- 1:06One last time, Take a deep breath into your nose
- 1:14and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. I
- 1:23just bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm. Just
- 1:27feeling your chest rise and fall gently, feeling peaceful and calm,
- 1:36feeling very relaxed. And with each breath you take, you
- 1:44can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, and yet
- 1:50you can feel quite floppy and loose. Now, imagine yourself
- 1:58surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light so bright
- 2:04and so pure, and this light will protect you and
- 2:10bring you peace. Now, just breathe in this white light,
- 2:17feel it as it enters your body, and it makes
- 2:21you feel all warm and safe. But you feel so
- 2:26peaceful now, so relaxed, and yet you feel very happy
- 2:33and light, and your breathing it's almost still you work
- 2:39so relaxed. Now, imagine that you are in a beautiful, lush,
- 2:48tropical forest, and this forest has the most amazing trees,
- 2:55and some of them are very very tall, so tall,
- 2:59in fact, let they look as if they're touching the
- 3:02sky and they reach up towards the sunshine. There are
- 3:07many different plants that sparkle with different colors and fragrances.
- 3:11Here it's so beautiful, and you can see birds flying
- 3:18gracefully through the canopy of magnificent heaves, building their nests
- 3:24high above the forest floor. And the sun is shining
- 3:29brightly on it a very beautiful clear day. And as
- 3:35you look up to the sky you can see a
- 3:38few soft, white, fluffy clouds just floating lazily in the
- 3:42deep blue sky. You can hear the birds chirping and
- 3:49singing to each other as they fly around the trees.
- 3:53Can you hear them? Can you? You can also hear
- 4:00the sound of little animals as they run around looking
- 4:03for treats and snacks. You can't see them, but you
- 4:07can't hear them. Can you hear them too? Can you?
- 4:17Amidst the rustling leaves and the birds, the sounds of
- 4:21other tropical animals add to the wonderful sounds of nature.
- 4:26Monkey's chattering, waterflies fluttering by the gentle stream that flows
- 4:34near by provides a calming background noise white, so peaceful.
- 4:40Here is so wonderful, and you like it very much,
- 4:45and you feel very calm, very relaxed, and very very peaceful.
- 4:55You are surrounded by the wonders of nature, and you
- 4:59are very grateful with the beauty of this tropical forest
- 5:04you find yourself in. So you decide to follow the
- 5:09winding path you are on, and it leads to you
- 5:13deeper into the heart of the forest, where you find
- 5:16even more exotic plants than animals. You see a family
- 5:21of sloths lazily hanging from the branch of a tree,
- 5:25whilst a group of colorful parrots squawk loudly overhead, and
- 5:29they really really are very noisy. So you continue on
- 5:37your journey when suddenly you stumble upon a hid waterfall
- 5:43cascading down into a crystal clear blue pool. It's so
- 5:50beautiful and it shiny and sparkles, and the sun dances
- 5:56on the surface like a thousand tiny little stars, all
- 6:01twinkling away. The sound of the rushing water fills the air,
- 6:08and the mist from the waterfall gives you a refreshing
- 6:12coolness from the warmth of the day as it gently
- 6:15lands on your body. The water looks really inviting, so
- 6:22you decide to take a little dip in the pool.
- 6:26So for a few moments, have a little swim around
- 6:29in this amazing water. Explore the rocks, take a good
- 6:34look at the water lilies floating on the surface of
- 6:37the water. See what else may be in this beautiful
- 6:42pool of crystal clear water. Maybe you we'll find some frogs. Well,
- 6:49maybe you can see the little fish swimming around it too.
- 6:53So go ahead and just have a little explore. Wow,
- 8:58that's veryshing wasn't it. So you climb out of the
- 9:04water and dry yourself off. What did you see? Did
- 9:11you find anything? Did you hear anything? What else was there?
- 9:21You decide to continue on your way, and eventually you
- 9:27come across an ancient ruin nestled deep within the forest.
- 9:32The crumbling stone walls are covered in vines and moss,
- 9:37and there are deep pink flowers growing all around it too,
- 9:42giving it an enchanting appearance. As you look around the ruins,
- 9:49you discovered some intricate car rings, showing you scenes from
- 9:53long ago civilizations that once lived here. And as you
- 9:59look at them, you wonder who they were. You wonder
- 10:05if they looked like you, and you wonder where did
- 10:11they all go? It was such a long time ago, though.
- 10:19You decide to carry on your winding path again through
- 10:22the beautiful trees, and you wonder where it will lead
- 10:27you to next. So you walk for a little while
- 10:33when you come across a cave hidden in the side
- 10:36of a very large mountain. You couldn't see it first,
- 10:41but as you got closer you could. The cave is
- 10:46very quiet and peaceful, and lovely and warm too, and
- 10:51it sits inside the vibrant beauty of this tropical paradise.
- 10:59You explore the cab a little bit and find that
- 11:03there is a fire already lit for you. You can
- 11:06hear the crackling of the burning logs. There are lanterns
- 11:11all around this little cave, and as you look closer,
- 11:15you see there are tiny fireflies inside the lanterns, giving
- 11:21your cave a lovely, homely feel. You notice that there
- 11:29is a hammock gently swinging at the back of the cave.
- 11:34It has a lush, fluffy pillow and a lovely soft
- 11:38blanket just for you. Well, you are feeling a bit
- 11:42tired now, after all, you've had a very big day
- 11:46of exploring this beautiful tropical forest. But you notice that
- 11:54the forest has come quieter. Now, Well, that's because all
- 12:00of the animals and birds have now gone to sleep themselves.
- 12:08So you climb up onto the gently swinging hammock and
- 12:12you lay your head on the lush pillow and cover
- 12:17yourself with a lovely soft blanket and give a big
- 12:22sigh of happiness. You've had a lovely day. You've heard
- 12:29and seen a lot of animals and birds. He went
- 12:32for a swim in the pool, and you saw that
- 12:35cascade in waterfall, and then you found the ruins, and
- 12:42you still wonder where did they all go? You notice
- 12:49now that it's started to rain outside your cave, soft
- 12:55gentle rain, and as you listen to it, begin still
- 13:00look you to sleep. And you are feeling very tired
- 13:05now and oh so sleepy, And you feel yourself singing
- 13:11deeply into your hammer, and it feels wonderful. It's just
- 13:17as if you are lying on a soft, fleecy cloud,
- 13:22and you feel very relaxed, very calm, and you begin
- 13:28to drift deeper and deeper to a very happy and
- 13:35peaceful sleep. You can still hear the sound of the rain.
- 13:43It's like a lullaby, singing you off to sleep, and
- 13:49you're going deeper and deeper into gentle sleep. But remember
- 13:57you are safe, you are loved, and you are protected always.
- 14:08Your body is already asleep now, and your mind is
- 14:15following your body into a deep, RESTful sleep.
- 14:22Speaker 2: So rest now, and when you wake up in the
- 14:26morning you will feel so refreshed, so alate, and so
- 14:33very very happy.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Well for now, just listen to the rain and just sleep.
