Mega Edition: The Propaganda Surrounding Ghislaine Maxwell's Bail Attempt (10/4/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: Filing today, Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers asked for bail ahead of
0:05
Speaker 1: the arraignment. According to her lawyers, $ 5 million sounds like
0:10
Speaker 1: a good enough number for her to provide so that
0:13
Speaker 1: she can be given bail. Her lawyers also came up
0:17
Speaker 1: with eight reasons why she should be given bail. In
0:21
Speaker 1: the article tonight, we're going to go through those eight
0:23
Speaker 1: reasons and we're going to discuss why each of them
0:27
Speaker 1: is a bad idea. Ghislaine Maxwell should not be given bail.
0:32
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell should never, ever spend another second outside of
0:37
Speaker 1: a federal prison for the rest of her life. The
0:39
Speaker 1: crimes that she has committed are so heinous that there
0:45
Speaker 1: is no rehabilitation for this. There is no going to
0:48
Speaker 1: jail and finding yourself, finding religion when it comes to
0:53
Speaker 1: something like this. People like this are just sick, okay?
0:58
Speaker 1: They can't be rehabilitated. They can't be fixed. They can't
1:02
Speaker 1: be reconditioned to be introduced back into the public. It
1:08
Speaker 1: just doesn't work like that. And Ghislaine Maxwell is a threat,
1:12
Speaker 1: not only as a flight risk, but Ghislaine Maxwell is
1:16
Speaker 1: a threat to all of these people who are alleging
1:19
Speaker 1: that she abused them. We already know that she wasn't
1:23
Speaker 1: scared to threaten these girls. Just listen to what she
1:26
Speaker 1: told Maria Farmer. So why should anybody think that it's
1:31
Speaker 1: a good idea for Ghislaine Maxwell to get out on bail?
1:37
Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article and see what sort of
1:40
Speaker 1: asinine reasons her law team came up with. This is
1:45
Speaker 1: an article from LawAndCrime.com. The author, Jerry Lamb. Headline, Lawyers
1:52
Speaker 1: for Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's alleged accomplice, came up with
1:56
Speaker 1: eight reasons she should get bail. Lawyers for Ghislaine Maxwell,
2:02
Speaker 1: deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's 58-year-old former girlfriend, and alleged co-conspirator,
2:09
Speaker 1: fellow child molester, all-around scumbag, in the serial abuse of
2:13
Speaker 1: young girls came up with eight reasons on Friday why
2:16
Speaker 1: a federal judge should grant their client bail ahead of trial.
2:21
Speaker 1: Here's one reason why they shouldn't. Because she is a threat.
2:29
Speaker 1: to everybody around her. How about that? That's how disgusting
2:33
Speaker 1: I believe this woman is. I believe she is a
2:35
Speaker 1: threat to society at large. Charges against Maxwell were unsealed
2:42
Speaker 1: on July 2nd. She faces two counts of conspiracy to
2:46
Speaker 1: entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.
2:49
Speaker 1: Here were eight of the main arguments made by Maxwell's
2:52
Speaker 1: defense lawyers. 1. Maxwell's family and friends like her. And
3:11
Speaker 1: don't think she's guilty. Well, there it is, folks. Pack
3:13
Speaker 1: it in. No need to prosecute the case. No need
3:17
Speaker 1: to go through the evidence. No need to have Maxwell
3:19
Speaker 1: take the stand or give a statement. Her friends and
3:23
Speaker 1: family think she's a good person. And, you know, they
3:26
Speaker 1: don't think she's guilty. So let's just pack it in. Ms.
3:30
Speaker 1: Maxwell has maintained extremely close relationships with her six siblings
3:34
Speaker 1: and her nephews and nieces. I wonder if that includes
3:37
Speaker 1: Alexander Derossi. You know, the one who worked at Hillary
3:41
Speaker 1: Clinton's State Department? I wonder how he got that job.
3:46
Speaker 1: They all stood by her in the aftermath of the
3:48
Speaker 1: July 2019 indictment of Epstein and continue to stand by
3:52
Speaker 1: her now. Aw, isn't that cute? The Maxwell-Manson family all
3:57
Speaker 1: stands by Ghislaine Maxwell. That comes as a shock to nobody.
4:04
Speaker 1: She is especially close to two of her sisters and
4:06
Speaker 1: their children, all of whom reside in the United States. Again,
4:11
Speaker 1: what they're saying here to us is that she's very
4:14
Speaker 1: close to Alexander de Rossi. So those questions have to
4:17
Speaker 1: be asked of Hillary Clinton, huh? Hey, dear Hillary, why
4:22
Speaker 1: did Alexander Derossi have a job in your State Department?
4:26
Speaker 1: Why did Alexander Derossi have a job working on Middle
4:30
Speaker 1: East policy? And what did he have to do with
4:34
Speaker 1: the so-called freeing of Libya? Considering it's such a shit
4:39
Speaker 1: show now, is anybody ever going to be accountable for
4:42
Speaker 1: any of this? Or we're just going to act like
4:44
Speaker 1: none of it ever happened? Ms. Maxwell also has numerous
4:49
Speaker 1: friends in the United States who themselves have children, and
4:52
Speaker 1: she is godmother to many of them. Oh, my lord.
4:57
Speaker 1: I would like to see a list of everybody who
4:59
Speaker 1: would make Ghislaine Maxwell godmother of their children. Are you
5:05
Speaker 1: kidding me right now? What an absolute joke. Who would
5:13
Speaker 1: make Ghislaine effing Maxwell the godmother of... of their children.
5:19
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, maybe. I mean, unbelievable. I'd really like to
5:24
Speaker 1: see that list. Miss Maxwell's family and friends have remained
5:29
Speaker 1: committed to her because they do not believe the allegations
5:32
Speaker 1: against her, which do not match the person they have
5:34
Speaker 1: known for decades. Okay, so let me understand real quick.
5:41
Speaker 1: You think that all of these girls who have come
5:44
Speaker 1: forward are lying? You think that the federal prosecutors don't
5:48
Speaker 1: have their ducks in a row and the allegations lined
5:51
Speaker 1: up correctly against Ghislaine Maxwell? You really believe that? And
5:58
Speaker 1: if so, if you're one of these so-called friends and
6:00
Speaker 1: family who truly believes that, you should probably take a
6:04
Speaker 1: long look in the mirror and try and figure out
6:09
Speaker 1: what the hell is wrong with yourself. Number two. Oh yeah,
6:13
Speaker 1: here's the doozy. This is the excuse for everybody at
6:16
Speaker 1: this point, no matter what's going on in the world, right?
6:19
Speaker 1: Number two, the coronavirus pandemic has been ravaging prison populations
6:24
Speaker 1: and would put her at risk of death. Really? That's
6:29
Speaker 1: what you're going to run with, huh? The good old
6:32
Speaker 1: COVID-19 pandemic excuse. The COVID-19 crisis and its impact on
6:40
Speaker 1: detained defendants warrants release. As this court has noted, the
6:44
Speaker 1: COVID-19 pandemic represents an unprecedented health risk to incarcerated individuals
6:50
Speaker 1: and COVID-19 related restrictions on attorney communications with pre-trial detainees
6:56
Speaker 1: significantly impair a defendant's ability to prepare her defense. Simply put,
7:01
Speaker 1: under these circumstances, if Ms. Maxwell continues to be detained,
7:05
Speaker 1: her health will be at serious risk and she will
7:08
Speaker 1: not be able to receive a fair trial. Oh, give
7:12
Speaker 1: me a break. If you would have had to pick
7:17
Speaker 1: one excuse that they would run with, you knew it
7:19
Speaker 1: would be the coronavirus excuse, right? Let's be real here, okay?
7:26
Speaker 1: The mortality rate is not even that high at this
7:30
Speaker 1: point for someone in her age range. So you mean
7:34
Speaker 1: to tell me We should let this monster out on
7:37
Speaker 1: the street because she might contract coronavirus. Yeah, not going
7:42
Speaker 1: to happen. Here's a better idea. Let's keep her isolated
7:46
Speaker 1: in prison and by herself and quarantined there. How about that?
7:50
Speaker 1: That's a good idea, huh? I don't even know what
7:54
Speaker 1: to say about this stupid-ass excuse. I mean, every single
7:58
Speaker 1: person who is up against it and looking at jail
8:01
Speaker 1: time is going to try this excuse right now, considering
8:04
Speaker 1: the courts have set the precedent for letting people out.
8:07
Speaker 1: And to be honest with you, unless the person is
8:12
Speaker 1: suffering from some sort of other condition, like diabetes or
8:17
Speaker 1: something that puts them in a high-risk category, I don't
8:19
Speaker 1: even know why they would be let out of jail
8:21
Speaker 1: at this point. The justice system is so screwed up.
8:26
Speaker 1: Number three, her lack of criminal record and long-established relationships
8:31
Speaker 1: in the U.S. means she's not a flight risk. Oh yeah,
8:34
Speaker 1: not at all. She has no ties to anybody overseas.
8:37
Speaker 1: I mean, they weren't running an intercontinental sex trafficking ring
8:41
Speaker 1: or anything. You know, so why would anyone think that
8:45
Speaker 1: a lady with 175 passports, hyperbole obviously, would be a
8:50
Speaker 1: flight risk? Never mind somebody that has the means to
8:54
Speaker 1: walk up and buy a sprawling home in the New
8:59
Speaker 1: Hampshire wilderness for a cool million dollars. She doesn't have
9:02
Speaker 1: the means to get out of Dodge. Nah, not a
9:05
Speaker 1: flight risk. Come on. No criminal record. Oh, hey. Is
9:09
Speaker 1: anybody buying this? I don't know. Do they really think
9:13
Speaker 1: the judge is going to buy this? And if the
9:15
Speaker 1: judge does buy this, boy, oh boy, are we in
9:18
Speaker 1: for a rough road. Ms. Maxwell has no criminal record,
9:23
Speaker 1: which includes the approximately 25-year period from the time the
9:26
Speaker 1: conduct alleged in the indictment took place to the present.
9:31
Speaker 1: She has no criminal record because nobody had the callons
9:35
Speaker 1: to prosecute her, okay? She was being protected. It's not
9:42
Speaker 1: that she's not a criminal. It's not that she doesn't
9:45
Speaker 1: pose a risk. It's that she has been... on the
9:50
Speaker 1: receiving end of favorable treatment from the two-tier justice system
9:55
Speaker 1: for decades. This woman is as much of a flight
10:00
Speaker 1: risk as anybody has ever been. Ms. Maxwell also has
10:07
Speaker 1: significant ties to the United States. She has lived in
10:10
Speaker 1: this country for almost 30 years and became a naturalized U.S.
10:14
Speaker 1: citizen in 2002. Ms. Maxwell also has strong family ties
10:18
Speaker 1: to this country. Two of her sisters, who have agreed
10:22
Speaker 1: to co-sign her bond, live in the United States, and
10:25
Speaker 1: they have several children who are U.S.-born citizens. So what?
10:30
Speaker 1: So does everybody else who gets arrested in one of
10:32
Speaker 1: these cases. R. Kelly had family and friends, too. Did
10:37
Speaker 1: he get let out? No, not only did R. Kelly
10:40
Speaker 1: get arrested and thrown in the clink, rightfully so, but
10:43
Speaker 1: he got charged with RICO. Can we get some RICO
10:48
Speaker 1: in this case, please? Miss Maxwell is very close with
10:56
Speaker 1: her sisters and maintains regular contact with them, as well
10:59
Speaker 1: as with her nieces and nephews. Miss Maxwell also has
11:03
Speaker 1: numerous close friends and professional colleagues who reside in this country.
11:07
Speaker 1: In sum, the United States has been Miss Maxwell's home
11:10
Speaker 1: for decades. So what? If it's run from your home
11:15
Speaker 1: and your family to go on the lam or face 35, 50,
11:19
Speaker 1: 150 years in federal prison, I know which choice you're
11:23
Speaker 1: going to make, okay? Don't act like Ghislaine Maxwell is
11:26
Speaker 1: ready to stand before the wagon and look at the
11:29
Speaker 1: man and say, all right, I'm here for my justice.
11:32
Speaker 1: I'm ready to stand trial. That's not what she's doing.
11:37
Speaker 1: If she really wanted to come forward and talk to
11:40
Speaker 1: the authorities, she would have done that, okay? They had
11:44
Speaker 1: to go and drag her out of her house because
11:47
Speaker 1: this woman is as guilty as Jeffrey Epstein was. Number four.
11:55
Speaker 1: Maxwell's massive New Hampshire hideout was only to avoid media attention,
12:00
Speaker 1: not the authorities. They really want us to believe this stuff.
12:04
Speaker 1: This is the kind of bullshit that they've been spinning
12:07
Speaker 1: for decades. And their parasite friends in the legacy media? Oh, well,
12:13
Speaker 1: they would jump on and push the narrative for them.
12:16
Speaker 1: But nowadays, they can no longer do that. Do you
12:20
Speaker 1: know why? Well... the format, how we are communicating right now,
12:25
Speaker 1: and other formats that are provided via social media and
12:28
Speaker 1: the internet have superseded the BS that the legacy media
12:34
Speaker 1: tries to spill on us on a regular basis. And
12:38
Speaker 1: to see how many people are bypassing the legacy media now,
12:42
Speaker 1: and to see how many people have gotten hip to
12:45
Speaker 1: the bullshit that gets spewed on a daily basis, the
12:48
Speaker 1: rage porn that they blare over the airwaves on a
12:52
Speaker 1: regular basis, people are starting to get hip to it.
12:55
Speaker 1: And people don't want it anymore. People are done with
12:57
Speaker 1: that shit. People want real, tangible news. The government notes
13:05
Speaker 1: that Ms. Maxwell dropped out of public view after Epstein's arrest,
13:09
Speaker 1: which the government seeks to portray as hiding from the law.
13:13
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, because she wasn't doing that, right? This lady
13:15
Speaker 1: wasn't even... They couldn't even find her to... serve her
13:20
Speaker 1: with court papers, okay? She wasn't hiding from the law.
13:24
Speaker 1: Somebody who's not hiding from the law doesn't need to
13:26
Speaker 1: be found and searched for to get served. The government
13:32
Speaker 1: further argues that she had taken several steps to avoid detection,
13:36
Speaker 1: including moving residences and switching her phone and email addresses.
13:40
Speaker 1: But Ms. Maxwell did not take these steps to hide
13:42
Speaker 1: from law enforcement or evade prosecution. Instead, there were necessary
13:47
Speaker 1: measures that little Miss Maxwell was forced to take to
13:51
Speaker 1: protect herself and her family members and her friends and
13:55
Speaker 1: colleagues and their children from the unrelenting and intrusive media coverage, threats,
14:00
Speaker 1: and irreparable reputational harm. Oh, give me a break. It
14:05
Speaker 1: was hard to even read that just now. She is
14:08
Speaker 1: not the victim, okay? Nobody was threatening you. How could
14:13
Speaker 1: they threaten you? Nobody had your email address. You had
14:15
Speaker 1: to keep changing it. Nobody knew your home address. So
14:18
Speaker 1: who was threatening you, okay? Nobody was threatening you. The
14:21
Speaker 1: only threats were the ones that you were using to
14:24
Speaker 1: coerce these girls into staying quiet, to coerce these girls
14:29
Speaker 1: into acting in a way that you wanted them to act.
14:33
Speaker 1: So please spare me the whole victimhood routine. Nobody is
14:38
Speaker 1: buying it. Number five, the government didn't allege that Maxwell
14:44
Speaker 1: was planning to flee and Maxwell would have been happy
14:48
Speaker 1: to voluntarily surrender to authorities upon request. That's such bullshit too.
14:53
Speaker 1: Why does it have to be on request? Why didn't
14:55
Speaker 1: she just go and surrender to the authorities? What, she
14:59
Speaker 1: didn't know she was under investigation? She thought she was
15:02
Speaker 1: going to come strolling out of this squeaky clean like
15:04
Speaker 1: Tony Soprano down the boardwalk? Come on, man. The government
15:12
Speaker 1: has offered no proof that she was making plans to
15:15
Speaker 1: leave the country. In fact, had the government alerted her
15:18
Speaker 1: counsel that she was about to be arrested, we would
15:20
Speaker 1: have arranged for Ms. Maxwell's prompt voluntary surrender. Instead, the
15:25
Speaker 1: government arrested Ms. Maxwell without warning on the day before
15:29
Speaker 1: the July 4th holiday, thus ensuring that she would be
15:33
Speaker 1: in federal custody on the one-year anniversary of Epstein's arrest. Yeah,
15:37
Speaker 1: no shit. That's exactly what happened, okay? Without warning? What,
15:41
Speaker 1: we give warning before we arrest sex traffickers in this country?
15:45
Speaker 1: I know that's a treatment your buddy Jeffrey Epstein got
15:48
Speaker 1: all the time, but you're not getting the same treatment, okay?
15:51
Speaker 1: You're getting arrested, 20 agents are kicking in your door,
15:54
Speaker 1: they're bringing planes over your house, the whole nine yards.
15:59
Speaker 1: And guess what? You're lucky. There was no news crews
16:03
Speaker 1: there to really lock in your humiliation. I wish there
16:10
Speaker 1: would have been. Number six. Maxwell went into hiding to
16:15
Speaker 1: protect her family and friends. Again, she's the shining knight here.
16:20
Speaker 1: She's the hero. She's the protector. Oh, I have to
16:24
Speaker 1: go into hiding to protect my friends. You don't have
16:27
Speaker 1: any friends, you serpent. Okay? Who are your friends? Laura Goldman? Please.
16:34
Speaker 1: None of your other friends are willing to go on record. Oh,
16:39
Speaker 1: we know that you have a lot of friends. We
16:41
Speaker 1: know Prince Andrew. We know that Glenn and Eva Dubin
16:45
Speaker 1: are your friends and good old Leslie Wexner and Alan Dershowitz. Oh,
16:49
Speaker 1: we know who your friends are. But you think any
16:52
Speaker 1: of those snakes are coming on record to defend you?
16:55
Speaker 1: Nobody's going to defend you. You didn't go in hiding
16:59
Speaker 1: because of your friends. You were in hiding because A,
17:02
Speaker 1: You were scared shitless. The feds were going to do
17:05
Speaker 1: what they ended up doing. And B, you did not
17:08
Speaker 1: want to answer any questions about your part in Jeffrey
17:14
Speaker 1: Epstein's criminal enterprise. And that part that you played was
17:18
Speaker 1: much more than the victim, Ghislaine. It was much more
17:22
Speaker 1: than somebody who was just being manipulated by Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine.
17:27
Speaker 1: You had a leadership role, in my opinion. The media
17:33
Speaker 1: feeding frenzy, which has only intensified in recent months, has
17:37
Speaker 1: also deeply affected her family and friends. Some of Ms.
17:41
Speaker 1: Maxwell's closest friends, who had nothing whatsoever to do with Epstein,
17:45
Speaker 1: have lost their jobs or suffered severe professional and reputational
17:49
Speaker 1: damage simply by being associated with her. Okay, let's see
17:53
Speaker 1: the receipts. Who are these people? And what jobs have
17:56
Speaker 1: they lost? Considering nobody's been reporting on this story the
17:59
Speaker 1: correct way, really. So who has been doing all this
18:03
Speaker 1: digging into Ghislaine Maxwell to get her friends and family fired?
18:07
Speaker 1: Where are those reports? Can we see the receipts? Or
18:10
Speaker 1: are those just more bullshit statements? I'm going to go
18:14
Speaker 1: with bullshit statements. These lawyers of Ghislaine Maxwell's, they really
18:20
Speaker 1: think this shit's going to fly, but it's straight garbage. Ms.
18:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell therefore did what any responsible person would do. She
18:32
Speaker 1: separated herself from everyone she cares about and removed herself
18:36
Speaker 1: from the public eye in order to keep herself and
18:39
Speaker 1: her friends out of harm's way. Because Ghislaine Maxwell, she's,
18:43
Speaker 1: you know, the Prince Arthur, the King Arthur in this story, right?
18:47
Speaker 1: She's the one sitting at the head of the round
18:49
Speaker 1: table to protect all of those weak around her. Meanwhile,
18:54
Speaker 1: this lady is as big or bigger of a predator
18:56
Speaker 1: than Jeffrey Epstein. She's literally a walking serpent. And the
19:05
Speaker 1: fact that these people would, these lawyers would have us
19:08
Speaker 1: believe that she cares about anybody but herself is one
19:11
Speaker 1: of the most laughable things about this whole entire ridiculous
19:16
Speaker 1: defense they're laying out. Number seven. Oh, here we go.
19:21
Speaker 1: Another coronavirus excuse. The coronavirus pandemic has made air travel
19:27
Speaker 1: more difficult than normal. Another reason Maxwell literally isn't a
19:32
Speaker 1: flight risk. Yeah, because she'd be flying coach on American
19:35
Speaker 1: Airlines over to England. She wouldn't be flying private on
19:38
Speaker 1: a private jet or anything like that. Who do these
19:40
Speaker 1: people think they're kidding, okay? They're not fooling me, and
19:44
Speaker 1: I know they're not fooling you. So who do they
19:48
Speaker 1: really think they're going to be kidding with? this? The judge?
19:51
Speaker 1: That's about the only person that they could hope for
19:53
Speaker 1: sympathy from because nobody else is going to give it
19:56
Speaker 1: to them and I'm sure the prosecutors are going to
19:59
Speaker 1: look to absolutely and utterly smash all of these stupid
20:05
Speaker 1: ass reasons that they're laying out for her to get bail.
20:12
Speaker 1: The ongoing travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic would
20:16
Speaker 1: pose a significant hurdle to Ms. Maxwell's ability to flee
20:19
Speaker 1: the United States, particularly to France and the United Kingdom.
20:25
Speaker 1: That's absolutely ridiculous. When you have the means that she has,
20:29
Speaker 1: and you have the connections that she has, and obviously
20:32
Speaker 1: she still has a lot of those connections if she's
20:34
Speaker 1: slinking around and buying million-dollar homes. What's to make us
20:39
Speaker 1: believe That she could not reach out to some of
20:42
Speaker 1: these people that she's worked with, some of these people
20:44
Speaker 1: that she's provided girls for, some of these people she
20:47
Speaker 1: has compromising information on, and have them help her get
20:52
Speaker 1: smuggled right out of the country. What, that's something that's
20:57
Speaker 1: never happened before? Somebody hasn't snuck out of a country?
21:00
Speaker 1: Somebody hasn't, you know, beat feet? Don't give me the
21:03
Speaker 1: coronavirus nonsense. If it was a regular person, all right,
21:07
Speaker 1: I get it. You know, not too many people are
21:09
Speaker 1: able to go hop on the plane, fly across seas,
21:11
Speaker 1: you know, go to England. Nobody has those kinds of
21:13
Speaker 1: connections and shit for the most part, right? Ghislaine Maxwell,
21:16
Speaker 1: on the other hand, oh, she most certainly does. Number eight.
21:22
Speaker 1: She's not a danger to the community because the crime
21:25
Speaker 1: she's alleged to have committed, which involved the sexual exploitation
21:28
Speaker 1: and abuse of multiple minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein? Ah,
21:32
Speaker 1: it happened a long time ago. So, you know, she's
21:36
Speaker 1: rehabilitated just because she did that a long time ago.
21:39
Speaker 1: We can't judge her on her past behavior. She would
21:42
Speaker 1: never do that again. She's learned her lesson. Is that
21:46
Speaker 1: what they would have us believe? Is that the line
21:49
Speaker 1: that they're pitching to us? But unlike the position it
21:53
Speaker 1: took with Epstein, the government does not contend that Ms.
21:57
Speaker 1: Maxwell poses any danger to the community or that she
22:00
Speaker 1: suffers from compulsive or addictive sexual proclivities. Uh, what? This
22:07
Speaker 1: lady has been abusing girls for decades. Just go ahead
22:12
Speaker 1: and read what she did to Annie Farmer, okay? Think
22:15
Speaker 1: about what happened to Annie, what Ghislaine Maxwell did to Annie.
22:19
Speaker 1: For that alone, she should be rotting underneath Guantanamo Bay
22:23
Speaker 1: for the rest of her life. Never mind all of
22:26
Speaker 1: the other stuff that she's being accused of. I mean,
22:29
Speaker 1: are these people serious right now? Even according to the indictment, Ms.
22:34
Speaker 1: Maxwell's alleged participation in offenses involving minors ended in 1997. Here,
22:41
Speaker 1: the only applicable presumption relates to risk of flight and,
22:45
Speaker 1: as noted... Ms. Maxwell has rebutted that presumption based on
22:49
Speaker 1: her ties to the United States, her decision to remain
22:51
Speaker 1: in this country after Epstein's arrest, and all of the
22:54
Speaker 1: other reasons discussed above. Alright, so the reason she decided
22:58
Speaker 1: to remain in the U.S., in my estimation, I don't
23:01
Speaker 1: have any inside information on this, right? No direct line.
23:05
Speaker 1: My guess is because her passport, it was flagged, okay?
23:12
Speaker 1: Does anyone really think the FBI didn't know where Ghislaine
23:15
Speaker 1: Maxwell was? They were watching her. Did people forget what
23:21
Speaker 1: Edward Snowden told us about the collection of data in
23:24
Speaker 1: this country? They know where all of us are. They
23:28
Speaker 1: could find a terrorist in the mountains in Tora Bora
23:31
Speaker 1: and launch a cruise missile down his throat from 75,000
23:34
Speaker 1: feet in the air. Do you really believe they did
23:37
Speaker 1: not know where Ghislaine Maxwell was this whole time? Of
23:40
Speaker 1: course they did. Bonus. Ghislaine Maxwell is not Jeffrey Epstein. No,
23:49
Speaker 1: maybe not as far as, you know, biologically she's not
23:55
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, right? She's just the woman version of Jeffrey Epstein.
23:59
Speaker 1: Are these people serious? This woman... in my opinion, had
24:06
Speaker 1: a leadership role within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise and was
24:11
Speaker 1: calling the shots from behind the scenes. When is the
24:15
Speaker 1: legacy media going to get hip? Sometimes the simplest point
24:22
Speaker 1: is the most critical one. Ghislaine Maxwell is not Jeffrey Epstein.
24:26
Speaker 1: She was not named in the government's indictment of Epstein
24:29
Speaker 1: in 2019, despite the fact that the government has been
24:32
Speaker 1: investigating this case four years. Oh, so that settles it, right?
24:39
Speaker 1: She wasn't named in that indictment, so that's it. She
24:42
Speaker 1: wasn't named in that indictment because it was the initial arrest, okay?
24:45
Speaker 1: They didn't even have time to pressure Epstein to get
24:48
Speaker 1: him to turn. So their excuse here is ridiculous at best.
24:58
Speaker 1: Maxwell is scheduled to appear remotely via video for a
25:02
Speaker 1: July 14th arraignment and bail hearing in the Southern District
25:05
Speaker 1: of New York, U.S. District Judge Allison J. Nathan said
25:08
Speaker 1: on Tuesday. The feds apparently concerned about Maxwell's safety in jail, i.e.
25:13
Speaker 1: concerned a repeat of Epstein's jail stay last summer, took
25:17
Speaker 1: away her bedsheets and gave her paper clothes to wear.
25:21
Speaker 1: See below for Maxwell's full memo in opposition to detainment
25:25
Speaker 1: ahead of the trial. So like usual, I'll have the
25:28
Speaker 1: link in the description box. But what we have here
25:32
Speaker 1: are the eight main points of Ghislaine Maxwell's defense for
25:38
Speaker 1: her getting bail and the reasoning why she should not
25:42
Speaker 1: be remanded to federal custody while the trial takes place.
25:47
Speaker 1: And what you also have? are my opinions of each
25:52
Speaker 1: and every one of these eight ridiculous reasons. There is
25:58
Speaker 1: no way on this earth that Ghislaine Maxwell should ever
26:05
Speaker 1: see the light of day again. Bologna sandwiches, jumpsuits, and
26:11
Speaker 1: prison bars. That is the extent of it. If you'd
26:17
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
26:19
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
26:27
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All right, everybody. Kids are
26:34
Speaker 1: reportedly completely broken up that the bipedal serpent is in jail. Somehow,
26:44
Speaker 1: I find that hard to believe. You mean to tell
26:48
Speaker 1: me the bipedal serpent who came into your home, broke
26:52
Speaker 1: up your family unit, had your pops leave your mom,
26:59
Speaker 1: and this is the lady that these kids are supposedly
27:02
Speaker 1: broken up about? Sounds to me like they're just using
27:06
Speaker 1: the kids, as usual, as another excuse, as a prop
27:11
Speaker 1: in their play. It's no different than when we hear
27:15
Speaker 1: People like Andrew talk about, well, I was with my daughter,
27:19
Speaker 1: which has been blown out of the water, by the way.
27:20
Speaker 1: We're going to get to that tonight. But it is
27:26
Speaker 1: disgusting the way these people all use their kids. And
27:29
Speaker 1: the fact that Brian Basham is going to stand up
27:33
Speaker 1: there and talk about how Ghislaine Maxwell's stepchildren are broken up,
27:38
Speaker 1: as if that's going to tug on someone's heartstring, as
27:41
Speaker 1: if that's going to make us think, well, you know what?
27:45
Speaker 1: Her stepkids are really broken up about this. I think
27:48
Speaker 1: because of that, we should just let her out. What
27:52
Speaker 1: about all of the broken homes your war on drugs
27:55
Speaker 1: has left in poor neighborhoods throughout the country? All of
28:01
Speaker 1: their kids are broken up. All of their kids grew
28:03
Speaker 1: up in broken homes because of your war on drugs.
28:08
Speaker 1: But you mean to tell me Ghislaine Maxwell deserves to
28:11
Speaker 1: get out of jail? We should be... bummed out because
28:17
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's stepkids miss her well newsflash so-called elites that's
28:25
Speaker 1: part of going to jail that's part of going to
28:28
Speaker 1: prison your family misses you your loved ones miss you
28:31
Speaker 1: and you in turn miss out so I feel for
28:39
Speaker 1: her stepchildren because hell you know not because of Ghislaine
28:43
Speaker 1: Maxwell being in jail I feel for her stepchildren, for A,
28:47
Speaker 1: that she's their stepmother, and B, that their scummy-ass shitbag dad,
28:53
Speaker 1: who had threatened the mother previously with threats of violence,
28:57
Speaker 1: left them. That's what I feel bad about. Not about
29:02
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell rotting away in jail as we speak, and
29:05
Speaker 1: certainly no heartstrings are being tugged on, at least for me,
29:10
Speaker 1: by this Brian Basham guy and his... full court offensive,
29:17
Speaker 1: zero chance. And you see what's going on here, right?
29:23
Speaker 1: You see that they're, meaning Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team, is
29:27
Speaker 1: starting to fire back a little bit, right? We have
29:32
Speaker 1: the report of them going to the Belgrave house and
29:37
Speaker 1: two of her lawyers climbing into the small bathtub. Oh, bombshell.
29:43
Speaker 1: So no new bathtub could have been put in there?
29:47
Speaker 1: I mean, we're just going on sources close to Maxwell.
29:52
Speaker 1: What's the evidence, right? So we're going to get into
29:55
Speaker 1: all of that as well later on tonight for the
29:58
Speaker 1: Daily Drop. But for our article today, this afternoon, this
30:04
Speaker 1: whole Maxwell and the stepkids who are a heartbroken story
30:10
Speaker 1: is just laughable at best, in my opinion. Laughable at best.
30:16
Speaker 1: They will do anything, anything to try and get this
30:20
Speaker 1: lady out of jail. They will say anything to try
30:23
Speaker 1: and get this lady out of jail. And you see
30:25
Speaker 1: it all comes at a coordinated time, right? First, you
30:28
Speaker 1: have the article calling Virginia a prostitute right on the
30:33
Speaker 1: heels of the prosecutors saying explicitly that these girls were
30:39
Speaker 1: not prostitutes. And then you have the whole Ghislaine Maxwell
30:45
Speaker 1: is being abused in jail routine. Now you have, oh,
30:52
Speaker 1: the bathtub's too small. And then you add to that. Oh,
30:57
Speaker 1: Ghislaine's kids miss her. So you see the strategy they're using.
31:01
Speaker 1: They're looking to tug at those heartstrings. They're looking at technicalities.
31:06
Speaker 1: It's not that Prince Andrew wasn't with Virginia. It was
31:09
Speaker 1: the bathtub is too small. My fingers are too fat.
31:12
Speaker 1: And that's what they'll try and do. They'll try and
31:15
Speaker 1: sow seeds of doubt. They'll try and obfuscate. And they'll
31:18
Speaker 1: try and make it out like the story that they're
31:22
Speaker 1: trying to spin to you is the only one that
31:24
Speaker 1: could possibly be true. When in reality, we know that's
31:31
Speaker 1: not the case. We know that the narrative that they've
31:33
Speaker 1: been spinning from the very beginning is trash. We know
31:38
Speaker 1: that they have never provided any receipts for their whereabouts
31:43
Speaker 1: on the nights in question. And we know that every
31:49
Speaker 1: single time that any of these people have had a
31:52
Speaker 1: chance to speak to the authorities, they have not done so.
31:57
Speaker 1: So what are they hiding? What exactly is it that
32:02
Speaker 1: you are hiding? And furthermore, why are all of these
32:08
Speaker 1: scumbags always bringing their kids up or using their kids
32:13
Speaker 1: as an excuse or a so-called alibi? Our article today
32:18
Speaker 1: is from The Sun and the headline, Sympathy Bid. Ghislaine
32:23
Speaker 1: Maxwell's Stepkid's Heartbroken. After her arrest for Epstein charges. As husband.
32:30
Speaker 1: To pledge $ 30 million in bail. And I believe that
32:34
Speaker 1: number is. $ 28. 5 million. To be exact. This article was
32:40
Speaker 1: authored by. Katharina Guiano. And John Lockett. Ghislaine Maxwell's stepkids.
32:50
Speaker 1: Are reportedly heartbroken. That their proxy mother is in jail.
32:54
Speaker 1: Over Jeffrey Epstein. says one of her PR representatives. Full stop,
32:58
Speaker 1: hold on, bang the brakes, over Jeffrey Epstein? How about
33:01
Speaker 1: taking some personal responsibility for your own behavior? Nobody twisted
33:07
Speaker 1: your arm. Nobody forced you to be around Jeffrey Epstein.
33:10
Speaker 1: Nobody forced you to abuse these girls with him, as alleged.
33:15
Speaker 1: Nobody forced you to do any of that, Ghislaine, the
33:18
Speaker 1: bipedal serpent. You did all of that on your own,
33:23
Speaker 1: all right? So let's not blame Jeffrey Epstein here. For
33:25
Speaker 1: your own devious behavior? Let's not try and ignore the
33:31
Speaker 1: fact that you had a leadership role, Ms. Maxwell. Or
33:36
Speaker 1: should I call you Mrs. Borgeson? This lady is gross.
33:46
Speaker 1: She's never taken any self-responsibility for anything. and still projecting
33:50
Speaker 1: like it's all Epstein's fault, like she was just some
33:53
Speaker 1: shrinking violet that was along for the ride. Brian Basham,
34:01
Speaker 1: a PR executive for Maxwell, said that Maxwell's husband Scott
34:05
Speaker 1: Borgerson and his two kids from a previous marriage were
34:08
Speaker 1: devastated as Maxwell, 58, continues to sit in a Brooklyn jail. Oh,
34:14
Speaker 1: I'm sure they were devastated. I am sure the homewrecker
34:18
Speaker 1: who came into their home, broke up their family unit,
34:21
Speaker 1: and had their pops leave their mom, I am sure
34:24
Speaker 1: that these kids are heartbroken over it. Furthermore, what the
34:29
Speaker 1: bleepity bleep bleep bleep is Scott Borgerson doing letting his
34:33
Speaker 1: kids be around Ghislaine Maxwell? Imagine being his ex-wife? Imagine
34:39
Speaker 1: that you find out that your ex-husband has your kids
34:44
Speaker 1: at Ghislaine Maxwell's house. Boy, I'll tell you what. I
34:51
Speaker 1: would have been, let me, my fuse would have been
34:55
Speaker 1: lit and I would have been launched into orbit. I
34:57
Speaker 1: would have heard some shit like that. Oh yeah, babe,
34:59
Speaker 1: I just want you to know I'm dating Casey Anthony
35:02
Speaker 1: now and I'm going to have, I'm going to have
35:04
Speaker 1: her babysit the kids. What, what? You're going to do what?
35:09
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell around his kids and the kids are broken
35:13
Speaker 1: up they really want us to believe that huh bring
35:16
Speaker 1: the kids out for a prop they're like alright jail
35:19
Speaker 1: conditions didn't work out bring out the kids these people
35:24
Speaker 1: have no shame whatsoever Scott is devastated and so are
35:30
Speaker 1: his children because Ghislaine has been their proxy mother Basham
35:34
Speaker 1: told the Daily Mail holy shit really Having a serpent
35:39
Speaker 1: as a mother is no mother at all. Usually I'd
35:42
Speaker 1: say that parents for kids are a good thing, right?
35:45
Speaker 1: Any parents for the most part, as long as they
35:47
Speaker 1: aren't abusive and shit like that. But Ghislaine Maxwell as
35:50
Speaker 1: a proxy mother, meaning you chose her as your mother? Yeah, no,
35:55
Speaker 1: not a good idea. Scott Borgerson and his kids are
36:01
Speaker 1: broken up? I don't buy the part about the kids, okay?
36:04
Speaker 1: Scott Borgerson might be broken up. But the kids? I
36:10
Speaker 1: highly doubt it. The kids themselves have tumulted into the
36:17
Speaker 1: public eye, Basham said. Well, I don't think that's cool.
36:22
Speaker 1: I don't think anyone should be bothering Scott Borgerson's kids.
36:24
Speaker 1: I think that's kind of BS, honestly. And anyone who
36:27
Speaker 1: engages in that sort of shit is ridiculous. I even
36:30
Speaker 1: said that about Andrew's kids and just about any kids involved, right?
36:34
Speaker 1: The sins of the father are not the sins of
36:37
Speaker 1: the child. So, Nobody should be breaking the balls of
36:43
Speaker 1: these children. Nobody should be jumping on board and hammering
36:48
Speaker 1: Scott Borgeson's kids. Scott Borgeson, on the other hand, for sure.
36:53
Speaker 1: He's the one who brought Ghislaine Maxwell into the children's lives, right?
36:56
Speaker 1: They didn't go out and say, hey, dad, we think
36:58
Speaker 1: you should be dating Ghislaine Maxwell. So I won't blame
37:02
Speaker 1: the kids. And I think that it's not a good
37:05
Speaker 1: idea to drag the children into this, right? Leave them
37:08
Speaker 1: out of it. let their father answer for his misdeeds
37:12
Speaker 1: and his miscalculations. But any newspaper outlet or blogger or
37:19
Speaker 1: anyone following this case that tries to mess with someone's
37:23
Speaker 1: kids is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
37:28
Speaker 1: So keep that in mind, folks. They had been living
37:32
Speaker 1: in perfect harmony until this broke, Basham said of Maxwell
37:36
Speaker 1: and her stepchildren. I'm told Scott's kids had to have
37:39
Speaker 1: been taken out of school because of all the attention.
37:42
Speaker 1: What school? Who's going to school right now? Isn't everybody
37:45
Speaker 1: home doing like a remote schooling? I know that that's
37:49
Speaker 1: happening here in Las Vegas. At least I think it
37:51
Speaker 1: is still. So what does that even mean? They had
37:55
Speaker 1: to be pulled out of school. And furthermore, while again,
38:00
Speaker 1: I'm certainly not a fan of anyone trashing this dude's kids.
38:06
Speaker 1: At the end of the day, their father is the
38:08
Speaker 1: one to blame. Their father is the one that put
38:12
Speaker 1: them in this situation. Their father is the one that
38:15
Speaker 1: left their mother. Their father is the one that decided
38:18
Speaker 1: to cohabitate and then marry Ghislaine Maxwell. Nobody else. So
38:23
Speaker 1: if you want to be mad at anyone, why don't
38:26
Speaker 1: we go to the crux of the problem and be
38:29
Speaker 1: mad at Scott Borgeson's bitch ass? Basham said he's trying
38:36
Speaker 1: to get Maxwell freed, saying he finds her prosecution to
38:40
Speaker 1: be unfair, unfair imprisonment and Maxwell treatment in jail as inhumane.
38:46
Speaker 1: You know what I find inhumane? I find the behavior
38:50
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell towards all of these girls and women
38:54
Speaker 1: to be inhumane. I find her behavior towards a 16-year-old
38:59
Speaker 1: Annie Farmer to be inhumane. Her jail conditions? Far from, folks.
39:07
Speaker 1: We've spoken about them at length. This is what happens
39:10
Speaker 1: in jail. You don't want to go to jail and
39:13
Speaker 1: you don't want to eat bologna sandwiches and you don't
39:15
Speaker 1: want light shined in your eyes? Don't commit crimes. Pretty
39:19
Speaker 1: damn simple. You know, it's like the rules for being
39:23
Speaker 1: an adult, right? Brush your teeth, take a shower, don't
39:27
Speaker 1: do meth. If you do those three things, you're on
39:29
Speaker 1: the right track this is evil Basham said of Maxwell
39:36
Speaker 1: who was jailed for possibly recruiting children for Epstein and
39:40
Speaker 1: his social circle it's like something out of North Korea
39:43
Speaker 1: not America oh lay that hyperbole on thick there Mr.
39:48
Speaker 1: Basham again The invite is open, sir. If you'd like
39:51
Speaker 1: to come on to the podcast, you and I can
39:53
Speaker 1: have a nice conversation about Ghislaine Maxwell's conditions. And then
39:59
Speaker 1: perhaps I can bring on somebody who has faced real
40:04
Speaker 1: jail conditions. And you guys can have a talk about
40:10
Speaker 1: just who is getting the proper treatment and just who
40:13
Speaker 1: gets shit on. Because guess what? The working poor is
40:16
Speaker 1: not being treated correctly in jail. Ever. No lawyers, no
40:21
Speaker 1: 13 hours a day to sit around on the computer
40:24
Speaker 1: and look at Discovery. Hordes of other humans smashed in
40:29
Speaker 1: on you like sardines. And always the threat of violence
40:36
Speaker 1: hanging heavy in the air like smoke on a Beijing street.
40:44
Speaker 1: So please, don't tell me about the way Ghislaine Maxwell's
40:48
Speaker 1: being treated. Basham said Maxwell and Borgerson, 44, lived together
40:57
Speaker 1: with Borgerson's 13-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter in a $ 2. 4
41:02
Speaker 1: million home in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts, where they had been chased
41:08
Speaker 1: out of by their neighbors once they found out what
41:10
Speaker 1: sort of scuzzbag Maxwell was. Borgerson had his two kids
41:15
Speaker 1: with ex-wife Rebecca, whom he divorced just before moving in
41:19
Speaker 1: with Maxwell. Basham said the kids were shocked to hear
41:22
Speaker 1: the claims that Maxwell recruited girls as young as 14
41:25
Speaker 1: for Epstein. Oh, they were shocked, huh? They were shocked
41:29
Speaker 1: because this stuff hasn't been out there for decades? Because
41:34
Speaker 1: this stuff wasn't common knowledge? These kids... are being abused
41:46
Speaker 1: by being put with these people, in my opinion. These
41:48
Speaker 1: kids should be taken from this dude right away and
41:51
Speaker 1: given to the mother. I mean, why are these kids
41:54
Speaker 1: with Borgerson in the first place? After he threatened his
41:57
Speaker 1: ex-wife Rebecca. After he threatened physical harm to her. Oh,
42:01
Speaker 1: I get it. It's because he has all the dough, right?
42:03
Speaker 1: If you got the dough and you can pay to play, well,
42:07
Speaker 1: you can be the king for a day. Survivors of
42:13
Speaker 1: Epstein claim Maxwell was the mastermind behind underage orgies. There's
42:18
Speaker 1: so many. I don't know where you want me to start.
42:21
Speaker 1: Survivor Virginia Roberts said of the girls involved in Epstein's acts,
42:25
Speaker 1: allegedly recruited by Maxwell. And let's remember, folks, right? We're
42:29
Speaker 1: not talking about someone who was just there hanging out.
42:33
Speaker 1: Somebody who was being coerced into her behavior as well.
42:38
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell went in with eyes wide open. She went
42:42
Speaker 1: into this knowing exactly and explicitly what they were doing.
42:49
Speaker 1: Some people will run around and tell you that Ghislaine
42:51
Speaker 1: Maxwell was a spy. Me? I don't think she was
42:55
Speaker 1: a spy. I think she knew spycraft. She grew up
42:58
Speaker 1: in the world of spycraft. But she was an asset.
43:01
Speaker 1: And she had a job to do. And her job
43:05
Speaker 1: was to work in conjunction with Jeffrey Epstein... To help
43:09
Speaker 1: provide for him. His own young girls. Via the Ponzi scheme.
43:15
Speaker 1: And at the same time. On the flip side. They run.
43:20
Speaker 1: Their honey trap operation. As well. And they would traffic
43:25
Speaker 1: young girls. In that honey trap operation. To garner information.
43:30
Speaker 1: And dossiers. On some of these high profile people. So yeah.
43:35
Speaker 1: I agree. Ghislaine Maxwell most certainly. was a mastermind behind
43:40
Speaker 1: all of this. Maxwell is also preparing a $ 30 million
43:47
Speaker 1: bell package to get free before Christmas, claims a report
43:50
Speaker 1: that came out this week. And again, we've talked about this, obviously,
43:55
Speaker 1: and I just don't see it, right? I don't see
43:57
Speaker 1: how this is going to work out. It's pretty much
44:01
Speaker 1: the same things that Jeffrey Epstein offered. He offered to
44:04
Speaker 1: have a private security company protect him, And watch him.
44:07
Speaker 1: He offered $ 100 million in bail. So I don't see
44:12
Speaker 1: how now all of a sudden things have changed. The
44:16
Speaker 1: one ace in the hole for Ghislaine Maxwell and her team,
44:19
Speaker 1: in my opinion, is this dumbass COVID pandemic. That might
44:23
Speaker 1: give them the leverage that they need. But even with that,
44:27
Speaker 1: I give her a very small percentage chance of getting bail.
44:35
Speaker 1: The majority of the Bell package will come from Borgerson,
44:38
Speaker 1: a wealthy former chief executive of Cargo Metrics, a shipping
44:42
Speaker 1: data company. Maxwell's siblings will then come up with $ 5
44:45
Speaker 1: million as well. See, this is a little weird because
44:48
Speaker 1: if you look at Scott Borgerson and you look up
44:50
Speaker 1: his net worth, he's only worth $ 5 million. So, did
44:55
Speaker 1: he sell off assets? Where did he come up with
44:57
Speaker 1: this other $ 20 million? Or... This is hypothetical here, folks, right?
45:04
Speaker 1: No evidence of this. Did Ghislaine Maxwell have war chests
45:09
Speaker 1: in offshore accounts that nobody knew about for positions such
45:13
Speaker 1: as these? Borgerson easily goes, gets that money, and now
45:18
Speaker 1: that money becomes, quote-unquote, his. Nobody knows where it came from.
45:22
Speaker 1: Nobody knows how to trace it. Nobody knows its origination
45:26
Speaker 1: or its destination. And that is why these LLCs and
45:31
Speaker 1: all of their offshore accounts nonsense is so important to
45:34
Speaker 1: rein in. Now, again, I don't have evidence that that's
45:38
Speaker 1: where they got this money from, but something smells fishy
45:41
Speaker 1: to me. Scott Borgeson's net worth is only 5 million.
45:44
Speaker 1: Where did he come up with all of this dough? Furthermore,
45:48
Speaker 1: if you were one of his kids, wouldn't you be pissed?
45:51
Speaker 1: $ 25 million to get this disgusting hag out of jail, dad? Really?
45:55
Speaker 1: This is where you're spending our money? In the middle
45:58
Speaker 1: of a global pandemic. You're going to spend $ 25 million
46:02
Speaker 1: to bail this disgusting bipedal serpent out of the who's gal.
46:06
Speaker 1: Where she could possibly and more than likely go back
46:09
Speaker 1: in a few months. You mean to tell me you're
46:11
Speaker 1: putting up $ 25 million debt? That's the plan? That's the
46:15
Speaker 1: grand plan you've come up with? It's a lot of money,
46:21
Speaker 1: but he's a chief executive of his own company. And
46:24
Speaker 1: he's an entrepreneur, Basham said of how Borgerson can come
46:27
Speaker 1: up with the $ 25 million. So in that context, I
46:30
Speaker 1: can see him having that kind of money. I can't,
46:33
Speaker 1: and I don't buy it. And I'm calling your whole
46:35
Speaker 1: entire story here bullshit, in my opinion, Mr. Basham. That's right. Bullshit.
46:42
Speaker 1: That's what it is. That's what your whole narrative is.
46:45
Speaker 1: That's what your whole entire Springy Lane Maxwell plan is.
46:49
Speaker 1: And furthermore, sir, we just discussed how this dude, his
46:54
Speaker 1: net worth is $ 5 million. He's not the CEO of
46:58
Speaker 1: Cargometrics anymore either, by the way. And as far as
47:00
Speaker 1: being an entrepreneur, who's going to want to work with
47:03
Speaker 1: this idiot now that he has the fallout of Ghislaine
47:06
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein lighting his whole entire body up?
47:12
Speaker 1: So yeah, I don't buy that this is a wealthy entrepreneur.
47:16
Speaker 1: They got this money from somewhere. The question is where?
47:21
Speaker 1: As part of the package, Maxwell is to also give
47:24
Speaker 1: up three passports and must stay in home confinement. Basham
47:28
Speaker 1: said Maxwell didn't originally flee the United States in August
47:32
Speaker 1: 2019 after Epstein was arrested because she thinks she's innocent. No,
47:37
Speaker 1: let me offer an alternate, okay? Ghislaine Maxwell didn't flee
47:45
Speaker 1: because she thought she was still being protected by the
47:48
Speaker 1: NPA and those on high. She didn't flee because she
47:51
Speaker 1: knows where all of the skeletons are buried. She did
47:54
Speaker 1: not flee because she thought she could leverage all of
47:57
Speaker 1: that into another get out of jail free card. What
48:01
Speaker 1: she wasn't prepared for, though, was the fact that That
48:06
Speaker 1: the walls were going to fall down... The way they did...
48:09
Speaker 1: And that so many of these girls... These survivors would
48:14
Speaker 1: come forward... And speak out against her... She never expected
48:18
Speaker 1: any of that... And then... When the shit was getting
48:22
Speaker 1: too heavy... Shit was getting too deep... She moves to
48:25
Speaker 1: New Hampshire... Makes sense... A federal judge in New York...
48:31
Speaker 1: Will review the package soon... before Maxwell can leave her
48:35
Speaker 1: Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center jail cell. And again, remember, Judge
48:40
Speaker 1: Nathan hasn't even approved a hearing for this bail yet.
48:44
Speaker 1: She's going to see all of the information, and then
48:47
Speaker 1: we will find out in a few days if she's
48:49
Speaker 1: even going to grant this hearing or not. Still, Basham
48:54
Speaker 1: is trying to remove Borgerson's name from the package as
49:00
Speaker 1: he is getting unwanted attention. Oh, unwanted. Unwanted attention? That
49:06
Speaker 1: train left the station, my friend, the second you got
49:09
Speaker 1: involved with Ghislaine Maxwell. I mean, what do these people think?
49:13
Speaker 1: You're going to go get involved with somebody like Ghislaine
49:16
Speaker 1: Maxwell and not expect people to be everywhere trying to get...
49:20
Speaker 1: trying to get questions from you answers from you the
49:23
Speaker 1: whole line especially considering you're talking about putting up 25
49:28
Speaker 1: million dollars for her everybody associated with this is suffering
49:35
Speaker 1: from the lynch mob mentality Basham said they are worried
49:38
Speaker 1: even frightened People are worried. They are frightened because of
49:41
Speaker 1: the lynch mob. Oh, the lynch mob, huh? Probably should
49:45
Speaker 1: watch the words you're using, okay? Because a lynch mob
49:48
Speaker 1: in America carries different tones, my friend. And the public
49:53
Speaker 1: being outraged over Ghislaine Maxwell's alleged behavior is not a
50:00
Speaker 1: lynch mob. When the pitchforks and the torches get together,
50:05
Speaker 1: my friend, well, Then you'll have your mob, but it
50:10
Speaker 1: won't be a lynch mob. It'll be a mob of
50:13
Speaker 1: pissed off people who finally have figured out that the
50:18
Speaker 1: real problem is people like you, Mr. Basham. And all
50:23
Speaker 1: of the other so-called elites who think that they can
50:26
Speaker 1: manipulate the system and live on a different plane than
50:30
Speaker 1: the rest of us. That's what this all comes down to, Mr. Basham.
50:36
Speaker 1: Your elitism, your classism, And your simple disregard for the
50:41
Speaker 1: rules that the rest of us has to follow will
50:44
Speaker 1: no longer be accepted by the quote-unquote lynch mob. Maxwell's
50:54
Speaker 1: lawyer said Maxwell lost at least 20 pounds while in
50:57
Speaker 1: her 9 foot by 7 foot cell. Alright, so 20 pounds,
51:01
Speaker 1: so she's at 134. She was weighing in at 154. Damn.
51:07
Speaker 1: She's coming in at lightweight, huh? I don't buy that either.
51:12
Speaker 1: They claim the Federal Bureau of Prisons is trying to
51:15
Speaker 1: make an example out of Maxwell to make up for
51:17
Speaker 1: the fact they did not bring Epstein to justice before
51:20
Speaker 1: his death. The Department of Just Us is perverting the
51:24
Speaker 1: course of justice, Basham said. It's outrageous. There's no reason
51:28
Speaker 1: for her to be in prison. And in fact, there's
51:31
Speaker 1: no reason she should have been arrested. Oh, well, that
51:35
Speaker 1: settles it then. Brian Basham. the greatest lawyer in the
51:38
Speaker 1: history of the world, a man who has his finger
51:43
Speaker 1: on the law, a man who can interpret the law
51:46
Speaker 1: as fast as a speeding bullet and leap judicial buildings
51:51
Speaker 1: in a single bound, has told us that she shouldn't
51:55
Speaker 1: have even been arrested. So folks, let's pack it all up.
51:58
Speaker 1: We were all wrong. Brian Basham has spoken. Shut up,
52:04
Speaker 1: Brian Basham. Okay, please. That's the nicest way I can
52:07
Speaker 1: say it to you. The way she is being treated
52:11
Speaker 1: is evil. Just evil, Basham continued. The way she is
52:15
Speaker 1: being treated, huh? How about the girls that were abused?
52:19
Speaker 1: Not a mention of them. How about the way they
52:21
Speaker 1: were treated? How about the abuse they suffered? Flashlight in
52:26
Speaker 1: the eyes. Passport taken. Give me a break. One girl
52:30
Speaker 1: was so apoplectic, she was ready to swim. Okay, swim
52:34
Speaker 1: home from that island. You rat bastard. Evil. You want evil?
52:42
Speaker 1: Go take a look in the mirror and go take
52:44
Speaker 1: a look at your good friend Ghislaine. That's evil, my friend.
52:49
Speaker 1: How can you prepare properly for your defense when you
52:52
Speaker 1: are being woken up every 15 minutes with a torch
52:55
Speaker 1: and are sleep deprived, he said. referring to a claim
52:58
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyers have made, saying she's being woken up by
53:01
Speaker 1: guards to search her room. A torch? You're not in England, bro.
53:05
Speaker 1: All right? That's called a flashlight in America. Okay? What
53:07
Speaker 1: do you think? You're in some dungeon over in the
53:10
Speaker 1: Tower of London? Dilly dilly! Bitch, you're in America. You're
53:15
Speaker 1: getting blasted with a flashlight. It ain't a torch. And
53:18
Speaker 1: that's how it goes here, okay? You don't want to
53:21
Speaker 1: serve time in American prisons? Bring your bitch ass back
53:25
Speaker 1: to Europe and commit your crimes there. A torch? Who's
53:30
Speaker 1: blasting a torch in her face every night? Shut up, torch.
53:36
Speaker 1: After questioning why she wasn't arrested when Epstein was, Basham
53:40
Speaker 1: said it was outrageous she had to procure a $ 30
53:42
Speaker 1: million package when Bernie Madoff was only $ 10 million and
53:46
Speaker 1: he got bail. Bernie Madoff didn't diddle little kids. Okay,
53:51
Speaker 1: is that clear enough for you, Brian Basham? Is that
53:54
Speaker 1: point blank enough for you, Brian Basham? Bernie Madoff also
54:02
Speaker 1: didn't have two other passports, citizenship elsewhere, and a whole
54:07
Speaker 1: bevy of rich, disgusting friends who are willing to help him, okay? Regardless,
54:14
Speaker 1: the British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag,
54:20
Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent, legal team will head to court within
54:24
Speaker 1: days to try and win her freedom with the bail
54:27
Speaker 1: package ahead of her next trial, ahead of her trial
54:30
Speaker 1: next year. Good luck. The Daily Telegraph reports Borgerson's $ 25
54:39
Speaker 1: million security would be seized if Maxwell went on the run.
54:43
Speaker 1: Maxwell's family, including her brothers Kevin and Ian, are reported
54:47
Speaker 1: to have agreed to post a further $ 5 million in guarantees. Yeah,
54:51
Speaker 1: what about her nephew, Alexander Derossi? What's he putting up
54:56
Speaker 1: to the table to help out good old Aunt Ghislaine
55:00
Speaker 1: who got him a job at the State Department? Oh, what,
55:03
Speaker 1: you thought we forgot? It's claimed she wants to be
55:09
Speaker 1: bailed under a form of house arrest and will agree
55:12
Speaker 1: to wear an electronic tag. The report in the Telegraph
55:15
Speaker 1: appears to confirm for the first time that Maxwell and
55:19
Speaker 1: Borgerson are married. We knew this. We called it from
55:22
Speaker 1: the jump, right? Wasn't very tough. Wasn't a difficult one
55:25
Speaker 1: to decipher. We didn't need the wind talkers to come
55:28
Speaker 1: and break the code. So the confirmation's good, right? It's
55:34
Speaker 1: always good for us to get the proper context and
55:37
Speaker 1: the confirmation that he is her husband is certainly good. Mr.
55:47
Speaker 1: Borgerson has denied dating Maxwell, saying repeatedly that they were
55:50
Speaker 1: just friends. Sure seems like he's proud of his girl, huh?
55:55
Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but if I was ever
55:58
Speaker 1: dating a chick, And I said, you know, I wasn't
56:00
Speaker 1: claiming her to my friends and in public. I'm sure
56:02
Speaker 1: there would be a problem. But here at Borgerson, nah,
56:05
Speaker 1: we're not together. What are you, crazy? What are you guys, crazy? Meanwhile,
56:12
Speaker 1: Scott Borgerson, he's going, he was originally this CEO for
56:16
Speaker 1: Cargo Metrics, right? And now he's turned into your cousin
56:20
Speaker 1: from Boston. That's basically what he is now. An absolute joke.
56:30
Speaker 1: The reported bail package is one of the largest in
56:32
Speaker 1: recent memory and dwarves the $ 1 million bail for shamed
56:36
Speaker 1: Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Again, different circumstances, okay? Let's talk
56:41
Speaker 1: about the Keith Ranieri situation. Why don't we hold that
56:44
Speaker 1: up and look at that as a comparable, not Harvey Weinstein.
56:49
Speaker 1: The news comes just days after Maxwell's lawyers claim she
56:52
Speaker 1: was losing her hair and suffering weight loss after being
56:55
Speaker 1: caged in solitary confinement. That's called stress. They say Jeffrey
57:01
Speaker 1: Epstein's madam, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag, is
57:06
Speaker 1: being subjected to extraordinarily onerous treatment while awaiting trial for
57:11
Speaker 1: alleged sex trafficking. Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to the
57:15
Speaker 1: claims against her. They previously claimed her sleep was being
57:19
Speaker 1: disrupted by flashlight every 15 minutes to check she hadn't
57:23
Speaker 1: tried to commit suicide like the pedo tycoon. Suicide, huh?
57:27
Speaker 1: Air quotes for me. Look, suicide? I'm going to need
57:32
Speaker 1: proof of that, my friends. And Ghislaine Maxwell, look, this
57:36
Speaker 1: is the treatment she has to get. This is where
57:38
Speaker 1: we're at. I've already went through this a million times.
57:42
Speaker 1: If she wasn't being given these extra protections, then people
57:46
Speaker 1: would be crying that they let her die or let
57:48
Speaker 1: something happen to her. And now that there are extra
57:51
Speaker 1: protections in place, they're called draconian. I predicted this from
57:54
Speaker 1: the jump as well. Maxwell's lawyer detailed her apparent deteriorating
58:01
Speaker 1: health in response to a letter from the Federal Bureau
58:04
Speaker 1: of Prisons stating she is treated well at the Metropolitan
58:07
Speaker 1: Detention Center in Brooklyn. While her weight may currently be
58:11
Speaker 1: fairly consistent, she had lost over 15 pounds and she
58:15
Speaker 1: is sustaining hair loss, attorney Bobby Sternheim wrote to the U.S.
58:18
Speaker 1: District Judge Allison Nathan, reported the NY Post. Look, she's
58:25
Speaker 1: in jail. What do you think was going to happen?
58:28
Speaker 1: She was going to go there and she was going
58:29
Speaker 1: to put on some lean muscle mass and come out
58:32
Speaker 1: of there looking like a professional bodybuilder? Maxwell's meal plan
58:39
Speaker 1: may currently comply with the Bureau of Prisons policy, but
58:43
Speaker 1: it did not the first six weeks of her stay.
58:45
Speaker 1: And she had been isolated and denied educational and leisure programs,
58:50
Speaker 1: religious services and movies, her lawyer claimed. Well, I didn't
58:53
Speaker 1: know that they had... Moloch worshiping and spirit cooking inside
58:57
Speaker 1: of prisons. Isn't that Ghislaine Maxwell's religious leanings? She's certainly
59:04
Speaker 1: not going to play that she's Jewish, right? Because we
59:07
Speaker 1: know she's not a practicing that religion. so we're talking
59:11
Speaker 1: about religion it has to be Satanism right because that's
59:13
Speaker 1: what these people are practicing bunch of Moloch worshiping weirdos
59:21
Speaker 1: It's obvious that Maxwell is bearing the brunt of BOP incompetence,
59:25
Speaker 1: Sternheim wrote. No, let's flip that around. Your client is
59:28
Speaker 1: bearing the brunt of her own incompetence. She's bearing the
59:31
Speaker 1: brunt of her own disgusting ass behavior. The detention center
59:39
Speaker 1: has imposed extraordinarily onerous conditions of constraint on Ms. Maxwell
59:43
Speaker 1: to avoid the catastrophic consequences of negligence occurring at the
59:48
Speaker 1: MCC that resulted in the death of Jeffrey Epstein, Sturmheim alleged. Well,
59:54
Speaker 1: I can't really disagree with that, right? There is negligence
59:57
Speaker 1: at that jail, at the one Epstein died at, no
1:00:00
Speaker 1: doubt about it. But that said, how do you fix
1:00:04
Speaker 1: that negligence if you don't put new parameters in place?
1:00:06
Speaker 1: If you don't have new guidelines that have to be
1:00:10
Speaker 1: followed to safeguard these prisoners. Maxwell awaits trial for her
1:00:16
Speaker 1: alleged role in the sex trafficking operation of convicted sex
1:00:19
Speaker 1: offender Epstein who hanged himself inside his cell at the
1:00:23
Speaker 1: Metropolitan Correctional Center in August 2019. Allegedly. She was arrested
1:00:30
Speaker 1: in July on charges that she recruited women and girls
1:00:33
Speaker 1: as young as 14 years old for Epstein to sexually
1:00:36
Speaker 1: abuse in the mid-90s. Among the most outspoken accusers is
1:00:42
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, who claims Epstein and Maxwell pimped her out
1:00:46
Speaker 1: and that she was forced to have sex with Maxwell's friend,
1:00:49
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, when she was 17 years old in 2001.
1:00:54
Speaker 1: The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has denied these claims. So,
1:01:00
Speaker 1: there you have it, folks. We should feel bad about
1:01:03
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and her current incarceration because her stepkids are sad.
1:01:09
Speaker 1: The same stepkids whose life she destroyed when she showed up.
1:01:17
Speaker 1: The same stepkids whose mother was threatened by this disgusting
1:01:24
Speaker 1: excuse for a man, Borgerson. These same kids Are broken up.
1:01:29
Speaker 1: That Ghislaine Maxwell is in the who's cow. That's what
1:01:31
Speaker 1: you would have us believe. That's what we should be
1:01:34
Speaker 1: talking about here. I'm sorry. But it's transparent. It's garbage.
1:01:41
Speaker 1: And anybody who brings their kids up. In a situation
1:01:43
Speaker 1: like this. Uses them as an alibi or anything else.
1:01:47
Speaker 1: Is an absolute. Piece of human. Trash in my opinion.
1:01:56
Speaker 1: And as far as Ghislaine Maxwell. Getting bailed out? Good luck.
1:02:03
