- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Well, good morning.
- 0:03Speaker 3: Here we go just a bit past six o'clock on
- 0:05Speaker 3: this Tuesday morning.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Thank you for being here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 4: Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have confirmed their split. Rumors
- 0:13Speaker 4: have been happening for a few weeks. Now that the
- 0:15Speaker 4: two are no longer together, they have said that they
- 0:17Speaker 4: are shifting their relationship and focusing on co parenting their daughter,
- 0:20Speaker 4: Daisy Dove together. Insider say the breakup was not contentious.
- 0:24Speaker 4: It was on both parts and everybody seems to be
- 0:28Speaker 4: in a good place. A source told US Weekly the
- 0:31Speaker 4: split happened last month and was quote a long time coming.
- 0:35Speaker 4: Sumner County's law enforcement agencies are hosting school Supply Drive
- 0:39Speaker 4: a school supply drive this weekend. The Gallaton Police Department,
- 0:43Speaker 4: along with Sumner County Sheriff's Office and the Hendersonville Police
- 0:46Speaker 4: Department are all hosting this event. Stuff the cruiser. So
- 0:49Speaker 4: it's happening this Saturday from ten am to four pm,
- 0:52Speaker 4: but doing it in Walmart parking lots. The Gallaton location
- 0:55Speaker 4: will be eleven twelve Nolan z O Pike, and the
- 0:58Speaker 4: Hendersonville location will be two four or Anderson Lane. They're asking,
- 1:02Speaker 4: you know, for classic school supplies, crayons, pencils, notebooks, things
- 1:06Speaker 4: like that. Whatever you can give, they will be very
- 1:08Speaker 4: happy to pass on to the community. Students will then
- 1:11Speaker 4: be able to pick up their supplies the following week
- 1:14Speaker 4: at the Sumner County Sheriff's Office. This, like I said,
- 1:17Speaker 4: great idea. Please give what you can. If it's just
- 1:20Speaker 4: a box of crayons, that can go a long way
- 1:24Speaker 4: for a family and need. So this is great. And
- 1:27Speaker 4: McDonald's spicy mcmuffins are available starting today. The egg McMuffin
- 1:31Speaker 4: is turning fifty and to celebrate, McDonald's decided, you know what,
- 1:34Speaker 4: let's try something new. Spicy McMuffin sandwiches are topped with
- 1:38Speaker 4: the signature spicy pepper sauce. Comes in three versions, the
- 1:41Speaker 4: Spicy Egg McMuffin, the Spicy Sausage McMuffin, and the Spicy
- 1:45Speaker 4: Sausage McMuffin with egg.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Okay, it sounds like a lot of variations are the
- 1:50Speaker 3: same thing.
- 1:51Speaker 4: Yep, just add a little something time and they're all
- 1:54Speaker 4: talked with that spicy pepper sauce. All three are available
- 1:58Speaker 4: starting today at McDonald's Sanchez and those are the three
- 2:01Speaker 4: things you need.
- 2:01Speaker 2: To do, Ricky, thank you very much.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Uh, this is cool all week For the first caller
- 2:06Speaker 3: of the day, we have tickets to see Teresa Kapuda.
- 2:09Speaker 2: The Long Island medium. She's coming to Nashville.
- 2:11Speaker 3: She's gonna be a tea pack Let's you to call
- 2:13Speaker 3: to win those tickets in about ten minutes, right here
- 2:15Speaker 3: on the river.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Maya in Nashville. Good morning, welcome to one O seven
- 2:23Speaker 4: five the River. How are you doing this morning? Doing
- 2:26Speaker 4: pretty good? Not bad, not bad. I'm kind of shaking
- 2:29Speaker 4: off the long weekend vibes. I'm feeling more like back
- 2:33Speaker 4: to my routine, which feels nice.
- 2:35Speaker 3: What are you up to right now, Jeremiah driving home
- 2:38Speaker 3: from Mark?
- 2:38Speaker 2: What do you do?
- 2:39Speaker 4: I'm a caregiver?
- 2:41Speaker 6: Just memory here.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Oh wow, it's great work. Good for you.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Do you like do you like these hours of these
- 2:47Speaker 3: your normal hours, you know, getting off work at six am?
- 2:50Speaker 5: Yeah, it's pretty nice.
- 2:51Speaker 4: What you do is amazing. Thank you for doing that
- 2:54Speaker 4: because obviously it's it's so needed and such a like
- 2:57Speaker 4: important part of you know, making everything work.
- 3:00Speaker 6: Yeah, thank you.
- 3:01Speaker 4: You're so welcome. Jeremiah, you're a first caller of the
- 3:04Speaker 4: day this morning on one of seven five the River.
- 3:07Speaker 4: That means not only did you get to have a
- 3:09Speaker 4: conversation with Kevin and I this morning, but you're gonna
- 3:13Speaker 4: go see Teresa Caputo at Teapak.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Oh my god, it's gonna be an interesting show for sure.
- 3:18Speaker 3: She even said we were reading a quote that like,
- 3:20Speaker 3: she never knows what's gonna happen at a show, you know,
- 3:24Speaker 3: because she obviously she communes with spirits, so it should
- 3:27Speaker 3: be interesting.
- 3:27Speaker 7: Yeah, do you.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Believe in that sort of thing? Is there somebody maybe
- 3:30Speaker 3: you'd want her to get in touch with on your behalf?
- 3:32Speaker 5: Oh?
- 3:33Speaker 6: Maybe, I don't know.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Okay, let me try to.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Maybe there's somebody who wants to talk to Jeremiah and
- 3:38Speaker 4: Jeremiah doesn't know it.
- 3:39Speaker 3: I'm seeing a man possibly with the initial be Does
- 3:43Speaker 3: that mean anything to you?
- 3:46Speaker 6: I don't think.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Yeah, Okay, I just made it up. I'm not a professional.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Jeremiah. I'm so sorry for my friend over here.
- 3:53Speaker 2: What if I was right though, it would have been
- 3:55Speaker 2: so cool.
- 3:56Speaker 4: No, it would not have been. Thank you so much
- 3:58Speaker 4: for hanging out with us, Jeremiah. We appreciate you so
- 4:01Speaker 4: much for being here. Hang on the line songing get
- 4:03Speaker 4: info from me?
- 4:03Speaker 6: Okay, okay, thank you so much.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Do you have a grandfather named Jeremiah?
- 4:08Speaker 7: No?
- 4:08Speaker 4: I do not, all right you?
- 4:10Speaker 2: Why are you call now? If you have a grandpa
- 4:15Speaker 2: name Jeremiah?
- 4:16Speaker 4: Oh my god?
- 4:18Speaker 1: Seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and man in
- 4:20Speaker 1: the morning.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Zach and I had a very classic Ricky and Zach
- 4:24Speaker 4: moment over the weekend. He's not here today, he's on vacation,
- 4:27Speaker 4: so he can't uh have this conversation right now. But
- 4:31Speaker 4: we had a very classic moment that the two of us.
- 4:35Speaker 4: You know, we we do a lot of bits.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we do a lot of bits.
- 4:38Speaker 4: And I think it we may have taken it too
- 4:41Speaker 4: far in this one scenario and made somebody very uncomfortable. Okay, yeah,
- 4:45Speaker 4: I kind of regretted a little bit.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Now, let's play one song and then I want to
- 4:48Speaker 3: get this story. As somebody that entered the pre existing
- 4:52Speaker 3: dynamics of Ricky and Zach, I feel like I can
- 4:54Speaker 3: relate without even.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Knowing the story.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Yeah, it was pretty bad.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Right after alex Ward, Ricky will tell us what happened
- 5:00Speaker 2: on the river?
- 5:02Speaker 3: Reiky, Zach and me Ricky mentioned a story something happened
- 5:07Speaker 3: to her and Zach over the weekend, making this unsuspecting
- 5:10Speaker 3: person feel very uncomfortable.
- 5:13Speaker 4: Zach and I have a very specific dynamic. If you
- 5:15Speaker 4: listen to the show, you know that. And we have
- 5:17Speaker 4: a lot of bits Zach and I, and over the weekend,
- 5:20Speaker 4: we were hanging out with my friend from back at home,
- 5:23Speaker 4: her new boyfriend. They both came into town. We were
- 5:26Speaker 4: having a great time, and at one point Zach and
- 5:28Speaker 4: I decided to do one of our little bits that
- 5:30Speaker 4: we do. Uh, and I feel really bad because we
- 5:34Speaker 4: made this man very uncomfortable. Uh. Zach had said that
- 5:37Speaker 4: he was in d C because this guy lives in DC,
- 5:41Speaker 4: and he was like, oh, for World Pride. You were
- 5:44Speaker 4: there for World Pride. So Zach and I immediately were like, whoa,
- 5:49Speaker 4: you just assumed.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Oh, I assume Zach.
- 5:52Speaker 4: That he's day and would be at World Pride. And
- 5:56Speaker 4: we just did our little bit that we normally do
- 5:58Speaker 4: in those moments. Obviously when he knows Zach is gay,
- 6:02Speaker 4: but we do that little bit where we're like, oh
- 6:03Speaker 4: my gosh, it's so crazy that you would just assume
- 6:06Speaker 4: that he's gay.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Something about immediately.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Is there something about him that that makes you think
- 6:11Speaker 4: he's gay. And yes, he immediately his whole face change,
- 6:16Speaker 4: he went white. I literally had to give up the
- 6:19Speaker 4: bit I commit to a bit. Okay, I had to
- 6:22Speaker 4: give up the bit halfway through because I could tell
- 6:25Speaker 4: this man looked like he was about to throw up
- 6:27Speaker 4: or cry.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I couldn't take it. If I was there, I
- 6:29Speaker 3: would have thrown in the towel immediately. I can't handle
- 6:31Speaker 3: that sort of.
- 6:31Speaker 4: I felt so bad, so bad, and then I found
- 6:36Speaker 4: out because my friend had stayed an extra day, he
- 6:40Speaker 4: felt horrible and he did nothing wrong. So now I
- 6:44Speaker 4: feel like I need to send this man like chocolates
- 6:46Speaker 4: or something to like made it.
- 6:49Speaker 2: The fact.
- 6:51Speaker 4: We're like, we're so kidding with you, truly, wholeheartedly, just joking.
- 6:56Speaker 4: It's totally fine. He still felt so bad, but he wasn't.
- 7:00Speaker 4: He didn't do anything wrong. I did. I did it
- 7:04Speaker 4: to him, and now I feel bad. Then I feel
- 7:06Speaker 4: like I should send him like chocolates, send.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Him something you should feel bad.
- 7:13Speaker 4: It was so funny though. He was a perfect candidate.
- 7:16Speaker 4: He was a perfect candidate for us to do our
- 7:18Speaker 4: little bit with, and it just worked out so well.
- 7:21Speaker 4: And I really I probably would have given it up earlier,
- 7:24Speaker 4: but I couldn't.
- 7:25Speaker 2: You made him.
- 7:26Speaker 4: The reaction was perfect.
- 7:27Speaker 3: He was outing Zach at a Fourth of July party.
- 7:31Speaker 3: You're still laughing about itself because it was so perfect.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Like neither of us even had to look at each
- 7:38Speaker 4: other to start the bit. It was just like immediately started.
- 7:42Speaker 4: It was so good.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Gift card you owe this guy. He's probably still keeping
- 7:46Speaker 3: him up at night.
- 7:46Speaker 4: He probably is, But it was perfect execution by both
- 7:49Speaker 4: Zach and I. And I'm truly impressed by our commitment
- 7:52Speaker 4: to it.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I can tell you proud of yourself.
- 7:54Speaker 4: I really am, but I also feel bad. I'll send
- 7:56Speaker 4: him chocolates or something.
- 7:59Speaker 1: My god.
- 8:00Speaker 2: All right, hey, we have Casha tickets this morning at seven.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Three things you need to know, all right, just.
- 8:09Speaker 2: After seven o'clock.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Thank you so much for starting your day with us
- 8:12Speaker 3: here at the river where he's got those three things.
- 8:14Speaker 4: You apparently no longer have to remove your shoes at
- 8:17Speaker 4: TSA checkpoints at most airports. They quietly got rid of
- 8:20Speaker 4: this twenty year old rule, which is already in fact
- 8:23Speaker 4: in certain airports as of yesterday, with a goal to
- 8:26Speaker 4: roll out the new rule to all us airports. Eventually,
- 8:30Speaker 4: it seems that this is all because TSA lines are
- 8:32Speaker 4: getting really long and they're trying to make it more
- 8:34Speaker 4: quick and efficient. They've been trying to figure that out
- 8:37Speaker 4: for quite some time, and the TSA has yet to
- 8:39Speaker 4: make any formal announcement of this rule or this change.
- 8:43Speaker 4: We don't really know exactly which airports it's implemented in
- 8:46Speaker 4: or anything like that. It almost kind of seems like
- 8:48Speaker 4: a rumor as of right now because there's nothing super
- 8:50Speaker 4: official on it. So I'm gonna go ahead and say,
- 8:53Speaker 4: as of right now, continue to take your shoes off.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Know that at some point at BNA you might not
- 8:58Speaker 4: have to, even if you don't have TSA PreCheck. I
- 9:02Speaker 4: will keep you updated if they actually make any formal
- 9:04Speaker 4: announcement of this. TikTok is reportedly creating a US version
- 9:08Speaker 4: of TikTok ahead of their September deadline, so TikTok's Chinese
- 9:12Speaker 4: parent company, Byteedance, has to divest its US operations to
- 9:16Speaker 4: non Chinese owners in order to comply with the federal law.
- 9:20Speaker 4: They have until September or they're going to be banned.
- 9:23Speaker 4: US lawmakers have supported this move. They have fears that
- 9:26Speaker 4: the Chinese government is tapping into personal records of all
- 9:29Speaker 4: of the millions of American users that TikTok has. According
- 9:33Speaker 4: to the tech publication The Information, a new US version
- 9:37Speaker 4: of TikTok is going to launch in September before the deadline.
- 9:41Speaker 4: I will keep you updated on exactly how that's going
- 9:43Speaker 4: to work. I'm seeing some reports that you need to
- 9:46Speaker 4: delete the actual TikTok app that you may currently have
- 9:49Speaker 4: on your phone and redownload the US version of the
- 9:52Speaker 4: TikTok app. But I'm not sure if that's one hundred
- 9:54Speaker 4: percent how this is going to go, because last time
- 9:57Speaker 4: when it was supposed to be banned, people deleted from
- 10:00Speaker 4: their phones and then it wasn't banned, and then they
- 10:02Speaker 4: couldn't redownload it. So stick with me as we find
- 10:05Speaker 4: out more about this as well. It has been just
- 10:08Speaker 4: very pink pongy and confusing and quite the headache. So
- 10:12Speaker 4: I will keep you updated as more information comes out.
- 10:14Speaker 4: But before September, there is plans to have a US
- 10:17Speaker 4: version of TikTok. If you're missing the cold weather or
- 10:21Speaker 4: the holiday spirit, Hallmarks Christmas in July is currently happening.
- 10:25Speaker 4: The Hallmark Channel started their Christmas in July, programming on
- 10:28Speaker 4: June twenty seventh. It's going to run through the month.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Their full lineup and schedules on their website. But tonight
- 10:33Speaker 4: apparently is the premiere of Christmas at Sea, which is
- 10:36Speaker 4: an unscripted series of passengers on the Hallmark Christmas Cruise.
- 10:41Speaker 4: You're really excited about that? How come?
- 10:43Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:43Speaker 4: Wait, okay, I'm Rick Sanchez and those are the three
- 10:46Speaker 4: things you need to know.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Yesterday we had a conversation is it too early to
- 10:49Speaker 2: celebrate Halloween? And apparently now we're just giving right to Christmas?
- 10:52Speaker 4: Hey, everybody wants the holidays.
- 10:54Speaker 2: A commercial for the Nutcracker Crazy Nashville. Not too early,
- 10:57Speaker 2: I know, seems a little too early.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Eighty two degrees out.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Ricky, Thank you for that. Right after Lola Young, I've
- 11:02Speaker 2: got a fact for you. Zach is out. So it's
- 11:05Speaker 2: Zach's Fact presented by Kevin Mano. Next other Rivers one
- 11:08Speaker 2: oh seven.
- 11:08Speaker 8: Five the River Reicky, Zach and Meno in the Morning
- 11:11Speaker 8: is out today, So it's another day of Zach's Facts
- 11:14Speaker 8: presented by Kevin Manow.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you, Ricky. How long would you guess
- 11:18Speaker 2: the shortest street.
- 11:20Speaker 4: In the world is uh twenty feet.
- 11:24Speaker 3: No, it's called Ebenezer Place. It's in Scotland. It is
- 11:27Speaker 3: six feet nine inches long. It has one address on
- 11:30Speaker 3: at the shortest street in the world.
- 11:32Speaker 4: That's crazy.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Yeah, it was officially declared a street way back in
- 11:36Speaker 3: eighteen eighty seven.
- 11:38Speaker 4: There are people taller than the length of that street.
- 11:41Speaker 2: That's true, that's wild. I want to go visit it.
- 11:43Speaker 2: It's in Scotland. That's your fact.
- 11:45Speaker 8: Thanks one oh seven five the River Reicky, Zach and
- 11:48Speaker 8: Meno in the.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Mar Ricky and I were just bonding over our past
- 11:51Speaker 3: shared experiences.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Bathroom camping, as it's called.
- 11:54Speaker 3: That's like a trending term on TikTok right now, and
- 11:57Speaker 3: I feel like I invented bathroom campus.
- 12:00Speaker 4: Didn't know there was a word or phrase for doing this.
- 12:04Speaker 4: I didn't know that so many people did it that
- 12:05Speaker 4: they made up a phrase for it. But it's going
- 12:07Speaker 4: to the bathroom just so you can get away from
- 12:10Speaker 4: the situation you're in.
- 12:11Speaker 3: As a very socially awkward person, I have been in
- 12:14Speaker 3: the past, I still am to some degree. I've been
- 12:16Speaker 3: at parties there's just no one for me to talk to.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Everyone's in their own conversation. So what do I do
- 12:21Speaker 3: just go hang out in the bathroom by myself for
- 12:22Speaker 3: a while, just so I don't have to stand there
- 12:24Speaker 3: looking awkward.
- 12:25Speaker 4: That is the most Kevin Mano thing.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I haven't doing it for years.
- 12:28Speaker 4: Mine did have anything to do with like just being
- 12:31Speaker 4: in a socially awkward situation. Mine was a little more intense.
- 12:34Speaker 2: I want to hear Ricky's story. We want to hear
- 12:36Speaker 2: yours as well.
- 12:36Speaker 3: If you've ever done the bathroom camping, like we both
- 12:39Speaker 3: have very openly.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Lots of different reasons.
- 12:44Speaker 4: To do it. Yeah, maybe you have a specific one.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Yeah, we want to hear your reason bathroom camping? Have
- 12:48Speaker 2: you done it?
- 12:50Speaker 8: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning, Paul in Hendersonville,
- 12:54Speaker 8: do you bathroom camp Oh.
- 12:56Speaker 7: My gosh, Like, I don't ever call into this stuff.
- 12:58Speaker 7: I'm pushing fat and I just love the enjoyment. I've
- 13:02Speaker 7: listening to you all and everybody else. But let me
- 13:05Speaker 7: tell you, I do the bathroom camp out because I
- 13:09Speaker 7: can't get any peacefulness at party. I have literally had
- 13:13Speaker 7: a friend call me at three am when I wasn't
- 13:16Speaker 7: at a party to ask me this and this is
- 13:18Speaker 7: quite hilarious. Hey, I need you to tell that one
- 13:21Speaker 7: joke because I've got you on speakerphone. But what does
- 13:24Speaker 7: the word fathom mean? And I literally repeated, I cannot
- 13:28Speaker 7: fathom the fact that my friend, who is thirty two
- 13:31Speaker 7: called me at three in the morning to.
- 13:33Speaker 6: Ask me what the word fathom means? But also it
- 13:36Speaker 6: is also a depth.
- 13:38Speaker 7: Of measurement at tea. Can I go back to Threek now?
- 13:40Speaker 4: So you literally never get peace no matter what time
- 13:43Speaker 4: of day.
- 13:43Speaker 6: It is absolutely not, absolutely not.
- 13:47Speaker 7: I can't tell you how many tells about have had
- 13:49Speaker 7: people go to my friend, Is she drunk? Nope, Nope,
- 13:52Speaker 7: that's her on a normal scale.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I was about to ask.
- 13:56Speaker 3: I honestly, I'm happy you you told us that I
- 13:58Speaker 3: was about to ask if you've been drinking this morning?
- 14:01Speaker 4: Thank you so much for calling in. We love your energy,
- 14:03Speaker 4: and thank you for listening to us every morning.
- 14:05Speaker 7: Oh you guys are amazing. I so cannot tell you
- 14:09Speaker 7: any times I've gotten the car crying about something that
- 14:11Speaker 7: I just don't have anybody to talk to about. And
- 14:13Speaker 7: it was been about three minutes. You guys have me laughing,
- 14:16Speaker 7: and it makes my whole day just so much brighter,
- 14:21Speaker 7: so keep spreading that sunshine. And I just love that.
- 14:25Speaker 2: You are sweet.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Our day so much Okay.
- 14:29Speaker 7: Out pret quote prost an amazing.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Day, you too, love bugs time, bye bye bye.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Wow, it was so sweet a nice lady. Okay. So
- 14:45Speaker 2: back to bathroom camping. Yes, I said that I used
- 14:48Speaker 2: to do it a lot at like parties if I
- 14:50Speaker 2: was feeling socially awkward. But you have also done it.
- 14:52Speaker 4: Yes, but it had nothing to do with social awkwardness
- 14:55Speaker 4: or anything like that. I've done it at work when
- 14:58Speaker 4: I've been at jobs that I did not enjoy. Okay,
- 15:02Speaker 4: So I would go bathroom camp and I would go
- 15:04Speaker 4: set up like shop in the bathroom because a lot
- 15:07Speaker 4: of women's bathrooms have chairs because you got to wait,
- 15:09Speaker 4: oh quite a while sometimes in the lady's room. So
- 15:12Speaker 4: I would just kind of like pull all the chairs
- 15:14Speaker 4: together and make myself a nice little section in the bathroom,
- 15:17Speaker 4: especially because most of my jobs have been with majority guys,
- 15:21Speaker 4: so girls weren't going in and out of the bathroom.
- 15:24Speaker 3: So you were doing I told myself avoid cos it
- 15:26Speaker 3: was your private little office.
- 15:27Speaker 4: My coworkers, my own private office.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:30Speaker 2: See, so many reasons to bathroom camp. I know parents
- 15:33Speaker 2: would do it to escape the kids.
- 15:34Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a classic.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Whatever your reason is, we want to hear about it.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Plus cash it tickets. You can win them with the.
- 15:39Speaker 5: Game of the day, Reicky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Okay, Betty and Murphy's Boro. Tell us, how do you
- 15:45Speaker 4: bathroom camp?
- 15:46Speaker 6: I don't do it anymore, but I used to do
- 15:48Speaker 6: it when I was younger. When I was like seventeen
- 15:51Speaker 6: and eighteen and I've just started working. I had a
- 15:54Speaker 6: warehouse shop. It was so easy. All I had to
- 15:57Speaker 6: do is like I had a clipboard and I had
- 15:59Speaker 6: to go down like my palette and just eyeball everything
- 16:02Speaker 6: and check off the inventory. I guess it was easy.
- 16:05Speaker 6: I don't know. I never did it, but I would
- 16:07Speaker 6: like just go to the bathroom and just sit on
- 16:10Speaker 6: my phone on Facebook at least an hour at a
- 16:13Speaker 6: time each time, like every two hours. And then yeah,
- 16:19Speaker 6: and I just gotta say, thank god TikTok wasn't out,
- 16:22Speaker 6: because I would have spent my whole shift in the bathroom.
- 16:25Speaker 6: And the warehouse was so big, so like they never
- 16:27Speaker 6: knew where anyone, they didn't even know who anyone was.
- 16:31Speaker 4: So you did it to kill time.
- 16:34Speaker 6: Yeah, I took my time, girl, like I thought life
- 16:37Speaker 6: was juicy. Okay, but that job did last that long,
- 16:41Speaker 6: so that might have contributed.
- 16:44Speaker 2: You were actually doing the job. It was just on
- 16:46Speaker 2: Facebook in the bathroom.
- 16:48Speaker 6: Yeah, it was a clipboard and I had to check
- 16:50Speaker 6: the list off and say it was all there. I
- 16:52Speaker 6: said it was all there. I don't know if it.
- 16:54Speaker 5: Was all.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Thank you for confiding in us. Thanks for sharing your secret.
- 17:00Speaker 2: You appreciate it.
- 17:00Speaker 4: I have faith that you are a better worker now, Betty.
- 17:04Speaker 6: I am.
- 17:04Speaker 5: I am.
- 17:05Speaker 6: I go to work and I just I do my
- 17:07Speaker 6: job at least, but I still get on my phone.
- 17:10Speaker 4: You're like Kevin, you have a nice little phone addiction.
- 17:12Speaker 2: That's okay, rotting our brains. Betty, thank you for calling.
- 17:17Speaker 2: We appreciate yous.
- 17:19Speaker 7: No problem, Thank you, have a great day.
- 17:21Speaker 4: Love you.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Her story is sort of similar to yours, like working
- 17:24Speaker 2: in a mostly male environment and making the women's bathroom
- 17:27Speaker 2: in your office.
- 17:28Speaker 4: It's great. Honestly, I loved that little space that I
- 17:31Speaker 4: mean for myself.
- 17:33Speaker 2: That sounds nice. We have Kesha tickets. You can win them.
- 17:35Speaker 8: Next with the Game of the Raichi Zach and Meno
- 17:40Speaker 8: in the morning seven five, The River.
- 17:42Speaker 4: It's Kevin Mano's Game of the day. We're playing topical
- 17:45Speaker 4: trivia for Kesha tickets. She's playing a Sunday amphitheater next week,

- 17:56Speaker 5: I'm feeling great?
- 17:57Speaker 7: How about you?
- 17:58Speaker 5: Good?
- 17:58Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 17:58Speaker 2: No complaints over here? And sharp and with it?
- 18:01Speaker 5: Yes?
- 18:02Speaker 2: What's four plus four?
- 18:03Speaker 5: Eight? Wow?
- 18:04Speaker 2: She's ready?
- 18:05Speaker 4: Nice? All right?
- 18:09Speaker 3: Two out of three of these questions, and the tickets
- 18:11Speaker 3: are yours.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Topical Trivia is the game and it starts right now.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Okay, it would be a David corn sweat and Nicholas
- 18:20Speaker 3: Holtz Star's Enemies.
- 18:21Speaker 2: And what new movie opening this weekend?
- 18:27Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Oh, no, big movie, big summer blackbuster opening this weekend.
- 18:32Speaker 2: You don't want to take a guess. Oh no, it's
- 18:39Speaker 2: a good guess.
- 18:39Speaker 4: That is a good guess.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Yeah, that one's out now. But Superman is the name
- 18:43Speaker 3: of the movie Superman.
- 18:45Speaker 4: That's okay, though, Olivia. You still got two questions. You
- 18:47Speaker 4: got together the next two, right?
- 18:48Speaker 2: What is the name of Amazon's big four day event
- 18:51Speaker 2: that starts today? There we Yeah, you're on the board.
- 19:00Speaker 4: They're making it way more than a day, though, I
- 19:01Speaker 4: don't know why they still call it prime day.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Yeah, four days is the day.
- 19:05Speaker 5: All right?
- 19:05Speaker 2: You get this right? You win, you don't, and I'm sorry.
- 19:08Speaker 2: We part ways here.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Who just reclaimed the title of champion in the Nathan's
- 19:15Speaker 3: famous hot dog eating contest over the weekend?
- 19:19Speaker 6: Joey Chestnut.
- 19:22Speaker 2: He is the greatest to ever do it. How many
- 19:24Speaker 2: hot dogs did you eat? Forty something?
- 19:26Speaker 4: He was like, no, it was more than that. It
- 19:28Speaker 4: was seventy point five.
- 19:29Speaker 2: I think it's insane. Anyway, just like Joey Chestnut, you
- 19:33Speaker 2: two are a champion.
- 19:35Speaker 6: Thank you, congrats Olivia.
- 19:37Speaker 4: You're gonna see Kesha next week at a SUNDAYI theater.

- 19:52Speaker 5: No?
- 19:54Speaker 4: He is actually shocked. Yeah that I'm not interested. I
- 19:57Speaker 4: just don't think they did a great job of promoting
- 19:59Speaker 4: this one.
- 20:00Speaker 2: How can you say that the promotion's been non stop.
- 20:02Speaker 4: I've seen it maybe three times.

- 21:02Speaker 4: Tennessee tourism has set another record with thirty one point
- 21:06Speaker 4: seven billion in visitors spending in twenty twenty four. Last year,
- 21:11Speaker 4: tourists spent a generated three point three billion in state
- 21:15Speaker 4: and local tax revenue. How crazy is that? Tennessee logged
- 21:20Speaker 4: one hundred and forty seven million visits in twenty twenty four.
- 21:23Speaker 4: Per the state report, visitors spent eighty seven million dollars
- 21:27Speaker 4: per day. International visitors spent one two hundred and seventy
- 21:32Speaker 4: eight dollars average during a visit, which is nearly six
- 21:35Speaker 4: times more than domestic travelers. Yeah, pretty incredible stats here,
- 21:40Speaker 4: thirty one point seven billion dollars in visitor spending. Trader
- 21:45Speaker 4: Joe's Pizza Party and Potato Chips are back and people
- 21:48Speaker 4: are going nuts. They're selling out fast, So if this
- 21:50Speaker 4: is a favorite of yours, make sure you get to
- 21:52Speaker 4: Trader Joe's as soon as you can. You may be
- 21:55Speaker 4: wondering why do these chips seem so special?
- 21:57Speaker 2: When are they again?
- 21:58Speaker 4: They're Traders Pizza Party Potato Chips, lots of peas, pepa peppa.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Each bag has a mix of three flavors cheese and garlic, pepperoni,
- 22:08Speaker 4: and pizza sauce. They sell anywhere from a dollar to
- 22:11Speaker 4: three dollars, depending on which one you go to. But
- 22:13Speaker 4: they are a fan favorite. Everybody at Trader Joe's loves them.
- 22:16Speaker 4: They've been popping up all over my social media. Like
- 22:18Speaker 4: I said, they're selling fast to get to Trader Joe's astap.
- 22:22Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez And those are the three things you
- 22:23Speaker 4: need to.
- 22:24Speaker 5: Know Reiki, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 22:28Speaker 4: Have you ever had a wild conversation with a stranger
- 22:30Speaker 4: and wondered if they're telling you the truth or if
- 22:32Speaker 4: they're lying, Because that happened to me the other day.
- 22:35Speaker 2: I have a very strong opinion about this, but we
- 22:37Speaker 2: want to hear from everybody if you think this particular
- 22:40Speaker 2: person was lying through his teeth.
- 22:41Speaker 4: I was out with my friends and this drunk man
- 22:45Speaker 4: came up to us and just started talking to us,
- 22:47Speaker 4: which I get. We looked like a fun crowd and
- 22:49Speaker 4: we are, so they wanted to, you know, start having
- 22:51Speaker 4: a conversation with us. And as we were talking to him,
- 22:54Speaker 4: we learned a lot about this man very quickly. As
- 22:57Speaker 4: it turns out, he had proposed to a woman that
- 23:00Speaker 4: he was with for nine years. She said no, She screamed, no,
- 23:05Speaker 4: he said he proposed to her at their at their
- 23:12Speaker 4: dog's birthday party at a vet clinic, a shelter, and
- 23:19Speaker 4: he spent he said, two thousand dollars on the ring
- 23:21Speaker 4: from Costco. But he spent about fifteen hundred dollars at
- 23:25Speaker 4: Costco for a big speaker that he could speak into
- 23:29Speaker 4: to say his speech, and this massive balloon art. So
- 23:33Speaker 4: we spent about the same amount of money on other things,
- 23:36Speaker 4: or maybe even more than what he actually spent on
- 23:38Speaker 4: the ring.
- 23:38Speaker 2: At the dog birthday party.
- 23:39Speaker 4: At the dog birth Yes, at the well. It was
- 23:41Speaker 4: like a vet slash shelter at a place. And as
- 23:46Speaker 4: we're talking to this man and he's telling us more
- 23:47Speaker 4: and more about his life and who he is and
- 23:49Speaker 4: this whole story about this proposal, we were all obviously
- 23:53Speaker 4: in awe and shock, but we're wondering if he was
- 23:56Speaker 4: just telling us lies, like do we think he was
- 23:59Speaker 4: feeding us live? Because we were enthralled by this entire
- 24:02Speaker 4: situation and this whole conversation, everybody had follow up questions six.
- 24:06Speaker 2: One, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven if
- 24:09Speaker 2: you think this guy was just lying to Ricky or
- 24:11Speaker 2: if he was telling the truth.
- 24:13Speaker 4: I think he was telling the truth.
- 24:15Speaker 2: You really genuine you were there? I mean I wasn't there.
- 24:17Speaker 4: I think he was telling the truth. But now the
- 24:19Speaker 4: whole group chat is kind of debating whether or not
- 24:21Speaker 4: this is real faith.
- 24:22Speaker 3: There's more to the story as well. Shere's some more details,
- 24:26Speaker 3: but we do want to hear from you. Do you
- 24:28Speaker 3: think he was just full of it? Or was he
- 24:30Speaker 3: telling the truth?
- 24:31Speaker 8: One O seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Menno
- 24:34Speaker 8: in the morning.
- 24:35Speaker 4: It looks like I've been duped and I've been lied to.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Most people think he's lying.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Most people definitely think this guy was lying to you.
- 24:42Speaker 4: I think he was telling the truth. Just to give
- 24:44Speaker 4: a little backstory here because you missed it. I was
- 24:46Speaker 4: out with my friends and this guy who was drinking
- 24:49Speaker 4: a bunch she came up to us and started talking
- 24:51Speaker 4: to us, and it turns out that he proposed to
- 24:55Speaker 4: his girlfriend of nine years with a ring that he
- 24:59Speaker 4: had got for Costco for two thousand dollars, even though
- 25:03Speaker 4: we spent like two thousand dollars on decorations and like
- 25:06Speaker 4: a whole sound system to propose her. He proposed to
- 25:09Speaker 4: her at their dog's birthday party that was at like
- 25:12Speaker 4: this ve clinic slash shelter to me, No.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Well, you told me the story the other day. I
- 25:17Speaker 2: was like, none of this makes sense.
- 25:19Speaker 4: You were definitely like she said no, I think that
- 25:22Speaker 4: makes sense.
- 25:22Speaker 3: One thing you omitted from the story on the air
- 25:24Speaker 3: a minute ago is that apparently in their nine year relationship,
- 25:27Speaker 3: he had been unfaithful eight times.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, and they were still together. He said that.
- 25:31Speaker 4: We didn't actually get a clear answer as to whether
- 25:34Speaker 4: she knew that or not. I think she said no
- 25:36Speaker 4: because we also found out that he got the wrong
- 25:39Speaker 4: ring size, so he proposed her I put it on
- 25:45Speaker 4: her hand.
- 25:46Speaker 1: It didn't fit.
- 25:47Speaker 4: I think she just, like all around, was just like, no,
- 25:50Speaker 4: this is a terrible idea. We can't be doing this.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Was he out by himself?
- 25:54Speaker 4: Out by himself? Yes, entirely by himself, which also I
- 25:57Speaker 4: will say, I think a lot of people who when
- 25:59Speaker 4: they go out by themselves tend to lie about things
- 26:02Speaker 4: because you could kind of be whoever you want.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Yeah, they makes sense.
- 26:04Speaker 3: I don't think a lot of people do that, but
- 26:06Speaker 3: I think there are people that do that.
- 26:07Speaker 4: Okay, some people do that. I also just don't know
- 26:10Speaker 4: why he would want to lie about something like this.
- 26:12Speaker 4: It makes him look so bad. I think he was
- 26:15Speaker 4: telling us the God's honest truth and just wanted to
- 26:17Speaker 4: tell somebody about it.
- 26:18Speaker 2: It makes him look pretty bad too. It's not very
- 26:20Speaker 2: impressive truth, but.
- 26:22Speaker 4: I think he wanted to get it off his chest,
- 26:24Speaker 4: and he was like, oh, there's a bunch of strangers.
- 26:25Speaker 4: They're also probably drinking, and just wanted to talk about
- 26:28Speaker 4: it because it had just happened like a month ago.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Okay, it's so fresh wound.
- 26:33Speaker 3: I think this is just some crazy guy that was
- 26:35Speaker 3: a bit intoxicate and just making a bunch of weird stuff.
- 26:40Speaker 2: He had an audience and he was just going for it.
- 26:42Speaker 4: It was entertaining his heck. I will say that we
- 26:44Speaker 4: were all completely enthralled by his story and had follow
- 26:48Speaker 4: up questions. We were like talking about We've been talking
- 26:51Speaker 4: about it for days because in the group chat right
- 26:53Speaker 4: now we're talking about whether or not he was lying
- 26:55Speaker 4: to us.
- 26:55Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 26:55Speaker 3: I kind of it's not my nature to do that
- 26:59Speaker 3: sort of thing, but it kind of sounds exciting to
- 27:02Speaker 3: go to a bar just randomly meet people and make
- 27:04Speaker 3: up a whole bunch of stuff.
- 27:05Speaker 4: I feel like you'd make up something a little more
- 27:07Speaker 4: nice about the song, not something that's so bad.
- 27:11Speaker 2: I don't know. The general consensus here is that he
- 27:13Speaker 2: was lying to you guys.
- 27:14Speaker 4: I really wanted him to be telling the truth. I'm
- 27:16Speaker 4: so sorry, even though it would make him a terrible person.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Yeah, either way you slice it. I know this guy's
- 27:21Speaker 2: not winning any awards in my books.
- 27:23Speaker 5: One seven, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the Morning the River.
- 27:28Speaker 3: It's time for the daily double tap and it comes
- 27:31Speaker 3: from this past weekend's big, gigantic tribute to Ozzy Osbourne,
- 27:35Speaker 3: his final performance with Black Sabbath. He was out and everybody,
- 27:38Speaker 3: everybody in the metal world was out.
- 27:40Speaker 2: There for it.
- 27:41Speaker 4: Yeah, he's done performing, which is kind of wild to
- 27:43Speaker 4: think about. But young Blood was there, and young Blood
- 27:46Speaker 4: did a cover while at the Black Sabbage show. Apparently
- 27:49Speaker 4: him and Ozzie are like good friends, great and get along,
- 27:52Speaker 4: which is awesome, and he does such a great job.
- 27:55Speaker 4: Just listen to a piece of it.
- 27:56Speaker 3: This has changes. The Black Sabbath song is done by
- 27:59Speaker 3: young men.
- 28:28Speaker 2: I mean, it's been really good.
- 28:29Speaker 4: I think young Blood is very underrated. I agree with you,
- 28:32Speaker 4: and I feel like more people should know him and
- 28:35Speaker 4: listen to his songs than they do. And there are
- 28:37Speaker 4: plenty of people that do. I just feel like even
- 28:39Speaker 4: more should. Yeah.
- 28:41Speaker 3: I mean right there, that alone showcases his vocal talent
- 28:43Speaker 3: and I'm glad that video is kind of going viral.
- 28:45Speaker 4: It's yeah, going everywhere.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why I wanted to pick it.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Is today's Daily double Tap young Blood doing some Ozzy Osbourne,
- 28:52Speaker 3: some Black Sabbath of that big show this past week,
- 28:54Speaker 3: and we'll post that if you want to see it
- 28:56Speaker 3: at one. I'm seventy five The River on Instagram and
- 28:58Speaker 3: let's put the DDT up there.
- 29:00Speaker 8: Day one, O seven five The River, Ricky, Zach and
- 29:03Speaker 8: Manno in the morning
