  Speaker 2: was crazy how Auburn Alabama that was. That was a

  Speaker 2: fun one. Uh. I thought that Houston Arizona was fun.

  Speaker 2: By Carolina boys, they're at least not off there, get

  Speaker 2: they've been a ify team to make the tournament. I

  Speaker 2: think now they're on the outside to make the bubble

  Speaker 2: Chapel Hill. But it's been a great weekend for the

  Speaker 2: the SEC has had almost nine teams rank this whole season,

  Speaker 2: the Big Twelve has had about six, and the Big

  Speaker 2: Ten has been pretty top heavy strong. So we haven't

  Speaker 2: getting spoiled this year, I feel. But it's because that

  Speaker 2: three conferences are really providing good basketball most weekend week out,

  Speaker 2: with the SEC, the Big Ten, and the Big Twelve,

  Speaker 2: The ACC the Big East not quite as strong as

  Speaker 2: the year's past, but with how the SEC schedule is especially,

  Speaker 2: you can literally do a podcast on the SEC weekly

  Speaker 2: and it'd probably be just as small as a regular one.

  Speaker 1: league as some people are making it out. And one

  Speaker 1: of them literally was on a broadcast for I believe

  Speaker 1: it was the SEC game too. So I've already heard

  Speaker 1: this like either it's the best conference of all time,

  Speaker 1: right or like trying to discredit it and trying to

  Speaker 1: act like no, dude, you know, and we're not saying

  Speaker 1: the Big Twelve all of a sudden sucks, you know,

  Speaker 1: in the Big Ten. Shit, the Big Ten might get

  Speaker 1: in more teams than the Big Twelve actually this year,

  Speaker 1: you never know. Yeah, So I mean that's what some

  Speaker 1: of the speculation is so far. So yeah, I just

  Speaker 1: I just I find it funny that people just get,

  Speaker 1: you know, it is college sports, and people do really

  Speaker 1: go over the top crazy for it, even more than

  Speaker 1: we see, you know, in professional sports, just because it

  Speaker 1: actually went to the school, and I don't know, it

  Speaker 1: just kind of always been that way. I'd say. Another

  Speaker 1: sport is boxing, and I think it has to do

  Speaker 1: with just the individualism where you're cheering for one person

  Speaker 1: and it's like if you think of like major fan

  Speaker 1: bases for teams to think of it like that, but

  Speaker 1: all into one person. You know, you just you get

  Speaker 1: some emotional and passion and then you get some fanboys

  Speaker 1: and just you know, diluted messages. But real quick, Baylor

  Speaker 1: did get a nice or did I should say, did

  Speaker 1: grind with Houston, which you know Houston would grind with them,

  Speaker 1: but that Houston did end up get that win from

  Speaker 1: last Going back to last week, real quick, it's funny

  Speaker 1: because the Auburn and Alabama possibly slip up there. They

  Speaker 1: did not slip up, but some other teams did. And

  Speaker 1: you know, your Kansas State call was really good too.

  Speaker 1: Florida did end up being beaten Mississippi. Kentucky got a
• 8:22
  Speaker 1: really nice win over Tennessee Michigan. You know, we thought

  Speaker 1: they were pretty damn good. They're starting to put some

  Speaker 1: wins together and one of them was last Tuesday. That
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: a lot of these Tuesdays have been just stacked man.

  Speaker 1: Yukon got a nice win at Cretan as well, and

  Speaker 1: that seventy to seventy three Zona loses on the road

  Speaker 1: to Kansas State. Indiana surprised me at at Michigan State too,

  Speaker 1: just kind of summon up some of that action that
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: we talked about. Here's another one, Nova getting not you know,

  Speaker 1: knocking off Saint John's now Saint John's bounce back. But

  Speaker 1: that was that was kind of the look ahead. Texas

  Speaker 1: Tech almost lost Arizona State at home in double overtime,

  Speaker 1: but they did end up you know, getting through that.

  Speaker 1: But you know, leading up to Saturday, any any surprises

  Speaker 1: or things you want to talk about before we start

  Speaker 1: to really dig into some of those some of those

  Speaker 1: games from Saturday and Sunday.

  Speaker 2: Uh, Well, I did watch that Nova game, man, I'll

  Speaker 2: get again. I think that Saint John's is the team

  Speaker 2: I'm gonna trust a lot in the tournament time because

  Speaker 2: in that Nova game, they were down twelve on the

  Speaker 2: road and went on like a thirteen old run at

  Speaker 2: Nova in the second half. And we talked about how

  Speaker 2: they came out a run against you against you cut

  Speaker 2: on the road. So they and I know that they

  Speaker 2: did lose against Nova. But if you can continuously not

  Speaker 2: be a fearful team when you're down double ditchit points

  Speaker 2: on their road verus good teams, that shows me you're legit.

  Speaker 2: So half thoughts to them, I think that team's going

  Speaker 2: to make a deeper out of the tournament, which they've

  Speaker 2: not done for a long time. And hey, Case, I

  Speaker 2: but if you keep having some big wins, you might

  Speaker 1: But Auburn and Bama, you know, some of these games,

  Speaker 1: I didn't notice that. It seems like the team and

  Speaker 1: this is this can be basketball, of course, but it's

  Speaker 1: it seems like the team that really started strong. Even
• 11:02
  Speaker 1: this week. You know, you get up ten to one

  Speaker 1: or something, especially if you're at home, and I noticed

  Speaker 1: that kind of ranged true. Auburn started out really, really well.

  Speaker 1: Now I give credit to Bama. They got you know,

  Speaker 1: they got back in the game and they were making
• 11:16
  Speaker 1: it competitive. But you know, Auburn finally dropped one and

  Speaker 1: they respond in the one two matchup ninety four eighty five.

  Speaker 1: That was a great, great win. And then Houston at

  Speaker 1: Arizona that was a grind it out and like I said,

  Speaker 1: Arizona ended up dropping both games this week. We've talked

  Speaker 1: a little bit about Wisconsin Howe, not just this year,
• 11:40
  Speaker 1: but I'd say in the last two three years that

  Speaker 1: their system is a little different on offense, and this
• 11:45
  Speaker 1: year it's like they're hitting their peak. And yeah, to

  Speaker 1: put up ninety four Marshall on Purdue or anybody for

  Speaker 1: that matter, it's it's pretty crazy, man. And their best

  Speaker 1: player had thirty two points. It was a great, great transfer.

  Speaker 1: impressed with Michigan State. Double digit Illinois. I thought that

  Speaker 1: an okay squad. I think they're a little bit better

  Speaker 1: than their record says. They got a nice one over Kentucky.

  Speaker 1: They just haven't been as consistent. But I mean Saturday

  Speaker 1: to lose, you know, for Kansas to like Utah hasn't

  Speaker 2: them play Chris again, you see that there's NBA potential

  Speaker 2: Tilts on the offensive end. But defensively, man, that is

  Speaker 2: not a good team. So how many times can you

  Speaker 2: win a track me? We'll see again. I don't want

  Speaker 2: to play them one on one, but defensively, man, Kentucky

  Speaker 2: Like Yeah, Texas Tech, I still feel there may be

  Speaker 2: the quietest sleeper team in the country this year that

  Speaker 2: could maybe win a title. The way they played basketball

  Speaker 2: is really good. That coach came from North Texas who

  Speaker 2: is more of a defensive guy. Obviously he has become

  Speaker 2: a little more offensive this year. But I do think

  Speaker 2: Texas Tech is maybe the least talked about team in

  Speaker 2: the country that can cut down the nets from Lubbock.

  Speaker 2: And also, again, I know we've talked a lot about

  Speaker 2: the SEC the Big twelve. This year, but Izzo and

  Speaker 2: his boys that dude could add another Final four on

  Speaker 2: his resume this year because they're having I'm not gonna

  Speaker 2: say it quiet here because that'd be disrespectful of this party.

  Speaker 2: But this Michigan State team is good, like they're good.

  Speaker 2: They're going through the Big Ten pretty I would say,

  Speaker 2: pretty confidently, and they do seem to have kind of

  Speaker 2: a tougher schedule. Seems like they're playing a right team

  Speaker 2: are ranked for a reason, and that tells me the

  Speaker 2: teams who have their home court win on their home court,

  Speaker 2: and that's the sign of a good team. And everyone's

  Speaker 2: why he might make it a road victory. Okay, and

  Speaker 2: the bomb team are going to continue to lose. But

  Speaker 2: I don't think that eighty two and eighties discredits the

  Speaker 2: conference because again, you're good, you went on your home court.

  Speaker 2: When you lose, you lose on their own and that

  Speaker 1: think it was fifty to forty eight or something like

  Speaker 1: that and there was like a nine minute scoreless stretch.

  Speaker 1: I think that's eleven straight road wins. Now, yeah, they
