social. But before that, I'll do a bit

So we have pushed them back. They are on the back burner, as

I like to say. But this episode we are going to

So and so will I tonight because I am there at the Co-op arena

Slam Santa was Veni taking on Melissa face.

This was a really good solid opener.

Any I haven't seen before, but I have heard a lot of very popular

Obviously I've seen a lot of because she's up in my neck of

the woods. Plus I am a big Melissa face fan

so slight bias there. This match though, it's I

couldn't work out at first if it was kind of to like baby faces

That said though this match really I really enjoyed this

match. For an opener Eve do put on some

really great opening matches. I could have watched this and

and to be fair if it had gone on a bit longer it still would not

So we're kind of just watching her journey.

So match #2 saw for the Eve tag team titles we had Lally in

Holly Barlow and Lana Austin. They took on the team of Abby

Cartwright and Nina Samuels. This match stemmed from the last

show where Abby Cartwright pinned Holly Barlow to pretty

much earn really, if you if you want to go down that route, A

tag title shot when it was, I think it was a triple fret.

No, it wasn't a triple fret. I tell a lie.

It was a eight woman tag, but it's on Abby Cartwright having

Barlow in the mousetrap pinning combination.

But it shocked everyone. Probably Abbey yourself, to be

fair. So this helped set up a title

match. And I mean, with Lolly, you know

you're going to get a mixture of kind of comedy, but two ass

kickers in Holly and Lana. I think I don't need to tell you

which one's more of the comedic of them.

Them too. Well, you have Abby Cartwright

and Nina. Nina is still not fully taken by

her protege in Abby Cartwright. Abby is almost like a kid trying

to win the approval from her parent, in which case this would

be Nina Samuels. And winning that eight woman tag

match last month for a couple of months ago definitely saw Nina's

kind of eyebrows raised and thinking I may have something

here with with Abby. So that's kind of where this was

was heading. The match itself saw Abby kind

of trying to outsmart Holly a couple of times.

Holly still, I think stung, you could say from that loss in the

tag in the tag match. But this, it did feel very much

for me though, that this match was going to be mostly around

Holly and Abby. That's how it felt at a time.

It may not have been the actual case, but it's kind of how I saw

it. Nina who was trying to just

being Nina effectively, but Abby always wanting to kind of prove

Nina wrong and show that she is is maybe not as good, but she's

definitely getting up that way. Holly was kind of isolated from

a fair bit of this match. Once Lana came in, we kind of

saw Lana hitting the stunner, being an ass kicker herself.

We saw the the match go to the outside.

We saw we saw a fair bit of everything really in this in

this match. It felt multiple reverse is saw

the end of this match so we got down to Holly and Abby.

It was very similar to how the match finished previously where

on that occasion A mousetrap pin, as I say saw Abby getting

the pin. Abby did attempt the same move

at the start of the match and nearly trapped Holly again.

However, on this occasion, multiple attempts at trying to

get the pin ended up with Holly just having enough to get a

crucifix pin or pinning in. A kind of like crucifix pinning

attempt to see Lally retaining their tag team titles in a time

of 11 minutes and 12 seconds. Match #3 and without doubt the

match of the night as we saw Emmy Sakura taking on Rain

Leverkusen in what was a she? Well, I had it as a she won

singles match, but cage match she's telling me it wasn't.

So yeah, we'll we'll say singles and stick with that.

But I thought it said a she won qualifying match.

this one? Both women gave as good as the

Now. The more I see it, the more

impressed I am. I know it's for a lot of people.

Hearing that will sound strange because she seems to be all over

So I don't see her that often. Emmy Segura I've seen numerous

times on AW programming, but this match was it was very much

strong style between these two ladies.

But this was at no point did could you tell who was going to

win this contest. It really was one of those back

and forth ones. Emmy for a fair part of it

looked like she was on. She was going to like fall at

the hands of Rain and then it would switch and then it looked

like Rain was going to take the loss.

Then both of them just kind of seemed to think, oh, that should

beat the hell out of each other. And they did.

They beat their absolute piss out of each other.

And it was so much fun to watch. Some of the moves you could say

was snug, but the longer it went, my eyes were drawn to the

clock thinking, oh, we're going to get a draw what we're going

to get here. But no, we we did get a winner

and it was such a good. I can't tell you how much I

enjoyed this much. It does actually make my list of

We then go to what was the most memorable event of this

of pretty psycho, that being Zoe Lucas and Amira Blair.

So we couldn't tell who was going to face Sky.

Will Osprey, who is one of the kind of agents and helps out

have used. He effectively tells everyone at

the show that we're going to see the first ever EVE talent show.

At the time, I thought this is going to be a bad idea.

And then I actually thought, well, we need Comic Relief.

And I mean, with Lucas and Blair, you know you're going to

get it in spades. So what we got was literal

comedy gold. So First off, we had Zoe Lucas.

She stepped up and for her talent, she said she had a

talent that was 80%, I'm sorry, 80% of the crowd did not have a

certain talent that she had big build up.

And the reply was because I'm just a girl.

Which drew a a response from the from the crowd.

Zoe Lucas just put forward, but she would try, try, try, try,

So Amira Blair obviously rings her hands down.

She then clotheslines a mirror in, well, clotheslines and pins

I suppose it did what it set out to do, but it was a thing and it

worked. We then come to another shoe on

qualifying match with Molly Spartan taking on a mystery

opponent. This was because originally it

should have been Lucy Sky. Unfortunately Lucy Skye got

injured as we have said on this podcast before.

So the announcement was ruined by the ring announcer we had who

actually did not announce Holly, which did not announce Molly

Spartan. They announced Violet Knight,

which ruined the surprise. Molly was obviously not happy

not being introduced as she should have been demanded that

she was properly introduced to the crowd.

And shockingly, Violet Night came out who brought out with

Sky Smithson as Knight and Smithson seem to have formed an

alliance in Eve since that eight person tag match.

Yes, my throat is absolutely killing me, but I will get

through this. We have this and one over match.

So this match did not go very long at all. 7 minutes and 17

seconds. They the positives I will say

from this was they battled on. There was a few things that just

didn't kind of go fluidly. A couple of times moves did not

kind of flow as nicely as they could have.

The match itself was fine, you could say slightly clunky at

times or one or two like slips, but I I still love Molly, I

still love Violet, I love these two.

It was it was just a an off night for for this match to be

fair, did not lessen my my interest or how I felt about it.

I still liked it, Molly just being an absolute powerhouse,

Violet who put up an absolute fighting battle in this, but it

just felt like Spartan always had another gear and a bit too

much for her. And Molly wins with a

submission, having locked Violet night in a double arm lock and

then a Gaido hold got the tap out from Violet.

Molly Spartan qualifies for the she won tournament 7 minutes and

17 seconds. As I say, it was a it was a

solid good match. It just had like a couple of

things that slightly went astray.

I've I've seen a few things this in the last few weeks where

matches have not gone to plan and compared to that, this was

very much fine. So as I say, we came to the main

event of the evening as Alexis Falcon and her dream tag team

partner in Rio. They took on the tag team of

Jamie Hayter and and Session Moff Martino Falcon and Rio who

are two of the most dangerous women at Eve.

Session Moff who is trying to kind of gain her confidence so

to speak, got in well, enlisted the help and had Miller McKenzie

who was her coach on this night. She brought in Jamie Hater and

saw them two raving and dancing to the ring.

Bear was spilt and spat out the crowd.

The crowd for Eve it was very it was a very quiet crowd.

Sorry I rephrase that. For Eve, it was a very quiet

crowd because I don't think it was the normal attendance.

It was still noisy as fuck. It was still loud, but not as

loud as the previous times I've been.

But there could have been reasons for this, but I'll kind

of gloss over that. Anyway.

The match itself, session moth and hater, trying to take down

these two kind of not obnoxious. That would be the wrong term to

use. Trying to take down two people

who are definitely on a upward curve in Eve.

Obviously Alexis Falcon is in the She Won tournament and will

take on session with Martina next month.

Rio, who if you didn't know is the Eve champion.

So having someone that's equal to her and having Jamie Hayter

there is equally a great negator.

And that's pretty much what happened early on as we had a

lock up between Rio and Heater which saw them both rolling to

the outside, still locked up at this point, then rolling back

into the ring. Complete stalemate.

No one came out on top, both looking as strong as the other

and this is kind of how it felt. It felt very much like Rio was

obviously the more dominant because she's one of the most

dangerous women in the world right now.

Jamie Hayter equally is dangerous because even though

she can be comedic, do not confuse that with how good she's

in the ring. She she can rip your tongue out

of your mouth if you wanted to. But we then saw session Moff

being isolated, hater desperate to get the tag, Falcon and Rio

doing everything possible, pulling hater, stopping her from

making the tag, getting the the referee and drawing hater in and

taking full advantage of behind the refs back.

We then saw Hater finally getting the hot tag started to

try and take out the two opponents.

That did not last very quickly as Rio seemed to get the better

of Hater. For a brief moment Hater would

turn the tables again. The match then swung in the

favour of Hater and Martina. Then it swung once again as it's

all real, hitting a devastating pile driver on Jamie on the

apron. The hardest part of the ring of

that led to Hater being effectively took out of this

contest. Martina unfortunately I think

she takes a double team but I could be wrong as it saw Falcon

and Rio getting the victory on the night.

Both women extremely happy that they've picked up the win.

But that wasn't all as we then had Rio and Falcon take going to

brutalise Martina it look like. However we have the returning

Nightshade coming back to Eve. She took out Falcon, Rio made a

dash for it because she did not want to get back in the ring

with Nightshade. Nightshade shouting at Rio to

get back in. The champion obviously choosing

not not to, which is probably right on her side.

But we ended things with Nightshade, I think almost

challenging Rio to a title match, which could take place

next month, who knows. But yeah, that was that was Eve

effectively in almost half an hour.

But yeah, that was Eve. Absolutely superb show.

The next show is the She Won tournament which I believe is on

It looks to be an absolutely incredible show.

We don't know fully yet the whole card.

We do know the first quarter final contest as that was told

We had Dan Reed, the owner or part owner coming around to say

that Nina would not be in the tournament because the contract

was not sent in time. However one contract was sent

back and that belong to Abby Cartwright who I think meant to

have signed Nina but did it in her own name by accident much to

Samuels dismay. And so Abby will be in the She

Won qualifying tournament, but she has to qualify, obviously.

So if Abby wins, she will have more matches than anyone else as

well as will her opponent. So what we do know is the other

people that are in this tournament.

So as it stands, the She Won tournament features Abby

That alone just on name worthy is just shows you how much
