- 0:00Speaker 1: He's the Marks among show on seven ten. Dor Well,
- 0:06Speaker 1: another beautiful sunny day. It's gonna be like the rest
- 0:08Speaker 1: of the week. What's today? It's only Wednesday, but it's
- 0:11Speaker 1: going to be a beautiful hot Well, it'll be great
- 0:15Speaker 1: today tomorrow, then really hot ninety like Friday, Saturday. It
- 0:21Speaker 1: looks like it could be rained on Sunday. So apparently
- 0:24Speaker 1: they just had a staff meeting at sixty minutes. You
- 0:28Speaker 1: got to remember this Scott Pelley, this obnoxious, pompous ass,
- 0:33Speaker 1: this crazy, screaming idiot. And there's a couple others like that.
- 0:37Speaker 1: You know, who's the one that just also got fired
- 0:40Speaker 1: at CBS sixty and then wrote this nasty thing. So
- 0:43Speaker 1: you get these fake news anchors, these pompous, ridiculous, sanctimonious
- 0:47Speaker 1: idiots that are the anchors. But that's not everybody, you know.
- 0:51Speaker 1: I'm sure he went over to sixty minutes. He talked
- 0:53Speaker 1: to people and the staff, the crew. They're normal, they're
- 0:57Speaker 1: totally normal, and most of them like Trump. You know,
- 1:00Speaker 1: I used to do a lot of shows at MSNBC
- 1:02Speaker 1: for years back. They stopped debates years ago, but from
- 1:09Speaker 1: the two thousand and four to twenty ten, there are
- 1:12Speaker 1: a million shows at MSNBC, and you'd be on with
- 1:15Speaker 1: Rachel Maddow and all these people and these left wing
- 1:19Speaker 1: kook anchors. You'd be in the big fights with them
- 1:21Speaker 1: on the air. But after the show, as you'd leave
- 1:25Speaker 1: big studio, big hallways, you'd walk through it. Everybody on
- 1:29Speaker 1: the crew would come over to you and go, I
- 1:30Speaker 1: agree with you, and don't listen to those opinion. I
- 1:33Speaker 1: mean all the people that worked on this show, the crew,
- 1:37Speaker 1: the technicians, the engineers, normal people, not left wing kook.
- 1:41Speaker 1: So sure, it's the same thing. At sixty minutes. You
- 1:45Speaker 1: could if you're the biggest thing in the world, if
- 1:50Speaker 1: you're at a station or a TV network somewhere where
- 1:52Speaker 1: you've got the number one show and your show is
- 1:54Speaker 1: bringing in more revenue, and then yeah, you can yell
- 1:56Speaker 1: at the boss. Then I've seen these cases. I mean,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I'm miss imus. Would you get a brand new general
- 2:04Speaker 1: manager he'd just walk in and start screaming at the guy,
- 2:07Speaker 1: yelling at him, making fun of him. Although I miss
- 2:10Speaker 1: it was kind of he was a very shrewd guy.
- 2:13Speaker 1: He knew exactly where the line was. He would do it,
- 2:16Speaker 1: but not too much. But I can't miss any names here.
- 2:22Speaker 1: This is years ago, another station, another place, long ago.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Morning Guy, Big Morning Game been in the air like
- 2:29Speaker 1: thirty years. I mean, this guy was huge. He was
- 2:33Speaker 1: the nastiest guy ever. There'd be fist fights in the studio.
- 2:36Speaker 1: He'd curse and scream at every the worst and when
- 2:40Speaker 1: he got done at the end of the morning show
- 2:42Speaker 1: at ten o'clock, he'd roam the halls looking for any
- 2:44Speaker 1: executive to scream at, to terrorize, and he could get
- 2:48Speaker 1: away with it. He brought in so much revenue. Ratings
- 2:51Speaker 1: were so good, so it got to the point where
- 2:54Speaker 1: every executive in the station, the whole floor, would leave
- 2:57Speaker 1: their office about nine to forty five and leave the
- 3:00Speaker 1: building for like a half So when this guy got
- 3:02Speaker 1: off the air, he couldn't find them. So but one
- 3:06Speaker 1: day the chairman of the board, the billionaire was John Klugi,
- 3:11Speaker 1: happened to show up at the station. He owned Metro
- 3:14Speaker 1: Media millions. As he showed up at the station around
- 3:16Speaker 1: ten o'clock and as he went up and down the halls,
- 3:19Speaker 1: no executives anywhere in the building, and he said, what
- 3:21Speaker 1: the hell is going on? And then they had explained
- 3:23Speaker 1: to him, they all flee because when that guy gets
- 3:26Speaker 1: off there, he's going to scream at everybody. So he said, whoa,
- 3:30Speaker 1: you got to get rid of get rid of this guy?
- 3:32Speaker 1: Fire him? Really we could fire him. Yeah, I don't
- 3:35Speaker 1: care fire him. So he was gone. And there was
- 3:38Speaker 1: a period where I remember that Fred Silverman took over
- 3:41Speaker 1: NBC and he got no big clash with Johnny Carson
- 3:46Speaker 1: and Carson although Carson was a real Midwestern gentleman of
- 3:51Speaker 1: a guy, very well managed, so they would never tell
- 3:53Speaker 1: him off. But there was a clash there and then
- 3:54Speaker 1: the Carson won that because but Scott Pelley, you could
- 3:58Speaker 1: easily do without him, easily horrible guy, and sixteen minutes
- 4:04Speaker 1: does not bring in him a lot of revenue, and
- 4:06Speaker 1: the ratings are like one tenth of what they used
- 4:09Speaker 1: to be, So you can't get away with that kind
- 4:11Speaker 1: of stuff and his sanct deemonious nonsense. But I mean,
- 4:15Speaker 1: the guy just bought the place, wrote a check for
- 4:18Speaker 1: eight billion or whatever, bought the place. You can't run
- 4:20Speaker 1: into his office and say you are the most disgusting
- 4:23Speaker 1: person in the world. How dare you even try to
- 4:25Speaker 1: tell me what he can tell you what to do?
- 4:28Speaker 1: And as I mentioned before, in the nineteen fifties, william S.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Paley the chairman are he owned CBS. He would call
- 4:34Speaker 1: in Edward R. Murrow and tell him stop doing a story,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and they'd get no big fight, and he would just
- 4:39Speaker 1: order Murrow to stop doing it. This stuff always always
- 4:44Speaker 1: went on. It's a million times at Ben Bradley, the
- 4:49Speaker 1: Washington book. He would kill a story. That was it.
- 4:52Speaker 1: He was the boss. So pelly gone. He hasn't turned
- 4:55Speaker 1: up yet. Imagine he'll write a book or do something
- 4:59Speaker 1: or big exclusive MSNBC interview and spew his pompous nonsense.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So hey, Platner, he's still in the race. Let's see
- 5:13Speaker 1: what's today Wednesday. I just think he'll be gone by
- 5:16Speaker 1: Friday or Saturday. A. Platner is the guy, the Democrat
- 5:20Speaker 1: with the Nazi tattoo, with the incredible, awful, disgusting history
- 5:26Speaker 1: of skeletons in his clauset, cheating on his wife on
- 5:29Speaker 1: some weird hookup site, sexting away with ten women at once.
- 5:35Speaker 1: So far Democrats they're afraid to attack him. I know
- 5:38Speaker 1: to Schumer when he was asked over and over again
- 5:40Speaker 1: do you endorse him? And he said, we're gonna Susan
- 5:43Speaker 1: Collins is gonna Win're gonna lose. We're gonna get Susan
- 5:46Speaker 1: Collins out of. Yeah, but does that mean you endorse Platiner.
- 5:49Speaker 1: We're gonna get Susan Collins out of So you wouldn't
- 5:51Speaker 1: actually say it. The only guy that'll say it, the
- 5:53Speaker 1: only Democrat is Fatterman.
- 5:56Speaker 2: What kind of a creeper has been on a decade
- 5:58Speaker 2: on a platform like and send a dozen explicit kinds
- 6:03Speaker 2: of messages? And who knows what else.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Would it be better for Democrats if he was not
- 6:07Speaker 3: the candidate?
- 6:08Speaker 2: Here all I'm saying it's like, you know, when I
- 6:12Speaker 2: was growing up, if someone had a clear Nazi tattoo
- 6:15Speaker 2: on them, you probably could or conclude that there's a
- 6:20Speaker 2: Nazi sympathizer.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Yeah, go back a few years Democratic world. Remember Gary Hart.
- 6:27Speaker 1: He was like the Gavin Knwsom, the pretty boy who
- 6:29Speaker 1: was way out in the lead for the nomination. Turned
- 6:32Speaker 1: out he was cheating on his wife. Caught him with
- 6:35Speaker 1: a woman. Well that's it, had a drop out. The
- 6:37Speaker 1: next day press conference, he's crying at the dropout, cheating
- 6:41Speaker 1: on his way. This guy sexting and texting with six
- 6:44Speaker 1: women at once while he's married, admits to masturbating and
- 6:48Speaker 1: porta potties got a big Nazi Nazi tattoo on him.
- 6:54Speaker 1: No press conference, doesn't have to drop out. I still
- 6:56Speaker 1: think he'll be gone. Still think the powers that be
- 7:00Speaker 1: in democratic world will push him out by the end
- 7:03Speaker 1: of the week. Hey, so George Santos, remember he was
- 7:07Speaker 1: in prison and the president pardoned him. That got him
- 7:10Speaker 1: out of prison and turned his life around. Well, he's
- 7:14Speaker 1: back under indictment. Looks like the DOJ is going to
- 7:18Speaker 1: go after him. Apparently, you know those polymarket things, those
- 7:24Speaker 1: betting markets. Apparently Santos cooked up a scheme to make
- 7:28Speaker 1: a fortune in the polymarket. This one was Kaishi. It
- 7:33Speaker 1: was actually Kaishi, the gambling website. He can bet on anything,
- 7:37Speaker 1: so they bet on anything. Like George Santos got pardon
- 7:42Speaker 1: and the State of the Union is taking place. Will
- 7:46Speaker 1: he go to the State of the Union. Will he
- 7:47Speaker 1: be in the audience? You know, he's not really supposed
- 7:50Speaker 1: to be back. You're not supposed to be in Congress
- 7:53Speaker 1: if you've been expelled. But so he goes on television
- 7:57Speaker 1: and makes the whole speech. I will definitely be there.
- 7:59Speaker 1: I'll definitely be there. And people are betting and when
- 8:02Speaker 1: he'll be there or not. So he's I will absolutely
- 8:05Speaker 1: be there, and then he goes and makes the opposite
- 8:07Speaker 1: bet because he's not going to be there, so he
- 8:10Speaker 1: bets that he won't be He made a fortune by
- 8:14Speaker 1: this spet. But believe it or not, I didn't realize
- 8:16Speaker 1: that's actually illegal those gambling websites. It's considered insider trading.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Even though it's not the stock mart, it's a gambling side.
- 8:22Speaker 1: So but so he went on TV to try to
- 8:25Speaker 1: con everybody that he would be there. So all of
- 8:27Speaker 1: you here it is.
- 8:28Speaker 4: So it's all of you like freaking out, like, oh,
- 8:30Speaker 4: George Santos, you can go on the house floor. I
- 8:33Speaker 4: cannot go on the house floor when it's in session,
- 8:36Speaker 4: that is correct. But I can go on the house
- 8:38Speaker 4: floor when it's not in session. I've done some floor
- 8:41Speaker 4: tours and whatnot. But you guys forget, I'm going to
- 8:44Speaker 4: be in the gallery. I never said I was going
- 8:45Speaker 4: to be on the floor, or maybe I'm going to
- 8:49Speaker 4: be there for the State of the Union in the gallery. Guys,
- 8:52Speaker 4: just chill, trolls, chill, Okay. I just want to see
- 8:56Speaker 4: if you guys are going to be just as excited
- 8:58Speaker 4: about mon Lahmnica mac Iver and Sheila McCormick when they
- 9:02Speaker 4: get their asses.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Bye. But this was all a scheme because he was
- 9:10Speaker 1: acting in a bed against that and make a fortune.
- 9:13Speaker 1: So believe it or not, that's a crime. Department of
- 9:17Speaker 1: Justice now looking and charging him with insider trading. So
- 9:21Speaker 1: the president pardoner got him out of jail. If he
- 9:23Speaker 1: gets convicted on this, there's no pardon coming. There's absolutely
- 9:28Speaker 1: no pardon coming. So hey, we're talking about Jill Biden,
- 9:32Speaker 1: world's worst roleout ever of a book. It's embarrassing everybody,
- 9:37Speaker 1: making herself look like a fool, making it pretty obvious
- 9:41Speaker 1: that I mean the Joe. Biden's the first ex president
- 9:46Speaker 1: who can't make any money. Every ex president makes money,
- 9:49Speaker 1: even if you were great. You get a lot of
- 9:51Speaker 1: money for speeches, you get a lot of money for
- 9:54Speaker 1: a book, you get a lot of money for this
- 9:56Speaker 1: that big billionaires hire you to help them make deals.
- 10:00Speaker 1: That's what Clinton would go all over the world with
- 10:02Speaker 1: these billionaires getting paid a fortune to introduce them to
- 10:05Speaker 1: other world leaders. Biden can't make a penny, and he's
- 10:09Speaker 1: got a huge nut, huge overhead with the mansions, the
- 10:13Speaker 1: beach houses, the kids, the brothers, the grandkids. So Jill's
- 10:17Speaker 1: got Jill out there. You know, he had Hunter out
- 10:19Speaker 1: there trying to hustle up money, be the bag man.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Now he's got Jill out there, and she stinks at it.
- 10:24Speaker 1: It's really not working. They did an event at the
- 10:27Speaker 1: ninety second Street Y that's kind of a standard part
- 10:30Speaker 1: of a book tour, and usually it's you sit on
- 10:35Speaker 1: the stage and some prominent person interviews you, and it's
- 10:39Speaker 1: to sell books. So she's got Whoopee Goldberg to interview her,
- 10:43Speaker 1: and all of a sudden, towards the end, Joe Biden
- 10:46Speaker 1: comes out of the audience. Joe Biden walks right up
- 10:49Speaker 1: unto the stage, interrupts and tries to be funny, but he's,
- 10:52Speaker 1: you know, totally incoherent, doesn't know what the hell he's saying.
- 10:56Speaker 1: So it was supposed to be funny, but everybody said
- 10:58Speaker 1: it was the most cringe. Thing was just total cringe. Hey. Also,
- 11:02Speaker 1: remember that Whoopee Goldberg. You realize how dumb she is
- 11:06Speaker 1: when it comes to politics. Politically, she's so ignorant. You
- 11:10Speaker 1: remember there was that famous moment on the view when
- 11:13Speaker 1: Biden first became president, he had to appoint somebody to
- 11:16Speaker 1: be surge in general, and they were arguing who should
- 11:18Speaker 1: be surgeon general and whoopy Goldberg actually sat on the show.
- 11:22Speaker 1: You know who should be doctor Jill Biden. Doctor Jill
- 11:25Speaker 1: Biden's a great doctor, She's a brilliant doctor. Should a
- 11:28Speaker 1: point and then believe or not? It was joy Behart
- 11:30Speaker 1: on the other side, like, lean over and say she's
- 11:32Speaker 1: not a doctor, she's a teacher. She's got a doctorate
- 11:35Speaker 1: in education. She's an English teacher. So whoope, Goldberg quickly
- 11:40Speaker 1: changed the subject. He really doesn't know much about anything. Hey,
- 11:45Speaker 1: that Delaney Hall controversy. Delaney Hall is the iced detention center.
- 11:52Speaker 1: It's got a beautiful name. It just sounds like it's
- 11:54Speaker 1: on the campus of Yale, Delaney Hall.
- 11:56Speaker 5: And.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Everybody's at it. You know, they're eyesight screaming. The conditions
- 12:02Speaker 1: are the worst conditions ever in history. It's disgusting in
- 12:06Speaker 1: that well, it's not. There's official commissions and there's official
- 12:10Speaker 1: groups that investigate prisons. And here's Homeland Security secretary explaining
- 12:16Speaker 1: what kind of rating Delaney Hall got.
- 12:18Speaker 3: The State of New Jersey's health inspectors went in. They
- 12:22Speaker 3: didn't find one single violation. But if you compare it
- 12:25Speaker 3: to what the state prison system is, state priticism. They
- 12:29Speaker 3: had three prisons that are in deplorable conditions. Quote, that's
- 12:33Speaker 3: what the health inspector said.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Yeah, everything's phony, these protesters, it's all phony. It's all
- 12:38Speaker 1: just to try to embarrass Trump. They got prisons one
- 12:41Speaker 1: hundred times worse than Delaney Hall, and they're not going
- 12:44Speaker 1: to do a damn thing about it. And these protesters
- 12:45Speaker 1: will never ever go after those prisons. Delaney Halls, find
- 12:49Speaker 1: Tom Holman.
- 12:50Speaker 6: It's all a false premise. There was never a hunger strike.
- 12:53Speaker 6: The Congressman said, I peop aren't hunger strike.
- 12:55Speaker 7: No, they weren't.
- 12:56Speaker 6: They may not be eaten in the cafeteria, But what
- 12:58Speaker 6: I found out food from the commissary eating in their cells.
- 13:02Speaker 6: So there's there wasn't an abuse, there's it's not inhuman conditions.
- 13:06Speaker 6: I went to the entire facility. I ate the same
- 13:09Speaker 6: meal they ate. That facility is well run.
- 13:11Speaker 1: All right, Tom Holman ate the food. All right. He's
- 13:15Speaker 1: not exactly the greatest gourmet in history, but it was
- 13:17Speaker 1: fine for Tom Holman.
- 13:19Speaker 6: And the governor keeps saying she's gonna keep raising hell
- 13:21Speaker 6: at that facility shut down.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Well, I got news for the governor.
- 13:24Speaker 6: That facility isn't going anywhere. We're going to enforce the law.
- 13:28Speaker 6: We're going to detain people, and we're removed people. Mat fact,
- 13:30Speaker 6: a lot of the people in that facility we couldn't
- 13:33Speaker 6: release because they're mandatory detained by federal statue.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Oh I never heard Tom Holman get that excited. But prison.
- 13:41Speaker 1: But they'll keep protesting. It's funded heavily funded by crazy
- 13:44Speaker 1: uh left wing sorrows types. So Iran, well, the talks
- 13:50Speaker 1: continues slowly. There was a little action yesterday. There a
- 13:54Speaker 1: little action every day. Iran was sending some drones up.
- 13:57Speaker 1: We quickly shot them down and launched at least five missiles,
- 14:02Speaker 1: but they failed to hit their targets in neighboring countries.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Two fell short or splintered mid air, while the other
- 14:09Speaker 1: three were intercepted by the US and shot down sent coom.
- 14:14Speaker 1: That's US also shot down three one way attack drones
- 14:17Speaker 1: that Iranian forces fired, So they still got some drones,
- 14:22Speaker 1: they still got some missiles, but we keep shooting them down,
- 14:25Speaker 1: so they're getting absolutely nowhere with that stuff. Hey, Bernie
- 14:30Speaker 1: Sanders on the warp, give you I'll give Bernie Sanders
- 14:32Speaker 1: credit for one thing, he sometimes can be ahead of
- 14:35Speaker 1: the curve. Everybody's worried about AI. It's getting out of
- 14:39Speaker 1: control too much. AI is going to put people out
- 14:41Speaker 1: of work. Sanders has been on that kick for about
- 14:43Speaker 1: ten years. He was on AI before anybody, but he's
- 14:47Speaker 1: back on it now. This is a big issue. Stop
- 14:49Speaker 1: this AI.
- 14:49Speaker 7: Why is there not massive discussion about the impact of AI?
- 14:54Speaker 7: For example, all right, who is pushing AI right now?
- 14:57Speaker 7: Who's pushing AI?
- 14:58Speaker 1: In Rebus?
- 15:00Speaker 7: Just guys in the world, Musk, Bezos, Ellison, Zuckerberg. What
- 15:05Speaker 7: do you think they want? Do you think the studying
- 15:07Speaker 7: up Night's worrying about your family?
- 15:09Speaker 1: I doubt it.
- 15:11Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:11Speaker 1: The problem is you could you could try to stop
- 15:13Speaker 1: all this AI and shut The problem is China and
- 15:17Speaker 1: the US are in a race on AI. China is
- 15:19Speaker 1: trying to beat us in AI. If we shut down
- 15:22Speaker 1: AI or slow down AI, China gets way ahead of
- 15:24Speaker 1: us AI. Y we're gonna have a big, big, huge
- 15:27Speaker 1: problem now. When it came to the Internet, the computers,
- 15:30Speaker 1: we got ahead of everybody way back when, and we're
- 15:32Speaker 1: still totally dominant. You go anywhere in the world, it's Dell,
- 15:37Speaker 1: it's Apple, it's it's not Chinese computer. But when it
- 15:41Speaker 1: comes to AI, we're in the lead right now. We
- 15:43Speaker 1: got to stay in the lead. We can't let them
- 15:45Speaker 1: get ahead of us. So that's the real problem. We'll
- 15:47Speaker 1: take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:51Speaker 1: seven ten is the number eight hundred three two one
- 15:55Speaker 1: zero seven.
- 15:56Speaker 5: Ten on sevent ten WR he's more of the Marximo show.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Well, CBS News president Barry Weiss putting out a statement
- 16:11Speaker 1: he praised Scott Pelly for all the fine work he's done,
- 16:15Speaker 1: but said his ridiculous behavior, the behavior was unacceptable, and
- 16:19Speaker 1: she said it was the path he chose. He basically
- 16:25Speaker 1: committed career suicide. So then Pelly, Scott Pelly put out
- 16:29Speaker 1: this ridiculous statement about you know, I was in combat
- 16:32Speaker 1: and Iran. I was in combat in Afghanistan. I was
- 16:34Speaker 1: in combat in Iraq. He's being ridiculed all over the
- 16:39Speaker 1: place online. He's just being ridiculed like crazy for that statement.
- 16:43Speaker 1: He apparently went to Afghanistan in Iraq for two seconds
- 16:46Speaker 1: to do a report. People online pointing out carrying a
- 16:50Speaker 1: notebook and a camera is not being in combat, and
- 16:55Speaker 1: it's a bit of a lie. So here's one guy
- 16:58Speaker 1: calls him, what is this? He's a low rent Brian Williams.
- 17:05Speaker 1: All right, that's a good way to put it. Let's
- 17:07Speaker 1: go to Anthony in Edison. Anthony, how you doing.
- 17:11Speaker 8: Hey, Mark? Great job as usual. I just wanted to
- 17:14Speaker 8: ask you real quick and the midst of all or
- 17:15Speaker 8: the other distractions. Hopefully we're still adding on too and
- 17:19Speaker 8: building more of the Southern Wall.
- 17:21Speaker 6: Uh.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean we have been building wall. Yeah,
- 17:25Speaker 1: I guess they're probably continuing with it, but there's no
- 17:30Speaker 1: urgency right now because apparently all border crossing has stopped.
- 17:35Speaker 1: They do get the news in Mexico and every place
- 17:37Speaker 1: else and they see how we're treating illegals and how
- 17:40Speaker 1: we're locking them up and deporting them. So there's no
- 17:42Speaker 1: border crossing at the moment. It's completely completely stopped. Yeah,
- 17:46Speaker 1: but we should build that wall for the in case
- 17:49Speaker 1: the Democrats ever get back in, but you know they
- 17:51Speaker 1: can easily tear it down. Let's go to Bob in Montville. Bob,
- 17:55Speaker 1: how you doing. I'm doing good?
- 17:57Speaker 9: Mark, Thanks for taking my call. You know, when Burn
- 18:00Speaker 9: Sanders and any Democrat or anybody opened their mouth about
- 18:04Speaker 9: there should be discussions on AI and why haven't they been?
- 18:08Speaker 9: Do we remember who the former czar was, the Ai Harris?
- 18:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, the real genius.
- 18:15Speaker 8: How did that go?
- 18:16Speaker 1: Yeah, real tech a genius that Yeah, I forgot about that.
- 18:21Speaker 1: That's a good point. Let's go to Don in New
- 18:23Speaker 1: York City. Don. How you doing?
- 18:25Speaker 8: Yeah? Hellot, Mark? I think I know who you were
- 18:28Speaker 8: talking about. W W A M.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Say the first initial. You got it?
- 18:37Speaker 8: Yeah, you got him to a fight with Chips and
- 18:40Speaker 8: Paula I believe.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Oh well there were a number of fistfights. That was
- 18:43Speaker 1: one famous one.
- 18:44Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay.
- 18:48Speaker 1: All right, thanks for calling. Let's go to U Joe
- 18:52Speaker 1: in Elmwood Park. Joe, how you doing?
- 18:55Speaker 8: Good morning? Mark.
- 18:56Speaker 10: Two things I caught Nick Shirley onfl last night. And
- 19:01Speaker 10: do you think Jack Chittarelli would be protesting in front
- 19:04Speaker 10: of Delaney holl or be helping us out with with
- 19:06Speaker 10: our taxes and our utility bills and stuff like that.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 19:11Speaker 1: You know that, Jack, You got to give up on that.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Jack Chitarell a nice guy, but he's never gonna win anything.
- 19:16Speaker 1: We got this nit with now, yeah, he's got this. Well,
- 19:18Speaker 1: one reason is because Jack Chittarelly, you gotta get You
- 19:22Speaker 1: got to get better candidates. Forget that Chitterell. Nice guy,
- 19:25Speaker 1: but he's not going to ever get elected to anything. Uh,
- 19:30Speaker 1: you got to get better candidates. Hey, we should talk.
- 19:33Speaker 1: We got the worst Republican party in the New York State.
- 19:35Speaker 1: We don't even have a Republican party. I mean it's
- 19:38Speaker 1: something called that, but they don't actually do anything. They
- 19:40Speaker 1: don't come up with anything. Uh, they didn't come up
- 19:44Speaker 1: with Bruce Blakeman. Bruce Blakeman came up with Bruce Blakeman.
- 19:47Speaker 1: And you know, you go to the Nassau County Republican Party.
- 19:50Speaker 1: That's Joe Cairo. That's strong boy. That's why they win
- 19:53Speaker 1: in Nassau. Kind of got a strong Republican party. We
- 19:56Speaker 1: need one in uh, New York State, we don't have one.
- 19:59Speaker 1: And for some reason, they national Republican stuff the RNC.
- 20:03Speaker 1: They don't come in here and do anything to build
- 20:05Speaker 1: a real Republican party here. I guess they just kind
- 20:08Speaker 1: of right off New York. Let's go to lou and
- 20:10Speaker 1: Queens Lou.
- 20:11Speaker 8: How you doing, Hey, Mark, good speaking to you. I
- 20:15Speaker 8: you know, in and out of the hospital.
- 20:16Speaker 1: So really the matter, what's wrong with you?
- 20:21Speaker 8: I'm serious stuff. No, I'm sorry, but nobody's brought up
- 20:25Speaker 8: the disaster that the car manufacturers that jumped in with
- 20:30Speaker 8: both feet making EV vehicles and now we're taking a
- 20:34Speaker 8: seventy billion dollar loss along with changing their marketing plans, manufacturing,
- 20:41Speaker 8: and the jobs at a loss as a result of
- 20:43Speaker 8: them having to switch back to the more sensible hybrids
- 20:48Speaker 8: and gasoline injury.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Yeah. Good point.
- 20:50Speaker 8: Somebody's talking about what a disaster is.
- 20:52Speaker 1: It's costing everybody of fortune. Good point. Well, thanks for
- 20:55Speaker 1: I want you to feel better, good luck. I hope
- 20:57Speaker 1: everything works out. Thanks for calling. Yet, you know, so
- 21:00Speaker 1: if your insurance, your car insurance went way up over
- 21:03Speaker 1: the last few years. When you get that car insurance field, O,
- 21:06Speaker 1: why is that so much because of the evs. I
- 21:09Speaker 1: know you don't drive an EV. It doesn't matter. Electric
- 21:13Speaker 1: vehicles cost a fortune to fix. So the insurance companies
- 21:17Speaker 1: when they have to fix an electric field, that's a fortune.
- 21:20Speaker 1: So to cover that, they had to raise everybody's insurance cost.
- 21:24Speaker 1: You know, you're getting a little fender bender and it
- 21:26Speaker 1: screws up your fender and then you know, over the
- 21:28Speaker 1: front of the car you find out, wow, three thousand
- 21:30Speaker 1: dollars to fix it. It's crazy, but if it's an
- 21:33Speaker 1: electric vehicle, it's like thirty thousand to fix it. It
- 21:36Speaker 1: costs a fortune to fix these electric cars. So to
- 21:39Speaker 1: cover that, insurance companies had to raise the price of
- 21:42Speaker 1: everybody's car insurance everybody. And he's right, the car manufacturers
- 21:48Speaker 1: took like a seventy billion dollar loss on these evs.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I'm going to raise the price of all the cars
- 21:53Speaker 1: to pay that off, so that green scheme has risen
- 21:57Speaker 1: the bills for everybody. When we come back, we'll talk
- 22:01Speaker 1: to the Great Columnist, the best selling author and Colter.
- 22:06Speaker 1: We'll talk to her next on seven to ten WR.
- 22:10Speaker 9: Live from the WR Life Back Studios. Bill Mark Simone, show.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Well and Culter, The Great Columnist, the best selling author.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Make sure you follow on Twitter. Great stuff there. Even
- 22:26Speaker 1: better is a substack where there's videos and podcasts and
- 22:30Speaker 1: interviews and Culter dot substack dot com, and check out
- 22:34Speaker 1: her new Rumble channel, a lot of great stuff. She
- 22:37Speaker 1: does a lot of shows on Rumble. Check that out.
- 22:41Speaker 1: And Coulter, how you doing fantastic?
- 22:44Speaker 5: Well? How about that California race? Mark Simone, Well, what.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Do you think Hilton got more votes than anybody? But
- 22:51Speaker 1: if you can bind all the Democrats, it's more than Hilton.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I don't know can he win a statewide as well.
- 22:58Speaker 5: I was considering how pressed I was going into the
- 23:02Speaker 5: election yesterday. I just thought, it's California. There's no hope
- 23:06Speaker 5: to have Hilton and Pratt both at least at this point.
- 23:09Speaker 5: I mean, they've only counted fifty six sixty percent of
- 23:12Speaker 5: the vote. It will be, as Nate Silver keeps pointing out,
- 23:16Speaker 5: this is absurd in a first world country that it
- 23:18Speaker 5: will take two weeks for them to tell us who
- 23:20Speaker 5: won the election in California. No, exactly right. I think
- 23:28Speaker 5: Pratt's second place finish is fear enough above that ridiculous
- 23:34Speaker 5: Indian City councilwoman, and she is utterly ridiculous that I
- 23:39Speaker 5: think that is too big to steal. Well, except it's.
- 23:43Speaker 8: California, exactly.
- 23:45Speaker 5: These are California Democrats, Hilton. I mean, I'm thrilled. I'm
- 23:50Speaker 5: so excited. It'll be suspicious, and so many people are
- 23:53Speaker 5: watching this race. And then yeah, we have the general election,
- 23:58Speaker 5: so I'll probably be on that day to anticipating the worst.
- 24:03Speaker 5: But it's way more possible now than it was yesterday
- 24:07Speaker 5: that a Republican could become the governor, and a Republican
- 24:10Speaker 5: become the mayor of New York. I've been surprised looking
- 24:13Speaker 5: at this and knowing people from the industry in La,
- 24:18Speaker 5: how many people who would never have supported a Republican
- 24:23Speaker 5: are supporting Spencer Pratt. And not just because his campaign
- 24:28Speaker 5: has been fabulous, which it has been. All those videos
- 24:32Speaker 5: online are spectacular. But La, I mean, it's the most
- 24:38Speaker 5: beautiful city in the world, in the most beautiful state
- 24:42Speaker 5: in the world. Only Democrats could wreck this and it's
- 24:46Speaker 5: unbelievable what Democrats have done to that town.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Yeah, but is this one of those Every so often
- 24:52Speaker 1: there's a race where the polls aren't even measuring it
- 24:54Speaker 1: because people in a certain city they're so upset, they're
- 24:57Speaker 1: so afraid to go out there after the place down
- 25:00Speaker 1: the other halfs of war zone that they're lying to
- 25:03Speaker 1: the posters they're actually going to go pull a lever
- 25:05Speaker 1: for Pratt. You think that's the case, I hope.
- 25:08Speaker 5: So the problem in California is not only that you
- 25:13Speaker 5: have the problem of lots of people who are dumb
- 25:21Speaker 5: but think they're smart. I mean way more than you
- 25:24Speaker 5: have in a place like New York. But it's the
- 25:28Speaker 5: public sector unions, which, by the way, should never ever,
- 25:32Speaker 5: government workers should never be allowed to unionize. It's absurd,
- 25:35Speaker 5: it doesn't make any sense. The whole point of a
- 25:37Speaker 5: union is it's, you know, the workers against the capitalist lackeys,
- 25:42Speaker 5: and the boss is trying to drive down your wages
- 25:45Speaker 5: and make you work harder, work harder, and the workers
- 25:49Speaker 5: don't have any bargaining power unless oh, we all get
- 25:51Speaker 5: together and we're going to go on strike unless you
- 25:53Speaker 5: increase our wages. Okay, that's the idea of a union.
- 25:58Speaker 5: In the case of government unions, the boss they are
- 26:02Speaker 5: the ones who will elect their bosses. They go out
- 26:05Speaker 5: and vote for the Democrats so they can keep working
- 26:08Speaker 5: less and less and less and keep making more and
- 26:11Speaker 5: more and more. I don't know if you saw this
- 26:13Speaker 5: last night. I tweeted it something like ten ten California
- 26:17Speaker 5: government officials make about as much as the low man
- 26:22Speaker 5: on the totem pole playing for the LA Dodgers, like
- 26:28Speaker 5: ten state employees making half a million dollars a year
- 26:34Speaker 5: for generally no show jobs can't be fired, get all
- 26:38Speaker 5: federal vacations off, lots of sick days, and well, I
- 26:46Speaker 5: mean simply not being able to be fired is a
- 26:48Speaker 5: pretty big advantage that in the real world you take
- 26:52Speaker 5: less money for that level of job security. No, not
- 26:56Speaker 5: in the government you get everything, get everything, You're paid
- 27:00Speaker 5: more than people in private sector.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Hey, let's talk about Scott Pelly. This guy sanctimonious, pompous, asked,
- 27:10Speaker 1: is he is? These fake news guys, these left wing media,
- 27:15Speaker 1: the self importance that they I mean, they're setting world
- 27:18Speaker 1: records for it. Will they ever see reality?
- 27:23Speaker 5: Belly is among the worst. I'm I'm a little disappointed
- 27:28Speaker 5: in Barry Wise for not just coming straight in and
- 27:31Speaker 5: firing him. But in a way, this is this is
- 27:34Speaker 5: more fun watching his sanctimonious exit. But no, every he is,
- 27:39Speaker 5: his politics are finger to the wind. What does the
- 27:43Speaker 5: Democratic Party want me to say? What's my position now?
- 27:46Speaker 5: I mean, you have some great tweets going out of
- 27:48Speaker 5: him taking so seriously the preposterous Russia investigation utterly, completely preposterous.
- 27:56Speaker 5: I mean a lot of frauds the MSM have pushed
- 28:00Speaker 5: on us over the years seem at least initially plausible.
- 28:05Speaker 5: Maybe it's true. Oh gosh, I hope it's not. This
- 28:08Speaker 5: Republican said something. Turns out it's it's completely, you know,
- 28:14Speaker 5: ripped apart a joke or something. But this from the outset,
- 28:18Speaker 5: from the very concept of it, is this utterly disorganized
- 28:24Speaker 5: Trump campaign in twenty sixteen. Well, he's this master strategist
- 28:30Speaker 5: conspiring with the Putin and Russia. It was just so
- 28:36Speaker 5: utterly mad from the beginning. And of course now we
- 28:38Speaker 5: all know that it was being pushed by Andrew Weisman,
- 28:41Speaker 5: with that poor dementia patient running the Russia investigation as
- 28:46Speaker 5: the frontman puppet Robert Muller. So for him to be
- 28:50Speaker 5: being so sumber and serious about the possibility that Trump
- 28:54Speaker 5: was a threat to national security, direct threat. I have
- 28:58Speaker 5: some about Pelly. He's he's been. He's been my own
- 29:03Speaker 5: target for his ridiculousness. One time, I forget what the
- 29:08Speaker 5: you know, they're constantly calling Trump a liar, a felon,
- 29:11Speaker 5: who knows what the issue was, But but he came
- 29:13Speaker 5: out and called the president a felon. It was so great.
- 29:19Speaker 5: Was the rest of the media just exploded in admiration
- 29:24Speaker 5: for him. Whoa, he's he's tred ground where no one
- 29:29Speaker 5: else has gone. And then you know, you do a
- 29:31Speaker 5: quick next to search. Everybody's called him a felon.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Yes, but uh, to go into the new boss and
- 29:37Speaker 1: scream at him like a mania can call him every
- 29:40Speaker 1: name in the world. What goes through his head? Is
- 29:42Speaker 1: he thinking they can't fire me? I'm Scott Pelley? Is
- 29:45Speaker 1: that what he was thinking?
- 29:47Speaker 5: I suspect not quite that. But I'm going to go out.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Probably figured that writing was on the wall anyway. But
- 29:55Speaker 5: I'm going to go out in a blaze of glory. Oh,
- 29:57Speaker 5: the media will love me for this, be interviewed all over.
- 30:01Speaker 5: I'll be written up admiringly in the New York Times.
- 30:04Speaker 5: Think of what my obituary will read. I think that
- 30:06Speaker 5: has a lot more media still has a lot of power.
- 30:11Speaker 1: That's interesting. So where will he turn up? I know
- 30:15Speaker 1: he'll do an interview CNN, Rachel Maddaw. Where will he
- 30:19Speaker 1: eventually wind up?
- 30:22Speaker 5: Maybe he could take Stephen Colbert's spot or about his
- 30:25Speaker 5: funny So yeah, but I will tell you there's he will.
- 30:30Speaker 5: He'll be teaching it, like you know, Harvard Kennedy School
- 30:33Speaker 5: or Columbia Journalism School. Liberals, you cannot go poor in
- 30:38Speaker 5: America as a liberal. It simply is not possible. I
- 30:42Speaker 5: did this as one of my five stories. You might
- 30:44Speaker 5: have missed a couple of weeks ago, I came upon,
- 30:48Speaker 5: sort of by accident, the lawyer for Meta who was
- 30:54Speaker 5: approving all of the censorship that the Biden administration was
- 31:00Speaker 5: pushing on Facebook. Uh it was Facebook. He was Facebook,
- 31:05Speaker 5: not Twitter. But one of the major the social media giants,
- 31:08Speaker 5: there are only three or four of them, was this
- 31:12Speaker 5: was this girl lawyer. And you know, she's overseeing everything.
- 31:15Speaker 5: She's head legal censor at Meta, and she's now teaching
- 31:22Speaker 5: at Harvard Law School. That's fantastic. Get somebody who hasn't
- 31:29Speaker 5: read the First Amendment. Let's have her teach. You can't
- 31:33Speaker 5: go poor in America as a liberal.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Hey, so Pelly was always screaming like that the commencement
- 31:38Speaker 1: speech or even today about the liberal We're being censored,
- 31:43Speaker 1: We're being silenced. You're right. Where was the liberal ever silenced?
- 31:47Speaker 1: When did this ever happen? Anywhere?
- 31:49Speaker 5: Would they consider anyone giving them a dyspeptic look a
- 31:54Speaker 5: form of censorship for actually banning people throw them off Twitter? Facebook?
- 32:01Speaker 5: I mean, I've used the example before. I just saw
- 32:04Speaker 5: a video of me going around talking about it many
- 32:07Speaker 5: many years ago, but even before Elon took over Twitter.
- 32:11Speaker 5: But it's it's really just studying. Milonanopolis and Gavin McGinnis,
- 32:15Speaker 5: whatever you think of them, were wildly popular on YouTube
- 32:21Speaker 5: and Facebook. Myla was making hundreds of thousands of dollars
- 32:26Speaker 5: a months. Gavin McGinnis had the most viewed video on YouTube.
- 32:31Speaker 5: It was a funny sketch of him how to fight
- 32:33Speaker 5: a baby. Probably half the people listening right now have
- 32:36Speaker 5: seen it because it was hilarious. And in Gavin's case,
- 32:41Speaker 5: for having absolutely nothing to do with Charlottesville. Remember Charlottesville,
- 32:46Speaker 5: that was grounds for just a mass purge of Conservatis.
- 32:49Speaker 5: He had nothing to do with it. He was up
- 32:52Speaker 5: in in in his you know, suburban home outside of
- 32:55Speaker 5: New York with his family. He read about Charlottesville the
- 32:58Speaker 5: same way the rest of us. But he was head
- 33:00Speaker 5: of the Proud Boys. He gets thrown off YouTube and
- 33:04Speaker 5: all social media, on Twitter and all of them. Milo,
- 33:07Speaker 5: who knows what it was. He was always saying outrageous things.
- 33:10Speaker 5: That's why so many people watched him. He was funny, uh,
- 33:13Speaker 5: and he just became persona non grata. See it's Drudge
- 33:19Speaker 5: about this at the time, because I said this, Drudge
- 33:22Speaker 5: is a complete disaster. This is they've they've completely muzzled
- 33:27Speaker 5: these two. Very popular pretty much, I guess right wing,
- 33:34Speaker 5: but very popular and especially with young kids, young young boys.
- 33:40Speaker 5: My friends, of my kids, of my friends eleven years old,
- 33:44Speaker 5: they loved my Loow, they loved Gavin just wiped away,
- 33:48Speaker 5: and Drudge said, oh no, no, he's bigger than ever
- 33:50Speaker 5: because he was making headlines for being thrown off every place.
- 33:53Speaker 5: So you get one day of press or hell, you've
- 33:56Speaker 5: been thrown off, and then you're gone. You've just been disappeared.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Well, good point. And Culture, we're out of time. But
- 34:02Speaker 1: everybody follow and Culture on Twitter and sign up for
- 34:05Speaker 1: her substack. It's Andculter dot substack dot com. You'll see
- 34:08Speaker 1: podcasts and interviews and all sorts of stuff and the
- 34:11Speaker 1: Rumble channel.
- 34:13Speaker 8: You do.
- 34:13Speaker 1: When's the next Rumbled video coming.
- 34:14Speaker 5: Out tomorrow five pm?
- 34:18Speaker 1: Everybody watch it on Rumble. If you go to Rumble
- 34:20Speaker 1: you can see all our stuff. It's up there. And
- 34:23Speaker 1: and Culter, thanks for being with us.
