Mega Edition: Hugh Hefner And His Warning About Jeffrey Epstein (10/29/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. For the past couple of days, we've been
0:08
Speaker 1: talking about Hugh Hefner and the allegations he made to
0:11
Speaker 1: the FBI about Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged assault of
0:15
Speaker 1: Audra Christensen. Well, Audra Christensen gave a interview to News Nation,
0:22
Speaker 1: and in this episode, we're going to dive into an
0:24
Speaker 1: article talking about that interview. So, with that said, Let's
0:29
Speaker 1: just dive right in. Headline, ex-playmate says Ghislaine Maxwell threatened
0:34
Speaker 1: her after Epstein assault. This article was authored by Diana Falzoni.
0:40
Speaker 1: In a wide-ranging interview with News Nation, former Playboy playmate
0:44
Speaker 1: Audra Christensen detailed the alleged sexual abuse and sex trafficking
0:48
Speaker 1: she says she endured from disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein in 2004.
0:55
Speaker 1: You mean pedophile and degenerate Jeffrey Epstein, right? Are we
1:00
Speaker 1: even sure he was a financier, or is that just
1:02
Speaker 1: something people say? Christensen said that she was contacted by
1:06
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell, Epstein's co-conspirator, who is currently serving a 20-year
1:10
Speaker 1: federal prison sentence for the trafficking of minor females. Maxwell
1:14
Speaker 1: said that the then 24-year-old model should meet with Epstein,
1:18
Speaker 1: who had ties to Victoria's Secret and could offer her
1:21
Speaker 1: opportunities in the fashion and entertainment industry. I believe we
1:25
Speaker 1: call that hook, line, and sinker, right? Oh, you want
1:29
Speaker 1: to be a model? I can help you out, but first,
1:32
Speaker 1: you gotta do this. Basically, it was like she was
1:37
Speaker 1: pretending to be like an agent or like a manager
1:40
Speaker 1: that she could introduce me to all these people. And
1:43
Speaker 1: I kind of ignored it, because as a model, you
1:45
Speaker 1: get that a lot. You get a lot of people
1:47
Speaker 1: who contact you and say they can make you a star.
1:50
Speaker 1: That's the big thing in Hollywood. And I found out
1:53
Speaker 1: that my information had been sold to her, Christensen said. Okay,
1:58
Speaker 1: who sold it to her? You see, when I talk
2:00
Speaker 1: about a network, this is what I mean. If you
2:02
Speaker 1: think that Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were the only
2:05
Speaker 1: people engaging in this kind of bullshit, you're crazy. Now,
2:09
Speaker 1: they might have been at a higher level than a
2:12
Speaker 1: lot of people, but this kind of thing goes on.
2:16
Speaker 1: And anytime you find a power imbalance, whether it's Hollywood,
2:19
Speaker 1: Wall Street, or Jeffrey Epstein's townhouse, you're going to find
2:23
Speaker 1: this kind of bullshit. And so she ended up calling
2:27
Speaker 1: me one day and I talked to her on the
2:29
Speaker 1: phone and she said, there's this guy coming into town.
2:32
Speaker 1: He's not normally in town. You have to meet him.
2:35
Speaker 1: He's really great. He has connections with Victoria's Secret. He
2:39
Speaker 1: has connections with producers and directors. If he likes you,
2:43
Speaker 1: and this happened a lot in Hollywood, if you get
2:45
Speaker 1: a person to like you, they would push you to
2:48
Speaker 1: all of the producers. And what do you think they
2:50
Speaker 1: mean by push you to the producers? Just handing over
2:55
Speaker 1: your tape. Oh, here's the audition tape. She read this
2:58
Speaker 1: part and that part. That's not what they mean. They're
3:01
Speaker 1: talking about Weinstein-like casting couch type shit. Oh, go see
3:06
Speaker 1: producer so-and-so. He has a role for you. But first...
3:12
Speaker 1: And I don't know if there's anything that's more transactional
3:15
Speaker 1: than Hollywood. And also let's remember that the casting couch
3:18
Speaker 1: didn't start with Mr. Weinstein either. It's been going on
3:22
Speaker 1: for a very long time. and Harvey Weinstein just ended
3:26
Speaker 1: up being the dude holding the hot potato when the
3:28
Speaker 1: game ended. Christensen said it was her lifelong dream to
3:34
Speaker 1: be a model and an actress, so she decided to
3:36
Speaker 1: meet with Epstein at a hotel in Los Angeles, which
3:39
Speaker 1: she said was not unusual in Hollywood. I tried everything
3:43
Speaker 1: I could to protect myself, and he made me very
3:46
Speaker 1: comfortable in that setting. We talked for like an hour,
3:50
Speaker 1: and everything seemed to be going great and really smooth.
3:53
Speaker 1: And I was excited about the possibilities of what he
3:55
Speaker 1: had to offer, Christensen said. And that's how he always
3:59
Speaker 1: got these girls, right? Hey, look, I'm working for so-and-so.
4:03
Speaker 1: I'm representing so-and-so. I can get you into X, Y,
4:07
Speaker 1: or Z. And a lot of these women, they went
4:13
Speaker 1: along with it. They thought that this dude was respectable.
4:17
Speaker 1: They thought that he was somebody that, you know, famous,
4:20
Speaker 1: powerful people were congregating to. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein was using
4:26
Speaker 1: all of those connections, using his standing, if you will,
4:30
Speaker 1: in society as armor, as a shield. And that's a
4:33
Speaker 1: favorite method for people like Epstein. They have all this money.
4:37
Speaker 1: So they, you know, do a couple of altruistic things
4:41
Speaker 1: and then they hide behind it. Oh, well, I donated
4:43
Speaker 1: so-and-so amount of money. Look at me. I'm such a
4:45
Speaker 1: great person. Yeah, well, I don't think the kids that
4:48
Speaker 1: you were abusing or the women that you were abusing
4:52
Speaker 1: think you're a great person. Because you donated some money
4:55
Speaker 1: to some charity. But just listen to these idiots giving
4:58
Speaker 1: their testimony to Congress. How many of them use that
5:00
Speaker 1: as an excuse? Well, I've donated. Nobody cares. Why were
5:05
Speaker 1: you hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein? What did you see?
5:07
Speaker 1: And when did you see it? That's all we care about.
5:10
Speaker 1: And I was excited about the possibilities of what he
5:13
Speaker 1: had to offer, Christensen said. The model explained that Epstein
5:16
Speaker 1: then briefly left the room. Then, that's when he excused
5:20
Speaker 1: himself to go to the bathroom and came back with
5:22
Speaker 1: a robe. And my life changed. Christensen stated, can you
5:27
Speaker 1: imagine how many other women and girls have this same
5:30
Speaker 1: story that we haven't heard from? How about all those
5:34
Speaker 1: women down in Peru or Brazil or Lithuania or Turkmenistan
5:39
Speaker 1: or insert, you know, third world country here? How many
5:43
Speaker 1: of those women were abused and are now being forgotten about?
5:48
Speaker 1: So always keep in mind that for every woman that
5:51
Speaker 1: comes forward, there's another 10 That haven't told their story.
5:59
Speaker 1: Christensen told News Nation. That when Epstein returned. He sexually
6:03
Speaker 1: assaulted her. I think that every woman. We all play
6:06
Speaker 1: through the scenario of what ifs. In our head. And
6:09
Speaker 1: I had played the what ifs so many times in
6:11
Speaker 1: my head. And I thought I'm a fighter. I'm vocal.
6:14
Speaker 1: I'm a fighter. I'm not somebody that usually gives up
6:17
Speaker 1: and submits. And it was really frustrating. To have my
6:20
Speaker 1: brain telling me. What to do. and to run and
6:23
Speaker 1: to fight back. And my body just would not move.
6:26
Speaker 1: Christensen said, that happens. You know, everybody likes to think
6:31
Speaker 1: that in a certain situation, they're going to act one
6:33
Speaker 1: way or another. And then that situation arrives, and your
6:37
Speaker 1: body has other ideas. It was like there was a
6:40
Speaker 1: total disconnect from my brain to my body. And that's
6:43
Speaker 1: the hardest part. I think it's the hardest part for
6:46
Speaker 1: a survivor that's gone through that is that we knew
6:49
Speaker 1: that we should run. We knew that we should do stuff,
6:52
Speaker 1: stuff to make it stop. But when you're in that situation,
6:56
Speaker 1: you just freeze, she described. And look, I can't talk
6:59
Speaker 1: about that one way or the other. I don't know.
7:01
Speaker 1: I've never been in that position, but it has to
7:04
Speaker 1: be terrifying. I can't imagine somebody dominating you like that,
7:10
Speaker 1: standing over you, hovering over you, implying that you better
7:15
Speaker 1: do this, that, or the other thing, or there's going
7:17
Speaker 1: to be great pain to you or your career. I
7:20
Speaker 1: have no idea what that's like. Nobody's ever tried to
7:23
Speaker 1: flex on me like that. But it has to be terrifying.
7:28
Speaker 1: And I can't even imagine. But it's one thing to say, oh,
7:31
Speaker 1: I would do this in a situation. And then it's
7:33
Speaker 1: a whole ass other thing to be in that situation.
7:37
Speaker 1: And until you're in that situation, you just don't know.
7:41
Speaker 1: After Epstein allegedly sexually assaulted her, Christensen said she called
7:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell to report the abuse. She says that Maxwell then
7:48
Speaker 1: threatened her. I called Ghislaine and I was crying. I
7:51
Speaker 1: was sobbing. And then she was the one who was threatening.
7:54
Speaker 1: They get to you. They talk to you. They find
7:57
Speaker 1: out what your weaknesses are. My weaknesses were my family,
8:00
Speaker 1: my parents. My parents meant the world to me, she said. Yeah,
8:03
Speaker 1: that's a red line for me. You go after my parents,
8:07
Speaker 1: we're going to have big problems. Big, big problems. Ski
8:11
Speaker 1: mask and bushes kind of problems. Maxwell's attorney did not
8:18
Speaker 1: respond to her request for comment at the time of publication.
8:21
Speaker 1: To have my parents find out that happened to me,
8:23
Speaker 1: and to be threatened and have my career threatened, I thought,
8:26
Speaker 1: I'll never work in Hollywood again. I'll be blacklisted. And
8:30
Speaker 1: she made it very clear that from then on, if
8:32
Speaker 1: my phone rang, I would have to jump at their whim,
8:35
Speaker 1: Christensen shared. And that's what they would do. Once you
8:38
Speaker 1: were caught up in the web, you were caught up.
8:41
Speaker 1: And then you were at the mercy of Jeffrey Epstein
8:43
Speaker 1: to do whatever it was he wanted you to do. Now,
8:48
Speaker 1: there are some people that have overblown what was going on.
8:52
Speaker 1: Like I've told you, he wasn't Heidi Fleiss. He wasn't
8:55
Speaker 1: out here selling women. But that was part of it.
8:59
Speaker 1: And a select group of people were brought into that
9:02
Speaker 1: inner circle, if you will, and engaged in the abuse.
9:06
Speaker 1: But when we're talking about the way the network was built,
9:09
Speaker 1: it was traditional. Once you were caught up, then you
9:12
Speaker 1: were threatened and you were controlled. And Maxwell played the enforcer.
9:17
Speaker 1: I mean, we've heard that from how many people? The
9:20
Speaker 1: then Playboy playmate said it was Maxwell's alleged threats that
9:23
Speaker 1: caused her to be ensnared into Epstein's sex trafficking network.
9:27
Speaker 1: Christensen said she was unable to escape the trafficking network
9:31
Speaker 1: and feared for her life, and she sought protection from
9:34
Speaker 1: Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. It was from Epstein and associates
9:38
Speaker 1: of his that I needed to be able to be
9:40
Speaker 1: sheltered from, she stated. Imagine running from one viper to
9:44
Speaker 1: the next. That's how bad Jeffrey Epstein was. So bad
9:48
Speaker 1: that Ms. Christensen sought protection from Hugh fucking Hefner, the
9:53
Speaker 1: granddaddy of all diddlers and degenerates. It ended up happening
9:59
Speaker 1: during a Christmas celebration. that Hef would have up at
10:02
Speaker 1: the mansion. I was too scared to go home to
10:04
Speaker 1: my family because my family had been threatened. And it
10:07
Speaker 1: was the first Christmas that I had spent away from
10:09
Speaker 1: my family. And I pulled Holly Madison, his girlfriend, aside
10:12
Speaker 1: at the time. And I said, hey, I've got this
10:15
Speaker 1: really bad situation. I'm fearful for my life. Can you
10:18
Speaker 1: talk to Hef? Christensen said that the next week, Madison
10:22
Speaker 1: called her with a request from Hefner that she move
10:25
Speaker 1: into the Playboy Mansion for her safety. The very next week,
10:28
Speaker 1: Madison called me and said, Hey, Hef wants to offer
10:31
Speaker 1: you to move in to the house for your safety
10:34
Speaker 1: where there is security. Hefner then spoke with Christensen directly
10:38
Speaker 1: about her alleged sexual assault by Epstein, according to her.
10:41
Speaker 1: I mean, I think that gives you kind of an
10:44
Speaker 1: image of just how bad Jeffrey Epstein was. Hef went
10:50
Speaker 1: and sat down with me and we went over everything.
10:53
Speaker 1: I told him what was happening and he had alerted
10:55
Speaker 1: the authorities and the authorities said that we needed to
10:58
Speaker 1: contact the FBI because it crossed state lines, she said.
11:01
Speaker 1: Christensen said that Hefner became emotional after learning of her
11:05
Speaker 1: allegations against Epstein. When I told Hef, he cried with me.
11:09
Speaker 1: He actually shed tears and he was very remorseful for
11:12
Speaker 1: what had happened and he wanted to try to do
11:15
Speaker 1: everything he could to help me and provide safety for me,
11:18
Speaker 1: she said. Christensen, said Hefner, made repeated calls to the FBI,
11:23
Speaker 1: alerting them that she was an alleged survivor of sexual
11:26
Speaker 1: abuse and trafficking by Epstein and others around them. The
11:30
Speaker 1: Bureau never reached out to her or investigated her allegations.
11:34
Speaker 1: Just another black eye for the FBI. I don't know
11:38
Speaker 1: how many times we have to talk about it, but
11:40
Speaker 1: not exactly doing their job. Hefner reportedly notified the FBI
11:47
Speaker 1: in 2005 that Regarding Christensen's claims, court records reflect, she
11:52
Speaker 1: told News Nation on Friday that the FBI told Hefner
11:55
Speaker 1: they would investigate his tips about the disgraced financier in 2005,
12:00
Speaker 1: but they never did, she claimed. I called again to
12:03
Speaker 1: the FBI in 2020 due to threats that were happening
12:07
Speaker 1: to our family. I've never been able to speak to
12:10
Speaker 1: the FBI. I even hired an attorney to speak to them,
12:13
Speaker 1: and they would not meet with her or I. Still
12:15
Speaker 1: nothing from the DOJ or the FBI, she said. My
12:19
Speaker 1: attorney was blown away that they didn't want to hear
12:21
Speaker 1: from me. Unfortunately, that's par for the course. See no evil,
12:27
Speaker 1: hear no evil, speak no evil. If they don't talk
12:30
Speaker 1: to these survivors, then they can say that they don't
12:32
Speaker 1: have any information, right? Christensen said that Epstein allegedly preyed
12:39
Speaker 1: upon other playmates. I wasn't the only playmate that had
12:43
Speaker 1: issues with perpetrators like Epstein or otherwise. They're too afraid
12:47
Speaker 1: to step forward. But it was a big deal back then.
12:49
Speaker 1: Heff was trying to keep us all safe, she said.
12:52
Speaker 1: In a legal complaint filed by 34 Epstein survivors against
12:56
Speaker 1: the United States in the Southern District of Florida, Christensen's
13:00
Speaker 1: alleged abuse is detailed. The complaint was first reported by
13:04
Speaker 1: Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown. The court document said,
13:09
Speaker 1: for about 15 years, the FBI did not investigate Ms.
13:12
Speaker 1: Christensen's tips or follow-up on her allegations. Those documents also
13:17
Speaker 1: stated that Christensen said shortly after meeting Epstein, before she
13:21
Speaker 1: knew it, she was naked and raped by Epstein and
13:24
Speaker 1: then trafficked for 10 years. The FBI is trying to
13:28
Speaker 1: dismiss a case filed by 34 Epstein survivors, arguing that
13:33
Speaker 1: they were too late to file since the alleged abuse
13:35
Speaker 1: was between 96 and 2007. How pathetic. Loopholes in technicalities,
13:41
Speaker 1: is it? Here's an idea, FBI, do your job and
13:45
Speaker 1: nobody is going to sue you. Hefner himself faced allegations
13:51
Speaker 1: of systematic manipulation and sexual misconduct. A docuseries in 2022
13:57
Speaker 1: alleges that he coerced and drug women into sex at
14:01
Speaker 1: the Playboy mansion. The publication issued an open letter after
14:05
Speaker 1: the allegations were made saying that today Playboy is not
14:09
Speaker 1: Hugh Hefner's Playboy. A lawsuit in 2016 accused Hefner of
14:14
Speaker 1: enabling comedian Bill Cosby to sexually abuse a model at
14:17
Speaker 1: the mansion. I don't know enough about that to talk
14:20
Speaker 1: about it, so we're just going to move on. Christensen
14:24
Speaker 1: said the lack of response from the FBI and DOJ
14:26
Speaker 1: is a horrible signal not only to survivors of sexual
14:29
Speaker 1: abuse and trafficking, but to the nation overall. It's really frustrating,
14:34
Speaker 1: and it sends a horrible message to our country. It
14:36
Speaker 1: sends a horrible message to every survivor that's out there,
14:39
Speaker 1: every rape victim, every child that wants to come forward
14:42
Speaker 1: and speak their truth. that you may not be heard,
14:46
Speaker 1: you may not be believed, and you may not have
14:49
Speaker 1: any justice or anyone to come to your aid. So
14:52
Speaker 1: it's a big message to everybody that they may not
14:54
Speaker 1: get the help that they deserve. Rape victims and people
14:58
Speaker 1: who have been through abuse deserve to be heard, she said.
15:00
Speaker 1: The FBI declined to comment when requested by News Nation,
15:05
Speaker 1: while the DOJ has not responded as of publication. All right,
15:10
Speaker 1: so what we're going to do is after we're done
15:14
Speaker 1: going through the Wyden report, we'll dive into this and
15:16
Speaker 1: we'll take a look at this lawsuit and we'll see
15:19
Speaker 1: exactly what they have to say. But I think when
15:22
Speaker 1: we get to the end of the road here, that
15:25
Speaker 1: the FBI is going to be on the hook and
15:27
Speaker 1: paying a big bag, just like they did with Larry Nassar.
15:30
Speaker 1: But I think that we're still a ways away from that, obviously.
15:34
Speaker 1: And the FBI is going to do everything in their
15:35
Speaker 1: power to get this dismissed. So like usual, we'll keep
15:39
Speaker 1: an eye on it. And when we have some new developments,
15:41
Speaker 1: we'll get them added to the catalog. All the information
15:45
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
15:48
Speaker 1: description box. What's up everyone and welcome to another episode
15:53
Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. One of the favorite narratives from
15:57
Speaker 1: the DOJ and people that like to downplay Jeffrey Epstein
16:01
Speaker 1: is that nobody knew what he was up to. And
16:03
Speaker 1: that all the smartest people in the world, quote unquote,
16:06
Speaker 1: just happen to be blind. about what Jeffrey Epstein really was. However,
16:12
Speaker 1: that doesn't really track when you compare it against the record,
16:15
Speaker 1: especially considering when we know that Maria, all the way
16:18
Speaker 1: back in the 90s, 95, 96, reported Jeffrey Epstein to
16:23
Speaker 1: multiple law enforcement sources. And as we continue to learn
16:26
Speaker 1: the story over the years, we've heard that from many
16:29
Speaker 1: different people. And now we're hearing a story about Hugh Hefner. Yeah,
16:34
Speaker 1: that Hugh Hefner. and how he called the FBI on
16:38
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein after Epstein allegedly assaulted a Playboy Playmate. So
16:44
Speaker 1: you got a guy like Hugh Hefner calling you, and
16:46
Speaker 1: you're the FBI telling you someone's degenerate, probably a conversation
16:51
Speaker 1: you should have. I mean, if anybody knows about degeneracy,
16:55
Speaker 1: it's the guy that walks around in his pajamas cracking
16:59
Speaker 1: a bunch of young chicks every day, right? So yeah,
17:03
Speaker 1: I would say that Hugh Hefner might have been somebody
17:05
Speaker 1: you might want to talk to Probably a good idea.
17:08
Speaker 1: But of course the FBI had no interest in stopping
17:11
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And why is that? Well, why would they
17:14
Speaker 1: want to stop their own asset? Today's article is from
17:18
Speaker 1: News Nation and the headline, Hugh Hefner reported Jeffrey Epstein
17:21
Speaker 1: to FBI for alleged rape of Playboy Playmate. Hell of
17:25
Speaker 1: a guy that Jeffrey Epstein, folks. Hell of a guy.
17:28
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Diana Falzoni. Hugh Hefner reportedly
17:34
Speaker 1: notified the FBI that a Playboy playmate was sexually abused
17:38
Speaker 1: and trafficked by disgraced financier, you mean pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein,
17:43
Speaker 1: and others in his orbit. Wait a minute. I was
17:46
Speaker 1: told that Jeffrey Epstein was just a lone predator and
17:49
Speaker 1: that nobody else was involved. Could it be that we
17:52
Speaker 1: were bullshitted? Could it be that we're being lied to?
17:56
Speaker 1: Come on, that's never happened before. The federal government's always
18:00
Speaker 1: on the up and up with the American people, right? Right?
18:03
Speaker 1: Court records state that Hefner was told by then Playboy
18:06
Speaker 1: playmate Audra Christensen in 2005 that she was an Epstein
18:11
Speaker 1: survivor and requested the Playboy founder call the FBI, arguing
18:16
Speaker 1: he would have more status than her with the authorities.
18:19
Speaker 1: You would think, I mean, I know if I was
18:21
Speaker 1: in the FBI and Hugh Hefner called me and was like, hey,
18:24
Speaker 1: this dude is a degenerate. He's out here assaulting women
18:30
Speaker 1: and abusing people. I mean, we have the Warren Buffett
18:33
Speaker 1: of degeneracy over here, Hugh Hefner, telling everybody that Jeffrey
18:38
Speaker 1: Epstein is an abuser and nobody's paying attention? That has
18:42
Speaker 1: to be by design. I'm sorry, but it has to be.
18:45
Speaker 1: How many times can you miss it? How many times
18:47
Speaker 1: can you overlook the story when so many people are
18:50
Speaker 1: telling you what's going on? Hefner allegedly called the FBI
18:55
Speaker 1: several times with the tip. Who didn't investigate the claim
18:59
Speaker 1: for 15 years, according to court documents? 15 years. Plenty
19:04
Speaker 1: of time to cover it up. Plenty of time for
19:06
Speaker 1: evidence to walk away. Plenty of time for people to
19:08
Speaker 1: pass away. And plenty of time for them to hope
19:11
Speaker 1: you forget. In a legal complaint filed by 34 Epstein
19:16
Speaker 1: survivors against the United States filed in the Southern District
19:19
Speaker 1: of Florida, Christensen's alleged abuse is detailed. The complaint was
19:23
Speaker 1: reported by Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown in her
19:27
Speaker 1: Substack column. The court document said in part that the
19:31
Speaker 1: FBI would assist Christensen and follow up on her claims,
19:35
Speaker 1: but the agency didn't reach out to her until October
19:37
Speaker 1: of 2020, when Epstein was already burned. Epstein was burned
19:42
Speaker 1: as an asset the second that second arrest happened. People
19:46
Speaker 1: need to understand how this works. And when you're no
19:49
Speaker 1: longer a you're done for. And by the time he
19:54
Speaker 1: was burned as an asset, they had already cleaned up
19:57
Speaker 1: all the crumbs. And I'm not talking about the FBI
20:00
Speaker 1: or the DOJ. As I've told you, the crumbs, that's
20:04
Speaker 1: what the DOJ had. The cake, well, the cake is
20:08
Speaker 1: at Langley. And if you're wondering why they're so adamant
20:11
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein had no ties to intelligence anywhere in
20:14
Speaker 1: the world, that's why. They don't want to have to
20:17
Speaker 1: give up the documents from the CIA or the NSA
20:21
Speaker 1: or whatever scumbag organization was running them. That's the last
20:25
Speaker 1: thing they want to do. Because then you'd be hip
20:27
Speaker 1: to it. And then you'd want accountability. And God forbid
20:31
Speaker 1: we have that. For about 15 years, the FBI did
20:35
Speaker 1: not investigate Ms. Christensen's tips or follow up on our allegations,
20:39
Speaker 1: the court document said, and over and over and over again. Look,
20:43
Speaker 1: a couple of times, you can say, all right, it
20:46
Speaker 1: was a mistake. We should have followed those leads, but X, Y,
20:50
Speaker 1: and Z happened. But we never even got that. We
20:55
Speaker 1: were told that this was all investigated, every single door
20:59
Speaker 1: was kicked in, every bush was shaken, and nothing turned up. Meanwhile,
21:04
Speaker 1: the reality is something completely different. Every time we turn around,
21:08
Speaker 1: there's another piece of evidence. So what are they even
21:11
Speaker 1: talking about? That nobody else is accountable. That nobody else
21:14
Speaker 1: was around. That nobody else knew. The FBI exhibit stated
21:20
Speaker 1: that Christensen said shortly after meeting Epstein, before she knew it,
21:24
Speaker 1: she was naked and raped by Epstein and then trafficked
21:27
Speaker 1: for 10 years. Well, that tracks. 100%. I haven't seen
21:33
Speaker 1: any of the paperwork, the documentation, but it tracks with
21:36
Speaker 1: everything we know. So why would this lady be lying?
21:40
Speaker 1: And why would she lie in 2005? Before it was
21:43
Speaker 1: a thing, right? Before Epstein was somebody that anybody even
21:46
Speaker 1: really knew about as far as on the public stage.
21:50
Speaker 1: So we have to make sure we keep things in context.
21:53
Speaker 1: Make sure we're looking at the timeline correctly. Because back
21:56
Speaker 1: then in 2005, there would be no motivation for her
22:00
Speaker 1: to come out against Epstein, right? What would be the motivation?
22:03
Speaker 1: so I certainly give that allegation credibility. The complaint alleges
22:10
Speaker 1: that the FBI did not investigate the model's claim, and
22:13
Speaker 1: by not doing, violated mandatory policies and protocols requiring it
22:18
Speaker 1: to investigate claims, like Ms. Christensen, of child sex abuse
22:22
Speaker 1: and trafficking, and failing to investigate credible tips, such as Ms.
22:26
Speaker 1: Christensen's allegations, the FBI created a foreseeable zone of risk
22:32
Speaker 1: to future victims of Epstein's sex trafficking enterprise, including plaintiffs.
22:36
Speaker 1: That's fair. They did. And remember, there's a lawsuit right
22:40
Speaker 1: now by Epstein survivors filed against the FBI. And I
22:44
Speaker 1: think that that lawsuit should follow the same track as
22:47
Speaker 1: what happened with Nassar. The FBI should be held accountable,
22:51
Speaker 1: and they should have to pay out a settlement. At
22:53
Speaker 1: the very least. Eric Faduli, who represents several Epstein survivors,
23:00
Speaker 1: told NewsNation, The latest reporting about the FBI ignoring complaints
23:04
Speaker 1: about Epstein in 2005 are devastating but not surprising. Law
23:09
Speaker 1: enforcement has failed Epstein survivors for decades and continues to
23:13
Speaker 1: do so today at the highest level. Where's the lie?
23:18
Speaker 1: Where's the bullshit? All of that's true. Imagine being one
23:22
Speaker 1: of these women, waking up every day and knowing somebody
23:27
Speaker 1: like Todd Baby Blanche is in charge of getting justice
23:30
Speaker 1: for you. Not exactly a comforting thought. The FBI is
23:34
Speaker 1: trying to dismiss the case filed by the 34 Epstein survivors,
23:38
Speaker 1: arguing they were too late to file since the cases
23:41
Speaker 1: were between 1996 and 2017. What a disgusting, disgusting defense.
23:49
Speaker 1: They should be embarrassed. They won't be, but they should be.
23:53
Speaker 1: And remember, this is the same FBI that if you
23:55
Speaker 1: lie to them, you'll go to jail. But God forbid
23:58
Speaker 1: they tell us the truth. You know, the people that
24:00
Speaker 1: actually pay the bills, they might want to rethink the
24:05
Speaker 1: way they're going about this. Because at some point, the
24:08
Speaker 1: American people, they're going to have enough. And once that
24:11
Speaker 1: point comes, there's going to be big sweeping changes. Now,
24:15
Speaker 1: I don't know when that day is going to come,
24:16
Speaker 1: but eventually, it's going to arrive. And when it does,
24:20
Speaker 1: there's going to be a reckoning. Plaintiffs each had two
24:24
Speaker 1: years from the date of their respective injuries to file
24:26
Speaker 1: an administrative claim with the appropriate federal agency. The motion
24:30
Speaker 1: to dismiss read, Hefner himself faced allegations of systematic manipulation
24:36
Speaker 1: and sexual misconduct. A docuseries in 2022 made claims he
24:40
Speaker 1: coerced and drug women into sex at the Playboy Mansion. Look,
24:45
Speaker 1: I wouldn't doubt that either, okay? When you have that
24:48
Speaker 1: much degeneracy going on on a regular basis, there's going
24:52
Speaker 1: to be some behavior that is out of line. And
24:58
Speaker 1: my guess is, I can't confirm this, obviously, but people
25:01
Speaker 1: have said this, that that was happening at the Playboy Mansion.
25:05
Speaker 1: And remember, we're talking about a different time. 70s, 80s, 90s,
25:11
Speaker 1: early 2000s. Different time. And people were behaving a whole
25:15
Speaker 1: different way. And they were moving funny. And when you're
25:18
Speaker 1: talking about people like Epstein or Hugh Hefner, this was
25:21
Speaker 1: pretty much par for the course. You got some weird, eccentric, degenerate,
25:26
Speaker 1: you know, pervert, And due to the fact that they
25:29
Speaker 1: have some money and some power, they're able to, you know,
25:32
Speaker 1: bring people into their orbit. And when it comes to Epstein,
25:36
Speaker 1: he did that with coercion. No women were lining up
25:40
Speaker 1: to go visit Jeffrey Epstein. If he had no money,
25:42
Speaker 1: forget it. Jeffrey Epstein was so successful because he had
25:48
Speaker 1: so much money, so much power and was connected. That's
25:51
Speaker 1: why he was successful doing what he did for so long.
25:58
Speaker 1: The publication issued an open letter after the allegations were
26:01
Speaker 1: made claiming today's Playboy is not Hugh Hefner's Playboy. A
26:06
Speaker 1: lawsuit in 2016 accused Hefner of enabling comedian Bill Cosby
26:10
Speaker 1: to sexually abuse a model at the mansion. The FBI,
26:14
Speaker 1: Hefner's representative, and Christensen did not respond to requests for
26:18
Speaker 1: comment at the time of publication. So look, I think
26:21
Speaker 1: the moral of the story here is that anyone saying
26:24
Speaker 1: that nobody knew what Epstein was even all the way
26:27
Speaker 1: back in 2005, is crazy. Because the truth is, all
26:32
Speaker 1: these people knew exactly what Jeffrey Epstein was. They just
26:36
Speaker 1: didn't care. All the information that goes with this episode
26:40
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. What's up everyone
26:44
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. A
26:48
Speaker 1: few days ago, we were talking about a story about
26:51
Speaker 1: Hugh Hefner, who had called the FBI to report Jeffrey
26:54
Speaker 1: Epstein and Jeffrey Epstein's alleged behavior. Well, we have a
26:59
Speaker 1: little bit more about that story now, so we're going
27:01
Speaker 1: to talk about it again and add a little bit
27:04
Speaker 1: of context to what we talked about previously. And I
27:07
Speaker 1: find it striking that a guy like Hugh Hefner, of
27:10
Speaker 1: all people, would be a whistleblower. I mean, considering some
27:14
Speaker 1: of the vile shit he was accused of, it's wild
27:16
Speaker 1: to think that even he thought that Jeffrey Epstein was
27:19
Speaker 1: an animal. So today, we have an article from the
27:23
Speaker 1: New York Post and the headline, Hugh Hefner repeatedly called
27:27
Speaker 1: the FBI on Jeffrey Epstein after Playboy Playmate was raped.
27:30
Speaker 1: Lawsuit details reveal. This article was authored by Gabrielle Fahmy.
27:36
Speaker 1: Playboy founder Hugh Hefner repeatedly called the FBI to report
27:40
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein for sexual abuse in 2005, after a Playboy
27:44
Speaker 1: Playmate told him she was raped in traffic by the
27:47
Speaker 1: disgraced financier pedophile, according to new details, in a lawsuit.
27:52
Speaker 1: Audra Lynn Christensen, Miss October of 2003, turned to Hefner
27:57
Speaker 1: for help when she was 23 and living at his
28:00
Speaker 1: Beverly Hills mansion, prompting the late magazine publisher to call
28:04
Speaker 1: the agency multiple times for assistance, according to the suit,
28:08
Speaker 1: filed by 32 Epstein victims against the United States. That's
28:12
Speaker 1: the lawsuit to watch. That's the one that's filed against
28:15
Speaker 1: the FBI. And this is going to be a big deal.
28:19
Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, the fact that Hugh Hefner
28:22
Speaker 1: Captain Scumbag himself? Called the FBI multiple times and nobody
28:25
Speaker 1: did shit? That should tell you everything you need to know.
28:28
Speaker 1: I would think that you're going to listen to somebody
28:31
Speaker 1: like Hugh Hefner if they're calling about sex crimes being committed, right?
28:35
Speaker 1: Probably a good idea. In addition to the rape allegations,
28:40
Speaker 1: Christensen said, she confided in Hefner, that she was also
28:43
Speaker 1: trafficked to one of his rich friends, Macau casino billionaire
28:47
Speaker 1: Stanley Ho, China's godfather of gambling, who died in 2020.
28:51
Speaker 1: According to the filing, nah, nobody was ever trafficked. Come on.
28:55
Speaker 1: Daniel Syed never existed. Jean-Luc Brunel never existed. Jess Daly,
28:59
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, Marvin Minsky never existed.
29:05
Speaker 1: There was no trafficking. She asked Hefner to call on
29:08
Speaker 1: her behalf in 2005 because she felt she had law
29:11
Speaker 1: enforcement connections and the clout to her allegations were taken seriously. Mr.
29:17
Speaker 1: Hefner called the FBI multiple times on behalf of Ms.
29:20
Speaker 1: Christensen to report Jeffrey Epstein. The complaint states, The revelations
29:25
Speaker 1: are part of an amended complaint filed in May in
29:28
Speaker 1: the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
29:31
Speaker 1: by Epstein survivors who charged the FBI failed to act
29:34
Speaker 1: on multiple reports about his sexual abuse as early as 1996.
29:40
Speaker 1: And for those of you who have been listening to
29:42
Speaker 1: the podcast, you know that that's something I've been calling
29:44
Speaker 1: for for a very long time. Holding the FBI accountable.
29:49
Speaker 1: They could have stopped Epstein many, many times, but they
29:52
Speaker 1: were way too busy engaging in other bullshit. So now
29:56
Speaker 1: that the bill is coming due... I hope they have
29:59
Speaker 1: to pay it to the tune of hundreds of millions
30:01
Speaker 1: of dollars. Just like with Larry Nassar. Because this is
30:07
Speaker 1: even more egregious. We're talking about reports that were made, documented,
30:12
Speaker 1: time and time again, by multiple people. And they were
30:14
Speaker 1: just ignored? Filed away? Given to Jeffrey Epstein's handler, maybe?
30:19
Speaker 1: One thing's for damn sure. They were not acted upon.
30:22
Speaker 1: That's for damn sure. The fact that the FBI is
30:27
Speaker 1: trying to utilize procedural technicalities to try to avert accountability
30:31
Speaker 1: and responsibility for its failure to properly investigate Jeffrey Epstein
30:35
Speaker 1: for over 20 years should be deeply concerning to all.
30:39
Speaker 1: Jordan Merson, lawyer for the victims, told the Post, How
30:43
Speaker 1: can you learn from errors if you don't acknowledge them?
30:46
Speaker 1: And that's one of the biggest problems. We don't know
30:49
Speaker 1: who is making decisions. Well, we do, but we can't
30:52
Speaker 1: confirm it. And we don't know who is involved. on
30:55
Speaker 1: the ground level, so how can we ever have accountability?
31:00
Speaker 1: And that's why the whole entire OIG investigation was a
31:03
Speaker 1: bunch of bullshit. It was a whitewash. Who was held accountable?
31:07
Speaker 1: Who lost their jobs? Who lost their pensions? Who went
31:10
Speaker 1: to prison? Oh, that's right, nobody. Except for Michael Thomas
31:15
Speaker 1: and Tova Noel. And both of them should have been
31:18
Speaker 1: sitting in a jail cell, by the way. But of course,
31:22
Speaker 1: we couldn't have this explode. We couldn't have people ask
31:25
Speaker 1: more questions. We couldn't have a trial with discovery where
31:28
Speaker 1: there'd be actual evidence handed over, could we? Of course not.
31:33
Speaker 1: So like everything else in this gigantic fucking coverup, there
31:37
Speaker 1: was a settlement, an out of court settlement that allowed
31:40
Speaker 1: the two guards to go on with their little lives.
31:43
Speaker 1: And what about all the other people that we talked about?
31:45
Speaker 1: All the other depositions that we read through? None of
31:48
Speaker 1: those people are getting called before Congress. They have no
31:51
Speaker 1: desire to speak to anybody that was there the night
31:53
Speaker 1: of Epstein's death. The whole entire thing's a fucking sham.
31:58
Speaker 1: And believe me when I tell you, I wish that
32:00
Speaker 1: I didn't have to talk about this anymore. I wish
32:03
Speaker 1: we were talking about something else. But the truth is,
32:07
Speaker 1: until this weight is lifted from our chest, everything else
32:10
Speaker 1: is on the back burner. The Minnesota-born former model wrote
32:15
Speaker 1: in the 2003 Playmate datasheet that accompanied her nude centerfold
32:19
Speaker 1: that her turn-on was a secure older man who makes
32:22
Speaker 1: me laugh. and her turn-offs included being taken for granted.
32:26
Speaker 1: Hefner himself was accused of rape five years after his
32:30
Speaker 1: 2017 death in the damning Secrets of Playboy documentary, where
32:34
Speaker 1: women said he was a predator who was also into bestiality.
32:39
Speaker 1: Imagine that shit. If a guy that's allegedly into bestiality
32:43
Speaker 1: and is a known predator like Hugh Hefner thinks you're
32:46
Speaker 1: a dirtbag, what the fuck does that say about you?
32:51
Speaker 1: Has there ever been... A dirtbag that dirtbagged as big
32:55
Speaker 1: as Jeffrey Epstein? I don't think so. Maybe the world's
32:58
Speaker 1: biggest dirtbag. Maybe we should do some like March Madness
33:01
Speaker 1: kind of tournament and we could let you guys decide
33:05
Speaker 1: who the biggest scumbag of all time ever was. Because
33:08
Speaker 1: for my money, Jeffrey Epstein's a one seed. Without a doubt.
33:12
Speaker 1: And if we're being real, so is Hugh Hefner. The
33:16
Speaker 1: claims never made it to court and Hefner wasn't accused
33:19
Speaker 1: of rape while he was alive. In the files released
33:22
Speaker 1: last year by the Department of Justice, Ho is referred
33:25
Speaker 1: to as the richest man in Hong Kong in a
33:27
Speaker 1: 2011 email from Epstein to his friend Boris Nikolic adding,
33:32
Speaker 1: owns most of Macau, the leader of the Chinese mob.
33:36
Speaker 1: The FBI tried to get the lawsuit thrown out in June,
33:38
Speaker 1: saying it was not required to investigate every complaint it received.
33:42
Speaker 1: The case is still before the courts, as it should be.
33:46
Speaker 1: This case shouldn't be thrown out. That would be just ludicrous.
33:50
Speaker 1: Because if anybody deserves to pay the price to hold
33:53
Speaker 1: the bag, it's the FBI. They had every single chance
33:59
Speaker 1: to stop this man, and they chose not to. So
34:03
Speaker 1: who was making the decision to not go after this guy?
34:07
Speaker 1: Now remember, when this was filed, it was under the
34:09
Speaker 1: Bush administration. And that shouldn't shock you either, because remember,
34:14
Speaker 1: Epstein was being protected. Not only by Trump, but by
34:19
Speaker 1: everybody involved. Going back to the first Clinton administration, and
34:22
Speaker 1: I know people don't like to hear it, but the
34:25
Speaker 1: truth is the truth. And unless we understand that both
34:29
Speaker 1: sides of the aisle are in on this, we're never
34:32
Speaker 1: going to have real accountability. And while the EFTA is
34:35
Speaker 1: a good start, it doesn't go far enough. It never did,
34:38
Speaker 1: and it never will. There's no teeth. So how do
34:42
Speaker 1: you hold people accountable who are named in the EFTA
34:46
Speaker 1: and who have, you know, ties to Epstein? that run
34:49
Speaker 1: deeper than just meeting them for a dinner one night.
34:52
Speaker 1: There's levels to this. And there's people that were more
34:55
Speaker 1: involved than other people, whether that's financially, whether that's with
34:59
Speaker 1: the abuse, whether that's, you know, just in the enabling.
35:03
Speaker 1: There are different layers to this. And when we're talking
35:07
Speaker 1: about people like Hugh Hefner calling the FBI on Jeffrey Epstein,
35:13
Speaker 1: I would think that the FBI would take that serious, right?
35:16
Speaker 1: I mean, if Michael Berry is calling you and telling
35:18
Speaker 1: you that there's financial malfeasance, you might want to listen
35:20
Speaker 1: to what he says. So if one of the Kings
35:22
Speaker 1: of Slime is calling you and telling you that Epstein
35:25
Speaker 1: is abusing women, abused one of the Playboy Playmates, I
35:28
Speaker 1: would think that would be an investigation that you would open.
35:31
Speaker 1: At the very least, cursory, right? All right, cool. We
35:34
Speaker 1: got this tip from Hugh Hefner and he called multiple times.
35:37
Speaker 1: Maybe we should send a couple of agents over to
35:39
Speaker 1: the mansion to get an idea about what's going on.
35:44
Speaker 1: But what did they do? Nothing. They ignored it. So
35:49
Speaker 1: that makes them negligent, doesn't it? And if they're negligent,
35:52
Speaker 1: then they should pay the lawsuit. Whatever the number is.
35:56
Speaker 1: And whatever the judge decides. And while I understand it's
36:00
Speaker 1: taxpayer dollars, so what? You got beef. Take it up
36:05
Speaker 1: with the FBI. Because they should have done the right thing.
36:08
Speaker 1: They should have done their job. They should have held
36:11
Speaker 1: people accountable. They should have investigated first. All of these tips.
36:15
Speaker 1: But instead, they ignored it. So now the question becomes,
36:20
Speaker 1: why did they ignore it? Who ordered them to do so?
36:24
Speaker 1: And why would they do that? What did the FBI,
36:28
Speaker 1: what did the DOJ, what did the country have to
36:30
Speaker 1: gain from helping Jeffrey Epstein? From protecting Jeffrey Epstein? From
36:35
Speaker 1: making sure that Jeffrey Epstein's secrets didn't spill out into
36:39
Speaker 1: the public? What was gained? And that's where we come
36:44
Speaker 1: to the whole intelligence angle, right? Jeffrey Epstein being an asset,
36:48
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein providing a service for the government that supersedes
36:53
Speaker 1: what he's doing in his spare time. And that's really
36:56
Speaker 1: what it comes down to. That's the heart of the story.
36:58
Speaker 1: It's no different than Whitey Bulger or any of the
37:00
Speaker 1: other scumbags that the government has run throughout time. This
37:04
Speaker 1: is what they do. With Jeffrey Epstein, it was just
37:08
Speaker 1: a different level, right? A different kind of scam. But
37:13
Speaker 1: when you peel back the layers and you start really
37:16
Speaker 1: getting down to it, one thing remains at the core.
37:21
Speaker 1: The unanswered questions about Jeffrey Epstein and his involvement with
37:25
Speaker 1: the United States government. And the more stories you hear
37:27
Speaker 1: about the FBI ignoring tips like this, they didn't miss it.
37:32
Speaker 1: They ignored it. And that dereliction of duty led to
37:36
Speaker 1: decades of abuse by Jeffrey Epstein. So in my opinion,
37:40
Speaker 1: the question isn't, If the survivors are going to win
37:43
Speaker 1: this lawsuit. The question is, how much is the FBI
37:48
Speaker 1: going to be on the hook for? And of course,
37:50
Speaker 1: when we get that information, we'll get it added to
37:52
Speaker 1: the catalog. All the information that goes with this episode
37:56
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. Alright, so let's
37:59
Speaker 1: jump into our first article. And our first article is
38:02
Speaker 1: from the New York Post. Headline, Ex-model Amy McClure accuses
38:06
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein of 1993 rape. A former model claims she
38:12
Speaker 1: was raped by Jeffrey Epstein in New York more than
38:15
Speaker 1: 25 years ago and is wracked with guilt at seeing
38:18
Speaker 1: so many other alleged victims come forward in decades that followed.
38:22
Speaker 1: Speaking about the alleged sex attack for the first time,
38:25
Speaker 1: Amy McClure told The Sun that the late pedophile raped
38:27
Speaker 1: her on the floor after she agreed to massage him
38:30
Speaker 1: at his Manhattan mansion in 1993. So again, we see
38:34
Speaker 1: the massage coming into play, right? We know what massage
38:37
Speaker 1: was code word for with these sickos, him, Glenn Dubin,
38:39
Speaker 1: the rest of them. So we know what that meant.
38:43
Speaker 1: And these poor girls, unsuspecting, had no idea. I mean,
38:46
Speaker 1: hindsight's 20-20, right? But these girls had no idea. They
38:49
Speaker 1: were lured in thinking they were going to get, you know,
38:51
Speaker 1: a couple bucks for a massage, whatever it may be.
38:54
Speaker 1: But what they really got was a lifelong head full
38:57
Speaker 1: of trauma. And this sick animal got away with it
39:01
Speaker 1: for so, so long. She recalled how he made her
39:05
Speaker 1: feel embarrassed and ashamed and stupid, and that he got irritated,
39:09
Speaker 1: almost angry, when she told him she was 21. Imagine?
39:14
Speaker 1: Sick bastard, 21 is too old for him? This is
39:17
Speaker 1: a guy that, like I said a hundred times now,
39:20
Speaker 1: if it wasn't for the information he had on other people,
39:22
Speaker 1: I would have been totally fine with somebody strapping him
39:24
Speaker 1: to one of those rockets that are going into space,
39:27
Speaker 1: by– the SpaceX rockets and watching it on live internet
39:31
Speaker 1: TV as he disintegrates when he gets out of orbit
39:35
Speaker 1: because I just– I have no– I don't even look
39:37
Speaker 1: at him as a human being, totally less than a
39:40
Speaker 1: human being. And his punishment, whatever it was going to be,
39:43
Speaker 1: would not have fit the crime, in my opinion. People
39:45
Speaker 1: like him, there's no reforming people like him. He's a
39:48
Speaker 1: serial abuser, a sick, sick, sick man. And the best
39:50
Speaker 1: place for him, honestly, is the afterlife. But, of course,
39:56
Speaker 1: we wanted that information. And, of course, we don't want
39:59
Speaker 1: some kind of clouded nonsense of how he passed away.
40:04
Speaker 1: He said something like, you're too old. You're getting too
40:07
Speaker 1: old for this. What are you doing, McClure told The Sun,
40:09
Speaker 1: calling it crushing and also alarming when he threatened her
40:12
Speaker 1: at the end. He said, if you tell anybody anything,
40:15
Speaker 1: I'll crush whatever career you might have or something like that.
40:18
Speaker 1: He was just mean so quickly. And we see that
40:20
Speaker 1: with these predators, these high-profile predators, right? Harvey Weinstein, the
40:24
Speaker 1: same thing. The way that man conducted his business, forget
40:27
Speaker 1: about it. It literally went from awkward to mean to
40:31
Speaker 1: rape so fast, she told the UK paper. The alleged
40:34
Speaker 1: attack would be one of the oldest allegations against Epstein,
40:37
Speaker 1: who died in August after being found hanged in his
40:40
Speaker 1: Manhattan lockup. Well, at least they didn't say suicide at himself. McClure,
40:46
Speaker 1: originally from Oklahoma, says she is wracked with guilt, wondering
40:49
Speaker 1: if she could have stopped the decades-long reign of terror
40:51
Speaker 1: if she had spoken up at the time. I didn't
40:53
Speaker 1: say anything to anyone at the time because I felt
40:55
Speaker 1: like it would come across and look like it was
40:57
Speaker 1: my fault, said McClure, who has a daughter with former
41:01
Speaker 1: Calvin Klein CEO Arnold Simon. I felt nobody would believe me.
41:05
Speaker 1: I blamed myself for a lot of it, and I
41:07
Speaker 1: didn't know what anyone could do anyway. These people were
41:09
Speaker 1: from a different world. They were rich, untouchable, although I
41:13
Speaker 1: didn't know quite how untouchable back then. Again, another victim
41:17
Speaker 1: of this man thought he was untouchable. All right? This is...
41:20
Speaker 1: Our system is broken, folks. When women who are assaulted
41:25
Speaker 1: feel like they can't come out and say something and
41:27
Speaker 1: talk to somebody, we got a problem. We have a
41:31
Speaker 1: serious problem that needs to be addressed. Because, look, everybody
41:35
Speaker 1: who knows me knows I'm not some kind of, like,
41:37
Speaker 1: you know, male feminist or anything like that. And... If
41:42
Speaker 1: you know me, you know that I didn't believe the
41:45
Speaker 1: allegations against Kavanaugh, not because of politics, but because they
41:48
Speaker 1: weren't credible in my opinion, right? So I'm not like
41:53
Speaker 1: some crazy, like, oh, believe all women. I'm a believe
41:56
Speaker 1: all evidence guy, right? But when you have all of
41:59
Speaker 1: this evidence that comes out, And you see that this
42:03
Speaker 1: man was on this rape spree and nobody gave a damn.
42:06
Speaker 1: And all of these elites, all these people that were
42:09
Speaker 1: around him for years and years and years and years
42:11
Speaker 1: just enabled his behavior by keeping him in their orbit
42:14
Speaker 1: because they thought maybe they could get something out of
42:16
Speaker 1: him like Prince Andrew. It's just sick. And to think
42:20
Speaker 1: that these are the people that are in these high
42:22
Speaker 1: positions that reign above us almost like gods. It's really disturbing.
42:30
Speaker 1: And it's not just a physical act of rape. You
42:32
Speaker 1: can also rape someone's dreams and their soul, their future forever.
42:36
Speaker 1: And there's not any way to pay any of these
42:38
Speaker 1: women back for that. McClure says she will cooperate with
42:41
Speaker 1: the district attorney's office in case she can help with
42:44
Speaker 1: the investigation against accused accomplices. She said Prince Andrew's recent
42:48
Speaker 1: car crash of an interview about his ties to Epstein
42:51
Speaker 1: made her angry, and that Ghislaine Maxwell, the accused madam
42:54
Speaker 1: she never met, sounds like a Disney villain. He is
42:57
Speaker 1: a sick, sick monster of a man. But if it's
42:59
Speaker 1: true that she found these young girls for him and
43:01
Speaker 1: set it all up, she's even worse, she told the son. Well,
43:05
Speaker 1: you know, I said the same thing. They're on par
43:07
Speaker 1: with each other, in my opinion. If you're bringing girls
43:10
Speaker 1: in to get molested for your own benefit or your
43:12
Speaker 1: own gain and partaking in it as well, come on,
43:15
Speaker 1: there's something severely wrong with you. And to think she's
43:18
Speaker 1: still hanging out with people like Andrew. Well, I guess
43:20
Speaker 1: birds of a feather, right? And the Disney villain comment,
43:23
Speaker 1: that's pretty funny considering ABC squashed this story. Right, Disney? Ha!
43:30
Speaker 1: She needs to come forward and explain herself to all
43:32
Speaker 1: the victims, she said, of other women's allegations, which she
43:35
Speaker 1: likened to dropping these young girls to Epstein like baby
43:37
Speaker 1: mice to a snake. McClure's lawyer, Spencer Coven, also said
43:42
Speaker 1: he is determining whether a lawsuit can still be filed
43:46
Speaker 1: against Epstein's estate. Okay, well, hey, look, I got news
43:50
Speaker 1: for you. If these girls, if their accounts are true,
43:55
Speaker 1: and of course we always have to be cautious because
43:57
Speaker 1: there are crazy people that will just come out of
43:59
Speaker 1: the woodwork and say, oh yeah, I was part of
44:01
Speaker 1: this to try and get money, right? I'm not accusing
44:03
Speaker 1: her of that, of course. I'm just saying we have
44:06
Speaker 1: to be cautious and we have to vet what we
44:08
Speaker 1: believe and we have to make sure we're sourcing things
44:10
Speaker 1: correctly and we have to make sure that it's coming
44:13
Speaker 1: from credible places. Or else we run the risk of
44:16
Speaker 1: falling for disinformation and things that are harmful to the
44:20
Speaker 1: case in general. The next article we have is from
44:24
Speaker 1: The Sun. The headline? Pimped out. Jeffrey Epstein's madam, Ghislaine Maxwell,
44:29
Speaker 1: knew Prince Andrew's accuser, Virginia Roberts, was 17 in unsealed
44:33
Speaker 1: court documents. Oh boy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, right? So it
44:39
Speaker 1: just gets darker and darker and more bleak for Ghislaine
44:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Prince Andrew and all of those that enabled them.
44:45
Speaker 1: Because let's be real, folks. How much more evidence do
44:50
Speaker 1: we need? How much more evidence does the FBI need?
44:53
Speaker 1: At the very least, they need to have a sit-down, right?
44:56
Speaker 1: So why aren't they pursuing it? Or are they? And
44:58
Speaker 1: if they are, why don't they just come clean with
45:00
Speaker 1: the public and let the public know where they stand
45:02
Speaker 1: on the case? They could end all of the questions
45:05
Speaker 1: and so-called conspiracy theories if they just provided some evidence.
45:10
Speaker 1: Maxwell introduced Jeffrey Epstein to the Duke of York and
45:14
Speaker 1: has told how she managed the dead pedophile's six houses
45:17
Speaker 1: and recruited women to massage him. There you go. She
45:20
Speaker 1: said it with her own words. They're that brazen that
45:24
Speaker 1: they'll use their code words right in front of us
45:26
Speaker 1: because they know that they think we're so stupid. Oh,
45:29
Speaker 1: I got him, girls, to, air quotes, massage him. Yeah, okay.
45:35
Speaker 1: She has claimed that Robert's account of abuse at the
45:37
Speaker 1: hands of the prince and Epstein is a lie, but
45:39
Speaker 1: admitted she was 17 when she started massaging the disgraced
45:42
Speaker 1: millionaire at this mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. Why would
45:46
Speaker 1: you have a 17-year-old massage an old-ass man like that?
45:50
Speaker 1: A 17-year-old? Is she a masseuse? No. Did she go
45:52
Speaker 1: to massage school? No. What... What, did she watch a
45:56
Speaker 1: couple of videos or something? I don't understand. If you
45:58
Speaker 1: want a masseuse, go get yourself a professional masseuse. Why
46:01
Speaker 1: do you need a 17-year-old girl touching your wrinkly ass,
46:05
Speaker 1: disgusting body? In Maxwell's video statement to a New York
46:09
Speaker 1: court in a libel action brought by Roberts, she became
46:12
Speaker 1: angry at point and banged the table in fury. Oh,
46:15
Speaker 1: I bet she did. I bet she did. She said,
46:17
Speaker 1: I can only go on what I know. What I
46:19
Speaker 1: know is a falsehood based on what Virginia said. Everything
46:23
Speaker 1: Virginia has said is an absolute lie, which is why
46:26
Speaker 1: we are here in this room. Okay, well, that's incorrect.
46:29
Speaker 1: That is incorrect. Everything she said is a lie. She
46:32
Speaker 1: took that picture, right? You knew her, right? You brought
46:34
Speaker 1: her in for massages, right? Well, there are three things
46:36
Speaker 1: that are easily verifiable, Miss Maxwell. What we can all
46:42
Speaker 1: agree on at this point, there is not one person
46:44
Speaker 1: in this room, however much you would like her to
46:46
Speaker 1: be younger, who can say she was not 17. So
46:49
Speaker 1: she was 17. At 17, you're allowed to be a
46:51
Speaker 1: professional masseuse. There's nothing inappropriate about her coming at that
46:54
Speaker 1: time to give a massage. Oh, there's not? I got
46:57
Speaker 1: news for you. I don't have any kids, but if
46:58
Speaker 1: my daughter was over massaging some scummy ass old man
47:01
Speaker 1: at 17 years old and she didn't have any training
47:04
Speaker 1: in that field, you better believe there'd be problems. Forget
47:08
Speaker 1: about the police. Forget about the police. I'd be showing
47:11
Speaker 1: up at your pad and I'd be giving you the business,
47:15
Speaker 1: all right? 17 years old, folks. Nothing inappropriate about that.
47:21
Speaker 1: They're honorable. You see, they have no self-awareness. Maxwell denied
47:27
Speaker 1: any involvement in the alleged sex abuse, adding, I have
47:30
Speaker 1: never participated at any time with Virginia in a massage
47:33
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey. I have been absolutely appalled by her story. Yeah, okay.
47:38
Speaker 1: What about the other girls? What about the other girls, Ms. Maxwell?
47:42
Speaker 1: Why were you given immunity under that deal, Ms. Maxwell,
47:45
Speaker 1: if you have nothing to fear? Maxwell insisted she barely
47:50
Speaker 1: knew Roberts. Despite overwhelming evidence, the women saw each other
47:54
Speaker 1: on multiple occasions. Look, they flew across seas together. They
47:57
Speaker 1: hung out on the island together. This girl was 17
48:01
Speaker 1: at Virginia Maxwell's house. Why was this 17-year-old girl in
48:05
Speaker 1: London with these two old-ass people? What were they doing?
48:09
Speaker 1: What could they possibly have in common? What could they
48:11
Speaker 1: possibly be discussing? You know what they were doing, folks.
48:14
Speaker 1: I know what they were doing. And the FBI knows
48:16
Speaker 1: what they were doing. And everybody around the case knows
48:19
Speaker 1: what they were doing if they're being honest with themselves.
48:21
Speaker 1: And how they look themselves in the mirror every day
48:23
Speaker 1: when they know what the facts are and still deny
48:25
Speaker 1: it and enable it still? I don't know how they
48:27
Speaker 1: do that. Roberts was standing next to Maxwell in a
48:33
Speaker 1: notorious photo taken in 2001 of Prince Andrew with his
48:36
Speaker 1: hand around the then 17-year-old's waist. In his Car Crash
48:40
Speaker 1: BBC interview, the royal suggested the photo could have been faked.
48:43
Speaker 1: In the same statement, Maxwell also described her role for Epstein.
48:47
Speaker 1: She said, My job included hiring many people. There were
48:51
Speaker 1: six homes. I hired assistants, architects, decorators, cooks, cleaners, gardeners,
48:57
Speaker 1: pool people, pilots. I hired all sorts of people. A
49:02
Speaker 1: very small part of my job was to find adult
49:04
Speaker 1: professional massage therapists for Jeffrey. Well, you found a 17-year-old.
49:08
Speaker 1: That's not an adult. Again, another lie. How could this
49:10
Speaker 1: have been thrown out of court? why how could the
49:12
Speaker 1: judge find this i find this stuff not worth being
49:15
Speaker 1: uh put into a trial i just don't understand from
49:22
Speaker 1: time to time i would visit professional spas i would
49:25
Speaker 1: receive a massage if it was good i was i
49:27
Speaker 1: would ask them if they did home visits it's i
49:32
Speaker 1: mean virginia roberts wasn't a massage therapist when she was
49:35
Speaker 1: met she was working at mar-a-lago as a towel girl
49:38
Speaker 1: How do you say that she's a massage therapist? She
49:41
Speaker 1: was giving you the towels. When she asked how often
49:46
Speaker 1: Roberts gave Epstein massages, she said, it's important to understand
49:49
Speaker 1: that I wasn't with Jeffrey all the time. In fact,
49:52
Speaker 1: I was only in his house less than half the time,
49:54
Speaker 1: so I cannot testify to when I wasn't there how
49:56
Speaker 1: often she came. What I can say is that I
50:00
Speaker 1: barely would remember her if not for all this rubbish.
50:03
Speaker 1: I probably wouldn't remember her at all, except that she
50:05
Speaker 1: came from time to time, but I don't recollect her
50:07
Speaker 1: coming as often as she portrayed herself. Well, what is it?
50:10
Speaker 1: You're only there 50% of the time. Was she there?
50:14
Speaker 1: Wasn't she there? You just said you couldn't tell because
50:16
Speaker 1: you're not there all the time. You weren't always with Jeffrey.
50:18
Speaker 1: What is it? When I was at the house, he
50:23
Speaker 1: received massage on average once a day. Air quotes, massage.
50:28
Speaker 1: Roberts was suing Maxwell over calling her claims that when
50:30
Speaker 1: she was forced to have sex with the Duke of
50:32
Speaker 1: York three times, lies. Roberts has claimed she was forced
50:35
Speaker 1: to have sex with Andrew three times between 1999 and 2002,
50:39
Speaker 1: in London, New York, and on Epstein's private Caribbean island.
50:44
Speaker 1: In 2015, a U.S. judge struck out Roberts' allegations against
50:47
Speaker 1: the prince for being immaterial and impertinent. Prince Andrew has
50:51
Speaker 1: always strongly denied the allegations against him. You know, another
50:54
Speaker 1: activist judge, right? Maybe he wants some access to the
50:57
Speaker 1: royals too, or she wants some access to the royals too.
50:59
Speaker 1: Do you folks actually trust the judges in this country
51:02
Speaker 1: at this point? I certainly don't. I don't trust any
51:04
Speaker 1: of them. I don't trust the system at all anymore.
51:06
Speaker 1: I went from trusting it, you know, a little bit,
51:09
Speaker 1: thinking that, you know, justice would always be served in
51:11
Speaker 1: these sort of situations, to not trusting it at all. So...
51:15
Speaker 1: I don't know about you folks, but whoever this judge
51:18
Speaker 1: is definitely needs to have a nice talking to. Maxwell
51:23
Speaker 1: did reach an agreement with Roberts and settled out of
51:25
Speaker 1: court and applied to have the interview sealed. Okay, well,
51:29
Speaker 1: why would you settle out of court if it wasn't true?
51:32
Speaker 1: Why didn't you just go to trial, Ms. Maxwell? I
51:34
Speaker 1: know I'm not settling out of court if I'm being
51:37
Speaker 1: accused of something heinous like this. If I'm innocent, forget it.
51:40
Speaker 1: We're going to the mattresses. I will spend every dime
51:44
Speaker 1: to clear my name. Why wouldn't she? What did she
51:47
Speaker 1: have to fear? An appeal court ruled in July that 2,000
51:52
Speaker 1: pages could be released following Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges.
51:57
Speaker 1: Parts of the statements were unsealed on August 9th. Epstein
52:00
Speaker 1: was found hanged in his jail cell the next day.
52:03
Speaker 1: Witnesses reportedly told Maxwell acted as Epstein's madam and found
52:06
Speaker 1: underage girls for him. Well, there you go, witnesses. So
52:10
Speaker 1: we've heard from several of them. Let's hear from the
52:12
Speaker 1: rest of them. I hope they keep coming out. I
52:14
Speaker 1: hope people that were involved in this who were scared
52:16
Speaker 1: are emboldened now by the momentum that the case has gained.
52:20
Speaker 1: And with them being emboldened by it, I hope they
52:22
Speaker 1: come forward and they give their evidence as well. So we, again,
52:27
Speaker 1: the more evidence we have, the better, right? When Maxwell
52:31
Speaker 1: was asked if Epstein sexually abused minors, she said, I
52:34
Speaker 1: can only testify to what I know. I know that
52:37
Speaker 1: Virginia is a liar, and I know that what she
52:39
Speaker 1: testified is a lie. Okay, so what about other minors?
52:44
Speaker 1: Is just Miss Roberts a liar, or do you categorically
52:46
Speaker 1: deny that he molested anyone, or... See, this is why
52:50
Speaker 1: I don't understand how she got away with any of
52:52
Speaker 1: this stuff. These are garbage answers. This is like Prince
52:54
Speaker 1: Andrew's interview, except it's a deposition. So I can only
53:00
Speaker 1: testify to what I would know to be a falsehood,
53:03
Speaker 1: and half those falsehoods are enormous, so I categorically deny
53:06
Speaker 1: everything she said. Epstein was first jailed in 2008 for
53:10
Speaker 1: procuring an underage girl for prostitution. He got an 18-month sentence,
53:14
Speaker 1: during which he was able to go on work release
53:16
Speaker 1: to his office six days a week. He was released
53:19
Speaker 1: on probation after 13 months. Think about that, work release,
53:22
Speaker 1: but he got to go to his office six days
53:24
Speaker 1: a week. Must be nice. Must be nice to be
53:28
Speaker 1: the ruling class. Huh, folks? Must be nice. Ay-yi-yi. All right,
53:35
Speaker 1: so that is our morning update for today. And as usual,
53:40
Speaker 1: if anything happens this afternoon, or if I find anything
53:42
Speaker 1: interesting that I think I should share with you folks,
53:44
Speaker 1: I will pop around and I will record it and
53:47
Speaker 1: share it with you. If you would like to contact me,
53:50
Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
53:58
Speaker 1: If you guys are traveling today, be careful. The roads
54:02
Speaker 1: are about to get messy in a lot of places,
54:04
Speaker 1: even here in Southern Nevada. So I hope everybody gets
54:07
Speaker 1: safely to wherever they're going if you're traveling tonight. And
54:10
Speaker 1: if you are, well, you're in luck. You have about
54:12
Speaker 1: 84 or 5 episodes or something like that for your
54:16
Speaker 1: listening enjoyment. So you won't be bored at the very least, right?
54:20
Speaker 1: If you guys would like to help... keep the show
54:23
Speaker 1: going and keep the show growing and you want to
54:26
Speaker 1: donate to the GoFundMe, you can find that link inside
54:28
Speaker 1: of the description box. I'm not really big on even
54:31
Speaker 1: doing fundraising. It's kind of foreign to me. I've never
54:34
Speaker 1: really done anything like that. But it helps with the
54:38
Speaker 1: show's growth. It gives me more time to focus on
54:40
Speaker 1: the show and bring you guys more content. And I
54:44
Speaker 1: understand now that this day and age, that is the
54:47
Speaker 1: lifeblood of independent journalism and independent content creators. So I
54:51
Speaker 1: guess one in Rome, right? But you can, you know,
54:53
Speaker 1: like I always say, the most valuable asset you guys have,
54:56
Speaker 1: you're already sharing with me and that's your time. So
54:58
Speaker 1: if that's all you, if that's all you donate to
55:00
Speaker 1: the show, that's perfectly fine with me as well. Because remember,
55:03
Speaker 1: this show was just, it was just me ranting when
55:06
Speaker 1: we first did it. We never, I never expected it
55:08
Speaker 1: to grow the way it's growing. I mean, 7,000 more
55:11
Speaker 1: downloads and we're at 100,000 downloads. Downloads, folks. That's 100,000 downloads.
55:17
Speaker 1: It's pretty incredible, especially considering I never marketed the show
55:21
Speaker 1: or anything at all. I just, you know, I was
55:23
Speaker 1: so fed up about what was happening. I figured it
55:26
Speaker 1: was time to rant about it. And my producer, Lee,
55:29
Speaker 1: gave me the platform and people started downloading it, listening
55:33
Speaker 1: to it and sending me emails. And, you know, so
55:36
Speaker 1: we're going to keep this train rolling. And like I
55:38
Speaker 1: said yesterday, it's not me, it's we. It's, you know,
55:41
Speaker 1: this show is just a little drop in the bucket.
55:44
Speaker 1: There's so many other shows or bigger shows, but everybody
55:47
Speaker 1: working together to put the spotlight on this case is
55:50
Speaker 1: what's important. So that's all I really care about at
55:53
Speaker 1: the end of the day, justice for these girls and
55:55
Speaker 1: for these people who are engaged in these acts to
55:58
Speaker 1: not get away with it. Because if they get away
56:01
Speaker 1: with it, folks, look what happens. They're just going to
56:02
Speaker 1: do it again and more people are going to suffer. So,
56:07
Speaker 1: all right. I hope everybody has a great day. I
56:08
Speaker 1: will be back later on with some more updates in
56:10
Speaker 1: the Daily Drop, et cetera, et cetera. Yeah. All right, everybody.
56:14
Speaker 1: Talk to you later.
