• 3:08
Speaker 6: it starts right now.
• 3:10
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 3:11
Speaker 4: It is a scathing report.
• 3:13
Speaker 6: It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
• 3:17
Speaker 6: to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Overside
• 3:21
Speaker 6: Committee on Tuesday asks the Justice Department to investigate former
• 3:27
Speaker 6: President Joe Biden's use of the autopen to sign executive
• 3:31
Speaker 6: orders and pardons. The request came after the committee released
• 3:37
Speaker 6: every report on its investigation into Biden's use to the
• 3:41
Speaker 6: auto pen and whether it indicated an administration cover up
• 3:46
Speaker 6: of an alleged cognitive decline. In a letter to the
• 3:50
Speaker 6: Attorney General, Pam Bondi, Representative James Comer, the chairman of
• 3:55
Speaker 6: the committee, accused Biden's aides of coordinating what he described
• 4:00
Speaker 6: it is a quote cover up of the president's diminished faculties.
• 4:05
Speaker 6: I want you to hear what James Comra had to
• 4:07
Speaker 6: say about all of this earlier on TV.
• 4:10
Speaker 7: Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
• 4:14
Speaker 7: a White House ants and the autopen What specific executive
• 4:18
Speaker 7: actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's knowledge
• 4:22
Speaker 7: and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
• 4:28
Speaker 1: focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
• 4:32
Speaker 1: Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
• 4:38
Speaker 1: and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
• 4:41
Speaker 1: Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
• 4:45
Speaker 1: the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
• 4:50
Speaker 1: gave conflicting reports as to how the autopin use was authorized.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: But to the end of the day, one thing that
• 4:59
Speaker 1: was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
• 5:02
Speaker 1: everyone but Jeff Ziance, the chief of Staff, in the end,
• 5:05
Speaker 1: was that they never saw Joe Biden they never heard
• 5:08
Speaker 1: from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
• 5:10
Speaker 1: policy discussions with Joe Biden when he talked about the
• 5:14
Speaker 1: pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
• 5:17
Speaker 1: there was no chain of custody, there was no consistency
• 5:21
Speaker 1: in how the use of the auto pen. I think
• 5:24
Speaker 1: it's safe to say that there was a cover up
• 5:26
Speaker 1: of Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
• 5:30
Speaker 1: doctor O'Connor an opportunity to come in and defend his
• 5:34
Speaker 1: all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
• 5:37
Speaker 1: in perfect fiscal and mental shape, and he pled the
• 5:40
Speaker 1: Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
• 5:43
Speaker 1: in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
• 5:46
Speaker 1: with that, you battled with Matt when you were here
• 5:49
Speaker 1: fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
• 5:51
Speaker 1: of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
• 5:54
Speaker 1: and Joe Biden said this and that, and when we
• 5:57
Speaker 1: had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
• 6:00
Speaker 1: spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years,
• 6:04
Speaker 1: near attending his executive secretary, who we see Trump's executive
• 6:08
Speaker 1: secretary with him multiple times a day. She only had
• 6:11
Speaker 1: limited communication with Joe Biden. They kept Joe Biden shielded.
• 6:17
Speaker 1: There was a cover up of his mental decline. And
• 6:20
Speaker 1: there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
• 6:24
Speaker 1: that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
• 6:26
Speaker 1: making process with the pardons and the executive orders.
• 6:30
Speaker 4: You think about how shocking that is.
• 6:32
Speaker 6: A staff that literally is not speaking or spending time
• 6:36
Speaker 6: or talking to the President of the United States of America.
• 6:39
Speaker 6: And that's part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged
• 6:44
Speaker 6: misuse of the auto pen that included pardons and official documents.
• 6:50
Speaker 6: That is part of what this investigation is all about.
• 6:53
Speaker 6: James Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
• 6:57
Speaker 8: I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
• 7:00
Speaker 8: and TV lent, this stinks to how I heaven, So
• 7:03
Speaker 8: we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
• 7:06
Speaker 8: Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
• 7:10
Speaker 8: in approving these pardoners?
• 7:12
  Speaker 4: Real hard evidence.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: There really isn't, and it's astonishing when you're talking about
• 7:17
Speaker 1: thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders. Basically any
• 7:21
Speaker 1: legal document, especially during the last three months of the
• 7:25
Speaker 1: Bidy administration. That's what we focused on, and every person
• 7:29
Speaker 1: who we deposed had a different story on what the
• 7:32
Speaker 1: proper process was that they followed in using the autopen
• 7:37
Speaker 1: to sign a legal document. Their stories were inconsistent. And
• 7:40
Speaker 1: then when you throw in the emails from the Merrick
• 7:43
Speaker 1: Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to these very staffers
• 7:48
Speaker 1: about the excessive use of the autopen and asking point
• 7:52
Speaker 1: blank questions what was their process, then the entire stories changed,
• 7:58
Speaker 1: So the inconsistencies are available. One thing that is consistent, Laura,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: is the fact that no one saw Joe Biden, no
• 8:06
Speaker 1: one who authorized the autopen or even gave the authorization
• 8:10
Speaker 1: to use the autopen. No one who authorized autopen or
• 8:13
Speaker 1: actually physically manually pressed the power button a lottipen ever
• 8:17
Speaker 1: heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there are no notes,
• 8:21
Speaker 1: there's no chain of custody that would show that Joe
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Biden was involved in any meetings where they discussed the
• 8:28
Speaker 1: pardon process. I mean, this is a Polligue and everyone
• 8:32
Speaker 1: in America saw during the debate and during the last
• 8:35
Speaker 1: few months of the Biden administration. This was a President
• 8:38
Speaker 1: in decline. The staffers confirmed that they would go weeks, months,
• 8:43
Speaker 1: and even years without communicating with Joe Biden. This is
• 8:47
Speaker 1: a massive cover up, and what we determined was every
• 8:50
Speaker 1: pardon should be declared noel and void.
• 8:53
Speaker 6: I want you to think about what you just heard.
• 8:55
Speaker 6: Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
• 8:58
Speaker 6: on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
• 9:01
Speaker 6: No one quote ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes,
• 9:06
Speaker 6: no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
• 9:11
Speaker 6: an auto pen. And many of the people that should
• 9:14
Speaker 6: have been talking to the president didn't speak to him
• 9:17
Speaker 6: for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
• 9:22
Speaker 6: So who was running the country. Well, we know that
• 9:26
Speaker 6: Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
• 9:29
Speaker 6: what we do have now is forty seven hours of
• 9:32
Speaker 6: transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
• 9:39
Speaker 6: former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
• 9:45
Speaker 6: people in the press office, including the White House Press Secretary,
• 9:49
Speaker 6: are now on the record talking about the lies they
• 9:52
Speaker 6: told the American people and made of the lies that
• 9:55
Speaker 6: the media was happy to tell.
• 9:56
  Speaker 4: As well.
• 9:58
Speaker 6: The other thing that I'm going to play for You
• 10:00
Speaker 6: is a montage put out by the House Oversight Committee.
• 10:04
Speaker 6: Joe Biden was not running the show, and their new report,
• 10:08
Speaker 6: they say, exposes how Biden's decline was real and his
• 10:12
Speaker 6: aides covered it up. Take a listen to what they
• 10:15
Speaker 6: put together, proving the point that no one really knows
• 10:20
Speaker 6: who was doing the auto pen and who was signing
• 10:23
Speaker 6: what or who was even directing it.
• 10:25
  Speaker 4: Take a listen.
• 10:27
Speaker 9: Was the number one issue either campaign, the president's business
• 10:33
  Speaker 9: or his age.
• 10:39
Speaker 10: Did you ever see President Biden in a wheelchair?
• 10:42
Speaker 4: I did not recall ever seeing President inviting in a
• 10:44
  Speaker 4: wheels Paris.
• 10:46
Speaker 10: And new information now on the people in his inner
• 10:49
Speaker 10: circle and how the cover up actually operated.
• 10:54
Speaker 11: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple of
• 10:57
Speaker 11: months ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an
• 10:59
Speaker 11: a president for their own gain.
• 11:02
Speaker 12: How much were you paid for your role in the
• 11:04
Speaker 12: campaign in twenty twenty four.
• 11:08
Speaker 3: Just sim was showing nine dollars?
• 11:10
Speaker 13: Oh sorry, how much billion dollars? You believed that the
• 11:14
Speaker 13: president should stay in the race, your own financial stake
• 11:17
Speaker 13: in the matter, but was a factor in any way
• 11:20
Speaker 13: your advice to the president?
• 11:21
  Speaker 3: Hi, I don't believe.
• 11:23
Speaker 11: That, and when I come to President Biden's decline, the
• 11:26
Speaker 11: official word from Biden World about all these news stories
• 11:30
Speaker 11: is that nothing has been revealed this week that shows
• 11:34
Speaker 11: that President Biden was anything but an effective president.
• 11:37
Speaker 12: Yes, I noticed that he was aging in terms of
• 11:39
Speaker 12: the physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled
• 11:44
Speaker 12: das more stuckling over the rig in gash than you
• 11:48
Speaker 12: did at the beginning of the term.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
• 11:55
Speaker 1: and his speeches were less effective. I thought we talked
• 11:57
  Speaker 1: about age.
• 11:58
Speaker 8: We knew it was you, and we tried to design
• 12:02
  Speaker 8: a strategy.
• 12:03
Speaker 10: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether.
• 12:08
Speaker 2: The president should have a cognitive and Sam.
• 12:10
Speaker 10: Flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial of
• 12:14
Speaker 10: the president's cognitive decline.
• 12:16
Speaker 5: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
• 12:18
Speaker 5: you the truth and FU if.
• 12:20
Speaker 4: You can't handle the truth.
• 12:22
Speaker 9: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
• 12:27
Speaker 12: His mental acuity is great, it's fine.
• 12:30
Speaker 4: It's as good as it's been over the years.
• 12:32
Speaker 13: He is sharp, he is on top of things.
• 12:34
Speaker 11: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity?
• 12:38
Speaker 4: He had a sharpness to him.
• 12:40
Speaker 10: I said, what I believe to be true.
• 12:42
Speaker 11: Do you think he was as sharp as you?
• 12:46
Speaker 1: I said, I had not seen decline.
• 12:51
  Speaker 5: And I hadn't.
• 12:52
Speaker 3: He is just fine. How people interpret that is up
• 12:56
  Speaker 3: to them.
• 12:58
Speaker 5: We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas Sor.
• 13:02
Speaker 5: She's the former senior advisor to President Joe Biden. She
• 13:05
Speaker 5: was the third person set to appear before James Cober's committee.
• 13:09
Speaker 4: She has now taken the fit.
• 13:11
Speaker 5: There is now a pattern of key Biden confidants seeking
• 13:14
Speaker 5: the shield themselves from criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
• 13:19
Speaker 9: Were you ever told to lie about the President's health.
• 13:21
  Speaker 11: The Advising Council?
• 13:23
Speaker 3: I must respectfully declined to answer based upon the physician
• 13:25
Speaker 3: patient privilege, and in reliance, am I right under the
• 13:28
  Speaker 3: fifth Mandate Constitution.
• 13:30
Speaker 9: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
• 13:32
Speaker 9: Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
• 13:37
Speaker 9: ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
• 13:41
  Speaker 9: as president?
• 13:42
Speaker 10: And we can tell you that he will have the
• 13:45
Speaker 10: same answer with respect to any questions.
• 13:46
  Speaker 11: That are asked.
• 13:47
Speaker 9: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
• 13:51
Speaker 9: Biden execute the duties of the president's that did Joe Biden,
• 13:55
Speaker 9: a member of his family, or anyone at the White
• 13:57
Speaker 9: House ever instruct you to lie guarding his health on.
• 14:01
Speaker 12: The advice and counsel our respect M trying to answer
• 14:03
  Speaker 12: the questions soon.
• 14:05
Speaker 10: Constitution And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims
• 14:09
Speaker 10: Hunter Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
• 14:12
Speaker 4: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family. He
• 14:15
Speaker 4: was almost like a chief of staff.
• 14:17
Speaker 9: Did you notice it up to ever when Unter Biden
• 14:19
Speaker 9: was around, Yes, towards.
• 14:21
Speaker 10: The end that he was living with the president, they
• 14:24
Speaker 10: were lying not just to the public, they were lying
• 14:26
Speaker 10: to other Democrats. Have you ruled out a pardon for
• 14:29
  Speaker 10: your son?
• 14:29
  Speaker 4: Yes?
• 14:30
Speaker 13: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a party yes?
• 14:33
Speaker 9: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding
• 14:37
Speaker 9: his son were drum.
• 14:40
  Speaker 12: Now?
• 14:40
Speaker 1: Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
• 14:45
Speaker 1: him two times. Two times.
• 14:48
Speaker 12: Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
• 14:51
Speaker 12: bite and understand the context.
• 14:52
Speaker 11: How often would you say that you've interacted with the
• 14:54
  Speaker 11: personal person.
• 14:56
Speaker 4: I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
• 14:58
Speaker 12: I think I met with the front a handful of
• 15:01
Speaker 12: times during my tenure in White House. You got to say,
• 15:03
Speaker 12: that doesn't look anything like the president that I know
• 15:05
Speaker 12: when I deal with him. He's sharp, he's asking tough questions.
• 15:08
Speaker 12: That's the President Biden that so many of us experience
• 15:11
  Speaker 12: every single day.
• 15:12
Speaker 4: Yeah, I think it's missing in some context.
• 15:17
  Speaker 13: I don't.
• 15:18
Speaker 1: So it raised a serious concerns and serious questions about
• 15:21
Speaker 1: who was colin shots in the White House. If the
• 15:23
Speaker 1: White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president at stakes,
• 15:28
Speaker 1: who was operating Noble.
• 15:30
Speaker 13: Page wasn't an issue for you for President Byo, No,
• 15:37
Speaker 13: it was what it was not at the term.
• 15:39
Speaker 9: So you think President Biden is fully in commands that
• 15:41
Speaker 9: night during the debate.
• 15:43
Speaker 11: I do believe that he was fully in command that
• 15:45
Speaker 11: night during the debate.
• 15:46
Speaker 1: I knew it was very difficult to get past some
• 15:49
Speaker 1: of the visual things that were causing people concerned about
• 15:52
  Speaker 1: the president.
• 15:53
Speaker 13: The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong.
• 15:57
Speaker 12: Yes, he often would confuse names.
• 16:00
Speaker 9: You think it got worse as you knew.
• 16:02
  Speaker 4: Yes?
• 16:03
Speaker 1: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself when you
• 16:06
Speaker 1: say you have the mentally physical capacity to serve another
• 16:09
  Speaker 1: four years.
• 16:10
Speaker 10: Yes, I did not have the experience that it took
• 16:12
Speaker 10: him longer to answer simple question.
• 16:15
Speaker 13: He could still he was still santisically, what did you say?
• 16:19
Speaker 10: It was something that we did that coin.
• 16:20
Speaker 13: It was something that the media coined. Did you or
• 16:23
Speaker 13: did anyone ever verify if the videos as we were
• 16:25
Speaker 13: talking about were impacts cheap fakes? I believe so. But
• 16:30
Speaker 13: there were instances where videos were circulated of present by
• 16:33
Speaker 13: it and appearing confused or freezing for a moment that
• 16:36
