How to watch the Perseids meteor shower
The peak of the Perseids meteor shower will occur this coming weekend – on the nights of August 12th and August 13th. The best viewing hours are after midnight, in a dark sky location – making Israel's Negev a popular destination. KAN's Naomi Segal heard more from Ira Machefsky, the "Star Man of Mitzpe Ramon," who leads night sky tours out of the desert town.
