- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello. Welcome to
- 0:17Speaker 1: the Naughty But Nice Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It's Friday, and guess where I am? Where in the
- 0:22Speaker 1: world is Rob Shooter? Let me tell you. I'm in
- 0:25Speaker 1: Great Britain. I'm in London. I'm about to jump in
- 0:29Speaker 1: a car and head to my mum's home. My mum's 90,
- 0:32Speaker 1: and so every opportunity I get to go and visit
- 0:35Speaker 1: and say hello. I can't, can't possibly turn down. So
- 0:40Speaker 1: I'm in Britain, which is why Corey is not with
- 0:42Speaker 1: us today. You know we were going to do a show.
- 0:44Speaker 1: We never miss a show. And it's not because it's
- 0:47Speaker 1: hard work. It's because it's a lot of joy. I
- 0:49Speaker 1: think I enjoy these podcasts more than anybody else. I
- 0:54Speaker 1: am the number one fan of the Naughty But Nice show.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I love doing it. I love starting my day With you,
- 1:00Speaker 1: you make me so happy. I never take that for granted.
- 1:02Speaker 1: So thank you, thank you, thank you. Next week, I
- 1:04Speaker 1: will be in Britain. Next week, I'm going to the Cotswolds. Shh,
- 1:08Speaker 1: don't tell you know who. Harry and Meghan, shh, don't
- 1:11Speaker 1: you dare tell them, noughties. You know I'm going to
- 1:14Speaker 1: get some good gossip. So a friend of mine, I
- 1:16Speaker 1: have a couple of posh friends from university. I failed
- 1:19Speaker 1: Oxford and Cambridge. The third choice in Britain is Edinburgh.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It's a posh university. For some miracle, for some reason,
- 1:26Speaker 1: I got into Edinburgh University. And while I was there,
- 1:30Speaker 1: I met some great people. I stay friends with people.
- 1:32Speaker 1: I hold on to people. So even though I've not
- 1:34Speaker 1: lived in Britain for 30 years, I still have a
- 1:37Speaker 1: lot of friends from university, a few of which live
- 1:41Speaker 1: in the Cotswolds, which is sort of like the Hamptons
- 1:44Speaker 1: of England. It's very nice. It's where Ellen lives. It's
- 1:47Speaker 1: where the Beckhams are and now where Harry and Meghan are.
- 1:50Speaker 1: So I'm going to spend a few days with my
- 1:52Speaker 1: friends in the Cotswolds. And maybe I might bump into
- 1:56Speaker 1: somebody that we like to talk about. Shh, don't say
- 2:00Speaker 1: any more. OK, let's jump into the show live from England.
- 2:04Speaker 1: What time is it, my friends? It is tea time.
- 2:08Speaker 1: I hope you sang along with us. So big story
- 2:10Speaker 1: at the top of the show. an exclusive you're not
- 2:12Speaker 1: going to hear anywhere else. Harry wants to buy Diana's
- 2:16Speaker 1: revenge dress for Meghan Markle. So Prince Harry is eyeing
- 2:20Speaker 1: the ultimate piece of royal history for Meghan Markle, Princess
- 2:24Speaker 1: Diana's famous revenge dress. Let me explain. So the iconic
- 2:29Speaker 1: Christina Stamboloni, I think that's how you pronounce the designer,
- 2:33Speaker 1: this dress is headed to auction on at Sotheby's in December,
- 2:38Speaker 1: so not that far away, where it could fetch between
- 2:41Speaker 1: $ 150, 000 to $ 300, 000. My insiders tell me Harry will not
- 2:48Speaker 1: be at the auction himself, but his representatives will be
- 2:51Speaker 1: there and he's going to bid and get this dress
- 2:53Speaker 1: for Meghan Markle. The dress became a symbol of Princess
- 2:58Speaker 1: Diana's independence. she wore it the very night that Charles
- 3:02Speaker 1: finally admitted to infidelity the night that he admitted to
- 3:07Speaker 1: Camilla Parker Bowles Diana decided she wasn't going to hide
- 3:12Speaker 1: she was going to get revenge and how was she
- 3:13Speaker 1: going to do it she was going to find the
- 3:16Speaker 1: quote sluttiest that's what her butler said at the time
- 3:19Speaker 1: I'm not using that word That's what Diana apparently said.
- 3:23Speaker 1: She wants to find lesbian nicer. The most revealing dress
- 3:26Speaker 1: she possibly could. And so she found this very sexy dress.
- 3:29Speaker 1: It's low. My goodness, her legs go on for days
- 3:32Speaker 1: in it. And she popped out to an event. They
- 3:35Speaker 1: found an event in London that she could turn up at.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Can you imagine that night? If you were at the
- 3:40Speaker 1: gallery or wherever she went, you're standing there and suddenly, boom!
- 3:45Speaker 1: Not only in walks Princess Diana, but she walks in
- 3:49Speaker 1: in the most revealing dress I've ever seen a royal
- 3:52Speaker 1: ever wear. Well, now it's up for sale at auction.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Harry wants it. This is not just about fashion history.
- 3:59Speaker 1: This would mean bringing one of his mommy's most important,
- 4:03Speaker 1: most powerful possessions back into the family. With Meghan as
- 4:08Speaker 1: the new guardian. So I don't know if we're ever
- 4:09Speaker 1: going to see Meghan actually wear this dress out. But
- 4:12Speaker 1: Harry wants this dress. This is an important part of
- 4:16Speaker 1: his mum's history. Maybe the most important part. After the
- 4:19Speaker 1: wedding dress. Or maybe it's up there with the wedding dress.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Because that wedding was based on a lie. Camilla Parker-Bowl
- 4:25Speaker 1: was at the wedding. That fairy tale wedding was a nightmare.
- 4:30Speaker 1: It wasn't truthful. This dress is truthful. This is the
- 4:33Speaker 1: revenge dress. This was the night that Charles admitted... That
- 4:37Speaker 1: he had infidelity. That he was having an affair. That
- 4:40Speaker 1: he and Camilla Parker Bowles were an item. And had
- 4:43Speaker 1: been an item throughout his marriage to Diana. Instead of hiding.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Instead of being locked behind palace walls. She went out
- 4:51Speaker 1: looking fantastic. Harry wants this dress. Not just to honour
- 4:56Speaker 1: his mother. But also too as a statement. to now
- 4:59Speaker 1: Queen Camilla, somebody that he has revealed everything about in
- 5:03Speaker 1: his memoir, Spare, he called her really the awful, awful,
- 5:08Speaker 1: awful stepmother, the stepmother from hell. He blamed her for
- 5:14Speaker 1: leaking stories, for, quote, sacrificing him on the altar of
- 5:19Speaker 1: her own popularity, of her own success and so this
- 5:23Speaker 1: is a very important moment people are going to think
- 5:26Speaker 1: this is a history a fashion history moment no it's
- 5:29Speaker 1: bigger than that this is a Windsor moment this is
- 5:31Speaker 1: a Windsor Spencer moment that dress is going to belong
- 5:35Speaker 1: to Harry I think it's probably a good choice I
- 5:37Speaker 1: think it's to have this back in the family maybe
- 5:39Speaker 1: William would like to purchase it but I think Harry
- 5:43Speaker 1: is the one that's going to get this dress which
- 5:45Speaker 1: leads us to a poll question of the day Prince
- 5:47Speaker 1: Harry wants to buy Diana's quote revenge dress For Meghan Markle.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Good idea or bad idea? What do you think? Should
- 5:55Speaker 1: Harry have this dress? Hey, go vote on our X page,
- 5:59Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob, our Facebook page
- 6:03Speaker 1: at Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check back on
- 6:06Speaker 1: Monday from London. We'll be in my mum's house. So, hello,
- 6:10Speaker 1: Missy Shooter. Hello, hello, hello, hello. She'll be listening away, chuckling.
- 6:13Speaker 1: She can't believe that I make a living. out of talking.
- 6:17Speaker 1: I always talked a lot as a little boy. In fact,
- 6:20Speaker 1: she used to always say, Robert, you have to be quiet.
- 6:23Speaker 1: You're giving me a headache. That's what she said. I'll
- 6:25Speaker 1: see if I can get her to say that into
- 6:27Speaker 1: the microphone this week, next week, while I'm still in Britain.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And here I am now, still talking, thanks to you, mommy. Okay,
- 6:34Speaker 1: we shall hear back on Monday. Moving along, Savannah Guffrey
- 6:38Speaker 1: made a very rare comment about her missing mom Seven months.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It's been seven months after her disappearance. Savannah made a
- 6:47Speaker 1: rare reference to her missing mother, Nancy Guffrey. Seven months
- 6:52Speaker 1: after her disappearance, she was on the Today Show discussing
- 6:56Speaker 1: her family's Irish roots. Did you know that? Irish roots?
- 7:00Speaker 1: while announcing that the programme will be broadcasting live from Ireland.
- 7:03Speaker 1: So they're taking the Today Show to Ireland, and while
- 7:06Speaker 1: they were discussing that, Savannah announced, my family is Irish.
- 7:09Speaker 1: She said the following quote, my mother's family, my mother
- 7:12Speaker 1: was Irish, as was her grandmother. Savannah told viewers that
- 7:17Speaker 1: they came from Galway, beautiful, beautiful region. The brief but
- 7:22Speaker 1: emotional reference comes as Nancy remains missing. She's still missing.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Make a Savannah's decision to speak about her mummy, especially poignant.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Savannah has largely kept her grief private while continuing her
- 7:39Speaker 1: duties at the Today Show. It's very tricky, isn't it?
- 7:42Speaker 1: That show is about joy. It's about news. It's about
- 7:44Speaker 1: every day. They don't want, viewers do not want to
- 7:47Speaker 1: tune in every day and hear really sad news. But
- 7:50Speaker 1: yet that's the elephant in the room here. We all
- 7:52Speaker 1: know how much Savannah must be struggling. It's heartbreaking. I've
- 7:57Speaker 1: got to admit, I stopped watching the Today Show a
- 7:59Speaker 1: little bit. And I don't want to punish Savannah the opposite.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I want to support her. Just in the mornings, it
- 8:05Speaker 1: was just too heavy. It was too sad for me.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I got out of bed. I had my cup of coffee.
- 8:09Speaker 1: And I used to watch the Today Show all the time.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I've stopped now. I watch GMA. I love GMA. Oh,
- 8:14Speaker 1: it makes me laugh. That George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts.
- 8:19Speaker 1: My favourite, Michael Strahan. Oh, I make that big smile
- 8:24Speaker 1: in that. Big gap between his teeth. Oh, it's delicious.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I was lucky enough to go on GMA for my book.
- 8:30Speaker 1: It started with a whisper. I was on GMA. You
- 8:33Speaker 1: know the minute you arrive at a studio. I've been
- 8:36Speaker 1: in enough studios, enough TV studios, to know a happy place.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I once was backstage at the Ellen Show. I went
- 8:41Speaker 1: there with Jessica Simpson. From the minute you walked in,
- 8:46Speaker 1: you knew that place was miserable. The opposite at the
- 8:50Speaker 1: Today Show. Happy, smart producers are the best. The cast,
- 8:54Speaker 1: the hosts are the best. I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoy it.
- 8:59Speaker 1: These comments from Savannah, just heartbreaking. Just heartbreaking. Once again, quote,
- 9:04Speaker 1: my mummy's family, my mother's family. My mother was Irish,
- 9:08Speaker 1: as was her grandmother. Okay, moving along. Kelly Osbourne is
- 9:13Speaker 1: breaking her silence about her mum's political views, saying it's
- 9:17Speaker 1: really hard. Sir Kelly is publicly distancing herself. from her
- 9:21Speaker 1: mum Sharon's political views. Asked about her mum's support for
- 9:26Speaker 1: anti-immigration activist Tommy Robinson. I don't know who that is.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I think he's British. Kelly made her position very clear, saying, quote,
- 9:35Speaker 1: I don't agree with my mum. Kelly also addressed Sharon's
- 9:38Speaker 1: comments about transgender, the transgender community, transgender people, saying that
- 9:43Speaker 1: it made her really sad. to discover that their views
- 9:46Speaker 1: don't align. She suggested that her mum's opinions may come
- 9:50Speaker 1: from lack of education. Ouch. Insisting conversations could change her perspective. Well,
- 9:56Speaker 1: if you wanna have a chat to your mom she's
- 9:59Speaker 1: right next to you there kelly for kelly the issue
- 10:02Speaker 1: is deeply personal she credits the lgbtq plus community with
- 10:08Speaker 1: teaching her bravery and creativity and how to be herself.
- 10:11Speaker 1: This is a tricky one. We are not a political podcast.
- 10:14Speaker 1: In fact, we stay away from politics. I think it's
- 10:17Speaker 1: a smart thing to do. You come here to laugh.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I come here to laugh. It's a fun show. 20 minutes,
- 10:22Speaker 1: all the celebrity gossip. Remember, we're entertainers. Remember, Sharon. Remember, Kelly,
- 10:28Speaker 1: that that's what people want. We want to laugh and
- 10:31Speaker 1: smile and get a little bit of celebrity information, a
- 10:33Speaker 1: little bit of news, a little bit of gossip. That's
- 10:35Speaker 1: why our show is doing so well. But I do
- 10:38Speaker 1: know what it's like to have family members who have very,
- 10:41Speaker 1: very different points of view. As a gay man in
- 10:44Speaker 1: a very working-class family from Britain... My brothers and sisters,
- 10:48Speaker 1: my eldest three, do not really support what I do.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And so we're quite, quite different. We can be different
- 10:57Speaker 1: and still be respectful. I don't think that their views
- 10:59Speaker 1: are from lack of education. I think that's a cop-out.
- 11:02Speaker 1: That's like saying my view is from a lack of education.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Neither one of us are right or wrong. It's our opinion.
- 11:10Speaker 1: I think to say that is not a wise thing
- 11:14Speaker 1: to say. Sharon could say that Kelly's view is are
- 11:17Speaker 1: from a lack of education. It's a put-down, isn't it?
- 11:19Speaker 1: And whenever you're trying to build a bridge, trying to
- 11:21Speaker 1: find some consensus, trying to figure out that we actually
- 11:24Speaker 1: have more in common than we don't, calling people uneducated
- 11:28Speaker 1: is a very, very bad way to start, begin, or
- 11:31Speaker 1: even end a conversation. So Sharon and Kelly, I get it.
- 11:35Speaker 1: It can be very difficult. You can still love people.
- 11:37Speaker 1: You can still be friends with people. You can still
- 11:39Speaker 1: be close family with people who have different political views
- 11:43Speaker 1: from you. It's interesting that she is speaking about this.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Kelly's doing a lot of press recently, isn't she? She's
- 11:49Speaker 1: out there a lot. I'm not quite sure why she's
- 11:51Speaker 1: not selling a project, but she's doing a ton of publicity.
- 11:54Speaker 1: I think this is something that I'd keep private. I
- 11:57Speaker 1: think that if you want to talk to your mum
- 11:58Speaker 1: about politics, talk to your mum. Don't talk to the press.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I don't think this helps. What do you think? OK,
- 12:04Speaker 1: moving along. Sharon Stone, who I've always loved. She is
- 12:07Speaker 1: now 68 years old and she reveals that she's celibate.
- 12:11Speaker 1: saying she's kind of bored of dating. So she's getting
- 12:14Speaker 1: super candid, maybe too candid. You know I hate talking
- 12:18Speaker 1: about SEX. It's just not my world. Maybe it's British
- 12:21Speaker 1: of me. It makes me blush. It's private. Not Sharon.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Sharon is revealing that she's been celibate for quite a while.
- 12:28Speaker 1: So the basic instinct star. admits that she had no
- 12:32Speaker 1: luck at all with dating and no longer wanted casual sex. Instead,
- 12:36Speaker 1: she wants a genuine companion. Good for you. And will
- 12:40Speaker 1: only sleep with somebody who actually cares about her. Also,
- 12:43Speaker 1: good for you. That's smart advice. Her priorities have changed,
- 12:47Speaker 1: she said, since she became an empty nester her kids
- 12:49Speaker 1: have left. Leaving the Hollywood icon, searching for something deeper,
- 12:53Speaker 1: looking for deep is always smart. And until that right
- 12:56Speaker 1: person arrives, Sharon appears perfectly willing to wait. even if
- 13:01Speaker 1: her dating life has become a little bit boring. I
- 13:04Speaker 1: try to not get involved in people's private lives. Who
- 13:06Speaker 1: you date, who you jump into bed with, who you
- 13:09Speaker 1: want to hang out with, that is up to you.
- 13:11Speaker 1: And as long as you are consenting adults and you
- 13:13Speaker 1: are being respectful to one another and everybody else, knock
- 13:16Speaker 1: yourselves out. And if you don't want to date, if
- 13:18Speaker 1: you want to be celibate, good for you too. I
- 13:21Speaker 1: like here that Sharon isn't imposing her views on all
- 13:25Speaker 1: of us. Not at all. She's saying that she has
- 13:28Speaker 1: tried both. She has had boyfriends. She has been a
- 13:31Speaker 1: little bit promiscuous, dare I say. But now she's not
- 13:35Speaker 1: at that place in her life. Now she wants a
- 13:37Speaker 1: meaningful relationship. But we do change, don't we, throughout our lives.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I've always wanted a meaningful relationship and so I got one.
- 13:44Speaker 1: I was very young in my 20s when I met Bruce,
- 13:46Speaker 1: but I knew what I wanted and I'm so glad
- 13:48Speaker 1: I made that decision. Some people change. My sister Christine
- 13:53Speaker 1: was quite the data, may I say. She had a
- 13:55Speaker 1: lot of where he had some boyfriends. And that was
- 13:57Speaker 1: right for her. It wasn't that I was right and
- 13:59Speaker 1: she was wrong. We're different people. And you can be
- 14:02Speaker 1: the same person and change. And so Sharon is saying
- 14:04Speaker 1: she is today at 68, not the person she was
- 14:07Speaker 1: when she was 20 or 30 or 40. She's a
- 14:10Speaker 1: different person. I think what I like about this is
- 14:12Speaker 1: that she's being honest with herself, honest with everybody else.
- 14:15Speaker 1: She's thought about it, and she has, and decided this
- 14:19Speaker 1: is what makes her happy. This is what she wants,
- 14:21Speaker 1: and I hope she finds it. Okay, quickly before we
- 14:24Speaker 1: go to break, Henry Winkler, who is arguably one of
- 14:27Speaker 1: the nicest people in show business, is finally admitting what
- 14:29Speaker 1: we know. He had a decade-long tension, feud, some would say.
- 14:33Speaker 1: with Tom Hanks so for years he denied this now
- 14:36Speaker 1: he's finally opening up about his complicated relationship with Tom
- 14:40Speaker 1: Hanks another really nice guy it's amazing Henry and Tom
- 14:43Speaker 1: they should be best friends not feuding well I know
- 14:47Speaker 1: why 13 years ago Henry was fired from a Tom
- 14:50Speaker 1: Hanks movie Tom was directing the 1989 comedy Turner and
- 14:56Speaker 1: Hooch I love that film admitting that he irritated the
- 15:00Speaker 1: star by giving too much direction I did what I
- 15:03Speaker 1: thought was my job, quote. Apparently, pissing them off. Stay
- 15:07Speaker 1: in your lane. He was hired to be an actor
- 15:10Speaker 1: in the film. Tom was the director and he, he
- 15:15Speaker 1: got into it. That's not your job. Stay in your lane.
- 15:20Speaker 1: It's such good advice. He's saying that he hopes the
- 15:23Speaker 1: tensions pass. They've lingered for years. When asked if the
- 15:26Speaker 1: relationship could eventually repair itself, Henry left the door open
- 15:30Speaker 1: with one simple word saying, quote, Sure. Hey, fingers crossed.
- 15:34Speaker 1: It's never, ever too late to kiss and make up.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Tom Hanks, Henry Winkler, two of the nicest people in
- 15:40Speaker 1: show business. You too, make friends. OK, we're going to
- 15:43Speaker 1: be friends and we're going to take a quick break
- 15:45Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:50Speaker 1: naughty but nice show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter. Hey,
- 15:53Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Last show we talked about
- 15:58Speaker 1: Prince Harry. hit with a setback after Uganda withdrew from
- 16:02Speaker 1: the Invictus Games, saying they had to be loyal to
- 16:04Speaker 1: the king. They didn't want to upset the king, so
- 16:06Speaker 1: they were not going to participate in the 2027 Games.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Is this all going to fall apart? So Uganda is
- 16:12Speaker 1: the first. Maybe not the biggest deal, but this is
- 16:14Speaker 1: how it happens. It always takes one country, one person
- 16:19Speaker 1: to start, and then others follow. What do you think?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Is this all going to fall apart? 80% said yes.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I don't know if this is going to end well
- 16:26Speaker 1: for Harry and Meghan. What breaks my heart here is
- 16:29Speaker 1: it's the wounded soldiers, the members who are involved in
- 16:33Speaker 1: the Invictus Games. They're the ones that are going to
- 16:35Speaker 1: suffer here. Not the prince, not Meghan, not the king,
- 16:39Speaker 1: not Uganda, not a country. It's those individuals, heroes, those
- 16:43Speaker 1: hero-wounded soldiers. Makes me sad. I think I agree. Hey,
- 16:48Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's poll. Go to our
- 16:51Speaker 1: Twitter page, our ex-page, at Naughty Nice Rob. Our Facebook
- 16:56Speaker 1: page is Naughty Gossip. And be sure to check back
- 17:00Speaker 1: on Monday. Where will I be? I'll still be in Britain,
- 17:02Speaker 1: but you check back on Monday to see the results
- 17:06Speaker 1: from your poll. Okay, let's do our nicest, our nicest
- 17:11Speaker 1: of the day. Our nicest of the day is Catherine. Catherine,
- 17:16Speaker 1: that is right. She made a surprise appearance alongside her husband,
- 17:20Speaker 1: Prince William, as the rift with Meghan and Harry deepens.
- 17:25Speaker 1: So Catherine made a surprise return to royal duties, joining
- 17:28Speaker 1: Prince William at Everton Stadium for the launch of a
- 17:32Speaker 1: new suicide prevention initiative. Very important work here. So William
- 17:36Speaker 1: was scheduled to attend alone. Catherine, see, I nearly did it.
- 17:40Speaker 1: We're no longer going to call Kate Kate. I've been
- 17:43Speaker 1: told by my friends in Britain that that's disrespectful to
- 17:46Speaker 1: many Brits. And so Catherine is the name she likes
- 17:49Speaker 1: to go by. So I might make a mistake. Please
- 17:51Speaker 1: forgive me. I'm not trying to be rude. Catherine. So
- 17:55Speaker 1: William was meant to be there alone. And Catherine unexpectedly
- 17:57Speaker 1: decided to join him. It's never, never by chance. They
- 18:02Speaker 1: know Harry and Meghan are getting a lot of publicity,

- 19:09Speaker 1: Fans immediately questioned how this image was approved. So close
- 19:13Speaker 1: to the anniversary of the terrorist attacks. I've seen this
- 19:17Speaker 1: art and it does appear tone, tone, death. And audience
