- 0:58Speaker 10: I'm gonna go on right now. Gino Smith, Derwin James,
- 1:03Speaker 10: the Chargers Vegas tonight at ten o'clock. You can miss
- 1:10Speaker 10: me on that. I'm just going ahead on on the record.
- 1:13Speaker 10: I won't be catching none of that at ten o'clock
- 1:15Speaker 10: to night, so I don't know what they're supposed to
- 1:18Speaker 10: be doing, but I'm sorry.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Pete Carroll and John Harball.
- 1:25Speaker 10: I just won't be able to do more football at
- 1:29Speaker 10: ten pm tonight.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Let's kick off.
- 1:33Speaker 10: Yeah, they're having two games to night Monday Night football
- 1:35Speaker 10: Tampa Bay at Houston at seven, and then the Chargers
- 1:39Speaker 10: at the Vegas Raiders at ten p m. Maybe our
- 1:44Speaker 10: favorite resident Raider fan, Jared to be up, but I'm
- 1:49Speaker 10: and it's more of that. I'm football exhausted already. If
- 1:53Speaker 10: you try to get it in, I'm telling you be
- 1:57Speaker 10: like I was last night with the Vikings Falcon. I
- 2:01Speaker 10: had went to watching reruns of Scandal. I needed something
- 2:06Speaker 10: different on and claim my palette. I've been doing football
- 2:11Speaker 10: since Thursday night, Thursday night, Friday night, high school.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Saturdayday, Tennessee, Georgia.
- 2:18Speaker 10: I was I made it through the Stillers and the
- 2:21Speaker 10: Cowboys and the Chiefs and the Eagles. After they went off,
- 2:24Speaker 10: I was done. I went and made me some grape
- 2:27Speaker 10: kool aid, got me some robecue chips, and I turned
- 2:30Speaker 10: on Olivia Pope. Yeah, I went all the way back.
- 2:33Speaker 10: I'm coming about. I started Hot season.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Season one, one, Episode one, episode one.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I went back. Wow, I had to. That was it.
- 2:43Speaker 10: I didn't have any left. I didn't want to see
- 2:45Speaker 10: any more competition.
- 2:47Speaker 1: First down.
- 2:48Speaker 10: I didn't want to see somebody receiver get up on
- 2:51Speaker 10: a two yard catch. I was tired.
- 2:53Speaker 1: What you could be no.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Long ball receptions for touchdowns.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 2:59Speaker 10: I know right now it's eight thirty eight o three.
- 3:04Speaker 10: I'm not gonna want to do football at ten PM
- 3:06Speaker 10: to night. I just already know. After that much football.
- 3:11Speaker 11: That happens every year that the Raiders get put on
- 3:15Speaker 11: Monday night football at ten pm Eastern, it's like it's
- 3:20Speaker 11: hard for I don't know a lot of East Coast
- 3:24Speaker 11: Raider fans that, and I know there aren't people that
- 3:28Speaker 11: are so into football that, Okay, I got to watch
- 3:31Speaker 11: the Raiders this late.
- 3:34Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 3:35Speaker 10: I know so and Raider fans, like you're saying, that's
- 3:38Speaker 10: a national that's Raider fans live everywhere. It's not that
- 3:42Speaker 10: they are just from California or from Nevada. Raider fans
- 3:46Speaker 10: are like Steller fans, like Cowboy fans, they just live
- 3:49Speaker 10: country wide, worldwide.
- 3:53Speaker 1: The Chargers a little more regional. They are.
- 3:56Speaker 10: You know, I always seen the Chargers as the Falcons
- 4:00Speaker 10: of the West. They're a regional team that people that
- 4:04Speaker 10: were around San Diego El where they started in LA
- 4:07Speaker 10: when they first started sixty years ago, and they moved
- 4:10Speaker 10: to Chargers to San Diego. Now they're back in LA,
- 4:13Speaker 10: they're more of a regional team.
- 4:16Speaker 4: So.
- 4:18Speaker 10: That fan base is fine. The Raider fan base, Like
- 4:21Speaker 10: you're saying, if I'm East Coast, how do I watch
- 4:23Speaker 10: this game that late at night with any enthusiasm? Because
- 4:28Speaker 10: unless the game is high tempo, if it's that's why
- 4:31Speaker 10: I say, if the Vikings game, y'all just go kick
- 4:33Speaker 10: some field goals. Now, let me hit this scandal man
- 4:36Speaker 10: season one? Are we really if y'all y'all gonna do
- 4:40Speaker 10: is be kicking field goals? I can click on to
- 4:42Speaker 10: something else right now?
- 4:44Speaker 1: Are we seeing?
- 4:44Speaker 12: The NFL just refusing to leave any crumbs on the table.
- 4:48Speaker 12: So I might miss a couple of thousand East Coasts
- 4:52Speaker 12: Raider fans, but I'm gonna get the whole West Coast
- 4:56Speaker 12: able to watch. They not in traffic no more. They home,
- 4:59Speaker 12: They done had dinner, and hey, football's on. It's almost
- 5:03Speaker 12: like the college games. Remember how we were complaining, like
- 5:05Speaker 12: why are these college games starting at eleven pm? But
- 5:07Speaker 12: the West Coast, for them, it's eight o'clock and it's
- 5:11Speaker 12: football time.
- 5:12Speaker 10: For most of the country operates on eastern most in
- 5:15Speaker 10: old time, and most of the countries on this side
- 5:19Speaker 10: of the Mississippi.
- 5:22Speaker 12: Even for sports, though, I'm saying the people. I used
- 5:25Speaker 12: to always think to myself that those games that start
- 5:29Speaker 12: on the West Coast super early in the morning force
- 5:32Speaker 12: those fans that actually live out there going to the
- 5:34Speaker 12: stadium to get up early, and they're only doing that
- 5:37Speaker 12: so we can catch the game in prime time kind
- 5:40Speaker 12: of stuff.
- 5:40Speaker 10: Well, typically they put West Coast games on at the
- 5:43Speaker 10: four o'clock hour, yeah, which is one o'clock out there,
- 5:46Speaker 10: So it ends up being the same kind of day
- 5:48Speaker 10: you would have had if you were on the East Coast.
- 5:53Speaker 10: So that's typically that window that they put those teams in.
- 5:56Speaker 10: If you're going to see the Bronco game and it's
- 5:59Speaker 10: in Denver, it's probably going to be in that four
- 6:01Speaker 10: o'clock hour, except for on Monday nights, and that's the
- 6:04Speaker 10: thing on Monday nights. But even on some of those nights,
- 6:10Speaker 10: you still got to pull the game up. You're losing
- 6:12Speaker 10: your audience because if you're trying to only you would
- 6:18Speaker 10: have to be just a full NFL person to catch
- 6:24Speaker 10: these games the way the football is presented to you.
- 6:27Speaker 10: That's something for me. Now someone is only doing NFL,
- 6:30Speaker 10: they might be good tonight, but if I start with
- 6:34Speaker 10: your Thursday night game, and then I have a cousin
- 6:36Speaker 10: friend or even work for high school, and I caught
- 6:39Speaker 10: some of that, went out to that, and then I
- 6:41Speaker 10: rolled around to what College, and then I tried to
- 6:45Speaker 10: get my pro team yesterday. It's like I have talked
- 6:49Speaker 10: to Big Kenny and you about comedy. There's a moment
- 6:52Speaker 10: in comedy that you're done laughing.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Now.
- 6:56Speaker 10: I'm tired now, so we can get up and leave. Sorry,
- 7:00Speaker 10: Big Kenny, you the headliner, but I was just about
- 7:04Speaker 10: some headlin. First, three dudes have killed me, and I
- 7:08Speaker 10: am exhausted. I feel fatigued inside.
- 7:11Speaker 1: It's a headline. I've been laughing now there.
- 7:13Speaker 10: If they aren't funny, then I'm still ready. But if
- 7:19Speaker 10: they are hilarious, by the time I get to you,
- 7:25Speaker 10: it's over. My funny bone has been satisfied.
- 7:28Speaker 12: And if I can make you laugh, That's why they
- 7:30Speaker 12: booked me as the headliner, because that dude could keep them.
- 7:32Speaker 1: And that's why leave.
- 7:34Speaker 10: That's why it ain't it's not always I'm trying to
- 7:36Speaker 10: beat the traffic. Now, while you see people getting up
- 7:39Speaker 10: and leave, they have just raised their hand and admitted
- 7:43Speaker 10: to himself. Man, enough is enough.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Man.
- 7:47Speaker 10: I had a friend called me, we're tired. I've literally
- 7:50Speaker 10: said that it comedy shows. Man, I'm tired. Man, I
- 7:52Speaker 10: got it. That's enough.
- 7:53Speaker 12: A friend caught me after a comedy show once. I said, Man,
- 7:56Speaker 12: I didn't know how physical this was. He I'm exhausted,
- 7:58Speaker 12: like I'm laughing on my and I want to really
- 8:01Speaker 12: just rest now he's Adam, I did not know this
- 8:05Speaker 12: was that physical.
- 8:06Speaker 1: So yeah, it makes sense.
- 8:07Speaker 10: And it's just based on the order and the talent
- 8:10Speaker 10: before you get there.
- 8:11Speaker 12: So you spoke about our resident East Coast Raider fan,
- 8:15Speaker 12: loyal listener, Dred Lloyd. He said, tell me about it.
- 8:18Speaker 12: Hate this stupid double Monday night game. Then we have
- 8:22Speaker 12: short week going to d C Sunday at one pm.
- 8:25Speaker 12: Now that we didn't ask for that second grand you
- 8:28Speaker 12: know what I'm saying. We didn't ask for that second grievance.
- 8:31Speaker 12: But the Monday night thing is affecting him, and he
- 8:34Speaker 12: is a if no one is a loyal Raider fan,
- 8:37Speaker 12: he is. He'll fly down Mexico while they kidnap just
- 8:41Speaker 12: to watch the game.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's a very interesting game. I just knew
- 8:45Speaker 1: that game.
- 8:45Speaker 4: And as I said, the Chargers have a young kid
- 8:48Speaker 4: that started my football camp and he's from Haines City, Florida,
- 8:53Speaker 4: Jersey is up on the wall.
- 8:55Speaker 1: We've interviewed on the show.
- 8:57Speaker 10: Yeah, I love watching him play, but I ain't gonna
- 9:00Speaker 10: have nothing for you. I barely even have any interest
- 9:03Speaker 10: in it. I'm tired. I'm football tired. So let me
- 9:06Speaker 10: ask this question. That's why I like when the offseason
- 9:09Speaker 10: come because I need to that competitive that watching it
- 9:14Speaker 10: anything can wear you out where you're just tired of
- 9:17Speaker 10: doing it. It doesn't matter what you you think. It
- 9:19Speaker 10: isn't but.
- 9:21Speaker 4: You said you said something key though San Diego excuse me,
- 9:25Speaker 4: La Chargers. They are a regional team. So, and I'm
- 9:29Speaker 4: with Kenny. I think that ESPN is taking a chance. Say, hey,
- 9:32Speaker 4: we know that a lot of people might not want
- 9:34Speaker 4: to watch that Charges game if we started around eight
- 9:37Speaker 4: thirty nine o'clock like, because sometimes they usually start those
- 9:40Speaker 4: games within the hour of the the on a Monday night.
- 9:44Speaker 4: Sometimes you get it within the hour of the next game.
- 9:46Speaker 4: You can double screen, or you can watch both games.
- 9:49Speaker 4: But they're seeming as though they're going with this game
- 9:52Speaker 4: directly after and they're going after that market. The California
- 9:56Speaker 4: market to get the ratings.
- 9:57Speaker 1: For this there.
- 9:58Speaker 10: I think somebody needs to invent a new show for ABC.
- 10:03Speaker 10: They don't have any content, so they're willing to take
- 10:06Speaker 10: the numbers they get by doing this duality. That's how
- 10:10Speaker 10: they got a game on ESPN and one on the ABC.
- 10:13Speaker 10: It's the same company, it's still Disney and they don't
- 10:18Speaker 10: have anything.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Maybe next week the Bachelor starts in.
- 10:22Speaker 11: Their shows later like normally a new TV season September
- 10:28Speaker 11: now to be moved to October.
- 10:32Speaker 10: So you're filling it with something. I need some content.
- 10:35Speaker 10: I'll just put in a football game and maybe if
- 10:40Speaker 10: it was later in the season and both of these teams,
- 10:42Speaker 10: you know, nine and two and the other one was
- 10:45Speaker 10: something eight and three, but just second game of the
- 10:48Speaker 10: season ten pm. It's just a tough road for me.
- 10:53Speaker 10: Watch the Canelo Crawford fight. See get that in I
- 10:58Speaker 10: feel I dozed off.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I had to. I ain't gonna lie. I woke up.
- 11:03Speaker 4: See y'all think it's just me big, can it? I
- 11:06Speaker 4: woke up in time they didn't want to start fighting.
- 11:08Speaker 4: It was like twelve fifteen by that time they started. Yeah,
- 11:13Speaker 4: I didn't make it sure.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Look I can swear one o'clock.
- 11:17Speaker 12: This is how crazy the Alba Crawford Crawford fight was.
- 11:23Speaker 12: I did a show in Indianapolis, finished the show, went
- 11:27Speaker 12: to an after show function and they were like on
- 11:31Speaker 12: the second fight of the ninth and this was you know,
- 11:34Speaker 12: the show didn't start until nine o'clock. I'm back at
- 11:37Speaker 12: the hotel and they still aren't fighting, and I'm like, no, no,
- 11:42Speaker 12: and no, I'm not going.
- 11:43Speaker 1: It was one in the morning.
- 11:45Speaker 13: Do it.
- 11:46Speaker 10: We'll be back with more, which is a west coast
- 11:49Speaker 10: because they were in mass What I'm trying to tell you,
- 11:52Speaker 10: we'll be back more than Sports Shock show right after.
- 11:54Speaker 6: This mean me up for the ship one four full
- 12:02Speaker 6: of squid headed for Delaware with one change. Again, nothing
- 12:05Speaker 6: on my mom, but the Domsack relays with the glaze
- 12:08Speaker 6: in my eye that we find when we crave.

- 15:41Speaker 10: Welcome back to this boy Shot show. I'm this boy
- 15:43Speaker 10: shock Wayne Agandy. Good morning to you. If you had
- 15:48Speaker 10: a chance to check out the fight on Saturday night,
- 15:52Speaker 10: as I said here on the East Coast, it went
- 15:55Speaker 10: into the next day by the time Carnelo Alvarez and
- 16:02Speaker 10: Terrence Crawford finished their battle out at Allegiance Stadium. And
- 16:08Speaker 10: that's why I keep pressing upon all of you that
- 16:12Speaker 10: get mad at the tax revenue that the cities are charging.
- 16:16Speaker 10: It's because every city is building these stadiums for true
- 16:23Speaker 10: multi use. It used to be it went from grass
- 16:27Speaker 10: stadiums to indoor stadiums for kind of multi use to
- 16:34Speaker 10: now the newer stadiums is for full time. I can
- 16:38Speaker 10: hold anything and entertain building from a truck trailer jumping
- 16:44Speaker 10: to a presidential convention and so on and so and forth.
- 16:49Speaker 10: I can put it on a movie. It's just a fool.
- 16:53Speaker 10: And that's why I feel. And I still got that
- 16:56Speaker 10: card in my back pocket. Don't be surprised. I said
- 17:00Speaker 10: it'd be an elevator that can take you to the
- 17:02Speaker 10: bottom floor to just gamble, just flat out gamble. Why
- 17:08Speaker 10: not big time gambling too, similar winning beverages and hot
- 17:15Speaker 10: I'm talking about full hard rock Oh yeah, oh yeah,
- 17:17Speaker 10: come on, let it ride type gam Maybe I just
- 17:20Speaker 10: want always somebody at the stadium. If you go check
- 17:23Speaker 10: as much as you if you're just going there for games,
- 17:26Speaker 10: you would be probably amazed how many days of activity
- 17:31Speaker 10: that stadium is actually running. They're just not doing it
- 17:35Speaker 10: in every part. But there's downing halls and convention rooms
- 17:40Speaker 10: and all kinds of things at the bottom. They didn't
- 17:44Speaker 10: just put those things in there for those ten, twelve,
- 17:47Speaker 10: fifteen games a year. Now it's a lot of activity
- 17:51Speaker 10: going on in there, and they're competing with each other.
- 17:54Speaker 10: They're they're competing because they've seen how these especially basketball venues,
- 18:00Speaker 10: when you think about that's typically where you get your concerts. Now,
- 18:05Speaker 10: for those bigger artists that the Beyonce's need a football stadium,
- 18:10Speaker 10: yes they do. Alicia Keys needs a basketball arena.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Chris Brown needs a baseball state that kind of thing.
- 18:18Speaker 10: So in some of this baseball stadium and that's why
- 18:21Speaker 10: when they go into those stadium like the Cleveland Browns,
- 18:26Speaker 10: the Cleveland Browns, the city might want to keep more control.
- 18:29Speaker 10: They may want to not allow them to have certain things.
- 18:35Speaker 10: And you wonder why they move out, Like the Braves
- 18:37Speaker 10: here in Atlanta, they move from downtown because the ownership
- 18:40Speaker 10: of the Braves wanted to build that little area outside
- 18:44Speaker 10: the battery. That's not how the city of Atlanta wanted
- 18:48Speaker 10: it to be put up. And then when and that's
- 18:51Speaker 10: some of what they fought fought over, right, they they
- 18:54Speaker 10: just wanted them to put a stadium down there.
- 18:56Speaker 12: That's yeah, the batteries competing with Atlantic Station and.
- 18:59Speaker 1: You're too, batteries and comedy and bowling. Yeah, it's a
- 19:02Speaker 1: whole attraction. Now the hotels, yeah.
- 19:05Speaker 10: And now you're competing with the people that's voting against you.
- 19:08Speaker 10: That's where like the Fox Theater. Last time they were
- 19:11Speaker 10: talking about putting the casino. Well, Fox is like, well,
- 19:14Speaker 10: then the casino is going to take our shows. Yeah,
- 19:18Speaker 10: why would I vote for you to build a casino?
- 19:20Speaker 10: And now I can't get any of because why would
- 19:24Speaker 10: I want to hold it at the Fox when I
- 19:25Speaker 10: can hold it at where I know I can get.
- 19:29Speaker 4: People thirty thousand in here a day a day, I
- 19:33Speaker 4: can run two shows.
- 19:34Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, I can run the show for the people
- 19:37Speaker 10: want to see me, and I for the people didn't
- 19:39Speaker 10: know they wanted.
- 19:40Speaker 1: To see me. Then people showing up, what hold on?
- 19:43Speaker 1: They got Big Kenny at eleven thirty two. Yeah, let's
- 19:49Speaker 1: go see that.
- 19:49Speaker 10: So but Crawford Canelo Alvarez Canelo says that, and this
- 19:58Speaker 10: is a big statement for him because he did fight both.
- 20:00Speaker 10: Now it was ten twelve years apart, says Crawford is
- 20:04Speaker 10: way better than Floyd Mayweather. You have to from the
- 20:11Speaker 10: person who's saying it now, you have to kind of
- 20:15Speaker 10: and that's the thing when I talk about comparing people,
- 20:19Speaker 10: you have to look at people who play both people
- 20:25Speaker 10: or fought both people. You can't really well if you
- 20:28Speaker 10: didn't play this person. Sure, it's easy to say your
- 20:33Speaker 10: guy that you played against is better than the guy
- 20:36Speaker 10: that someone else is playing against. But Canelo fought Floyd
- 20:42Speaker 10: when he was like twenty twenty one something like that
- 20:46Speaker 10: or twenty two, and now he's fighting.
- 20:50Speaker 16: Crawford.
- 20:52Speaker 10: Now I've my way better? Is I think Crawford it's
- 20:56Speaker 10: the same guy. Crawford has power and Floyd didn't. I
- 21:03Speaker 10: would imagine That's what to me when I watched the fight,
- 21:06Speaker 10: it was it was like watching him fight Floyd all
- 21:09Speaker 10: over again. But the punches had some pop, yeah, sting,
- 21:14Speaker 10: whereas I can eat Floyd's.
- 21:16Speaker 1: They just quick and sharp. He lost the same kind
- 21:22Speaker 1: of way ranch on Floyd.
- 21:24Speaker 10: He lost where the speed of these guys froze his power.
- 21:30Speaker 10: When you watch, these guys are so fast, they don't
- 21:33Speaker 10: have to put their gloves up. They're so fast that
- 21:38Speaker 10: I'll leave fast that quickness that they are so quick,
- 21:43Speaker 10: they use their quickness as their defense instead of their gloves,
- 21:46Speaker 10: so they have a full view of you at all times.
- 21:50Speaker 10: And it was freezing him, wanting to let go because
- 21:54Speaker 10: I might not get out. I throw this hard overhand right,
- 22:01Speaker 10: see something hit me and that's to me what I saw.
- 22:04Speaker 10: The speed of Crawford was freezing the same white when
- 22:07Speaker 10: I watched him flight Floord a long time ago. It
- 22:10Speaker 10: was freezing him. Ah, I want to punch, but man,
- 22:14Speaker 10: he's coming back so quick with that counter.
- 22:16Speaker 11: There was a there's a slow mo video that I've
- 22:18Speaker 11: been seeing that he threw a left hook. And then
- 22:22Speaker 11: Crawford threw a left hook and when he got hit like,
- 22:26Speaker 11: he's like stun like I didn't see that coming.
- 22:29Speaker 4: He turned like, he turned back, He turned back, like
- 22:34Speaker 4: where did you come from?
- 22:35Speaker 1: That one?
- 22:36Speaker 4: But the mean great talk about it, like people got
- 22:38Speaker 4: to say, like, oh man, you really hit me Hoods.
- 22:41Speaker 1: And it was it was Stoles.
- 22:44Speaker 10: These two guys are masterful boxers and style like they
- 22:49Speaker 10: always hed styles make fights, and this is the hardest
- 22:52Speaker 10: thing for a fighter.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Panelo is a fighter.
- 22:56Speaker 10: Terrence Crawford is a boxer, and those are two different
- 23:02Speaker 10: types of It's no different when Tyson fought holy Field,
- 23:07Speaker 10: Oh man, the holy Field is a boxer, yes, with
- 23:10Speaker 10: some power. Mike Tyson was a fighter. Yes, that's what
- 23:15Speaker 10: frustrated Mike Tyson. Why won't you fight me? I want
- 23:18Speaker 10: you to fight me? Oh no, play Boy I'm just
- 23:22Speaker 10: gonna keep being this quick job and get on out
- 23:25Speaker 10: and see Terrence Kaffer stayed on that horse, didn't he? Yes,
- 23:28Speaker 10: he was right all night long. I'm not coming in
- 23:31Speaker 10: the middle and planning no feats with you, would feed
- 23:34Speaker 10: my feet with you.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I'm standing by the ropes, not doing that. How rope
- 23:37Speaker 1: a dope?
- 23:39Speaker 10: How many times as we go to break think him
- 23:40Speaker 10: in your mind, how many times you saw them in
- 23:42Speaker 10: the center the ring on the logo at the at
- 23:47Speaker 10: the bank. They were never standing in the center of
- 23:49Speaker 10: the ring. The cameraman working hard that.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Night, at the beginning of the round, when they come out,
- 23:55Speaker 4: come out the corners, that's when they That's the last
- 23:57Speaker 4: time see him in the center.
- 23:58Speaker 1: But big statement for him for Canelo to say that.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Crawford, you think Crawford's gonna retire, you think he's gonna
- 24:05Speaker 4: stop her. I mean, you're undefeated, you you've got everything now,
- 24:09Speaker 4: so what else do you have to prove? You Gotta
- 24:11Speaker 4: fight Floyd. He's he Lloyd now, just just just because
- 24:19Speaker 4: let these old fighters go. I'm just saying I don't
- 24:21Speaker 4: want to see old fighters, I know, but I'd rather
- 24:23Speaker 4: for him to fight Floyd than Mike Tyson.
- 24:26Speaker 10: Because I don't want to see him fight nobody that
- 24:28Speaker 10: ain't actually fighting.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Yeah, but the gimmick, the gimmick fight is just not
- 24:34Speaker 1: for me.
- 24:34Speaker 4: You beating Floyd Mayweather now does what it don't do?
- 24:38Speaker 4: It doesn't but no, it's no, but just doesn't. If
- 24:44Speaker 4: it's an exhibition, I can throw a touch I can
- 24:46Speaker 4: I can catch a touchdown on don right now?
- 24:50Speaker 1: Show could sling.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Run right by? Yeah, and all he'll be doing is
- 24:57Speaker 4: about that. Yeah, right now, I can run by.
- 25:03Speaker 1: And boast about it. Jot bow awayne Or of The
- 25:21Speaker 1: Sports Josh Show with Wayne Dandridius.
- 25:23Speaker 16: Coming up next, Lena Bloom for the Bail Project.

- 28:21Speaker 10: night football Tampa Bay, Houston at seven And if you
- 28:26Speaker 10: can get through that, there is a ten o'clock game.
- 28:29Speaker 10: So if you wake up to take your nightly bathroom
- 28:34Speaker 10: break or get you something to drink, or just to
- 28:37Speaker 10: put the temperature down, don't think that's a replay. That's
- 28:42Speaker 10: an actual live game, because you're gonna be looking like
- 28:44Speaker 10: man channels that I lead a TV on because I
- 28:47Speaker 10: do that all the time, Like especially when you're like
- 28:51Speaker 10: if you have two TVs, you go to the other
- 28:53Speaker 10: TV and be like, how is that on the same station.
- 28:56Speaker 10: It's you, dummy, That's what I tell myself. You the
- 28:59Speaker 10: same person and whatever you would have chosen on that
- 29:01Speaker 10: TV is, but you chose on this TV. Get it together,
- 29:05Speaker 10: Oh somebody think you see now? Were walking around here
- 29:08Speaker 10: talking about how did that TV get to the same thing?
- 29:10Speaker 1: Because you are the same person that changed the TV.
- 29:14Speaker 4: Oh oh, y'all acting like this ESPN on all these
- 29:18Speaker 4: times on every TV in the house.
- 29:21Speaker 12: Because and I'm laughing because I did that recently. Was
- 29:25Speaker 12: in my little man case spot turned the TV and
- 29:27Speaker 12: I was like, wait a minute, I was watching Is.
- 29:29Speaker 10: This always cued up? I was watching. I was watching
- 29:32Speaker 10: this upstairs.
- 29:33Speaker 1: How did it know? Is it a real smart TV?
- 29:36Speaker 1: In now? Wait a minute? Yeah, I was watching this
- 29:38Speaker 1: down here, brother be watching.
- 29:40Speaker 10: We were talking about Canelo and Crawford, Crawford winning, now
- 29:44Speaker 10: moving to forty two, and oh where he goes with
- 29:46Speaker 10: his career at this point? I think he moved up
- 29:48Speaker 10: because in his career certain times kind of like a
- 29:52Speaker 10: Roy Jones Jr. You have a lot of fame, didn't
- 29:55Speaker 10: have a lot of fortune. Cornelo Everes, He's always at
- 30:00Speaker 10: that weight where people paid close to a billion dollars
- 30:05Speaker 10: of gross he's had through for his fight. So Terrence
- 30:09Speaker 10: Crawford Bud, even though it's later in his career, he
- 30:13Speaker 10: hasn't had those fights, so he probably will try to
- 30:16Speaker 10: fight and find someone that can bring that to the ring.
- 30:21Speaker 10: But he is forty two and old and about thirty
- 30:25Speaker 10: four of those forty two wins and knockouts, So Bud
- 30:28Speaker 10: has put in the work. Omaha, Nebraska. We talked about
- 30:32Speaker 10: the late game tonight, WNBA. I still don't know what
- 30:35Speaker 10: you're doing. Still don't if now, maybe I would meet
- 30:42Speaker 10: with you and you would tell me sports job, and
- 30:47Speaker 10: I don't like really to talk about myself in the
- 30:50Speaker 10: third person, but sports shop, we have no power over
- 30:55Speaker 10: our schedule. And then I'd be like, you know what
- 30:57Speaker 10: I need to give y'all an apology, But why you
- 31:01Speaker 10: start playoffs or try to compete with NFL Sunday? I
- 31:09Speaker 10: told you guys Thursday, the WNBA playoffs started.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Sunday.
- 31:15Speaker 10: I forgot until like three games had gone by and
- 31:20Speaker 10: they was talking about some game was coming on at
- 31:22Speaker 10: like the Aces versus the Storm, and I was like,
- 31:26Speaker 10: they did start to day. Why would they do that
- 31:28Speaker 10: to themselves. Why do you think real quickly they do
- 31:30Speaker 10: that to themselves. They take the biggest day of the
- 31:34Speaker 10: week and start when they're trying to grow their audience.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Right yeah.
- 31:39Speaker 11: I think they're looking at themselves as like, this is
- 31:42Speaker 11: an alternative. You don't have to watch football every Sunday,
- 31:46Speaker 11: So here's an alternative if you want to see some sports.
- 31:52Speaker 10: So if I go to the sports bar, they're gonna
- 31:54Speaker 10: put on the WNBA game back by the bathroom. They're
- 31:58Speaker 10: not gonna change. They're not going to change thesean of
- 32:01Speaker 10: six TV's up here.
- 32:04Speaker 11: If you have asked, they'll probably say no, they won't.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Bar Jay, can we get one? He's w n B
- 32:14Speaker 1: a game. You got a dream? Gonna lie? They're gonna
- 32:18Speaker 1: send you into the back corner.
- 32:19Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, we'll put it on in the bathroom. But
- 32:22Speaker 4: we have got the monitors in the bathroom.
- 32:25Speaker 1: We do.
- 32:25Speaker 10: I watched some of the dream yesterday. I didn't say
- 32:27Speaker 10: there was people that didn't. I'm telling you that the
- 32:30Speaker 10: casual observer, you're you're putting your trying Why not tonight?
- 32:36Speaker 10: You got all tonight where competition is.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Lower, sports jock, But there's Monday night football.
- 32:44Speaker 10: Now there's only two choices. You got games in four
- 32:47Speaker 10: other cities, and Tampa doesn't have a w nb A team,
- 32:51Speaker 10: and uh does Houston have one now? Not not yet? Okay,
- 32:57Speaker 10: so you got one, you got one and the other.
- 33:01Speaker 10: Only out of the four teams to night, only one
- 33:03Speaker 10: of them have a team that's playing.
- 33:06Speaker 12: So your audience is open. Well, let me ask this
- 33:10Speaker 12: for and only because I know they may still choose football.
- 33:15Speaker 12: The Dream are playing the Fever. Yesterday, on the flight back,
- 33:21Speaker 12: a couple of Fever fans were coming to Atlanta for
- 33:25Speaker 12: last night's game. Is it that the people who actually
- 33:29Speaker 12: support the WNBA, who are actually buying tickets, are available
- 33:33Speaker 12: on the weekends. I might not take a Tuesday night
- 33:36Speaker 12: to go to a w NBA game. It's not that exciting.
- 33:39Speaker 12: So I'm mean, at least show up in person for
- 33:44Speaker 12: what is your regular attending people gotten you bankruptcy, man,
- 33:53Speaker 12: you're losing millions of dollars. They're still coming, these stadiums
- 33:56Speaker 12: have still been but you're trying to widen your audience.
- 33:59Speaker 10: Yeah, and that's the thing. That's that's the component that
- 34:02Speaker 10: I'm talking about. I'm not talking about you getting and
- 34:05Speaker 10: that has iHeart Dream fans and then I'm talking about
- 34:07Speaker 10: how do you get the other eyes of Atlanta.
- 34:10Speaker 12: And they have said that that's a priority for them.
- 34:13Speaker 12: Is broughtning the viewership. The NFL blew up in the
- 34:18Speaker 12: late nineties. I've explained I was already in the league.
- 34:23Speaker 12: The blow up came when they went to market that
- 34:27Speaker 12: football wasn't just for men. They went offering breast cancer awareness.
- 34:36Speaker 12: They started making all the NFL teams have you know,
- 34:42Speaker 12: different female employees, from trainers to vps and all these
- 34:48Speaker 12: kinds of things. They made a conservative effort to go
- 34:53Speaker 12: into that audience. I remember, and that's when the salaries
- 34:57Speaker 12: jumped off the scale. I remember for me, it it
- 35:00Speaker 12: was and this is a life experience for me. I
- 35:02Speaker 12: remember the first time watching an NFL game and a
- 35:06Speaker 12: tied commercial came on during the NFL and I went, whoa, whoa.
- 35:12Speaker 12: They have expanded to the whole family. Now the housewife
- 35:18Speaker 12: is now watching the NFL. Because before that it was
- 35:21Speaker 12: just beer commercials and tires.
- 35:24Speaker 1: That was it.
- 35:25Speaker 12: We were getting, you know, something about automotive and beer.
- 35:29Speaker 12: And now you had a whole detergent commercial in the
- 35:32Speaker 12: middle of this.
- 35:34Speaker 4: Yesterday, they ran a commercial during a lot of games
- 35:37Speaker 4: where it was. They were selling NFL apparel. In the
- 35:40Speaker 4: whole commercial, it was ladies in it. Yeah, young ladies
- 35:44Speaker 4: looked like they were in that age of maybe twenty
- 35:46Speaker 4: three to twenty seven years. Different styles, different sizes, different styles.
- 35:52Speaker 4: It was all when they made a concert it because
- 35:55Speaker 4: that's when they really arrived and when the audience the
- 36:02Speaker 4: grew and you went to the sports bar and you
- 36:04Speaker 4: got to get used to have to get there early
- 36:07Speaker 4: to get guys. Now women were already in the front
- 36:12Speaker 4: six seats. And to show you how looking at the
- 36:14Speaker 4: big screen you're sitting there like what you're thinking, they're
- 36:17Speaker 4: getting up to lead like, oh, they just came here
- 36:19Speaker 4: for no.
- 36:20Speaker 1: And to show you how profitable it is. They got
- 36:23Speaker 1: on their jerseys.
- 36:24Speaker 12: And because I was just about to say, a couple
- 36:27Speaker 12: of weeks ago, a Shador Sanders Cleveland Browns jersey arrived
- 36:31Speaker 12: at my house, not for me, not for me, but
- 36:37Speaker 12: and and so wow, it's the message is catching on.
- 36:40Speaker 1: It it's gaining viewers. Is a Saturday and my wife.
- 36:46Speaker 10: And that's my That's all I'm saying when I when
- 36:48Speaker 10: I bring up the part about why they're doing it
- 36:50Speaker 10: is if you got control, I'm not going to fight NFL.
- 36:54Speaker 10: We're not doing this. We're not starting our playoffs on
- 36:58Speaker 10: the NFL Sunday. We're trying to grow our audience. We're
- 37:02Speaker 10: trying to get some of them.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Not to.
- 37:06Speaker 10: Because the New York they're never gonna is going to
- 37:10Speaker 10: watch the Jets and the Giants.
- 37:13Speaker 1: So how do the Liberty get them to watch?
- 37:16Speaker 14: You?
- 37:17Speaker 4: Never getting a fall game in on the weekend then,
- 37:19Speaker 4: because the college football.
- 37:20Speaker 10: And I would stand a better chance against college Yeah,

- 41:01Speaker 5: And now back to the sports giant, Wayne Yandy. It's
- 41:24Speaker 5: a log as you can see a sports jaint.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I'll sing even.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Canny, Welcome back to the sport shock Shower. I'm in
- 41:34Speaker 4: the sportshock Wayne Chndy. The business of sports is always moving.
- 41:40Speaker 4: And as I asked, Coach app Brian Appling is the
- 41:44Speaker 4: head coach of Buford. Buford is the most dominant high
- 41:49Speaker 4: school football team in the state of Georgia over the
- 41:52Speaker 4: last twenty five years. They have won in that twenty
- 41:55Speaker 4: five year period about eighteen championships and probably.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Played for an the four or five of them.
- 42:01Speaker 10: The cathedral they have built up in North Georgia. You
- 42:08Speaker 10: should drive by or go to a game and your
- 42:11Speaker 10: draw will drop. You won't understand it, won't even actually
- 42:18Speaker 10: calculate that you're at a high school stadium. It's a
- 42:25Speaker 10: very confusing thing to be in that type of stadium
- 42:30Speaker 10: and see it that I'm gonna be calling.
- 42:33Speaker 1: High school games. It's that dynamic.
- 42:37Speaker 10: It's so different from where you probably went to a
- 42:40Speaker 10: high school game that it's night and it's truly night
- 42:46Speaker 10: in black hole type. It's a real difference. It's a
- 42:51Speaker 10: place where words I can't and I'm somehow for it
- 42:56Speaker 10: to be on a high school level. It it puts
- 43:00Speaker 10: to shame about ninety percent of the college stadiums I've
- 43:07Speaker 10: ever been. It's that speak. It's real. It's a real thing.
- 43:15Speaker 10: From the time you ride up on it, it just says,
- 43:20Speaker 10: you know that two beautiful locker rooms. They have it
- 43:25Speaker 10: to where the opposing team doesn't even have to come
- 43:27Speaker 10: on the side of They have their whole own press
- 43:31Speaker 10: row a ballroom.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Right now.
- 43:35Speaker 10: A couple of colleges have asked to even play there,
- 43:38Speaker 10: but the city they like to run it, and they
- 43:42Speaker 10: used to like to run their old stadium to the people,
- 43:44Speaker 10: the alumni, so they can't work the event. They don't
- 43:49Speaker 10: want to host it, so they have to work through that.
- 43:51Speaker 10: But it's otherworldly outside of it's better than Bobby.
- 43:57Speaker 23: Dodd, Georgia Tech's saying that's it because it's not on
- 44:05Speaker 23: it's not on the U g A levels.
- 44:08Speaker 10: It is but a micro size, but it puts Georgia
- 44:14Speaker 10: Tech would be lucky to go up there and play
- 44:18Speaker 10: in this high school but beautiful environment up there. On
- 44:22Speaker 10: Friday night, Big Kenny and I said, well let me
- 44:26Speaker 10: get back for this foore. We get to our online listeners.
- 44:30Speaker 10: U c l A has fired to Sean Foster, oh
- 44:34Speaker 10: and three, Virginia Tech has fired Brett Priye oh and three,
- 44:42Speaker 10: business of football. If we're gonna be paying these players
- 44:45Speaker 10: and these contracts, you on a shorter least, and we
- 44:47Speaker 10: thought at least couldn't get any shorter. You know, it
- 44:51Speaker 10: all went from uh.
- 44:53Speaker 4: You're here for at least three years to one year
- 44:56Speaker 4: to now three games because is as I said, when
- 45:01Speaker 4: you fire coach this fast, that means that the stove
- 45:05Speaker 4: was already hot when the season started.
- 45:10Speaker 1: And I really was just giving you the first month
- 45:12Speaker 1: to see.
- 45:14Speaker 11: They lose games that they're probably supposed to win, like
- 45:18Speaker 11: U c l A gets blown out by New Mexico,
- 45:21Speaker 11: that's a bad time, or Virginia Tech they lost the
- 45:24Speaker 11: old dominion, like they're not supposed to lose the old dominion.
- 45:27Speaker 10: Well, you can never lose to a team you're paying, right,
- 45:30Speaker 10: that will get you fired, Big Kenny. So if you
- 45:32Speaker 10: ever get your job, bad producer, and we're gonna pace
- 45:36Speaker 10: some team to come in here and play, you lose
- 45:38Speaker 10: to them, that that that'll get you fired.
- 45:41Speaker 11: We paid them a million dollars and we lost, and
- 45:44Speaker 11: we lost them like a TS coach.
- 45:52Speaker 10: Give me that check the rigging news. Joe Burrow needs surgery.
- 45:56Speaker 10: He'll be out three months. When you talk about turf toe,
- 46:01Speaker 10: just some mass really just one of those things where
- 46:06Speaker 10: you can't plant. It's like you've got a broken big toe.
- 46:11Speaker 10: You can't press on it, you can't run on it.
- 46:15Speaker 10: That's why somebody had to help him off. You can't
- 46:19Speaker 10: and take a hammer slam it on your big toe.
- 46:23Speaker 10: Don't do it for real in your mind and any
- 46:26Speaker 10: thing about trying to run, that's what it is. You
- 46:30Speaker 10: basically have the main part of where you can press
- 46:35Speaker 10: off of your toe is no longer there. Joe Burrow,
- 46:38Speaker 10: And it just seems I don't know the luck of
- 46:42Speaker 10: the Bengals. It's always seems like in the last decade
- 46:46Speaker 10: they're always trying to at least when Joe Burrow's been there.
- 46:50Speaker 10: They're always trying to win with a superstar hurt, then
- 46:55Speaker 10: it just seems somebody isn't there. Somebody has got in
- 47:00Speaker 10: eight week, ten week. Now we're talking about three months
- 47:04Speaker 10: and this is his second time in his career where
- 47:06Speaker 10: it's been this kind of Yeah.
- 47:09Speaker 11: Yeah, his rookie season he had a tarn acl right,
- 47:15Speaker 11: and he missed a couple of games like that up
- 47:17Speaker 11: until now, missed a couple of games here and there.
- 47:19Speaker 11: But yeah, think a major injury. Yeah, so Joe Burrow
- 47:24Speaker 11: and where the being goes. Browning got in there and
- 47:27Speaker 11: played great. But remember Browning has had played a lot
- 47:32Speaker 11: of these backups. Be okay with your backup. A lot
- 47:35Speaker 11: of these backups were high draft picks or they're very veteran,
- 47:39Speaker 11: has started a lot of games.
- 47:41Speaker 1: This is not the old school where.
- 47:43Speaker 10: The backup just never was a starter, like a Jason Garrett,
- 47:48Speaker 10: he was just always But a lot of these guys
- 47:51Speaker 10: like Mac Jones getting in there for the forty nine ers,
- 47:53Speaker 10: well Mac Shenon's was the top. You can't be surprised
- 47:56Speaker 10: he goes out and torches you. That's what he was
- 47:59Speaker 10: drafted for. He just didn't do it. For the old team,
- 48:02Speaker 10: and a lot of these teams are doing that. They're
- 48:04Speaker 10: putting guys that. You know, when you can have Daniel
- 48:06Speaker 10: Jones and the Richardson kids, the Coats, you're in a
- 48:10Speaker 10: great situation. It means if they're both there, one of
- 48:15Speaker 10: them just they got the talent. It just hasn't shown
- 48:18Speaker 10: on Tyrod Taylor.
- 48:19Speaker 12: You know, got quiet when he said that, didn't he
- 48:24Speaker 12: got quiet when he said Tyrod Taylor like.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Yeah, that just came out of nowhere? Where's Tyrods?
- 48:32Speaker 11: He did play yesterday that out there We'll be back.
- 48:48Speaker 24: I'm done with stars. I survived the forcees. I ain't

- 50:29Speaker 25: Some people won't give you the real talk on drugs,
- 50:32Speaker 25: but it's time we know the facts. Fentanyl is killing people.
- 50:35Speaker 25: It's a powerful opioid, often made illegally and commonly mixed

- 51:06Speaker 26: Center Court on Sports News Gossip blah blah blah blah.
- 51:22Speaker 6: On two thousand, Gee, y'all, I need it on call y'all.
- 51:27Speaker 6: He should welcome me back. You want to ball to
- 51:29Speaker 6: welcome back to this what shock shop?
- 51:31Speaker 10: And this what shock Wayne Candy commanded Greg Big Kenny,
- 51:34Speaker 10: the bat producer in the building NFL Week two Tampa
- 51:38Speaker 10: Bay Houston tonight, the Chargers and the Raiders tonight as
- 51:42Speaker 10: well Double Hitter seven and ten the bat producer we
- 51:47Speaker 10: figured out the Tyrod Taylor as he ended the last segment.
- 51:50Speaker 10: Tyrod Taylor obviously must have won in the game yesterday,
- 51:53Speaker 10: but the Jts, Jets, Jets, Jets, as they lost to
- 51:57Speaker 10: the Buffalo Bills. They are zero and two, and Justin
- 52:02Speaker 10: Fields went back and this is what and why. A
- 52:08Speaker 10: lot of the top round quarterbacks, as I said, they
- 52:11Speaker 10: can't back up week to week. That's how you end
- 52:15Speaker 10: up being a backup. The difference between a pro the
- 52:20Speaker 10: guy that starts and the guy that backs up is consistency.
- 52:26Speaker 10: People used to always how you back up? My backup
- 52:28Speaker 10: is just as good as me. He just can't do
- 52:35Speaker 10: it every Sunday. And that's what I'm trying to show you.
- 52:40Speaker 10: It's like we talked about the great Jameis Winston. It's
- 52:43Speaker 10: why you talk about guys. It's because they can't do
- 52:46Speaker 10: it consistently. The guy that is in front of him
- 52:49Speaker 10: consistently can do it longer. That's all it is. It's
- 52:56Speaker 10: not it's it's just you mean, oh, he got Tyrod Taylor.
- 53:01Speaker 10: He can't consistently do it. That's why he's a backup.
- 53:04Speaker 10: He do it in spurts. He's getting in when you
- 53:08Speaker 10: two games and then the next two games he lose them.
- 53:11Speaker 10: It's back and forth. They can't consistently justin fields. The
- 53:15Speaker 10: same way he has his moments where you see why
- 53:21Speaker 10: and then you get that moment where it's like why
- 53:26Speaker 10: they draft him. Yeah, yeah, it's just just back and
- 53:30Speaker 10: forth the guy. And that's all. But big can he said.
- 53:33Speaker 10: We had a couple of online hits already.
- 53:35Speaker 12: Oh yeah, we had some more comments from our law
- 53:39Speaker 12: online listeners. Elder Ksey Lamar Hughey said that Mercedes Benz
- 53:45Speaker 12: is always packed with women.
- 53:50Speaker 4: And I don't Yeah, I don't know if you don't,
- 53:54Speaker 4: I don't know if you've ever been, uh two Mercedes
- 53:58Speaker 4: ben Stadium on game day, but I've commented that you
- 54:03Speaker 4: think it was a concert because they don't show up
- 54:06Speaker 4: like football fans that been tailgating.
- 54:09Speaker 12: I've seen some coulteur you know what I mean. They
- 54:13Speaker 12: come fashion ready and they're there to watch the game
- 54:16Speaker 12: and support. He also wanted to know what did we
- 54:19Speaker 12: think about Angel Reese going to see Crawford before the fight.
- 54:22Speaker 12: Did anyone see that that little snippet of her walking
- 54:27Speaker 12: into his dressing room.
- 54:30Speaker 10: I did see the snippet. She walked in. She had
- 54:34Speaker 10: the heels on. You know, Tams Crawford is only like
- 54:37Speaker 10: five seven anyway, are Ree is already six y three.
- 54:40Speaker 4: She put the heels on. She walks in her room
- 54:42Speaker 4: at six six. She towered over him.
- 54:45Speaker 10: When I saw it, I still just like you said,
- 54:48Speaker 10: women go to games looking couture and it's fashionable. And
- 54:52Speaker 10: I still don't understand how nakedness is fashion.
- 55:00Speaker 1: Thought it was too revealing. I well, no, I mean
- 55:03Speaker 1: I'm not.
- 55:03Speaker 10: I'm just saying because that is how modern day women dress.
- 55:09Speaker 1: I just didn't know.
- 55:11Speaker 10: You know, when I see different stuff people show up
- 55:14Speaker 10: to the premiere, It's like I have on a bikini
- 55:19Speaker 10: and then I just had somebody put some type of
- 55:22Speaker 10: chain over me. Now this is something that I made,
- 55:25Speaker 10: like a chain dress and a bikini, and it's like
- 55:29Speaker 10: and it's and I'm saying this money and how is
- 55:32Speaker 10: it I look like? And I'm not saying this about injuries.
- 55:36Speaker 10: I'm talking about about the whole environment. I look like
- 55:41Speaker 10: what a man used to consider. Oh, that person must
- 55:47Speaker 10: be working. Yes, you're dressed like you're the worker. There
- 55:52Speaker 10: was a there was a time where that's how you
- 55:54Speaker 10: differentiated and sports am I no, no. And it's interesting
- 56:00Speaker 10: because it is so seductive. They're trying to let you know. Now,
- 56:05Speaker 10: out of all these people, I'm the one that's that's
- 56:09Speaker 10: willing working. Yeah, I'm I'll go.
- 56:12Speaker 12: Now, this is something that I thought was interesting, and
- 56:14Speaker 12: it used to be where we had softened our stance
- 56:17Speaker 12: or our views on that for night life.
- 56:20Speaker 1: But now did y'all see what she had? Yeah?
- 56:24Speaker 10: Oh yeah, okay, that's.
- 56:28Speaker 12: And recently I went to UH Southern miss Or football
- 56:31Speaker 12: game and later the next day I asked, UH my
- 56:38Speaker 12: wife and daughter, like, what is the trend with women?
- 56:40Speaker 12: Because your women maybe they talk to you about it,
- 56:43Speaker 12: maybe there's an email with women and their butt cheeks out.
- 56:47Speaker 12: Now everything that they wear has exposed butt cheek, shorts,
- 56:54Speaker 12: mini skirts. It's I mean, but it's not in a
- 56:58Speaker 12: I bent over or I sat down in something. It's
- 57:01Speaker 12: a intentional This is at least a half size too
- 57:07Speaker 12: small that I have exposed but cheek. And the thing
- 57:12Speaker 12: that I think is interesting about it is if you
- 57:15Speaker 12: stare or make a comment. Now you're weird. You're the
- 57:20Speaker 12: weird dude at the football game, and for me it's
- 57:22Speaker 12: a football game. Why did you come like we were
- 57:26Speaker 12: going to the club, but still having made that decision,
- 57:30Speaker 12: you act offended if I noticed you.
- 57:32Speaker 4: And it seems like every the like tights. There's a
- 57:36Speaker 4: new thing like the biker shorts used to be. There
- 57:38Speaker 4: was like you're only going to work out or well
- 57:41Speaker 4: you like that though, no, no, yes, no, you like
- 57:44Speaker 4: that unless you say you're a big.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Lotto ice spice dude. You're you're you're like that. You
- 57:50Speaker 1: try to.
- 57:52Speaker 10: To the public like you what do you've tapped me?
- 57:58Speaker 10: What are you talking about?
- 58:00Speaker 1: Women at the game?
- 58:02Speaker 10: You look.
- 58:07Speaker 4: You say stuff like that. Man, don't get on here
- 58:10Speaker 4: and there and try to be a hip hop because
- 58:15Speaker 4: I'm just listen to if you but I'm tapping you
- 58:18Speaker 4: because I'm telling you, look how horrible they Lord, you're
- 58:21Speaker 4: not sports, he'll tap your how horrible they they look?
- 58:26Speaker 1: Came by the house like that producer.
- 58:28Speaker 4: You'll tap him, but you'll grab me and turn me
- 58:31Speaker 4: all the way around.
- 58:32Speaker 10: Words show right after this, look at that one.
- 58:39Speaker 1: With me to cover queens get the money?
- 58:41Speaker 24: Were only stacking it up with cheese State Icy spicy
- 58:46Speaker 24: gem of time.

- 58:54Speaker 14: Hill with Wayne Damfidius coming up next.
- 58:57Speaker 15: And now let's talk about something exciting, life and insurance.
- 59:00Speaker 15: Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical
- 59:03Speaker 15: piece of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually
- 59:07Speaker 15: have life insurance.
- 59:08Speaker 27: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 59:10Speaker 27: just getting started with our family and thought we live forever.
- 59:13Speaker 27: Life insurance was the last thing on my mind.
- 59:15Speaker 1: What about you?
- 59:15Speaker 16: Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 59:18Speaker 27: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 59:20Speaker 27: bills piling up, I was worried how my family will
- 59:22Speaker 27: survive without me. That's when I'm in an appointment with
- 59:24Speaker 27: the insurance informant.
- 59:25Speaker 15: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 59:28Speaker 15: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 59:31Speaker 27: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I
- 59:33Speaker 27: leave my family with bills or benefits.
- 59:35Speaker 1: The answer is easy.
- 59:36Speaker 15: Whether you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a
- 59:38Speaker 15: little or a lot, all you need is the insurance
- 59:41Speaker 15: informant to help you build a foundation of security, because
- 59:44Speaker 15: without you, your family will have two options, benefits or bills?
- 59:48Speaker 15: Which legacy will you leave behind? Log on today benefits
- 59:52Speaker 15: or bills dot com. That's benefits or bills dot com.

- 1:00:03Speaker 28: Okay, Mom's wisdom has served you well, but now it
- 1:00:07Speaker 28: may be your turn.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: To guide her. Hey, I'm worried about Mom.
- 1:00:11Speaker 17: She keeps forgetting her famous sweet potato pie recipe.
- 1:00:13Speaker 16: Some things come with me, says some doubt.
- 1:00:17Speaker 28: Knowing the early signs of Alzheimer's and a left one
- 1:00:19Speaker 28: will help you make the best decisions for your family.

- 1:00:25Speaker 28: you by the Alzheimer's Association and the AD Council.
- 1:00:28Speaker 13: I've ever tried balancing a dozen eggs in one hand
- 1:00:30Speaker 13: while hopping on one foot, or maybe juggling cats while
- 1:00:33Speaker 13: riding the unicycle. Sounds ridiculous, right, but guess what? That's
- 1:00:38Speaker 13: exactly what texting while driving is like. Your human brain
- 1:00:41Speaker 13: only has the capacity to focus on one thing at
- 1:00:43Speaker 13: a time, So when you're behind the wheel, give driving
- 1:00:46Speaker 13: your undivided attention.
- 1:00:48Speaker 9: Don't drive distracted A message brought to you by the

- 1:01:02Speaker 2: I don't have any hill, share your suck and we
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: hold the world ransom for Wayne.
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: Excuse me while I whipped this out.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Shoot broadcasting live and it led her to a cholo.
- 1:01:16Speaker 14: This is the sports Shock Ship with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: You vegan me up?
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Can you put me down against you?
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: Frank me down?
- 1:01:27Speaker 25: Dot com to.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: F come to pet, it comes to Mark.
- 1:01:31Speaker 19: Is it just.
- 1:01:35Speaker 25: I'm gonna do it?
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: Begain, I'm gonna.
- 1:01:37Speaker 10: Go on the way you vegan welc back to this
- 1:01:41Speaker 10: spot shock Shower. I'm the sports Shock Wayne Gandy. Good
- 1:01:44Speaker 10: morning to you out there listening, laying the baby due
- 1:01:48Speaker 10: in the building, Big Kenny comand you Greg.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: We hope you had a great weekend.
- 1:01:54Speaker 10: Don't give up on your team yet, regardless of the record,
- 1:01:59Speaker 10: at least give them about six games. And before you
- 1:02:03Speaker 10: start deciphering which direction they are going, give yourself six games.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: Church, Church, if the university can fight, you have to
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: three Well, I got to I got to double that.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: I'm just a fan.
- 1:02:19Speaker 10: I don't believe that the university is right. Remember I'm
- 1:02:24Speaker 10: one of those guys. I don't believe that. I think
- 1:02:26Speaker 10: all firing should happen on the off season. I do too,
- 1:02:30Speaker 10: the coaches. I think that, you know, we all decided
- 1:02:34Speaker 10: that we just out of bed was gonna be made
- 1:02:37Speaker 10: this year, and we all got to sleep in it together.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: What about it, we might defeat. We make ourselves comfortable.
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: Yeah, come Thanksgiving morning, Yeah morning, we're gonna make a
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: different arrangement up until then.
- 1:02:55Speaker 11: Get in this case, was the shame and embarrassment too much?
- 1:03:00Speaker 11: If they paid a million dollars through these schools and
- 1:03:02Speaker 11: they lose to them, like, we got to do something.
- 1:03:05Speaker 11: So this is like a an emotional firing.
- 1:03:10Speaker 10: Well, this is that they most likely on the off
- 1:03:13Speaker 10: season couldn't find who they wanted or they were, you know,
- 1:03:18Speaker 10: but whoever the big wigs are, they went into the
- 1:03:21Speaker 10: season already knowing I'm gonna give them when they say
- 1:03:27Speaker 10: the hot seat, yeah, I'm gonna give them X amount
- 1:03:30Speaker 10: of game now based on like you're saying, who they
- 1:03:34Speaker 10: lose to, and like you said, I can watch a game. O. Man,
- 1:03:38Speaker 10: he gonna get fired after that, because even though you
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: can lose to a lot of people anyone but pay
- 1:03:45Speaker 10: somebody to lose or the way your team loses the game.
- 1:03:51Speaker 10: You know, and you're already on the hot seat. Y'all
- 1:03:54Speaker 10: got twelve penalties and somebody got ejected, and you know
- 1:03:58Speaker 10: then that'll get you fired because you're talking me. When
- 1:04:01Speaker 10: I fired you, I'm still paying you pay, So that
- 1:04:07Speaker 10: means I'm in very I'm in a lot of distress
- 1:04:11Speaker 10: if I'm willing to pay you money not to be here.
- 1:04:15Speaker 10: You know how much you got to dislike somebody? Yes,
- 1:04:18Speaker 10: I do to write them two three four five. Yeah,
- 1:04:22Speaker 10: I do spend money.
- 1:04:24Speaker 12: I know.
- 1:04:24Speaker 11: I know what it's like to fire somebody and still
- 1:04:26Speaker 11: have to pay Fortunately, Sewn Foster. Excuse me that Shan
- 1:04:33Speaker 11: Foster got a seven million and the Virginia Tech coach
- 1:04:39Speaker 11: got six million.
- 1:04:40Speaker 12: Now see, I just thought that as a person who
- 1:04:42Speaker 12: used to be an hourly employee, I wish I could
- 1:04:44Speaker 12: have got one of them jobs because I knew I
- 1:04:46Speaker 12: was gonna get fired and you still.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Have to pay me.
- 1:04:49Speaker 10: And I think Deshaun Foster's hire was more centered around
- 1:04:52Speaker 10: kind of like the Dion effect that Eddie George like,
- 1:04:56Speaker 10: you know a lot of colleges are going to bring
- 1:04:58Speaker 10: in ex player sure and that's its alumni to their
- 1:05:03Speaker 10: program and thinking that everybody can rally around them. So
- 1:05:08Speaker 10: this is only it's going to be his second year.
- 1:05:10Speaker 10: Well this was his second year. I think the other
- 1:05:12Speaker 10: coaches like maybe it's fourth. So that Virginia Tech job
- 1:05:15Speaker 10: is interesting now, not really, but I know what you're
- 1:05:18Speaker 10: trying to allude to.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: That Mike, Michael Vick might be there Virginia Tech. Is
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: that what he's alluding to.
- 1:05:24Speaker 10: Yeah, he's already on something like that, But I don't
- 1:05:27Speaker 10: know they Mike, even win this weekend.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: Yeah, they played a Virginia State.
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: They played Wolfing I think coming up soon speaking when
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: you was talking about firing in the season, just in
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: speaking wolf their basketball coaches coming up, he's he what
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: do you think they lost?
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: They lost the Rutgers sixty to ten. Yeah, you can't.
- 1:05:52Speaker 12: You can't bring in a losing coach to replace a
- 1:05:54Speaker 12: coach that's losing. I'm sorry, it's just one.
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: Still, but no, what you think about schools is firing
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: coaches before the month, thirty days before the season start.
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: You've prepared and you're getting ready to go, and then
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: you fire them. Then is that better or worse?
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:06:15Speaker 10: Okay, that's what I said, once we make the bed.
- 1:06:19Speaker 10: Now thirty days from now, that coach is already threw
- 1:06:21Speaker 10: the first jump ball up there, and this is his
- 1:06:24Speaker 10: bed he made.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: That's just me.
- 1:06:26Speaker 10: I understand these most of these firings when you I've
- 1:06:29Speaker 10: said it before, if you're getting fired in the first
- 1:06:32Speaker 10: month of the season, they were already wanting.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: To fire you.
- 1:06:37Speaker 12: Yes, that's one of those. They were just extending courtesy.
- 1:06:41Speaker 12: You take the job with the understanding. Look at, Twins,
- 1:06:44Speaker 12: we give you about these three games.
- 1:06:46Speaker 10: And sometimes yeah, you go into it. Yeah, like every
- 1:06:49Speaker 10: time it's not hidden where you're sitting there. You weren't
- 1:06:53Speaker 10: caught off guard?
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: What you weren't blind side?
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: You didn't tell me? Yes, you know you didn't. You
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: was hitting around. You should have told me how straight
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: up told you no, But you told me. Were working
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: with you, and we believe in you. Now, Twin, I
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: told you, we're gonna give it a shot.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: You know how this go. We're gonna give it a shot.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: But you know how this go. Come on, Twin, don't actually.
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: Weird?
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: What about my recruits? But what about my recruits? I
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: promised their parents.
- 1:07:25Speaker 12: You being weird, you're being weird. But I promise their parents.
- 1:07:28Speaker 12: I was gonna look out. Yeah, they know how this goes.
- 1:07:30Speaker 12: We're paying their kids paying nothing but a couple of dollars.
- 1:07:35Speaker 12: That's gone that era of all that where the school
- 1:07:39Speaker 12: care about what? Yeah, wake up, this is in my
- 1:07:44Speaker 12: pro football. These are jobs.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: I'm telling you. These are jobs, straight up jobs did
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: now when you seventeen, Hey, you need to get a job.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: So you.
- 1:07:57Speaker 10: Got coaches out there really addressing these kids like this
- 1:08:00Speaker 10: is a job. You're thinking on the old scale where
- 1:08:03Speaker 10: they're coddling. No, I don't care whether you go to
- 1:08:06Speaker 10: class or not.
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: I do know. I got you a million dollars in
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: IL and that's what the parents are asking. So what's
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: the n I l options like? And they Hey, we
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: each player. You gonna make sure he go to church
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: on Sundays, little morning, go to church?
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: What for what?
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: I get fired? Church up?
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: They might, Boy, he come in here talking about church
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: to get me to job. His brother got raising catence deal.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: I don't know what.
- 1:08:37Speaker 12: That's what I'm saying. Nobody's concerned about that anymore. If
- 1:08:40Speaker 12: you watch these programs, these children by middle school. Uh,
- 1:08:45Speaker 12: my wife is school teacher and one of the kids
- 1:08:48Speaker 12: at her middle school got reclassified because he's an outstanding
- 1:08:53Speaker 12: football player. Oh yeah, and he got and she this
- 1:08:56Speaker 12: is the first time they're getting involved with stuff like
- 1:08:59Speaker 12: that at the middle school level.
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: And I was asking, what does that mean?
- 1:09:03Speaker 12: And it's because we're setting him up because by the
- 1:09:06Speaker 12: time he gets here, we'll having and his parents are
- 1:09:09Speaker 12: the ones who are spearheaded.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Holding back, holding back. No, no, we don't need him
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: to go now what So are they moving him up? No,
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: they're holding out, holding holding him back. That's the new thing.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: They get holding him back, holding him back has always
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: been a thing moving up.
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: No, well, I'm talking about as far as like lately
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: with the middle school with these younger kids, parents feel
- 1:09:32Speaker 4: like they had and body hadn't developed or whatever.
- 1:09:34Speaker 10: Well, your kid now in college sports, it's no longer safe.
- 1:09:41Speaker 10: I'm gonna hire you for this year. If you don't
- 1:09:45Speaker 10: pan out, pan out, I'm not trying to develop you back.
- 1:09:49Speaker 10: It's you're an employee. I'm not trying to develop you.
- 1:09:52Speaker 10: That's that's the whole thing. What they're telling you. Your
- 1:09:56Speaker 10: boy out in Colorado, he sets the example is he
- 1:09:59Speaker 10: exempts afies it more than anybody. He's not trying to
- 1:10:03Speaker 10: develop anything he's going to get and poach.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: TJ.
- 1:10:11Speaker 10: Finley is the is the quarterback for Georgia State. This
- 1:10:14Speaker 10: is his sixth school in six years.
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: Auburn maybe never get if he's not a top two
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: or three quarterback coming out of high school. They have
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: no plans on ever starting with a freshman again, why
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: I just go hire Carson Beck or whoever else failed
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: or you know that's who's starting there now? The the
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: Jackson whatever his name dark at Auburn. What's why I
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: keep forgetting the Jackson something? He has Jackson on them, okay,
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: and he was at Oklahoma. He started, he started and
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: kind of fizzle about mid season, and they've them on the.
- 1:11:00Speaker 12: Vince and and the boy from get him. The boy
- 1:11:03Speaker 12: from Georgia is now at Oregon.
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: The guy from Georgia is that Miami is Miami? That's yeah,
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Carson who was to come down? And who was that
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: that went to Oregon? Had you got the boy u
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: c l A U c l A. But then you
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: got the guy that kid left to Tennessee, that went
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: to u c l A. Nico Nico, Yeah, I bet
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: she wished he was still. So the parents just want
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: to know what my earnings potential are they're not graduating, yeah,
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: just changing schools, so that whole there is no more.
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: And I'm not being cynical.
- 1:11:39Speaker 10: I just know that there there is. They're doing the
- 1:11:43Speaker 10: best of both worlds. They're having pro football mixed in
- 1:11:48Speaker 10: with college rules would allow the n C double A
- 1:11:51Speaker 10: not to have things like unions and full one K
- 1:11:54Speaker 10: and UH insurance and things that. But the school idea
- 1:11:59Speaker 10: is what I'm gonna leave here anyway. That's why they're
- 1:12:03Speaker 10: trying to come up with some rules. Ran Day is
- 1:12:07Speaker 10: getting upset because they're about to try to limit it
- 1:12:09Speaker 10: to one transfer period, which is right and to me
- 1:12:15Speaker 10: and to me it should be to give the high
- 1:12:18Speaker 10: school kids a better chance. It should be at the
- 1:12:20Speaker 10: national signing Day. It shouldn't even be in January. You
- 1:12:23Speaker 10: shouldn't be able to transfer until May.
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: Well they well, there was just a window they were
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: talking about just the windle recently within the portal and.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: There's two portals now, yeah, but like trade that line.
- 1:12:41Speaker 12: Trade, but they can't call it that because it's college,
- 1:12:44Speaker 12: but it's trade.
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: Transfer portal is a synonym for trade DeLine now ast
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: free agency.
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: That's because if you don't start art I'm transferring because somebody,
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: somebody will start me yeah to start to start. Oh yeah,
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: well yeah, that's that's known already. We'll be back more
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: to Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: Damn it's incredible.
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: Be more flexible because the context so is texts discussed hot.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: But wait, let me explain it. A buddy is an
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: equal beneficial arrangement.
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: A buddy is a buddy that don't.

- 1:26:07Speaker 10: Welcome back to the Boy Shock Shuck the Sportshock Wing Gandy,
- 1:26:10Speaker 10: Good morning to you. The NFL Week two is almost
- 1:26:16Speaker 10: in the book. Tonight two games tonight Monday Night Football.
- 1:26:20Speaker 10: One thing yesterday. A lot of people always take an
- 1:26:23Speaker 10: exception for how organization's team handles certain situations. Three teams
- 1:26:29Speaker 10: decided not to pay any tribute to Charlie Kirk. The
- 1:26:36Speaker 10: other teams, in some kind of wait flashed them up
- 1:26:39Speaker 10: on the board. The Lions, the Bengals, and the Ravens.
- 1:26:43Speaker 10: The Coats and the Vikings did not pay tribute. Before
- 1:26:48Speaker 10: the NFL games about the assassination last week, a lot
- 1:26:55Speaker 10: of people wan in We've had over last four or
- 1:26:58Speaker 10: five days, people from the Panthers all the way to
- 1:27:03Speaker 10: the Rocks, daughter in the WWE, I have comments about
- 1:27:08Speaker 10: in the sports world about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
- 1:27:14Speaker 10: Guys hit me up, asked me my opinion about the situation.
- 1:27:19Speaker 10: It's just been one of those hot button topics where
- 1:27:23Speaker 10: I'm more of a rest in peace kind of guy.
- 1:27:26Speaker 10: I try to offer grace because I would like grace
- 1:27:30Speaker 10: offered to me in a lot of situations. I still
- 1:27:34Speaker 10: employ to the golden rule, the respect that you would
- 1:27:41Speaker 10: want someone if it was reversed, if it was your leader,
- 1:27:45Speaker 10: if it was the person you followed. We do still
- 1:27:49Speaker 10: live in a country where you know, I'm there's a
- 1:27:52Speaker 10: lot of things I don't like. But then y'all pick
- 1:27:55Speaker 10: one person to lay everything on. And if you're going
- 1:28:00Speaker 10: to say something about Charlie clerk Kirk, excuse me, you
- 1:28:03Speaker 10: should have said it while he was alive. I would imagine,
- 1:28:08Speaker 10: or don't say it at all, as they say, if
- 1:28:10Speaker 10: you ain't got nothing good to say? Uh wey in
- 1:28:12Speaker 10: it then when he was around, Why you waiting now?
- 1:28:16Speaker 10: But the young man did get assassinated. My heart went
- 1:28:21Speaker 10: more to that than anything that America has a violence problem.
- 1:28:28Speaker 10: I stood on this soapbox before, on this show in
- 1:28:32Speaker 10: the last two months, as I ended the last show,
- 1:28:37Speaker 10: because we forget so quickly in our country, We forget
- 1:28:41Speaker 10: the four people killed at the NFL offices. They wasn't
- 1:28:47Speaker 10: doing anything. I just decided, it's almost like people are
- 1:28:52Speaker 10: sitting around on their computer or their own or TV
- 1:28:54Speaker 10: whatever they're receiving, and waiting on something to lash out
- 1:29:00Speaker 10: be violent about her. So I go back even that.
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: But we quickly forgot that poor people died the church shooting,
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: as I mentioned, two kids, the two elderly people in Minnesota.
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: Just in the church.
- 1:29:14Speaker 10: Somebody just starts shooting. The young lady on the subtrain,
- 1:29:17Speaker 10: just getting stabbed, just looking over her phone. Just we
- 1:29:22Speaker 10: ain't even had no argument, at least get in an
- 1:29:24Speaker 10: argument with me. COMMANDSI minded my business, getting off all.
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: I'm just getting all working and you and after sitting
- 1:29:33Speaker 4: still for several minutes, somebody behind me think, you know what,
- 1:29:37Speaker 4: there's been an awesome time to established stranger.
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: You know shootings.
- 1:29:41Speaker 10: We've gotten so numb to the school shooting just last
- 1:29:44Speaker 10: year in here in Georgia. Over there at Gainesville in Colorado,
- 1:29:49Speaker 10: it's like monthly we got the HBCUs and the naval base.
- 1:29:54Speaker 10: We have a violence problem. And that Charlie Kirk just
- 1:29:58Speaker 10: simplified it that as soon as you don't agree with me,
- 1:30:05Speaker 10: I don't have to carry out whatever I'm saying. You
- 1:30:08Speaker 10: just don't agree with whatever I'm saying. And I guess
- 1:30:11Speaker 10: that's what has driven sports to such a billion dollar
- 1:30:14Speaker 10: The argument argument of conversation.
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: Is how the whole show works a lot of times.
- 1:30:23Speaker 10: To have an argument about something, We're going to start
- 1:30:26Speaker 10: off with a topic and just to so I guess,
- 1:30:29Speaker 10: in a nutshell, I'm just saying, just I stood on
- 1:30:31Speaker 10: that part that, as I've said, millsions of time, we're
- 1:30:36Speaker 10: so technologically advanced based on if we took some of
- 1:30:41Speaker 10: this stuff back to seventeen seventy six, they would burn
- 1:30:48Speaker 10: us at the stake. They would think we were witches
- 1:30:52Speaker 10: for something simple as on your your glasses?
- 1:30:58Speaker 8: What what.
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: He's got eyes?
- 1:31:02Speaker 10: What are these things? I mean, people forget they didn't
- 1:31:06Speaker 10: even know that kind of what you mean? You can
- 1:31:08Speaker 10: see better?
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: He's returned, thought you was a genius, or they just
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: thought you was a witch's.
- 1:31:18Speaker 11: Roping or with your glasses like, oh, he's hiding his eyes.
- 1:31:21Speaker 11: What's he's hiding witchery.
- 1:31:24Speaker 10: So for us to be so far technological, but we're
- 1:31:27Speaker 10: still our base DNA is humans and American. When I
- 1:31:30Speaker 10: say American has a problem, I said and I'll let
- 1:31:33Speaker 10: you guys weigh in on it. It's from the fact
- 1:31:36Speaker 10: that we're a but we act like we're in a
- 1:31:40Speaker 10: third world country, like famine and.
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: Food and medicine. We waste food.
- 1:31:55Speaker 10: Damn, we're not trying to solve We can solve our
- 1:32:00Speaker 10: hunger problem.
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: Other countries can't. We literally can't.
- 1:32:03Speaker 10: We're more worried about feeding the dog and whether the
- 1:32:07Speaker 10: meat is grass fed, a farm raised.
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: Listen, we we we we don't. We we got them
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: first world problems.
- 1:32:15Speaker 12: Yeah, we live in a country where people refuse cash. No,
- 1:32:19Speaker 12: I don't want that money. We were I'm going to
- 1:32:24Speaker 12: take that cash. Right So when I make the statement, people, well,
- 1:32:28Speaker 12: why do you say it?
- 1:32:28Speaker 10: Because if I said, I'm not saying that other places
- 1:32:31Speaker 10: don't have crime, I'm saying we have a little less
- 1:32:36Speaker 10: actual need. For the kid that got shot for Florida
- 1:32:42Speaker 10: State in the head, he wasn't getting you, wasn't killing
- 1:32:46Speaker 10: him for medicine to save your one year old.
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: Does that you know there was no there was He
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: wasn't stealing your horses off of your.
- 1:32:58Speaker 12: Farm, or you know, hadn't broken into your house to
- 1:33:03Speaker 12: take your last loaf of bread. There was none of
- 1:33:05Speaker 12: those and that's where we are. We're just shooting people
- 1:33:08Speaker 12: in the head around here, and we have a violence problem.
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: But Charlie Kirk.
- 1:33:12Speaker 10: Ever, these NFL teams, I mean, they are run by
- 1:33:16Speaker 10: their own individual owners, and based on how they saw it,
- 1:33:21Speaker 10: that was a very disturbing video. And then just to
- 1:33:25Speaker 10: find out that possibly, I know, they arrested a young
- 1:33:28Speaker 10: kid so much anger in twenty one year olds twenty two.
- 1:33:34Speaker 10: I was just at Auburn trying to get a date.
- 1:33:37Speaker 10: I hadn't gotten around to let me climb this building
- 1:33:40Speaker 10: from two hundred yards and shoot this person in the
- 1:33:42Speaker 10: neck in the neck. I really hadn't gotten around to that.
- 1:33:45Speaker 10: I was really just trying to the girls do them.
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: I'm trying to finish my scene.
- 1:33:51Speaker 12: If I'm taking elevated positions, it's so I could see
- 1:33:54Speaker 12: through a window or something. I was a creep like that,
- 1:33:56Speaker 12: I wouldn't finish shoot nobody in the neck sports Jocket.
- 1:34:00Speaker 12: It's interesting that a lot of people are taking the
- 1:34:02Speaker 12: position that since Charlie Kirk was in favor of offensive,
- 1:34:07Speaker 12: outrageous and contrarian speech, that they should be allowed to
- 1:34:12Speaker 12: say things about his death in that fashion and be
- 1:34:18Speaker 12: absolved of any penalty. But there have been lawyers who
- 1:34:22Speaker 12: have weighed in that in private industry there is no
- 1:34:25Speaker 12: safety for free speech. Only in the state of Minnesota. Thing,
- 1:34:30Speaker 12: do you have to give calls for firing people any
- 1:34:33Speaker 12: other states? Most states are at will. But the thing
- 1:34:37Speaker 12: about it, a lot of those people were saying that
- 1:34:39Speaker 12: this man had to open form. I've seen a lot
- 1:34:41Speaker 12: of Well, you could ask him any question. He would
- 1:34:43Speaker 12: debate you with facts and truth. And that's the point
- 1:34:46Speaker 12: I'm saying. He was in favor of saying things that
- 1:34:50Speaker 12: might offend you. He thinks those things should be protected
- 1:34:54Speaker 12: contrarian speech. You say how you doing and I could say,
- 1:34:58Speaker 12: you don't really care, You're just trying to be nice.
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: That offends most people. He thought you should be able
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: to do that.
- 1:35:05Speaker 12: So the people that are getting fired for saying things
- 1:35:07Speaker 12: that people deem offensive, they think it's against what he believed.
- 1:35:11Speaker 4: And the thing it try to cuts you off. But
- 1:35:13Speaker 4: the thing also is I just saw video they you know,
- 1:35:16Speaker 4: they got so much stuff out there. Kid just a
- 1:35:18Speaker 4: high school kid. Man had a jump shot. He loves sports.
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: I mean he looked and all that, and like you said,
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: you go back, you don't think about the what his words,
- 1:35:28Speaker 4: whatever you just think about. Man, this young man was
- 1:35:30Speaker 4: killed over just being he wanted to be a warrior for.
- 1:35:36Speaker 12: Whatever he what he stood for for Christ, Listen, I'm
- 1:35:40Speaker 12: saying those are the things and not that that's not true.
- 1:35:45Speaker 12: I'm saying when people try and qualify, why you don't
- 1:35:51Speaker 12: deserve to be killed. He was a leader for this.
- 1:35:54Speaker 12: If my difference of opinion with you is that I
- 1:35:58Speaker 12: think cheeks is a fashion statement and you don't, regardless
- 1:36:04Speaker 12: of what our differences are, I don't deserve to be
- 1:36:07Speaker 12: murdered about it.
- 1:36:08Speaker 4: So why what I'm saying, So, why do we like
- 1:36:11Speaker 4: when a Lamar Jackson retweeted something he said and we
- 1:36:15Speaker 4: get mad. We as a group of people, we get
- 1:36:18Speaker 4: mad at Lamar said, Oh, you shouldn't be doing that
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: because he's talking about this and that.
- 1:36:22Speaker 11: But what people have have what is melded together is
- 1:36:26Speaker 11: people like adjudicating the life of Charlie Kirk and the
- 1:36:30Speaker 11: stuff that he said, whether you're for it or against it,
- 1:36:34Speaker 11: and combining that with how he was killed. So because
- 1:36:40Speaker 11: of what he said, then by the sword, die by
- 1:36:45Speaker 11: the sword. It is what a lot of people are saying.
- 1:36:47Speaker 11: And if people like said if they said rest in
- 1:36:50Speaker 11: peace or oh, it's sad what happened anything outside of
- 1:36:54Speaker 11: vitriol for Charlie Kirk. That's what people may have an
- 1:36:58Speaker 11: issue with, right, and you like his life and the
- 1:37:03Speaker 11: stuff he said, it's about what happened to him, and
- 1:37:07Speaker 11: it's still they said, Okay, we have a gun.
- 1:37:10Speaker 12: There's still this gun, and any compassion seems contrary in
- 1:37:13Speaker 12: the people. How could you be sad for somebody who
- 1:37:17Speaker 12: was so offensive and.
- 1:37:19Speaker 10: You said it live by the sword, die by the sword,
- 1:37:22Speaker 10: but there was no sword exactly exactly.
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: And that's the thing people are trying to the words.
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: Because my freedom in this country is I don't have
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: to listen to Charlie Kirk exactly. I don't have to
- 1:37:37Speaker 4: read anything he puts out. I don't have to tune in.
- 1:37:39Speaker 4: I don't have to go to his rally. That's what
- 1:37:42Speaker 4: makes is I'm not forced to eat at his table.
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: Why you even want to argue with next time?
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: Hopefully it doesn't happen in my lifetime.
- 1:37:52Speaker 10: I would like to skip seeing someone else done this way,
- 1:37:56Speaker 10: but nobody should be. If you want to defeat Charlie
- 1:38:01Speaker 10: Kirk and go start your own revolution, your own turning
- 1:38:06Speaker 10: point about how you want to be the anti Charlie Kirk.
- 1:38:13Speaker 10: But nobody deserved for a difference of opinion. And that's
- 1:38:19Speaker 10: where we and that's the cases I was giving. We're
- 1:38:22Speaker 10: talking about where nobody is doing nothing, but.
- 1:38:24Speaker 12: Because because you take the name turning point away from
- 1:38:28Speaker 12: happen to him, and it's gang violence. That's why people
- 1:38:32Speaker 12: die in gang violence because of a difference of opinion.
- 1:38:35Speaker 12: You think your gang, your color is more important than
- 1:38:38Speaker 12: it's just like the young lady shooting a girl over
- 1:38:40Speaker 12: the Alabama Gain. I mean, it's the same thing.
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: And it was just as senseless.
- 1:38:44Speaker 12: Then that's the point you're saying, it's just as senseless
- 1:38:48Speaker 12: when it happens on the street corners of Chicago as
- 1:38:50Speaker 12: it does when it happens in an arena or at
- 1:38:53Speaker 12: a forum.

- 1:42:03Speaker 10: I see they snuck Taylor Swift into the Kansas City
- 1:42:06Speaker 10: game against the Eagles. Eagles won repeat the last year
- 1:42:11Speaker 10: Super Bowl. I figured pregnant.
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: That's that's the same thing I thought when they put
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: that screen up and then she's not pregnant. It's the
- 1:42:21Speaker 1: same thing. I know when they got a doubt coming out.
- 1:42:24Speaker 4: No, but I thought the same because they're engaged and
- 1:42:27Speaker 4: they read I thought the same thing.
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: You thought. The horse.
- 1:42:34Speaker 4: Must the horse the ticket out to retract your confession,
- 1:42:40Speaker 4: but you said it though all agree you want to, can't.
- 1:42:46Speaker 11: I moved to say that album came out in like
- 1:42:48Speaker 11: three weeks, like it's at the time for pregnancy.
- 1:42:53Speaker 1: But she don't have to go on tour.
- 1:42:54Speaker 10: She doesn't care about that. Yeah, she just finished about
- 1:43:00Speaker 10: rules of of someone who just is starting in music,
- 1:43:05Speaker 10: and she just had the most successful grossing tours. Se
- 1:43:09Speaker 10: Rin doing the actually would make her more money.
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:43:15Speaker 10: Then her next tour, she's selling baby clothes her and Kelsey.
- 1:43:19Speaker 10: I mean, I'm gonna say a TV show, they can
- 1:43:21Speaker 10: have whatever they want. Someone may have told her this
- 1:43:23Speaker 10: is not the time.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: Nah, they ain't gonna tell her because she wouldn't have
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: got engaged.
- 1:43:27Speaker 4: They got fired along with them people that put stuff
- 1:43:29Speaker 4: out about Charlie Kirk.
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:43:32Speaker 4: Yeah, no one, no one to tell her that. No
- 1:43:35Speaker 4: one advises her anymore. They only agree past this.
- 1:43:39Speaker 12: She tells them what she wants to do and they
- 1:43:41Speaker 12: all look for ways to make that happen, regardless of
- 1:43:44Speaker 12: what it is.
- 1:43:44Speaker 10: Yeah, that's where she's at with it. They were not
- 1:43:48Speaker 10: actually having a discussion. I'm saying it's the way. It's
- 1:43:52Speaker 10: the way my wife says, would you like to go
- 1:43:55Speaker 10: have dinner? That means I'm going out to dinner.
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:43:58Speaker 10: But the Chiefs are now and two on the season,
- 1:44:03Speaker 10: one of the few teams where you feel like oh
- 1:44:05Speaker 10: and two is not like an O and two Jets team. No, no, no,
- 1:44:10Speaker 10: I'm just saying, know the Dolphins and there's other teams
- 1:44:15Speaker 10: that's O and two. But I'm saying with the Chiefs,
- 1:44:18Speaker 10: we've seen them turn things around like this. You feel
- 1:44:21Speaker 10: with the Patrick Mahomes and and Andy Reid that you
- 1:44:25Speaker 10: could wake up and they're six and two.
- 1:44:30Speaker 1: I remember when they were and two. Now they're six
- 1:44:32Speaker 1: and two.
- 1:44:32Speaker 10: Whereas other teams, the Dolphins to me have a problem,
- 1:44:36Speaker 10: the Jets have a problem.
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: So they're they're o and two is real.
- 1:44:41Speaker 12: We as It's interesting that yesterday the talk about the
- 1:44:47Speaker 12: Chiefs was they've never lost three games in a brow.
- 1:44:51Speaker 12: Now with everybody else with the Eagles, last season was
- 1:44:55Speaker 12: last season. We're not going to focus on that. But
- 1:44:58Speaker 12: with Patrick Mahomes, their count owning the Super Bowl loss
- 1:45:01Speaker 12: as one of the three games in a row that
- 1:45:04Speaker 12: it's still a new season. But it's it's amazing how
- 1:45:08Speaker 12: you can't achieve and go forward from that point because
- 1:45:14Speaker 12: it seems like now and they.
- 1:45:17Speaker 4: Last season because they just yesterday there was a guy
- 1:45:21Speaker 4: that was on the soup on the team playing for
- 1:45:23Speaker 4: someone else.
- 1:45:24Speaker 12: But I agree, and that's why I'm saying for them
- 1:45:26Speaker 12: to count that into oh now they've had three because
- 1:45:29Speaker 12: the statistic was the Kansas City Chiefs have Maybe it's
- 1:45:32Speaker 12: just a game and we as a coach has never
- 1:45:36Speaker 12: lost three games in a row. That was the statistic,
- 1:45:39Speaker 12: but they're counting into the three games now the Super Bowl, the.
- 1:45:42Speaker 10: Lions went big on their former offense coordinator. Lions fifty two,
- 1:45:48Speaker 10: Bears twenty one in that game. The Bears are zero
- 1:45:52Speaker 10: and two now correct, Yes, okay, so they.
- 1:45:54Speaker 12: Are losing to the Lions. Be one of them games.
- 1:45:58Speaker 12: Get you fired? Oh no, they got blowed out. Was
- 1:46:00Speaker 12: but the lines are good now, I know they're good,
- 1:46:02Speaker 12: but still Chicago don't care about that.
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: Chicago don't care about that from day one.
- 1:46:10Speaker 10: Probably the surprising team because we don't know a lot
- 1:46:15Speaker 10: of their players, and the guy we thought we're gonna
- 1:46:17Speaker 10: lead them is not. There's the coach. They're two and
- 1:46:20Speaker 10: oh the Broncos yesterday, Daniel Jones. Danny died, Danny Yell.
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: Don't forget. We're going back to that, at least for
- 1:46:33Speaker 1: two weeks.
- 1:46:34Speaker 18: You know.
- 1:46:35Speaker 1: I thought there would be like some kind of Indiana
- 1:46:37Speaker 1: Jones motif. Now, okay, we can see I'm on t shirt.
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: I don't know the record name.
- 1:46:50Speaker 12: He didn't sign off on, Uncle Luke, so we could
- 1:46:53Speaker 12: call it Indianapolis Jones. That was George Lucas yeah, okay, Sorry, Bilberg.
- 1:47:00Speaker 12: I know you're trying to get in there.
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: But you know I'm saying I thought I'm not a
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: Star Wars guy, So I apologize.
- 1:47:06Speaker 10: Then why you say Steven Spielberg uncle Luke, Well, I
- 1:47:10Speaker 10: mean I thought that he was the one that spilled
- 1:47:13Speaker 10: Spielberg Lucas.
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: They all the same. You about that you're about to
- 1:47:16Speaker 1: open it up, and you're about to open that.
- 1:47:19Speaker 4: Portal, that dark portal, and we'll get sucked into that mortex.
- 1:47:23Speaker 1: They're not the same.
- 1:47:25Speaker 10: The Cardinals are two and oh they won yesterday against
- 1:47:29Speaker 10: the Panthers. De Panthers in trouble as I'm not. I
- 1:47:36Speaker 10: try to be as fair and as honest as I can,
- 1:47:39Speaker 10: and I give you evaluation. Sometimes I don't think people
- 1:47:42Speaker 10: like it, but it's the truth. I keep saying Rice
- 1:47:45Speaker 10: Young to attack with or they never I never saw
- 1:47:51Speaker 10: them as pro quarterback. I just never did. I never
- 1:47:59Speaker 10: saw the skill set of a pro And I think
- 1:48:05Speaker 10: the Panthers are going to be at a Crossworlds with
- 1:48:08Speaker 10: Bryce Young in year three. I mean, it's just it's
- 1:48:14Speaker 10: just never. When I see too Will throw the ball,
- 1:48:17Speaker 10: it's so soft and lovely. I just want to cuddlepick
- 1:48:22Speaker 10: it sound like a kitten. Like it's like like a
- 1:48:25Speaker 10: comfort animal. That's how they throw the football. Were just
- 1:48:30Speaker 10: outed tossing it.
- 1:48:33Speaker 1: I'm saying this Sunday afternoon. We just it's a nice day.
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: There's no like we gotta like. We got a blanket
- 1:48:39Speaker 1: and some cheese out here.
- 1:48:41Speaker 10: And when I see Brice Young is the same thing
- 1:48:43Speaker 10: is if I gotta get it off and it's gonna
- 1:48:46Speaker 10: be not but it has nothing on it. And now
- 1:48:49Speaker 10: the Panthers again another season, uh where I just don't
- 1:48:53Speaker 10: see it. And the Dolphins, I know Mike McDaniel got
- 1:48:56Speaker 10: up there and he's trying to explain something about he's
- 1:48:58Speaker 10: not worried about his job. Uh, you're owing to in
- 1:49:04Speaker 10: a division with the Buffalo Bills. Nothing says. It's always
- 1:49:08Speaker 10: about your oh and to and who you're chasing. It's
- 1:49:11Speaker 10: your first way, as we talk about, to the playoffs,
- 1:49:13Speaker 10: is to win your division. It's the four division win
- 1:49:16Speaker 10: winners and the next three best records. So once you
- 1:49:20Speaker 10: quickly fall out of that race, I didn't think you
- 1:49:23Speaker 10: were going to win the division anyway, right, And now
- 1:49:26Speaker 10: you're owing too.
- 1:49:26Speaker 1: And now this is the thing.
- 1:49:28Speaker 12: Nothing, nothing quite says I'm worried about my job. Like
- 1:49:33Speaker 12: me bringing up the fact that I'm not worried about
- 1:49:34Speaker 12: my job. I mean, nobody's asked me, Hey, how you
- 1:49:37Speaker 12: doing today, Kenny, I'm cool. I ain't worried about my job.
- 1:49:45Speaker 30: After this, it ain't want to tell how yourself them
- 1:49:53Speaker 30: to sell to make us contacted.
- 1:49:55Speaker 1: I your track myself, don't go away.

- 1:50:50Speaker 16: There's someone crossing the streets.
- 1:50:52Speaker 1: Sorry I didn't see them there. If you feel different,
- 1:50:55Speaker 1: you drive different. Don't drive high. It's dangerous and illegal everywhere.

- 1:51:43Speaker 26: put a spin on life and sports and how they intermingle.
- 1:51:48Speaker 1: On the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy. Ye see money.
- 1:52:16Speaker 10: Walk back to the Sports Shock Show. The Sportshock Wing
- 1:52:19Speaker 10: can t sad news in the boxing world. We're talking
- 1:52:21Speaker 10: about a great fight on Saturday between Canelo and Crawford.
- 1:52:26Speaker 10: Ricky Hatton, who had a big moment there in his
- 1:52:31Speaker 10: twenties in his career, he was found dead at his
- 1:52:35Speaker 10: home forty six years old. No, I haven't seen any
- 1:52:39Speaker 10: infamo if you guys have of cause of death. But
- 1:52:44Speaker 10: Ricky haddn't boxer forty six. I think they were saying
- 1:52:48Speaker 10: he was preparing for a fight coming up here before
- 1:52:52Speaker 10: the end of the year. So Fran Brown of Syracuse,
- 1:52:58Speaker 10: the head coach of Syracuse greg olds and had some
- 1:53:01Speaker 10: criticism about him making his team run after the game
- 1:53:08Speaker 10: his team ran. They lost to Tennessee a couple of
- 1:53:11Speaker 10: weeks ago the first I think it was the first
- 1:53:12Speaker 10: game of the season. Uh, and they had coach made
- 1:53:16Speaker 10: the team run, and Greg Olsen, the announcer, says that
- 1:53:22Speaker 10: basically the coach was doing it in some kind of
- 1:53:25Speaker 10: what did he call it, performative formative manner?
- 1:53:30Speaker 1: What does that mean.
- 1:53:32Speaker 11: Just for the sake of showing people like, if you
- 1:53:36Speaker 11: see that I'm making a team run, then you would
- 1:53:38Speaker 11: see me as I'm being a tough but fair coach.
- 1:53:46Speaker 11: Care about okay? So you show okay?
- 1:53:50Speaker 12: So so could it be that I was trying to
- 1:53:56Speaker 12: encourage my team to do better, and you just happened
- 1:53:57Speaker 12: to be there with cameras.
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: I mean it's possible. I'll tell Greg Osen this. Uh,
- 1:54:08Speaker 1: it was something.
- 1:54:10Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:54:11Speaker 1: We didn't do it at the stadium. We won the game.
- 1:54:15Speaker 1: We struggled against Southern Miss. We won the game. Coach
- 1:54:22Speaker 1: told the O line, keep your uniform on, walked us
- 1:54:26Speaker 1: back to the practice facility across the street, and made
- 1:54:31Speaker 1: us run, we're bad performance. I don't think coach was
- 1:54:36Speaker 1: being performative. He had told us at a halftime, it's
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: gonna be a reckoning if things don't change in this
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: second half.
- 1:54:46Speaker 4: It's called coaching. I thought, Kenny, a reckoning, it's something
- 1:54:49Speaker 4: something gonna have to meet. I had to look up
- 1:54:52Speaker 4: with the word meant reckon. He gonna we're gonna have it.
- 1:54:55Speaker 4: We're gonna get in the car. Oh, actually the game
- 1:55:00Speaker 4: until well, you know fact somebody got a vomit. Yeah,
- 1:55:06Speaker 4: somebody somebody did so at least one somebody. That's when
- 1:55:10Speaker 4: we'll stop. Wasn't performing. So now anybody there filming it,
- 1:55:20Speaker 4: no see.
- 1:55:22Speaker 10: I think the people as we walked out when I remember,
- 1:55:24Speaker 10: people were kind of didn't understand why we still had our.
- 1:55:28Speaker 1: Uniforms on right.
- 1:55:30Speaker 4: I did is still dress, but I don't think I
- 1:55:33Speaker 4: think coach he said, I remember the game. He said
- 1:55:36Speaker 4: that he felt this team was out of shape. He
- 1:55:40Speaker 4: thought they were in better shape.
- 1:55:43Speaker 1: At that time.
- 1:55:44Speaker 10: So coaches try to get to their teams different where
- 1:55:47Speaker 10: there is no one set way.
- 1:55:49Speaker 1: And if you don't know the.
- 1:55:53Speaker 10: The players, if you don't know their attitude, it's hard
- 1:55:56Speaker 10: for you to raise or coach from the out side.
- 1:56:01Speaker 10: You have to know your team's personality.
- 1:56:04Speaker 12: When we're going to strength and condition in y'all late,
- 1:56:06Speaker 12: y'all leaving early exactly. I don't know how much I've
- 1:56:10Speaker 12: said something about the nutrition and every time I see you,
- 1:56:15Speaker 12: you got donuts in your hand, and they actually now
- 1:56:18Speaker 12: you breathing hard from one set of down.
- 1:56:21Speaker 4: They actually won that game that he made them sprint.
- 1:56:23Speaker 4: They just beat Connecticut in overtime, Okay, and so they did,
- 1:56:27Speaker 4: but they did lose the Tennessee right, Yeah, they did
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: lose with that, but they made he made them the
- 1:56:31Speaker 4: sprints against when they beat Connecticut. And the thing about it,
- 1:56:36Speaker 4: Greg Olsen was just saying what John Gruden. He was
- 1:56:39Speaker 4: saying that he grew agree with John Gruden. I'd rather
- 1:56:41Speaker 4: run sprints at one am in the ring, the coach
- 1:56:44Speaker 4: gonna wake me up.
- 1:56:44Speaker 11: And having to Big King's question. Yes there were cameras.
- 1:56:49Speaker 11: I think they were still in the on the field. No,
- 1:56:54Speaker 11: he's talking about I thought about.
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: Course.
- 1:56:56Speaker 12: My thing was I asked him were their cameras and
- 1:56:59Speaker 12: he said no, And that's probably why nobody talked about it.
- 1:57:03Speaker 4: Here.
- 1:57:03Speaker 12: There were cameras present. You're covering me, so you're looking
- 1:57:08Speaker 12: for a story. That's my point. It's not like this
- 1:57:11Speaker 12: is an anomaly in coaching. This is just me looking
- 1:57:15Speaker 12: for content and I use you as the content today.
- 1:57:20Speaker 12: And I think it's unfair that someone like a Greg Olsen,
- 1:57:23Speaker 12: because of his attachment to football, his position, his authority
- 1:57:32Speaker 12: in what he says, people see him as someone who
- 1:57:36Speaker 12: should know.
- 1:57:37Speaker 10: And we we're not running because of the Greg Oceans
- 1:57:39Speaker 10: on the team, right, We're running because of the Greg
- 1:57:43Speaker 10: Taylor's on the team.
- 1:57:44Speaker 28: Right.
- 1:57:45Speaker 10: And sometimes you have to That's why they call it
- 1:57:47Speaker 10: the ultimate team sport. Sometimes you paid the price for others,
- 1:57:53Speaker 10: for the other dude, Man, I had nothing to do
- 1:57:55Speaker 10: with that, Big Kenny.
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: I mean that's I told him, put the donuts and
- 1:58:00Speaker 1: we out here getting it in and you're around here,
- 1:58:03Speaker 1: you know, and I.
- 1:58:05Speaker 4: Can imagine that you have good Saturdays. Y'all have lost
- 1:58:09Speaker 4: and thought you were gonna have Sunday off. Coach said, no,
- 1:58:11Speaker 4: y'all coming in. Oh yeah, I mean, and y'all even
- 1:58:15Speaker 4: if high school players Friday night, you lose you Saturday morning.
- 1:58:17Speaker 10: No, y'all need to be And we've had different NBA
- 1:58:20Speaker 10: Hall of famers like Magic Johnson, Yalls Barkley, some guys
- 1:58:24Speaker 10: that would run after the game because they missed.
- 1:58:27Speaker 1: Free throws, yes, like you know, or they felt like
- 1:58:31Speaker 1: they didn't get enough running.
- 1:58:32Speaker 4: They're out of They realized themselves, you have to motivate
- 1:58:37Speaker 4: private pile. Surprise, surprise, you have failed to motivate private pile.
- 1:58:44Speaker 4: So big a REXI you real quick for you guys
- 1:58:47Speaker 4: that know, And we'll have to pick this up again.
- 1:58:51Speaker 4: Our young men who they've decided to give it a name,
- 1:58:54Speaker 4: which is something that's funny. Men young men who have
- 1:59:00Speaker 4: a disorder of want to be muscular. So that's what
- 1:59:06Speaker 4: they call big a Rexia. Now men young men who
- 1:59:09Speaker 4: want to be musculine, they called big Erexia.
- 1:59:11Speaker 1: I call it. Won't the honeys out attract the baby out?
- 1:59:17Speaker 1: You know I'm trying to get me some high school.
- 1:59:22Speaker 4: Yeah, it's because girls got bumps too, and I'm trying
- 1:59:27Speaker 4: to put them together.
- 1:59:28Speaker 1: That's why. That's why we do that.
- 1:59:29Speaker 10: All of us as men at sixteen, we wanted guns.
- 1:59:33Speaker 10: We wanted guns. We thought want that fold.
- 1:59:36Speaker 4: Right, because huns out guns out right. That's why men
- 1:59:40Speaker 4: don't work out, because we just looking at right at
- 1:59:45Speaker 4: thy muscle. Now we want to show that to a
- 1:59:47Speaker 4: girl looking at that muscle.
- 1:59:49Speaker 10: We want to get to summer because if you right,
- 1:59:52Speaker 10: because if you show me your bicep, I'm gonna punch
- 1:59:55Speaker 10: you because that's what men do.
- 1:59:56Speaker 11: It has some other names, uh, megarexi and reverse antires here. Yeah,
- 2:00:05Speaker 11: but I'm saying, how how do you give a name
- 2:00:07Speaker 11: to something that.
- 2:00:11Speaker 4: Every male desire, Every male desires at that age in
- 2:00:18Speaker 4: this idea that they're going to get some type of
- 2:00:21Speaker 4: physical physique. Yeah, yeah, they're not looking agger, but they're
- 2:00:26Speaker 4: just looking to make your chest jump like Rick Flett.
- 2:00:29Speaker 11: They're looking at it as a mental disorders. That that's
- 2:00:33Speaker 11: all you're thinking about. That's all you need to get
- 2:00:36Speaker 11: a lift in. You're not doing the homework. Everybody's not like,
- 2:00:40Speaker 11: let me get one more before I go home. And
- 2:00:43Speaker 11: that's the part that I'm talking about. All of us
- 2:00:45Speaker 11: have the feeling some guys are okay and dedicated to
- 2:00:48Speaker 11: continue to do it. So you're saying that's a disorder
- 2:00:52Speaker 11: because they're willing to put in the effort. Yeah, that's
- 2:00:56Speaker 11: all it us around hoping with you. It's all of
- 2:01:00Speaker 11: us ain't willing to work.
- 2:01:01Speaker 1: How you're how you're viewing yourself like, I'm not you
- 2:01:04Speaker 1: gonna do it all this? But it's not. It's not
- 2:01:06Speaker 1: you haven't done enough. I haven't done enough because because.
- 2:01:10Speaker 10: I haven't realized, I haven't grown old enough to realize
- 2:01:13Speaker 10: all body types are different.
- 2:01:14Speaker 12: And see, this is the thing anorexia. Nobody makes us
- 2:01:19Speaker 12: reverse just having realized that. And see this is what
- 2:01:22Speaker 12: I'm saying, nobody makes a supplement for you know I'm
- 2:01:26Speaker 12: doing I'm heading in the right directions Like no, I'm
- 2:01:28Speaker 12: too small.
- 2:01:29Speaker 10: No, because when they put you on the bench, they
- 2:01:31Speaker 10: don't tell you that the guy that's gonna list more
- 2:01:34Speaker 10: on the bench have shorter on arms. That's why the
- 2:01:38Speaker 10: full back or the linebacker, as far as the number
- 2:01:43Speaker 10: on the bench he can put up because he has
- 2:01:45Speaker 10: a shorter distance to go it's hard to be the
- 2:01:48Speaker 10: strongest guy as far as when you have a thirty
- 2:01:52Speaker 10: nine inch sleeve.
- 2:01:54Speaker 1: You know how long my sleeve is.
- 2:01:56Speaker 10: I got to take this away from here and for
- 2:01:59Speaker 10: it to I gotta reach four hundred pounds that far
- 2:02:04Speaker 10: in there. The other guy only went to hear. When
- 2:02:09Speaker 10: you're shorter, your muscles curl up easier because they have
- 2:02:14Speaker 10: little less width, I mean length. That's why the Hulk
- 2:02:19Speaker 10: Hogan's on of the world. When you watch them, they
- 2:02:21Speaker 10: would have had to get on steroids. Most bodybuilders are
- 2:02:25Speaker 10: under six feet. It's hard for six seven men to
- 2:02:30Speaker 10: not up like a Hulk Holgan. You learn that African
- 2:02:35Speaker 10: American men, black man, whatever you want to call them,
- 2:02:38Speaker 10: naturally have a more muscular So if you have the
- 2:02:43Speaker 10: Caucasian you can be stronger. Most likely the strongest person
- 2:02:51Speaker 10: in that locker room is a Caucasian, but he doesn't
- 2:02:55Speaker 10: look like it. Because he doesn't his body won't not
- 2:03:00Speaker 10: up with the same amount, so he has to do more.
- 2:03:04Speaker 10: So when you're doing these steeries and you throw these
- 2:03:06Speaker 10: little and I know I'm going into the you throw
- 2:03:09Speaker 10: these stories up against the wall and don't give the
- 2:03:11Speaker 10: people the rest of it. Because to give somebody who
- 2:03:15Speaker 10: is okay doing the hard work versus the guy who
- 2:03:19Speaker 10: but the guy that is not muscular. He wants that too,
- 2:03:23Speaker 10: he says, ain't willing to wake up at five before
- 2:03:25Speaker 10: school school started. Eight man, I'm not getting there at
- 2:03:29Speaker 10: six point thirty to get a lift in with you,
- 2:03:31Speaker 10: Big Kenny.
- 2:03:31Speaker 12: He ain't going to the grocery store to get keen
- 2:03:34Speaker 12: wah and kale and protein power.
- 2:03:36Speaker 10: But this doesn't minimize it. I got the same desire.
- 2:03:41Speaker 10: I just don't want to put the work.
- 2:03:43Speaker 1: In on it, and the peacha ain't gonna make it
- 2:03:45Speaker 1: look back.
- 2:03:45Speaker 10: So that's why I laughed, because how do you then
- 2:03:47Speaker 10: go and put a label on that and make these
- 2:03:54Speaker 10: kids feel like.
- 2:03:57Speaker 1: School?
- 2:03:58Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 2:03:59Speaker 10: To me is when you to me is when something
- 2:04:02Speaker 10: and to me, you have a gambling problem. When you're
- 2:04:06Speaker 10: gambling problem starts affecting them, your healthy life, or the
- 2:04:11Speaker 10: people around you. If you have enough extra income that
- 2:04:17Speaker 10: the lights and your wife, you ain't hitting nobody. You
- 2:04:21Speaker 10: just like to go gamble. It's only a problem when
- 2:04:26Speaker 10: you start lashing out on other people because you lost
- 2:04:30Speaker 10: or using the rent. It's the same with lifting weights.
- 2:04:35Speaker 10: Now when you go to risking heart failure and shooting.
- 2:04:38Speaker 10: Now we into but you just calling it bigger Rexia
- 2:04:42Speaker 10: because a seventeen year old boy wants to be muscular.
- 2:04:45Speaker 1: And your son little and fat showing and we are
- 2:04:49Speaker 1: in the ocean. We went all past o. I'm sorry
- 2:04:52Speaker 1: about that guy. I understand. I guess that's ocean.
- 2:04:59Speaker 26: It's time to rap things up on the Sports jug
- 2:05:02Speaker 26: Show with Wayne.
- 2:05:04Speaker 3: Gunny Smile the Smile Smid story.
- 2:05:20Speaker 1: When you decide an ocean again to watch out Tessa.
- 2:05:22Speaker 4: Minute to Ben.
- 2:05:23Speaker 1: We'd like to thank you for tuning in to today's show.
- 2:05:26Speaker 10: Vic Kinney Commandi, Greg Fat producer, thank you for your contributions.
- 2:05:30Speaker 10: Monday night football Chargers Raiders at ten at seven, Tampa
- 2:05:35Speaker 10: Bay versus the Texans going in the ocean today because
- 2:05:39Speaker 10: it's time that everybody on these media stations speak up
- 2:05:44Speaker 10: on this. Yesterday during the game the Bengals and the Jaguars,
- 2:05:51Speaker 10: another sex toy out on the field.
- 2:05:56Speaker 1: It is ran his course someone.
- 2:06:01Speaker 10: I mean, you're just going behind the last five hundred
- 2:06:04Speaker 10: people who thought it was funny and everything is funny
- 2:06:07Speaker 10: until somebody do it to you. It's funny how that is.
- 2:06:11Speaker 10: But we got the joke. You had a couple of dollars,
- 2:06:14Speaker 10: you hit eBay or the sex store. You bought a
- 2:06:16Speaker 10: little thing. You thought you were going to join in
- 2:06:18Speaker 10: with the fun. That's somebody out there working. Somebody brought
- 2:06:23Speaker 10: their kids, somebody brought their grandmother. I wish to these leagues.
- 2:06:28Speaker 10: I can't say it enough. I wish when these kind
- 2:06:31Speaker 10: of things are going on, they were federal crimes. I
- 2:06:35Speaker 10: really do the center sign when you gather that many people,
- 2:06:39Speaker 10: but this little throwing stuff. Somebody ran up on the
- 2:06:42Speaker 10: stage at Lebron James.
- 2:06:44Speaker 1: And it's like.
- 2:06:47Speaker 10: Just flipping around. Would you like Lebron James run up
- 2:06:50Speaker 10: on your stage at you? We have totally lost that
- 2:06:55Speaker 10: idea of life. What are you interrupting? What's so funny
