- 1:53now.
- 1:54This is Inspirations for Your Life.
- 1:56The master topic for the week, which we've
- 1:59been alluding to a little bit, I'm going
- 2:01to share that with you, it's a pretty
- 2:03good master topic.
- 2:04The master topic of the week is one
- 2:06that I think doesn't need a lot of
- 2:08introduction, but it's an important one, and that's
- 2:10how focus shapes daily performance.
- 2:13Okay, that's our master topic for the week.
- 2:15So this is Inspirations for Your Life.
- 2:17I'm John C.
- 2:19Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video producer,
- 2:23podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student, passionate
- 2:27lifelong learner, and now so grateful to be
- 2:29a published author.
- 2:30So welcome, everyone.
- 2:32Thank you so much for choosing to watch
- 2:35us live or for actually deciding to come
- 2:40back and watch us.
- 2:41So again, it's about stability, right?
- 2:47Stability is something I think that a lot
- 2:49of people, you know, they don't realize it,
- 2:52so what we're talking about here for the
- 2:54week is how basically focus shapes daily performance,
- 3:01but today's show, The Granular, is how focus
- 3:04shapes the daily performance, is basically our weekly,
- 3:08but this episode is really unique because what
- 3:11this episode targets, I'm going to call it
- 3:13the granular topic of the actual show, and
- 3:16that's the stability of single focus, okay?
- 3:21Stability of single focus.
- 3:22Series five, show 21, episode number two.
- 3:26Yes.
- 3:26Welcome, everyone.
- 3:28This episode of The Inspiration for Your Life
- 3:29explores how attention quality shapes thinking, execution, energy,
- 3:34and real-world performance across daily life.
- 3:38When focus is scattered, everything feels heavier and
- 3:42slower, but when attention becomes stable and intentional,
- 3:49clarity increases and decisions become easier and execution
- 3:54becomes more consistent.
- 3:57I think a lot of people don't realize
- 3:58that.
- 3:59They try to push through very hard and
- 4:01then they miss that single focus, and that
- 4:05improves the clarity instantly.
- 4:06Number one, when attention locks in, thinking becomes
- 4:09more structured and easier to follow.
- 4:12Sometimes people say, John, I don't like structure,
- 4:15and I hear you with that, but the
- 4:17other thing is when you have a structure
- 4:19and you follow it, you'll find that you
- 4:21have more freedom.
- 4:22I think that's a very important one for
- 4:26us to understand is that it helps us
- 4:28to become freer, but it's not something, ladies
- 4:32and gentlemen, that's just going to just happen
- 4:34overnight.
- 4:35It doesn't happen overnight.
- 4:37It happens when we become aware and we
- 4:40start to apply things in our life.
- 4:41I think that's the main moment there.
- 4:45Number two, mental noise begins to reduce naturally.
- 4:49The mind becomes quieter and more organized without
- 4:52constant distraction.
- 4:53That's a big key.
- 4:54Number three, decisions become faster and more precise.
- 4:59Less confusion leads to more confident action.
- 5:03Therefore, we take more of them.
- 5:05Number four, execution becomes more direct and intentional.
- 5:11Workflows with fewer interruptions and delays.
- 5:14I think a lot of times when we
- 5:15get delays, we get disappointed with ourselves saying,
- 5:18you know, I can't move on because there's
- 5:20a delay, but that doesn't mean anything there's
- 5:22a delay.
- 5:22That means that there's a reason that you
- 5:24need to pay attention to something, right?
- 5:27But I get that some people don't because
- 5:30they feel, well, they feel a little bit,
- 5:33let's say, taken back or stressed because they're
- 5:37not able to, you know, move to the
- 5:39next milestone.
- 5:40And I get why that can be a
- 5:41little bit frustrating.
- 5:43Number five, attention holds longer without effort.
- 5:48Focus becomes easier to maintain over time.
- 5:50And when we can do it with less
- 5:53effort, it's even easier.
- 5:54One example I can give you is, I
- 5:56always love swimming.
- 5:57And when I first started swimming, one of
- 5:59the things I had learned is that you
- 5:59had to hold your breath.
- 6:01Well, the more you practice, the more that
- 6:03you swim, you have to hold your breath.
- 6:04So the more that you do that, the
- 6:06easier it becomes, but it doesn't become easy
- 6:08overnight, guys.
- 6:09It takes time to actually do that.
- 6:12Okay.
- 6:13So that's a very important thing.
- 6:15I think a lot of people miss is
- 6:17that you can do these kinds of things
- 6:18very, very interestingly.
- 6:21All right.
- 6:21And when I say interestingly, I say this
- 6:23in a way that I feel a lot
- 6:26of people, you know, they don't get it.
- 6:29And the reason they don't get it, I'm
- 6:31going to tell you why they don't get,
- 6:32you want to know why?
- 6:33It's because they're focusing on something that is
- 6:36not aligned with their core values.
- 6:41That's it.
- 6:42It's not aligned with their core values.
- 6:45And because it's not aligned, you know what
- 6:47that means?
- 6:49It means that they're going to be a
- 6:52little bit lost.
- 6:55Okay.
- 6:56And they're going to be lost because of
- 6:58one reason.
- 6:59Do you know what that one reason is?
- 7:00I'm going to tell you.
- 7:02The one reason is that whatever's happening in
- 7:05life, people just, they feel that they're not
- 7:11on the right trajectory.
- 7:14The trajectory can do a lot of great
- 7:16things, but if you're not on that right
- 7:18path, how do you get to where you
- 7:21want to be?
- 7:23I think that stifles a lot of people
- 7:25in life.
- 7:26Number six, work feels less chaotic and more
- 7:29structured.
- 7:29Tasks begin to flow like a clear order,
- 7:33as if they're been orchestrated, like in a,
- 7:35you know, a symphony.
- 7:37But a lot of people, you know, they
- 7:40look at something like, well, that's hard, but
- 7:43then they don't realize that when you do
- 7:44things step-by-step, it becomes easier.
- 7:48You know, everything is just a bunch of
- 7:49steps put together, right?
- 7:51If you look at even making an airplane,
- 7:52if you ever made a paper airplane before,
- 7:54the simple airplanes is more complicated airplanes.
- 7:56And they're not hard.
- 7:56It's just when you understand what the steps
- 7:58are, then it's like, okay, now I finally
- 8:01get it.
- 8:02Now I understand like what this is or
- 8:04why it isn't that way.
- 8:06And I think that's a very, I think
- 8:08that's a very important thing to, to understand
- 8:10that.
- 8:10But a lot of people, like they don't,
- 8:13they don't understand that.
- 8:15And that's important.
- 8:23I think sometimes people go one way, but
- 8:25then again, they, they get lost.
- 8:27All right.
- 8:28But you can always get back on track.
- 8:29Number seven, thinking becomes linear and easier to
- 8:33follow.
- 8:34Ideas connect instead of competing for each other,
- 8:37you know, like your time or your space.
- 8:39Number eight, guys, output becomes more predictable and
- 8:45of course, more stable.
- 8:46Now results stop fluctuating randomly.
- 8:48So that's always great.
- 8:49So you have more consistency, reliability.
- 8:54Number nine, energy becomes more efficiently used.
- 8:57Less mental waste leads to better stamina.
- 9:01Better stamina.
- 9:03I think that's an important one that many
- 9:06people miss.
- 9:07Number 10, performance improves when focus stabilizes.
- 9:13Consistency replaces unpredictability.
- 9:16I think when that happens, a lot of
- 9:18things happen, but plus we also get more,
- 9:21we get more concerned about, you know, what's
- 9:24happening and we get concerned about, you know,
- 9:27why things are happening a certain way.
- 9:30I think that's a very important thing for
- 9:32all of us to, to realize, you know,
- 9:35that it's something people don't all understand.
- 9:39And it's something you get more familiar with
- 9:42the more that you do it.
- 9:43All right.
- 9:44Number 11, attention reduces unnecessary switching.
- 9:49The mind stops jumping between tasks when we
- 9:52focus on a task and we set out
- 9:55to get it done.
- 9:56I'm not saying you can never switch a
- 9:58task.
- 9:58I'm not saying that, but what I'm saying
- 10:00is you can't be in the middle of
- 10:01something, that task isn't finished, and then you
- 10:03move on to something else.
- 10:05A lot of times I'll work on something.
- 10:06I'll start a task.
- 10:08I know that task needs time to work
- 10:09on its own or process, then I'll go
- 10:11do something else.
- 10:12But I stopped working on that task.
- 10:14I don't work on two tasks, like back
- 10:16and forth.
- 10:17Some of them need like a starting point
- 10:18or a time.
- 10:20And that's kind of where, that's kind of
- 10:23where I go with that.
- 10:27And I think that's an important thing for
- 10:29us all to understand, for us all to
- 10:31realize, all right.
- 10:33That's a very, very important thing.
- 10:36Number 12, guys, clarity improves overall workflow.
- 10:40Every action feels more deliberate in our life,
- 10:44more deliberate in our life.
- 10:49That's pretty cool, guys.
- 10:50More deliberate in our life, all right.
- 10:53I think that's, I think sometimes
- 11:02people, you know, they get stuck of where
- 11:05they're going or why they want to go
- 11:07a certain way.
- 11:08But that can be something that can be
- 11:12easily adjusted once we have that confidence.
- 11:17Okay.
- 11:17That's important.
- 11:24That's important.
- 11:29And once you get this moment, this epiphany,
- 11:31you're like, wait a minute, this seems easier
- 11:33than I expected it to be.
- 11:35Okay.
- 11:35It seems easier than I expected to be.
- 11:37And I actually can do this right now.
- 11:40I can do this.
- 11:42And you can do it too.
- 11:43It's just that you get fearful because of
- 11:45what you're seeing at the moment.
- 11:47Okay.
- 11:48I think that's an important thing that people
- 11:51get that way.
- 11:59That's really important.
- 12:01Number 13, task completion becomes more consistent.
- 12:05Fewer tasks remain unfinished.
- 12:08Again, I think that's something that a lot
- 12:10of people, like, they don't quite understand it.
- 12:14But I think the more that they realize
- 12:15it, they'll be like, oh, wait a minute.
- 12:16I actually can do this.
- 12:17I actually can do this kind of thing.
- 12:19And you can do it.
- 12:20It's just that a lot of times the
- 12:22outside environment puts us in a state that
- 12:25puts us at disease.
- 12:26And they're like, oh my gosh, how do
- 12:27I get through it?
- 12:28So as I was saying before, when you
- 12:29make an airplane, you start with steps.
- 12:31You complete the first step.
- 12:33Or if the first step is too much,
- 12:34break the first step into one, two, three,
- 12:36four, five steps or more, and then complete
- 12:38that and then move on to the next
- 12:40step.
- 12:41Number 14, mental pressure decreases naturally.
- 12:45Focus reduces internal stress.
- 12:49I think that's another good one that I
- 12:51think a lot of us don't understand is
- 12:53that we can actually do this day in
- 12:57and, of course, day out.
- 13:01We can actually understand this.
- 13:05That's an important thing to understand.
- 13:09And so when we understand that, now we're
- 13:12not as stressed.
- 13:14Number 15, execution becomes smoother and it becomes
- 13:17faster.
- 13:18Less resistance feeds to better flow.
- 13:23Number 16, work feels more manageable.
- 13:29Overall, that is.
- 13:31Complexity becomes easier to handle.
- 13:33And I think that's another big one is
- 13:34sometimes we get stuck in that complexity, and
- 13:36we're like, oh my gosh, what do I
- 13:37do?
- 13:37Number 17, attention becomes more anchored or grounded.
- 13:42The mind stays in one direction, well, much
- 13:45longer.
- 13:46And there we don't sway.
- 13:48Number 18, productivity increases without extra effort.
- 13:52Focus improves output efficiency.
- 13:55So when we do something right, we don't
- 13:57keep doing it over and over again.
- 13:59We don't have to keep repairing it over
- 14:00and over again.
- 14:00I think that's another big thing because sometimes
- 14:02you do something wrong.
- 14:03I'm like, well, how do I even fix
- 14:04this?
- 14:04How do I even move forward?
- 14:05And you can, but you first have to
- 14:08have some confidence in yourself.
- 14:09That's a very big point.
- 14:11Number 19, distractions lose influence over thinking.
- 14:17External noise becomes less powerful.
- 14:19So when we, I like to say, hone
- 14:21in on something.
- 14:28When we hone in, we have the ability,
- 14:31guys, to make a huge, huge difference.
- 14:36Not a small difference, guys.
- 14:38I'm talking about a huge, huge difference.
- 14:40One I think a lot of people will
- 14:42be like, how do I do that?
- 14:44And I think that's the real thing.
- 14:50How do I really do that?
- 14:52Number 20, mental clarity improves problem solving.
- 14:57Solutions appear more quickly, almost like epiphanies.
- 15:01They just kind of come to you like
- 15:03natural intuition.
- 15:04And that's how things should be, guys.
- 15:06That's how they should be, all right?
- 15:08It shouldn't be hard to think of something.
- 15:10Number 21, focus reduces rework and correction cycles.
- 15:16Fewer mistakes happen during execution.
- 15:18And when we can do that, we're happier
- 15:19that we have less challenges, all right?
- 15:24Less challenges.
- 15:25I think that's really the big thing is
- 15:31we do it with less challenges.
- 15:34And those less challenges, I think, are really
- 15:37pretty amazing because we're able to actually get
- 15:45an understanding of where things are and even
- 15:47where they're going.
- 15:48I think that's an important piece for everyone
- 15:51is to understand, how do things go?
- 15:53How do they work?
- 15:55And this comes by us having confidence in
- 15:58ourselves.
- 15:59And then when we have confidence in ourselves,
- 16:01we get confidence in others.
- 16:02And we get confidence in the task we're
- 16:04working on.
- 16:05So before we can have confidence in something
- 16:06we're working on, we have to have confidence
- 16:08in ourself first.
- 16:09And then when it happens, it's like, oh,
- 16:12I get it, okay?
- 16:19Does that make sense to everybody?
- 16:20I mean, I'm hoping it does, okay?
- 16:24I'm hoping it does because it has a
- 16:27lot of potential to do what you want
- 16:29if and only if you start to believe
- 16:32in yourself.
- 16:32And the more that you believe in yourself,
- 16:34folks, the easier the journey becomes.
- 16:38So life is a big journey.
- 16:40It's a game, right?
- 16:41But we have to understand what that is,
- 16:48okay?
- 16:49That's an important thing.
- 16:54And when that happens, it's like life changes.
- 17:03It changes because now you have that awareness
- 17:07and that awareness can change the way you
- 17:11see something, okay?
- 17:14The way you see something, the way you
- 17:16experience it, because our perceptions actually become reality,
- 17:19guys.
- 17:20Number 22, thinking becomes more stable and it
- 17:24becomes control.
- 17:25Ideas stop pouring in scatteringly, randomly, and causing
- 17:30us more frustration because now we have a
- 17:33true understanding to what the heck is going
- 17:36on.
- 17:36We have a benchmark to where things are
- 17:41and where they're going.
- 17:43But sometimes we look at something else like,
- 17:46wait, I'm not at that point yet, or
- 17:47I haven't built my plane just like that
- 17:49guy's plane.
- 17:50Well, that's okay.
- 17:51You obviously can do that.
- 17:53But what I want to say is that
- 17:56be happy where you are for the moment,
- 17:59all right?
- 18:00When you're happy where you are for the
- 18:02moment, there's so much that can happen for
- 18:05you.
- 18:05I mean this.
- 18:06So much can happen for you.
- 18:08But it doesn't happen when you're like, oh
- 18:11my gosh, what am I supposed to do,
- 18:13right?
- 18:14And I think that can be hard for
- 18:15some people, all right?
- 18:17And then you're like, oh my gosh, what
- 18:18do I do?
- 18:19Where do I go?
- 18:19What do I think?
- 18:20What happens?
- 18:25Does that make sense?
- 18:29And I think if you have these awarenesses,
- 18:32things don't become apparent overnight, but you start
- 18:35to gain more of a familiarity to what
- 18:39things are and how they're progressing.
- 18:41I think that's probably one of the biggest
- 18:43things I can tell you is you progress.
- 18:47And as you progress, you start to say,
- 18:50wait a minute, that's not so bad, or
- 18:51now I understand what that is, or now
- 18:53I get why that needs to be that
- 18:56way.
- 18:56That's how it happens, guys.
- 18:59It's exactly how it happens.
- 19:01And I feel that if you can do
- 19:04that one thing, you can change your entire
- 19:08life, okay?
- 19:10You could change your entire life around.
- 19:11And by changing your life, I mean that
- 19:15you have potential to grow and to become
- 19:17a better version of yourself.
- 19:20That's really the whole thing, hands down.
- 19:22But many people get scared, okay?
- 19:27They get scared because of things that are
- 19:30possibly happening, all right?
- 19:33I think that's an important thing to note
- 19:37is that we can do these things, and
- 19:39then we can realize why things are happening
- 19:41a certain way, all right?
- 19:43Why?
- 19:45And the why is this.
- 19:47The why is that we have to have
- 19:50the confidence in ourselves.
- 19:51That's the real big deal, all right?
- 19:54Number 23, guys, output quality becomes more consistent.
- 20:00Work reflects a stronger attention to detail and
- 20:04to our surroundings and understanding.
- 20:06I think when we start to get these
- 20:08things, our life starts to change just a
- 20:13little bit, all right?
- 20:15Just a little bit.
- 20:16And that little bit that we get, I
- 20:19feel, will make a huge difference in our
- 20:22life.
- 20:23But I don't want to get you to
- 20:24a point and say, hey, you know, guys,
- 20:26this is going to happen tomorrow.
- 20:27Because you know what?
- 20:27It's not going to happen tomorrow.
- 20:29That's just the bottom line.
- 20:32It's not happening tomorrow.
- 20:34But it is going to happen in time.
- 20:38In time, it will happen.
- 20:40And from that time, you'll start to say,
- 20:41oh, wait a minute, this makes sense now,
- 20:43right?
- 20:44I see why this is going that way.
- 20:45I see why it makes sense now.
- 20:51I'll give you a perfect example.
- 20:52I was working on a printer a few
- 20:53weeks ago.
- 20:54I work on printers all the time.
- 20:57And so there was some weird schematic.
- 20:59And I was looking at the schematic.
- 21:01The schematic made sense to the schematic.
- 21:03But when I looked at the printer, it
- 21:04didn't.
- 21:05Because they left out some details.
- 21:08And it was a very cursory level.
- 21:11It was almost like a rudimentary drawing.
- 21:13But it didn't have all the exact angles
- 21:15and places.
- 21:15And I'm like, well, how do I put
- 21:16this little flange or this little boss back
- 21:19in?
- 21:20And I said, you know what?
- 21:21I'm just put it away for a while.
- 21:22And I'm going to come back.
- 21:23And when I come back, I'm just going
- 21:26to get it.
- 21:27Well, that's what happened.
- 21:28I put it away.
- 21:29It was at nighttime.
- 21:30Went to bed.
- 21:31I did my day.
- 21:32On Sunday, I came back.
- 21:33I said, let me just go look at
- 21:34this thing real quick.
- 21:35The first one I looked at, I said,
- 21:37wait a minute.
- 21:38This one just goes right like here.
- 21:40Then I came over here.
- 21:41And I'm like, huh, it's different.
- 21:44It's not the same.
- 21:45But wait a minute.
- 21:46How could I put it on if I
- 21:48wanted to?
- 21:48Where would I affix it?
- 21:49How could I put something on it to
- 21:50hold it?
- 21:51And I started asking myself questions.
- 21:52And then, bam, within less than so, the
- 21:54first one I put on, I literally, I'm
- 21:56going to say, I figured it out maybe
- 21:58five seconds.
- 21:59Took another five seconds to put it on.
- 22:01The other one, I looked at it.
- 22:03I'd say maybe the whole thing took me
- 22:0535 seconds between figuring out how it went
- 22:09a couple of times.
- 22:10And then, bam, it clipped.
- 22:10And I'm like, oh, I get it, right?
- 22:12I get it.
- 22:13Number 24, energy drain decreases throughout the day.
- 22:18Focus reduces wasted effort.
- 22:21I think when we learn how to focus,
- 22:25we become less stressful.
- 22:30And that happens, guys, because now we're not
- 22:34fighting, right?
- 22:35If we go with the flow, right, like
- 22:37a river that flows down, it's easier to
- 22:40go with the flow.
- 22:41When we try to push against the tide
- 22:43or against the current, it's harder.
- 22:45It's more stressful.
- 22:46It takes more energy.
- 22:47But if we learn how to do things
- 22:49with the flow, I think that's pretty remarkable.
- 22:51And we can figure out how to go
- 22:53with the flow.
- 22:53We just might have to figure out how
- 22:54to orient it or how to change our
- 22:56way so that we can go with the
- 22:57flow a little better.
- 22:59Number 25, attention improves decision confidence.
- 23:04Choices feel clearer and faster.
- 23:07And I think it's not about being fast.
- 23:10It's about being intentional.
- 23:12It's about doing the right thing in life.
- 23:15That is probably the big thing that I
- 23:17can tell you, about doing the right thing
- 23:20in life.
- 23:23That's important.
- 23:25Number 26, workflow becomes easier to maintain and
- 23:29tasks move forward without friction.
- 23:32Because now you're going with the tide.
- 23:35You're not going against the tide like the
- 23:37ocean.
- 23:37I think that's a very important thing.
- 23:39And if you can understand that you can
- 23:41go with the tide, then suddenly you're going
- 23:44to start to have it easier.
- 23:48And just observing how you respond can greatly
- 23:54affect your outcome.
- 23:55Like, wait, I'm getting frustrated now.
- 23:57OK, I need to take a break.
- 23:58I need to get a sip of water.
- 24:01And so starting to understand your reactions will
- 24:06help you not only cope, but it'll help
- 24:08you get the solution you want.
- 24:10If you need to take a break, there's
- 24:11no crime in taking a break, OK?
- 24:14Number 27, execution becomes more reliable.
- 24:18Results follow predictable patterns.
- 24:23Patterns.
- 24:25We learn our patterns, we get better at
- 24:27things.
- 24:28When we get better at things, it's like,
- 24:29oh, wait a minute, this isn't so hard.
- 24:30This is now easy for me.
- 24:33It's now easy for me.
- 24:36And that becomes, I feel, something very, very
- 24:40unique if we can get things to become
- 24:45easier for us.
- 24:46But again, this does not happen overnight.
- 24:50It happens by us creating an awareness of
- 24:55the situation, OK, of the situation.
- 24:59When we create awareness of the situation, like,
- 25:02wait a minute, I now get this.
- 25:04I see what's going on, right?
- 25:06And then you're like, maybe this isn't so
- 25:08difficult.
- 25:09I thought it was harder, but then I
- 25:11realized it's not so hard.
- 25:13See, that's an important piece, guys, that we
- 25:17can figure things out, OK?
- 25:19We can figure out what things are and
- 25:20how we can greater apply ourselves.
- 25:24Use it as a learning opportunity.
- 25:26Number 28, mental fatigue decreases over time.
- 25:29Stable focus reduces strain, and we become less
- 25:32tired to do those tasks.
- 25:34Number 29, performance becomes more aligned when the
- 25:39act is intentional.
- 25:41Something's intentional when it aligns with our core
- 25:44values.
- 25:45Actions match goals more closely.
- 25:48Thus, what are we doing?
- 25:49We're going with the flow.
- 25:53Number 30, focus becomes the foundation of performance.
- 25:58Our focus.
- 25:58Now, I'm not saying intense focus.
- 26:00I'm saying just a light attention to focus.
- 26:03Don't like, oh, I'm straining, right?
- 26:04Don't do that.
- 26:05People study for tests.
- 26:06They're like putting so much energy into it.
- 26:08Just like, be aware of the questions.
- 26:11Be aware of the information, and you'll find
- 26:13that it will actually stick to you better.
- 26:15That's important.
- 26:16So everything improves when attention is controlled.
- 26:22These are really important things for us to
- 26:25know.
- 26:26And in closing tonight, tonight's message is very
- 26:31simple.
- 26:32You do not improve performance by adding more
- 26:35effort, OK?
- 26:37You improve performance by improving the attention you
- 26:40give, OK?
- 26:42The focus.
- 26:43I've said before that wherever our thoughts are
- 26:47going, that's where the energy is going to
- 26:49flow.
- 26:49We think about something good, we're going to
- 26:51be attracting more things toward that thought.
- 26:53We think about something bad, we're going to
- 26:54be attracting things toward that thought and taking
- 26:57those actions, even subconsciously.
- 26:59Ladies and gentlemen, if you don't know who
- 27:00I am by now, allow me to introduce
- 27:01myself.
- 27:02I'm John C.
- 27:03Morley, serial entrepreneur, proud and very grateful author.
- 27:08This has been Inspirations for Your Life.
- 27:11I hope that all of you have taken
- 27:14the time to either listen or watch, and
- 27:16feel free to watch this show again, again,
- 27:18and again.
- 27:19Because there are very specific points here.
- 27:26And there's a lot of information that I
- 27:27don't expect you to just grasp it like
- 27:30that.
- 27:31No.
- 27:32When information can come into our brain, and
- 27:36we can kind of dichotomize it, and we
- 27:39can actually figure out how do we sort
- 27:41it, how do we parse it?
- 27:43How do we represent it?
- 27:46Then we're able to figure out how we
- 27:48recall it.
- 27:49And when we recall it like, oh, I
- 27:51can use this tool to do this.
- 27:53And now I can make this work.
- 27:54Same thing I did with my printer.
- 27:56So I hope you guys have a great
- 27:58one.
