A former high school softball coach in Valley View, James Grubbs, is facing 45 serious charges—including voyeurism and possession of child pornography—after investigators uncovered disturbing evidence from his devices and accounts. The scandal began with reports of inappropriate texts to a student, escalating to hidden-camera images and explicit material. Grubbs, who held a valid student contact permit until mid-2026, was placed on leave in April 2026 and resigned the same day.
