- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Hello, everyone.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to Crushing Strongholds.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: This is a podcast where we turn pain into power, trauma into triumph, and just a place where we can focus on becoming a better version of ourselves.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: My name is Mickey.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: I'm a Christian life coach, and today I'm your host.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: And um along with this episode, I want to recap and talk about the last two episodes because this is a series of episodes that are going to be all um connected together.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: And we are talking about the stronghold of fear today.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: And um fear is probably I'm gonna say is the strongest stronghold that a person can have.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: It's the thing that people encounter the most, the people that the or the the struggle that they have the most is encountering and dealing with fear.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Now, in episodes um seven and eight, before we jump into episode nine, um, I would just want to recap just a little bit about what that looks like, okay?
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: So in episode seven, we talked about the seven types of fear.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Now, there's fear of the Lord, fear of man, fear of the spirit, fear of failure, fear of nature, fear of death or danger, and fear of just the unknown.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Okay, these are all types of fears that people deal with on a daily basis.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: Every single day, with almost every encounter that they have, fear can and does arise.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: So, how are we handling it?
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Well, fear is an unpleasant emotion, like we talked about, and um it it causes us to believe that something is dangerous or likely to cause pain or could be even a threat to us, okay?
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: So it's important to understand what fear actually is.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: It's an emotion.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: An emotion.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: It's a feeling, okay?
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: So, based on knowing that it's an unpleasant emotion that causes us to think this way, um, it allows us to get triggered into wondering or figuring out how we need to react or handle a certain situation and what kind of fear we should have over that situation, if that makes any sense.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: So in episode eight, we talked about um the fear of the Lord.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: What is the true fear of the Lord?
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: So, out of all seven fears that we talk about in these episodes, the fear of the Lord is the most important.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: And it's because we're not supposed to have fear of anything else.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you understand that.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: We are not to have fear of anything else except for the Lord, okay?
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: And when we put our fear in and that emotion into the Lord, He is going to help us and teach us and give us an understanding, okay?
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: So when we talk about what true fear of the Lord is, basically it's a um God-centered focus and being mindful of God and his presence.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: We need to be very mindful of his presence, okay?
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: And that we would be attentive to his will, attentive to his word, and um to his promises.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: God gives us a lot of promises in his word, right here, okay?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: The reason why we don't see some of these promises happening in our life is because we're not attentive to them.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: We need to be paying attention to what God's promises are and what he has for us, okay?
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: So, what does this kind of mean?
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: It means that we need to keep God first always in all aspects of our life, over our relationships, over our work, over our studies, over anything that we got going on.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: We need to keep God as the center, as the head of everything that we do.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: So in the book of Proverbs, we talked about how it connects um the fear of the Lord with knowledge and wisdom and instruction and understanding.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: We need to have an understanding of what the fear of the Lord is.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: We need to have an understanding about fear itself, because fear is the stronghold.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: But it's okay to have fear of the Lord, but it's the only fear that we're supposed to have.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: The only fear that we're supposed to have.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: We have seven fears, so how is it that we can decipher these fears?
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Well, let's talk about it.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: Well, in Proverbs, let's go to the scripture real quick.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: In Proverbs 1, 7, if you have your Bibles ready, get them out.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: Let's dive in.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Um, I love to share the word, okay?
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Proverbs 1-7 says, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: I've been foolish many times in my life.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: I've lacked lacked instruction, and um because I didn't have the knowledge that I needed to be in obedience to God and I needed to fear the Lord.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: I didn't have that instilled in me in my life, okay.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Even though I've been in and out of church, it just wasn't something that people talked about.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: A lot of times when we talk about fear, we think of fear being something that is um terrifying, okay?
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: And God doesn't want us to be terrified of Him, He wants us to be respectful and obedient.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: He is an authority figure over life, like our parents are, okay.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: Um, I wasn't raised by my dad.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: I don't even know my dad.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: So I never had a father figure.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: My mom tried to play both roles, um, but my mom had her own strongholds that she had to go through and um had a really hard time raising kids.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: Matter of fact, she really didn't want to raise kids.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: So she would put me in foster homes and um all throughout my um my adolescent years, from two all the way up to almost 16, um, I was in and out of foster homes quite a bit because she didn't want to take care of me.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: And it brought on a lot of rejection and a lot of pain and a lot of fear.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Fear brings on other strongholds, okay.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: It when you're afraid and you're in fear, you're going to have a sense of multiple strongholds, multiple strongholds, okay?
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: But how how do we crush it?
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: How can we move on?
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: Well, let's move on to episode nine, shall we?
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Let's crush fear.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: Let's just talk about crushing it, okay?
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Um, we need to understand that when we talk about fear, we have to talk about it head on, okay?
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: What is the spirit of fear?
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Let's tackle that one first, okay?
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: The spirit of fear dives deep into fear.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: You know why?
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of Christians, especially Christians, they think that the spirit of fear is just a deeper level of fear, and it affects us spiritually.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: And so to speak, it kind of does, um, depending on how you're looking at it.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Okay, the spirit of fear comes from the enemy, it doesn't come from God.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna dive in and look at a scripture here in a minute, and um we're gonna get some insight and some practical tools on how to examine fear and how it manifests in our life and how it can hold us back and um it can keep us stuck and in places that we just don't want to be in.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: So we need to thoroughly talk about it so we can overcome it.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: So let's look at 2 Timothy.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: 2 Timothy is right after 1 Timothy, it's in the New Testament, okay, and it's before Titus, okay, in the Bible.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: We're gonna look at chapter 1, verse 7, which is kind of ironic because we just looked at Proverbs 1 7.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna look at 2 Timothy 1-7.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: It says, For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and an and of a sound mind.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: God has not, let me emphasize this: He did not, no way, no how did he give us a spirit of fear.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: So if we're talking about a spirit of fear, where does that come from?
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: It comes from the enemy.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: The enemy wants us to be afraid of everything but Christ, okay?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: He wants us to be completely terrified of every single thing else out in the world, but not have fear of the Lord.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you understand this or not, but that's exactly what the enemy is trying to do.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: And he's really good at it, and he's not going to quit trying.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: So we need to understand it so we know how to handle it, we know how to deal with it, and we don't have to put up with it anymore.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: That's such an amazing, crazy thing.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: So, because fear, being it's an emotion, it's not a spirit.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: Fear is not a spirit.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: But the enemy will try to convince you that there's a spirit of fear on you when there is not, because God said He does not give us a spirit of fear, he only gives us a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: So when we talk about this, we need to understand that spiritually we actually can resist fear, it can be resisted through and from our spirit.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: We can rebuke it and we can reject it.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: All we want, and the enemy can't do anything about it.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: So I want to give you an illustration today that I think is really interesting that the Lord showed me when I was doing this study.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: And I thought it was just it just kind of opened my eyes and it blew my mind.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Think about um your car keys, okay?
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: And your car keys represent your power, your love, and your sound mind.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: Think about handing your car keys over to the enemy.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: You probably wouldn't want to do that, would you?
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: I I mean I would I wouldn't want to do it, but let me tell you how many times I have done that.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: I have given over my power and my love and and even my mind over to the devil so many times that I basically handed him the keys and said, Here you go.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: Now you're the one who gets to control and operate me.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: I've given you the keys, okay?
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: We cannot be doing this.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: We cannot keep doing this because if we keep doing this, we're just gonna get entrapped in more strongholds.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: It's an entrapment.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: If we allow the enemy to have our power, to take our love, to take our mind, okay?
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: We're giving it to him.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: So let me tell you something that I think is really, really interesting before we talk about the spiritual and psychological content to this message.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: Here's something that I just want to share with you.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Did you know that the enemy has to flee and is terrified of just the name of Jesus?
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: If you're fighting a battle and you're up against the wall, all you have to do is call out the name of Jesus out loud.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Speak it out loud.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Over and over and over again until the battle is won.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: Because the enemy has to flee at the sound of Jesus.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: When you say in Jesus' name, Satan, leave, he has to leave.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: He doesn't get to hang out anymore, he doesn't get to have the keys.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: Giving you the keys back, you you you you no longer reside here.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: You are out the door, gone, see ya, do not come back.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: And he's gonna keep tempting you.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: He's always gonna try to have one foot in the door, he's always gonna try to bring back the things that you were afraid of, because he already knows what you're afraid of, because we've already given him the power.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: We gave him the power to rule over us for such a long time.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And gosh, for myself, I wasted and allowed the enemy to have so much power over me, not knowing that I'm the one who actually had enough power to rebuke him.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: And it's crazy how we live in this fear, okay?
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: So, in both spiritual and psychological content, um, the spirit of the fear, it literally refers to a state of mind, and it's characterized by intense and irrational anxiety.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Fear is a type of anxiety, it's an emotion, it's not a spirit, okay?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: And when we start to get fear, it brings on anxiousness, and then we start dreading stuff, and then it can be actually literally deliberating, and we don't want that.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: We don't want that.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: So, spiritually, um, it's often viewed as a negative influence, because that's what fear does, is a negative influence that hinders our faith and relationship with God.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: The spirit of the enemy definitely wants to do that with us.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: He wants to keep us from having that connection with God.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: If he can sever our faith and he can intervene in our relationship with God, to where we don't lean on God, we don't trust God, we don't be in obedience to God's word, we don't pray to him, we don't talk to him, then he's winning.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: He's winning.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: That's all he wants to do.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: He doesn't care at all about us.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: The enemy cares not one bit about who we are.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: He only cares whether we have a relationship with God or not.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: That's where the spirit of fear comes from, is from the enemy.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: But where does that where does it come from?
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: How does the spirit of fear um, without it even being a spirit, how did how does it come to us?
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: It comes from childhood experiences, so generational curses, it comes from trauma, things that have happened to you, like um obese or uh a tragedy.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Sometimes a trauma, something traumatic can happen, and it can keep you stuck in fear for a long, long, long time.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: And also spiritual oppression.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: So have you opened the door?
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we open the door and we let Satan right in.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: Just like handing him the car keys here.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: I'm giving you the power over me.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: You get the power over my relationship and my love for my for people, for myself.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: And um, you also get the power over my mind.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: So you get to be in control, you get to take over.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: No, we cannot do this anymore.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: This is no longer an option.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: We cannot keep letting this happen.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: We have to crush fear, we have to crush the spirit of fear, especially.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about a story.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: I want to bring up a story real quick before we come to the close here, um, that I hope might help you a little bit.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: And it's in Matthew 14.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And Matthew's the first book of the New Testament, okay?
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And it's right before Mark.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: So it goes Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, those are the gospels, okay?
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: One of the gospels.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: Matthew 14, verse 30.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Let's talk about this, okay?
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: Let me read it real quick to you.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: As soon as I can find it.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: I don't have it highlighted, so but when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: This is Peter being afraid, okay?
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: And being and beginning to sink, he cried out saying, Lord, save me! And immediately Jesus stretched out his hand.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: This is so awesome and caught him and said to him, Oh, ye of little faith, why did you doubt?
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Why did you doubt?
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: Why did Peter doubt?
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: What did it say?
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Because he was afraid.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: Being afraid is fear.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: That is fear.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: When you're afraid, that's where fear is is taking control.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: You get to decide how that fear has an effect, how how fear has an effect on your life.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna let it make you anxious?
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna let it hold you down?
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna let it keep you captive?
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: What about going into relationships?
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: I've been terrified of that for a long, long time because I had a failed marriage.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: Um my kids, I I failed in areas raising my children because they went through a broken home, like I went through a broken home, and being a single mom, trying to make the right decisions, I didn't always have the right answers.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: Just like my mom didn't have the right answers.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: My mom was married six times.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: She wasn't quite as terrified of getting married as again as I was, but but um she struggled with relationships.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: And what why is that?
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Because we we get into a position where we have anxiety and we're afraid to love the way that we're supposed to love.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: We don't know how to do it.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: We need to learn.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: That's why we're supposed to fear the Lord, so we have the knowledge of the Lord, and so that He can teach us how to love the way He wants us to love one another.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: Okay, so again, calling out and leaning on Jesus.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Remember, Jesus is love, God is love.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, so when we talk about that, it takes that fear and anxiety away from us.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: We can cast that fear down, we can get to the point where we're crushing and tearing and pulling down the strongholds, like it says in 2 Corinthians.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: We are to pull them down one by one.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Are you doing that today?
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Are you doing that today?
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: When we talk about spiritual and psychological strongholds, the psychological part of it is the mental health part of it, and the spiritual part of it is the warfare that you're actually battling against with the enemy and with your own flesh.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's not the enemy, sometimes it's your own flesh, sometimes you just don't want to let go of that fear because you've had it for so long.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: You don't know any other way to operate except for but to live in fear.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: God wants us to be free from that.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: So if you're struggling from that with any type of fear, if you're struggling from that and you feel yourself trapped and you're fine you're finding that you need a breakthrough, reach out to me.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: Get a hold of me.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: Let's talk because I have been through this, I have studied this, and and I can guarantee you I can help you get on the right path.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: We want to be on the straight, narrow path.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: We don't want to be on the one that's wide and crooked and all over the place to where we're literally in the gray area constantly.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, there's no clarity in our life as to what's happening.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: We need to get the breakthrough.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: What does that look like for you?
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: Are you on the rise?
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: Is it is it is it coming your way, or are you still sitting there waiting for something to happen?
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: It's gonna take you taking the first step.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: You going, hey, I need to get I need to get I need to get past this.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: I'm not growing anywhere in my life, I'm not pursuing, I'm not, I'm not thriving.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: And basically just a limp noodle to sitting.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: I'm sitting idle and nothing, nothing exciting is happening in my life.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: God didn't design us for that.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: He did not design us for that.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: He designed us to be servants, he designed us to be in fellowship with one another, he designed us to have relationships, he designed us to um literally live up to our God-given purpose.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: And if we're not doing that, it's because we are being held with strongholds.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: We have strongholds keeping us capped up that need to be broken and and we need to be delivered from that.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: That freedom is waiting for you and it and it wants so much.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: God wants you to be fulfilled with so much joy, love, and happiness.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: The enemy is the one who wants to keep you stuck, not God.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: God loves you, He loves you, He has favor for you.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: So if this is you and you feel like you're in a place where um you don't know what to do, and fear has got you captive, please just listen to me.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: Reach out.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: I would love to just pray for you.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Even if you just need a prayer partner, I'll pray for you.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: Anytime.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: It starts with prayer.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: And some of the tools that I want to share with you that you can use to help crush these strongholds, especially fear.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: Vitally, prayer would be number one on my list.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Pray.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: Pray and spend time with God.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Okay, pray and listen.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: Talk to God, tell him where you're at.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: Get in the word, grab the Bible, read it.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: Proverbs is a great book to start in.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: It's a great book to start in.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: So get in there, read it, meditate on it day and night.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: God is supposed to be number one, He's supposed to be the center of your life above anything and everyone.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I know that God only gets like a couple minutes of my day.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: And I usually think about myself, how, man, I wonder how my day could have gotten the way it is, and could it have been better?
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: If I would have spent more time with God each day, and not set him up on the shelf and and only reach out to him when I was sinking like Peter, when Peter cried out to Jesus and said, Lord, save me.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: That's that's usually when people call out to God.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: When things are going great, or we just get up and we're following our routine and going to work and living our life, our day in and day out, whatever, whatever the riff ref is it is, we we literally um just forget sometimes that God needs to be center of our life.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: And when you put God center of your life, God's gonna show you things, he's gonna start changing things.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: Like he gave me this illustration about the car keys today.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: Actually, he gave it to me yesterday, but he he he resurfaced it again today because and he's like, You have to share this, you have to share this.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: This is so good.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: We have literally been given the enemy the the keys to our power and to our love and to our sound mind.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: We need to stop that.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: We need to put the brakes on, take our keys back, and and and that's what we need to do.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: So, wherever you're at today, friends, I just ask that you just reach out and let me know.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: Say hi, if anything, let me know you're listening.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: I hope you learned something from this podcast today, and I hope that um whatever you're going through, that you just know that you're not alone.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: You are not alone in the struggle, okay?
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: Everyone has strongholds that they go through and that they face.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: Some of us are better than others.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: I know a lot of people that I look at their life and I go, man, how are they how are they doing it so well?
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: And and I guarantee you the answer to that is they're clinging on to God a lot more than I clinged on to God.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: So I'd encourage you to do that today.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: And if you would like some counseling, counseling or some coaching, please reach out to me and I'd be glad to set you up for that.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: I have a lot of different options.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: I have Power Hour, I have Power Hour Plus, I have a 90-day program, and my programs are not cookie cutter, they're individualized, they're made just for you, they're not made for everyone.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Now I know that there's a lot of great coaching programs out there that have their packages all put together, and um those are great, but mine's a little bit more than that.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: So I just want to let you know that I have a little bit more added into that that um that variation of counseling because I think it's important.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: So, anyhow, I hope you all have a great and wonderful day.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: Thank you again.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: This has been another amazing episode of Crushing Strongholds, and um, take care and God bless.
