
- 48:00Speaker 1: money from Jeffrey Epstein, but it seemed like if it
- 48:02Speaker 1: was not the same person, I wonder, like, is there
- 48:05Speaker 1: times in which the rhetoric goes too far? Are there
- 48:06Speaker 1: times in which you should say, you know, maybe I
- 48:08Speaker 1: messed that one up?
- 48:10Speaker 2: No.
- 48:11Speaker 7: Not in this environment.
- 48:12Speaker 3: I don't.
- 48:13Speaker 7: I think that, you know, we are really in uncharted territory.
- 48:17Speaker 1: So I hear your argument that you're reflecting the urgency necessary.
- 48:20Speaker 1: And so that's why it won't give an inch.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Correct. I love how he accepts that insane and totally
- 48:30Speaker 2: depraved answer as like, oh, I get it. Okay, so
- 48:33Speaker 2: you're reflecting the urgency of the moment. By lying? No,
- 48:37Speaker 2: this moment requires, we're in uncharted territory. I've just got
- 48:40Speaker 2: to do a lot of lying to navigate my way
- 48:42Speaker 2: out of it. Are people listening to this? Do people
- 48:44Speaker 2: listen to this and think, oh, yeah, that makes a
- 48:45Speaker 2: lot of sense? Doesn't make any sense. No, it means
- 48:48Speaker 2: you shouldn't be a member of Congress. This is insane
- 48:50Speaker 2: to me. In fact, you should be kicked out of Congress.
- 48:54Speaker 2: You want to do something good for us today, Speaker Johnson?
- 48:56Speaker 2: Advance a vote to kick her out of Congress for
- 48:58Speaker 2: endorsing lying as a strategy for being in that position. Yeah,
- 49:02Speaker 2: this moment calls for a lot of lying.
- 49:05Speaker 4: What?
- 49:06Speaker 2: Just, okay. So she didn't screw it up. She knew
- 49:09Speaker 2: she was lying. She just admitted it on a podcast,
- 49:12Speaker 2: and now she's saying that's actually a strategy she's using
- 49:14Speaker 2: for power. Okay, get her the hell out of Congress, please.
- 49:19Speaker 2: It's crazy. Oh, and by the way, she's a genius.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Do you know this? She is, well, she's intellectually superior
- 49:27Speaker 2: to you and to me. She is God's gift to thinking.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Here is Jasmine Crockett explaining this.
- 49:38Speaker 7: I've always been someone who has been intellectual. I was
- 49:41Speaker 7: top 10% of my class at Texas Southern my first
- 49:45Speaker 7: year in law school. I was always very much kind
- 49:49Speaker 7: of digging in and wanted to understand. I was always
- 49:52Speaker 7: the person that would bring the receipts and wouldn't back down.
- 49:56Speaker 2: You were always clapping back, too? I was always, yeah,
- 50:01Speaker 2: there was always a pushback.
- 50:02Speaker 7: If I feel like I am right on something, I
- 50:04Speaker 7: have always been very clear about that.
- 50:11Speaker 2: She's an intellectual. She's always been so far advanced, well
- 50:15Speaker 2: beyond the rest of us slow-witted people. She's not dull
- 50:21Speaker 2: like us. No, she's just very impressive. How much would
- 50:26Speaker 2: you pay to see a real IQ test administered to
- 50:30Speaker 2: Jasmine Crockett? She's a genius. Oh, it's so crazy. All right,
- 50:47Speaker 2: enough Crockett. I've tortured you enough. But she's crazy. She
- 50:52Speaker 2: is crazy. Hey, I've got an update for you. You know,
- 50:57Speaker 2: the search for Nancy Guthrie, which has dominated the news
- 51:01Speaker 2: this past week, it continues. And you know what's frustrating
- 51:04Speaker 2: about it? There's something deeply frustrating about it. There's no answers.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Nobody knows what happened. The FBI has been very involved,
- 51:09Speaker 2: although I have seen reports now that apparently local authorities
- 51:13Speaker 2: held off for a while before they requested help from
- 51:15Speaker 2: the feds. What was that about? Why are you wasting time?
- 51:18Speaker 2: Why don't you just request help from the world's premier
- 51:21Speaker 2: law enforcement agency right away from the FBI? But anyway,
- 51:24Speaker 2: the FBI eventually gets in there and at the president's direction,
- 51:27Speaker 2: they've been working really hard to try and find Nancy Guthrie.
- 51:31Speaker 2: And that brings us to the last 24 hours. A
- 51:35Speaker 2: bunch of apparent deadlines have been passed from whoever claims
- 51:39Speaker 2: to have her. And Savannah Guthrie released a heartbreaking video
- 51:46Speaker 2: where she's now calling on the public to help find
- 51:50Speaker 2: her mother. She seems to be out of options. She's
- 51:52Speaker 2: now asking for the whole public to be on the
- 51:54Speaker 2: hunt for where her mother might be. Here's Savannah Guthrie
- 51:59Speaker 2: making a plea to the rest of us.
- 52:01Speaker 4: Hi there, everybody. I wanted to come on and just
- 52:08Speaker 4: share a few thoughts as we enter into another week
- 52:15Speaker 4: of this nightmare. I just want to say, first of all,
- 52:21Speaker 4: thank you so much for all of the prayers and
- 52:28Speaker 4: the love that we have felt, my sister and brother
- 52:31Speaker 4: and I, And that our mom has felt. Because we
- 52:38Speaker 4: believe that somehow, someway, she is feeling these prayers. And
- 52:43Speaker 4: that God is lifting her even in this moment and
- 52:45Speaker 4: in this darkest place. We believe our mom is still
- 52:51Speaker 4: out there. We need your help. Law enforcement is working
- 53:00Speaker 4: tirelessly around the clock trying to bring her home. trying
- 53:04Speaker 4: to find her. She was taken and we don't know where.
- 53:09Speaker 4: And we need your help. So I'm coming on just
- 53:15Speaker 4: to ask you, not just for your prayers, but no
- 53:19Speaker 4: matter where you are, even if you're far from Tucson,
- 53:22Speaker 4: if you see anything, if you hear anything, if there's
- 53:25Speaker 4: anything at all that seems strange to you, that you
- 53:30Speaker 4: report to law enforcement, We are at an hour of desperation.
- 53:39Speaker 5: And we need your help.
- 53:43Speaker 2: It is heartbreaking. And she's doing what I think any
- 53:48Speaker 2: child who loves their parents would do in this situation,
- 53:51Speaker 2: which is exhausting every possible option to try and locate
- 53:55Speaker 2: your mother to get her back. So that's the update.
- 54:01Speaker 2: And so in other words, like it sounds at this moment, unfortunately,
- 54:03Speaker 2: kind of helpless. Our friend Dan Bongino was on with
- 54:08Speaker 2: Sean Hannity last night, and he was assessing some of this.
- 54:13Speaker 2: And he detects three possibilities as to what actually happened here.
- 54:18Speaker 2: And I'm glad to hear Dan vocalize this. And I think,
- 54:21Speaker 2: by the way, Dan really excels at this particular thing,
- 54:23Speaker 2: coming right out of the FBI, former deputy director now,
- 54:26Speaker 2: with a clear view of what their capabilities are. And
- 54:29Speaker 2: he says that, look, I'm staring at this case, and
- 54:31Speaker 2: I'm thinking... You know, there are some elements to this
- 54:35Speaker 2: that suggest that this may not be what everybody else
- 54:38Speaker 2: thinks it is right now. Watch Dan assess this.
- 54:41Speaker 3: So what's going on right now? I see three possibilities, Sean,
- 54:45Speaker 3: and I'm not going to weight them. I'm just these
- 54:48Speaker 3: are three possibilities. If you apply Occam's razor, I see
- 54:51Speaker 3: could apply. The first would be obviously it's a kidnapping.
- 54:55Speaker 3: That was an intended kidnapping for a ransom payment. That
- 54:58Speaker 3: would be the first possibility, Sean. Again, I'm not waiting
- 55:00Speaker 3: any of them. The second possibility would be this was
- 55:03Speaker 3: just a crime that went awry.
- 55:06Speaker 2: Someone was at the house.
- 55:07Speaker 3: Maybe it was a burglary. Maybe something went bad and
- 55:09Speaker 3: that you've got some bad actors committing another crime unrelated,
- 55:14Speaker 3: in other words, requesting a ransom for something you didn't
- 55:17Speaker 3: do just to take advantage of a situation like this.
- 55:19Speaker 2: OK, let me pause on this particular scenario. Imagine how
- 55:26Speaker 2: dynamic of a thinker you would have to be to
- 55:31Speaker 2: be that kind of criminal you know what dan is
- 55:34Speaker 2: suggesting here the second scenario which is that they went
- 55:37Speaker 2: there maybe they're trying to burglarize the house and then
- 55:40Speaker 2: in the process they encounter nancy guthrie and then maybe
- 55:43Speaker 2: they kill her or something and then they have to
- 55:45Speaker 2: figure out what to do with the body and they
- 55:47Speaker 2: take her now we haven't heard evidence by the way
- 55:50Speaker 2: you know as far as i can tell that they
- 55:52Speaker 2: found you know remnants of her dna suggesting a struggle
- 55:56Speaker 2: or murder or what i We're still waiting on so
- 55:59Speaker 2: many details. It feels like there's just not a lot
- 56:01Speaker 2: of answers. Um, if that's the case, they took her.
- 56:06Speaker 2: So they thought, okay, well, we accidentally killed her, take
- 56:09Speaker 2: the body. And then we'll see if we can't turn
- 56:11Speaker 2: this into a payday. Maybe we'll just like claim we've
- 56:13Speaker 2: got the body and get a rate. I mean, you'd
- 56:15Speaker 2: have to imagine being that creative. Couldn't you apply that
- 56:18Speaker 2: kind of thinking to something much more productive than robbing
- 56:22Speaker 2: people and then using their bodies in order to like solicit,
- 56:27Speaker 2: elicit random, uh, ransom payments. It's crazy. But it's a scenario,
- 56:32Speaker 2: and Dan's just exploring all of the possibilities here.
- 56:35Speaker 3: The third possibility, again, this is where I think you
- 56:40Speaker 3: have to kind of think out.
- 56:41Speaker 2: I'm sorry, you said they found her blood. Okay, so
- 56:43Speaker 2: there is some evidence. Yeah, okay, so the chat is
- 56:46Speaker 2: reminding me they found her blood. So there is some
- 56:48Speaker 2: evidence of her DNA at the scene. Okay, but again,
- 56:51Speaker 2: we have very limited information, but that would support the
- 56:53Speaker 2: theory that Dan is expressing here. And here's more from Dan.
- 56:57Speaker 3: And this is where I think you have to kind
- 56:59Speaker 3: of think outside of the boxes. especially given some of
- 57:02Speaker 3: the messaging that we've seen lately, is the possibility that
- 57:05Speaker 3: there may have been some kind of maybe a medical
- 57:08Speaker 3: emergency or something, and maybe this was not a kidnapping.
- 57:14Speaker 3: And I say that only because, and again, I'm not
- 57:17Speaker 3: weighting these possibilities. We're just, when you can't find someone
- 57:21Speaker 3: at a crime scene like this right away within the
- 57:24Speaker 3: first couple of days, you either have really good surgical
- 57:27Speaker 3: type operators or Or the story you've been told or
- 57:31Speaker 3: you may have believed may not be the story.
- 57:33Speaker 2: I mean, may not be the story. In other words,
- 57:36Speaker 2: like the prevailing narrative here that she's been taken by kidnappers,
- 57:41Speaker 2: holding her for ransom. And, you know, the way that
- 57:45Speaker 2: she's going to be returned is if the ransom payment
- 57:47Speaker 2: is made, which, of course, the Guthrie's, by the way,
- 57:49Speaker 2: have said, we'll pay. We're ready to pay. Just tell
- 57:52Speaker 2: us what to do. We're going to do it. Um,
- 57:54Speaker 2: a frustrating story, uh, especially for the Guthrie's, but just
- 57:57Speaker 2: as for the rest of us, as we're watching this, just,
- 58:00Speaker 2: just frustrating that it seems like there really are no
- 58:02Speaker 2: good leads right now. They were doing everything. They were,
- 58:05Speaker 2: they were searching the septic tank at the house. They
- 58:07Speaker 2: were doing everything. Uh, and, and not a lot of
- 58:09Speaker 2: new or important information here. Everybody hoping for a break.
- 58:13Speaker 2: I do hope they get one. I hope we get
- 58:14Speaker 2: one soon. Uh, but there's Dan. Nice to see Dan
- 58:17Speaker 2: in that venue. Just kind of talking about this. Um,
- 58:19Speaker 2: really good stuff, Dan, by the way. You'll hear more

- 59:54Speaker 3: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 59:57Speaker 3: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
