The National Shooting Sports Foundation's Mark Oliva says the firearms industry is getting ready to sue over a new law signed by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo that's designed to bankrupt the industry through the filing of junk lawsuits seeking to hold gun makers responsible for the actions of criminals.
