This past week has been an interesting one in the legislative landscape regarding cannabis and the laws that surround it in America. There was a bill introduced last week called the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act. This bill creates a framework for how a nation wide legal cannabis market could look and provides a fair tax structure for small business vs. large businesses.
